Ultimately, I’m a Second Amendment guy. I own guns of course. But I’m okay giving up some of that freedom, right? We had to give up some of that freedom after 9/11. I’m okay with waiting three days, five days, or whatever to get my firearm if I go out and purchase another firearm. So I’m okay with a pause to allow for weapons to be purchased and allow the government and the gun companies to look at the background and do a thorough check before that gun goes to someone.
“I, _________, do solemnly (or affirm) that I will support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, and that I will not, knowingly, receive, directly or indirectly, any money or other valuable thing, for the performance or nonperformance of any act or duty pertaining to my office, other than the compensation allowed by law; I further swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully discharge my duties as _________ to the best of my ability.”
That “Constitution” includes the Second Amendment, perjuror. You just disqualified yourself for any office in Oklahoma… like Tulsa police chief.
any person who shall have been convicted of having sworn or affirmed falsely, or having violated said oath, or affirmation, shall be guilty of perjury, and shall be disqualified from holding any office of trust or profit within the State.
Aside from being an oath breaker, Franklin’s not terribly bright.
Ultimately, law enforcement, we are the experts.
Let’s run down the list of infringements he’s OK with.
Permitless carry: There’s a reason we call that “constitutional carry,” expert.
“Unregulated ghost guns”: Define ghost gun. If it’s a commercial firearm with obliterated serial number, there are existing laws about that crime. If you mean home-made firearms, there are laws and rules for those, too. You’d think an expert would know that.
Straw purchases: That’s been illegal for decades. And an expert should have noticed that Congress beefed up the penalties for it a year ago; it was big in the news as the Dims were quite proud of it. Huh; has Franklin ever seen a 4473?
“High-powered weapons like AR-15”: The vast majority of “AR-15s,” and other AR-pattern firearms, are chambered for .223/5.56; that’s an intermediate power cartridge, not “high-powered.”
Waiting periods: Because that works so well to reduce the violence in California?
Background checks: Note that he specifically put this one in the context of firearms purchased from “gun companies;” that is, commercial sales. Which have required background checks for effin’ decades. Again, that’s an obscure detail that I’d expect an “expert” to have noticed at some point.
His first-person waiting period example is especially (morbidly) funny. He thinks making himself wait when purchasing another gun in addition to what he already has will reduce violence. First, if he doesn’t trust himself not to get murder-happy with a new gun, why should Tulsans trust him with a duty weapon? Second, how does that waiting period prevent him using what he already has, if he does have the violent tendencies which he inadvertently implies?
Tulsa, you have an ignorant oath breaker, with possible homicidal inclination, for a police chief. You might want to look into that.

Today is D-Day, and I suppose in a lead up to D-Day Shimshon and I have been watching some (what I consider) relevant movies and documentaries. We started watching Band of Brothers last week and a couple of nights ago finished it. One of the episodes is called “Why We Fight”. If you haven’t seen Band of Brothers I’ll give you the relevant point. The war is pretty much over, a few of the men from Easy Company are out in the woods on patrol, just kind of clearing the area when they run across the first concentration camp they’ve seen. They don’t know what it is. They send one of the men back to headquarters to try to find an officer. He finds Dick Winters (who was a very good officer, and I suspect and even better human) and the next scene is of a few officers; Ronald Speirs, Lewis Nixon and some of the rest of Easy Company including Joesph Liebgott. This mattered because Liebgott spoke German. In the first part of the episode many of the men had been questioning why had they given up the years of their lives to live in trenches and fight bad men. After they saw the concentration camps, and Liebgott was able to ask them questions and relay the answers to the officers they all more fully understood the situation. Dick Winters later tells Lewis Nixon the Russians found camps that were even worse. I suspect that may have been the first time some of the boys had seen that level of depravity and evil that can be inflicted on fellow human beings. The next lesson the men learned was “cultured, civilized” people are perfectly capable of standing by and allowing the atrocities, murder and starvation of innocent people. When the men of Easy talked to the town people they all denied knowing anything about it. Apparently one of the Generals had a brilliant idea. The townspeople were hauled out to the concentration camp to bury the bodies. The trait is easily visible today and when someone is being attacked there will be 4,352 TikTok, YouTube and FakeBook videos of the whole thing. Of someone like Daniel Penny stepping in to help others? Not so many.
The next atrocity to be fought was in Israel. You see the Not So Great Britain was there. Last night Shimshon and I watched the 2014 Documentary The Forsaken Promise. This is the whole documentary. Not sure how long it will be there.
The League of Nations trusted Britain to establish a national home for the Jews in their historic homeland, Israel.
The “Mandate for Palestine,” an historical League of Nations document, laid down the Jewish legal right to settle anywhere in western Palestine, a 10,000-square-miles3 area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
The legally binding document was conferred on April 24, 1920 at the San Remo Conference, and its terms outlined in the Treaty of Sèvres on August 10, 1920. The Mandate’s terms were finalized and unanimously approved on July 24, 1922, by the Council of the League of Nations, which was comprised at that time of 51 countries,4 and became operational on September 29, 1923.5
The “Mandate for Palestine” was not a naive vision briefly embraced by the international community in blissful unawareness of Arab opposition to the very notion of Jewish historical rights in Palestine. The Mandate weathered the test of time: On April 18, 1946, when the League of Nations was dissolved and its assets and duties transferred to the United Nations, the international community, in essence, reaffirmed the validity of this international accord and reconfirmed that the terms for a Jewish National Home were the will of the international community, a “sacred trust” – despite the fact that by then it was patently clear that the Arabs opposed a Jewish National Home, no matter what the form.
But despite being trusted by the entire league of nations to re-establish Israel (the nation, the tribes) in Israel (the land) Britain did not do that. In fact, Britain not only limited the number of Jews fleeing hitler and the nazis, they sent refugee ships back. But, so did America under the Demoncratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The British disarmed the Jews living in Israel as best as they could, while arming the arabs. In the riots of the 1920s and onward the Brits would stand back and allowed the Jews they had disarmed to be slaughtered. One horrific example at 1:45:00 into the documentary details the attack of 13 April 1948 when a medical convoy was trying to get to the Hadassah hospital in the besieged Jerusalem. The convoy was carrying patients, medical personnel and supplies, it was stopped and attacked by arabs. The Brits checked every convoy trying to get into Jerusalem to make sure that none of the Jews had any weapons, so they were defenseless against the arabs. The people were butchered. No, I didn’t mean killed. There was a British outpost nearby and the soldiers wanted to intervene and were told to stand down. It is reported some of the soldiers cried as they watched the slaughter and mutilation that followed. But they didn’t do anything. There are photographs of the aftermath in the video.
When the refugee ships came in to Israel, the Brits would put the Jews in one of several prison camps. One woman was in prison for five years, she and her husband had escaped, but she lost her whole family to the nazis in the concentration camps. She told of how the British soldiers would beat the prisoners, really they were quite despicable. But if you look at the pattern of the Brits…..America vs. Britain, Ireland vs Britain, Israel vs. Britain….Britain has not been on the side of good in any of those, and in the beginning of WWII Chamberlain made appeasement with hitler, so.
There was really nothing Israel could do about it at this point. They didn’t have control of their own country. The British did, the Jewish Israelis just had to suffer at the whims of the anti-Semitic British government. Oh, yes I did mean to say that. Watch the documentary. See, when your local politicians are not in control, when they have to bow to the will of others who may not have the very best welfare of your nation at heart when making decisions, it will not turn out well. This is something to keep in mind as the traitorous criminal Joe Biden tries to turn U.S. over to the benevolent dictatorship of the W.H.O. with the pandemic treaty. WHO Pandemic Treaty Is a Threat to Liberty. They are already talking about digital tracking. Seems the injection mandates and green passports were just such a dandy paradigm that a lot of the framework is already in place. We already have the FIB so we have the SS who are willing to throw political opposition in the Gulag to prevent them from speaking out. According to whistle blower Steven Friend, it’s not the rank and file of the FIB, instead is the leadership at the top.
Which brings me to leadership. Both examples are from WWII, both of these men came from humble backgrounds. I don’t know that either of them ever aspired to fame, but G-d put something in them that was needed on that day at that time, leadership.

The next man I think I may have written about before, General Norman Dutch Cota, he puts paid to the notion you have to be in your prime and in great shape to make great things happen. 7:05 seconds long.
These men fought, because they knew what lay behind them were things they loved and cared about, family, friends and a way of life, their country and freedom to live their lives as they chose. They may have known some of what they were fighting against in front of them, but I don’t think in the beginning they even fully grasped the depth of evil they were up against. Man’s inhumanity to man.
I believe G-d puts the ability to fight back against evil into every creature. I believe we have the ability to fight on despite odds being against us. Every creature.
That cat absolutely is inspiring, and yes, it’s a cat not a small dog. Dogs don’t slap or bat like that. It’s a partisan guerilla cat! It gets in, gets the job done and gets out. A Chuck Norris cat.
Yes, we have a lot stacked against U.S. right now, and many of our fellow citizens have fallen victim to the Fifth Generation Warfare being conducted against U.S. by our own corrupt government. So we may not have as many allies as we should, and have more enemies than we deserve. But we don’t get to choose that bit. We do get to choose if we will pick up the torch that was handed U.S. by the men and women of WWII. It’s all about our mindsets. Maybe we will talk to people, maybe we will contact politicians, maybe we will go to political rallies and meetings, maybe we will donate money to people like Sen. Josh Hawley that actually do fight back. Goodness knows Soros donates to the likes of Kim Fox, Kim Gardner and their ilk. Maybe we just talk to our kids and grandkids and make sure they understand truth and reality and try to offset some of the damage being done in public schools. Maybe we become more informed about issues. Maybe we join our local grassroots Second Amendment group. But there will be some way for each of us to fight, because 79 years after D-Day, we have a far better idea of why we fight than they did that day they landed on the beaches of Normandy.

I was listening to one of my favorite radio shows today, The Tamar Yonah show, the episode is The US & Israel: Who is Dependent On Who?
As this is Memorial Day, I thought there were a few really interesting points. For Israelis the big ticket was probably the talk of Jerusalem day, but there were some points that really caught my attention.
Ok, at 6:13 in, while this isn’t one of the points for Memorial day, it amused me. Tamar mentioned that companies liked to hire Israelis. Sometimes over their local populations even. They speculated on why. Maybe because they had served in the IDF and had some real world experience, they’re more mature? Naw, I think that may be part of it, but it’s even simpler. They know what bathroom to use. I heard part of Matt Walsh today I believe it was. Now, I don’t know who did the man on the street questions. Maybe Charlie Kirk? Maybe Mark Dice, I dunno. But here’s how it went. These questions were to students at UCLA. I wrote down as much as I could remember. I was driving when I heard this.

And they will graduate, goodness only knows how many thousands, or hundreds of thousands, of dollars in debt which Demoncrats want U.S. to pay off. I want my money back.
At 22:52 in they are discussing the water and food crisis coming in Europe. Shocking considering the Dutch government has pretty much killed of many of the Dutch farmers. Who’d have thought taking farms away and limiting farming so you can create cities for invaders would cause a food shortage, but there ya go. Weird since they’ve got crop yield warnings.
Dr. Mordechai points out in the past when there were food and water shortage, countries went to war. But Europe really doesn’t have armies any more. Not really, and they don’t have young people to man them anyway. Then he gets into what does also affect U.S. Even if they did have young people and armies, they don’t have ammunition. They’ve sent it all to Ukraine. Ukraine uses more ammunition in a month than than America and Europeans manufacture together….in a year.
At 37 minutes in, Dr. Mordechai points out the U.S. has a crumbling military, with over priced and under preforming equipment. That the Russians are moping the floor in Ukraine, that they exploded 10s of ammunition depots and the Ukrainians were already short of ammo. He said Russia has excellent intelligence networks in Ukraine. That’s why the U.S. sent 300,000 rounds of 155 mm artillery ammunition that was marked for Israel and gave it to Ukraine, and most of that has been blown up, not used. Russian intelligence…they know where it is. At 39:04 in, he gives a quote to demonstrate the poor leadership of the military. “There is absolutely, when we get right down to deck plates, there is a moral challenge. Because there’s a lot of folks that have quite frankly joined the organization with a vision of what their days work would look like, and that’s rapidly morphing and changing.” Then they asked if someone could translate that. I’ll take a shot at it, pick me, pick me! I think it means men and women who love this country thought they were joining an organization devoted to defending America and her citizens, and now they are learning CRT or DIE and having transgender drag shows on military bases for their kids. Yeah, that would present a moral challenge for me as well.
Then they tried to figure out why and identical rocket, or mortar shell or artillery shell manufactured in Israel costs less than half of what it costs if it’s manufactured in the United States. Pick me! Pick me! I’ll take is Lloyd Austin still on the board of Raytheon for $100 Alex! I may have my game shows mixed up here. A missile for the Iron Dome defense system costs $50,000 if manufactured in Israel, if it’s manufactured by U.S. it costs $125,000.
So what’s the answer? Shimshon and I have been watching Band of Brothers, again. How do we make the sacrifice paid by so many valid? Well, from Today’s Tanya (The one size fits all manual) reading:

However, their eyes are covered so that they do not see the great difference between the work of man and his machinations, which consists of [making] one existent thing out of [another, already] existent thing,
merely changing the form and appearance, e.g., from an ingot of silver to a vessel,
G-d did not simply create the world and walk away leaving it’s growth to teachers or activists who are trying to convince tiny children they aren’t they way G-d made them. That G-d made a mistake, and they, the counselors and activists and social media can help them remedy. And if they will only do as they are told all their teenage angst will be gone and SHAZAM! They will be happy forever and ever.
This last weekend was Shavuot, the giving on the Torah on Mount Sinai. We were created, we were nurtured and when we had devolved while in slavery in Egypt we were taken out of slavery with his mighty hand. Then we were given Torah (The Bible) which told us how we are to live, rules and guidelines for living a decent life. Including laws for self defense I might add.
We remember this, we know that G-d thinks our lives are valuable, he creates us, we face challenges that grow us stronger and he is there with us. Somehow he created people with an extra dose or desire to protect others, and today we honor those that have paid that price. I honor them with a grateful heart, and I thank their family who I’m sure will always miss them.
As I watch the information come out about what Demoncrats and the corrupt intelligence services have done to our country over the last few years, I realize I’m due a reminder. A reminder that this world is G-d’s. He created it and us, we are to create a home for him in this world. And that brings me to the topic of today’s very short column. But, there are movies! You must however supply your own popcorn and drinks.

On that day in 1967, despite Israel’s very best efforts not to reunite Jerusalem, it was. Many Israeli soldiers paid a very high price for it. But many Israeli citizens had been paying a high price before it was reunited in terms of ongoing terrorism.

You must understand the police will not allow Jews to prostrate themselves on the Temple Mount and pray. Now Muslims? Oh yeah, they can throw rocks, fireworks attack and kill people and then run and hide in the mosque. They can have picnics and desecrate things, that’s all “status quo”. This next one is short, but very interesting:
Rabbi Zvi Yehudah Kook, the Rosh Yeshivah (Dean) of the Merkaz HaRav Yeshivah in Jerusalem, addressed his students on Israel Independence Day, 1967, just two and a half weeks before the outbreak of the Six Day War. In the video, the rabbi can be heard bemoaning the fact that Israel’s holy sites and cities were all in the hands of her enemies, and Jews had no access to the holy places.
You know, Israel tried to do everything it could to keep peace. They tried to compromise with entities that hate them and want to see them destroyed. They tried it, they tried to act reasonably and honorably. And all that happened was that was used against them. Israel told Jordan not to get involved, Israel had been helping the King of Jordan whom some of the other Arab countries had been threatening. And yet, when King Hussein heard the Arab version of cnn and msnbc saying they had Israel in a box, the walls were closing in on them. Any day now they were going to be destroyed forev….oh wait. Wrong topic for those particular lies. Those lies came from another group that want to destroy a different country and a different leader. But, like people that are on their 17th Covid booster, King Hussein believed the Egyptians and Syrians that they were ripping the Israelis a new one. And so, they jumped in and began shelling Israeli civilian areas in Jerusalem. And G-d gave a miracle paid for in the blood of innocent Israelis fighting throughout the city. The odds were horrible, Syria, Egypt and Jordan against Israel. The soldiers talked about how they didn’t really have maps or much familiarity with the parts of Jerusalem they were fighting in. Some went down wrong alleys, took wrong turns, but they fought on. There comes a time when you realize with some parties there can and will never be a compromise possible. Peace will only come when one side is defeated. Much like the battle of good and evil, will you compromise with evil to achieve peace? Israel must never again give up land for peace, and conservatives must quit trying to reach reasonable compromise with the left which has been taken over by the communists. As they said they would. The media will portray U.S. as “extremists” and “radicals”, no matter what they do. Trying to compromise with evil is always a losing proposition. They have the media (propaganda arm of the communist party) to spin their story anyway they want it.
Here’s a story, told in the Talmud,1 to recall whenever ominous clouds stand overhead:

I realize things look rather grim, but that’s why I think this is a good time to remember that the despite all appearances, there can be things in play that we have no idea. Would things be better now if the Communist Moshe Dayan hadn’t given Har HaBayit back to Jordan? Of course. That’s why G-d gave it to us. But I suppose it’s best to end this little column with bitachon (from the above link)
Really, it’s beyond faith. Faith is when, despite all that you know and see, you hold tight to the conviction that G‑d is good and all He does is good, even if for the moment you can’t fathom how it is good—because it comes from such a high place that it is impossible for you to fathom.
But trust—bitachon—is an emotional response. To trust in G‑d is to stay calm and confident, just as if you could see the good clearly and enjoy it with all your senses.
Even if you can’t achieve such calm, you can imagine someone who really does live in such a way. You can say to yourself, “I know that this is so and it makes sense to me that I should feel calm and confident, just like Zusia of Anipoli or some other great tzadik.” Imagine that calmness, embrace the moment, and it will become much easier to attain it.

I had planned to do this column tonight anyway, it’s not a warm and fuzzy column like all my others have been. /raw sarcasm
I’ve mentioned before I have a buddy in Nicaragua, he’s an American Ex-pat who’s been down there for around 20 years or so I’d guess. He’s the one that told me the American planes fly into their airport. Nicaraguan prisons are now empty, all the prisoners have been shipped to the US, now all the homeless have been rounded up off the streets and shipped to the US. All the paperwork is done there before they are loaded up and flown in. I’ve mentioned all this before. We were texting yesterday and he had an interesting bit of information for me. A brother of a friend of his came here illegally 6-7 months ago. He was flown into Springfield, MO. Heart of the country. This means he wasn’t counted as one of the illegal aliens entering the country or in any of the videos you see of the illegal aliens on the border. He was just quietly flown in by U.S. He got his shiny new citizenship yesterday. After 6-7 months. He was put up in a shelter, fed, clothed and housed, and given psychological counseling, so he could fit in better. I wonder if the counseling includes strong encouragement to vote Demoncrat and often in the next elections? But, with the new laws now his whole family can come! Of course they might need some financial assistance from U.S. I have a girlfriend that works in a hospital, a small hospital. She says it’s nothing to have 3 suicidal ideations in the ER in one night. And some are really young. I asked the youngest, she wouldn’t tell me. Where is their free government paid psychological counseling to undo the damage done by the some of the public schools right now? He now has a job, and is doing just fine. Several people my friend knows worked in hospitals in Nicaragua, they are now working in hospitals in America. Did they have to pass board exams? I don’t know. They weren’t threatened or forced to take the experimental gene therapy shots, I do know that. And most Nicaraguans didn’t want it.
Now here’s one threat I haven’t heard that many people talking about. This comes from Michael Yon, the war correspondent I’ve written about before. He has good information that you don’t get often from other sources. He’s been raising the alarms about the massive amount of deadly diseases they bring in. They aren’t being screened.

I have a relative who was driving to a travel nursing assignment. En route, he spent one night in a reputable motel in the Southwest US. About 2-3 days later he developed a case of scabies (mite infestation – Sarcoptes scabiei). The saying “seven year itch” derives from scabies.
He has been treated with the standard treatments:
topical permethrin from head-to-toe for 8 hours (very toxic, potentially cancer causing med) – condition didn’t resolve so next was:
oral ivermectin for some days – still unresolved.
Next may be a form of “escalation therapy,” such as allethrin, permethrin, and ivermectin in combination.
Dermatologists may use videomicroscopy to confirm the presence of the live mites after standard treatment.
It appears he may have a case that is resistant to standard scabies treatment.
In the same post he talks about Typhus being spread by lice, and currently lice are popping up around the US and are stronger in Panama. He wonders if someone is setting U.S. up for epidemic typhus as they are now advising NOT to send school children home that have lice.

My final source comes from a radio show I listened to this morning, one of the guests interviewed was JJ Carrell, a Retired Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge in the United States Border Patrol. The other 45 released with no safety precautions. It also came up that many of the illegal immigrants still owe the cartels. So they might receive a proposition from the cartel once they are safely ensconced in the U.S. You hit this crowd of people with your truck on this day, or you shoot up this crowd at a gun-free mall on this day, or you remember your Mom back in ______, we’re fed-exing you her head tomorrow. Your sister? We’ll send you a body part, do you have a preference? There are now thousands of illegal alien terrorists in our country. Thank a Biden voter today. He did roll back a bizarre interpretation of 3D printer files as munitions (something that report falsely characterizes as “banning 3D-printed guns”). And he reversed the VA’s blatantly unconstitutional and illegal reporting of people to NICS. I’ll give him those.
On the other hand, he also signed Fix NICS, prompting states to arbitrarily convert more people into prohibited persons and felons.
And there was that Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals appointee who thinks, “the Second Amendment has no application to state laws.” What could possibly go wrong?
Even more damaging, he magically turned inert pieces plastic into machineguns, by executive fiat. That did more damage to 2A-protected rights than any Dim president had managed in decades. Estimates vary, but turned tens to hundreds of thousands of people into unindicted felons. And more than a few indicted and convicted.
Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool. Well, Trump did used to be a Dimocrat.
He established the precedent that federal bureaucrats are free to redefine words at will, without enabling legislation, to call any damned thing they want “machineguns.” And the ATF immediately ran with it; they live for this… excrement.

A couple of folks are on trial for that even now, including a guy who let people run ads for the Auto Keycard, but never even sold them himself.
The Trump precedential damage continued with braced pistols becoming short-barrel rifles, after they specifically were not. But at least they gave you the options of begging permission to pay for the privilege of keeping them, or self-incriminating and hoping they’d make an exception for you. More felons.
And he’s “pledging to do much more?” While didn’t act on them before, Trump has supported no-due process red flag orders, raising the age to buy any firearm to 21, and an “assault weapon” ban. Is that the “more” he’s promising? If the Dims were paying attention, they’d nominate Trump themselves over Xiden.
On the bright side, Trump’s Supreme Court picks might… might eventually repair the damage he did to the Second Amendment. But his actions will still cost us millions of dollars in legal expenses, endless man hours, and hard work — not to mention the harm done to plaintiffs and improperly charged defendants — to get the Court to reverse him. (And note that the brilliant BRUEN decision was not written by a Trump appointee.)
If it were just his SCOTUS picks, economic work, and the incredible Abraham Accords, I’d be happy to see Trump elected again. But the man has zero impulse control on Second Amendment issues; he can demonstrably be panicked into rash action by any high profile incident.
And we have to live with his impulses.

I know, I know, it should be two tiered justice system, but for my purpose, it’s two tears.
Pesach starts tomorrow night, the holiday when we celebrate G-d taking us from the slavery of Egypt to live in freedom, making a place for G-d in this world, and having a relationship with him. Pretty amazing stuff isn’t it? The creator of the universe wants to have a relationship with us. So after a series of miracles, the Egyptians can’t wait for us to leave. And for us, leaving behind a life of slavery, always working for someone else, for their benefit, never to enjoy the fruits of your own labor no matter how hard you work, no control over your own life, where you live, what you do. Somehow it just doesn’t stack up to living with a loving G-d who will later give the rules for living in such a way as to make him happy, and in so doing make ourselves happy.
One of the things that happened in the desert was Jethro, Moshe’s father-in-law, suggested a judicial system for the people. Wise judges would be appointed to solve disputes and problems, freeing up Moshe who was trying to do it all by himself. There were guidelines for being a judge.
Every judge was required to have the following seven attributes: wisdom, humility, awe of heaven, a loathing for money (even his own), a love for truth, the love of the people at large, and a good reputation.
In addition, to be appointed to the greater or lesser sanhedrin, one had to have achieved distinction in Torah knowledge and possess some knowledge of intellectual disciplines such as medicine, mathematics, calendar, astronomy, astrology and the teachings of idolatry, so that he would know how to judge cases concerning those fields. He could not be too old or childless when appointed, since someone with a family is more likely to be sympathetic and merciful. Members of the sanhedrin could be kohanim, Levites, or Israelites of fine pedigree.
As I watch our country’s judicial system disintegrate before our eyes with the weaponization of our justice system against ordinary Americans one can only look on with stunned horror.

It was in response to the segment Tucker Carlson did showing the video of the capitol police showing him around and opening doors for him. He’s been in prison for over two years. He then told FOX news to shut down Tucker showing the video, and I guess they did. The Bill of Rights has been thrown away with regards to the January 6th attendees. Jan 6th Prisoners – Detained and Forgotten and that article is over a year old. Not much has changed, a corrupt judge is not allowing prisoners access to the film that could help clear them as it did Jacob. The corrupt DOJ has said it’s getting ready to round up more. These people aren’t just political prisoners, they’re hostages. In the middle ages when they took hostages, it was to ensure a certain behavior of the group of people the hostage came from. You act up? We kill your uncle. In this case, they want everyone to see the injustice. They want the whole world to know if people dare assemble to make a political point, or express an opinion the demoncrats will use the corrupt justice system to put you in jail and throw away the key. Literally. Which is probably why our former President Donald Trump was arrested. Even lawyers on the left have admitted the charges for basically entering an expense in the wrong column, for which the statute of limitations is long expired, and then trying to turn that into a felony. Well, who else has entered things into the wrong column? Oh John Edwards and Hillary Clintoon. I’ve heard this called the most blatant case of election interference ever. Not just by sane Americans either. By the President of El Salvador.
El Salvador President Nayib Bukele says America has lost all arguments when it comes to the concept of democracy in the midst of the Trump indictment and arraignment.
Last week when it was announced that President Trump would be indicted, Bukele put out a statement via social media that stated “Imagine if this happened to a leading opposition presidential candidate here in El Salvador”
He later added: “Sadly, it’ll be very hard for US Foreign Policy to use arguments such as ‘democracy’ and ‘free and fair elections’, or try to condemn ‘political persecution’ in other countries, from now on.”
Many many people no longer trust elections, and it’s more than obvious we can’t trust the justice system any longer. Our country is slipping away, and I shed a tear. We live in a place that takes the fruit of our labor from us and for their own personal financial gain ships it to foreign countries, hobbles our country with red tape and regulations, while allowing the collapse of it’s infrastructure. Many of us see clearly what’s happening, meanwhile the news readers and political commentators, a role that used to be filled by actual humorous comedians, are all gloating it’s demise to an audience that claps like trained seals as they hoot and jeer. They have no clue they are rejoicing the third heart attack of America. They don’t care about citizens or how bad it gets, so long as they “get Trump” They will stand there and applaud as the flames reach ever higher destroying even more. If they can’t control, they will happily burn it all down. That’s the left.
And it’s consistent the world over.
In Israel what is being billed as the “death of democracy”, familiar phrase, eh what, as the left and the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) calls judicial reform. The Israeli election system doesn’t function as ours does. For one they use paper ballots. But for another, you don’t vote for candidates. You vote for political parties. They party tells you their platform, what they stand for, what they will do for/to you and then gives you a list of their candidates in order. The more seats they win they more of their candidates get a seat in the Knesset. Then the Knesset who is responsible to the voters passes laws. If the voters don’t like what the party is doing in the Knesset they won’t get many votes in the next election. Which is why the right won so heavily this last election. People don’t like living with the result of leftist policies. Well, in American cities like Chiraq and NYC they must. Look at what they elect. But back to Israel. So the Knesset passes laws, then the Israeli Supreme Court says “nope, you can’t have that law, we don’t like it.” Huh. The Israeli supreme court isn’t done like our supreme court used to be done. In the old days the President would nominate someone who (hopefully) had a record of accurate adherence to the Constitution, since the job is determining how the case before them fits with the Constitution. Of course now Joe Xiden just nominate a stupid person that is the right color with the right anatomical features. Doesn’t matter if they are dumb as a box of rocks. But I sadly must point out, they got confirmed. But the Israeli Supreme court? No, those justices are nominated by other justices already on the court. And since the court has only left wing moon bats, who do you think they nominate? Yep, more left wing moon bats. So you have a small group of people that decide how things will be done in Israel, and the citizens have no recourse. They can’t vote them out of office. Pretty appalling, huh? Which begs the question why are the streets filled with people protesting taking power away from the supreme court and restoring it to the people and their elected representatives. A few reasons.
The mainstream media, the bat rabid left (often one in the same) have convinced the people that their elected representatives passing laws is a bad thing, and they are being paid. Sound familiar?

Let’s get back to answering the question. There definitely is a serious problem in Israel, but it’s not what you think. I have spoken to many of the protestors and the overwhelming majority of them have no idea what “judicial reform” is all about. The original ones that started screaming a few months back had genuine objections about proposed changes to Israel’s judicial system but that expanded into something far bigger than the original protest. Today’s protests are organized by sore-losers who cannot accept defeat and realize that they will never win at the ballot boxes… so they took their supporters to the streets instead.

Had this been explained in a clear and simple way, the protest movement would have ended before it began. However, the government dismissed these protests as meaningless. However, the attorney general forbade Netanyahu from speaking on the issue, calling it a conflict of interest. Her conflict of interest was glossed over – after all, the plan reduced the authority of the most powerful figure in Israel’s judiciary except for the Chief Justice.
This was a gamechanger. The right also didn’t realize how well organized and, especially, how well funded the protestors were. People were being paid to attend these rallies – I know this for a fact; 250 shekel to attend the rally plus an additional 100 shekel for transportation expenses.
The irony of citizens in both countries begging to be put back into slavery right before Pesach because they can not see the left for what it is, nor discern their lies saddens me greatly. If the left can’t control, they will burn it down. I shed a tear for each of them. Two tears.
But Pesach is the time of miracles, a time for joy, and a time to rejoice freedom. I will pray and we will see if the time is right for G-d to send us more miracles. He can do so anytime he wants. May it be soon.

That means focusing on guns, and considering that’s what the majority of service suicides use to end their lives, that’s understandable. What’s arguable, though, is whether putting the major emphasis on means neglects the important questions of “Who?” and “Why?”
David covered the topic fairly well, so I won’t rehash it all. TL;DR: It calls for lots of gun control for military members.
Citizen soldier always meant “National Guard.” We’d hear it when Guards showed up for their two weeks, and even more during retention briefings. No one wanted to hear, much less answer, my question of, “Aren’t us active duty regulars citizens?”
That suicide report makes it very clear that they are not. Otherwise, it might take some notice of BRUEN. It might have considered that basically every restriction they want to inflict on service members runs afoul of the SCOTUS ruling. Bear in mind that all these are about privately owned firearms, even if they are never brought onto government property.
It has it all. Firearm registration, commander’s permission to purchase, mandated “safety” training, waiting periods.
And raising the age to purchase/possess to 25 years old.
Everyone one of those is in trouble in federal courts… for citizens. Especially that 25 year minimum age limit.
25… By the time I reached 25, I was already a Staff Sergeant and NCOIC of a base-level shop managing multi-year, multi-million dollar programs. But, apparently, I was too young to be trusted with a gun. Except the gov-issued, full-auto assault rifles.
I strongly recommend that the military return to recruiting high quality personnel and treating them like the citizens they are. Yes, military service has some requirements that civilians don’t have to deal with; and that sometimes requires some adjustments to how human/civil rights are respected.
But service members still have those rights, and the DOD would do well to accept that.
And in the meantime, the DOD could try another “study” to see who, and why, is most at risk for suicide; instead of blaming the gun and not the actor.
It isn’t as if that worked any better with criminals vs. guns.

I saw this article recently about a feral 13 year old attacking a teacher in Georgia and breaking her leg. This really is unbelievable to someone like me who was raised with “If you get in trouble at school? You’re in way more trouble when you get home!” And they weren’t kidding. My parents weren’t cruel, if something happened they would give a chance to explain your side of what happened, but they were not the parents that showed up to school saying “My little Princess would never….so fire the teacher”. Not them.

Law enforcement is far from the only branch of the law that suffers from low standards due to poor quality in education. Remember the part about “wise judges?” Well, Joe BidenTM hasn’t met a stupid judge he doesn’t love and want to nominate to a position where they can further destroy some part of America. This nominee for “Judge” can’t say what Article V and Article II of the Constitution are. Yep, this is who Joe BidenTM nominated this time. It’s like a game to them. G-d bless Senator John Kennedy, he didn’t laugh or cry, which I see as pretty commendable at this point. The comments under the video are a bit of a bright spot though.
This is actually not so much a pro-law-enforcement column as it is column on the state of the legal system really. So let’s take a look at what happens when you have crappy cogs in the wheel. Do you remember this from August 2021, a 15 year old in Venice Kalifornia stole a car, was driving down an ally the wrong way and intentionally ran over a young mother out walking her baby in a stroller, and then drove off. Mercifully he was caught but only because an absolute knight in a pickup truck saw the whole thing, realized what was happening an in a sweet spot of timing, put the stolen car into a light pole an then pinned it, so they caught the criminal.
And so, George Gascon, a Soros bought DA rather than sending him to prison, even kiddy prison, sent him to juvenile camp, for 3-5 months. No word if George kissed him on his widdle head or packed his socks for him before he sent him off to camp for his “soft on crime” sentence.
But you know, sometimes, some things are just so outrageous that forces beyond the norm intervene. I realize I should probably try to sound sad about this, but we’d all know I was being dishonest. The kid tried to kill that woman and that innocent little baby.
Rachel had hoped for a harsher initial sentence for Baca, who had no driver’s license and was already on probation for felony poisoning after he allegedly spiked a high school girl’s drink. She had expected that any hearing for the teenager would come near the end of his probation in early November.
Had Gascon done his job, sent the kid to prison, he’d probably be alive. But, he didn’t, and he’s not.
Baca had been seen at a fast food restaurant attempting to “get with a girl,” then walked toward home. As he walked home alone, a car stopped by him and an argument ensued before someone in the vehicle fired at Baca before fleeing.
Apparently another one it’s parents didn’t want, as nothing changed since summer camp.
Oh, why am I using “it” on some of these? Because I know we can’t assume gender.
But we can’t rely on divine justice to make everything right. I mean G-d did give us a pattern to live good, productive lives in harmony with him and each other and we just keep ignoring those patterns and demoncrats keep trying to keep kids from even learning about them.

The welcome wagon for New York City migrants is reported to include free food, free cell phones, free transportation as well as free healthcare.
According to an article in the New York Post, thousands of migrants who illegally crossed the US and are seeking asylum have been given freebies.
Free lodging includes $300 to $500 a night rooms in New York City hotels located in the heart of Manhattan. Some of the rooms come with private bathrooms and showers.
There’s more than that listed in the article. Also what I’ve been unable to find listed anywhere is where veterans go to avail themselves of these services they’ve actually earned.
So, what to do?
Professor Yitzhak has mentioned to me some of the best students he had for History were the English as Second language type, they really wanted to learn. Ok. So one possible solution is for U.S. to begin right now, to keep contained somewhere every antifa caught looting a store, attacking people at a political rally or public meeting they’re disrupting. Every feral animal that is keeping an actual class from learning also goes into the holding area. Every illegal immigrant caught committing a crime, into the holding area. Every illegal immigrant when they apply for free public benefits, into the holding area. Every week, we look at which countries have sent U.S. the largest number of illegals we have to educate, we have to feed, house and provide healthcare for and that country wins the lotto for that period. We’re flying low and dropping that weeks worth batch into their country. No, they didn’t ask us before their citizens came, we returning the party favors. Seems fair.

But let me take you back to the 90s. Does the name Michael Fay ring a bell? Does the term “caning”? I was listening to an episode of Human Events and Jack Posobiec was talking about the case from the 90s. He said the guy now owns a successful food service company so he went on to make something of himself.
The story in a nutshell:
Fay was living with his Mom and Step-father in Singapore when he stole some street signs and either did or didn’t vandalize eighteen cars. Eighteen. And he got caught, Singapore has laws against vandalism and theft. Fay knew that, he just didn’t think they applied to him apparently. He was sentenced to some jail time and 6 cane swats. The media in America became outraged that a country was going to actually execute the prescribed sentence that their law calls for. Bill Clinton got involved, Singapore who must have been being polite to the draft-dodging serial sex-crime president as they dropped the caning sentence by two. After Fay came back he didn’t exactly straighten up and fly right, so they probably should have given him the whole six, who knows? But eventually he did get his act together. Now not everyone in the media was on the kids side, back then there were even people in Chicago that thought citizens had a right to own property safe from thugs. MICHAEL FAY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED
And maybe that is the answer. Raising the cane. But we can’t continue like this. These feral animals are not safe for law-abiding citizens to have to deal with. If they will assault armed police officers like antifa, if they have no fear of teachers, then they have no fear of Aunt Chaya walking home with groceries for Shabbat. Joe BidenTM is going to keep importing them as fast as the crime regime can, so I’m guessing the states need to be coming up with some pretty strong state sovereignty legislation and ways of deporting them, or dealing with them, because ordinary American citizens are going to be facing enough trouble as it is.
You know, come to think of it…to sweeten the deal when we get ready to drop the first batch into the first country, we should thrown in Tony Fauxci, the entire NIH, CDC, FDA, ATF, FIB, CNN and MSNBC, heads of all the Pharmaceutical companies and the entire board of directors, Mark Zuckerberg, the Meta censors, Google and their censors and old Twitter and their censors. Yep, the first country? Ukraine, I’ve heard they’ve got a help wanted sign out for their tank unit. We throw them in for free. Literally.
Ok, so I can see where this might work. The other option is we deploy the entire ATF, FIB and all of DOJ to the border to back up customs and border patrol. All the FIB, ATF and DOJ already have guns, we know they have lots of guns. CNN shows us every time they go after some poor law abiding family that was just praying in public, at a school board meeting or some such Merrick Garland didn’t like because it threatens his son in law’s income. So the agents are lined up and told “No migrant gets past YOU” Simple rule, not one migrant gets in. The first migrant that gets past you? You’re in the next airdrop to the Ukraine. I mean our federal debt will never recover from what Joe BidenTM and the demoncrats have spent the last few years, we’ve got to cut expenses somewhere. Maybe some of these creative ideas can help trim the budget, lower crime and help undo some of the illegal alien invasion were enduring. Next week maybe I’ll cover coupon clipping!

After reading the comments on the last column, and different things I’ve listened to, or read the last couple of days, there is one more column left for Hannukah 2022. Again, I have no explanation, it’s just there and I’m sharing it. I promise, this is the last one (I’m pretty sure because this was the last day of Hannukah).
Before the actual battles of Hannukah, which attempted to eradicate the Jewish presence there was the spiritual battle to eradicate the Jewish presence. Not by killing the people, which came later, but by killing Judaism. I probably should have put a trigger warning on this column, so consider this it. Not the first time I’ve grabbed the 3rd rail.
This is where I think we are now. In the part where “The World” tries to eliminate religion, and this time it’s the presence of G-d. I would maintain the world has always tried to eliminate the Jews because they were the ones that were tasked with bringing the knowledge of G-d into the world. As people we have free choice, free will. We can choose to pick the things of pleasure and short term gratification in the world, or we can choose to follow the laws of G-d and his plan for a beautiful world. It’s like looking at architecture plans to me, I don’t read them so I can’t see how they work to make a beautiful building until much of it is in built and in place. But the plans were laid it out all along. Yes, that deck off the 2nd floor bed room sounds like a great idea and like lots of fun, especially when the hot tub was added in, but if the original plans didn’t account for it and the support for it wasn’t there in the plans, it won’t play out well. The same with how choosing what seems like a pleasurable choice at the time, may have consequences. Be it three pieces of fudge truffle cheesecake or a third beer or the junk Hollyweird puts out. But if only good is offered or available, how is that free will? Our fight with our more carnal desires allows us to sharpen our spiritual ones.
The battle today is “The World” against traditional families. A girlfriend and I were texting the other day and she made a comment of something her grandma used to say; as the family goes, so goes the country. I think it takes about 1 second to see that Hollyweird and mainstream media have had the traditional (according to G-d’s plan) family under attack for years. We’ve never had such gender confusion in our children, we’ve not seen women discriminated against openly for years until the trans-woman became far more important that stock from the factory woman. For evidence I only need point to the man swimming as a woman Lea Thomas because he’s such a loser he couldn’t succeed as man so he chose and easier way. When women have showed up to protest against things like men in women’s changing rooms they’ve been physically attacked by trans women. And apparently that’s fine because there is no outrage. But their fight isn’t with me, it’s with G-d.
I became suspicious of the sudden switch of the media from covid covid covid death death death vax vax vax to Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine very early on, because it was following the same pattern. As I’ve mentioned more than once, the citizens of the Donbas voted to rejoin Russia with darn good reason, more than once they’ve voted like that. And while “The World” and the U.S. media simper on about rigged elections I think the coverage of the faux elections in Arizona and the resulting lawsuits should pretty much stamped paid to any credibility to that claim. They could care less about the honesty of elections. The Donbas voted with paper ballots into clear cubes so people could see what was put in. I realize counting is a question, but monitors on the ground have said it was run better than U.S. elections. I know, that doesn’t take much these days. So is a first grade raffle. Run by the students. We’re coming back to this shortly.

So, how are those windmills and solar panels from China that the Biden crime regime are trying to force us into working out? Oh, it says, 32 dead, so far. I’m truly fearful for working families, commuters, the elderly and people on fixed income. And obviously, don’t travel in bad weather without extra warm gear in the car.
People freezing to death in their cars. NEVER drive in places like this without trunk gear that includes serious wool from head to toe, and serious sleeping bags in the trunk. For every person we read about who died, a lot more will have lost body-parts to frostbite. Slowly freezing to death is one of the worst ways to go.

The other thing that I think is going to come into play as well as the frigid weather, and decreased fuel availability and purposefully damaged supply chain (Pete Butt-edge-edge’s racist highways are being destroyed along with his other policies) that will lead to a shortage of needed medicine, fuel and food, is people’s immune systems.

Which brings me to my next point. Religion. As we discussed in my last column, there are woke in every brand of religion, and we discussed Judaism’s. But Christianity has their woke pastors as well. Someone sent me a meme of a “Woke Pastor” costume for halloween with white skinny jeans, I think a gold chain and maybe some CDs and a Starbucks cup with a picture of some kind of goddess on the front. I don’t think I saved the meme though. In the war for Independence, it was the Black Robe regiment that helped win the war. This is well worth listening to at about 10 minutes long.
Many of our nation’s laws came from G-d’s law, and woke spiritual leaders of every brand ignore and dismiss that. How are they fit to lead and teach? Our rights come from G-d, the politicians are to follow the Constitution which enumerates them and is to protect them, it doesn’t bestow them. G-d did. How are there to be good, healthy and moral families when the spiritual leaders as well as elected ones let us down and in fact attempt to deceive?
So back to Ukraine and Russia. My heart hurts for the Ukrainian people. They have been betrayed in the deepest sense of the word by so many.
Ukraine has been a money laundering operation for demoncrats and corrupt republican politicians for years. The CIA arranged regime change in Ukraine under Barry Sotero, and the U.S. has bio-weapons labs there that are funded by taxpayer dollars while they most assuredly do not want taxpayers to know what is going on in them. Zelensky is locking up political opponents, shutting down news media critical of him, shutting down and banning churches and their leaders and seizing their properties and demoncrats and worthless republicans jump for joy and call this democracy. Tells you about their mindset. All done with out tax money no less. The politicians of all nations and brands are more than willing to fight to the last drop of Ukrainian blood.
I find I often get news that is pertinent from other countries rather than American sources, so these next couple of sound clips come from Israel.
First, Zelenksy doesn’t take this “war” seriously. Oh yes, he takes the money, seriously, he takes lots and lots of American taxpayer dollars shelled out by human pieces of excrement like the murder turtle, Roy Blunt and Jerry Moron. Money taxpayers won’t have to pay for heat, food, or fuel. Money we won’t be spending on our border, because we are spending in Ukraine. Money we don’t have to pay our National Guard soldiers, because we are giving it to Ukraine. This war time situation is so serious, that Zelensky did an episode of Letterman, in Ukraine. But I’ll let you listen to part of this episode of “Lighten Up”. I’m trying to start it at 18:50 seconds into the show. The relevant part only goes to about 23:30, so not that long. But worth listening to their take.

3. March 3 – Estonian bulk carrier Helt was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Odessa. Four people are missing.
4. March 10 – Ukrainian UAV Tu-141 “Swift” attacked Zagreb. Luckily, no one died.
5. March 13 – Ukrainian Volkssturm shot down the car of an American journalist from the New York Times, Brent Reno, in the Irpen region, who, according to Iranian intelligence services, worked as a CIA officer in Iraq.
6. September 9 – a Romanian minesweeper was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine near Constanta. Luckily, there were no fatalities.
7. November 9 – A Turkish boat was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Turkey. Luckily, no one died.
8. November 15 – The Ukrainian S-300 air defense system attacked Poland, destroying 2 Polish citizens and a tractor trailer.
Under the guise of a war with Russia, Ukraine is waging a hybrid war against NATO!
Which bring us to my distrust of the attacks on Russia and Putin early on. For one, I’ve heard from more than one person that Putin has been decent (the comment good was used a couple of time) for the Jews. I have no personal knowledge, so that’s hearsay, but it’s hearsay from people that personally know. Human piece of excrement Lindsey Graham came flat out and said the war in Ukraine is about deposing Putin and regime change in Russia. No mention of what happens when someone else, and possibly less stable than Putin gains control of all those nukes.
But why? Why these attacks on Russia? Again, another Israeli podcast. This one covers some Hanukkah history you may (or not) have heard before, and of course it’s fascinating. But I especially think one of the comments made in the podcast have the answer to my question. It involves Christianity more than Judaism really, and Russia.

This actually makes sense in a way to me. There has to be another reason other than “Putin bad”. Look, there’s lots of bad rulers out there. I’m sure many of them are supported by U.S. and put in place by the FIB and the CIA. But apparently, Russia is Christian, at least more so than many other nations. Is this what’s behind “The World” turning against Russia? We are in the spiritual battle of Hanukkah where the general shows up in Modi’in and demands they sacrifice an unclean animal on their alter. The spiritual battle before Mattias picks up his sword and says “Oh HELLinized NO”. The Judah battle came after.
REBEL! Fight back! Have strong, healthy loving families. Raise them with the principles of your faith, raise them to understand, not just recite strong conservative values. Think twice before you send them off to the communist creation centers known as college and university. Observe and love your family Shabbat/Sabbath. Pigpen, I have thought much about your comments on my last column. My idea of marriage was always a partnership. Someone with whom you had common goals, beliefs and principles, a moral compass if you will. Someone who picks up your weak points and you shore up theirs. Someone who can (though I’m sure it doesn’t always work out this way) be a safe port in the storm called life. Someone you want at your back. Your message was so beautiful, inspiring and clear. May G-d bless you and your family, even more. The dating advice my cousin gave me was “Pick someone you want at your back during the zombie apocalypse.” He said after seeing his wife at the range, he was convinced he had chosen well. Actually his advice isn’t far off or bad.
