I hadn’t spoken up publicly on Trump’s possible choices to replace Ginsburg, even though nearly everyone expected it to be Judge Amy Coney Barrett. I was a little less sure.
“She is a woman of unparalleled achievement, towering intellect, sterling credentials and unyielding loyalty to the Constitution,” Trump said, while introducing Barrett.
Barrett thanked the president for the honor of serving on the court, should she be confirmed by the Senate.
For me, a key point in Barrett’s favor was her dissent in Kanter v. Barr:
[The federal and Wisconsin laws] would stand on solid footing if their categorical bans were tailored to serve the governments’ undeniably compelling interest in protecting the public from gun violence. But their dispossession of all felons—both violent and nonviolent—is unconstitutional as applied to Kanter.… Neither Wisconsin nor the United States has introduced data sufficient to show that disarming all nonviolent felons substantially advances its interest in keeping the public safe. Nor have they otherwise demonstrated that Kanter himself shows a proclivity for violence. Absent evidence that he either belongs to a dangerous category or bears individual markers of risk, permanently disqualifying Kanter from possessing a gun violates the Second Amendment.
But that was also why I was unsure Trump would pick her. Republicans love them some law ‘n order, and anything that makes more people “prohibited persons” is just peachy (think Fix NICS), and I think some Senators may be dubious of a nominee who is open to allowing non-violent felons to have rights.
Let’s hope I’m wrong about that, too. Barrett, age 48, could potentially defend Second Amendment rights for another four decades. In other areas, she’s a mixed bag of opinions, but in balance, probably the best choice we can get.

And why you ask, were the peaceful rioters after Jake Gardner? A) He was a volunteer on a Trump Campaign. B) He was accused of white supremacy. Why?
The harassment campaign against Gardner did not begin with the rioter that he shot in self-defense, but it may have been the reason that the mob was at his bar smashing his windows in the first place. For years, the far-left in Omaha has been targeting Gardner for supporting President Donald Trump and for building a third, unisex, bathroom in his bar for transgender customers to use.

In 2016, Gardner installed a third bathroom after an altercation between a transgender person and a biological woman took place in the restroom of one of his bars. The story made the local news after major outcry from LGBTQ activists in the city. He explained that a person wearing women’s clothes, but with male genitalia, had urinated standing up in the women’s bathroom, making a woman in there uncomfortable. She confronted the person, who then assaulted her. The attacker was kicked out of the bar and the victim declined to file a police report. That incident made Gardner decide to install a third bathroom, which could be used by people who needed it.
“The last thing I would want to do is hurt a member of (the transgender) community,” Gardner told the Omaha World-Herald at the time. “But people’s feelings are going to be hurt when you bring something up that is sensitive.”
For this the left went after him, attacked his bar (and other establishments) attacked his 71 year old father and him. He shot in self-defense. There is video of Jake trying to defuse the situation.
The left lost their collective minds, he wasn’t going to be charge? They were going to riot. So a grand jury was called.
His friend Sharp confirmed this, and elaborated on the threats against Gardner and his family, both prior to fatal incident with the rioter, and before.
Sharp noted that people were doxxing his mother and that his family was receiving death threats — in no small part thanks to a local activist named JaKeen Fox.
“Bottom line, without pressure from BLM the grand jury would have never been called,” Sharp said. “The leader of that push, JaKeen Fox, wrote tweets saying ‘Rest In Power’ to the Dallas cop killer.”
A “Go Fund Me” account was established for him to pay his legal expenses. Go Fund Me took it down.

And this is where we are. Not one single shred of evidence that Mr. Gardner was ever a white supremacist. The Democrats, #AspiringTyrants haven’t been able to abolish the 2nd Amendment (yet) so they will persecute you and prosecute you if you defend yourself. Your fate is subject to mob rule and threats. People are swallowing each other using the force of mobs and corrupt government. The agency responsible for law-enforcement is dirty and running cover for the mobs, and the mobs are preying on honest citizens. R’ Chanina was very wise, and very far-sighted.
I finally had an encounter with the Coronshevik Red Guard in a large grocery store. One of my kids graduated Medical School calling for a memorable celebration. I flew her in from one state and overnighted Maryland crab cakes and jumbo shrimp from the Chesapeake Bay. We had corn on the cob and Coleslaw but no hush puppies. This would not do for true Marylanders so grabbing my daughter it was off to the store. Wearing proper suffocation devices, we searched high and low for hush puppy mix to no avail. A stout middle-aged woman with dark hair, leading a conga line coming in the opposite direction said in a snarky tone, “You’re going the wrong way”. “It doesn’t really matter” I replied. “Yes it does”, she said snarling at me. “Mind your own business”, I said. Everyone in the aisle heard the exchange. I was so proud of myself. These Kool Aid drinkers are typical of the obedient goons once swelling the Bolsheviks Party’s ranks who later went on to become presidents of Home Owner’s Associations. Doom on them.

Indians, drums, tomahawk chops, Chiefs, and Redskins, oh my. These symbols represent the closest brush most Americans will ever have with an Indian. One is already gone and if cancel culture has its way, in order to purge their racism, gutless guilt-ridden whites will hurl the rest down into a deep dark basement along with George Washington and Christopher Columbus. White teens, angry and depressed over their skin color, toss and turn at night wishing they could pull a reverse Michael Jackson hiding the shame with which they were born. The BLMM (Black Lives Matter Movement as apart from the organization BLM) is telling white people that they are inherently racist and denial is proof of the crime. Each white person must engage in self-examination for any signs of racism, confess, and root it out. When people march under the BLM banner, utter its slogans, and wear its apparel they are saying; the United States is a terribly racist country, all white people are racists, police brutality is the norm, and those who say “all lives matter” are also racists. White people must engage in acts of contrition to prove they are not racist. Regrettably, this has spilled over into sports.

Fellow NASCAR drivers pushed Wallace’s car around the track together in solidarity against the racism suddenly plaguing America. FBI special agents left quietly. There was no hate crime. The “noose” was simply a looped rope used to raise and lower doors…in all the pit team garages.2
The oppressed millionaire Hamilton
Formula 1 is a European oriented motorsport featuring single seat, open cockpit, and open wheel car racing. Drivers compete on tracks and courses winding through city streets. It has been my favorite sport since I was a child.
Lewis Hamilton was born and raised in England. His Caribbean father is black and his English mother white. Because of its origins, Formula 1 has always been essentially a “white” sport. Nevertheless, a white team and owner, white trainers, and white promoters gave a young Lewis his shot at making a team. They guided and assisted his training and development until he was ready for the big show. He has won six world championships (the record set by Michael Schumacher is seven). Hamilton owns mansions, a penthouse, and expensive apartments around the world. Mercedes pays him a tidy $52+ million a year. His legion of devoted fans are mostly white as well. Rich, successful, loved and adored, he has it all. Perhaps desiring to add meaning to his dilettante socialite bon vivant life jetting around the world with models and celebrities; one party after another, Lewis decided he was an aggrieved American black man. Maybe he channeled his inner “homey” fantasizing about being rousted by the racist Los Angeles PD. He compelled Mercedes to change its silver cars to a menacing and angry black in support of…Black Lives Matter. His car’s livery sports BLM slogans. Formula 1’s ruling body, apparently unaware of the paucity of black fans, forces drivers to wear “End Racism” T-shirts on the grid before each race. Countries hosting races had to paint BLM-like slogans on their trackside buildings. Not only does pink ball cap wearing Hamilton take a knee before each race, he raises an angry clenched fist, 60s black power style. He condemns drivers who do not kneel as racists. I know this because I was a Hamilton fan, T-Shirts and all. No longer. For his ignorance and betrayal of fans like me, I have binned my Hamilton memorabilia.
Among countries, hosting Formula 1 races are Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Red China, and Vietnam. In Bahrain and the U.A.E., government tightly controls the media, there is no freedom of speech, and all law must conform strictly to Islamic Sharia law. Women in the latter at best are second-class citizens. Red China and Vietnam are brutalitarian Communist dictatorships. The former is a nation of gulags, mass murder, and slavery. Is it not the height of hypocrisy for Formula 1 to take a stand against racism but host races in the above listed nations? Does Red China manufacture team fan apparel? Hamilton hails from one of the nations that brought slavery to North America and colonized Africa, Asia, India, and the Caribbean. How dare this beneficiary of Britain’s historic racism and slavery condemn the United States?
Following the Austrian Grand Prix (2020), retired English former world champion Jenson Button lamented the “bad optics” of not all drivers taking a knee with Hamilton. He said Formula 1 needed to catch up with other professional sports in support of BLM adding, people must discuss racism every day, at work, at home, wherever. Button is wrong. Most people are not racist nor do they need lectures from individuals who believe celebrity status confers on them superior moral superiority over others. Fans watch sports for entertainment not political indoctrination. Could it be Button is the one in need of self-examination? Worse, BLM T-shirts and kneeling validate the notion America is so horridly racist, every black man must look left and right before stepping out his front door because the police are waiting to gun him down. This is a monstrous lie perpetuated by those with a virulently anti-American political agenda. Aiding and abetting The Lie are brainwashed young white people. In addition to the pernicious influences of Hollywood, television, music, and absentee parents, am I going to point an accusatory finger at public education? You bet I am.
I spent 25 years in public education teaching courses in history and government until Leftwing Wokesheviks canceled me. Because I was under constant surveillance for evidence of conservative views by spies in the SocialIST studies department’s Ministry of Leftist Conformity, I was circumspect when speaking. Students repeat what teachers say. I knew everything I said can and would be distorted, twisted, and used against me. Nevertheless, eventually students recognized I did not sing from the same Red sheet music as my colleagues. Some realized what passed for teaching in many classes was, in reality, political indoctrination. What they found most offensive was the “Privilege Walk”.
In April of 2016, several students visited with me after school. These girls were visibly upset relating what happened in sociology class. Their liberal teacher took her class to the auxiliary gym, arranged them in a horizontal line across the middle of the floor, and, read a list of statements that for each student was either true or false. If true, they took a step forward, if false, they took a step back. Questions included; are you white? Do you live with both parents? Do you live in a single family home? Is either of your parents a white-collar professional? Do any of your family members play golf or tennis? Were you born in the U.S.? Has anyone mistreated you because of your ethnicity or race? Do you have all the food and clothes you want? Do you have your own car? Do you have blonde hair? Do you have blue eyes?
When the teacher completed the Privilege Walk, only a few kids had taken steps forward. They were all white, mostly female, and mostly blonde haired, blue eyed. This “white-shaming” had a profound and unpleasant impact on these teenagers. “Cancel Culture” designed this project to prove, by their more comfortable standard of living, white students are the recipients of race-based privileges. Instead of teachers pointing out because of the hard work, education, and sacrifice of parents some kids enjoy a higher standard of living than do peers, they insist racism is the cause for all social-economic discrepancies. College professors and high school teachers have employed the Privilege Walk for years. Their goal is to brainwash white middleclass students into believing any advantages they enjoy over minority students results from “white privilege”. This they claim is a system of institutionalized racism designed to maintain white cultural, economic, and political dominance over other races. The apex of society is a private club. One must be Caucasian to join. Whites do this because of their inherent racism. It is in their DNA. This is what liberal teachers are doing to your kids, people.3
The scheme behind the privilege walk is as insidious as it is ingenious. Once white kids buy in to the notion they are privileged and inherently racist, it neuters any future opposition on their part to the Left’s political agenda. Because the Left cloaks all it does in racial terms, it automatically triggers in young whites, feelings they are racist if they oppose them. For example, they have racialized every aspect of their socialist agenda from global warming, clean water, the criminal justice system, free college, to healthcare. To oppose any aspect of it demonstrates one’s “white privilege”. Hence, young whites shut up and go along with the program. In addition, they are deaf to people who point this out because opposition can only stem from inherent racism even if the one speaking out is black! Not every white middleclass student experiences the Privilege Walk. Nevertheless popular culture, racial grievance groups, and peers bombard them with messages they are the beneficiaries of white privilege. Disbelief or rejection of this notion proves they are racist. It is like the old Salem witch test. Bind and throw the girl into a pond. If she floats, she’s a witch. If she drowns, she was innocent. There is another serious problem with the Privilege Walk.
Minority students see they are the one’s stepping back and only white kids stepping forward. Teacher explanations are clear; those stepping forward are the recipients from society of unmerited privilege based solely on their race. This must engender jealously, resentment, anger, and hatred amongst minorities toward “privileged” whites. Is it possible this form of resentment fuels the rage and violence of recent “protests”? Prior indoctrination by liberal public school teachers sets the stage so that it requires little for leftist college professors to administer the coup de grace. Not only do they teach their captives about systemic white racism, they tell them the standard of living enjoyed by middle-class whites is the direct result of slavery. Professors teach America’s wealth is not the result of rugged individualism, hard work, the free market, entrepreneurs, and innovation supported by the principles of limited government and individual liberty. Rather Americans built wealth on the backs of slave labor. Slaves, who, last harvested crops almost 160 years ago, created the wealth expropriated by white businesses, banks, and government to create its comfortable society. White students seem to accept this Marxist fantasy history without animadversion. Does anyone ask, if this was true, why are former slave empires France, Portugal, and Spain economic wrecks? Why are American blacks richer across the board than blacks in any other country? Does anyone consider the successful struggle of Chinese and Mexicans to achieve success in America?
Proof this indoctrination has “taken” manifests itself in the way white talking heads exhaust the pages of Roget’s Thesaurus trying to paint thugs, rioters, and criminals as saints and the police as bad guys. So heavily has the liberal media bought into notions of inherent white racism, they cover the rare instances of white on black crime non-stop while completely ignoring the vastly more frequent cases of black on white crime. I will say what no one else will; it is because they believe white people, regardless of how innocent, collectively deserve it. Innocent whites are sacrificial lambs. Their beatings, robberies, rapes, and murders pay the substitutionary price for the guilt of the entire white race.
Black professor Derrick Bell, New York University of Law is the pioneer of “Critical Race Theory” (CRT). Bell argues, “Race plays the same role as class in the Marxist paradigm”. Marx argued wealth and the means of production determines economic class and those at the top suppress efforts by those beneath them to rise. Likewise, CRT contends race is also a system locking people into inferior social, economic, and political classes. Bell contends white support for civil rights and equality exists only in those areas in which it promotes “white self-interest and social status”. According to Bell, Professor Alan Freeman, and college professors who embrace CRT, “racial minorities” in America “are a permanently oppressed caste—and racism is a normal, permanent aspect of American life”. In addition, blacks regard “equality before the law” an insult and form of oppression because “their moral claims are superior to those of whites”.4 Critical Race Theory, dominant on most American campuses, asserts that the white race has constructed all institutions and the legal system to maintain its dominance and prevent change. Therefore, being outside the law, blacks have a right to determine for themselves which laws they will obey and respect and which they will not”.5
Professors have taught CRT in colleges for years. BLM spokesmen reflect its ideology through claims looting is not criminal but instead represents reparations owed to black people for slavery. Therefore, to label looters as criminals is racist.6 Could it also explain why white middle-class millennial news reporters excuse the ongoing riots and large scale looting, while liberal Democrat mayors stand by and do nothing? In their minds, the white race must atone for its sins. They wage war against whites who parents raised their children to protect the status quo at all costs. Proof they are racists is angry denial by whites that white privilege even exists.7
In his 1995 book, Lies My Teacher Told Me (praised by communist pseudo-historian Howard Zinn), Professor James W. Loewen writes, “Slavery’s twin legacies to the present are the social and economic inferiority it conferred on blacks and the cultural racism it instilled in whites”. The legacy of slavery and white racism “continue to haunt our society”.8 Loewen’s books, and what he teaches his students, are exemplars of Critical Race Theory. Whites building structural repression of blacks into all American institutions is a central tenet of both CRT and the BLM movement. Its proponents use it to explain all disparities between the races. They also posit a form of inherited generational PTSD to explain why black communities continue to suffer high rates of crime and poverty compared to other minority communities. In short, Slavery was such a horrific experience for blacks they continue to suffer deep psychological pain and emotional trauma to this day. Indeed, many marching under the umbrella of BLM, whether the organization or the general movement, believe “white society” is beyond salvation.9
There is a reason why the liberal Enforcers of Political Correctness become hysterical and “cancel” anyone who dares suggest perhaps the government and blacks are in some measure, to blame. Black economist Thomas Sowell, among others, notes prior to Democrat President Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society social welfare and affirmative action programs, (which favors blacks over whites in hiring and promotion) the black community was fine. It had equal or lower rates of crime, unwed mothers, and high school dropouts than whites. When government programs, enacted by liberals, negated the value of a father in the home, the black race, like any other, suffered the consequences. Fathers are an integral part of stable families. For liberals to acknowledge this truth, they would have to confess their programs destroyed the black family. They are responsible for the pathologies plaguing the black community.10
The Black Lives Matter Movement protests, apart from the eponymous organization, is both a political and religious movement. Religions have, to varying degrees, a set of basic tenets and doctrinal beliefs. BLMM’s core religious beliefs include; from its origins, the white race exhibited an overwhelming imperative to conquer, subjugate, colonize, and enslave other races. It is so much a part of its history this desire has entered Caucasian DNA, which they transmit, to all succeeding generations. Nothing can erase either the white race’s history of colonization and enslavement or its genetic proclivity toward racism. Nothing can correct or ameliorate this race’s injustices, past or present. Because of this, and the white race’s inability to excise racism from its DNA, Caucasians are irredeemable. The degree to which the majority of blacks believe the above will determine the future shape of America. If the majority hold to these tenets, the conclusion is inescapable; the black and brown races must separate from the white race. Rejection of these tenets means letting go of a past that cannot be undone and going forward, together, in search of true brotherhood.

It is difficult to understand how one’s sympathy even for a heartless monster could cause one to be heartless toward an innocent. Maybe the Sages felt that when one loses a moral compass for right and wrong, cruelty and kind, all things are possible. A moral order requires judgment, and without that, the wrong people will be on the receiving end of ones wrath.
Have you ever wondered what that would look like? How being kind to the cruel could lead you to be cruel to the kind/merciful? I think we are seeing that play out before our very eyes on a daily basis.
And we certainly are not the only country that is seeing the lives of criminals given a higher value than that of their victims, or the victim’s family. In May of this year an Arab Bucket O’Chum living in Israel killed a young Israeli soldier by dropping a cinder block on his head. In Israel the “home” of a convicted terrorist is to be “destroyed”. What that means in real life is the family of the terrorist gets a bucket load of money whilst he is locked up. If the IDF actually does destroy the terrorist’s abode, then the FA (Falestinian Authority) will build them a newer nicer room/house. So, in this case, terrorist was convicted and the “merciful” Israeli high court will not allow the IDF to destroy the room because

With unruly demonstrations in Portland nearing the 100-day mark, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown and other Democratic leaders on Thursday called for an end to violence even as federal agents were continuing to arrest protesters who allegedly assaulted law enforcement officers.
“The violence must stop,” Brown wrote. “There is no place for white supremacy or vigilantism in Oregon. All who perpetrate violent crimes must be held equally accountable.”
The statement does not single out the small minority of left-wing protesters who have been setting fires, vandalizing buildings and throwing objects at police. Brown’s spokesman, Charles Boyle, said it “is a collective call to action for an end to violence in Portland and affirms that those who commit violent acts must be held accountable.”
Violence on both sides. Really? The people who see it that way do so because of moral relativism, I believe.
Evidence that moral relativism is seen as more “fair” or “neutral” than a “hardline” stance on morality is seen in a 2002 column from Fox News analyst Bill O’Reilly, who asked “Why is it wrong to be right?” In his article, O’Reilly cites recent Zogby poll findings regarding what is being taught in American universities. Studies indicate 75% of American college professors currently teach that there is no such thing as right and wrong. Rather, they treat the questions of good and evil as relative to “individual values and cultural diversity.” The problem with this, according to O’Reilly, is that “they see the world not as it is, but as they want it to be. And annoying questions about moral absolutes and unacceptable behavior are usually left unanswered.”
To some, and I believe the majority, if not entirety, of the left there is no real right or wrong, no good and bad or evil. Evil is what ever they choose to say it is, for right now. That’s fluid too. I mean, who’d have thought two years ago taking pictures of a black woman off a pancake box because of the color of her skin would be celebrated? Her family is hurt, but hey, it’s all for the greater good. Saving humanity by sacrificing a woman’s accomplishments and some history. It will probably help stop the spread of covid too.
But some of the left’s absence of morals has become the “new normal”. The “new normal” where they get to decide who, and who’s life matters.
I’m not sure which of the reasons was compelling enough for “Judge” Amy Baggio to let this guy loose. The times he didn’t show up in court, didn’t pay his fines, was driving 111 mph with his daughter in the car as he was racing his son on the freeway who was driving another car. Whichever of those reasons “Judge” Amy found compelling enough, she set him free to go kill. Does that make her an accessory?
In Provo, Utah, a group of armed Black Lives Matter terrorists surrounded a vehicle at an intersection. The driver would not exit the vehicle to be beaten by the mob. One of the BLM activists pulled a gun and demanded the driver come out, when the driver refused the terrorist opened fire shooting the driver. The driver hits the gas and tries to escape, the terrorist fires through the rear window as another armed terrorist joins the fray from the opposite side of the street. According to local media, police are determining whether to charge the driver of the vehicle for not complying with the mob’s demand for the beating; thereby putting the other terrorists at risk. “It’s unclear if the driver of the SUV who was shot is facing any possible charge for driving through the protesters after being shot.”
I’m sad this is even a tiny conundrum for the police, because it really shouldn’t be. Because the rioters matter and the innocent person just trying to get somewhere and use the streets his taxpayer dollars paid for does not matter. Portland rioter Phillip Lawrence Nelson was arrested for a double murder just one week after Portland officials let him out of jail for interfering with a peace officer. The rioting charges were dismissed and he was out on the street the next day. One week later he committed a double murder.
He was a rioter, and therefore worthy to be turned loose. The kids he killed, ah well.
A 32-year-old accused felon committed another violent assault against an innocent man after being bailed out by the nonprofit funded by Biden’s staffers.
The Minnesota Freedom Fund received $35 million in donations during the George Floyd riots and Biden’s campaign staffers were among the people who made substantial donations.
Kamala was soliciting, there’s a tweet from Biden’s VP candidate asking for people to send money to the group to bail rioters out of jail. Thereby sparing them the consequences of their actions.
Brandon Straka and his #WalkAway movement held a rally in Dallas, Texas today. During the rally the local Black Lives Matter mob stormed the stage. The young BLM Democrat then put his fist in the security guard’s face when he was forcibly removed from the stage area. That’s when the black security guard leveled the BLM terrorist and tossed him away from the area.
Police came and arrested the #WalkAway security guard.
Did the security guards black life not matter? Like David Dorn’s black life didn’t matter? Did the people exercising their right to free speech matter? Nope, Dallas chooses only thugs get free speech.
In addition to terrifying diners in restaurants, they also climbed onto homes and tried to break into apartment buildings.
So if your restaurant has managed to survive the Fauci WuhanFlu lockdown, and you are just now getting diners back, who can only dine outside of course, because, you know, the covid, your diners will now be staying home in droves because who wants to pay money to go out and be attacked by the military arm of the Democratic-Socialist party? Democrats, betraying business owners for years. So do the lives and livelihoods of the law-abiding citizens just trying to run their business or have a treat and eat out matter? What about the Kenosha riots, the man who started it all. Jacob Blake, the Sainted Jacob Blake that the left so mourns his fate. How did he wind up in such unfortunate circumstances?
Well, let’s see in May he committed domestic violence, stole the victims car and credit card. She had a restraining order and he came back, broke in and raped her as she was in bed with one of her children. She called the cops and they came. There is more to it than that even. The fact that he was unfazed by two tasers and they police couldn’t wrestle him to the ground makes me think PCP.
So, her life, the lives of her kids are unimportant to the left. Only the thug’s life, not hers. Never try to tell me #MeToo and #BelieveAllWomen is a real thing on the left. They couldn’t care less about women. It’s all political theater. I’d feel worse for his victim except she is now calling herself his fiance and suing the city of Kenosha. They had never lived together despite the 8 years and 3 kids they had together. As President Trump went to Kenosha to meet with business owners and law enforcement officers, Kamala the VP candidate from the Demoncratic-Socialist party met with the criminal, Jacob Blake. Ah well, each knows their voting base, right?
See, thugs, blm and antifa (the military arm of the Democratic-Socialist party) have no fear of law-enforcement. None. And this doesn’t bode well for law-abiding citizens. Some blm/antifa shut down a bridge in Washington, not in Seattle. To their shock, the Washington state police arrested one and hauled him out of his car. This despite being threatened by another blm not to touch him. The Washington State police did their job and arrested more than one. And even as they were arresting them this one little thugette was stomping around, yelling, threatening and was already on the phone making arrangements for lawyers and bail money. They knew they wouldn’t be doing much time. The people they inconvenienced trying to get to their jobs? Meh, who cares right?
Democrat District Attorney Diane Becton from Contra Costa, California ordered attorneys to consider the looter’s needs before filing charges against looters in their community. Becton was funded by George Soros groups by the tune of $275,000 in her race for District Attorney.
They’ll get arrested and get right back out. The police know this, especially if there is a Demoncratic DA. So why should they risk ruining their lives for nothing, right? There are cops I’m sure and so frustrated, and some probably scared. It’s a brave new world, right? The store owners, and innocent people injured in the looting and rioting, they don’t matter to the Democratic-Socialist party so much, only thugs.

The legal defense fund at GiveSendGo for Kyle Rittenhouse has hit another roadblock. The scumbags at Discover Card (Twitter feed) will begin blocking its cardholders from donating. This follows GoFundMe and other fundraising hosts booting defense funds for the young man.

I’m writing you today with more frustrating news. We just learned that Discover is planning to cut off the ability of its cardholders to make payments to this fundraiser; this development unfortunately follows days of relentless targeting by big tech on the order of Facebook, Twitter, Stripe, and Instagram. Other credit card companies are likekly to follow, unless a strong message is sent to all of these globalist-controlled corporations that we are not willing to sit by while they erase our Freedom of Speech through their un-American accounting practices. I encourage all of you to contact them through their website, and where able, make personal statements by taking your business elsewhere. We will likely be figuring out alternative ways to donate soon, and I will keep you posted.
And be sure to tell Discover what you think of their disgusting decision. It is not the job of the payment processing/banking system to decide who and what lawful activities their cardholders can support. It’s the job of courts and juries of the people to decide who is and isn’t guilty, not politically biased businesses.

He was a lifeguard.
He volunteered to clean graffiti.
He was asked to watch over shops.
He rendered 1st aid to rioters.
He helped put out a fire.
He ran from attackers.
I’ve had two questions about the beginning of the entire incident. The major question was, “What initiated the first chase and attack that led to Pedo Boy‘s shooting?”
But I also wondered about the fire extinguisher Kyle had when this started. I’ll admit, I had some serious concerns about that. One Kenosha man did spray rioters with an extinguisher in a nonlethal attempt to defend the Danish Brotherhood Lodge. I feared Kyle might have done something similar.
“Kyle apparently ran up at the gas station and provided a fire extinguisher that put out Pedo Boy’s dumpster fire that he was pushing into the gas station … It pissed pedo boy off and they attempted to ambush and set the kid on fire to teach him a lesson…”
Kyle started his day working a shift as a lifeguard. Then he volunteered to clean up the rioters’ messes. Next, he was asked to help keep watch over some shops. When the police finally started dispersing the mob, he rendered first aid to some of the injured thugs.
And then he helped put out a literal dumpster fire — and preventing the arson of a gas station — earning the ire of the disappointed mob. The goons should have been glad; a gas station fire could very well have taken them out.
He potentially saved their lives, and they showed their gratitude by trying to kill him, and forced him to make a choice no seventeen year-old should need to face.
