I’m sure we’ve all watched the media meltdown with a degree of humor. I mean its funny watching arrogant people who are so sure the know the answer to everything, their opinion is always more informed and worldly than the lowly peasants viewing their show, come absolutely uncorked when they were wrong about something. Else. Again.

Even the coverage by newspapers from other countries that have a bit of honesty in their media are a bit bemused.

….One cannot overstate just how much influence the corporate press has over the majority of leftists. It’s less a bubble, and more a multi-layered, multi-dimensional, bomb-proof echo chamber that completely warps the reality of the person trapped in it. I think it was Sunny Hostin but I could be wrong, but that is not a bright woman. He’s not even sworn in yet you dim bulb, what rights have you lost?

So yes, some of the media may believe their own lies, especially the opinion shows like the view, and who knows, maybe even some of the news readers. But some of them know they are lying.

But you know who else believes the corrupt media? Hard core leftists. The ones who shut anyone down that tries to tell them anything counter to their world view. The tolerant ones calling for censorship. And mentally they are unwilling to cope with it. Just look at how universities are preparing the students for life in the real world. Election results you don’t like? Pet a puppy, play with some legos and here’s some milk and cookies, and no classes. No I’m not kidding. Why do parents even let their kids go to college, let along pay all that money and send them?

But this is only the intermission between Act 1, President Trump winning re-election and what is to come, Act 2. Mark Halprin and Tucker Carlson had a chat about the election aftermath.

So what has this already led to? I mean besides blue haired women shaving their hair off and letting their armpit and leg hair grow, vows not to sleep around and refusal to have children and threats to leave the country? Ok, so I’ll admit, I’m not sure what in any of that is actually bad, I mean you’ll be able to tell at a distance who you want to avoid, and goodness knows leftists not producing more leftists is probably a good thing. All because the dishonest corrupt fake news has convinced gullible, but committed leftists that Donald Trump, a man who was in office for 4 years already is going to be as bad or worse than the last four years of demoncrats who yanked rights are every other turn and actually did throw people in gulags. Plus murder innocent humans, squirrels and racoons. That they didn’t object to. Stifle free speech? Censorship, all good with them. But somehow President Trump’s re-elections with the threat of lower prices, safer streets and no men in women’s rest rooms or locker rooms has them all more terrified than a muslim riot.

Which brings me to my next charge against the corrupt dishonest media. Their biased coverage of the middle east.

On 7 October 2023 there was the worst loss of Jewish life in one day since the Holocaust. On 8 October the terrorists took the stage. Did the media point out many of the terrorist attackers were people the previously gullible leftists of the Kibbutzim had tried to help? Nope. Did the media point out UNRWA’s history of corruption? Nope, when it became known UNRWA employees were holding hostages in their homes did the media cover that? Nope. And on and on with the MSM’s anti-Israel biased reporting on full display. Over the weekend I saw a clip of some blond woman supposedly reporting the news saying that what happened in Amsterdam was because some Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestian flags. Because of course Falestinian flags should be flown in Amsterdam. So what did happen in Amsterdam?

Ok, so a couple of days later, the Jews have escaped back to Israel and the peaceful Falestinians are all happy happy now? Nope. Amsterdam Aflame as Pro-Palestinian ‘Youths’ Riot.

A tram has been set on fire, and at least one man attacked in the streets, as pro-Palestinian “youths” have taken to the streets of Amsterdam in the Netherlands days after prior antisemitic violence.

Some of the media reports said Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestinian flags…again, why is it exactly that Falestinian flags are hanging in Amsterdam? And they chanted anti-Falestinian slogans. Oh, so that totally justifies it. What’s the “it”? In case you didn’t see the Amir video, the muslim taxi drivers worked together to help coordinate the pogrom (2024 edition) along with shop keepers and police that “object” to protecting Jews. Those media reports that tried to imply this was started because a Arab flag was torn down in a Dutch city went light on reporting that the muslims were attacking Jews, beating, stabbing and the old arab favorite, running them over with cars.

Which brings me back to the start of this column, however much you hate the corrupt, dishonest, biased media? It’s not enough. The are the reason much of the country is so divided, along with the educational system. But I would say the media bears the bulk of the blame. They should have a least been honest enough to tell people what “globalize the Intifada” means. But they didn’t, did they?

About that “Preemptive”

So about that word “preemptive”.

I’ve been hearing a great deal lately about Israel and a “preemptive strike”.

This would make it sound like Israel is striking first before Iran or one of it’s proxies Hezbollah, hamass or the Houthis can strike Israel.

Um, no. On October 7th there was the ceasefire in place that the Harris-Biden crime junta so long for. The hamass violated it and killed 1400 innocent Israelis and kidnapped more.

If you look at that massive amount of rockets launched into Israel already, long before Israel sent planes out on 25th of August, you must admit, far, very far from it being a preemptive strike, it’s a retaliatory strike.

And yet, the whole media world is alive with “Israel” and “Preemptive strike”.

Nonsense.

While the left yammers on about the “poor poor Gazans” who elected hamass and went into Israel with hamss, there are hundreds of Israeli citizens in the north that have been unable to go home for months!! They didn’t vote for a government that in it’s charter says it will annihilate an entire group of people (Jews) anywhere in the world. The Gazans did, and they stand by that as well. I haven’t heard cnn expressing any concern for them.

The media is no more honest in reporting on Israel than they are on reporting on politics.

This is the same mindset you see the left use against armed citizens. “You shouldn’t have shot him, he only had a 16” butcher knife and you had a gun! You didn’t need to kill him, you could have shot him in the knee. Why he didn’t even touch you with that knife”.

Why are good people expected to suffer harm before they can defend themselves? I honestly don’t have a clue except the left is a cult of death.

I listened to a couple of podcasts recently that really got me to thinking about how words are used. The first one is fascinating from beginning to end. Dr. Gil-White was a Tamar guest during Covid, and he was pretty much correct on everything. He said in his country (Mexico) there is a saying “He who hits first, hits twice.”. The whole thing is great, he talks about many topics but they all tie together. He maintains America is protecting Iran here, not Israel.

The next week she had Dr. Mordachai Sones and he talks about tricks the media uses and how to spot them.

So for my part? From now on I’ll refer to them as “retaliatory strikes” not preemptive because they most certainly aren’t.

Purim and Concealed Carry, Everyday heroes

We’re about a week out from Purim, the holiday that once again celebrates the survival of the Jewish people from a nation that wanted to wipe them off the face of the earth. The Megillah (scroll/story) of Esther is notable for not mentioning the name of G-d as he remains as hidden as his name is in the story. There are no overt miracles like the parting of the sea, or clouds of glory, manna or even a miraculous battle. No, the story of Purim is about regular people. While I will concede Esther is a Queen this is still not a story of people born into the nobility of Persia.

As I understand it, when Mordechai, Esther’s cousin who raised Esther first found of the plot to destroy the Jewish people and tried to warn them, he wasn’t taken seriously. The Jewish people were rather fractured at that time, and so Esther requested that all the Jews gather to pray and fast. Another interesting bit on this is Mordechai wanted to send the Jews a message regarding the true evil nature of the King and Hamen, but being afraid the message would be intercepted, he hid it in pastry.

In an effort to convince them of the seriousness of the situation, Mordechai sent numerous letters to the Jews describing the true brutal natures of Haman and Ahasuerus. I’ve heard this year they may be called Oznai Sinwar, Sinwar’s ears, after the leader of hamass.

Leading up to Haman’s evil attempt the eradicate Persia of it’s Jewish population, Jews thought they fit into society. They could freely walk around with their symbols of Judaism, order Kosher food and were treated no differently than other members of Persian society. Until one day they didn’t. Much like Germany, a cultured progressive country, Jews were apart of society and had lived at peace with their non-Jewish neighbors, until one day they didn’t.

Today American Jews are seeing what European Jews, or at least Swedish, German, English, and French Jews have been seeing for a long time. Their country loves the illegal invaders from 3rd world countries far more than they love the culture and contributions of their Jewish citizens. I’m sure it is a painful awakening for those that are seeing that the Demoncratic party embraces far more the views of the “the squad” than the old style demoncrats that supported Israel. I would think it would be painful to hear Chuck Schumer call for interference (again) in Israel’s electoral process. I would think it would cause painful bafflement when those indoctrinated by the higher education system proudly display their ignorance on topics while demanding something no other country at war has ever been required to do, which is hamstring your own army and support your opponents. Yet somehow people view it as perfectly acceptable to demand it of Israel.

Well, as we know, Queen Esther and Mordechai took action and created the circumstances for the Jewish people to be allowed concealed carry permits to fight back and kill those who came to kill them. But more than likely the Jews of Shushan sure didn’t see that one coming.

The shock of finding out they had been expendable all along to the left has to be horrible, but to me, more horrible yet are those that still don’t understand what is happening because they still trust the same dishonest mainstream media that has been deceiving them for years. It sure does make it easier to get blindsided. I really hate blindsided.

Purim and the Betrayal of American Jewry

Who has betrayed us? Not the white supremacists, not the neo-Nazis and the ignorant, brainwashed skinheads—there’s no element of surprise there—but the educated, humanitarian left, that segment of society that Jews have embraced more than any other, both ideologically and socially. The gentle souls who walked with us in sympathetic conversation have turned with teeth, claws, and venom against us.

What prompted their betrayal? Because they saw that it was possible to murder, rape, and torture over 1,200 of us, abduct our babies and elderly, and get away with it. That was “exhilarating” and “awesome.” That very morning, there were those who jumped out of bed eager to blame the victims, defend murderers and rapists, and celebrate our pain. Only later were they angered that we dare attempt to rescue our loved ones and protect ourselves from those who would destroy us, dampening the perverse antisemitic exhilaration that comes from seeing a Jew suffer.

Why is betrayal so shocking? Because it redefines not only the present but the past. It means that all along, the people you thought were your friends were holding a dagger for you in their back pocket.

Welcome to Purim 2024, and the modern day Hamen, Alexander Mayorkas. But just as Esther and Mordechai pressed the King for the right for Jews to rise up and kill those who sought to kill them, today the Mitzvah remains to defends ourselves and our families.

The simple meaning of the word mitzvah is command. It appears in various forms with that meaning about 300 times in the Five Books of Moses. It generally refers to the Divine commandments to the Jewish people, things He wants us to do or not do.

Mitzvot (plural) are one of the ways we can connect to G-d. He tells us what he wants us to do and what he doesn’t want us to do….rightie-o! Sounds important to me.

But we’re just everyday ordinary people going about our lives, raising our families, working our jobs, taking care of children or parents, attending services, helping our neighbors and living life. What in there is heroic? Perhaps something you’ve not thought of. There was recently a fantastic article on Aish Nice Jewish Boys Carrying Concealed Guns and in it the columnist talks about having a talk with his Rabbi about carrying.

“Whenever you are carrying a gun,” he advised me, “you are fulfilling several mitzvot, commandments. ‘Guard your life’ by protecting yourself, and ‘love your neighbor’ for protecting others. You’re not a Rambo. You’re a Jew engaged in doing important mitzvot.”

The Best Defense

The Talmud teaches, “If someone rises to kill you, rise up to kill him first.” The Rebbe explains that this dictum of our sages is the only way for Israel to deal with its enemies who seek its destruction.

The hope of achieving a measure of security through the United Nations, given the hypocritical attitude towards Israel which prevails there, is futile. Only when Israel demonstrates, with a show of force, that it stands ready to rise up and strike those who would attack it, can it prevent violent conflicts with its neighbors. If they are deterred from attempting attacks in the first place, there will be no need for actual use the force.

Note the date on that, March 4, 1969. Not much has changed. Israel can’t rely on other nations, any country is one corrupt, morally bankrupt politician or party from betrayal.

Haman, decedent of Amalek, whom King Saul was commanded to destroy, wanted to kill all the Jews, everywhere. Not just the ones in Shushan. King Saul did not destroy Amalek. Esther and Mordechai were decedents of King Saul. Haman they did destroy. Pharaoh wanted to destroy all the Jewish males, but not the females. In the past hitler, and in the modern day, Hamass and Fatah all call for the eliminations of Jews worldwide. It’s in their charters. The “innocent citizens” being used to prolong the war knew this when they voted for Hamass. Which pretty much shows you it has little to do with Israel, and everything to do with people since they call for the death of all Jews worldwide.

One of G-d’s gifts to Israel, the land, is Israel, the people. The everyday heroes. The ones that suit up and show up. Just like the armed citizens of their countries doing what they can to protect themselves and their families and everyday heroes. They are fulfilling mitzvot.

That’s Not How Stand Your Ground Works

Understanding use of force law is pretty important if you’re going to carry a gun, whether lawfully or unlawfully. And we’ve identified another attorney you really don’t to defend you in court because defense attorneys should know that, too.

The man accused of firing the first shots at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl rally told authorities he felt threatened, while a second man said he pulled the trigger because someone was shooting at him, according to court documents.

Trial attorney Daniel Ross described the stand your ground law as a “formidable defense” that he and many other Kansas City defense attorneys anticipate will be used in Mays’ and Miller’s cases. He said the law puts the onus on the prosecution to disprove claims that a shooting is lawful self-defense.

Ross needs to, you know, actually read 563.031, Missouri’s “Stand Your Ground” law. “Felt threatened” is not sufficient.

1. A person may, subject to the provisions of subsection 2 of this section, use physical force upon another person when and to the extent he or she reasonably believes such force to be necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person from what he or she reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful force by such other person, unless:

Reasonably believes the use of force is necessary to defend against an imminent threat. The problem with that appears to be this:

When interviewed by law enforcement in the hospital, Mays said he drew his gun first and began firing first. When asked why he advanced on the group of people to begin with, Mays said, “Stupid, man. Just pulled a gun out and started shooting. I shouldn’t have done that. Just being stupid.” He claimed that someone in the group had told him “I’m going to get you,” which he took as meaning “I’m going to kill you.”

So Mays approached them first, drew first (if his opponent hadn’t drawn, that seems to leech some of the “imminent” from the situation), and shot first. Let’s look at the first exception to the 563.031 defense.

(1) The actor was the initial aggressor

Mays’ own words seem to indicate that he was the initial aggressor. Mean words don’t necessarily count. For a SYG defense, Mays would have to explain why he reasonably believed that “I’m going to get you,” was both a credible death threat and imminent. And why those words from an unknown “someone” justified targeting Miller, or was it the whole group. We really don’t know that part yet.

And that would only justify the use of force against the second shooter, Miller, or possibly the two unnamed minors arrested, if they were shooting at Mays. It would not be a defense for the innocent parade attendees who were not involved to the alleged dispute who were also shot (with one killed).

Miller might have a SYG defense for shooting at Mays; but again that doesn’t apply to the bystanders shot.

Even when the use of deadly force is appropriate, you have a legal obligation not to kill innocent bystanders; that’s at least manslaughter. Merely wounding the innocent is assault.

As yet, we’re only seeing a couple of second degree murder charges. I think those are just placeholders while the forensics folks sort which of the 23 people were each shot by whom. I expect Mays, at least will be facing multiple attempted murder charges (for the group he seemed to be firing on). At best, whoever killed the DJ will see a manslaughter charge, and everyone who wounded the others will see assault charges.

There were at least four guns located, and quite a few rounds fired, so sorting that out is going to take a while.

Living in Israel, possibly no passport needed

Just a few random and sundry thoughts about the continuing war against Israel, civilization and humanity.

The death toll continues to rise, around 1400 last I heard and the number of hostages is around 238 I believe. Hamass also takes the bodies of the dead, because Jews give the dead the due respect of a proper burial. When Jews were forcefully evacuated from Gaza in 2005 in the horribly misguided (and anti-Torah) attempt at land for peace called the two-state solution all of the cemeteries were emptied of their dead and they were reburied in other parts of Israel. Because they knew the Falestinians would dig up the bodies and desecrate them. They knew this, and yet they thought giving them a place next door to launch rockets from would bring peace. Astonishing. Demoncrats and the U.N. yammer on about two-state solutions and there has been one since 2005, it’s called Jew free Gaza. In 2006 the Falestinians elected Hamass to represent them, by over 70%. Part of Hamass’s charter is to kill every Jew. Explain to me about the poor peaceful innocent citizens of Gaza. Go ahead. And while we’re on that topic, if you haven’t seen the videos of the terrorists driving back into Gaza with the captives, allow me to share how the innocent citizens of Gaza reacted. If the Israeli, or Thai, or Ukrainian or Russian, or American were the target, they were beaten, tortured, raped and possibly killed. Not by Hamass, by the inhabitants. I think I need to quit using the word citizen because that implies something human. I think inhabitant is going to be my choice. Last I heard in Gaza there was an 80% approval rating for Hamass. Of course that could have been before the blockade. Since hamass steals the food, water, fuel and supplies and hides them in the tunnels for the terrorists, the inhabitants that voted for them might be feeling the pinch. Oh wait, nope, my bad. Turns out the whole world is clamoring for Israel to allow humanitarian aid in. Of course. But the blockade is the leverage to getting the hostages back. If things get bad enough the denizens of Gaza may begin to spill what they know about the hostages. The world can’t have that! The baby killers must be protected at all costs! Think of the rights of the rapist the college students in full throated ignorance bray!

But these pro-terrorist rallies are going on around the world.

And in many of the Kibbutzim there were guns. They were locked up in the armory. That’s how Nir in my last column was able to get an AR and arm some of her fellow neighbors in the Kibbutz. She was able to make it to the armory and get it unlocked. Remember this next time you hear about mandatory safe storage. It’s not. Well, not for you anyway.

When the attacks started and word got out, people, regular citizens and soldiers were coming from all over to try to help. Many of them with just a pistol and maybe 50 or 60 rounds. Because up until recently that was the annual limit. Ben-Gvir increased that recently to 100. They need to be handing that stuff out like candy on Halloween. I’m sure there were no adequate capacity magazines. Every policy the left advocates on guns is going to get innocent law abiding citizens hurt. This was played out in technicolor on October 7th.

But what’s different in Israel than America is that Israel is uniting. Gone are the “Judicial Reform” protests. Everyone is doing what they can to support the soldiers, and the displaced Israelis. Tons of them from rocket bombarded areas. Rockets fired from the land given for peace to the Falestinians as a two state solution. Land rife with terror tunnels created by the cement and supplies sent to the “innocent hamass voting denizens of Gaza” to have schools where they will be indoctrinated by the U.N. to hate Jews, and hospitals. Tunnels and rocket launch sites are under both. Hamass knows the Israelis will have to take out those launch sites and then they will cry to the NYSlimes, the AP and Joe & Mika that Israel bombed their hospital. The press will run with the Hamass PR statement and it will be a great victory, a victory for everyone but the innocent.

Do you know how hamass got so much information about who would be where? The layouts of the Kibbutzim? How many were in a family, where the armories were? The Gazan workers. Yep, all those work permits that Bibi had been pressured by America’s demoncrats to issue to relieve the poverty and suffering of the poor Gazans. They came into Israel and gathered information they passed on to hamass. The people on the Kibbutz thought they were living in peace with them. Nope. Just like in Hevron in 1929. The Jews had lived in peace with their Arab neighbors…until one day they didn’t. Something for U.S. to keep in mind.

This is not a war for land. Hamass is a religion, a religion that demands the murder of every Jew everywhere on the planet. And you do know their saying, right? First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people. This fight? This fight is for civilization against a sub-human group of people for which no atrocity is to great. This is why we must be prepared to fight. I listen regularly to a subscription radio show. For the last few shows the non-Jewish show host has stated in every show, “Jews, get a gun. Get a gun now while you can and learn to shoot and carry it”.

On Shabbat in Israel as Jews celebrated Shabbat and Simchat Torah (celebration of finishing the annual reading cycle of the Torah) She was invaded by hamass. So how could this happen? How could Israel with it’s amazing IDF and Mossad have been caught so flat footed? Like the Yom Kippur war of 1973, this was a surprise attack that didn’t surprise those not blinded by normalcy bias. The Egyptians openly trained and conditioned the Israelis to write off the training as “just maneuvers”. In an interview with Tamar Yonah, Jonathan Pollard told of seeing a hamass video in which they were parading with all their rockets, in formation in military garb. He talked to people about it, people that should have listened and could have done something. Which they did, they told him it was “just propaganda”. He told them it wasn’t, to look at the end of the video, when they say “Soon”. Well, “soon” came about 2 weeks later. It might also be helpful to remember that the left is in control of the military and intelligence services in Israel and well as America. Remember as many Israelis were protesting judicial reform the left urged soldiers not to show up, they urged pilots and doctors not to show up for work. Do I know if that played a role? No, but it was on my mind as I just did a column on July 28th of this year. The left is willing to destroy anything, as long as they’re in control of what’s left, to paraphrase Moshe Feiglin.

So, how did we get here?

It also might be worth remembering Israel completely surrendered the Gaza strip to the arabs in 2005 as part of the disaster known as the 1993 Oslo accords. The IDF came and pulled Israelis living in the Gaza strip out of their homes and farms, all that was turned over to the “peaceful falestinians” just yearning for a land of their own. They got it, in 2005, Gaza, the two state solution. Israel traded land for peace. It has failed abysmally. And, they should have known. Talk about ignoring the writing on the wall. This article is from September 12, 2023 and is quite good. But it’s not that different from this one written on September 15, 2002. But this one gives some data.

During the first seven years following the accords, more than 300 Israelis were murdered by Palestinian Arab terrorists–far more than the number killed during the seven years before Oslo. Since October 2000, when the Palestinian Authority launched its all-out war against Israel, another 600 Israelis have been murdered–a total of nearly 1,000 fatalities since the Oslo agreement. From the standpoint of personal security, Israelis are far worse off today than before Oslo.

Oslo even put guns in the terrorists’ hands. As part of the agreement, Israel supplied the PA security forces with thousands of rifles that weresupposed to be used to fight against terrorists. Instead, they have been used to murder Israelis.

What, oh what I ask, could go wrong? Well, the denizens of Gaza voted by 70% to be ruled by hamass rather than the corrupt dishonest Falestinian Authority. That being said, Israel gets some of it’s intelligence from the arabs living in Gaza. But for the most part, they voted for this misery the live under with hamass.

So in my reasonably humble opinion, there shouldn’t be any arabs in Gaza to use it as a base from which to launch rockets into Israel. I think they should have used Moshe Feiglin’s plan. Give the arabs a sum of money to leave Israel and a one way ticket to wherever. Jordan, Syria, there’s lots of countries that are muslim and speak Arabic. Same with Judea and Shomron, pay them off and set the free from being “oppressed” by Israel. Except that they don’t want to go.

So what’s happened?

Apparently hamass knocked out part of Israel’s monitoring system in the area with bomb drones.

I’ve also heard the fence was weakened by all the protests earlier. Apparently those parts of the fence, if I’m understanding this correctly, were where the bulldozers just knocked it down, and in some areas set fire.

The hamass terrorists came in and it sounds like the town of Sderot has been almost wiped out. There were arab terrorist journalists giving updates from Israeli cities as the terrorists roamed freely through the town slaughtering people as they found them. People were calling for help asking where the Army was, the terrorists were at the door, then the line would go dead. The terrorists went to the bomb shelters, knocked on the door pretending to be people in need of shelter and when the door was opened to them, they killed everyone inside.

Which brings me to my next point, while Israel is filtering the news, and I’ve heard most of the world media didn’t report much initially, hamass is very proud of what they’ve done and have shot lots of video and posted it to their social media accounts which it seems aren’t censored.

These are hard to watch, so take that as a warning. The hamass terrorists are not humans, they have lost all trace of humanity. There are 1,000 dead Israelis, I believe most of them are civilians as that seems to be what hamass are targeting. They aren’t going to military bases for the most part, but instead Kibbutzim and small towns. There have been soldiers captured, and hamass is beheading them. There were 260 teenagers killed at a music festival. Because nothing says we’re big brave soldiers like killing a bunch of dancing teenagers, or old men driving a car. Military targets? Seriously?

But it’s not just hamass from Gaza, hamass is asking Hebollocks in the north to join in the fun. And they are starting to show they might.

I’ve heard the number of Israeli casualties from Saturday’s attack is now equal to the number of casualties they had during the June 1967 six days war.

What about the Iron Dome? Apparently they shot so many rockets into Israel in a short period of time, it overwhelmed the Iron Dome defense system.

Hamass claims to have captured over 150-200 Israeli citizens, most of which seem to be women, children, the elderly and are holding them hostage. One was a German citizen there for the music festival. She was a tattoo artist and had a very distinctive tattoo on her leg. It’s what the family used to identify her in hamass video and speak out to the press contradicting hamass. She was not an IDF soldier, just a girl at a music festival. It seems like most of the hostages are being taken back to Gaza and abused and paraded through the streets of Gaza.

Although some they took video of in their homes like this scared elderly lady they were mocking.

Apparently hamass is extremely proud of shooting terrified children as they ran, they posted that to social media as well.

hamass also considered the Synagogue and Barzilei hospital in Ashkelon to be valid targets. Apparently the arabs think everyone hides munitions and soldiers in hospitals and their religious buildings. Nope, just them. They also use schools and apartment buildings, nothing is to low for hamass.

Apparently including cannibalism. Remember a few years ago when the Kurds were fighting for freedom in Syria? There was video of the Syrian soldiers eating the heart of a dead enemy soldier? Well, not to be out done, as I understand it, there is video of hamass eating pieces of their victims. I don’t have it, and wouldn’t post it if I did. But understand well what hamass is. Sub-human, sub-animal.

The IDF has captured some of the hamass terrorists, “We prepared for more than a year. The demonstrations in Israel encouraged us. It was 5 hours before we were shot at. We were prepared with 1000 fighters, we made 15 breaches in the fence. We were shocked that the IDF was not waiting for us. We walked with the abductees for two hours.”..

I’m guessing he’s talking about the leftists run judicial reform protests.

But, there is some good news coming out of Israel, consider this my PSA, it’s from Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s security minister. This went into effect on Monday.

1. Every citizen who passes the exams will have a telephone interview instead of a physical interview, and will receive permission to carry firearms within a week.

[Self-defense tests: Residence in an eligible settlement, veterans of Rifle 07 (soon it will be given to every soldier a rifle), officers in the rank of lieutenant or higher and combatants in the rank of major or higher in the IDF and the security forces, service in special units, firefighters, policemen, and worker and volunteers in the rescue forces.]

2. Any citizen who received a conditional permit to purchase a firearm and did not purchase a firearm during the year 2023 and the conditional license has expired, will be able to purchase a firearm now without the need to submit another application. The exemption will apply to about 4000 citizens.

3. Any citizen who deposited his weapon in the last six months due to failure to perform refresher training or renewal training, will be able to receive his weapon back. The exemption will apply to about 1800 citizens.

4. In addition, starting next Tuesday, conditional permits to carry firearms will be issued with a permit allowing the purchase of up to 100 bullets instead of 50 today.

Minister of National Security MK Itamar Ben Gvir: “I thank the personnel of the Firearms Licensing Division, the Civil Response Department of the Israel Police and the employees of the Ministry of Health for the very important commitment that will allow as many citizens as possible to arm themselves and protect themselves and their environment when necessary.”

So you would end up with a leftist government which is not what the citizens of Israel wanted or voted for. But voting, bah! That’s not the demoncratic way now is it?

But this flotsam and jetsam from the human gene pool are suppose to be Israel’s “peace partners.” And they certainly have their supporters, in Philadelphia, Ft. Lauderdale and London arabs have been dancing in the streets and marching in support of the murderers. And much of the world, at least the leftist world doesn’t understand they don’t want a land of their own, they want dead Jews. And I’ve no longer any patience at all for moral relativism. The foreign minister of Australia called for both sides to show restraint! This seriously unhinged individual called for both sides to show “restraint”. How about oh heck no. When Israel is going to bomb a building, they drop leaflets in arabic warning the arabs to get out, they send text messages, they give them every chance. That needs to stop. These people voted for and support hamass. Apparently several breeches in the fence hamass came through were created by residents of Gaza. Again, they voted for hamass……

Right now government buildings in many countries around the world are lit up in blue and white. Yay, how cool. And how will they vote the next time the U.N. is trying to condemn Israel for some nonsense. And the obiden junta, saying they support Israel. Really? Cause you just gave billions of dollars to Iran, who told you from the beginning they would spend it however they wanted. But, you did it. And the obiden crime junta has no plans to re-freeze the 6 billion they gave Iran. And for about 20 seconds the world stood with Israel, and 20 seconds later, EU in massive U-turn as it declares it WILL continue to fund Palestine. Well, that didn’t take long.

In an effort to be just and moral, kind to the poor peaceful falestinians, Israel has been cruel to their own citizens. Much like the obiden junta. In an effort to be kind to the rest of the world, they are now exposing their citizens to the same acts of violence.

It’s time to look back, back to King David, as Tamar Yonah pointed out in another broadcast, “How would King David handle this?” I think that’s worth exploring. We can all learn from history. It’s time to stop “kicking the can down the road”. Don’t “manage” the terror, eliminate it.

[Update] An Appropriate Use Of Force?

There’s a trial in Virginia over a shooting. Let me describe the reported circumstances, and let you decide what you’d have done.

You’re minding your own business, when a 6′ 5″ “goon” (his own monicker, by the way) walks up on you. He sticks his hand in your face and calls you a “dips**t”. You repeatedly tell him to stop, but he refuses. You keep backing away, but he keeps closing on you, still calling you a “dips**t.” You try to knock his hand out your face, but he continues.

Would you be frightened, concerned for your physical safety?

Would you shoot the hulking threat?

Alan Colie did shoot the goon; a single shot to the abdomen. And was arrested for it.

Cook, who is 6-foot-5, could be seen holding a cell phone about 6 inches from Colie’s face. The cellphone broadcasted the phrase “Hey dips—-, quit thinking about my twinkle” through a Google Translate app several times.

Colie could be heard saying “stop” on three separate occasions and tried to back away from Cook, who continued to advance towards him.

Colie attempted to knock the phone away from his face before he allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Cook in the lower left chest.

The “rest of the story” is that the goon is a YouTube “prankster,” who has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement over his disgusting, frightening, and threatening “pranks” pulled on unsuspecting strangers. A sane person of normal intelligence might learn from those encounters that such “pranks” are dangerous.

Not Cook.

YouTube prankster Tanner Cook said in court on Tuesday that he had no idea he had scared or angered Alan Colie, 31, who ended up allegedly shooting him during a prank.

And why would he even consider the possibility that his victim might be scared? After all, it’s not like any of his other targets were…

Cook said during the hearing that he tries to confuse targets of his pranks for the amusement of his online audience and doesn’t try to elicit fear or anger, but said his targets often react that way.

Oh. So he already knew that his subjects often perceive him as a threat — just as Colie did — but still thought thought the risk of instilling that fear would be fun.

Would I have shot the goon? Quite possibly, given the scenario described in court. I would certainly have drawn my sidearm and issued one last warning. Then, whether I fired or not would depend on Cook passing the impromptu IQ test.

The prosecution in this case maintains that the shooting was unjustified because the goon was “unarmed.”

“It was stupid. It was silly. And you may even think it was offensive. But that’s all it was — a cellphone in the ear that got Tanner shot.”

No, it was disparity of force. Colie was threatened by a person much larger and stronger; a person who refused to cease his threatening actions. Cook didn’t need a weapon to be a danger, he was a weapon. And while Cook might not have intended to be a threat, Colie didn’t know that; he only knew what he was experiencing, and that was the actions of Cook, who admitted that he knew his victims “often” saw his acts as threatening.

Juries are weird, so I don’t know how this will turn; but I know how it should: acquittal.

As for goon Cook, he clearly is still failing life’s ongoing intelligence test. I suspect he’ll finally encounter someone less restrained than Colie — who only fired a single shot to stop the advancing threat — who will empty his magazine center mass, ending those “pranks” for good.

Update, 9/29/2023: The verdict is in. Colie was acquitted of the two felony malicious wounding and malicious shooting in an occupied structure charges. Weirdly, though, he was convicted of misdemeanor use of a firearm during a felony the same jury said he didn’t committed. Colie’s attorney is addressing that.

Remember Grisham’s Excuse For Her NM Gun Ban?

Here’s an update on NM Dictator Grisham’s unconstitutional order banning public possession of firearms.

Recall that she cited three cases of children killed with guns as her excuse for raping the US and state constitutions. Two cases definitely were committed by people in unlawful possession of firearms, which made it unlikely that the perps would obey Gov. Stalin’s order; she later admitted that criminals wouldn’t obey.

The suspects have been caught. The police say it was gang-related (duh), and a case of mistaken identity. The perps were after a man in a white truck, but shot the wrong white truck. One perp was already wanted on drug charges, so… prohibited person. The second perp was busted a week after the shooting when transporting 22 pounds of fentanyl. He had gang-type neck tats covered up with makeup; I’ll make a WAG that he was also already a prohibited person at the time of the shooting. Official charging docs should be available later today.

So every shooting that Gov. Stalin cited to rationalize her unconstitutional ban wouldn’t have been stopped by it. Because criminals don’t obey laws, much less tyrannical edicts.

The Biden administration is never going to charge Grisham for her 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights and 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law violations. But just maybe, if Trump or another Republican somehow gets elected next year, he can be pressured into making the DOJ do the right thing.

Probably not.

That’s French, for goodbye. There used to be a country in Europe called “France”, from time to time I’ve sarcastically referred to it as “Francistan”. I was right. France has committed suicide on the installment plan. French citizens should have been able to grasp a bit of a clue from the murder of Sarah Halimi. A muslim immigrant who lived in her apartment building broke into another apartment in the same building earlier and the family was able to lock themselves into a room and call the police and beg for help. They could hear him in the next room praying. Since he couldn’t get to them, he broke into Sarah Halimi’s apartment. He had previously threatened the 65 year old Jewish doctor and she was scared of him. Long story short, believe me, I’m leaving out the parts about the police not coming into the building etc, he beat her savagely and threw her out the window, killing her. The killer was not held responsible for his actions. He’d smoked pot the night before…wait till Hunter Biden hears about that defense. What am I thinking? He’s Hunter Biden, he doesn’t need a defense. The DOJ will handle it. The lesson in this was that the French government will protect it’s invaders over it’s own citizens who are required to support, feed, house and die for them. Did the French get slightly queasy over this incident? Apparently, no. They elected Macron.

So fast forward, to now. France is becoming/is an inferno. And just what triggered this inferno? French voting habits for French candidates like Macaroon, and a desire for unfiltered immigration of people that do not begin to try to assimilate info French culture which is why there are no-go zones. Apparently French politicians initially attempted to deny this as phase one of the typical strong French response to an invasion by people that do not have their country’s very best interests at heart.

The 17-year old led them on a pursuit over sidewalks, through red lights and down bus lanes until finally forced to stop by traffic at 8:16 am.

The two officers dismounted and confronted the homicidal maniac at gunpoint, demanding he cut the engine. Instead, Nahel M floored it, striking the officer in front of his windshield and possibly triggering the gunshot which hit him fatally in the chest. The speeding sports car then struck an obstacle and flipped on its roof. One passenger fled on foot and one was arrested.

Nahel was 17, too young to have a French driver’s license.

Nonetheless, the hero officer is now being charged with “voluntary homicide”. French President Macron stabbed the officer doing his duty in the back by calling the young hoodlum’s death “inexplicable, inexcusable”, all but guaranteeing the courageous officer will not receive a fair trial.

Of course Macaroon and the media are fanning flames and throwing gasoline on them as fast and as much as they can. The left is the left is the left the world over.

Gun control in France

Like other European countries, France has tight gun laws. Acquiring a permit to own a weapon is long and tricky and there are restrictions on what types of guns people can buy. Despite France’s tough laws, a large number of illegal weapons are circulating in the country. Could the recent terrorist attacks spark a change in French gun culture?

And personally, I keep remembering a talk I heard Rabbi Alon Anava give a few years ago. He said Moshiach was coming very soon, and if Trump was elected the time before his arrival would be gentle, if biden that the time before his coming would be very hard, but either way he was coming. And he is. I believe G-d intended people to live in the freedom that following his laws gives, which probably explains why demoncrats and their deluded followers hate freedom, America, people of faith and G-d. Defy them, celebrate our Independence day, enjoy spending time with family and friends, make some ice cream, eat a burger, sing some songs, watch a patriotic movie. Do whatever your family does to celebrate the miracle of America and do it with joy, gratitude and prayer. Lots and lots of prayer…may G-d bless U.S.
