Hanukkah 2020

Because I can never see this enough.

We’ve had several columns written about Hanukkah, possibly because I love the holiday. People of faith in both America and Israel have had threats to their ability to worship freely in both countries for as long as I’ve been doing columns.

Chabad has a really good story of Hanukkah that gives more of the history leading up to the pivotal moment when Mattityahu killed the Hellenized Jew that was going to sacrifice a pig on the alter in his name. While both Purim and Hanukkah celebrate the survival of the Jews against an enemy, there are differences. Purim, like the holocaust was an attempt to wipe the Jewish people from the face of the earth. The goal of the Syrians-Greeks was to make the Jewish people like everyone else on the face of the earth, meaning idol worshipers.

This year as we approach Hanukkah, I see my country in a place I could never have imagined growing up. I wonder if it was like that was for the Maccabees? Did they see the threat of the Greeks growing? Because initially when the Greeks gained control over Israel they were respectful. But as some of the Jews began to assimilate, the Greeks lost respect and began to treat them more cruelly. One might say, the mask came off.

I don’t think there is any doubt that there has been massive election fraud in the 2020 elections. And of those that would deny it, I would be curious to know how much they actually know about it. As the always brilliant Jack Englehardt writes in his column about censorship,

It seems people that lack information make really poor choices that  cause everyone else to suffer. And suffering there will be.

In addition to censorship, there is just flat out lying by the MSM. The Nick Sandman category of lying, brings us the latest story involving the Papa John’s Pizza chain and accusations of racism. It seems daily more and more information comes out about ballots unloaded in the middle of the night, pulled out from underneath tables, or Timmy found them in the well. Then there are the ballots that got ran through multiple times, President Trump losing votes on a cnn scoreboard refresh, tractor trailers with ballots disappearing. Isn’t it interesting that in 2016, when Kemp was Secretary of State, there was a Dominion problem.

Dominion had some help though, for example Mark Zuckerberg of Fakebook. We talk about how he censors posts and information, but he did a lot more than that. About 350 million more than that.

This year, left-leaning donors Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan gave $350 million to an allegedly “nonpartisan” nonprofit, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which in turn re-granted the funds to thousands of governmental election officials around the country to “help” them conduct the 2020 election.

What these grants did was build structural bias into the 2020 election where structural bias matters most – in densely populated urban cores. It converted election offices in key jurisdictions with deep reservoirs of Biden votes into Formula One turnout machines. The hundreds of millions of dollars built systems, hired employees from activist groups, bought equipment and radio advertisements. It did everything that street activists could ever dream up to turn out Biden votes if only they had unlimited funding.

In 2020, they had unlimited funding because billionaires made cash payments to 501(c)(3) charities that in turn made cash payments to government election offices.

Massive numbers of people have come forward to testify under oath about things they’ve seen, or like some nursing home residents, things that have happened to them. Things people were told to do, things that have been recorded on video. Everyday citizens stepping up because they know what they are seeing is wrong, and evil. And those who should care, judges, secretaries of state, attorney generals at federal and state, multiple state actually, levels just don’t care. I’m very disappointed that SCOTUS wouldn’t hear the case Texas and other states brought against those corrupt states. It seems to me if the whole country is about to suffer under the tyranny of the harris/biden regime we should be heard. Some of these states that foolish choose not to be involved are going to be in for a big shock. Because once the socialist/communist party seizes control their autonomy is over. Has anyone ever seen much autonomy in a communist country? Thought not.

Remember the doofus known as Eric Swalwell who threatened to nuke American citizens  who refused to be disarmed and then just claimed he was joking? I’m sure most people realized it’s not normal for elected officials to threaten citizens with nuclear weapons. Well, not communists, no, they wouldn’t see a problem with that. But normal people. So lately it’s become much more clear as to why that would even cross his mind. He was in bed with the communists, no wonder he thinks like them. Yes, literally in bed with them. A Chinese spy named Christine Feng who also implanted a few people into other political positions. Republicans have a problem with Rep. Swalwell being on the intelligence committee and sleeping around with Chinese communist spies.

How much voter fraud, illegal voting, ballot manufacturing etc has taken place? Who knows for sure, the FBI is out investigating garages and subways sandwich shops. But I would hazard a guess that if this level of corruption and a power grab of this magnitude is allowed to succeed, we’re pretty much all done but the shouting. There will never be a real election again, it worked. If it works once that’s all it needs to work because then the communist government has taken control. Things that are moral and honest have been shoved aside. And evil people have been allowed to break the law, lie, cheat, steal and bully and intimidate with no repercussions. Why wouldn’t they do it again?

The democrat/communist party knows the majority of Americans voted for President Trump, thereby rejecting their radical platform. It took a massive amount of vote fraud to overcome those votes cast by real Americans. And yet, the communist/democratic party is now willing to attempt to force their will on those citizens. Those who voted for biden because he was a “moderate” are going to be very shocked when they discover their trial subscription to living in a communist country compliments of Wuhan Flu controls becomes a permanent feature.

I heard a very interesting interview with Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Smith from www.SaveOurFreedoms.org Rabbi Smith is also a lawyer, has studied molecular biology, virology and infectious diseases at the University of California at Berkeley. He maintains what is being done to the fearful American citizens is psychological warfare and he has some pretty good reasons for saying that.

And at a time of great challenge, the aspiring tyrants in power in NY and CA have forbidden people to attend worship services. And all over the US older Americans have been deprived of getting to see loved ones in their waning years, families are kept apart by fears of a virus with a greater than 99% recovery rate. NO ONE IS SAYING IT’S NOT REAL. We know, it’s real. And it’s also really being used to control people. So things that are normally a large source of strength and comfort to people, things that have helped hold the fabric of our society together in troubled times are the very things those aspiring to rule over us are denying us. Illegally I might add.

I have as much faith in vote tallies as I do Wuhan flu statistics. Sad, isn’t it?

They reclaimed the Temple, they were able to replace the desecrated and stolen items and finally to find the one small cruse of oil. The oil that was only suppose to last for one day, but instead burned for eight. But that’s not the only miracle with the oil. The miracle is that they used the oil and lit the Menorah. The part that I’m apply starts about 5 minutes in. I promise, from minute 5 to the end is good medicine.

That’s the thing about Hanukkah, the Maccabees and the Jews that were remaining faithful to G-d were outnumbered, out gunned and didn’t even have NewsMax on their side. But they did have something better, they had G-d, who loved them. Yes, I think we could be facing an escalation in this fight we’ve been engaged in now for some time. But G-d is not a man who changes, he is the same and the things he wants from us and for us are the same.

I don’t know how this will turn out. I know we can’t rely on people or institutions to save us, almost every institution and so many politicians that campaigned that they would represent us have failed us. The corruption is in so many places, some not even known yet.  No matter what, we can continue to seek G-d, and ask for his blessings on us, our families, homes, country and our way of life. We can try to be prepared and filled with resolve. And we can remember this is the season of miracles. As Rabbi Zev says, “Think good and it will be good”.  I believe in miracles.

I listened to a couple of interesting radio shows today on Israel Newstalk radio while I was working outside. One of them was Political Hitman, and the topic was the 25th anniversary of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. The other was The Jay Shapiro show, and his topic was The American Election and Israel.

Both of them dovetail with the dumpster fire we are seeing on a daily basis. The left is fast accelerating from #AspiringTyrants to #Tyrants. They no longer feel they need to hide their agenda and their plans for America. I don’t know if I was ever naive enough to think that the left wanted what was best for America, they just thought there was a different path to achieve it. They don’t want that, they want to destroy her. At the root of their belief system is communism. Communism where everyone is equal. In misery. They all have the same, deprivation, misery and pain. Except of course, the ones at the top, they dine very nicely on the suffering of others. The enabling people always seem to think they will somehow be at the top of the food chain. I guess that’s why they’re called useful idiots.

Then we hear that Venezuela or Cuba, or Russia, or or or didn’t do “socialism” right, or they don’t want that kind of “socialism”. I’ve got a newsflash, there is no “right” and it’s only socialism until the populace is completely defenseless. Then like the biden harris harris biden administration, the mask comes off. You see it’s a very predictable result. And this is from 2006, so it’s higher by now.

The legislation calls for the removal of all police, school resource officers, and armed security from schools, plus the metal detectors and surveillance equipment would be banned.

Public school systems would be required to develop curricula that examines “the political, economic, and social impacts of colonialism, genocide against indigenous people, and slavery.”

No mention was made if there will be time for math, science or English classes. Maybe they will be electives.

Like Illan Omar said, they want the destruction of America. Newsome, Cuomo and the lot are just useful idiots.

I find history fascinating. I referenced a Political Hitman episode earlier in this column. In this episode he talked about the Altalena, the ship that was bringing arms and new immigrants to Israel to fight in the battle for Independence. The Irgun had done a campaign in Europe to raise funds and buy arms to fight and the desperately needed supplies were coming in on the ship. Menachem Begin was head of the Irgun, and he was right wing.

David Ben Gurion and Yitzhak Rabin were left wing. They ordered the Altalena attacked. I’ve done a column with more details on that here. But the point Howie was making in the podcast is the left was willing to destroy the arms and ammunition that would win the war for the Jews and secure their homeland in order that the right not be in control of the government of Israel. Including firing on Jews in the water as they jumped from the burning vessel.

They did not succeed in killing Menachem Begin that day, and he called off the fight in order that the country shouldn’t be destroyed. He later became prime minister.

There is little if anything to admire about the left. It’s about power and control, of government, of people.

Menachem Begin faced off with Joe Biden once (at least) on June 22, 1982. There used to be video of this, but I can’t find it now. Go figure. But here was his reply to Hidin’ Biden.

“Don’t threaten us with cutting off your aid. It will not work. I am not a Jew with trembling knees. I am a proud Jew with 3,700 years of civilized history. Nobody came to our aid when we were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came to our aid when we were striving to create our country. We paid for it. We fought for it. We died for it. We will stand by our principles. We will defend them. And, when necessary, we will die for them again, with or without your aid.”

Senator Biden reportedly banged the table with his fist, and Begin retorted,

“This desk is designed for writing, not for fists. Don’t threaten us with slashing aid. Do you think that because the US lends us money it is entitled to impose on us what we must do? We are grateful for the assistance we have received, but we are not to be threatened. I am a proud Jew. Three thousand years of culture are behind me, and you will not frighten me with threats. Take note: we do not want a single soldier of yours to die for us.”

If we let the left succeed, we will not recognize America very shortly I’m afraid. The left is about power and control and the people that seem to choose it’s path like to hurt things. People, businesses, religion. So many of them lack information to make wise, informed choices and form honest opinions because the media has abandoned their duty. They are all in now with trying to control people by denying them accurate information and feeding them false information in an attempt to control them and the outcome of events.

As our nation is held hostage by a cabal of corrupt demoncratic operatives a few things come to mind.

The media is attempting their cherry on top coup. For years they’ve pushed their Russian collusion farce when it was Hillary that colluded. Fox news has come out of the closet as cnn light. In fact I’ve heard folks switched over to cnn on election night from Fox because it was LESS biased. But now the media is pushing the lie of President Elect Biden. They have no interest in truth, only in agendas.

Ok, that’s a fib, I’m not that sociable most of the time. Not necessarily because I don’t want to be, but because I have a lot to keep up with, lots that needs to be done. But something I try to do almost daily, except for Shabbat, is post stories to the Zelman Partisans accounts on Twitter, Gab, MeWe and Facebook. I post stories of courts cases, gun rights related, self-defense as well as our TZP original and exclusive stories. How about that White Paper Bear was asked to write? Is he amazing or what?

Social media allows family and friends to stay in touch, it allows old friends to re-gain contact, and it allows for the flow of information. Allowed.

There were rumblings after the last election that “Russian Bots” were spreading “mis-information”. The President Trump made the phrase “Fake News” a household word. And like most things the left touches, it perverted that. The big social media platforms have begun to censor conservative voices claiming they are “fact-checking” because of fake news.

I’ve shared stories on fb only to find they now sport a banner below them, or a fuzzy overlay saying that they aren’t accurate, so if my friends or family want to read them theywill know I’m spreading fake news per facebook’s totally, unbiased fact checkers. No, really they are unbiased. Just ask Zuckerberg. Recently TZP was locked out of our Twitter account because of a story on TZP about Kyle Rittenhouse. They said it violated their community standards. Yep, the mullahs of Iran have their account intact, Hamass has their account intact, heck Abu Mazan probably has his account intact. We know BLM and Antifa (the idea that decimates stores and neighborhoods) have theirs intact. The GoFund me for Kyle was removed, and the big tech companies did everything they could to block support for the brave 17 year old. Kamala Harris asked her followers on Twitter to donate to the criminals of BLM and Antifa arrested for peaceful riots to bail them out. No problem for Twitter. You know who else is a problem for Twitter? The Trump election campaign account, Kayleigh McEnany, the Press Secretary. Or as I call her Press Secretary Honey Badger. Love her. Jack Posobiec, and some US Senators recently. So I suppose TZP is in fine company.

You know the debates that have raged about the Wuhan Flu, the debates over Hydroxychloroquine, the doctors from California that talked about opening up the economy and how the lock-downs were creating more health problems than the Wuhan Flu. YouTube deleted their videos. In fact YouTube deletes any videos that go against the CDC and the WHO, because free thought and the flow of information must be stifled.

I heard on the Dennis Prager show yesterday that most young folks get their “news” not from the main (lame) stream media, but from the internet and to an extent from social media. Thanks to the mainstream media, censoring by social media and tech giants like google manipulating search results the only voices and information they will get will be from the left. What the big media allows, because thoughts must be controlled to be acceptable.

Information is power.

There are those fighting back, Gab MeWe and more recently Parler of these Parler is probably my least favorite as I’m just not used to it yet, perhaps. Gab is rapidly becoming my favorite. Gab has been attacked from the beginning, they aren’t allowed in the app stores of apple or android because they won’t stifle anyone’s right to free speech. Gab has been banned by Paypal, Stripe, Square, and dozens of other payment processing providers. His family has even been personally blacklisted by Visa. Gab you can send messages to other members, as you can with MeWe, Parler you can’t until you are verified. But Gab has a newsletter that I’m really liking. I’ll share a few. And while your local Democrats may tell you they don’t hold with the party platform on gun control, they aren’t like that, why they even hunt! Keep in mind when it comes to getting help from the party to campaign or getting committee assignments they will tow the party line or else. I wouldn’t vote Dem in this election for anything, there is too much at stake.

Knowledge is power, unless you’re fond of being censored, canceled, or deceived I would urge you to find some alternative social media and some good news sources other than the mainstream media. Except of course One News America (which I don’t get) and NewsMax, they have a free TV channel too. I like them. There are probably others as well.

I can’t tell you how much confidence knowing the FBI is involved in an investigation inspires in me!

They are people of honor, of integrity known for their truthfulness and commitment to through investigation. Their crime solving ability is legendary, right? Criminals know they don’t stand a chance with those reknown sleuths are on their trail! They can’t be fooled, they are relentless and thus we can rest assured that truth, justice and American interests are safely protected in their capable hands.

I’m from the government and I’m here to help you.

I’m sure that just because people like Andrew MeCabe, Peter Strzok, and Robert Mueller have long and proud histories of corruption we can rest easily knowing at least they get the basics right. We can trust the FBI with evidence in important cases. It’s not like they would try to influence politics or elections with their positions.

So I’m sure it is in fact climate change that has set our beautiful forests in Oregon and Kalifornia ablaze. But whatever, we can rest assured, it is not antifa!

The harassment campaign against Gardner did not begin with the rioter that he shot in self-defense, but it may have been the reason that the mob was at his bar smashing his windows in the first place. For years, the far-left in Omaha has been targeting Gardner for supporting President Donald Trump and for building a third, unisex, bathroom in his bar for transgender customers to use.

In 2016, Gardner installed a third bathroom after an altercation between a transgender person and a biological woman took place in the restroom of one of his bars. The story made the local news after major outcry from LGBTQ activists in the city. He explained that a person wearing women’s clothes, but with male genitalia, had urinated standing up in the women’s bathroom, making a woman in there uncomfortable. She confronted the person, who then assaulted her. The attacker was kicked out of the bar and the victim declined to file a police report. That incident made Gardner decide to install a third bathroom, which could be used by people who needed it.

“The last thing I would want to do is hurt a member of (the transgender) community,” Gardner told the Omaha World-Herald at the time. “But people’s feelings are going to be hurt when you bring something up that is sensitive.”

For this the left went after him, attacked his bar (and other establishments) attacked his 71 year old father and him. He shot in self-defense. There is video of Jake trying to defuse the situation.

The left lost their collective minds, he wasn’t going to be charge? They were going to riot. So a grand jury was called.

His friend Sharp confirmed this, and elaborated on the threats against Gardner and his family, both prior to fatal incident with the rioter, and before.

Sharp noted that people were doxxing his mother and that his family was receiving death threats — in no small part thanks to a local activist named JaKeen Fox.

“Bottom line, without pressure from BLM the grand jury would have never been called,” Sharp said. “The leader of that push, JaKeen Fox, wrote tweets saying ‘Rest In Power’ to the Dallas cop killer.”

A “Go Fund Me” account was established for him to pay his legal expenses. Go Fund Me took it down.

People are swallowing each other using the force of mobs and corrupt government. With unruly demonstrations in Portland nearing the 100-day mark, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown and other Democratic leaders on Thursday called for an end to violence even as federal agents were continuing to arrest protesters who allegedly assaulted law enforcement officers.

“The violence must stop,” Brown wrote. “There is no place for white supremacy or vigilantism in Oregon. All who perpetrate violent crimes must be held equally accountable.”

The statement does not single out the small minority of left-wing protesters who have been setting fires, vandalizing buildings and throwing objects at police. Brown’s spokesman, Charles Boyle, said it “is a collective call to action for an end to violence in Portland and affirms that those who commit violent acts must be held accountable.”

Evidence that moral relativism is seen as more “fair” or “neutral” than a “hardline” stance on morality is seen in a 2002 column from Fox News analyst Bill O’Reilly, who asked “Why is it wrong to be right?” In his article, O’Reilly cites recent Zogby poll findings regarding what is being taught in American universities. Studies indicate 75% of American college professors currently teach that there is no such thing as right and wrong. Rather, they treat the questions of good and evil as relative to “individual values and cultural diversity.” The problem with this, according to O’Reilly, is that “they see the world not as it is, but as they want it to be. And annoying questions about moral absolutes and unacceptable behavior are usually left unanswered.”

To some, and I believe the majority, if not entirety, of the left there is no real right or wrong, no good and bad or evil. Evil is what ever they choose to say it is, for right now. That’s fluid too. I mean, who’d have thought two years ago taking pictures of a black woman off a pancake box because of the color of her skin would be celebrated? Her family is hurt, but hey, it’s all for the greater good. Saving humanity by sacrificing a woman’s accomplishments and some history. It will probably help stop the spread of covid too.

But some of the left’s absence of morals has become the “new normal”. The “new normal” where they get to decide who, and who’s life matters.

I’m sad this is even a tiny conundrum for the police, because it really shouldn’t be. Because the rioters matter and the innocent person just trying to get somewhere and use the streets his taxpayer dollars paid for does not matter. The young BLM Democrat then put his fist in the security guard’s face when he was forcibly removed from the stage area. That’s when the black security guard leveled the BLM terrorist and tossed him away from the area.

Police came and arrested the #WalkAway security guard.

In who the left chooses to show kindness, the are most assuredly showing cruelty to the kind.

The Only Responders

We are coming up on the anniversary of the Hevron massacre. They occurred on the Shabbat of Parshat Eikev in 1929. It was a particularly brutal massacre. Some first hand accounts, and a detailed first hand account. I’ve written about the Hevron massacre before.

Go even further back, if this is all about the re-unification of Jerusalem in 1967 or the state of Israel in 1948, then why the Hevron massacre of 1929? The Haganah showed up in Hevron and told the residents they had knowledge that there would be an attack. Amin al-Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem, and good buddy of Hitler was inciting the riots. The citizens of Hevron turned down the protection protesting that they had lived in peace with their Arab neighbors for centuries. True, they had. However, that had been without incitement. They were afraid if the Haganah showed up it would “inflame” the situation and make it worse. Well, we know how that turned out. The British, who had control neither intervened to stop it, and in some cases, assisted the arabs in the slaughter.

Some things don’t change. Or over time, they change and begin to look like they have in the past. Some of that could have been written today. Left wing mayors saying they won’t take help from the federal government to stop peaceful rioters from destroying businesses, hopes, dreams and lives of taxpaying citizens. But they do want the federal dollars. As it’s been said many times, we are our own first responders. I believe that one to be more true than “You don’t need a gun, you can just call the police” which has also been said many times. Mostly by the people trying to disarm U.S. and also defund the police.

As we watch our country being ripped by Marxists products of the massive amount of liberals in the public education system and lack of actual teachers some things are becoming painfully apparent. You can’t always call the police. In some of my other columns recently I linked stories of a terrified driver with her child who was being stopped by peaceful rioters and called 9-1-1 only to be told it was a city sanctioned event and the police wouldn’t respond and she could complain to the city council. Another woman drove through the peaceful rioters who were outraged. They felt entitled to take over the streets and disrupt the lives and traffic patterns of law abiding citizens.

What is also becoming clear is that the law-enforcement that was meant to be the main institution of maintaining order and keeping a civil society civil is becoming unable to do so. They are under attack, often physically, from the peaceful rioters and leftist politicians who, more often than not, side with the peaceful rioters rather than the law-abiding citizens who pay the taxes, own the businesses and are just trying to go about their lives. They often leave their own officers out to dry as well. Those that support the police may well be abandoned by the very police they are trying to help. Recently Michelle Malkin and others at a Back The Blue rally were attacked by the peaceful rioters from antifa and black lives matter in Denver. And I mean physically attacked. The police were present, and they immediately did…..nothing. They were under a stand down order from Police Chief Pazen. Just like in 2016 when conservatives were often attacked physically during rallies and prayer meetings and the leftist police chiefs told officers to stand down and let it happen. And being “Good Germans” they allowed law-abiding citizens to be attacked and beaten by mobs.

Former NYC Police Chief Raymond Kelly (his son Greg has a TV show on Newsmax) has issued a warning to Jewish communities.

Kelly also spoke about the current New York policy requiring officers to stand down as a de-escalation measure, a policy with which he disagrees. He noted that the anti-crime units which the city once had were effective in reducing crime. Now, he says, more people are willing to challenge the police, which puts the most vulnerable faith group, the Jewish community, at high risk.

But as Yuri talked about in his video the left does eat their own useful idiots. And some of these people are seeing that happen. The McCloskey case in St. Louis is an example, the peaceful rioters who broke into their neighborhood and threatened them and their dog were attempting to find Demoncratic Mayor Lyda Krewson’s home so they could threaten her into resigning. Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best has been in the unenviable position of being Seattle’s Police Chief. And they have a liberal mayor and city council who have decided social justice is more important to them than law abiding tax payers. Chief Best sent this letter to residents.

Please also know that the City Council Ordinance 119805 Crowd Control Tool goes into effect this weekend on Sunday, July 26, 2020. This ordinance bans Seattle Police officers the use of less lethal tools, including pepper spray that is commonly used to disperse crowds that have turned violent. Simply put, the legislation gives officers NO ability to safely intercede to preserve property in the midst of a large, violent crowd.

It is important to bring to your attention that yesterday, I sent the City Council a letter ensuring them that as the Chief of Police, I have done my due diligence of informing them numerous times of the foreseeable impact of this ordinance on upcoming events. The letter is attached for your reference.

For these reasons, Seattle Police will have an adjusted deployment in response to any demonstrations this weekend – as I will never ask our officers to risk their personal safety to protect property without the tools to do so in a safe way.

It is becoming quite clear that there is a developing void and law-abiding citizens are being left out to dry.

And so citizens have been stepping into that void. It was armed citizens, her neighbors, that stopped antifa and blm from showing up at Chief Best’s house. This seems to be their newest tactic. Show up at politician and now officer’s homes.

I thought the plaintive “ We are looking for a friend” was a bit over the top. Sure, a group of thugs goes hunting for the Police Chief’s house. I’m sure they are all besties.

I’d debate the “potential” as they had already defaced the Alamo Cenotaph.

One thing that kind of stands out is in many of these type of stories the media breathlessly (it seems to me) chronicles that the people that don’t want their town destroyed are white and they describe their clothing as if they are longing to be fashion reporters. Fashion reporters that have never been around military much and don’t really think too much of them.

So why do they need to be armed you ask? Portland: Women Defending Police Precinct Attacked by Antifa Terrorists Because two frail little old ladies, one of them on a walker attempted to stop the peaceful rioters from defacing the police precinct and one attempted to put out a fire that the rioters had started next to the building. They were both attacked and threatened. That’s what it looks like in a society where the weaker have no one to protect them, and the rule of law.

Missing the Temple and Unity

As we head into Tisha B’Av, I have a few thoughts. Of course I do. Tisha B’Av is the day we re-feel the lose of the two Temples. The place where G-d said I want to live among you, build me a home. First the Mishkan in the desert, later the two Temples. Tisha B’Av is a 25 hour fast, and there are many customs that accompany the date.

I listened to a very interesting audio show the other day on a Podcast called “Soul Talk”, this episode dealt with the 9th of Av.

The Cliff notes version: It wasn’t about the building, the Temple being destroyed because our behavior had already destroyed was it was about. The core and foundation of it were already weakened by our lack of realization of G-d’s presence within ourselves and others. How we related to ourselves and others. There were 3 key violations that were taking place within the populace at the time. If we sense the presence of G-d within ourselves, how do we relate to ourselves? If we sense the presence of G-d in others, how do we relate to them? The first Temple was destroyed because of 3 cardinal sins, murder, idolatry, and sexual perversion. Murder violates my relationship with others, idolatry violates my relationship with G-d and sexual perversion violates my relationship with myself. It all comes from the feeling is G-d with us? Is he within us? When that’s gone, everything is gone. What hope is there for a world that doesn’t believe in themselves, that doesn’t believe the human being is inherently valuable?

And contained within that, is lack of unity, a lack of cohesiveness. And are we ever there today. The continually changing rules on lockdowns, the stifling of data on actual scientific studies, the denial of information to the American people by big (leftist) corporations is having a horrifying effect on people.

I don’t know if this woman was crazy because she is re-breathing her own CO2, or if her mask fit too tight on her little head. But this woman felt it was her right to attack and mace a couple and their puppy having a little picnic outside in the sunshine and fresh air in a dog park. Why? Because they weren’t wearing masks while they had their little picnic. No one was around them, they were easily socially distancing over the 6 feet outside. Because, you know, safety right? It’s all about protecting lives……by screaming at innocent people, flipping them off and then macing them. Thank goodness neither of them seem to be asthmatic! Poor puppy, only 3 months old. I hope the police find the left wing dingbat and press charges. There is a video. This insane marxist feels entitled to act like this and commit assault in broad daylight. How many others have been so socially conditioned by the MSM #FakeNews to believe they will die and the world will end if free speech isn’t stifled and individuality isn’t stamped out? Masks for all!

Continuing further with the sense of entitlement we have those that block law abiding citizens from using public roads. Doesn’t matter if they are going to work, an ambulance running a call or taking their kid home from tap dance lessons. We’ve all I’m sure, seen the videos of the peaceful rioters attacking cars breaking windows and pulling the drivers out to be beaten. Heard the terrified people calling 9-1-1 begging for someone to come help them only to be told their city council has given approval for citizens to be attacked and the police will not come. We’ve heard children crying hysterically in the background as their parents are unable to protect them and they know it. And these “peaceful rioters” feel entitled to treat citizens in this manner.

We’ve probably all seen the video of the peaceful rioters trying to throw smoke grenades into horse trailers on the highway.

I don’t think there is any resolution to be reached with these people. And we aren’t suppose to compromise with evil. I do believe our country is at the edge of a precipice.

I believe our culture has descended into the darkness that is like when we lost the Temples. The 9th of Av isn’t just about grieving the loss of them.

The Jerusalem Talmud states: “If the Holy Temple is not rebuilt in your lifetime, it’s as though it were destroyed in your lifetime.” The commentaries learn from this that the Temple’s destruction is an ongoing event.

I’m feeling the loss, I miss my Synagogue, I miss being in my community, I miss hearing Rabbi teach, I miss a ton of things and it’s all because we are missing the presence of the Beit HaMikdash.

We are ready, there is a organization The Temple Institute that has been training priests so they are ready, they are raising red heifers and have potential candidates, they have crafted the tools needed for the service. You can also see pictures.

The Plague of Lies

I may have mentioned, just in passing from time to time, that I have serious doubts about much of what we’ve been told about the Wuhan Flu. I may have mentioned, just in passing from time to time that I have serious concerns about the amount of power the government is grabbing based on the latest glop falling out of the mouth of Anthony Fauci who enables and encourages this sort of tyrannical behavior. I may have mentioned, just in passing from time to time that I fear for our future as I see people who will probably never “feel safe” leaving home if they aren’t wearing a mask and everyone around them isn’t wearing one. I have grieved the catastrophic losses farmers have faced having to plow under crops and kill off livestock. I have watched in shock as the government has seized small businesses away from owners, sometimes families that have held on to a business through the depressions only to see it shut down in one swift pitiless swoop. You need government to get a car title, a driver’s license and other transactions. Those services are basically unavailable. You can call and leave messages, you will not be called back. You can make an appointment, however to do that someone has to answer the phone. Your questions will most likely be unanswered unless you might get lucky with a chat bot. Welcome to communism. Long lines for almost non-existent but required government services. Store shelves that are sometimes empty and sometimes stocked have become the norm. And prices? Well, what do people think will happen when a large part of the food crop has been disrupted and wasted, cause, you know, covid and safety. Meanwhile as prices go up, there is massive unemployment because you know, covid and safety. The MSM #FakeNews breathlessly announces “spike in covid cases” and unless it has to do with a Trump rally seems shocked or smugly satisfied depending on how they are spinning that story. Why is this a shock? Darn near every hospital has a “covid testing” program? They will test anyone and everyone. What is interesting to me is the callers to radio shows I’ve heard that said they made an appointment to be tested, went to be tested, waited as long as they could to be tested and left without being tested at all only to be notified later they tested positive. And it has now come out that some facilities are reporting 100% positives, because they haven’t reported any of their negative results. And with tyrannical governors and mayors threatening people for going out without wearing a mask, or for going to religious services all the while doing the things they deprive their lowly subjects of doing one should really wonder, WTH? Is it just me or is anyone else wondering since the worst of it is suppose to be over, why is Walmart NOW requiring everyone to wear a mask? Cities in the midwest with low infection rates are deciding to force everyone to wear a mask. It’s like a demented game of Simon Says. Massachusetts is considering a permanent mask requirement according to a friend of mine held captive in the state.

Now the World Health Organization wants people to quit using nice anonymous cash, and use those nice traceable cards for all purchases. Not that probably half of the US will be upset at being traced. They willing loaded those tracing apps onto their phones. So they can be slapped into lockdown again and again if they were exposed to someone, possibly based on one of those faulty tests?

Deaths were counted as covid because they may have had covid with they finally succumbed to the battle with terminal cancer they had fought for the last 5 years. We will never know the actual death toll.

Remember how “Hands up don’t shoot” turned out to be a lie in the Michael Brown case that set the town of Ferguson Mo on fire? Well, in the rush to judgment in the George Floyd case, it seems a couple of things have been left out of the media narrative. Those things are called facts. Or Did George Floyd Die of a Drug Overdose? A word about this site, I’d never heard of it, a buddy of mine was trying to post some article from unz to facebook, facebook blocks it. At once. So I tried, yep, blocked. Definitely some anti-Semitic content on there, but there was this when I was checking out what kind of a website immediately violates facebook’s delicate sensibilities. Toxicology reports are interesting. So over yet another lie, cities have been burned, people have been murdered, all over a potentially false narrative.

This article is long, really long, but please read it. It’s by Angelo Codevilla who is a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute and professor emeritus of International Relations at Boston University. It details the amount of lies, the types of lies and a good reason for why we’ve been fed the lies about the Wuhan Flu. And most importantly, it gives some excellent suggestions for what the remedy could be. Because I don’t know about you, but I don’t want a “new normal”. Especially not when it has been forced down our throats for no good reason.

The U.S. Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) modeled the authoritative predictions on which the U.S. lockdowns were based. Its model also predicted COVID deaths for un-locked-down Sweden. On May 3 it wrote that, as of May 14, Sweden would suffer up to 2800 daily deaths. The actual number was below 40. Whether magnifying this falsehood was reckless or willful, it amounted to shouting “fire!” in a crowded theater. What justifies listening to, and paying, people who do that kind of science?

Establishing any infectious disease’s true lethality is characteristically straightforward: test a large sample of the population proportionately representative of location, age, sex, race, socioeconomic categories. Follow up with the subjects a month later to add up the rate of infections and learn the results thereof. Period. Today, we still lack this definitive, direct knowledge of COVID’s true lethality because bureaucrats have prevented widespread testing for the purpose of firmly establishing the one figure that matters most. That is because that figure’s absence allows them to continue fearmongering.

In May the Centers for Disease Control, by then discredited professionally (though not, alas, in the mass media), was forced to conclude that the lethality rate, far from being circa 5% was 0.26%. Double a typical flu. The CDC was able to keep the estimate that high only by factoring in an unrealistically low figure for asymptomatic infections—never mind inflated figures for deaths. But the U.S. government, instead of amending its recommendations in the face of reality, tried to hide reality by playing a shell game with the definition and number of COVID “cases.”

Senator Ron Johnson’s (R-WI) Committee on Government Affairs, with oversight over the Centers For Disease Control, can set the record straight about how its relationship with China’s laboratories, with the World Health Organization and with the Chinese government itself has shaped how the U.S. government has dealt COVID. The CDC having grasped enormous powers over American life, the Committee can inquire about the level of expertise it has brought to its task. What, if anything, justifies its claim to scientific management? The Committee can also audit how the CDC’s expenditure of funds and efforts among a variety of political, non-health topics affected its readiness to deal with the recurrence of viruses from exotic places.

Its subcommittee on Oversight and Emergency Management, under Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), himself a physician, is well placed to expose who knew what about the COVID-19 virus, when they knew it, who told the public what, and on what basis. The public has noted with dismay the discrepancy and contradictions about COVID-19 from supposedly medical experts, most prominently by Dr. Anthony Fauci.

And these are only the first two listed. There are more, and they make sense. This needs to happen, and it would be good if it happened this way so that the frightened people will have a chance to see they’ve been lied to by politicians using their fear to control them, and, I would say entrap them. There needs to be a clear message this will never happen again. Otherwise this is going to become the default reaction. They will use fear of health and private businesses will be seized again, unemployed will skyrocket, along with the suicides and cases of domestic violence. Hunger due to mismanagement still faces us. There needs to be criminal prosecution. For the murders committed by #KillerCuomo, and the other governors who shoved Wuhan Flu patients into nursing home.

I heard on a radio show this morning about an apartment building in Ventura county that locked down a 7 story apartment building containing mostly elderly and behavioral issue tenets. Mandatory testing, and no one allowed in or out, their card keys were instantly deactivated. Sort of like a red flag law of apartment buildings. No consideration was given to how these people were suppose to get food or other necessities of life. Just done with no process or warning. I suspect after the story started hitting national airwaves they reversed direction as the order as automagically been lifted.

I saw a meme on facebook: I asked my doctor when the Covid-19 pandemic would end. He said how should I know, I’m a doctor not a politician!

Yes, we’ve been living with a plague, but it’s a plague of lies and I’m sick of it.

American Intifada

In my last column I discussed how Communist Russia planned to take over America, via information revealed by Yuri Bezmenov, KGB defector. But this Marxism has many tentacles, so much evil has come together that the pot has more than boiled over.

I listened to a podcast recently from Avi Abelow, Avi was a compatriot of Ari Fuld’s HY”D. In this episode he had Barry Shaw, Senior Associate for Public Diplomacy at the Israeli Institute for Strategic Studies as his guest. Barry was discussing the threat BLM poses to the America of the past. It’s a show well worth listening to.

I personally don’t know anyone that supports racism, thinks it’s a good idea or wants more of it. But since the election of Barry Sotero which was supposed to show that racism in America was being healed it’s gotten worse. Barry took the chance to foment racial division, the war on Police and the take over of large parts of the economy ie the cellphone industry and healthcare to name a couple. I support an end to racism, going all directions.

I do think some are unaware of what Black Lives Matter really stands for, and what their goals are. Yes, black lives matter, ALL lives matter. Apparently that is now a rraaaccciiisst statement. But one of the things Barry Shaw brought out was the founding and founders of BLM.

Apparently ideological theories also include “Give us what we want or we burn it down”. No matter who it hurts, black owned business or black employees.

You know, if statures of Lincoln and George Washington, Ulysses Grant and an abolitionist are being torn down, it’s a pretty good clue this has nothing to do with slavery. Remember just a few short years ago when people opined that the attacks on statues would soon extend past those of the Confederacy and the Confederate flag to others and they were told to take off their tin foil hats? Maybe they should get an apology, huh? It was never about that, it was about boiling frogs.

Prior to Anthony Johnson’s lawsuit in the British court system in 1655 (Before the War for Independence) didn’t matter if you came from Ireland or Africa, you served seven years and were set free with a little grub stake of some sort. But that changed with Anthony Johnson’s lawsuit. Anthony Johnson was a black former slave who had earned his freedom in just that way. He also had 4 white indentured servants, but there is no record after the first lawsuit if he also kept them as slaves. So, the first legal slave owner in America, was a black man. Nor was he the only one.

And I’m pretty sure the shop owners and people attacked and burned out of their homes don’t care about the color of the person lighting the match.

Remember when we were told we were paranoid if we wanted to be able to defend ourselves? That there was no need as we could just “call the police”? Well, those calls may now be answered by unarmed social workers, or the police will not come if your car is being attacked by “peaceful protesters” and you have your terrified child with you.

A St. Louis couple was able to hold off a horde of 300 BLM because the couple armed themselves. The mob was on it’s way to demand Mayor Linda Krewson resign. Because who cares about elections. It seems the “peaceful protesters” were upset when they were told they were on private property. You can tell they were miffed because that announcement brought threats:

Emphasis mine. The couple has now been doxxed. Irony of ironies, he’s an attorney who has represented alleged victims of police brutality. The mob didn’t care. Because it’s not about police brutality either.

They were correct in their fear, that mob, or another like it had already beaten people who had showen up for a prayer vigil at a stature that BLM had in their sights to be torn down. That was just in a different part of the same town, St Louis.

They couple that protected their dog, their home and their lives by arming up against the “peaceful” BLM mob may now face charges. Did you catch earlier where I said this happened in St. Louis? Well, the prosecutor in that town is the corrupt Kim Gardner who apparently hasn’t been brought up on charges yet, but she still may be over her handling of the case against the former Governor. So for those elected officials that are all in favor of de-funding the police, watching elitism is an interesting thing isn’t it? To be part of the elitist privileged. You know who avails themselves of it? The communist/marxists.

That’s instead of going out to investigate crimes, or obtain search warrants and arrest warrants. The estimated cost of the City Council security detail: about $178,000 without including the costs of overtime….

Especially when you consider that every chance he gets, Mayor Jim “Sanctuary City” Kenney does nothing but trash Trump.

Except it won’t be President Trump, it will be us, U.S. the people who have been hit hard with unemployment, loss of business first due to the Wuhan Flu and then due to the riots. I object to ANY federal money being spent to bail out these lame brains. They caused the problem with their policies and decisions, they can find their own solutions. It’s not our job to fix their mess. Elections have consequences.

So what will the police be replaced with? I mentioned this briefly in Russian Collusion, but since Minneapolis is Illan Omar country, one option may be “community policing”. After all, it’s already in place in NYC. Unlike the Jewish and Asian groups that worked with the police on setting up their community patrol, the muslim group who had cars marked just like the NYPD and uniforms made to look like the NYPD did not work with the NYPD.

When the actual police are scared to do their job, or their hands are tied by elected officials how do people think this is going to turn out? Look at a few of the linked columns above and you will know. When the poor officer who is being sacrificed to the whims of the mob in Atlanta is tried, what will be the result? Because no matter the outcome, there will be riots, burning and looting. In other words, more “peaceful protests”. At some point officers are going to lay down their badge and say enough, I’m going to take care of my family and that’s it.

What is it the mob wants? For us to be so cowed we can no longer express opinions, we can no longer have debates, it will be their way……or else. We are living in an American Intifada.

The lives the statues represent, they matter too.
