Poll: Anti-gunners’ most dangerous forms of attack in 2016

New TZP poll: As anti-gunners regroup and prepare for new attacks, what will be their most dangerous strategies (or opportunities) for attacking gun rights in 2016? You can choose up to three.

Our previous poll, about holiday gift giving (or receiving) of self-defense tools, is still up through tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. CST. Seems lots of people happily gave and received this year.

    1. ML, I checked and I appear to be having the same issue, at least in Firefox. I see that you were at least able to use the main comment function on the poll. I’ll keep looking into this, but right now I don’t see the cause. It may be some security setting you and I both have on our browsers.

      1. ML — While no X shows in the check box for me, the poll does indeed count my vote (you can see the “Other” option highlighted in color along with any other options you choose) and accept my comment. Minor glitch, apparently.

  1. “Executive orders or regulatory changes” has the most votes at the moment, but I think it’s because that’s what’s happening now; it’s fresh in our minds.

Personally, I think state-level campaigns, wishy-washy candidates, and “mental illness” campaigns are the big dangers. Billionaires funding the anti-gun movement is a close fourth (since they can exacerbate state-level campaigns and “encourage” wishy-washy candidates in a monetary fashion).

    But that’s just my opinion.
