The Great RINO Hunter? Or Double Barrel Deception?

It seems a Missouri candidate to replace outgoing Demoncrat in RINO drag Roy Blunt has come with up a campaign ad guaranteed to blow up the internet and leftist minds with a furor. To be fair there are conservatives that have reservations about it as well. But first I’ll let you watch it.  Just watch, then we’ll discuss. Ok?

Now, I don’t really have that big a problem with the ad. I don’t. It’s cheesy and over the top, but Greitens has some stiff competition for the Senate seat so he’s trying to set himself to the front of everyone’s mind. It did blow some (most likely) RINO minds. Caleb Rowden, the Missouri Senate majority leader said on Twatter he contacted the Missouri Highway Patrol and hoped Greitens got help. I think that seems a bit, well, stupid on Rowden’s part. Can anyone say “Red Flag”? I knew you could. I did hear a caller named Carl who called in and said in light of recent events he thought it was kind of tone deaf, and going to scare people that don’t understand guns or the Second Amendment. Well, I can’t argue that. He also has some baggage to overcome, that’s not my problem with him either. I’ve written columns defending him in the past, SO WHATEVER HAPPENED TO because the prosecutor that went after him, Kim Gardner is a Soros plant. So it’s not that.

It’s this. Greitens Has Second Thoughts On Second Amendment Preservation Act

Former Missouri governor and current U.S. Senate candidate Eric Greitens has pivoted 180 degrees on the issue of the state’s Second Amendment Preservation Act; a new law that took effect earlier this year that forbids state and local police from working with their federal counterparts in enforcing federal gun control laws that aren’t mirrored in state statute.

….

Greitens, who’s running against a crowded field in the Republican primary for the seat currently held by retiring GOP Senator Roy Blunt, slammed SAPA and its supporters.

But he’s in famous company. “Democratic officials from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland down to St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones” don’t like it either.

But wait five minutes, a few days later he “100% supports it”.

The article listed raises a good point.

I suspect that Greitens’ original comments were meant as a slight against Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who’s both supported SAPA and is also running to replace Roy Blunt in the Senate. I can understand wanting to differentiate yourself from the competition, but referring to SAPA supporters as either willing accomplices or innocent dupes of the defund the police movement, Greitens ended up metaphorically shooting himself in the foot.

Now this article is from Dec 6, 21 so it’s not exactly fresh. I’ve raised the concerns of Greitens comments to others in the Second Amendment community. The Missouri Second Amendment Protection Act is a darn fine piece of legislation. One of the things it is meant to protect Missouri citizens from is this, and this is from 2005. I’m not predicting the future here, this is something that has already happened.

ATF, Virginia Police Accused of ‘Persecuting’ Gun Shows You’ll have to read the article to find out about the heavy ATF and local law enforcement presence combined at the show. I want to draw your attention to ONE of the things that took place. You should really read the whole thing to see everything that took place.

“They did something else, which is highly illegal,” Gelles charged. “They did something called a residency check.”

Gelles explained that, when gun dealers took the paperwork to the Virginia State Police on-site office to complete the background checks on prospective buyers, ATF agents copied the names, home addresses and telephone numbers of the applicants.

Philip Van Cleave, president of the Virginia Citizens Defense League, told Cybercast News Service that he has received numerous complaints alleging that as handgun buyers were waiting for their National Instant Check System (NICS) background investigations to be completed, ATF was secretly conducting the so-called “residency checks.”

According to the complaints he received, Van Cleave said officers were dispatched to the homes of the prospective gun buyers to speak with family members, asking for example: “Gee, did you know your husband was going to a gun show today? Do you have his cell phone number? Did you know he was buying a gun?

“If people weren’t home they, in some cases, went to neighbors” to ask the same questions, Van Cleave said.

“I’m not an attorney but, I’ll tell you what, in my opinion that would be a violation of federal law,” Van Cleave said. “To go off on a fishing trip with that information, much less sharing information like that with neighbors, there’s no way that’s legal.”

And, as I said, this is just one of the things listed in the account, there are others. And Eric Greitens thinks it’s fine. He wants local elected officials to sell out their law abiding citizens that depend on them, and elected them for what? Relief from federal pressure, a new militarized Humvee or something? I dunno, nor do I care. But this sort of abuse of citizens is what the Missouri SAPA is meant to prevent. We currently have a weaponized federal law enforcement branch, if you doubt that ask someone that’s been attacked by them.

Isn’t it nice to have friends that tip you off to stuff that’s going on so you can fire up the internet and share in the fun? Eric Greitens was on the Pete Mundo in the morning show, a morning radio show that covers Missouri politics, local politics, events and opinions. I know for a fact someone sent in a question about his waffling support on Missouri’s SAPA. And asked in light of his recent kerfluffle (Caleb Rowden’s call to the MOHP) would he be re-thinking his lack of support for it?

Nope. He was asked, but just like he weaseled around before when the show host asked him about it. The host mentioned Dana Loesch had dinged him on it, and to be honest Dana is supporting Eric Schmitt. Greitens just dismissed the question and said since she’s supporting another candidate…..but listen for yourself, it’s not that long a segment and hopefully I have it set to start after the ads.

Another caller later pointed out Greitens hadn’t answered the question, it seemed his approach is “If you don’t support me, you’re a RINO” and that he is very much making use of the branding and labels of MAGA. I don’t trust this, I don’t trust it at all and the more he does it the more it makes my spidey senses tingle. I really wanted to write a column in support of this guy, but government is not a friend of the people. Especially not now.

Most of the show including follow up callers can be found here https://omny.fm/shows/pete-mundo-kcmo-talk-radio-103-7fm-710am/eric-greitens-controversial-rino-hunting-ad-goes-v

I also listened to a Dennis Prager Fireside chat today (Otto! The Bulldog!) On what’s more dangerous than Guns?
https://www.prageru.com/video/ep-241-what-is-more-dangerous-than-guns

He rightly points out that nuclear weapons are far more dangerous than guns. But no one is concerned that France, the U.K. and more than likely Israel have them. People are concerned Russia, North Korea, China and soon Iran have them. Then he pointed out how many millions have been murdered at the hands of their own governments. Only government having guns is far scarier than guns, because who’s hand the gun rests in matters.
So a politician that loudly proclaims he’s pro-Second Amendment while obviously on more than one occasion disparaging laws set to protect citizens from Federal overreach does not impress me. The time to get legislation like that passed is before it’s needed, because after it’s needed it’s too late. If Greitens can’t look down the road and foresee that, he’s not going to help much. He’s like the guy in the bus after it’s gone off the curve and tumbled down the cliff on the third roll who says “Slow down and watch out for the curve!”. He may not be as bad as a Susan Collins or a Roy Blunt, but he sure isn’t a Rand Paul or Josh Hawley. And that’s just if there is no malicious intent.

Nope, Spidey senses are tingling.

Media Responsibility Or Gun Responsibility?

Devarrick Turner, a Gannett “Multimedia Entertainment Journalist” deigns to lecture more knowledgeable Americans on the alleged difference between “gun responsibility” vs. “gun control.”

Mass shootings spark debate over ‘gun responsibility’ vs. ‘gun control.’ Here’s the difference
Opponents believe strict gun laws infringe upon their Second Amendment right to bear arms. Some Second Amendment supporters — like actor Matthew McConaughey, whose hometown is Uvalde — are now using the term gun responsibility instead of gun control.

responsibility: 1: the quality or state of being responsible: such as
a: moral, legal, or mental accountability
b: RELIABILITY, TRUSTWORTHINESS

Since individuals are already legally responsible for the criminal misuse of firearms, however obtained or possessed, I can only assume that Turner wants to legislate morality. That rarely turns out well, since three people can barely agree on what is moral all the time.

Mandatory background checks for gun purchases, including at private sales and gun shows, which current federal law does not require.

Private sales, no matter the location, do not require background checks, and never have. Why, after 246 years is this suddenly a problem?

Commercial sales at gun shows have required background checks for more than two decades. How did the oh-so-knowledgeable Turner miss this minor fact?

“Red flag” laws that temporarily seize firearms from individuals who have been may be a danger to themselves or others. These must be court-ordered and due process must be applied to assess the individual and the alleged threat.

5 CFR § 732.301; TRUAX, 1921; and GOLDBERG v. KELLY, 1970 require due process that allows the accused a hearing before an action against the accused to be taken. Can Mr. Turner specify which enacted “red flag” law gives the accused a hearing before firearms are seized?

Implement a national waiting period for assault rifles purchases.

According to the ATF, it currently takes five months to process an application for an assault rifle. How much longer does Turner propose that buyer wait?

I suspect that Turner’s apparent confusion is based in ignorance of what an assault rifle is.

Raise the age limit to buy AR-15 rifles (gun often used in mass shootings) from 18 to 21.

How does Turner define “often used”? I can only find one mass shooting in which Colt AR-15s were used: Mandalay Bay, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It’s true that I found many other claims of AR-15s being used, but like the Orlando nightclub shooting (SIG MCX), those usually prove to be some other weapon. Handguns are used in most mass shootings. Federal law already requires one to be 21yo to purchase those from a dealer.

But if the minimum age to purchases rifles in raised to 21, how will Turner reconcile that with MILLER, 1939 and 10 U.S. Code § 246 which require those 17 to 45 to possess arms in common military use.

Laws that require safe storing protocols and safety training to increase responsible gun ownership.

Outside of urban areas, Georgia residents, for instance, commonly keep firearms ready to deal with snakes and other wildlife. In urban environments they are kept to deal with criminal wildlife. How will you compensate those people for their loss of safety? We encounter one of those “legislating morality” issues here: I do not consider it moral to force honest folks to lock up their defensive tools. “Safe storage” kills.

There is also the matter of ensuring compliance with “safe storage” laws. How is that to be done? Does Turner propose door to door searches of homes for firearms, and charges for those found not to be stored in compliance with whatever arbitrary rules he wants?

Or will Turner require owners to admit, when reporting a lost or stolen firearm, that gun was not “safely stored?” I think that would run afoul of HAYNES restrictions on self-incrimination.

Before pushing to regulate morality, Turner would do well to educate himself on current laws, and what exactly firearms are. To do otherwise might seem… irresponsible.

[Turner was asked to comment before publication. He did not respond.]

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

I’ve heard it said a picture is worth a thousand words, so this is going to be a really really long column! There have been all kinds of pity memes going around lately, many of them dealing with citizen control and on Fakebook and other social media sites people are sharing and swapping them around like baseball trading cards. Back when there was baseball…and trading cards worth trading.

So here we go, I have a few, very few for me links I am putting in to relevant stories that in my mind apply to the meme.

We shall start with what set off the latest round of calls for citizen control. The Uvalde killer who has been labeled in the corporate (biased) media as “bullied”. As per usual, they have it bass akwards.

Teen Who Knew Uvalde Shooter Drops Bomb About Him

HE was the bully, and pro-tip? Anyone, and I mean anyone, who walks around with a bag of dead cats he’s beaten to death is not normal. This is why we have animal cruelty laws.

Texas School Shooter’s Grandfather Says He Barely Spoke to His Grandson Who Lived w/ Him https://rumble.com/v16883j-texas-school-shooters-grandfather-says-he-barely-spoke-to-his-grandson-who-.html

Now does this sound normal to you? And that was a really nice truck his grandma had as well. Looked very expensive. I feel very sorry for her, she tried to help the kid and he shot her then stole her really nice truck.

I have other questions.

How DID the shooter get all that gear? He had a minimum wage job.

So now the hue and cry to get rid of “assault weapons”.

You say potato, I say potato, it’s the same rifle.

But it seems that our (in their minds) rulers have inconsistent ideas about who lawful gun owners should be. For instance, take Ukraine.

Ukraine gets rocket launchers
Biden Will arm our enemies however.

U.S. Senate approves aid to Ukraine, blocks aid to small businesses on same day

Another 40 billion gone

Oh, well, good to see where the priorities of American politicians are, right? Because they aren’t with U.S.!

Then you have exceedingly stupid politicians and even dumber talking heads on the corporate (Pfizer sponsored) media yammering on about how The Second Amendment was never meant to include modern weapons. And that might be a fun column to do in the near future. But for now, WWGWS

What would George Washington say?

Ah George, we need you now!

Fine

We can do it your way.

So then there is the talk about mandatory buy backs and confiscation. Doesn’t it seem odd a burgler is pushing to have law-abiding citizens disarmed? It’s almost like he wants to make it a “safer work environment”…for criminals.

Beta male hypocrisy

And about trusting the government to keep us safe? HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHHAHAHAHA and more.

Universal background check
Waco Tx

But if it’s really really about preventing death…

Gun death vs Vax death

But since I want to end this column on a happy note:

First they came

And this is around 12,464 words! In two pages.

Poking the Russian Bear for fun and profit

Yeah…You know, I’ve heard from people on the right and left, via radio, TV and just people that Putin is “crazy”. Crazed madman, crazed from covid. I’m not so sure.

I still haven’t figured out how President Puddin’head handing over US sovereignty isn’t treason, but few others are saying it, so guess his puppeteers figure he’s in the clear. What will that entail? Well, since he’s handing it over to the W.H.O., here’s a previews.

WHO is Set to Officially Recommend Every Country Adopt COVID Lockdowns in Abrupt Change to Policy. I listened to a radio show today and one of the things they talked about what how the W.H.O. had objected to the lockdowns, stating the cost of them in terms of harm could yield greater damage than the disease. As indeed it did. But the lockdown was never about health, it was about power. And what is the new threat on the horizon now that President Putin has cured covid?

MONKEYPOX!! The “k” is silent. But don’t fret, President Puddin’head is right one it! After a case in Massachusetts his puppeteers have ordered millions of doses of “vaccine”. And how big a threat is Moneypox?

https://banned.video/watch?id=62881e725ee58b13dbc7daf7

Annd, right on schedule we have our quarantines. First Mandatory Quarantines for Monkeypox as White House Warns of More Cases The quarantine is in Belgium. Don’t worry, it will be here just in time for elections.

Well, of course he is warning. His buddies at the WuHan lab have been experimenting with Moneypox. Moneypox was a table-top simulation last year. I still want to know what was in the Ukrainian bio-labs and who has control of them. For real. And with Chinese installed Tedros in charge of the W.H.O. we have no worries, he only covered up a tiny three cholera epidemics when he was Ethiopia’s health minister. What do you expect from a guy who is not a doctor anyway?

Do you wonder what it will look like when the US is under the control of the W.H.O.? Did you know the World Economic Forum has their own paramilitary police force? Political commentator Jack Posobiec found out today when he was at Davos. He had passport, papers and press pass and still got hauled behind a building. Apparently things deescalated some when another blogger showed up and started filming. Kind of reminds me of the goons in Canada during the Trucker’s freedom convoy in unmarked uniforms. The reason we aren’t Canada right now is the Second Amendment.

World Economic Forum’s Stasi

What always follows pandemics? Famine, which is followed by war. With President Puddin’head’s puppeteers policies we are well on the way. Soaring inflation, soaring gas prices, no baby formula and President Puddin’head’s FDA kept the Abbott factory closed, and they have yanked more permits for drilling. Then there are the Russian sanctions, ah yes. Those much vaunted sanctions. Any idea where the majority of the wheat comes from? Russia and Ukraine. India has announced they are not going to export any except to maybe needy nations. Congress is sending more 140 some billion more to Ukraine, while denying money to small American businesses. Must be some reason.

Partners in crime?

So this will drag on in Ukraine, and this is not about the Ukrainian people who don’t want to live under communism, who does? Besides people who think they will end up at the top of the heap like Bernie Sanders and AOC.

But with war continuing in Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia I wouldn’t be looking for a surplus of bread any time soon.

So, with President Puddin’head’s puppeteers proclaiming a new (and improved) coming pandemic how many will fall for it? I listened to a very interesting podcast with Mattis DeSmet today, the topic was mass formation, or group think if you will. https://jermwarfare.com/blog/mattias-desmet

One of the things Professor Desmet said is those who have not bought into the hive mind, or group think have got to keep speaking out. He talked about a show he did recently and he said he got so much mail from people that said while they were listening to the show, it was like they were waking up and they could see where their previous thought processes had been off. He felt our best chance of saving at least some of them (the cult covidians) was to keep speaking out. But it’s about saving ourselves as well from the things they will demand the government do to us in the name of “safety”.

Which leads me to my next point, speaking out.

This censorship of Russia, and anything Russian. RT news in America recently shut down. Well, with the services canceling them, I can see why. Al Jeezera still on? Just checking. Another podcast was with a former reporter for RT news, and it was pretty interesting. She talked about the freedom she had as a journalist working for them. That she had been free to pursue some stories she would never have been allowed to cover on FOX or CNN. The interview was about the hate that had been directed at her personally since February. It’s also available on Spotify. Jerm Warfare. The interview is Rachel Blevins. I know, lots of listening today, what can I say? I was working on a mower.

https://odysee.com/@jermwarfare:2/rachel-blevins:91?r=BDjTAtq4WJnuTurz5kqJidEt2WsNSwwj

But the level of censorship and hatred directed at President Putin (who I still do not think is a nice guy) is usually reserved for American doctors who had cheap easily available cures for corona virus. And in fact, can be used for other viruses. It is usually reserved for people that try to submit evidence that there was massive cheating in the 2020 elections. That much hatred directed at a man who is head of a communist country? The rabid left loves communism, so this is very odd. What is it the American oligarchs don’t want the citizens to hear? I heard (but not confirmed) Russia did not lock down their citizens nor was there a vax mandate. Are they afraid we’re going to compare death statistics? I don’t know, but there is some reason for this.

They have continued to blame Putin for election interference, for gas price spikes, for rising prices and probably the heartbreak of psoriasis! Vice President Word Salad shows up in Ukraine urging them to join NATO, and the media claims the US gave information to the Ukraine to sink the Russian warship and to target Russian Generals. Then Ginger Goebbels Psaki trots out and says it’s not true. Now, if the majority of American citizens know she lies like a cheap rug….I’m guessing Putin might have a clue as well. The Bull Durham investigation has shown there was no Russian interference, Crooked Hillary cooked it all up. (Prayers for Robbie Mook at this trying time). The disgraced and discredited FIB and CIA apparently “couldn’t” figure it out. I want my tax dollars back. Now we have RINO Romney, Mitt Romney Calls on NATO to Prepare for Potential Russian Nuclear Strikes. Well, lets see, we have millions of people in the US now and we have no clue who they are, so. Of course Romney has a pony in the race, his son as well as Pelosi’s, Kerry’s and of course Biden’s are all involved in the Ukraine. The country the IMF ranks as one of the corrupt. You know, it’s interesting, I don’t speak Russian, I know not that much about Russia, although someone did tell me on Shabbat that Putin has made it better for the Jews, but some of the videos I’ve seen on GAB (who don’t censor) have English subtitles and according the videos it is the Russians who have been helping the Ukrainian citizens more, and some of the atrocities have been Ukrainian. I dunno, I don’t speak either language.

But the point here is, everything President Puddin’head’s puppeteers and his corrupt friends in the pub party have been doing are set to provoke and poke the Russian bear, and harm American citizens. If you really think Putin is crazy, why are you doing that? You don’t poke crazy. One of the shows I listened to today, I’m not sure which one, pointed out that Putin had set down a set of items that Russia wouldn’t tolerate. They said he had been clear and had been saying it for a long time. It’s not like he just woke up cranky one morning and out of the blue decided to take a jaunt into Ukraine. Somehow I don’t hear much conversation about that though.

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action. We are well past that with President Puddin’head.

Keeping your friends close can be a challenge

We are at an unprecedented place in American history. The forces allied against us, U.S. are without and within. And the within are the worst of the lot. I think the leaders of almost (if not all) of the world’s countries right now are corrupt, and I think they are determined to pit us against one another because if we figured out we all pretty much want the same thing (I’m leaving Islam out of this, by the way, that’s a whole nother kettle of fish) then we might decide we just prefer to get along, work together and live in peace. And so I’ll leave you with a thought from Rabbi Nachman of Breslov (in Ukraine) and a story from Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch.

We must not fear!

Not W.H.O. but WHAT are you?

As you may, or not, have heard, the JoBama crime regime is on the verge of handing over U.S. sovereignty to the W.H.O. You know, I always figured it would be the U.N. that would be the issue, and I do believe they will play a role as the W.H.O.’s enforcers, but it will be the corrupt W.H.O. with their oligarch benefactors that will be running the show.

It seems when the elections of 2020 were corrupted by the demoncrats and their allies in the corporate media and technology, a series of planned events began like the falling of a domino. See the movie 2000 Mules for evidence on this one. Dinesh D’Souza, doing the job American “journalists” , cough cough, choke choke, won’t do.

These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.”3 U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them.

There are many groups and people that believe the Covid-19 flu was timed and/or engineered to affect our elections. This group has a lot of good information on their web site to back up the claim, and a video. Members are doctors, lawyers, and others who have been fighting the use of covid to seize freedom from citizens of every country. https://stopworldcontrol.com/. You must admit, ordering all those covid-19 test kits a year or two ahead of the actual pandemic is amazing. Apparently, Miss Cleo is back in biz. So, there is a domino. If you just want to see the video they’ve put together giving evidence on why they believe the pandemic was planned, that’s here.

Dr. Peter Breggin (author of We Are The Prey) writes how this treaty will affect U.S.

On May 22-28, 2022, ultimate control over America’s healthcare system, and hence its national sovereignty, will be delivered for a vote to the World Health Organization’s governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA).

This threat is contained in new amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations, proposed by the Biden administration, that are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2” at the upcoming conference on May 22-28, 2022.1

These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

If passed, the Biden Administration’s proposed amendments will, by their very existence and their intention, drastically compromise the independence and the sovereignty of the United States. The same threat looms over all the U.N.’s 193 member nations, all of whom belong to WHO and represent 99.44% of the world population.2

These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.”3 U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them.

….

Although sponsored by an American administration, WHO’s most significant use of this arbitrary authority to declare national emergencies will be used against the United States if our government ever again dares to take anti-globalist stands as it did under the Trump administration.

Because this treaty was originally signed in 2007, I don’t believe this needs to go through the approval process again. This is “just” amendments from the JoBama crime regime. And another domino bites the dust.

Here’s a bit about those amendments from Leo Hohmann:

According to the WHO’s website, on March 30, 2021, 25 world leaders announced an “urgent call for an International Pandemic Treaty,” stating that such a treaty is needed to orchestrate a single globalized response to pandemics. These “25 heads of government and international leaders” have come together in a joint call to form the treaty.

Don’t forget that Yuval Noah Harari, the chief advisor to Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum, has stated that globalist elites will use “crises” to bring about world government.

“Catastrophe opens the door” to massive changes that people would otherwise never accept, Harari said.

But even more pressing than the treaty itself right now, is something almost no one is paying attention to in U.S. political, religious or media circles, and that involves a set of amendments that will amend an existing treaty, the International Health Regulations. The U.S. government has submitted amendments to 13 articles within those regulations, which are administered by the WHO, and these amendments are seen by many as sovereignty killers.

A UN report from May 2021 called for more powers for the WHO stating that, “In its current form, the WHO does not possess such powers […]To move on with the treaty, WHO therefore needs to be empowered — financially, and politically.“

The WHO will be hosting its annual meeting, the 75th World Health Assembly, May 22-28 in Geneva, Switzerland, attended by delegates from at least 194 nations. It is during this Assembly that members will be voting on the amendments that will hand over additional sovereignty, control and legal authority to the World Health Organization. The WHO, if these amendments are approved, will obtain the authority to declare an international health emergency, overriding national governments.

Here’s a pdf of the amendments, might want to have a look at them.

Now one might think, why on earth would the President of the United States, leader of the free nation, want to turn over sovereignty of the country to an un-elected bunch of bureaucrats that haven’t been correct about much of anything about covid-19. Why, this would leave his citizens no recourse to whatever tyranny the corrupt Tedros (owned and installed by China, much as JoBama was) decided to force on them?

But you get to go to heaven!

No word yet if Vladimir Putin will be handing over Russian sovereignty to a globalist cabal or not. But gosh, I guess if he didn’t, it would be like the whole world (almost) would be united against Russia. But, you wouldn’t think the whole world would unite against one nation just because they made a different choice. A choice they felt was in the best interest of their citizens, their families, would you? Seems a horrible way to thank Putin for curing covid, right? And one day after I write this, we know the answer Russia Moves To Withdraw From WTO, WHO

Yeah, at this point I’d believe it. I mean look at how people treated those that for some reason or another chose not to take the experimental gene therapy injections? This is just on a far grander scale. Fellow write Y.B. Ben Avraham sent me a fascinating article. Letter to the Menticided: A 12-Step Recovery Program

“Menticide is an old crime against the human mind and spirit but systematized anew. It is an organized system of psychological intervention and judicial perversion through which a powerful dictator can imprint his own opportunistic thoughts upon the minds of those he plans to use and destroy.”

* * *

“Ready made opinions can be distributed day by day through press, radio, and so on, again and again, till they reach the nerve cell and implant a fixed pattern of thought in the brain. Consequently, guided public opinion is the result, according to Pavlovian theoreticians, of good propaganda technique, and the polls a verification of the temporary successful action of the Pavlovian machinations on the mind.”

~~Joost Meerloo, The Rape of the Mind

The whole thing is well worth reading, but one of the videos embedded explains so well why I believe that many people in the U.S. will go along with this treaty, beg for it, just like they do to have experimental injections put into their innocent children as they sacrifice them on the alter of the Golden Fauxci Molech.

We aren’t really dealing with evil people per se, but stupid ones. And they are more dangerous to us, U.S. After years of public education, corporate media, dumbed down entertainment and equity as opposed to equality in outcomes, this is what we are up against, the side against freedom and law abiding citizens.

Now, the politicians? They aren’t necessarily stupid, they are sadistic and power greedy. I enjoy war correspondent Michael Yon’s columns. His insight from what I’ve read and heard him say is pretty accurate. His take on the Biden crime regime? You are being too generous if you attribute this to incompetence. The Myth of “If Only He knew,” or “When he finds out this will end…”

It seems Dr. Martinson has come around to a paradigm more aligned with my own. This is not incompetence. They know what they are doing. This is war.

Old proverbs and sayings can be very useful branches, thought-shortcuts, to help just get to accurate answers quickly. But those same sayings can be traps. This is one reason it’s better to use a dumb Bloodhound while tracking men than to use a very smart Border Collie.

Firstly, the Bloodhound has a better nose — AND USES IT. The Bloodhound just follows the facts that its senses detect. Follows the evidence. Border Collies often follow their memories. Lassie (well, not a Border Collie) remembers the last man she found was in a ditch, and so Lassie runs around checking all the ditches. Lassie was last seen disappearing over the horizon checking a long ditch.

Lassie is using the equivalent shortcut of “never attribute to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence.” And they look with those brilliant eyes barking, “See! I know the shortcut to wisdom!” Meanwhile, the dumb Bloundhound in the last hour found a missing child, tree’d a kidnapper, got on the trail of a female Bloodhound, and sired a new litter all while Lassie is still running down the ditches knowing she’s going to get that guy. Lassie tracks with her eyes and memory. Bloodhound tracks the available evidence and is equivalent to a weapon’s system.

The evidence is clear. We are under attack. When I say this, the Lassies typically say, “Never attribute to malice what can be found in a ditch.”

….

I am down here in Panama and can say with clarity that comes dry season in December/January when the Darien jungles are easier to cross when famine is ripping across Africa and many other places, we may see literally millions of people come through here and blow right across the US borders.

Baby formula? Lol. You can take the Haitians out of Haiti but some of these thugs will be taking homes by force.

The whole column is worth reading, really.

So the W.H.O. has the power to decide what and when a pandemic is, and can use the U.N. to enforce the nations to do what the W.H.O. says. So, like the CDC used to yammer on about an “epidemic of gun violence”, well then, that would be right up the W.H.O.’s ally wouldn’t it?

So, there is a petition you can sign, but this travesty starts in just a couple of days.

According to Dr. Tess Lawrie, there may be another chance to have input.

According to the WHO, the next round of written and video public participation in the pandemic treaty will take place on 16-17 June.

Have you ever wondered why the power crazy demoncrats haven’t backed off of any of their disastrous plans and policies that have hurt American citizens at every turn? I mean you hear Republicans talking about a “red wave” in the fall, and while it’s true Blacks and Hispanics are fleeing the power drunk dims, don’t you get the feeling there is a reason the dims aren’t backing off? It’s almost as though they think they don’t have to worry about “red waves”, fall or elections. They are just trying to get as many pieces in place as quickly as they can. Enough pieces that there is no coming back.

Whether there is a way or not, I do not know. I know that G-d determines outcomes, but there are very few fantastic achievements I’ve ever seen that didn’t require some amount of effort on the part of the person submitting those prayers. And I think lots and lots of prayers on in order. Because what it is, is tyranny on a scale we’ve never seen, and the last domino just dropped.

New York Gun Control Fails

Another mass shooting, more media BS.

You probably heard that the Buffalo chumbucket is a right-wing white supremacist. From what I’ve heard, I’m willing to buy the white supremacist part, but right-wing?

.

“I would prefer to call myself a populist. But you can call me an ethno-nationalist eco-fascist national socialist if you want, I wouldn’t disagree with you.” He also repeatedly attacks capitalists, and rejected the conservative label because, he wrote, “conservativism is corporatism in disguise, I want no part of it.”

An eco-fascist national socialist? Doesn’t sound very right-wing.

Of course, reports have it that he used an evil AR-15 assault weapon.

Again, not so much.

The UK Independent reports on Sunday morning the New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) announced the gun was acquired legally.

ABC 7 indicated the attacker used a rifle which was purchased at a store in Broome County, New York.

A lawful, commercial purchase (not a private sale) in New York means the weapon was NY SAFE compliant; that is, not an assault weapon. Reports do claim he had noncompliant magazines holding more than 10 rounds.

Interesting that some asshole was able to lawfully purchase that gun…

…considering that, as is becoming all too common, he was previously known to authorities. It seems that he threatened to kill people at his high school, and was “Baker Acted*” less than a year ago.

But no seems to have thought of using New York’s “red flag” law to supposedly keep him disarmed while he wandered the streets unsuperised. Thus, he could still lawfully purchase his murder weapon.

Where are we at?

  • Assault weapon ban didn’t work.
  • “High capacity” magazine ban didn’t work.
  • Red flag law didn’t work.
  • And since the red flag law didn’t work, neither did the point-of-sale NICS background check.

Clearly this calls for more gun control that won’t work. And maybe some more censorship laws… that won’t work either.

* Technically, “Baker Act” refers to the Florida law allowing people to be taken in for a mental health evaluation, but every state — including New York — has the equivalent. I find it helpful to use the general term “Baker Act” for them all.

Mirror, Mirror On The Wall

Who’s the dumbest one of all? I never expect much sense from victim-disarmers, but the CT Mirror’s Mark Robinson may have set a new low bar.

The 2nd Amendment doesn’t say that
Let’s not buy into misconceptions about the 2nd Amendment when advancing Gov. Lamont’s gun control proposals.

What might those misconceptions be?

Public perception and debate only changed a little more than a generation ago. Until recently, this has been the overwhelming consensus among Americans and in the courts. Ever since the aftermath of the War of 1812 (when veterans returned home from war with their firearms) the federal government has regulated and restricted the right to bear arms, and did so without political controversy.

According to “A Well Regulated Right: The Early American Origins of Gun Control,” by Saul Cornell and Nathan DeDino, during the decades after the Revolutionary War, the sale of firearms was forbidden to Catholics, slaves, indentured servants, and Native Americans.

He went there: Gun control is good because there is no individual right to arms, and we used to disarm Catholics, slave, and Indians.

Holy s[…].

Say… since slavery was legal then, does he want to re-institute that as well?

Moving on.

In U.S. v Miller in 1936, the Supreme Court ruled on a case involving the National Firearms Act, (which was passed after the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre). In that case, the Court ruled unanimously that the 2nd Amendment pertains to militias and not to individual rights.

Aside from the chronological error (MILLER was 1939, which gives you an idea of how well Robinson studied this issue), MILLER was about the status of the defendant’s sawed-off shotgun, not individual RKBA. Specifically, the Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear militarily useful arms, and that no evidence was presented showing that the military used short-barreled shotguns; thus, registration of a non-militarily useful arm could be required. No such evidence was presented because the defendant had died, and with no one to pay their bills, his attorneys didn’t show up to argue the case. (And keep that “militarily useful part in mind.)

But in 2008, in District of Columbia v Heller, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia wrote for the majority, ruling that the 2nd Amendment did create an individual right to bear arms. That is – literally – the first time the high court took this position.

No. The Court found that the Second Amendment protects a preexisting right.

Nor was this the first time that SCOTUS had found the Second to be an individual right. The Supreme Court has ruled that way since at least 1857 (hint: SCOTUS ruled against Dred Scott because if he was a free man, he would have a right to bear arms just like anyone else). If Robinson had bother reading the HELLER decision, he might have noticed that Scalia cited numerous prior precedents for an individual right.

Robinson has a little list of further infringements that he wants CT Governor Lamont to impose.

Close the loopholes in assault weapons laws

Remember that “militarily useful” part of MILLER? If “assault weapons” are nasty, military-style arms, then MILLER (and HELLER) already found that we have an individual right to them. Shall we go there; in court, I mean?

Make domestic violence convictions an automatic disqualifier for obtaining a gun permit

Well, that seems a little redundant, since a domestic violence conviction already makes possession of a firearm a crime. Doubly redundant since CGS § 29-28(b) also mentions that no permit may be issued to anyone prohibited under 18 USC 922.

Perhaps Robinson could spend some time perusing Connecticut General Statutes regarding firearms. Our Gun Culture Primer might help, too.

Until then, he should keep his mouth shut and avoiding proving himself an ignorant fool.

When a lie is the FIB

With the recent decision in the Gretchen Whitmer faux kidnapping plot, which saw two of the defendants acquitted and another two had a result of a hung jury. Which is amazing considering how little evidence the defense was allowed to present. In some cases because it might “confuse the jury”. Uh huh.

There’s More to Yesterday’s Verdicts in the Michigan Whitmer Kidnapping Case – Much More…

Both before and during the trial, prosecutors went to extraordinary lengths to exclude evidence and witnesses that might undermine their arguments, while winning the right to bring in almost anything favorable to their own side. As a result, defense attorneys were largely reduced to nibbling at the edges of the government’s case in hopes of instilling doubt in the jurors’ minds, and to making claims about official misconduct with vanishingly few pieces of evidence to support them.

But did you know there is actual video of the planning sessions?

Well, yeah, it’s the Bee, but I figure that’s probably about how it really worked. So isn’t it interesting that the head of the Detroit office at the time was transferred to DC shortly before January 6th? Guess he had a perfect work resume, eh wot?

Head of FBI Detroit during the fake Whitmer kidnapping plot was transferred to DC Field Office before Jan 6

Many have pointed out the striking FBI parallels between the Capitol riot that took place on Jan. 6, 2021, and the Whitmer would-be kidnapping case. Even a New York Times reporter admitted on footage captured by undercover Project Veritas staffers that there were “a ton of FBI informants” among the Jan. 6 rioters.

That is quite a coincidence isn’t it? The events following January 6th have long bothered me. There is so much video footage that hasn’t been released, why not? Ashli Babbit’s murder by a cop who had left his service weapon in a bathroom in the past, now murdered an American citizen who moments before had been yelling at a cop to call for back up and tried to stop a man much bigger than herself from breaking in a door. Oh, and he’s now been promoted. And rather than have a fair hearing or trial the DC swamp just covered it up.

One article says there may have been as many as 20 federal “asses”, er “assets” embedded on January 6th. Twenty? Oh, I’d guess much higher. 20 Federal ‘Assets’ Embedded at Capitol on Jan. 6, Court Filing Says

“How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of Jan. 6?” Cruz asked Jill Sanborn, executive assistant director of the FBI’s national security branch.

“Sir, I’m sure you can appreciate that I can’t go into the specifics of sources and methods,” Sanborn said.

Cruz replied, “Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events of Jan. 6, yes or no?”

“Sir, I can’t answer that,” Sanborn said.

“Did any FBI agents or confidential informants commit crimes of violence on Jan. 6?” Cruz asked.

“I can’t answer that, sir,” Sanborn replied.

Well of course you can’t.

The list of normal American citizens the FIB went after is staggering. Here’s a selection of a few. Included are a single Mom who is at risk of losing her infant and spending 30 years in jail. For the crime of…..wait for it….being a proud boy. Yep, those Demoncrats really can’t tell boys from girls. One would think the FIB, being the crack investigative agency that it is could figure out if she just gave birth..oh yeah, I forgot, birthing person. Well, and they probably aren’t biologists either. If we’re lucky Demoncrats will be extinct in time, seeing as how they don’t have the reproducing thing down yet. But these stories are just heartbreaking, a Dad who forgives the piece of crap son that turned him into the FIB because he wouldn’t let the boy take his Mom’s car to a BLM riot. Geez, didn’t tell him he couldn’t go, just he couldn’t take his Mom’s car. I mean these stories are heartbreaking. Especially when you get into how the prisoners have been treated in the DC prison.

Deputy Warden at DC Gulag Where Pro-Trump Political Prisoners Are Violently Beaten and Abused Deletes Twitter Page After She Is Exposed as Toxic Trump-Hater

Deletes Twitter page? Wow, that sounds really serious, not got fired, denied pension or anything like that, just deletes Twitter page.

These people are being denied edible food, access to see their families, healthcare (thought that was a human right obama?) and basic human rights, let alone dignity. I’m not sure it’s true, but I hear there is a letter asking for Putin to liberate the DC gulag.

In case you want a refresher on some of the MSM aka #FakeNews talking points, Mother of January 6th Political Prisoner Whose Son Faces 20 Years for Reporting Inside US Capitol Publishes Must-Read List of Facts and she rebuts them all. Guess there’s a reason they call it #FakeNews. As Washington DC is funded by taxpayer dollars, I would think there would be some leverage. And this is what gets to me. Other than some notable names how many politicians are defending people that are in jail for going to a peaceful rally? How many are parroting back how appalled they were by the behavior and on ad nauseam? I thought Americans objected to political prisoners, and they certainly are. But our big speaking politicians are all mush mouthed on this.

Why has no one contacted Amnesty International?

But you know who has stepped up to the plate? Bin Laden. Yep, Bin Laden. Not that one. Noor, his niece. She is amazing, and I’m not just saying that because I’m totally jealous of her hair. On February 7th, this year:

*On February 7, 2022 PACE submitted this document (ref. A/HRC/49/NGO/244, published on March 9, 2022) to the UN Human Rights Council with literally one minute left before the automated system was shut down. Hence why there are a couple of typos in the official document. Also, UN editors systematically changed ‘the U.S.’ or ‘U.S.’ to ‘the United States of America’, annoyingly making the original document less than an ideal read –– please ignore.

Yes, Noor Bin Laden has submitted a document to the UN Human Rights Council on behalf of the January 6th political prisoners. The story behind it, and what she submitted can be found here, on her web site. There is also a link to the official UN document. Here’s a snippet:

An African regime that behaved like the Biden administration, using its state security services to suppress dissent and punish political opponents, under the guise of a “domestic war on terror,” would be swiftly condemned by the UN, and punished with sanctions.

We respectfully urge the OHCHR to reconsider its January 18, 2021 statement, in light of new evidence, and to take forceful action against the grievious human rights violations now being unleashed against political dissidents by US security services.

Yep, Noor Bin Laden doing the job American politicians haven’t done.

Meanwhile the FIB has become a joke, and it needs to be defunded as well as D.C.

I did hear the had a January 6th reunion recently though. FBI To Host First Annual Jan 6 Reunion There was video of that as well.

Yeah, I wanted to try to find a way to end it on a bit of a smile, if possible. Pesach starts tomorrow evening. We celebrate our G-d taking us out of the slavery of Egypt, towards a life and land where we could live with the directions for living a good life according to the directions G-d would soon be giving us.

May political prisoners all over the world soon taste freedom, and may we all leave the slavery of our own private “Egypts”.

Too Funny Not To Cross-Post: CNN+

You may have heard that CNN spent (apparently hundreds of) millions to start up its new CNN+. Don’t feel bad if you haven’t, because judging by its low traffic, most haven’t. Apparently fewer than 10,000 viewers to date.

Which prompted me to check something. I found a site that consistently out-performs CNN+.

The Zelman Partisans.

For that matter, my personal blog gives them some competition. Not every month, but visitors per month exceeding CNN+ isn’t unusual.

If CNN can handle the exposure to facts, I’ll consider job offers.

Unregulated “Ghost Guns”

I think it’s high time for manufacturers of unfinished frames to start suing the heck out of Everytown for Gun Safety.

But gun safety advocacy groups, like Everytown for Gun Safety, which pushed the federal government for years to take action on ghost guns, applauded Biden’s moves and insisted that both Dettelbach’s appointment and the finalized rule will help combat gun violence.

“Ghost guns look like a gun, they shoot like a gun, and they kill like a gun, but up until now they haven’t been regulated like a gun,” said John Feinblatt, Everytown’s president. (link)

Feinblatt isn’t stupid. He isn’t ignorant. He isn’t mistaken.

He is a liar.

Privately manufactured firearms are firearms, and are regulated as such. A prohibited person may not build one. A prohibited person may not possess one. They may not be manufactured with the intent to sell, only for personal use. All that before the Biden administration’s new rule.

Certainly the Department of Justice and ATF are aware of that.

Seven men charged with guns trafficking in Inland Empire, ‘ghost guns’ among 30 firearms seized
Seven men have been arrested and charged with multiple federal firearms- and drug-related offenses as part of a federal investigation that recovered seven automatic weapons among a haul of so-called ghost guns, officials said Tuesday.
[…]
Most of the guns were privately made firearms bearing no serial numbers or identifying marks, commonly referred to as “ghost guns.”
[…]
Damon Moore, aka “Damage,” 27, of Bellflower was charged with engaging in the business of dealing in firearms without a license, being a prohibited person in possession of a gun, and distribution of methamphetamine.

If “ghost guns” are, as Everytown Liar-In-Chief claims, unregulated, exactly what US Code were these men charged under, eh? Looks like a truckload of 18 U.S. Code § 922 and 18 U.S. Code § 923 violations, but Feinblatt says it ain’t so; not too swift for an attorney. Maybe the Catholic University of America should demand his law degree back.

And a question for real attorneys: Is it a reportable ethics violation for an attorney to deliberately misrepresent laws?

I’m a bit curious about why the AP’s “Lead Justice Dept. & federal law enforcement reporter” let a demonstrably false statement like that go unchallenged. It raises the question of whether he’s an ignorant idiot, or just a fluffer for the victim-disarmament industry. (Rhetorical, of course; it’s AP.)
