The editorial board of the Dallas Morning News published an opinion piece on why those nasty pistol braces need to be banned. Their… reasoning stops short of informed rationality. For instance:
There’s no difference between the business end of a rifle and a handgun of the same caliber.
Perhaps they’d consider changing that to “cartridge” instead of “caliber.” Otherwise — and ignoring the effect of barrel length on ballistics — they’re saying that a little .22LR revolver is the same as a AR-pattern rifle chambered for 5.56 NATO. They’re both .22 caliber, after all.
But this one…
But shorter barrels make guns less accurate and easier to conceal. They also make them easier to maneuver in crowded places, which may be why shooters in at least two mass murders — at a grocery store in Boulder in 2021, and a busy street in Dayton in 2019 — used handgun braces.
This first part is a gross over-simplification. Assuming either pistol or rifle has enough barrel length for the bullet to spin stabilize, and not so much length as to sap energy through friction, inherent accuracy isn’t that different. If one is using iron sights, the difference in sight radius can make longer barrel eaiser to fire accurately; but that’s an issue with the shooter, not the firearm.
The second part, regarding concealability and maneuverability is hilarious.
Take a pistol, say an AR-pattern pistol with a ten inch barrel. Now add a stabilizing brace to it — making it longer — and now it’s more concealable?
Since the board is concerned with accuracy, you might even think they’s approve of a braced pistol, said brace making it easier for the shooter to fire accurately.
But do you know what is even more concealable, and “maneuverable in crowded spaces,” than a short-barrel rifle or a braced pistol? Basically any conventional unbraced handgun in the world. Could that be why those are used in the vast majority of shootings, mass or otherwise?

I saw this article recently about a feral 13 year old attacking a teacher in Georgia and breaking her leg. This really is unbelievable to someone like me who was raised with “If you get in trouble at school? You’re in way more trouble when you get home!” And they weren’t kidding. My parents weren’t cruel, if something happened they would give a chance to explain your side of what happened, but they were not the parents that showed up to school saying “My little Princess would never….so fire the teacher”. Not them.

Who let a child grow up to be like that? The feral animal obviously has no moral compass, no intellectual curiosity for learning and is going to be nothing but a drain on society at this point. Another very disturbing part of that video, among many disturbing parts, is the rest of the “students” in the class sit there and laugh, or film it, not on of them goes up and tries to help the teacher. I realize, not a kids job, but in the past decency would have required one step in to help someone in authority who is currently getting beaten to a pulp.
Schools are no longer readin’, writin’ and rythmatic. Who’s got time for that when there is CRT and sexual grooming to be done? Not to mention many of the teachers must live in a liberal lack of knowledge bubble considering some of their actions. Take for example the vice- principal, no mere teacher, but the assistant principal at Mount Pleasant High School in Providence, Rhode Island who likes to also volunteer in illegal child trafficking. So many positions, not just law-enforcement, are now based on skin color, gender, and gender perceived (by them), and a host of things other than job qualifications and experience that we now understand why there are things like baby formula shortages, unexplained food supply chain attacks with apparently no interest from the federal government and a pharmaceutical industry that now controls the Mainstream media (propaganda wing of the demoncrat party). Because performance, quality and result don’t matter, only equity does.
In addition to dealing with feral unwanted 13 year olds, and antifa the spawn of rich white demoncrat parents, the police also have to deal with Joe Biden’s (I’m sorry, I didn’t have a chance to see what stock in Biden is going for today before I started this column, but keep an eye on his stock value, it may be changing) millions of illegal aliens.
Yes, the illegal aliens that broke into the country who demoncrats assure us just want a job and to work and pay their own way are refusing to the leave one of the taxpayer funded hotels. Some hotels they’ve already ruined, they throw out the free taxpayer supplied food, have sex in the halls, assault women, etc etc. They get free transport cards, free obamaphones and somehow they all seem to have really nice clothes and shoes. Really nice. I guess the NGOs are taking really good care of them, and we’re of course paying for it. And when the peaceful criminal illegal aliens who aren’t working don’t want to move? The poor over-worked and understaffed cops get sent.
Law enforcement is far from the only branch of the law that suffers from low standards due to poor quality in education. Remember the part about “wise judges?” Well, Joe BidenTM hasn’t met a stupid judge he doesn’t love and want to nominate to a position where they can further destroy some part of America. This nominee for “Judge” can’t say what Article V and Article II of the Constitution are. Yep, this is who Joe BidenTM nominated this time. It’s like a game to them. G-d bless Senator John Kennedy, he didn’t laugh or cry, which I see as pretty commendable at this point. The comments under the video are a bit of a bright spot though.
This is actually not so much a pro-law-enforcement column as it is column on the state of the legal system really. So let’s take a look at what happens when you have crappy cogs in the wheel. Do you remember this from August 2021, a 15 year old in Venice Kalifornia stole a car, was driving down an ally the wrong way and intentionally ran over a young mother out walking her baby in a stroller, and then drove off. Mercifully he was caught but only because an absolute knight in a pickup truck saw the whole thing, realized what was happening an in a sweet spot of timing, put the stolen car into a light pole an then pinned it, so they caught the criminal.
And so, George Gascon, a Soros bought DA rather than sending him to prison, even kiddy prison, sent him to juvenile camp, for 3-5 months. No word if George kissed him on his widdle head or packed his socks for him before he sent him off to camp for his “soft on crime” sentence.
But you know, sometimes, some things are just so outrageous that forces beyond the norm intervene. I realize I should probably try to sound sad about this, but we’d all know I was being dishonest. The kid tried to kill that woman and that innocent little baby.
Rachel had hoped for a harsher initial sentence for Baca, who had no driver’s license and was already on probation for felony poisoning after he allegedly spiked a high school girl’s drink. She had expected that any hearing for the teenager would come near the end of his probation in early November.
Had Gascon done his job, sent the kid to prison, he’d probably be alive. But, he didn’t, and he’s not.
Baca had been seen at a fast food restaurant attempting to “get with a girl,” then walked toward home. As he walked home alone, a car stopped by him and an argument ensued before someone in the vehicle fired at Baca before fleeing.
Apparently another one it’s parents didn’t want, as nothing changed since summer camp.

According to an article in the New York Post, thousands of migrants who illegally crossed the US and are seeking asylum have been given freebies.
Free lodging includes $300 to $500 a night rooms in New York City hotels located in the heart of Manhattan. Some of the rooms come with private bathrooms and showers.
There’s more than that listed in the article. Also what I’ve been unable to find listed anywhere is where veterans go to avail themselves of these services they’ve actually earned.
So, what to do?

So one possible solution is for U.S. to begin right now, to keep contained somewhere every antifa caught looting a store, attacking people at a political rally or public meeting they’re disrupting. We’re flying low and dropping that weeks worth batch into their country. No, they didn’t ask us before their citizens came, we returning the party favors. Seems fair.

But let me take you back to the 90s. Does the name Michael Fay ring a bell? Does the term “caning”? I was listening to an episode of Human Events and Jack Posobiec was talking about the case from the 90s. He said the guy now owns a successful food service company so he went on to make something of himself.

The media in America became outraged that a country was going to actually execute the prescribed sentence that their law calls for. Bill Clinton got involved, Singapore who must have been being polite to the draft-dodging serial sex-crime president as they dropped the caning sentence by two. After Fay came back he didn’t exactly straighten up and fly right, so they probably should have given him the whole six, who knows? But eventually he did get his act together. Now not everyone in the media was on the kids side, back then there were even people in Chicago that thought citizens had a right to own property safe from thugs. MICHAEL FAY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED
And maybe that is the answer. Raising the cane. But we can’t continue like this. These feral animals are not safe for law-abiding citizens to have to deal with. If they will assault armed police officers like antifa, if they have no fear of teachers, then they have no fear of Aunt Chaya walking home with groceries for Shabbat. Joe BidenTM is going to keep importing them as fast as the crime regime can, so I’m guessing the states need to be coming up with some pretty strong state sovereignty legislation and ways of deporting them, or dealing with them, because ordinary American citizens are going to be facing enough trouble as it is.
You know, come to think of it…to sweeten the deal when we get ready to drop the first batch into the first country, we should thrown in Tony Fauxci, the entire NIH, CDC, FDA, ATF, FIB, CNN and MSNBC, heads of all the Pharmaceutical companies and the entire board of directors, Mark Zuckerberg, the Meta censors, Google and their censors and old Twitter and their censors. Yep, the first country? Ukraine, I’ve heard they’ve got a help wanted sign out for their tank unit. We throw them in for free. Literally.
Ok, so I can see where this might work. The other option is we deploy the entire ATF, FIB and all of DOJ to the border to back up customs and border patrol. All the FIB, ATF and DOJ already have guns, we know they have lots of guns. CNN shows us every time they go after some poor law abiding family that was just praying in public, at a school board meeting or some such Merrick Garland didn’t like because it threatens his son in law’s income. So the agents are lined up and told “No migrant gets past YOU” Simple rule, not one migrant gets in. The first migrant that gets past you? You’re in the next airdrop to the Ukraine. I mean our federal debt will never recover from what Joe BidenTM and the demoncrats have spent the last few years, we’ve got to cut expenses somewhere. Maybe some of these creative ideas can help trim the budget, lower crime and help undo some of the illegal alien invasion were enduring. Next week maybe I’ll cover coupon clipping!

As I’ve mentioned before, in some ways I see a national divorce as potentially the only way to salvage part of America as we know and love her. Barring of course appealing to Gov Ron DeSantis to come in and begin administration of the states that want that, as opposed to those who are upset by M&Ms with shoes.
But if Gov. DeSantis responds to the requests of other red states with inadequate governors to go in and help restore American values such as one set of rule and laws for everyone as well as equal enforcement, limited small government, actual classroom lessons in STEM and real American history, just be aware Ukraine will be sending money and possibly troops to prevent the “invasion”. Just as our government has done to the people in the Donbas region. Russia will laugh her tail off.
So, short of asking Gov. DeSantis for help, let’s look at a couple of interesting thing. First up, she’s a 10…th…Amendment.
The Tenth Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The anti-commandeering clause says that the federal government can not compel local governments to enforce their tyranny. Some ATF examples from 2007 Office of Inspector Generals report involving egregious acts from just Richmond, Virginia, from May 2004 through August 2005.
The first hearing presented testimony from four witnesses who alleged that ATF agents used aggressive and harassing techniques primarily at a gun show held on August 13 and 14, 2005, at the Richmond International Raceway in Virginia. Three of the witnesses were present at the gun show: the gun show promoter, a gun salesman who worked for a federally licensed dealer but represented him self as a private seller at the show, and a federally licensed dealer who had exhibited his firearms collection for sale at the Richmond gun show. The fourth witness was a private investigator who was hired by the National Rifle Association (NRA) to conduct an investigation o f ATF enforcement activity at the August 2005 gun show. The witnesses alleged that ATF Special Agents and state and local police interrogated and intimidated gun buyers, targeted women and minorities as potential straw purchasers, visited the homes of buyers to verify their addresses, and detained some gun buyers after they left the gun show and seized their weapons without cause.

One guy I know well did interact with these agents, asking the agents to explain a certain law to him, the ATF declined because, they, the ATF could not understand the language nor the depth/ limit of the laws scope……isn’t that scary!!
To the best of my knowledge the ATF did not ask for ID no inspect any guns, but I am certain they were there as part of there “we hate you , you don’t deserve the protection of the constitution ” thug squad.
And then there is the “let’s take the jackboots on the road” show, and this is where the anti-commandeering part comes in as well.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Multiple Arkansas sheriff’s offices are pushing back against a new gun policy from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, (ATF).
This new federal rule states that those who use a “brace stabilizer” attachment will have to register their weapons with the government.
Gun control groups support the new policy, but not everyone agrees.
Stone County Sheriff Brandon Long and the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office shared that their offices would not assist the federal government in enforcing this policy.
A Washington state sheriff recently advised residents in his county that if agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) come to their homes without a search warrant asking to inspect their firearms, they can tell them to leave their property.
Klickitat County Sheriff Bob Songer said in a press statement on Friday that agents are “making surprise home visits of persons who have purchased two or more firearms at one time. To my knowledge, these ATF visits have not occurred in Washington State yet.”
So until the corrupt BATFE can be defunded, or rebuilt, this might help keep citizens a bit safer from them.
May I just point out, the left already does this and thinks it’s peachy keen. Sanctuary cities, do they deport illegals or work with ICE? The federal government still has laws against pot, and yet many states don’t enforce them, let along allow local law enforcement to do so. Basically no undocumented doobie will be deported.
Let’s extrapolate this. Let’s start with something that had should never have been started, Covid. What if each county or city had not been greedy to take the federal bucks that came with covid and had refused to follow the federal mandates? But imagine if every county in each state were responsible for evaluating federal guidelines and deciding to accept or reject them and no local law-enforcement was to be utilized in their enforcement. Local politicians are subject to re-election, unelected bureaucrats, not so much. They just go on to make lots of royalties with their wife in charge of ethics for their department. Sounds legit.
Things might look very different. Thousands of small businesses might still be around.
A friend of mine from Missouri sent me something interesting that could be helpful as well. It involves how a state’s constitution is amended and ballot initiatives. This example is from Missouri, but other states may do things differently.
Currently, it takes only a simple majority statewide vote of the people to ratify a proposed amendment and those votes can all come from a relatively small geographic area. Which means in their recent vote to allow legalized pot, it passed. And how did it pass in a red state like Missouri?
Who voted to legalize pot?
Because high crime, demoncrat controlled areas voted for it. Tyranny of the majority as he calls it. But the majority of counties do not want it.
One of the proposed solutions was needing a vote of 2/3 to pass a ballot initiative, but that meant that the populated areas could nix it sending it to the courts, then you have the courts ruling over things. This is what you see in Israel. The Knesset passes a law, the totally left-wing Supreme Court says no. And the people’s elected representatives are dead in the water. There is currently a battle in Israel over this, in the American media it’s called “Israel’s democracy is dead”. Right, because when the people’s elected representatives can’t pass laws the people want it’s a good thing according to the left. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/366376 So no need to reinvent the wheel, we know this doesn’t work out well.
So that brings me to the second item, besides not press-ganging our local officials or law-enforcement into service of the federal leviathan. This idea comes from Missouri First. Um, so did the pot graphic, I shamelessly swiped it. It’s called the Concurrent Majority Ratification. A majority of voters, statewide will have to vote “yes” AND ALSO
A majority of voters in each of more than half the 163 state House districts would have to vote “yes.”
Pretty clever eh? He points out it is very consistent with other areas of government.
States vote to ratify amendments to the U.S. Constitution – we don’t take a national popular vote.
The Electoral College – we don’t elect the president by a national popular vote.
Two U.S. Senators per state, no matter the size of the state.
Bicameral legislatures.
Members of the House of Representatives (both U.S. and state) represent geographic districts.
So, will we end up with a National divorce? I don’t know, but if states begin to utilize the 10th Amendment and especially the anti-commandeering clause more as well as looking at amending state constitutions to reflect traditional laws perhaps it could be avoided. Although I still suspect there will be areas that are going to break off. The demoncrats have so polarized and divided the country I’m not sure we share much of anything anymore.
The federal government relies heavily on state cooperation to implement and enforce almost all of its laws, regulations and acts. By simply withdrawing this necessary cooperation, states and localities can nullify many federal actions in effect. As noted by the National Governors’ Association during the partial government shutdown of 2013, “states are partners with the federal government on most federal programs.”
Partnerships don’t work too well when half the team quits. By withdrawing all resources and participation in federal law enforcement efforts and program implementation, states, and even local governments, can effectively bring the federal actions to an end.
After reading the comments on the last column, and different things I’ve listened to, or read the last couple of days, there is one more column left for Hannukah 2022. Again, I have no explanation, it’s just there and I’m sharing it. I promise, this is the last one (I’m pretty sure because this was the last day of Hannukah).
Before the actual battles of Hannukah, which attempted to eradicate the Jewish presence there was the spiritual battle to eradicate the Jewish presence. Not by killing the people, which came later, but by killing Judaism. I probably should have put a trigger warning on this column, so consider this it. Not the first time I’ve grabbed the 3rd rail.
This is where I think we are now. In the part where “The World” tries to eliminate religion, and this time it’s the presence of G-d. I would maintain the world has always tried to eliminate the Jews because they were the ones that were tasked with bringing the knowledge of G-d into the world. As people we have free choice, free will. We can choose to pick the things of pleasure and short term gratification in the world, or we can choose to follow the laws of G-d and his plan for a beautiful world. It’s like looking at architecture plans to me, I don’t read them so I can’t see how they work to make a beautiful building until much of it is in built and in place. But the plans were laid it out all along. Yes, that deck off the 2nd floor bed room sounds like a great idea and like lots of fun, especially when the hot tub was added in, but if the original plans didn’t account for it and the support for it wasn’t there in the plans, it won’t play out well. The same with how choosing what seems like a pleasurable choice at the time, may have consequences. Be it three pieces of fudge truffle cheesecake or a third beer or the junk Hollyweird puts out. But if only good is offered or available, how is that free will? Our fight with our more carnal desires allows us to sharpen our spiritual ones.
The battle today is “The World” against traditional families. A girlfriend and I were texting the other day and she made a comment of something her grandma used to say; as the family goes, so goes the country. I think it takes about 1 second to see that Hollyweird and mainstream media have had the traditional (according to G-d’s plan) family under attack for years. We’ve never had such gender confusion in our children, we’ve not seen women discriminated against openly for years until the trans-woman became far more important that stock from the factory woman. For evidence I only need point to the man swimming as a woman Lea Thomas because he’s such a loser he couldn’t succeed as man so he chose and easier way. When women have showed up to protest against things like men in women’s changing rooms they’ve been physically attacked by trans women. And apparently that’s fine because there is no outrage. But their fight isn’t with me, it’s with G-d.

Many of our nation’s laws came from G-d’s law, and woke spiritual leaders of every brand ignore and dismiss that. How are they fit to lead and teach? Our rights come from G-d, the politicians are to follow the Constitution which enumerates them and is to protect them, it doesn’t bestow them. G-d did. How are there to be good, healthy and moral families when the spiritual leaders as well as elected ones let us down and in fact attempt to deceive?
So back to Ukraine and Russia. My heart hurts for the Ukrainian people. They have been betrayed in the deepest sense of the word by so many.
Ukraine has been a money laundering operation for demoncrats and corrupt republican politicians for years. The CIA arranged regime change in Ukraine under Barry Sotero, and the U.S. has bio-weapons labs there that are funded by taxpayer dollars while they most assuredly do not want taxpayers to know what is going on in them. Zelensky is locking up political opponents, shutting down news media critical of him, shutting down and banning churches and their leaders and seizing their properties and demoncrats and worthless republicans jump for joy and call this democracy. Tells you about their mindset. All done with out tax money no less. The politicians of all nations and brands are more than willing to fight to the last drop of Ukrainian blood.
I find I often get news that is pertinent from other countries rather than American sources, so these next couple of sound clips come from Israel.

Money we don’t have to pay our National Guard soldiers, because we are giving it to Ukraine. This war time situation is so serious, that Zelensky did an episode of Letterman, in Ukraine. But I’ll let you listen to part of this episode of “Lighten Up”. I’m trying to start it at 18:50 seconds into the show. The relevant part only goes to about 23:30, so not that long. But worth listening to their take.

6. September 9 – a Romanian minesweeper was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine near Constanta. Luckily, there were no fatalities.
7. November 9 – A Turkish boat was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Turkey. Luckily, no one died.
8. November 15 – The Ukrainian S-300 air defense system attacked Poland, destroying 2 Polish citizens and a tractor trailer.

Which bring us to my distrust of the attacks on Russia and Putin early on. For one, I’ve heard from more than one person that Putin has been decent (the comment good was used a couple of time) for the Jews. I have no personal knowledge, so that’s hearsay, but it’s hearsay from people that personally know. Human piece of excrement Lindsey Graham came flat out and said the war in Ukraine is about deposing Putin and regime change in Russia. No mention of what happens when someone else, and possibly less stable than Putin gains control of all those nukes.
But why? Why these attacks on Russia? Again, another Israeli podcast. This one covers some Hanukkah history you may (or not) have heard before, and of course it’s fascinating. But I especially think one of the comments made in the podcast have the answer to my question. It involves Christianity more than Judaism really, and Russia.

With Elon Musk breaking open the treasure trove of information that has been censored by the big tech companies at the behest of law enforcement and the FIB. Naw, I don’t really consider the FIB law enforcement anymore, do you? I mean seriously. Yes, I understand if you’re meeting your niece’s new boyfriend and she says “he’s in law enforcement” and you ask what he does and he says proudly “I’m a special agent with the FIB, I go through the garbage can at James Woods’ house!” that you can’t laugh out loud. But he’s not really law enforcement. Not like a decent Sheriff.
But let’s take a look at how different life might be if people had been told the truth about a few issues.
First up, the big kerfluffle going on now is #TwitterFiles.
It seems the children at the old Twitter, as opposed to the new and definitely improved Twitter, decided to make in kind campaign donations to the Biden crime family by censoring any story the DNC wanted censored. The FIB interfered in yet another federal election by “pre-bunking” the laptop from hell story as well. So the New York Post, the oldest newspaper in the U.S. and doing actual journalism, as opposed to the NY Slimes which is mostly notable now for a crossword puzzle and being a fine birdcage liner or puppy pads, had done a spectacular piece of journalism on Hunter Biden’s laptop. Not about the hookers, drugs or child sex issues but about the ways our country was going to be left vulnerable to foreign influence due to the activities of the whole Biden junta.
Apparently the government telling big tech what and who to censor since they can’t do it themselves, due to that pesky First Amendment, is a no no. Huh, who knew?

And yet, the #TwitterFiles that have been release so far, have seemed to lack a certain amount of information. There seemed to be something missing some have said.
Oh, think the problem has been located and resolved.
Matt Taibbi, the journalist who first broke the news of Elon Musk’s “Twitter Files” revealed that the company’s top lawyer had “vetted” what information was shared without the knowledge of the new boss.
Musk announced on Tuesday that he had terminated Deputy General Counsel Jim Baker “in light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue.”
And when asked by a Twitter user if Baker was able to explain himself, Musk replied “His explanation was …unconvincing.”
Happily Musk canned his sorry butt and had him escorted from the building.
As thousands of Twitter documents are released on the company’s infamous censorship program, much has been confirmed about the use of back channels by Biden and Democratic officials to silence critics on the social media platform. However, one familiar name immediately popped out in the first batch of documents released through journalist Matt Taibbi: James Baker. For many, James Baker is fast becoming the Kevin Bacon of the Russian collusion scandals.
Baker has been featured repeatedly in the Russian investigations launched by the Justice Department, including the hoax involving the Russian Alfa Bank. When Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann wanted to plant the bizarre false claim of a secret communications channel between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, Baker was his go-to, speed-dial contact. (Baker would later testify at Sussmann’s trial). Baker’s name also appeared prominently in controversies related to the other Russian-related FBI allegations against Trump. He was effectively forced out due to his role and reportedly found himself under criminal investigation. He became a defender of the Russian investigations despite findings of biased and even criminal conduct. He was also a frequent target of Donald Trump on social media, including Twitter. Baker responded with public criticism of Trump for his “false narratives.”
So, the corrupt James Baker, vetted/censored what Matt Taibbi was to receive in the information he was going to release to try to clean Twitter up from it’s history of partisan censorship. Rich isn’t it? The #TwitterFiles are being released to both Matt Taibbi and Barry Weiss to release to the public. Neither Taibbi or Weiss are exactly conservative or Donald Trump fans, but they are actual journalists. As opposed to say Chris Cuomo, or Don Lemon, or Rachel Maddow, or Brandy Zadrozny whom one of my favorite radio show hosts calls “The blonde bimbo fascist” for her political positions.
But as the sludge of the swamp is being released you can’t help but wonder since the election was decided by about 90,000 votes to have given the pubs a unified government. Would more people than voted for Barry Sotero still have flocked to the polls to vote for a man who had sold the country out to China and Ukraine have still done so? I mean, it does sort of explain why we’re sending millions of taxpayer dollars to a corrupt CIA installed puppet named Zelensky, right? It does explain why almost every decision made by Biden’s teleprompter and the junta benefits China. Would people have voted for that knowingly? We’ll never know because of people like James Baker.
Officials from the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security frequently met with major social media companies ahead of the 2020 election and pointed out users and pieces of content for removal, according to information from a deposition of a senior FBI agent revealed by a state attorney general.
“We found that the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech—from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said in a series of tweets on Dec. 2, three days after deposing Special Agent Elvis Chan, who’s in charge of cyber affairs at the FBI San Francisco Field Office.
Chan has given major social media companies warnings that have led them to censor information about a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, shortly before the election that put Biden in office, according to a lawsuit against the Biden administration led by Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.
Not content to merely influence American elections, Twitter expanded it’s horizons.

The public is becoming increasingly disturbed with reports of death among the vaccinated. It is natural to ask “was the death caused by vaccination?” The most definitive way of answering that question is with autopsy.
Schwab et al reported on deaths after vaccination with detailed autopsies in Heidelberg, Germany.[i] Of 35 fatalities within 20 days of injection, 10 were ruled out as clearly not due to the vaccine (eg drug overdose). The remaining 25 (71%) had final diagnoses consistent with a vaccine injury syndrome including myocardial infarction, worsening heart failure, vascular aneurysm, pulmonary embolism, fatal stroke, and vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia. Interestingly, 5 cases had acute myocarditis as the cause of death with the histopathology in the heart muscle showing patchy inflammation very similar to what was seen in the deltoid muscle were the mRNA vaccine was injected.
The executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, Steve Kirsch, has been working to make early COVID drug treatments available to the public, despite being assailed by the medical establishment for speaking out about the dangers of the COVID vaccines.
During the pandemic, he founded the COVID-19 Treatment Fund to raise money to test repurposed drugs for use in treating COVID, while health agencies were dismissing their effectiveness and urging the public to get vaccinated as the only way to prevent severe illness and hospitalization.
Not allowing the testing and use of repurposed drugs has cost too many lives said, Kirsch.
“This has cost millions of lives,” and the problem was compounded by a hospital COVID treatment protocol “that was almost certain to kill you,” Kirsch said during a recent interview on EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders” program.
He said the COVID protocols hospitals have followed, although sanctioned by the federal health agencies, added to the death toll.
Twitter has published its first set of transparency reports about how the site had operated prior to multi-billionaire Elon Musk taking over the company. Among the reports, the social media giant states they are no longer enforcing its COVID-19 “misleading information policy.”

Twitter has stopped enforcing its COVID-19 “misleading information” policy that had resulted in nearly 100,000 pieces of content being cut from the platform and led to more than 11,000 account suspensions.
The social media giant, which was taken over by industrialist Elon Musk at the end of October, said in a report that, effective Nov. 23, Twitter is “no longer enforcing the COVID-19 misleading information policy.”
The report included information about Twitter’s enforcement actions related to its COVID-19 content policies. Between January 2020 and September 2022, there were 11.72 million accounts challenged, 11,230 accounts were suspended, and 97,674 pieces of content removed.
The policy, which was introduced to curb the spread of “harmful misinformation” related to COVID-19, was praised by some, including U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy, who in an advisory (pdf) on “building a healthy information environment” cited Twitter’s rules as a model for companies to fight misinformation.
But heavy-handed enforcement of the policy garnered criticism, such as when earlier this year Twitter flagged numerous tweets with factual information about COVID-19 as misinformation and suspended accounts of scientists and doctors.
Probably good that people took lots of screen shots, perhaps they knew the time would come when the government lies would need to be documented. Even as some of the tyrants are calling for amnesty, those who also committed wrong doing are trying to re-write their shameful history.
Boyden Gray & Associates filed a lawsuit in June on behalf of three doctors who allege that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) illegally interfered with their doctor–patient relationships, resulting in harm. They also claim that the FDA broke the law when the agency issued statements prohibiting the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19.
In response to the lawsuit, lawyers for the FDA claimed that its guidance for people to “stop” taking ivermectin for COVID-19 was informal and just a recommendation; as such, they weren’t mandating against it.
However, in an interview that aired on NTD’s “Newsmakers” on Nov. 23, Dr. Scott Atlas, a senior fellow in health care policy at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, confirmed that the FDA did, indeed, take an “unprecedented” approach against ivermectin and said that their defense amounts to the FDA trying to rewrite COVID-19 history.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, together with 17 other state attorneys general, are asking shipping companies UPS and FedEx to explain their newly implemented policies to track and record Americans’ firearms purchases and disclose whether these policies have been coordinated with the Biden administration.
In letters sent on Nov. 29 to FedEx CEO Raj Subramaniam and UPS CEO Carol B. Tomé, Knudsen and his co-signers wrote that the shipping companies’ policies “allow your company to track firearm sales with unprecedented specificity and bypass warrant requirements to share that information with federal agencies.”
“What both of these companies are saying is that they’re doing this so they can better cooperate with law enforcement,” Knudsen told The Epoch Times. “That’s all fine and well, until you find out that that’s a violation of federal law.”
I am convinced one of the most important positions in government has become these state Attorney Generals.
Is Elon Musk a good guy or a bad guy? I dunno. But he understand freedom of information and speech are essential to the survival of his adopted homeland. Something I wish more people understood. A group of parents who ran for a school board acted at once to fulfill their campaign promises. As soon as the new majority was sworn in to take their place on the Berkeley County School District in South Carolina, they moved.
Within the first two hours of their first meeting upon being sworn in, the board fired school superintendent Deon Jackson, dumped district in-house counsel Tiffany Richardson, banned any part of the CRT curriculum they could find, and launched a committee to evaluate whether certain books in district libraries were age-appropriate, NBC News reported.
Berlin’s highest court has ordered new elections in the German capital, declaring that chaos in the 2021 vote violated election law. The Berlin mayor faces a neck-and-neck race to keep her office.
Germany’s constitutional court ruled on Wednesday that the state of Berlin would have to re-run its elections next year, after deciding that organizational chaos reported at hundreds of polling stations around the city last September made the vote invalid. The Berlin election will now have to be repeated within 90 days.
Presiding Judge Ludgera Selting said the decision had to be taken because of the “frequency and gravity” of the mistakes that had been made, which were so widespread that they may have altered the election result. Selting also spoke of “serious systemic flaws” in the preparation of the election.
AG Mark Brnovich’s election integrity unit has demanded a full report of well-publicized irregularities, and what he claims is evidence of “statutory violations.”
The letter, sent late Saturday by Assistant AG Jennifer Wright to the county’s top civil division attorney, Thomas Liddy, is a major escalation over widespread problems with voting tabulators and printers, which delayed the declaration of a winner in razor-thin races in the attorney general’s race and the gubernatorial race.
Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has questioned the media’s premature declaration that her opponent, Democrat Katie Hobbs – who wasn’t exactly popular, won.
The letter demands a full report on how voting machine and printer issues were handled, along with a copy of each polling location’s Official Ballot Report, as well as explanations for any discrepancies.

A team of researchers at the University of Adelaide have found that as many as 80 percent of tweets about the 2022 Russia-Ukraine invasion in its early weeks were part of a covert propaganda campaign originating from automated fake ‘bot’ accounts.

The research shows of the more than 5-million tweets studied, 90.2 percent of all tweets (both bot and non-bot) came from accounts that were pro-Ukraine, with fewer than 7 percent of the accounts being classed as pro-Russian.
The university researchers also found these automated tweets had been purposely used to drive up fear amongst people targeted by them, boosting a high level of statistically measurable ‘angst’ in the online discourse.

The flat out lies, Cuomo using a picture of a wedding in 2014 to single out the Jewish community for having a wedding should have been a big red flag as he lectured and threatened. The businesses ruined, the livelihoods lost, all of this putting increased pressure on the dwindling middle class. The censorship encouraged by the Demoncrats and willingly carried out by almost every social media platform, Twitter, Fakebook, YouTube, Google arranging their search algorithm to bury information they didn’t want you to find, and about anything else big, as well as almost every mainstream media source, all guilty. All guilty and have blood on their hands because they deprived people of information they needed to make a reasoned choice. And this is viewed as acceptable now by the left, they call it “stopping disinformation” You serf, are not to be allowed information, because information is power and we have it and you don’t and won’t.
There is an election on Tuesday. Never forget that the worst offenders of this atrocity and mass murder scheme have been Demoncrats and their financial enablers. Even politicians that you thought were “moderate” demoncrats aren’t. Manchin tore the mask off that one. He made a deal with the Biden crime junta and signed onto the new green deal selling out his constituents. And where did that get him? Screwed, probably didn’t even buy him dinner first. But, it’s too late Manchin and I hope you’re gone next round of elections.
Demand and unleash all you want Manchin, too late now, you sold out America and the Biden Crime junta doesn’t respect you in the morning and truth be told, they didn’t respect you before they did it.
So when voting, in my usually humble opinion, don’t vote for ANYthing, ANYthing with a D after it’s name. Of course there are bad Republicans, absolutely nutless wonders! Look at the corrupt Mitch McConnell and whussy Kevin McCarthy. Then there are Mitt Romney, Lisa Mukowski, Susan Collins, Lindsay Graham, and at least Roy Blunt is going to be gone. Guess he’s got a sweet lobbying gig lined up now probably. But here’s the thing, like with Manchin, if they are a demoncrat, they have to tow the party line. And that can put all kinds of pressure on them. There is nothing, nothing good in the Demoncrats plans for America. They think they have us, U.S. finished off, and maybe they do, it’s all in G-d’s hands. But even when G-d fought battles for us, we were at least required to show up and march and blow horns, or scale walls with one sword and our armor bearer. We had to suit up and show up and do our part. If you have to vote for a crappy less than stellar Republican, their party can put pressure on them too. And what a fabulous party it will be with some more MTGs, Lauren Boberts, Matt Gaetz, Josh Hawley and the hopefully incoming Eric Schmitt, Herschel Walker and others. They have grit, guts and determination and best of all they love this country. With governors like Kari Lake, Ron DeSantis, Tudor Dixon, Doug Mastriano, and Lee Zeldin we could see our country survive. But that too is in G-d’s hands. Think of the pressure they would put on a Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins or Roy Blunt, I bet Old corrupt Mitch would be out of leadership as he should be.
My prayer is that people continue to wake up, and see what is happening.

A girl friend and I were talking the other day. Her Mom was medically mismanaged as well, resulting in her death. She and her brother had debated on if a lawsuit should be brought or not. I said there has to be retribution of some kind. If there is no retribution they have gotten away with it and most certainly are going to do it again. A radio show I really enjoy is Temple Talk out of Israel. In last weeks Parsha, Noach, at the end of the podcast Yitzhak Ruven was talking about how Noach didn’t really try to warn the people so much of the impending doom. He just kept building his ark. But then Yitzhak said, maybe he did, maybe he did try and people just blew him off with “You’re crazy old man, you don’t know what you’re talking about”. Probably thought Noach was some kind of conspiracy nut. And all of a sudden I had a great sympathy and understanding of Noach for all the people that had tried to warn there was something off about the shot.
Kristallnacht is November 9-10. Ignoring signs is so very dangerous. Imagine, people trapped in their home, their businesses boycotted and failing, not allowed to go get food, hungry families, stuffed into Covid quarantine camps ghettos. There must be a reckoning.

I started this column and thought I’d have it finished on the 5th of November, Guy Fawkes day. If you replace the word Catholic in this article with Conservative, well. Guy Fawkes Day: A Brief History and if you’ve ever seen the movie V for Vendetta, this little film clip comes from that movie. This would be the start of an actual insurrection. You know, like Madonna talked about when President Trump was elected and she said she wanted to blow up the White House. How long has she been in the D.C. gulag now?
The Saint Louis school shooting could have been prevented. Or so the Post-Dispatch would have us believe.
Police responded to Harris’ home on Oct. 15 after his mother found a gun, the same used in Monday’s attack, in the house and wanted it removed. Police said Thursday they did not have the authority to take the gun because Missouri does not have a red flag law.
Sounds bad, eh? But let’s back up to the beginning of the Post-Dispatch propaganda piece.
The man accused of killing a teacher and teen earlier this week in a south St. Louis school shooting bought the AR-15-style gun from a private seller after an FBI background check blocked his attempted purchase from a licensed dealer in St. Charles.
Let’s take that claim at face value for a moment. The perp’s attempted purchase was denied because he was a prohibited person. And the P-D suggests that it was because he’d been involuntarily committed. Maybe.
Police said Wednesday that Harris’ family was increasingly worried about his mental state in the weeks leading up to the attack and at one point had him “committed.” Involuntary commitment to a mental health institution is one of the triggers that can block the purchase of firearms at licensed dealers.
Note the bait and switch. His family had him “committed.” Then the “reporters switch to a — misleading — explanation on of involuntary committal, which requires adjudication — yes, by a judge — of mental deficiency; that would/should make the perp a prohibited person, and his gun store attempt would/should have been denied, and described.
But he then apparently went to a private party and bought his rifle in a private sale not subject to a background check.
But now we’re back to his family discovering that he had the firearm and calling the police. The police whose hands were tied by the lack of a red flag confiscation law.
Full stop.
If the perp was a prohibited person, not red flag law was needed to seize the firearm and arrest the prohibited person in unlawful possession of a firearm under Missouri statute 571.030; that is a crime.
Instead, a third person — sometimes described as “known to the family” or a “family member,” depending on the media outlet — took possession of the firearm.
And then for some starnge reason seemingly let him have it back later, just in time to shoot up a school.
Remember, this guy is supposed to be a prohibited person under state and federal law. One might “reasonably” expect that third party to know that. So for that person to transfer the firearm back to the Bucket O’Chum is also a crime under state and federal law.
Weirdly, at least to anyone unfamiliar with the Post-Dispatch’s long hatred of all things Second Amendment, it doesn’t appear to have occurred to the reporters to ask the police about their failures to arrest the responsible parties in the unlawful possession and transfer. Even though that most likely would have prevented the school shooting ever happening.
And no confiscatory red flag law needed.
I also have some private suspicions about the legality of the private sale through which chum-boy got the gun. Here’s a photo released by the police.
A PSA lower with what looks like a beat-up third-party upper. The lack of a handguard reveals the gas tube, and what I think is gas discharge damage back at the front of the upper (maybe because the tube was left unprotected by a guard). I really wonder if any responsible, law-abiding person would sell that POS to another user as anything but a fixer-upper or parts source. Just how “lawful” was that private sale? If the St. Louis cops ignored the other law violations, are they bothering to follow-up on that? Or are they just going to whine for an unnecessary — if they’d done their jobs — red flag law?
At least one shooting witness had said the perp’s gun jammed. If I’m right about that gas tube leak, that may be the cause. I suspect that gun had been rendered into an unreliable bolt-action. And thank goodness the clearly ignorant shooter had no idea how to deal with that.

A girlfriend sent me some very interesting material today, that I see as tying in together. This is a movie kind of column so I’ll wait while you get popcorn and a cup of coffee.
It seems a singer called Kanye West made some statements that are being called “antisemitic”. Well, that’s a bad thing in my world. She sent links to a couple of news stories so I checked them out.
“I can say anti-Semitic things, and Adidas can’t drop me. Now what? Now what?” Kanye is seen asking in a short video clip from the Oct. 16 episode of Drink Champs, a hip-hop community podcast hosted by N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN, which has since been taken down.
“So this group is very well known to ADL and to law enforcement. It’s a group that peddles their hate in this community throughout Southern California and across this nation. They use various tactics like you see with the leaflets, the banner that was dropped on the 405. Just earlier this year, they drove a bus through Beverly Hills. These propagandists, their goal is to provoke a response, to terrorize the communities they’re in. This time, particularly with the banner drop on the 405, however, it’s different,” explained Jeffrey Abrams, Anti-Defamation League Regional Director. “These hate groups are now leveraging the anti-Semitic tropes that Kanye West has been peddling on social media, on interviews, broadcast interviews. And so these groups that peddle in this hate are now leveraging Kanye, not just Kanye’s imprimatur, but that as well, his millions of followers and his business partners, companies like The Gap and like Adidas.”
The second article comes complete with a picture of about 4 activists on a bridge doing the Heil Hooter thingy straight arm salute. Geez, how very FIB… although I’m perfectly willing to admit in CA there could be at least 4 idiots as in the recall election Newsome rather than Larry Elder won the spot of Governor.
But what really made me start thinking “Wait a minute….what’s up with this?” was when I noticed one of the tweets urging Adidas to dump West was made by the disgraced Alexander Vindman who was part of the botched impeachment. Another thing that makes me skeptical is the ADL is involved. The ADL is far more a progressive political machine than an actual “Anti-defamation league”. You may have noticed this especially during President Trump’s term.
Since the Anti-Defamation League’s founding in 1913, its declared mission has been “to stop the defamation of the Jewish people.” Thus, many were concerned when Jonathan Greenblatt took over as CEO of the esteemed organization in 2015: While his resume was long on efforts for social good, including a stint in former President Barack Obama’s Office of Social Innovation, it conspicuously lacked positions combating antisemitism or serving a Jewish cause. Most of all, they worried that Greenblatt would fail to check his well-established liberal political leanings at the door of the nonpartisan organization and, in turn, inadequately address the new wave of Jew-hatred growing on the Left.
It took little time for Greenblatt to prove his skeptics correct; it took much longer for the crisis to reach the point at which his silence was no longer tenable. Writing in Newsweek earlier this month, Greenblatt finally conceded what should have been among his first priorities, saying that it’s “time to admit” that the Left has an antisemitism problem. His real admission was that he had been reluctant, and thus inexcusably tardy, to recognize what was already obvious to everyone not compromised by ideological blinders.
The blame for this poisonous atmosphere can be put on the unorthodox behavior of U.S. President Donald Trump, as well as the “resistance” to his administration. But it was particularly discouraging to see the ADL dive into an argument largely driven by the impulse of the liberal opposition to oppose anything Trump does or wants. The stand of a group that has its primary brief—monitoring and opposing anti-Semitism and supporting Israel—provided nonpartisan cover to the Democrats.
The excuse for the ADL’s position was their claim that Pompeo was an anti-Muslim bigot. As the leading Jewish civil-rights group, it would be on firm ground in opposing the elevation of any individual to high office on those grounds. The only problem was that the accusation was not merely false, but exposed the ADL to charges of hypocrisy.

The other thing that makes me suspicious of this outrage is the timing. See Kanye or Ye as he wants to be called now just did an interview with….Tucker Carlson! Gasp! And worse, he said things like men should be responsible parents, they should raise their kids with values and aborting babies is a bad thing. Very right-wing racist stuff! If he doesn’t watch himself he like Larry Elder, will end up being the “black face of white supremacy”. Yeah, Larry Elder got called that. It seems to me, that since large sectors of the entertainment industry is controlled by Jews, that means the whole thing is. And some of what he says is too close to the old “The Jews rule the world and control everything and they are out to screw you” canard. Ironic since I sent this message to my beloved Zehut group today in response to a message sent that Australia is moving/has moved their embassy from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv.
You know for a people that control the world, we’re doing something wrong. If we rule the world why are we apologizing and having to explain every time an Israeli citizen or soldier defends their life or the lives of others? Why is our acknowledgment of Jerusalem as our Capitol not just accepted? Why do we care what the world says when we take measures to deal with a group within our country that seeks it’s destruction?
We have just got to get a better grip on this ruling the world business!

But this kind of thinking just absolutely sets my teeth on edge. I get where he’s coming from, he’s looking at the concerts he’s losing, his new line of “White lives matter” t-shirts are going to need a new manufacture and he sees it all as coming from one group of people. Whether or not those people are actually practicing Judaism I have no clue. But it seems as though he is saying all these people are out to ruin me and they are all Jewish, so.
I don’t recall this kind of outrage from any of those people when Ilhan Omar said “It’s all about the Benjamins baby” when referring to Jewish interests. Or basically a bunch of what Rashida Tliar says, or what…. You get the idea. And worse, no one has replaced Omar in politics or Tliar. And presumably they have more influence on what happens that Kanye West.
But here’s another West interview on something called Drink Champs where he talks about the offending tweet, spelling matters Kanye, DEFCON, not Death Con, but I suspect he’s very aware of that now. I know it’s long, but it seems the relevant part is right at the front. Like I said, some of what he says I have real problems with, but I’m suspicious that some of the vitriol and attempts to cancel his platform may just well be related to some of the other messaging he’s sending out. Messaging that should be heard, and is righteous and that the left will most assuredly hate. It probably doesn’t help that he wants to buy Parler. Because free speech is something the left is trying to shut down at all costs.
And, as if to prove my point, that video is now available. So I’ve found you another link. They really are trying to shut this debate down.
