I was elected to represent and safeguard all constituents and to ensure the balance between our rights and public safety is maintained. That means we must critically evaluate any proposed solution to the deeply rooted issue of gun violence, ensuring we both protect our community and uphold the values that define us as a nation.

President Trump was correct when he said they weren’t really after him, he was just in the way of them coming after U.S.
So January 6th fedsentation (a lot like a presentation staged by feds) stopped the challenges to the fraudulent election that were going to be presented. The people (except for the feds, corrupt cops and antifa) that had gone there, had gone to express their grievances, something that is allowed by law. On August 9th in Provo Utah an elderly senior citizen, Craig Robertson was killed in his home. My comments come are in regards to the following article. Apparently the basically home-bound elderly man who took care of his visually impaired son had grown dissatisfied with the Biden Crime Regime’s continual attacks on our country, it’s citizens, borders, way of life and Constitution.
According to an email from FBI spokeswoman Sandra Barker, Craig Robertson “resisted arrest and as agents attempted to take him into custody, he pointed a .357 revolver at them.”
Despite this assertion, the agency hasn’t presented any corroborating evidence. When questioned about photographic or video proof of Mr. Robertson’s alleged action, Ms. Barker refrained from commenting.
Yeah, maybe so, maybe not. The FIB seems to lie about everything these days. I wouldn’t trust them if they told me it’s still Summer. But what the neighbors had to say was pretty interesting as well. What is it with the FIB and these early morning in the dark raids? It’s almost like they are trying to provoke a response to an intruder. Why don’t they walk up to the door at noon, just knock and say “We’d like a word, please”. And this over the top tactical team crap is ridiculous.
His social media also showcased support for former President Donald Trump, displayed tactical equipment, and boasted an expansive firearm collection. Neighbors estimated he owned about 20 guns.

During the warrant execution before sunrise, officers employed flash bangs to get Robertson to leave his house. When he refused, alleging innocence, gunshots ensued around 6:15 a.m. local time, as per Jon Michael Ossola, a witnessing neighbor.
Subsequent local accounts state that Robertson was pulled out of his home, where he succumbed to his injuries on the sidewalk, concealed beneath a sheet.

Another neighbor, Katie Monson, recounted to The Associated Press how agents unsuccessfully tried to breach Mr. Robertson’s door with a battering ram, then used a tactical vehicle. After hearing shots, she saw officers pulling Robertson outside.

The incident escalated when Robertson reportedly aimed a firearm at law enforcement, prompting what witnesses called a “hail of bullets” at his Provo home.
Aimed, not discharged. It’s still dark and he answers the door with a gun in his hand…again, why not noon, knock on the door, and say “We’d like a word”.
His relatives said Robertson — who they described as a “firearm enthusiast, collector and gunsmith” — loved the US “with all his heart” but had become increasingly disappointed by the Biden administration.
“He was understandably frustrated and distraught by the present and on-going erosions to our constitutionally protected freedoms and the rights of free citizens wrought by what he, and many others in this nation, observed to be a corrupt and overreaching government,” the statement said.
“As an elderly — and largely homebound — man, there was very little he could do but exercise his First Amendment right to free speech and voice his protest in what has become the public square of our age — the internet and social media.
Did he say things he ought not have said? Obviously.

My point is, this murder seems to be part of a bigger picture attack on U.S. citizens by various and sundry arms of the Biden crime regime’s captured agencies.

When I took my concealed carry class 153,000 years ago I remember one of the things taught was if you had to be involved in a self-defense shooting, there needed to be three elements.

I would maintain that the elderly home-bound 75 year old caring for his visually disabled son may have lacked some of those elements. I think the FIB case is more like jelly than J.A.M. and that’s what Mr. Robertson was executed for, freedom of speech.

Over the weekend there was a shooting in Cleveland, Ohio; nine wounded, apparently — thank G-d — none killed.
Cleveland’s mayor blames lax gun laws in the state and nation.
In a news conference Sunday, Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb said the shooting “truly shows the massive gun problem we have, not just in Cleveland, not just in Ohio, but across this nation.”
And Bibb and CBS wants us to know just how lax Ohio’s laws are.
Bibb referenced an Ohio law passed last year that allows any “qualifying adult” to legally carry, possess or conceal a handgun without a license, background check or training requirements. Bibb said gun violence has increased statewide since the law took effect.
(2) “Qualifying adult” means a person who is all of the following:
(a) Twenty-one years of age or older;
(b) Not legally prohibited from possessing or receiving a firearm under 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) to (9) or under section 2923.13 of the Revised Code or any other Revised Code provision;
(c) Satisfies all of the criteria listed in divisions (D)(1)(a) to (j), (m), (p), (q), and (s) of section 2923.125 of the Revised Code.

Long story short, believe me, I’m leaving out the parts about the police not coming into the building etc, he beat her savagely and threw her out the window, killing her. The killer was not held responsible for his actions. He’d smoked pot the night before…wait till Hunter Biden hears about that defense. What am I thinking? He’s Hunter Biden, he doesn’t need a defense. The DOJ will handle it. The lesson in this was that the French government will protect it’s invaders over it’s own citizens who are required to support, feed, house and die for them. At 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, two motorcycle officers saw Nahel M. in a high-powered, bright yellow Mercedes A-Class AMG with Polish license plates, racing through Nanterre, and gave chase. The 17-year old led them on a pursuit over sidewalks, through red lights and down bus lanes until finally forced to stop by traffic at 8:16 am.
The two officers dismounted and confronted the homicidal maniac at gunpoint, demanding he cut the engine. Instead, Nahel M floored it, striking the officer in front of his windshield and possibly triggering the gunshot which hit him fatally in the chest. The speeding sports car then struck an obstacle and flipped on its roof. One passenger fled on foot and one was arrested.

Despite France’s tough laws, a large number of illegal weapons are circulating in the country. Could the recent terrorist attacks spark a change in French gun culture?

WGN TV reported that around 9 PM Monday night, the teens poured off the Chicago “L” train at the Belmont Red Line stop and completely shut down the roadway for several hours. Residents were left in complete terror.

And personally, I keep remembering a talk I heard Rabbi Alon Anava give a few years ago. He said Moshiach was coming very soon, and if Trump was elected the time before his arrival would be gentle, if biden that the time before his coming would be very hard, but either way he was coming. I believe G-d intended people to live in the freedom that following his laws gives, which probably explains why demoncrats and their deluded followers hate freedom, America, people of faith and G-d. A friend of mine in far away Nicaragua sent an article recently that reminded me very much of one I wrote years ago. I attempted to find the disc I have the original on to pick some sections out if it to quote. But well, once I hit some old photos and started copying and pasting and had gone through about a half dozen or more discs I decided to knock it off and just go off recall. Some of the worst I can remember. Besides which, it fits into a larger pattern I’m seeing and I don’t like it, and I don’t like where it’s headed.
So, what’s put the burr under my saddle blanket this time and has me highly annoyed?
UN-elected bureaucrats. They are often confused with bottom dwelling pond slime, so be able to tell the difference, it’s very slight sometimes.
Apparently in Virginia some bottom feeder from Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources decided they could go wherever they chose, in camo, and steal a man’s game camera and terrify his family while they played basketball by lurking in the family’s woods and behaving like a voyeur, a state funded stalker if you will. When the terrified wife ran for her husband the state funded thief took off. With their game camera. There’s more of course. Virginia wildlife officials trespassed on man’s land, stole his trail camera, lawsuit alleges
Now it doesn’t take much to set me off on the Department of Conservation, I despise them. They can and do come onto your land without a warrant, poke around wherever they choose, if you have locked gates it doesn’t matter. If you have livestock and they let it out, they are not liable. If your livestock gets out in the road and causes and accident, they aren’t liable, you are. If it was livestock you were fond of? Tough. Like I said, bottom dwelling pond scum. In the article I wrote years ago it talked about some pretty egregious things. There was a movement in my state a few years ago to rein them in. They’ve been known to seize mounted deer heads worth a lot of money and claim the owner wasn’t entitled to them. No warrant. Game meat taken out of freezers, there was a large group that had met several times to discuss what was going on with the Department of Conservation. People contacted their elected representatives, promises were made and, nothing, zip, nada. Their behavior really is criminal. For example;
Once I asked Ziehmer if he approved of the situation down in Douglas County where a dying man had willed 200 acres of land to the Department of Conservation. Just after the man died the department sent in their surveyor and attempted to rearrange the boundary so that it would take about 25 or 30 acres from three neighboring landowners without ever notifying them.
This involved cutting trees from neighbors’ land, setting a new boundary and posting signs telling the real owners of the land to stay off the land they had owned for decades. The landowners had to pay lawyers quite a lot of money and go through a long legal battle just to get back that land. In that interview I asked Ziehmer why they had done such a thing. Draper looked at him as if to say ‘‘keep quiet’’ and then he answered with something that sounded as if he had written it down and memorized it.
“The people of It Could Be Any State USA expect us to accumulate and expand land for them to hunt or hike or otherwise enjoy,” he said.
My next question was, “Do you think the people of Missouri collectively would approve of what you did there next to land a dying man gave you, a man who had long known and respected his neighbors. If all It Could Be Any State USA citizens knew all about it, would the majority be happy with what you have done?”
My latest interaction was they showed up on my land for no good reason. One of my neighbors tipped me off they saw him snooping around. I’m a vegetarian. I don’t hunt and I don’t allow it. So. I called up the local game warden and politely introduced myself “Yes this is Sheila at 1313 WhatTheHeckAreYouDoingOnMyProperty Lane. I’ve been informed you were on my property, uninvited. Why?” I managed to keep the growl out of my voice, and I’m very proud of that. Well, turns out he was looking for baiting. I’m a vegetarian and I don’t allow hunting. Why didn’t you check with me? Now I’m well aware they don’t have to. These unelected bottom feeders can go anywhere, even the country sheriff can’t really do that without a reason, I don’t believe. Well, he finally admitted he was on the wrong property….ass. Bet he votes Demoncrat.
But with the way things are going I can well see a department that already abuses their authority to do unscrupulous activity for an unscrupulous law enforcement agency. Need a little look-see and don’t have a warrant and can’t get one? Call your local game warden. Bottom feeders. Ok, ok, I’ll admit, I’m biased, but I don’t like bullies and I don’t like liars. YMMV, but you might want to look into what your Department of Conservation can get away with.
But this next too big for their britches, or their job description I think we can agree on.
“We have now confirmed that both the IRS and the ATF were at Highwood Creek Outfitters in Great Falls around 7 am this morning. Both the IRS and ATF would not say why they were there,” KMON Radio reported.
“A spokeswoman for the IRS would only say they were there on official IRS business. The ATF says it was providing assistance to the IRS. We attempted to enter the store today and were stopped by agents at the door who would only say that the gun store is closed and will reopen tomorrow,” the news outlet added.

Although the Montana Department of Justice claimed no involvement in the incident, an IRS spokesperson confirmed their presence at Highwood Creek Outfitters but refrained from providing further details.

The recent incident has attracted political attention, with Congressman Matt Rosendale expressing his concern over the IRS and ATF’s actions, interpreting them as another example of the Biden regime’s weaponization of federal agencies against hardworking Americans.
“I’m incredibly disturbed by initial reports that the IRS and ATF closed Highwood Creek Outfitters without any warning today,” said Rep Rosendale in a statement.
Well, no flies on Rep. Rosendale…what did people think the IRS would do when they got all that shiny new firepower and ammo except use it on law-abiding citizens. Dealing with criminals is dangerous! These days there is no government bureau that is not abusing it’s power and will not abuse it.
You know, we’ve sent an awful lot of taxpayer money to be laundered in Ukraine and sent back shiny and clean to the Bidden crime regime. We’ve got to cut corners somewhere. Defund the ATF, FIB, CIA and IRS. It won’t begin to cover the debt, but it’s at least making a start.
It should come as a shock to no one with a bit of a brain that some women are waking up and realizing Demoncrats hate them. They hate them with their actions and they aren’t shy about showing it. For example, the recent incident on the subway car in NYC. Women have been under attack in the NYC subway for a long time; heads bashed in with hammers, sexual assaults, punched in the face all kinds of severe violence against women. What do demoncrats do? Well, what any good marxist would do, they take advantage of the situation to turn the criminal into the victim and demonize anyone who stands up for themselves or other weaker individuals including, but not limited to, women. While Demoncrats may not have outlawed self defense, they prosecute it as a crime rather than the violent criminal. For example, the recent incident on the NY subway where a homeless mentally ill man was threatening passengers. A 24 year old Marine (I understand there are no former Marines) stepped up and with the help of other passengers, some of whom were black, restrained him. The BLM/Antifa set along with whatever agitators can be rounded up are now trying to turn this into a hot mess. Let’s see how the Guardian, a left wing rag is “reporting” on it (giggle giggle, reporting, I crack myself up sometimes).

Ok, enough, you get the drift. Pretty much everything is praising the man to the highest order, including calling him a talented Michael Jackson impersonator, and maybe he was.
But he also had FORTY-TWO ARRESTS from 2013-2021. Four for violent assault and he still had an active warrant for a violent assault from 2021. So Minister Ray Tarvin, perhaps you aren’t being truthful? Or you don’t know him well? Either way, you’re wrong. He’s proved it time and again, he was violent.
I can’t help but wonder if the Marine had some instinct that was kicking in. You can sometimes get an energy read of people that tell you when they are getting ready to go off. But with the Demoncrats no bail policy, it’s a sure bet they weren’t going to keep him off the streets. Did he need help? YES!!!! A million times YES, but would Demoncrats do that? Nope.

Other than at election time when they will trot them out and tell them how evil Republicans are (and some are, Murder Turtle and Mittens) and tell the soccer Moms and those embracing their white privilege classification that they must vote for them or Democracy (mob rule) will die. Or worse, the Republicans could restore a the same rule of law for all, restore our energy, close the border and deport the invaders depriving them of American tax payer dollars. Horrible things like that. And they’d have to leave our gas stoves alone.

So it’s a horrible choice, the police may not be available to help you, but if you do defend yourself, or someone defends you a Demoncrat prosecutor may well try to ruin your life. Because to Demoncrats and leftists of all parties, the innocent don’t matter. Not really, they are a talking point, not an actual concern.
It’s all going to come down to how you choose to handle the fear. We may not have choices about the situations we find ourselves in. Sometimes we may, sometimes we may have gut hunches. But we should have a choice as to how we handle the fear.

We demand that Colorado Governor Jared Solis sign an executive order to ban guns and buy them back.
An executive order pushes Democrats to finally TAKE REAL ACTION to put an end to this nightmare.
They plan to hold a sit-in — which somehow isn’t a “protest” — in Denver on June 5, 2023. If Solis is psychotic enough to do as they wish, their “nightmare” has just begun.
Their site doesn’t list any contact email; just a couple of form to “volunteer” or register for the sit-in. I guess they don’t want to answer any inconvenient questions. Like…
1. You may not like it, but doesn’t the Second Amendment exist?
2. Didn’t HELLER establish the the right to keep and bear arms preexisted the Second Amendment; that it only protects a right that exists anyway?
3. Didn’t MCDONALD establish that the Second Amendment is incorporated to the states, meaning Colorado and Solis have tto obey it, too?
4. Didn’t BRUEN establish that restrictions on the Second with no general, historical tradition are unconstitutional; and that it protects arms beyond those in existence at the time of ratification?
5. Does this mean that Here4TheKids is advocating for the overthrow — by fiat executive order, no less — of the Second Amendment and the Constitution that established the authority of the Supreme Court? Basically, the overthrow of our Constitutional representative republic. The overthrow of the government?
6. Doesn’t that get into treason territory?
So… another set of victim-disarming lefties who want to do away with the Constitution and courts. As I recently noted:

Because once we can no longer rely on the Constitution, Courts, or basic sanity on the part of idiots like you, I’m afraid there are some who would be happy to take matters into their own hands, and rid themselves of infringers.
And their cheerleaders. Like you.
We’ll try to talk those excitable folks down, but if you actually manage to field confiscating door-kickers, it won’t be easy.
And we’ll have less incentive to try to control them.

He will. Just as soon as the Second Amendment is “banned.” This was a reply to Creepy Uncle Gropey’s Twitter announcement* that he’s running for pseudo-reelection.
Ban the second amendment, I will start up a gun confiscation team where me and my brothers will start going door to door and arresting those who don’t hand their firearms in.
No doubt he thinks the senile groper-in-chief will just sign an executive order “banning” a Constitutional amendment. He doesn’t seem too bright, so I doubt he’s actually considered the magnitude of the task he’s set himself.
I do hope he and his brothers provide their own body bags. If not, well… canvas, lime, pigs, coyotes, gators… We’ll have it covered.

Based on the majority of snooze stories, I was chalking up the Louisville bank shooting to workplace violence. Multiple reports had it that he had been, or was about to be, fired. Not so much, apparently.
[Some asshole] made three key points in the manifesto, which is in the hands of the police: he wanted to kill himself, he wanted to prove how easy it was to buy a gun in Kentucky and he wanted to highlight a mental health crisis in America.
Hmm. On the one hand, he seemingly thought that there’s some much “gun violence” that guns must be further restricted. On the other hand, apparently there wasn’t enough gun violence, so he had to stage some himself.
What the SOB really was… was a terrorist. No different than a psycho suicide bomber.

Victim disarmers will probably — secretly — consider him a martyr. The Daily Mail report seems to; given the way they use his case to illustrate why he was “right” and Kentucky gun laws are dangerously lax. Why if you aren’t a known criminal, and haven’t been ruled mentally ill, or use illegal drugs, or any of the other restrictions on gun possession, and if you’re old enough… why, you can go to a gun store, undergo a background check (to confirm all the above) and by a gun.
* I won’t give him the post mortem fame he wanted by using his name, unless it’s necessary for research. Clearly, the Daily Mail doesn’t agree; they give his name 33 times in just that one report.

I heard about a shooting in Clay County Missouri. Apparently a 16 year old went to pick up his siblings and went to the wrong address, street instead of terrace.
Stories vary, but the things that are the same are the homeowner was a 84 year old man who had gone to bed for the night. He heard someone ring his doorbell, and he got up to answer the door. It after 2200 at night, so he took his firearm.
Now this part differs. The homeowner said he opened the door to see a 6 foot tall black male trying to open his exterior storm door. Ralph Yarl the boy that was shot, says he didn’t try to open the door.
The homeowner fired two shots through the door, hitting once in the head, once in the arm. The boy then ran off and went to three different houses before someone called 9-1-1. Which I believe the homeowner had already called. He told the police it was the last thing he wanted to do but he was scared because of the boy’s size and his age.
Apparently for some reason the Clay County prosecutor has decided that constitutes a racial component. Unless the racial component was the homeowner saying “Don’t come around here”. But Zachary Thompson the “Prosecutor”, has decided that is racial. In another report the prosecutor says no words were exchanged.
A witness said they heard an unknown vehicle pull into the driveway of Lester’s address. The witness “thought it was odd for their elderly neighbor to have a visitor this late at night,” according to the statement.
So, late night visitors are not a normal occurrence at the 84 year old homeowners house.
All this is very sad. The boy seems to be recovering, last I saw, he spent a day or so in the hospital and is now recovering at home. None of the following is to say it’s not tragic. It is. A 16 year old was shot and an 84 year old may spend the rest of his life in prison, if the media doesn’t kill him first.
The media totally sucks. All of them.

They’ve given out the 85 year old’s name, photograph and address. Yes, in some reports the homeowner is 85. His house has now been vandalized.
Every news story you see about this, the main focus is white man shot black teen for ringing the wrong doorbell. If it had been a 85 year old black man would that make him less shot? If it had been a 6 foot 16 year old white boy, would that make him less shot? But race is the whole thing the media and Hollyweird types are focusing on. Meanwhile Channel 9 news is taking this opportunity to say the Castle Doctrine needs to be re-visited. No, it doesn’t. Although I have no faith in the justice system, I’m hoping in this case it will be better.
Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised the media is making this all about race. I’m not sure if it was Yuri Besmenov that said the communists couldn’t really get a toe hold in America using class, because (at the time) America had a vibrant middle class of any race. Therefore they went with race to create the divisions in our society that they need.

Crump is perhaps best known for handling cases in the deaths of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and more.

The whole thing is sad, for everyone involved. But the media is bound and determined to make this another city burned to the ground. Since every article that showed up in my web search listed the race of the people involved, that’s the story. Not something tragic happened, and it is tragic for both, but a chance to foment another riot. And those news stations in Kansas City that are playing along better think twice, because the riots in other cities didn’t always exempt buildings just because you were on their side.
I was texting with my buddy in Nicaragua earlier today. I had sent him the photos from the “news media” along with some thoughts. I told him I see what is happening, our readers see what is happening, I don’t want to be only a voice of doom and gloom. Tomorrow is Yom HaShoah, I know G-d is in control of everything. But Yom HaShoah reminds me that sometimes really bad things do happen, and they don’t make sense to me. They do him, but not to me. He said why don’t you share the meditation from today? It’s perfect.
Today is the 11th day of the Omer. We choose what we let in through our gates. Maybe not our country’s, but our own.
