American Hanukkah

It’s that wonderful time of year when we celebrate Hanukkah. Hanukkah means “dedication”, as in cleaning and purifying the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple after it had been defiled. I’ve written a lot about Hanukkah, what happened and why. But I’m going to touch on a few of the elements to explain why America is ready for it’s own Hanukkah. Hanukkah was about the culture of Judaism. The laws that G-d had given us that were to be observed. Things like

Some Jews became quite infatuated with Greek culture. But the more they imitated the Greeks, the less respect the Greeks had for us. They began to mock Judaism and enact laws against it. First they locked up the synagogues and schools. People prayed and studied in one another’s homes.

Then, the Greeks passed a law that all Jews had to write a sentence stating they had no portion in the G‑d of Israel on the horns of their livestock and on their doors. The Jews sold their livestock and removed the doors from their homes.

The Greeks passed a law outlawing circumcision. The Jews made up secret signs through which they announced circumcision ceremonies, and guests risked their lives to go wish the new parents “Mazel Tov!”

The Greek soldiers started assaulting Jewish women The Greeks outlawed Shabbat, the celebration of the New Moon, and Torah study. Jews hid in caves and continued to observe all three. The Greeks found hundreds of ways to try to stamp out Judaism. Jews found hundreds of ways to quietly rebel and to remain what they had always been. Then the Greek soldiers started assaulting Jewish women. The governor made a decree—unfortunately, a common one in ancient cultures—called jus primae noctis, “first night rights.” The governor would kidnap and assault every bride on her wedding night.

Which brings us to the first of the two women I’m going to speak about. Channa, or Hannah. She was the sister of the Maccabees, and she had a very strong objection to being raped on her wedding night.

Amidst the elegant flowers, soft music, and the conversations of the guests, the bride suddenly stood up, walked to the center of the room, placed her hand on her chest, and tore open her gown.

Shocked, angry, and embarrassed, her brothers rose to drag her from the room. But she stood firmly in place and addressed the room: “You who are so zealous that you would kill me, are not zealous enough to protect me from the hands of the Greek governor who will come here to assault me tonight.

“Did you not learn from Shimon and Levi, the brothers of Dinah, who, though only two men, killed the entire city of Shechem for her sake? Place your faith in the One Above, and He will help you.”

Her five brothers declared their willingness to go to war, and were answered by a voice emanating from the Holy of Holies promising victory.

And honestly, Shimon and Levi were around 13 or 14 at the time. Those kids knew what they were about.

The next woman were going to speak of is Yehudit, and she is more of a participant than being an inspiration only. Though she is pretty darn inspiring! Yehudit’s story occurs a few hundred years before that of the Maccabbes. Yehudit’s story takes place in and near the town of Bethulia, in Judea when it came under siege by Holofernes, a Syrian-Greek general, under Nebuchadnezzar. Holofernes was extremely cruel. When he laid siege to a town and then conquered it every living creature inside, men, women and children and probably animals would suffer. They’re like the state of New York in that way. The town was on the verge of surrender. They had been under siege and were out of food and water. After a town meeting Yehudit addressed the town elders and asked them not to surrender in the five days they had given G-d to rescue them. She told them they should have more faith in G-d than to put him on a time table. But she had a plan. Which they immediately tried to talk her out of. Ok, I can kind of see that. It was incredibly risky for her. But the only people she was putting in extreme danger were herself and her loyal maid servant. Yehudit was a widow, but still very beautiful, wise and charming. She donned her beautiful apparel she had put aside when she was widowed, donned her jewels and a veil. She and her servant left Bethulia near dark and went to Holofernes camp. To his tent after telling the astonished sentries that was her destination. This just simply wasn’t done! But, she did it. She convinced the evil Holofernes that the town was about to fall, and she wanted to save her life and that of her family and servants. She and Holofernes worked out a deal, she would supply him with intel and they would live. Holofernes then threatened his camp if anyone laid a hand on her. So she and her servant were given complete freedom to roam around unmolested. Every day she would take intel to the town and spread Karin Jean-Pierre like lies back to Holofernes. One evening she told Holofernes he’d be able to take the town the next day as they were out of Kosher food, and they would be forced to eat un-kosher food and then G-d would turn his back on them. Holofernes was, I’m sure, elated. With a twinkle in his eye he invited Yehudit to a “private dinner” that night, just the two of them. Gag. But she’s really good at this, like one of the original honey pot traps! She shows up, probably had a brand new color of nail polis…oh wait, that would be my idea.. anyway, she shows up with her own food because of course Holofernes doesn’t have Kosher food. So she tells him she’s famous for her goat cheese, and proceeds to ply him with goat cheese. Which is salty, which makes him thirsty, which makes him drink a ton of undiluted wine that she helpfully provided, which makes him drunk as a skunk, which makes him pass out. In retrospect, probably works better than nail polish anyway. So when he’s passed out cold, she takes his own sword and as my Rabbi tells it “daintily cuts off his head”. She take the head back to town under the cover of darkness. The next day the soldiers wake up to a not only dead drunk Holofernes, but a flat out dead Holofernes. Which understandably discombobulates them. So, they scatter and the town is saved! I’d say not only Bethulia, but whatever town he was going to hit next. But that my friends is why we also eat cheesy and dairy foods at Hanukkah. Originally it was cheese pancakes before potatoes were known.

Both women took a strong stand to preserve their homes, their towns, their families and their honor. There are some that say Yehudit was in fact related to the Maccabees, and was the daughter of Yochanan the high priest, father of the Hasmonean family.

And we know that the Maccabees fought, not so much because the Greeks wanted to kill Jews, although it wasn’t a problem for them, but basically they wanted to kill Judaism, their way of life, their reason for being. To deprive the Jews of Judaism, is to destroy them.

So since I’m speaking of women, lets look at what the culture of America has done to women under the power of the evil Holofernes Biden and his puppet masters. Now, I have no problem saying Biden is evil, and it goes way back, but at this point he’s basically barry sotero’s cardboard cutout. And I suppose whatever malice “Dr Jill” pushes him into. The demoncrats talk about Republican’s “binders of women” well let’s see how those champions of women stack up. Women’s sports have been decimated under the biden crime regime. Parents that have understandably objected have been labeled terrorists. The biden junta celebrates DEI and the ignorance and stupidity it brings by nominating a woman of color so stupid she doesn’t even know what a woman is. So when on Sunday, December 22nd one of the demoncrat’s illegal invaders lit a sleeping woman on fire in a subway car, fanned the flames no one intervened. At all. Not even the police. He had been previously deported under President Trump, but came back in under the demoncrats. Demoncrats all the way down, biden, harris, mayorkas and hochul and adams. The results of “defund the police” have predictably, well, at least we predicted it, resulted in scrapping the bottom of the barrel for police candidates. But it’s not just our country that has been permeated with evil. I’m sure everyone heard about another attack on another Christmas market from another member of the religion of pieces.

This one has left 200 injured and 5 dead, including a toddler, following Friday’s attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. The perpetrator is a 50 year old doctor of psychiatrist and psychotherapy from Saudi Arabia. Germany foolishly took him in on a permanent residence permit in 2006. Even more foolishly they ignored the extradition requests of Saudi Arabia for the totally assimilated muslim doctor due to “human rights concerns”.

The outlet claims that the man “had been threatened with death for turning away from Islam.”

The report also claims that “SPIEGEL research has shown that Taleb A. openly sympathized with the AfD online.”

The AfD is the right wing populist party in Germany that is gaining massive support owing to its anti-immigration/pro deportation stance.

Which of course is why it totally makes sense that he went after a bunch of Christians at a Christmas market and not people at a mollusk.

The Jewish holidays—every one of them—is inextricably bound to the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Hanukkah is no different.

Ancient Jewish wisdom identifies multiple ways that the Rabbis of the times of the Mishnah did just this.

One way was the name of the holiday as the word Hanukkah means dedication / rededication for it was the Maccabees that liberated the Holy Temple, cleaned it so it could again be used for holy service, and restarted the sacrifices that had been halted.

Another was the choice the ancient rabbis made in selecting the Haftarah for Shabbat Hanukkah. It is a reading from the Prophet Zechariah and there the Prophet insists that the Beit HaMikdash (the Holy Temple) will be physically rebuilt in Jerusalem.

That is why the Amidah is concluded thusly every time we recite it: “May it be Your will, L-rd our G‑d and G‑d of our ancestors, that the Beit HaMikdash be speedily rebuilt in our days, and grant us our portion in Your Torah.”

One way to bring the authentic spirit of Hanukkah into the year is to concentrate on the above line every time one recites the Amidah.

There’s an additional way to make sure that Hanukkah is rescued from those who would subvert its true background and remake it into some kind of universal holiday that even a secularist can embrace. And that is to push back strongly against any and all attempts to seize any part of Jerusalem from the State of Israel and put it under any else’s control. And that especially includes the Temple Mount.

As Israel’s greatest national poet Uri Zvi Greenberg [1896-1981] wrote: “Whomever controls the Temple Mount controls all of the Land of Israel.”

When we recall the stories of the Maccabees in and their re-inauguration of the Beit HaMikdash all of this takes place in what anti-Israel extremists, and their enablers, deliberately call “East Jerusalem.”

“East Jerusalem” does not actually exist and what they are really saying is that Jerusalem’s Old City and its surrounding neighborhoods, the Western Wall, and the Temple Mount are not part of Israel or part of Israeli Jerusalem.

The original and oldest parts of Jerusalem, where Hanukkah story took place, are what they falsely label “East Jerusalem” and this is the Jerusalem that the Maccabees fought for and not the “New City” which lies outside those walls.

Believe it or not, that is not the whole article, but the whole article is good.

I feel to an extent, with the elections Americans are taking that first step, like Hannah saying “No I don’t want to submit”, like Matityahu say “Oh heck NO! You are not making an unclean sacrifice in my name”. We are staring into the abyss of losing our entire culture and way of life to the evil of the left and their agents. And we don’t want that. Is President Trump Yehuda? No, I’m not even saying that. But brave men, the Maccabee among others and brave women, Hannah and Yehudit among others, have shown us if our religion, if our way of life matters to us, to U.S. enough we must take steps to ensure it’s continuation for future generations. Basically, I think Europistan or I’ve heard it called Eurabia and formerly Great Britain are gone. I think they have so many there now they can’t come back, the invaders and the left, government, voters and media are a toxic brew. Because if the government takes any steps they don’t like the “refugees” seem to have no problem rioting, murdering and burning the country to the ground. While the left and the media will cover for them and provide excuses, it never brings anything back, does it?

America needs a Hanukkah, we need a re-dedication to our founding principles and morals. We need to return our focus to our Judeo-Christian origins. We need to be the light that brings knowledge of G-d into the world.

Media Malfeasance- Epilogue

This has happened more than once, but it’s pretty delicious so I’m going to do this short epilogue.

MSNBC shows hemorrhage viewers following Trump victory

Fox News viewership was up by 60 percent from the previous year on that day, while MSNBC and CNN both declined by 23 and 40 percent respectively. The situation was even worse in prime time for both stations, as they lost 30 percent and 54 percent of the viewers they had on that day in 2023. MSNBC host Alex Wagner experienced the worst ratings in the history of her show. Chris Hayes was nipping at her heels, having his worst-rated show since May 2016.

I’m sure we’ve all watched the media meltdown with a degree of humor. I mean its funny watching arrogant people who are so sure the know the answer to everything, their opinion is always more informed and worldly than the lowly peasants viewing their show, come absolutely uncorked when they were wrong about something. Else. Again.

I think it was Sunny Hostin but I could be wrong, but that is not a bright woman. He’s not even sworn in yet you dim bulb, what rights have you lost?

So yes, some of the media may believe their own lies, especially the opinion shows like the view, and who knows, maybe even some of the news readers. But some of them know they are lying.

Over the weekend I saw a clip of some blond woman supposedly reporting the news saying that what happened in Amsterdam was because some Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestian flags. Because of course Falestinian flags should be flown in Amsterdam. So what did happen in Amsterdam?

Some of the media reports said Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestinian flags…again, why is it exactly that Falestinian flags are hanging in Amsterdam? And they chanted anti-Falestinian slogans. Oh, so that totally justifies it. What’s the “it”? In case you didn’t see the Amir video, the muslim taxi drivers worked together to help coordinate the pogrom (2024 edition) along with shop keepers and police that “object” to protecting Jews. Those media reports that tried to imply this was started because a Arab flag was torn down in a Dutch city went light on reporting that the muslims were attacking Jews, beating, stabbing and the old arab favorite, running them over with cars.

Which brings me back to the start of this column, however much you hate the corrupt, dishonest, biased media? It’s not enough. The are the reason much of the country is so divided, along with the educational system. But I would say the media bears the bulk of the blame. They should have a least been honest enough to tell people what “globalize the Intifada” means. But they didn’t, did they?

Munich, 52 Years Ago and What Has Been Learned

It was 52 years ago that the world watched in horror as the “peaceful falestinians” who just wanted to raise the visibility of their cause kidnapped 11 Israeli athletes as they were in Munich to compete against the best athletes from all over the world. The whole security set up for the Olympic village was probably put together by Kimberly Cheadle and Ron Rowe’s DEI predecessors in Germany. Inadequate and unarmed guards barely competent to arrest a drunk Canadian for spitting chewing gum onto a sidewalk. But upon further reflection, none of the guards at the Olympic village broke into anyone’s places of business without permission, covered their security cameras and allowed people to use their restrooms. Nor did any of the agents leave while on duty to breast feed. So perhaps the Olympic guards were of better quality than the American Secret Service. But the American Secret service allowed multiple people to be shot and killed, including a former President they were sent there to guard. The guards at the Olympic village allowed 11 athletes to be brutally tortured and killed, all while refusing the help of those athlete’s home country. A home country that was more than qualified to help them.

And here we are, 52 years later. Innocent Israelis and Jews from other countries are being held hostage. Not all of them are being held in the terror tunnels built by the aid given by the gullible west to build schools and hospitals and infrastructure. Aid that was diverted to building terror tunnels to sneak into Israel and attack innocent Israelis. Some of those hostages are not held in those tunnels, but instead have been held in “hospitals”, some in the tunnels and some in the home of Falestinian civilians. The ones the gullible left is so concerned about. That’s the thing, the gullible left in Israel are the ones that sustained most of the damage and heaviest attacks. They had been hiring the Falestinians to work on their Kibbutzim. They had taken them without charge to hospitals in Israel for treatment. They took them into their families thinking they would go back and tell the other arabs in Gaza how nice the Jews were and please don’t kill them. That didn’t work out well.

You can not barter with terrorists. When you do you are guaranteeing when they need more money, control, power, all they need to do is kidnap and innocent Jew or so anywhere in the world. You have to eradicate them from the face of the earth. You have to make them afraid to even think of attacking.

I was going to call this column “Knuckle dragging, poo slinging monkey”. A girlfriend of mine uses this description of her in-laws. Knowing the situation, I gently pointed out that in reality, the monkeys in the zoo have more dignity and behave better than her in-laws. Sad, but still true. She and I were visiting today, and she was talking about Germany during the Holocaust when the Christians in the church just sang louder as the cattle cars passed by their churches with people screaming for help, to avoid hearing their cries you see. I told her about a radio show I had listened to this morning when the host was recounting his father telling him about American and European history. He said they Holocaust and the times of Rome when Christians were fed to lions couldn’t happen again, not today, people were much better informed and had better access to information.

So for those fools who really think a two state solution is the answer, must I remind you, they had one, it was called Jew free Gaza right up until October 7, 2023. You know, it’s been my observation that the ones that hate communism the most, are the ones that actually know what it is. Not the pig ignorant college students that are running around the streets acting like moneys flinging poop at the zoo. The Russians and Ukrainians I’ve met have a very strong conservative streak, all were supporters of President Trump, and most were strong Second Amendment supporters. Years ago there was a Demoncrat member of the House of Reps in my state, he spoke every year at the Second Amendment rally held in the spring. He had a very compelling presentation. He and his family had come here from Germany and shortly after arriving here had some untoward experiences. One of the first things he did as soon as he was legally able was to purchase a gun. He was a free citizen now you see, he was a free citizen and he was entitled to defend his life and that of his family. Of course that was years ago, when common sense, values, principles and decency were on both sides of the aisle. When Demoncrats waved American, not Ukrainian flags, when they were concerned about, not even more concerned, just concerned, about America’s borders more than another country’s. A country we’ve sent billions to that has shut down elections, shut down church services and seized land from religious organizations, all in the name of “democracy” which gives you and idea of their idea of “democracy”. Don’t exhale yet Republicans, I’m coming for you next.

Recently there have been quite the votes going on in the swamp. The uni-party is spending more to defend another country’s border and civilization than they are ours. They’ve sent more to help Ukrainian citizens and oligarchs than they have the victims of disasters in East Palestine, OH and Lahaina, HI., citizens under attack from an illegal invaders in every state of the union. Joe’s handlers have been shipping them in since he assumed control. Of course after the massive spending bills passed, the Demoncrats waved little Ukrainian flags. Well, they’re honest about that I guess. It’s who they represent. Sadly it’s Americans paying their salary. It’s not just what is coming across the border. Who other than demoncrat politicians benefits from this? Those paying more in taxes? Those losing their jobs to an illegal, those who had their retirement home taken over by illegals? Who? I can not believe the majority of Americans want this. Well, maybe the elites living in their bubble, but real Americans? No. Nor are they going to sign on to this and continue to vote for it. I’ve seen many videos of people in Chicago and NY expressing strong support for President Trump and the America First agenda, though the Mainstream media can’t and won’t believe it, it’s true. Many Americans are not as stupid as the press gambles they are as they continue to lie to them. And one would think the Demoncrat party would quickly begin to re-evaluate their policies, and yet, they aren’t. In fact, they’re doubling down, almost as though they don’t have to answer to voters. What kind of political system is that?

On of the recently passed pieces of tyranny allows spying on American citizens without a warrant. Something that has been violated by the FIB in ways that most wouldn’t believe. There are actually 3 different categories or titles in the FISA warrant program. Title 1 Title III and Title VII. Title VII is where the much abused section 702 comes in.

Former Trump official Kash Patel reminded Americans of the hundreds of thousands of times the DOJ-FBI used FISA to spy on Americans.

According to an official intelligence document the FBI illegally used FISA 278,000 times to spy on Americans including their political enemies like President Trump, Trump donors, and January 6 families.

This comes from the 2022 memorandum on FISA abuses.

On page 29 of the report: 23,132 separate queries on J6 protesters to find evidence of possible foreign influence despite having no indication of foreign influence related to the query terms used.

On page 31 of the report the analysts admitted to 278,000 non-compliant FBI queries of raw FISA-acquired information.

The FIB is far from the only government agency that isn’t following it’s own rules.

Purim and Concealed Carry, Everyday heroes

We’re about a week out from Purim, the holiday that once again celebrates the survival of the Jewish people from a nation that wanted to wipe them off the face of the earth. The Megillah (scroll/story) of Esther is notable for not mentioning the name of G-d as he remains as hidden as his name is in the story. There are no overt miracles like the parting of the sea, or clouds of glory, manna or even a miraculous battle. No, the story of Purim is about regular people. While I will concede Esther is a Queen this is still not a story of people born into the nobility of Persia.

As I understand it, when Mordechai, Esther’s cousin who raised Esther first found of the plot to destroy the Jewish people and tried to warn them, he wasn’t taken seriously. The Jewish people were rather fractured at that time, and so Esther requested that all the Jews gather to pray and fast. Another interesting bit on this is Mordechai wanted to send the Jews a message regarding the true evil nature of the King and Hamen, but being afraid the message would be intercepted, he hid it in pastry.

6. The Alshich explains that at first, the Jews did not believe that they were going to be completely wiped out. In an effort to convince them of the seriousness of the situation, Mordechai sent numerous letters to the Jews describing the true brutal natures of Haman and Ahasuerus. However, because Mordechai feared that the king might intercept these messages that painted him in an unfavorable light, Mordechai hid them in pastries, which he then sent to the Jews. These pastries saved the Jews, because when they found Mordechai’s letters hidden within the dough, they became convinced of the direness of the situation and were stirred to repentance. I’ve heard this year they may be called Oznai Sinwar, Sinwar’s ears, after the leader of hamass.

Leading up to Haman’s evil attempt the eradicate Persia of it’s Jewish population, Jews thought they fit into society. They could freely walk around with their symbols of Judaism, order Kosher food and were treated no differently than other members of Persian society. Until one day they didn’t. Much like Germany, a cultured progressive country, Jews were apart of society and had lived at peace with their non-Jewish neighbors, until one day they didn’t.

Today American Jews are seeing what European Jews, or at least Swedish, German, English, and French Jews have been seeing for a long time. Their country loves the illegal invaders from 3rd world countries far more than they love the culture and contributions of their Jewish citizens. I’m sure it is a painful awakening for those that are seeing that the Demoncratic party embraces far more the views of the “the squad” than the old style demoncrats that supported Israel. I would think it would be painful to hear Chuck Schumer call for interference (again) in Israel’s electoral process. I would think it would cause painful bafflement when those indoctrinated by the higher education system proudly display their ignorance on topics while demanding something no other country at war has ever been required to do, which is hamstring your own army and support your opponents. Yet somehow people view it as perfectly acceptable to demand it of Israel.

Well, as we know, Queen Esther and Mordechai took action and created the circumstances for the Jewish people to be allowed concealed carry permits to fight back and kill those who came to kill them. But more than likely the Jews of Shushan sure didn’t see that one coming.

The shock of finding out they had been expendable all along to the left has to be horrible, but to me, more horrible yet are those that still don’t understand what is happening because they still trust the same dishonest mainstream media that has been deceiving them for years. It sure does make it easier to get blindsided. I really hate blindsided.

Purim and the Betrayal of American Jewry

Who has betrayed us? Not the white supremacists, not the neo-Nazis and the ignorant, brainwashed skinheads—there’s no element of surprise there—but the educated, humanitarian left, that segment of society that Jews have embraced more than any other, both ideologically and socially. The gentle souls who walked with us in sympathetic conversation have turned with teeth, claws, and venom against us.

What prompted their betrayal? Because they saw that it was possible to murder, rape, and torture over 1,200 of us, abduct our babies and elderly, and get away with it. That was “exhilarating” and “awesome.” That very morning, there were those who jumped out of bed eager to blame the victims, defend murderers and rapists, and celebrate our pain. Only later were they angered that we dare attempt to rescue our loved ones and protect ourselves from those who would destroy us, dampening the perverse antisemitic exhilaration that comes from seeing a Jew suffer.

Why is betrayal so shocking? Because it redefines not only the present but the past. It means that all along, the people you thought were your friends were holding a dagger for you in their back pocket.

Welcome to Purim 2024, and the modern day Hamen, Alexander Mayorkas. But just as Esther and Mordechai pressed the King for the right for Jews to rise up and kill those who sought to kill them, today the Mitzvah remains to defends ourselves and our families.

The simple meaning of the word mitzvah is command. It appears in various forms with that meaning about 300 times in the Five Books of Moses. It generally refers to the Divine commandments to the Jewish people, things He wants us to do or not do.

Mitzvot (plural) are one of the ways we can connect to G-d. He tells us what he wants us to do and what he doesn’t want us to do….rightie-o! Sounds important to me.

But we’re just everyday ordinary people going about our lives, raising our families, working our jobs, taking care of children or parents, attending services, helping our neighbors and living life. What in there is heroic? Perhaps something you’ve not thought of. There was recently a fantastic article on Aish Nice Jewish Boys Carrying Concealed Guns and in it the columnist talks about having a talk with his Rabbi about carrying.

“Whenever you are carrying a gun,” he advised me, “you are fulfilling several mitzvot, commandments. ‘Guard your life’ by protecting yourself, and ‘love your neighbor’ for protecting others. You’re not a Rambo. You’re a Jew engaged in doing important mitzvot.”

The Talmud teaches, “If someone rises to kill you, rise up to kill him first.” The Rebbe explains that this dictum of our sages is the only way for Israel to deal with its enemies who seek its destruction.

Esther and Mordechai were decedents of King Saul. Haman they did destroy. Pharaoh wanted to destroy all the Jewish males, but not the females. In the past hitler, and in the modern day, Hamass and Fatah all call for the eliminations of Jews worldwide. It’s in their charters. The “innocent citizens” being used to prolong the war knew this when they voted for Hamass. Which pretty much shows you it has little to do with Israel, and everything to do with people since they call for the death of all Jews worldwide.

One of G-d’s gifts to Israel, the land, is Israel, the people. The everyday heroes. The ones that suit up and show up. Just like the armed citizens of their countries doing what they can to protect themselves and their families and everyday heroes. They are fulfilling mitzvot.

Let’s do the enemies first, and I’m guessing there will be no surprises as to whom they might be, but some of the actions might not be as well known. Gosh I don’t know why major media outlets aka #FakeNews are laying off people left and right…/sarcasm font.

The United Kingdom and several other countries announced Saturday that they were suspending funding to the United Nations’ Relief and Works Agency for Palestine (UNRWA) after allegations that staff may have participated in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel.

Canada and the United States announced Friday that in the wake of the allegations they would temporarily pause funding to the agency, with the State Department saying that it was “extremely troubled by the allegations.” The U.K., Italy and Austria also followed suit this weekend and suspended their aid indefinitely, according to NBC News.

But not the terrorist funding Obiden junta, oh no. See, words don’t mean the same thing on the left as they do to normal people.

Similarly, you may have read that the Biden administration has frozen funds to UNRWA, the United Nations operation in Gaza, after explosive and credible allegations emerged that a dozen UNRWA employees were directly involved in the planning and execution of the October 7 Hamas massacre of Israeli civilians. The Trump administration stopped funding this deeply corrupt organization back in 2018, then Biden quickly restored the money upon taking office. Now that this move has blown up in his face, Biden has belatedly and apparently temporarily stopped the cash flow to UNRWA. But as we saw with the Houthis climbdown, there’s a catch:

On Friday, in response to allegations that employees of the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) had been involved in Hamas’s October 7 terrorist attack on Israel, the State Department announced that it had “temporarily paused additional funding” for the United Nations agency. The funding pause, however, applies only to new and additional funding, not funding already obligated before the pause went into effect on Wednesday, a State Department spokesperson told Pluribus. When asked for details on what obligations would and would not be affected by the pause, the spokesperson directed Pluribus to a fact sheet released by the State Department on January 16, 2024…The fact sheet reports that funding already committed or obligated to the UNRWA for fiscal 2024 for work in the West Bank and Gaza totaled $51 million as of January 16. Although the State Department did not directly answer questions about the amounts or the timing involved in distribution of funds, the spokesperson stated that “we are pausing any new or additional funding. Contributions to UNRWA that were not obligated as of January 24 are suspended, contributions to UNRWA obligated prior to this date remain in effect.”

Huh, color me shocked. It’s like the Obiden junta supports terrorism for both hamass and the Houthis…Course, it’s only money…taxpayer money, it’s not like it’s coming from the Biden crime family or anything.

Let’s have a closer look at UNRWA, there’s a video at the end of the source post as well.

1. UNRWA is a jihadist terror cult. For 70 years, it’s indoctrinated youth to hate, kill, and be disposable pawns in a battle to destroy Israel and beyond.

2. Thousands of it’s staff took part in or supported Oct 7th atrocities. This is a direct result of the billions in “aid” it spent on hate indoctrination and militarizing Gaza.

3. Instead of resettling its refugees, UNRWA forces them and all their descendants to be refugees forever. It indoctrinates kids to believe they must destroy Israel to ever have a home.

4. This perpetual refugee status is unprecedented and different than how all other refugees are treated – including the 100 million aided by UNHCR, the UN’s main refugee agency.

5. Israel is 0.3% of the Middle-East and is here to stay. The UNRWA jihad fantasy must end now. The rest of the region (10,000,000+ sq miles) should welcome its brethren.

6. In the past century, there were 1,000,000+ Jewish refugees from Arab countries. None are now seen as “refugees” or to have a “right to return”. They’ve all resettled in Israel or other countries.

7. Israel grants all Jews a “Law of Return” to their indigenous homeland. Most Arabs in Israeli territories came from Egypt or Jordan, which should offer them similar rights.

8. Funding UNRWA destroys the lives of Arab children who become indoctrinated with hate and violence for life. It destroys the societies where it operates, and brings forever conflicts to the region.

9. UNRWA is irredeemable. It’s aided and abetted the worst ideologies and atrocities for decades. Both Hamas and UNRWA must be eliminated for there to be a chance at real peace and stability.

Lousy organization correct? Not people you’d trust or want to be associated with, correct? Oh but if you’re the Obiden junta, they’re just the people you want.

I heard a great definition of “settler violence” recently. I think it’s a lot like “gun violence”. Fetterman (a non-Jewish member of the DNC) responded by going out on the roof of the building and waving the Israeli flag. I. AM. IN. SHOCK!! This required an extra cup of coffee to revive me.

Precedent Can Be Dangerous

Or even really dangerous, in the wrong hands.

For years, I’ve warned about the dangers of precedents; in laws, bureaucratic regulation, and judicial. My personal ball got rolling back inthe 1990s with the passage of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act. CALEA was passed to “help” LE catch criminals, by making it easier to tap phone calls.

The Communications Assistance for law Enforcement Act (CALEA) is a statute enacted by Congress in 1994 to require that telecommunications carriers and manufacturers of telecommunications equipment design their equipment, facilities, and services to ensure that they have the necessary surveillance capabilities to comply with legal requests for information. CALEA is intended to preserve the ability of law enforcement agencies to conduct electronic surveillance while protecting the privacy of information outside the scope of the investigation.

Sure. But it morphed into requiring the capability to monitor 10% of switch traffic at the same time; ten percent of all phones in the country. And remotely, so LE doesn’t even have to come to the switch office and physically tap a single line. It was expanded to include Internet traffic.

Then the PATRIOT Act to help catch terrorists.

What could possibly go wrong? Who could have foreseen that someone later would use those tools to monitor thousands of innocent Americans, or even spy on the opposition’s election campaign?

Well… “Who,” other than myself and thousands of other privacy advocates.

The Colorado Supreme Court just gave us a real doozy of a precedent: it just declared Donald Trump to be an “insurrectionist” ineligible to appear on the state primary ballot.

Love Trump or hate him (and I’m no great fan), the “reasoning” and “process” behind this decision is frightening; enough so that I’ll never travel to or through Colorado again.

The CO supreme court majority (there are three dissenters with some self-awareness) simply declared Trump to be guilty of insurrection. They deliberately and specifically denied the need for an actual charge of 18 U.S.C. § 2383 insurrection, a trial, evidence, or conviction. They specifically denied any requirement for Fifth Amendment due process. The accusation — in a civil case that Trump was not a party to — is all it takes for a life sentence of ineligibility to hold office or appear on a ballot.

Because Amendment 14, Section 3 is magically “self-executing.”

There is no Fifth Amendment in Colorado.

If this were to go to the US Supreme Court (and Trump says he’ll appeal), we might well learn there is no Fifth Amendment in the country.

But let’s look at the flip side of this insane precedent, under the almost-worst case scenario*:

Imagine down the road we end up with a hard-core right-wing administration; a Republican president perhaps, with as little respect for the whole Constitution as many current Republicans (don’t forget who saddled us with CALEA, PATRIOT, and bump-stock bans in the first place). Let’s say President Smith ran on a platform plank of doing something about the ATF, winning hearts and minds of American gun owners.

On the one hand, we have an agency whose specific job is to infringe on Second Amendment rights.

On the other hand, we have a precedent that says Constitutional amendments are automatically “self-executing,” and punishments for violation of the 2A don’t require indictment, trial, evidence, facing accusers, or defense. And one day, President Smith Tyrant simply send US Marshals to every ATF office in the country to round up every agent and employee, and drag their sorry asses off to the gulags, never to be heard from again.

Or… Federal Election Commission, meet the self-executing First Amendment.

You can probably think of one or two others that could use a dose of Constitutional self-execution.

So to speak.

* The worst case scenario would be SCOTUS making this a national precedent with the current administration, which proceed to rape the country faster and harder than it already is.

It’s been one month since Israel was viciously attacked by the Iranian proxy ham-ass. And as I pretty much guessed shortly after buildings were lit up with blue and white and Magen Dovids, the worm turned. But I’ve got to admit, it turned in a bigger way that I had anticipated.

Ripping down posters with pictures of kidnapped Israeli (and other nationalities I suspect) hostages all over the world is the new pokemon go game. Some even bring their own scissors, all the better to cut them down with or have them handy in case a Israel supporter is there filming them. Are they ashamed of their actions? Oh HECK no, they’re very proud of them.

The pattern bears some semblance to the Covid vax mania that swept the planet not so very long ago. Air-headed celebrities and the media “honestly” reporting the facts.

Yeah, ok, that was satire, but barely.

I mentioned not that long ago Accuracy in Media was driving around the campus of Haaavaaard with a truck that’s like a mobile billboard showing the names and faces of the leading anti-Semites on campus. It was also parked near the leaders of the 34 student groups homes that signed a letter of condemnation…against Israel for the attack. Saying it was all their fault that over 1400 of their citizens were butchered in horrific fashions and around 238 have been taken hostage. Now what I take issue with, is in the media it was called a “Doxxing truck”, even if the rest of the story was accurate. I do not think that word means what you think it means. There was no “doxxing” involved. These are students who loudly and proudly declared their support and undying devotion to a group that beheads babies, cooks babies alive in an oven in front of it’s tortured, mutilated, but still living parents. These young minds and America’s future are all down with that. They think it’s “sick”….words should mean something. I think it’s sick too and so are they….but I mean it in the real sense of the word, not slang.

The sad thing is, this video could be true. They really are that stupid. So how did the students get that way? Oh, the media for sure.

Do they understand what they are signing on to? In some cases, no. This guy is gutsy.

Hamas kidnapped the civilians, including women and children, during a series of terror attacks and war crimes that left over 1,400 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped, as well as thousands wounded. The war crimes include mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, and were carried out on October 7, 2023. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”

There’s a page of medical professionals…not just doctors and nurses, but pharmacy technicians and similar. What I want to know, is if a hospital or pharmacy has someone like this as their employee, I certainly hope they will be held accountable for the harm they do.

How is a hospital going to deal with one of these Al Massris or Alghamdis killing off innocent patients? Hope they get sued into oblivion and that the law firm read Canary Mission first.

But luckily, I have a solution. I’d round up everyone of the pro ham-ass students here on student visas and deport them. The U.S. has ham-ass classified as a terrorist organization. The ones that aren’t on student visas? I have an answer for that as well.

At publishing time, members of The Squad rushed to Tlaib’s defense, with Representative AOC accusing Jewish Americans of trying to colonize WWII Germany with their banks and money, and Ilhan Omar yelling “Allahu Akbar” and shooting an AK-47 in the air.

But you know who else called her out? Among others, Kyrsten Sinema. She posted a tweet, or an X or something… but she called her out on it, along with a map showing exactly what “From the river to the sea” means.

Yes, I think money coming from Islamic countries, Iran seems to have more of it these days, among others is partly behind this world wide wipe out the Jews movement, I think Soros is behind it as well.

Part of the problem is the West has a Western mindset and doesn’t understand how the arab and islamic mindset works. You can tell this when you hear someone blather about the two-state solution or a cease fire, or worse, sending “humanitarian aid to the poor Falestinians”. You know, like the arsonist, rioter, thug supporting Kamala Harris’s daughter something or other stupid Emhoff who raised a substantial sum of money for ham-ass. These are very stupid, or deluded, or ill-informed people. But they are also people who have helped perpetuate the problem that is rolling down the hill like a bolder to flatten U.S.
