Reminding gun owners what he did for the protection of the Second Amendment and pledging to do much more, former President Donald Trump closed the National Rifle Association’s main event Friday with a stemwinder that brought the crowd to its feet.
What he did for 2A protection? Lessee…
He did roll back a bizarre interpretation of 3D printer files as munitions (something that report falsely characterizes as “banning 3D-printed guns”). And he reversed the VA’s blatantly unconstitutional and illegal reporting of people to NICS. I’ll give him those.
On the other hand, he also signed Fix NICS, prompting states to arbitrarily convert more people into prohibited persons and felons.
And there was that Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals appointee who thinks, “the Second Amendment has no application to state laws.” What could possibly go wrong?
Even more damaging, he magically turned inert pieces plastic into machineguns, by executive fiat. That did more damage to 2A-protected rights than any Dim president had managed in decades. Estimates vary, but turned tens to hundreds of thousands of people into unindicted felons. And more than a few indicted and convicted.
Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool. Well, Trump did used to be a Dimocrat.
He established the precedent that federal bureaucrats are free to redefine words at will, without enabling legislation, to call any damned thing they want “machineguns.” And the ATF immediately ran with it; they live for this… excrement.
The Rare Breed Triggers FRT-15 trigger group, which requires the trigger be pulled for each round fired, suddenly became a “machinegun,” by using the exact same “logic” of “operation of operation of the trigger” really meaning “volitional movement of the finger. Oops; more newly-minted felons.
On a roll with redefining words, they came for pictures. Yep, thanks to Trump’s precedent, the ATF decided that line drawings of unassembled pieces of lightning links really are machineguns. A couple of folks are on trial for that even now, including a guy who let people run ads for the Auto Keycard, but never even sold them himself.
The Trump precedential damage continued with braced pistols becoming short-barrel rifles, after they specifically were not. But at least they gave you the options of begging permission to pay for the privilege of keeping them, or self-incriminating and hoping they’d make an exception for you. More felons.
And he’s “pledging to do much more?” While didn’t act on them before, Trump has supported no-due process red flag orders, raising the age to buy any firearm to 21, and an “assault weapon” ban. Is that the “more” he’s promising? If the Dims were paying attention, they’d nominate Trump themselves over Xiden.
On the bright side, Trump’s Supreme Court picks might… might eventually repair the damage he did to the Second Amendment. But his actions will still cost us millions of dollars in legal expenses, endless man hours, and hard work — not to mention the harm done to plaintiffs and improperly charged defendants — to get the Court to reverse him. (And note that the brilliant BRUEN decision was not written by a Trump appointee.)
If it were just his SCOTUS picks, economic work, and the incredible Abraham Accords, I’d be happy to see Trump elected again. But the man has zero impulse control on Second Amendment issues; he can demonstrably be panicked into rash action by any high profile incident.
And we have to live with his impulses.

I know, I know, it should be two tiered justice system, but for my purpose, it’s two tears.
Pesach starts tomorrow night, the holiday when we celebrate G-d taking us from the slavery of Egypt to live in freedom, making a place for G-d in this world, and having a relationship with him. Pretty amazing stuff isn’t it? The creator of the universe wants to have a relationship with us. So after a series of miracles, the Egyptians can’t wait for us to leave. And for us, leaving behind a life of slavery, always working for someone else, for their benefit, never to enjoy the fruits of your own labor no matter how hard you work, no control over your own life, where you live, what you do. Somehow it just doesn’t stack up to living with a loving G-d who will later give the rules for living in such a way as to make him happy, and in so doing make ourselves happy.
One of the things that happened in the desert was Jethro, Moshe’s father-in-law, suggested a judicial system for the people. Wise judges would be appointed to solve disputes and problems, freeing up Moshe who was trying to do it all by himself. There were guidelines for being a judge.
Every judge was required to have the following seven attributes: wisdom, humility, awe of heaven, a loathing for money (even his own), a love for truth, the love of the people at large, and a good reputation.
In addition, to be appointed to the greater or lesser sanhedrin, one had to have achieved distinction in Torah knowledge and possess some knowledge of intellectual disciplines such as medicine, mathematics, calendar, astronomy, astrology and the teachings of idolatry, so that he would know how to judge cases concerning those fields. He could not be too old or childless when appointed, since someone with a family is more likely to be sympathetic and merciful. Members of the sanhedrin could be kohanim, Levites, or Israelites of fine pedigree.
As I watch our country’s judicial system disintegrate before our eyes with the weaponization of our justice system against ordinary Americans one can only look on with stunned horror.
In just the last week or so, Jacob Chansley (The Q anaon shaman in the buffalo horn hat) has been released from prison. Yea! It was in response to the segment Tucker Carlson did showing the video of the capitol police showing him around and opening doors for him. He’s been in prison for over two years. The demoncrat head of the senate Chuckie Cheese fought tooth and nail to keep those tapes from being released. Chuckie wants innocent people in prison. He then told FOX news to shut down Tucker showing the video, and I guess they did. The Bill of Rights has been thrown away with regards to the January 6th attendees. Jan 6th Prisoners – Detained and Forgotten and that article is over a year old. Not much has changed, a corrupt judge is not allowing prisoners access to the film that could help clear them as it did Jacob. The corrupt DOJ has said it’s getting ready to round up more. These people aren’t just political prisoners, they’re hostages. In the middle ages when they took hostages, it was to ensure a certain behavior of the group of people the hostage came from. You act up? We kill your uncle. In this case, they want everyone to see the injustice. They want the whole world to know if people dare assemble to make a political point, or express an opinion the demoncrats will use the corrupt justice system to put you in jail and throw away the key. Literally. Which is probably why our former President Donald Trump was arrested. Even lawyers on the left have admitted the charges for basically entering an expense in the wrong column, for which the statute of limitations is long expired, and then trying to turn that into a felony. Well, who else has entered things into the wrong column? Oh John Edwards and Hillary Clintoon. I’ve heard this called the most blatant case of election interference ever. Not just by sane Americans either. By the President of El Salvador.
El Salvador President Nayib Bukele says America has lost all arguments when it comes to the concept of democracy in the midst of the Trump indictment and arraignment.
Last week when it was announced that President Trump would be indicted, Bukele put out a statement via social media that stated “Imagine if this happened to a leading opposition presidential candidate here in El Salvador”
He later added: “Sadly, it’ll be very hard for US Foreign Policy to use arguments such as ‘democracy’ and ‘free and fair elections’, or try to condemn ‘political persecution’ in other countries, from now on.”
Many many people no longer trust elections, and it’s more than obvious we can’t trust the justice system any longer. Our country is slipping away, and I shed a tear. We live in a place that takes the fruit of our labor from us and for their own personal financial gain ships it to foreign countries, hobbles our country with red tape and regulations, while allowing the collapse of it’s infrastructure. Many of us see clearly what’s happening, meanwhile the news readers and political commentators, a role that used to be filled by actual humorous comedians, are all gloating it’s demise to an audience that claps like trained seals as they hoot and jeer. They have no clue they are rejoicing the third heart attack of America. They don’t care about citizens or how bad it gets, so long as they “get Trump” They will stand there and applaud as the flames reach ever higher destroying even more. If they can’t control, they will happily burn it all down. That’s the left.
And it’s consistent the world over.
In Israel what is being billed as the “death of democracy”, familiar phrase, eh what, as the left and the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) calls judicial reform. The Israeli election system doesn’t function as ours does. For one they use paper ballots. But for another, you don’t vote for candidates. You vote for political parties. They party tells you their platform, what they stand for, what they will do for/to you and then gives you a list of their candidates in order. The more seats they win they more of their candidates get a seat in the Knesset. Then the Knesset who is responsible to the voters passes laws. If the voters don’t like what the party is doing in the Knesset they won’t get many votes in the next election. Which is why the right won so heavily this last election. People don’t like living with the result of leftist policies. Well, in American cities like Chiraq and NYC they must. Look at what they elect. But back to Israel. So the Knesset passes laws, then the Israeli Supreme Court says “nope, you can’t have that law, we don’t like it.” Huh. The Israeli supreme court isn’t done like our supreme court used to be done. In the old days the President would nominate someone who (hopefully) had a record of accurate adherence to the Constitution, since the job is determining how the case before them fits with the Constitution. Of course now Joe Xiden just nominate a stupid person that is the right color with the right anatomical features. Doesn’t matter if they are dumb as a box of rocks. But I sadly must point out, they got confirmed. But the Israeli Supreme court? No, those justices are nominated by other justices already on the court. And since the court has only left wing moon bats, who do you think they nominate? Yep, more left wing moon bats. So you have a small group of people that decide how things will be done in Israel, and the citizens have no recourse. They can’t vote them out of office. Pretty appalling, huh? Which begs the question why are the streets filled with people protesting taking power away from the supreme court and restoring it to the people and their elected representatives. A few reasons.
The mainstream media, the bat rabid left (often one in the same) have convinced the people that their elected representatives passing laws is a bad thing, and they are being paid. Sound familiar?

Let’s get back to answering the question. There definitely is a serious problem in Israel, but it’s not what you think. I have spoken to many of the protestors and the overwhelming majority of them have no idea what “judicial reform” is all about. The original ones that started screaming a few months back had genuine objections about proposed changes to Israel’s judicial system but that expanded into something far bigger than the original protest. Today’s protests are organized by sore-losers who cannot accept defeat and realize that they will never win at the ballot boxes… so they took their supporters to the streets instead.

Had this been explained in a clear and simple way, the protest movement would have ended before it began. However, the government dismissed these protests as meaningless. However, the attorney general forbade Netanyahu from speaking on the issue, calling it a conflict of interest. Her conflict of interest was glossed over – after all, the plan reduced the authority of the most powerful figure in Israel’s judiciary except for the Chief Justice.
This was a gamechanger. The right also didn’t realize how well organized and, especially, how well funded the protestors were. People were being paid to attend these rallies – I know this for a fact; 250 shekel to attend the rally plus an additional 100 shekel for transportation expenses.
The irony of citizens in both countries begging to be put back into slavery right before Pesach because they can not see the left for what it is, nor discern their lies saddens me greatly. If the left can’t control, they will burn it down. I shed a tear for each of them. Two tears.
But Pesach is the time of miracles, a time for joy, and a time to rejoice freedom. I will pray and we will see if the time is right for G-d to send us more miracles. He can do so anytime he wants. May it be soon.
So Purim; the holiday where we celebrate the survival of the Jewish nation over the evil wishes of Fauxci and Pfizer the evil Hamen to wipe out the Jewish nation, or everyone depending on the villain you chose for the statement. It’s been said most Jewish holidays can be summed up with “They tried to kill us, we won, let’s eat”. Purim is one of those events in history that remind us of the difference between self-defense as a human right, and self-defense as a privilege. The King had agreed to the wicked Hamen’s request to allow him to kill all the Jews in Persia. He signed a royal decree and sealed it, the decree had been dispatched all over the country. When Hamen was exposed for what he was, and the King was appalled at what was fixin’ to happen he began granting Queen Esther/Hadassah’s requests one after the other. But the fly in the ointment was the decree to kill the Jews. That was a royal decree, signed and sealed and couldn’t be recalled. So what to do? Another royal decree saying the Jews would be allowed to used armed resistance to defend themselves.
Once again the King’s scribes were called, and the new decrees were prepared, this time dictated by Mordechai himself. The documents were immediately dispatched by royal couriers riding on swift steeds to all the governors and princes of the 127 provinces of the Persian Empire, from India to Ethiopia. By these royal decrees, permission was granted to the Jews to gather on the thirteenth day of Adar and defend themselves against their enemies, and to attack and slay all those who would assault them.
Purim is a very different holiday than Hanukkah, or Pesach. In both of those holidays G-d is very obviously present. Meaning frogs raining down is not normal, seas splitting are not normal, it’s obvious, he’s there. Hanukkah, the great victory of a tiny band of Jews committed to freedom and living as G-d had instructed against a mighty army is a big thing. But Purim? Where are the big supernatural miracles? There really aren’t any. Any decent husband (so I’m told) grants their wife’s requests from time to time. Not wanting to see her kinfolk slaughtered because of a command you gave seems a normal thing to me. I mean for one thing it’s going to make for extremely tense marital relations for a long time I would think. The Jews fighting for their lives and winning? That happens. So, in Hanukkah and Pesach G-d’s presence is very much revealed, in Purim, not so much. Nor is his name mentioned at all in the Megelliah (book/story of Esther).
So I’ve been looking at some of the information that is being revealed in just the last couple of weeks. Things that are becoming known that people (evil people) have tried to keep hidden as Hamen tried to keep his real motives hidden. The information may well help people see more accurately the situation of our country, and we as a people are in. Prager U had a question up on Twitter not long ago, “What do you consider the biggest threat to our country”? I answered “CNN and MSNBC believing viewers”.
This basically does away with our Constitution and Bill of Rights, we know what Beijing Biden is planning to do, the corrupt head of the WHO was installed by China.
Back in March Dowd said that U.S. millennials, aged 25-44, experienced a record-setting 84% increase in excess mortality during the final four months of 2021.
According to Ed Dowd, the latest numbers from August revealed an excess mortality rate of 36% for millennials.
Huh, that’s weird. I wonder what could be different in working aged people? Did the change their diet? Quit jogging, take up any new drugs?

Purim is a fun holiday and often we dress up in costumes, but my prayer is for those hiding who they truly are behind sweet words that are lies, and attempts to mislead the American people be exposed as Hamen was. May all the masks be ripped off.

A couple of weeks ago I listened to a radio show that talked about some interesting bits of history. The whole show is maybe 45 minutes and is quite interesting. As some of it is history it will still apply, but in case you don’t want to listen I’ve put the salient points in.
There was an attempt at peace at the beginning with Zelensky and Putin and US stopped it. That is a war crime. Who is the US at war with? With all the talks from corrupt Lindsey Graham about regime change you have to wonder. But this could have been over in March or April of last year.
There was another attempt at peace attempted by Naftali Bennett. Bennett I guess kind of let it out that it was blocked by the west, then walked it back. Even he’s probably aware the Biden crime regime does not love Israel.
Apparently Zelensky was less than happy with Bennett’s negotiation efforts. He’s probably more interested in getting monetary support from Israel. Who for darn good reason wants to stay amicable with Russia since Israel has to deal with hamass in Syria and good communication with Russia is necessary to prevent “incidents”.
If true, that Biden blocked a peace plan that could have stopped a war? That’s a war crime.
There have been 157,000 Ukrainians killed, 165,000 total. Ukraine had 37 million of which 4 million were the Russians in Eastern Ukraine that Ukraine has been trying to kill. Russia went in to save them. Russia lost has lost 18,000. I need to get word to the Donbas region to just call themselves “Part of the Greater Russia Project”. That hasn’t resulted in Zelenksy shelling parts of Oregon or putting political opposition in jail, or seizing the property of churches and shutting them down there. What’s in a name, right?
Biden’s puppet is getting aggressive and greedy about his bottle.
The Biden administration just promised another $10 billion in economic aid to Ukraine, bringing the to-date sum up around $200 billion, with more likely to roll out in the coming months. But for Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenksy, that’s just not enough, and he has harsh words for Americans who’d like to keep their tax dollars here at home as opposed to using them to line Ukraine’s war chest.
So…..no money for East Palestine, in America. Just Ukraine, guess that’s why Beijing Biden was in Ukraine on President’s day, eh what?

I’m not even talking about the emails publicly released by Elon Musk proving that the FBI and other national security agencies PAID Twitter to silence conservative voices and change the news feed. Our own government rigged the election. That’s now a fact.
The election of 2020 was rigged and fixed. We all know it. And Kari Lake’s stolen election in 2022 was even worse. The theft of Kari Lake’s Arizona election makes Bernie Madoff look like a small-time shoplifter.
But I’m not talking about any of that.
To me the proof the 2020 election was stolen is the state of the nation. Open your eyes. The consequences of a stolen election are all around us.
The supply chain is crippled. Highways, ports and infrastructure are crumbling. Blue states are banning trucks from the roads. Grocery prices are skyrocketing. Egg farms are burning to ground. Eggs cost $10 per dozen- if you can find them. Over 100 food plants have burned to the ground in the past year.
Trains are derailing. The East Palestine, Ohio train derailment may be the worst ecological disaster in U.S. history. Experts are calling it “our Chernobyl.” There is a mushroom cloud of deadly chemicals floating over the farm belt. Animals are dying. Fish are dead. People are sick. And it just happens to have poisoned hundreds of thousands of acres of prime Midwest farmland.
How do you take down a country like U.S.? From the inside, and I believe that’s a war crime as well. Treason at the least.

But absolutely will not allow funds to be raised for the elderly rancher who defended his family and property. Because….wait for it….violence. Leftist hypocrisy at it’s finest. I bet the Judge would be delighted to help process a few million illegals, maybe put them up for a few nights with his family, till their paperwork is processed.

The government of Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega has released 222 political prisoners and put them on a flight to Washington, D.C., officials in both countries said Thursday.
My buddy in Nicaragua said basically they are emptying out the jails. The above report is from npr, so take it with a 50 lb block of salt, I imagine they are sending lots of other prisoners here who have no connection to opposing Ortega. But being npr, they wouldn’t speak about that.

This is an obvious invasion force. Most of them likely have no idea yet. As a former Green Beret, and having spent many years in many wars and conflicts, and an equal time with nose in history books — this all is amazingly clear.
My estimation: They will later be armed with phones. Many will be assembled in camps within USA. Most will be left to the wilds.

When Stalin did similar in Ukraine before and during the great famine, this phase of genocide was called “kulakisation.” They labeled people they wanted to exterminate as ‘kulaks.’ Jews will be familiar with the process. Historically speaking, this is common. In America, you are labeled racist.
These terms generally are fuzzy and made to velcro onto anyone for anything. People who were weaponized against kulaks, Jews, and so many others in history, are made to hate the target group. And they are armed and without rules. After they are ready and armed, their food will be cut off.
I doubt it’s just me that thinks Mr. Kelly in Arizona had darn good reason to shoot the many times deported illegal alien. The Chief Rabbi of the Israel Police penned an open letter on Tuesday addressed to rabbis throughout Israel urging them to advise their congregants to carry legal and licensed firearms on Shabbat.

Deport them, to Jordan the day after they are convicted. They do not go home, they do not collect their $200 and they do not pass go. Their home is destroyed and their entire families (extended) are deported with them. Do this for a couple years, just give it a shot, then we’ll see how things are, shall we?

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir on Friday afternoon said he had instructed the Commissioner of Israel Police and senior officials in the Jerusalem District to prepare for “Operation Defensive Shield 2 in eastern Jerusalem” starting on Sunday.
“The purpose of the operation is to fight and root out terrorism, to reach the terrorists’ homes and to stop terrorism before it comes to carry out attacks,” said a statement issued by Ben Gvir’s office.
The statement, which was published just before the start of Shabbat in Israel, followed the deadly terrorist attack in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem, in which two people were murdered and five were injured.

The security cabinet is important, and I will request additional things there, but governance is crucially important, and I will make sure it stays that way,” Ben-Gvir wrote on social media.

G-d gave us a beautiful world, he gave a contract, that if followed, we could live in harmony with each other and he will dwell among us. The left hates that, they want the worship due to G-d and they want to push him as far out of his world as possible.
But these rights? They still come from G-d, they left may act as though they give and take them, but that’s not how it will end up. They can ignore our rights, they can act as though they don’t exist. But G-d gave them to us, their opinion does not nullify his gifts.

I saw this article recently about a feral 13 year old attacking a teacher in Georgia and breaking her leg. This really is unbelievable to someone like me who was raised with “If you get in trouble at school? You’re in way more trouble when you get home!” And they weren’t kidding. My parents weren’t cruel, if something happened they would give a chance to explain your side of what happened, but they were not the parents that showed up to school saying “My little Princess would never….so fire the teacher”. Not them.

Because performance, quality and result don’t matter, only equity does.

Law enforcement is far from the only branch of the law that suffers from low standards due to poor quality in education. Remember the part about “wise judges?” Well, Joe BidenTM hasn’t met a stupid judge he doesn’t love and want to nominate to a position where they can further destroy some part of America. This nominee for “Judge” can’t say what Article V and Article II of the Constitution are. Yep, this is who Joe BidenTM nominated this time. It’s like a game to them. G-d bless Senator John Kennedy, he didn’t laugh or cry, which I see as pretty commendable at this point. The comments under the video are a bit of a bright spot though.
This is actually not so much a pro-law-enforcement column as it is column on the state of the legal system really. So let’s take a look at what happens when you have crappy cogs in the wheel. Do you remember this from August 2021, a 15 year old in Venice Kalifornia stole a car, was driving down an ally the wrong way and intentionally ran over a young mother out walking her baby in a stroller, and then drove off. Mercifully he was caught but only because an absolute knight in a pickup truck saw the whole thing, realized what was happening an in a sweet spot of timing, put the stolen car into a light pole an then pinned it, so they caught the criminal.
And so, George Gascon, a Soros bought DA rather than sending him to prison, even kiddy prison, sent him to juvenile camp, for 3-5 months. No word if George kissed him on his widdle head or packed his socks for him before he sent him off to camp for his “soft on crime” sentence.
But you know, sometimes, some things are just so outrageous that forces beyond the norm intervene. I realize I should probably try to sound sad about this, but we’d all know I was being dishonest. The kid tried to kill that woman and that innocent little baby.

According to an article in the New York Post, thousands of migrants who illegally crossed the US and are seeking asylum have been given freebies.
Free lodging includes $300 to $500 a night rooms in New York City hotels located in the heart of Manhattan. Some of the rooms come with private bathrooms and showers.

So, what to do?

But let me take you back to the 90s. Does the name Michael Fay ring a bell? Does the term “caning”? I was listening to an episode of Human Events and Jack Posobiec was talking about the case from the 90s. After Fay came back he didn’t exactly straighten up and fly right, so they probably should have given him the whole six, who knows? But eventually he did get his act together. Now not everyone in the media was on the kids side, back then there were even people in Chicago that thought citizens had a right to own property safe from thugs. MICHAEL FAY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED
And maybe that is the answer. Raising the cane. But we can’t continue like this. These feral animals are not safe for law-abiding citizens to have to deal with. You know, come to think of it…to sweeten the deal when we get ready to drop the first batch into the first country, we should thrown in Tony Fauxci, the entire NIH, CDC, FDA, ATF, FIB, CNN and MSNBC, heads of all the Pharmaceutical companies and the entire board of directors, Mark Zuckerberg, the Meta censors, Google and their censors and old Twitter and their censors. Yep, the first country? Ukraine, I’ve heard they’ve got a help wanted sign out for their tank unit. We throw them in for free. Literally.
Ok, so I can see where this might work. The other option is we deploy the entire ATF, FIB and all of DOJ to the border to back up customs and border patrol. All the FIB, ATF and DOJ already have guns, we know they have lots of guns. CNN shows us every time they go after some poor law abiding family that was just praying in public, at a school board meeting or some such Merrick Garland didn’t like because it threatens his son in law’s income. So the agents are lined up and told “No migrant gets past YOU” Simple rule, not one migrant gets in. The first migrant that gets past you? You’re in the next airdrop to the Ukraine. I mean our federal debt will never recover from what Joe BidenTM and the demoncrats have spent the last few years, we’ve got to cut expenses somewhere. DeSantis responds to the requests of other red states with inadequate governors to go in and help restore American values such as one set of rule and laws for everyone as well as equal enforcement, limited small government, actual classroom lessons in STEM and real American history, just be aware Ukraine will be sending money and possibly troops to prevent the “invasion”. Just as our government has done to the people in the Donbas region. Russia will laugh her tail off.
So, short of asking Gov. DeSantis for help, let’s look at a couple of interesting thing. First up, she’s a 10…th…Amendment.

The anti-commandeering clause says that the federal government can not compel local governments to enforce their tyranny. Some ATF examples from 2007 Office of Inspector Generals report involving egregious acts from just Richmond, Virginia, from May 2004 through August 2005.
The first hearing presented testimony from four witnesses who alleged that ATF agents used aggressive and harassing techniques primarily at a gun show held on August 13 and 14, 2005, at the Richmond International Raceway in Virginia. Three of the witnesses were present at the gun show: the gun show promoter, a gun salesman who worked for a federally licensed dealer but represented him self as a private seller at the show, and a federally licensed dealer who had exhibited his firearms collection for sale at the Richmond gun show. The fourth witness was a private investigator who was hired by the National Rifle Association (NRA) to conduct an investigation o f ATF enforcement activity at the August 2005 gun show. The witnesses alleged that ATF Special Agents and state and local police interrogated and intimidated gun buyers, targeted women and minorities as potential straw purchasers, visited the homes of buyers to verify their addresses, and detained some gun buyers after they left the gun show and seized their weapons without cause.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Multiple Arkansas sheriff’s offices are pushing back against a new gun policy from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, (ATF).
This new federal rule states that those who use a “brace stabilizer” attachment will have to register their weapons with the government.
Gun control groups support the new policy, but not everyone agrees.
Stone County Sheriff Brandon Long and the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office shared that their offices would not assist the federal government in enforcing this policy.
A Washington state sheriff recently advised residents in his county that if agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) come to their homes without a search warrant asking to inspect their firearms, they can tell them to leave their property.
Klickitat County Sheriff Bob Songer said in a press statement on Friday that agents are “making surprise home visits of persons who have purchased two or more firearms at one time. To my knowledge, these ATF visits have not occurred in Washington State yet.”
So until the corrupt BATFE can be defunded, or rebuilt, this might help keep citizens a bit safer from them.
May I just point out, the left already does this and thinks it’s peachy keen. Sanctuary cities, do they deport illegals or work with ICE? The federal government still has laws against pot, and yet many states don’t enforce them, let along allow local law enforcement to do so. Basically no undocumented doobie will be deported.

But imagine if every county in each state were responsible for evaluating federal guidelines and deciding to accept or reject them and no local law-enforcement was to be utilized in their enforcement. Things might look very different. Thousands of small businesses might still be around.
A friend of mine from Missouri sent me something interesting that could be helpful as well. It involves how a state’s constitution is amended and ballot initiatives. This example is from Missouri, but other states may do things differently.
Currently, it takes only a simple majority statewide vote of the people to ratify a proposed amendment and those votes can all come from a relatively small geographic area. Which means in their recent vote to allow legalized pot, it passed. And how did it pass in a red state like Missouri?
Who voted to legalize pot?
Because high crime, demoncrat controlled areas voted for it. Tyranny of the majority as he calls it. But the majority of counties do not want it.
One of the proposed solutions was needing a vote of 2/3 to pass a ballot initiative, but that meant that the populated areas could nix it sending it to the courts, then you have the courts ruling over things. This is what you see in Israel. The Knesset passes a law, the totally left-wing Supreme Court says no. And the people’s elected representatives are dead in the water. There is currently a battle in Israel over this, in the American media it’s called “Israel’s democracy is dead”. So that brings me to the second item, besides not press-ganging our local officials or law-enforcement into service of the federal leviathan. This idea comes from Missouri First. Um, so did the pot graphic, I shamelessly swiped it. It’s called the Concurrent Majority Ratification. A majority of voters, statewide will have to vote “yes” AND ALSO
A majority of voters in each of more than half the 163 state House districts would have to vote “yes.”
Pretty clever eh? He points out it is very consistent with other areas of government.
States vote to ratify amendments to the U.S. Constitution – we don’t take a national popular vote.
The Electoral College – we don’t elect the president by a national popular vote.
Two U.S. Senators per state, no matter the size of the state.
Bicameral legislatures.
Members of the House of Representatives (both U.S. and state) represent geographic districts.
So, will we end up with a National divorce? I don’t know, but if states begin to utilize the 10th Amendment and especially the anti-commandeering clause more as well as looking at amending state constitutions to reflect traditional laws perhaps it could be avoided. Although I still suspect there will be areas that are going to break off. The demoncrats have so polarized and divided the country I’m not sure we share much of anything anymore.
The federal government relies heavily on state cooperation to implement and enforce almost all of its laws, regulations and acts. By simply withdrawing this necessary cooperation, states and localities can nullify many federal actions in effect. As noted by the National Governors’ Association during the partial government shutdown of 2013, “states are partners with the federal government on most federal programs.”
Partnerships don’t work too well when half the team quits. By withdrawing all resources and participation in federal law enforcement efforts and program implementation, states, and even local governments, can effectively bring the federal actions to an end.
After reading the comments on the last column, and different things I’ve listened to, or read the last couple of days, there is one more column left for Hannukah 2022. Again, I have no explanation, it’s just there and I’m sharing it. I promise, this is the last one (I’m pretty sure because this was the last day of Hannukah).
Before the actual battles of Hannukah, which attempted to eradicate the Jewish presence there was the spiritual battle to eradicate the Jewish presence. Not by killing the people, which came later, but by killing Judaism. I probably should have put a trigger warning on this column, so consider this it. Not the first time I’ve grabbed the 3rd rail.
This is where I think we are now. In the part where “The World” tries to eliminate religion, and this time it’s the presence of G-d. I would maintain the world has always tried to eliminate the Jews because they were the ones that were tasked with bringing the knowledge of G-d into the world. As people we have free choice, free will. We can choose to pick the things of pleasure and short term gratification in the world, or we can choose to follow the laws of G-d and his plan for a beautiful world. It’s like looking at architecture plans to me, I don’t read them so I can’t see how they work to make a beautiful building until much of it is in built and in place. But the plans were laid it out all along. Yes, that deck off the 2nd floor bed room sounds like a great idea and like lots of fun, especially when the hot tub was added in, but if the original plans didn’t account for it and the support for it wasn’t there in the plans, it won’t play out well. The same with how choosing what seems like a pleasurable choice at the time, may have consequences. Be it three pieces of fudge truffle cheesecake or a third beer or the junk Hollyweird puts out. But if only good is offered or available, how is that free will? Our fight with our more carnal desires allows us to sharpen our spiritual ones.
The battle today is “The World” against traditional families. A girlfriend and I were texting the other day and she made a comment of something her grandma used to say; as the family goes, so goes the country. I think it takes about 1 second to see that Hollyweird and mainstream media have had the traditional (according to G-d’s plan) family under attack for years. We’ve never had such gender confusion in our children, we’ve not seen women discriminated against openly for years until the trans-woman became far more important that stock from the factory woman. For evidence I only need point to the man swimming as a woman Lea Thomas because he’s such a loser he couldn’t succeed as man so he chose and easier way. When women have showed up to protest against things like men in women’s changing rooms they’ve been physically attacked by trans women. And apparently that’s fine because there is no outrage. But their fight isn’t with me, it’s with G-d.
I became suspicious of the sudden switch of the media from covid covid covid death death death vax vax vax to Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine very early on, because it was following the same pattern. As I’ve mentioned more than once, the citizens of the Donbas voted to rejoin Russia with darn good reason, more than once they’ve voted like that. And while “The World” and the U.S. media simper on about rigged elections I think the coverage of the faux elections in Arizona and the resulting lawsuits should pretty much stamped paid to any credibility to that claim. They could care less about the honesty of elections. The Donbas voted with paper ballots into clear cubes so people could see what was put in. I realize counting is a question, but monitors on the ground have said it was run better than U.S. elections. I know, that doesn’t take much these days. So is a first grade raffle. Run by the students. We’re coming back to this shortly.

I’m truly fearful for working families, commuters, the elderly and people on fixed income. And obviously, don’t travel in bad weather without extra warm gear in the car.

The other thing that I think is going to come into play as well as the frigid weather, and decreased fuel availability and purposefully damaged supply chain (Pete Butt-edge-edge’s racist highways are being destroyed along with his other policies) that will lead to a shortage of needed medicine, fuel and food, is people’s immune systems.

Which brings me to my next point. Religion. As we discussed in my last column, there are woke in every brand of religion, and we discussed Judaism’s. But Christianity has their woke pastors as well. Someone sent me a meme of a “Woke Pastor” costume for halloween with white skinny jeans, I think a gold chain and maybe some CDs and a Starbucks cup with a picture of some kind of goddess on the front. I don’t think I saved the meme though. In the war for Independence, it was the Black Robe regiment that helped win the war. This is well worth listening to at about 10 minutes long.
Many of our nation’s laws came from G-d’s law, and woke spiritual leaders of every brand ignore and dismiss that. How are they fit to lead and teach? Our rights come from G-d, the politicians are to follow the Constitution which enumerates them and is to protect them, it doesn’t bestow them. G-d did. How are there to be good, healthy and moral families when the spiritual leaders as well as elected ones let us down and in fact attempt to deceive?
So back to Ukraine and Russia. My heart hurts for the Ukrainian people. They have been betrayed in the deepest sense of the word by so many.
Ukraine has been a money laundering operation for demoncrats and corrupt republican politicians for years. The CIA arranged regime change in Ukraine under Barry Sotero, and the U.S. has bio-weapons labs there that are funded by taxpayer dollars while they most assuredly do not want taxpayers to know what is going on in them. Zelensky is locking up political opponents, shutting down news media critical of him, shutting down and banning churches and their leaders and seizing their properties and demoncrats and worthless republicans jump for joy and call this democracy. Tells you about their mindset. All done with out tax money no less. The politicians of all nations and brands are more than willing to fight to the last drop of Ukrainian blood.
I find I often get news that is pertinent from other countries rather than American sources, so these next couple of sound clips come from Israel.
First, Zelenksy doesn’t take this “war” seriously. Oh yes, he takes the money, seriously, he takes lots and lots of American taxpayer dollars shelled out by human pieces of excrement like the murder turtle, Roy Blunt and Jerry Moron. Money taxpayers won’t have to pay for heat, food, or fuel. Money we won’t be spending on our border, because we are spending in Ukraine. Money we don’t have to pay our National Guard soldiers, because we are giving it to Ukraine. This war time situation is so serious, that Zelensky did an episode of Letterman, in Ukraine. But I’ll let you listen to part of this episode of “Lighten Up”. I’m trying to start it at 18:50 seconds into the show. The relevant part only goes to about 23:30, so not that long. But worth listening to their take.

3. March 3 – Estonian bulk carrier Helt was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Odessa. Four people are missing.
4. March 10 – Ukrainian UAV Tu-141 “Swift” attacked Zagreb. Luckily, no one died.
5. March 13 – Ukrainian Volkssturm shot down the car of an American journalist from the New York Times, Brent Reno, in the Irpen region, who, according to Iranian intelligence services, worked as a CIA officer in Iraq.
6. September 9 – a Romanian minesweeper was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine near Constanta. Luckily, there were no fatalities.
7. November 9 – A Turkish boat was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Turkey. Luckily, no one died.
8. November 15 – The Ukrainian S-300 air defense system attacked Poland, destroying 2 Polish citizens and a tractor trailer.
Under the guise of a war with Russia, Ukraine is waging a hybrid war against NATO!
Which bring us to my distrust of the attacks on Russia and Putin early on. For one, I’ve heard from more than one person that Putin has been decent (the comment good was used a couple of time) for the Jews. I have no personal knowledge, so that’s hearsay, but it’s hearsay from people that personally know. Human piece of excrement Lindsey Graham came flat out and said the war in Ukraine is about deposing Putin and regime change in Russia. No mention of what happens when someone else, and possibly less stable than Putin gains control of all those nukes.
But why? Why these attacks on Russia? Again, another Israeli podcast. This one covers some Hanukkah history you may (or not) have heard before, and of course it’s fascinating. But I especially think one of the comments made in the podcast have the answer to my question. It involves Christianity more than Judaism really, and Russia.

This actually makes sense in a way to me. There has to be another reason other than “Putin bad”. Look, there’s lots of bad rulers out there. I’m sure many of them are supported by U.S. and put in place by the FIB and the CIA. But apparently, Russia is Christian, at least more so than many other nations. Is this what’s behind “The World” turning against Russia? We are in the spiritual battle of Hanukkah where the general shows up in Modi’in and demands they sacrifice an unclean animal on their alter. The spiritual battle before Mattias picks up his sword and says “Oh HELLinized NO”. The Judah battle came after.
REBEL! Fight back! Have strong, healthy loving families. Raise them with the principles of your faith, raise them to understand, not just recite strong conservative values. Think twice before you send them off to the communist creation centers known as college and university. Observe and love your family Shabbat/Sabbath. Someone with whom you had common goals, beliefs and principles, a moral compass if you will. Someone who picks up your weak points and you shore up theirs. Someone who can (though I’m sure it doesn’t always work out this way) be a safe port in the storm called life. Someone you want at your back. Your message was so beautiful, inspiring and clear. May G-d bless you and your family, even more. The dating advice my cousin gave me was “Pick someone you want at your back during the zombie apocalypse.” He said after seeing his wife at the range, he was convinced he had chosen well. I heard something just fascinating today on a radio show, I have a tiny suspicion that you might not hear much about it on the mainstream media #FakeNews.
Four brothers in Utah have filed a suit with the Supreme Court. Yes, that one. The case involves the 2020 election. They watched the 2020 election apparently with dismay, so many oddities. Then if I recall correctly Ted Cruz was presenting an argument on the Senate floor about forming a panel of 5 supreme court justices, 5 senators and 5 members of the house and taking 10 days to investigate. I heard somewhere that he was very persuasive and it was being considered when the “insurrection” stopped the debate and the issue died and #PenceOfCrap lied and said he was asked to overturn an election when what he was asked to do was the 10 days to investigate.
Well, apparently I’m not the only one that was angered that for the good of the country, we couldn’t even be given 10 days for an investigation.
Four Trumpet playing brothers from Utah, watched what happened and thought “Huh, all those elected officials that voted against an investigation just broke their oath of office. Well, that’s not cool”. Ok, maybe I paraphrased a bit there.
There are two lawsuits, one is held up in Nevada, but the other was labeled as a National Emergency enabling it to bypass the 10th Circuit court and go straight to the Supreme Court. Which it did. Then the suit was given a favorable ruling by the 10th Circuit as well.
So what is the suit about? Rule #11– Has an elected official defended the constitution as per the oath that they take? If questions about an election arise, then congress is required to set aside 10 days for congress to look into the situation and any irregularities. The SCOTUS clerk has called the brothers to say send the paperwork. The case is against the 385 members voted against the 10 day period, as well as Beijing Biden, Kamel-toe and #PenceOfCrap. For this violation of the law, the violation of the oath they took for their office, they can be removed from office, and that is the remedy the lawsuit is asking for. The affected members, did not file a response. The solicitor general of the US is now representing the oath breakers.
On the seventh day of the encirclement of Jericho (see Jewish History for the 22nd of Nissan), the Jews, accompanied by the Holy Ark, circled the city seven times.
