The Most Beautiful Lily

You know, it’s been my observation that the ones that hate communism the most, are the ones that actually know what it is. Not the pig ignorant college students that are running around the streets acting like moneys flinging poop at the zoo. The Russians and Ukrainians I’ve met have a very strong conservative streak, all were supporters of President Trump, and most were strong Second Amendment supporters. Years ago there was a Demoncrat member of the House of Reps in my state, he spoke every year at the Second Amendment rally held in the spring. He had a very compelling presentation. He and his family had come here from Germany and shortly after arriving here had some untoward experiences. One of the first things he did as soon as he was legally able was to purchase a gun. He was a free citizen now you see, he was a free citizen and he was entitled to defend his life and that of his family. Of course that was years ago, when common sense, values, principles and decency were on both sides of the aisle. When Demoncrats waved American, not Ukrainian flags, when they were concerned about, not even more concerned, just concerned, about America’s borders more than another country’s. A country we’ve sent billions to that has shut down elections, shut down church services and seized land from religious organizations, all in the name of “democracy” which gives you and idea of their idea of “democracy”. Don’t exhale yet Republicans, I’m coming for you next.

Recently there have been quite the votes going on in the swamp. The uni-party is spending more to defend another country’s border and civilization than they are ours. They’ve sent more to help Ukrainian citizens and oligarchs than they have the victims of disasters in East Palestine, OH and Lahaina, HI., citizens under attack from an illegal invaders in every state of the union. Joe’s handlers have been shipping them in since he assumed control. Of course after the massive spending bills passed, the Demoncrats waved little Ukrainian flags. Well, they’re honest about that I guess. It’s who they represent. Sadly it’s Americans paying their salary. It’s not just what is coming across the border. Who other than demoncrat politicians benefits from this? Those paying more in taxes? Those losing their jobs to an illegal, those who had their retirement home taken over by illegals? Who? I can not believe the majority of Americans want this. Well, maybe the elites living in their bubble, but real Americans? No. Nor are they going to sign on to this and continue to vote for it. I’ve seen many videos of people in Chicago and NY expressing strong support for President Trump and the America First agenda, though the Mainstream media can’t and won’t believe it, it’s true. Many Americans are not as stupid as the press gambles they are as they continue to lie to them. And one would think the Demoncrat party would quickly begin to re-evaluate their policies, and yet, they aren’t. In fact, they’re doubling down, almost as though they don’t have to answer to voters. What kind of political system is that?

On of the recently passed pieces of tyranny allows spying on American citizens without a warrant. Something that has been violated by the FIB in ways that most wouldn’t believe. There are actually 3 different categories or titles in the FISA warrant program. Title 1 Title III and Title VII. Title VII is where the much abused section 702 comes in.

I found this little primer on FISA abuses very very helpful. Sadly it won’t let me embed the video. But it’s well worth watching. https://www.theepochtimes.com/epochtv/the-little-known-problems-with-fisa-revealed-truth-over-news-5632987?utm_source=ref_share&utm_campaign=copy

It explains the three categories and has testimony about how much and how many FIB people abuse it. It is absolutely a humongous problem.

A problem politicians that respect civil liberties and their constituents would put a stop to, at once. But Noooooooo.

Here Are the Senators Who Voted For and Against Reauthorizing Spy Powers

In a late-night ballot on April 20, the U.S. Senate voted to reauthorize a controversial spying authority. President Joe Biden signed it into law the following day.

The authority in question, Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), has come under increased scrutiny in recent years by privacy and civil liberty advocates in the wake of a series of abuses.

After rejecting a series of amendments designed to strengthen civil liberty protections—including an amendment by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) to require a warrant to search Americans’ Section 702 data and another by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to prohibit federal law enforcement from purchasing Americans’ data from third-party brokers—the Senate reauthorized the program 45 minutes after it lapsed.

But the House?

GOP Rep. Andy Biggs: “Utter Capitulation on His Part” – House Speaker Mike Johnson Pulls Judiciary Committee’s FISA 702 Overhaul and Intel Committee’s 702 Reauthorization Bills, Will Not Consider Either Until After The New Year

House Speaker Mike Johnson has delayed a vote on two bills relating to FISA Section 702 extension and reform, making it likely that the unconstitutional Section 702 will be renewed without change until April 2024.

Johnson has reportedly refused to take a side on this issue and continues to change his stance. Johnson previously said he would bring both bills to the floor.

But he lied, he did take sides.

And in the House, BREAKING: RINOS WIN – AMERICANS LOSE: FISA 702 Again Passes House by Vote of 259-128 – Here are The 117 RINOs Who Voted for Warrantless Spying on Americans

The House of Representatives on Monday passed a Motion to Table the Motion to Reconsider H.B. 7888, which passed on Friday to renew FISA 702 and allow warrantless surveillance of innocent Americans.

This was a betrayal of Americans.

Shortly before the final passage of H.B. 7888 on Friday, the House rejected a commonsense amendment from Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), which would have required a warrant to spy on Americans. However, 86 Republicans voted for authoritarianism, with Speaker Mike Johnson casting the decisive vote.

Johnson Defends Vote to Kill FISA Warrant Requirement

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on April 14 defended his crucial vote against an amendment that would have required intelligence agencies to get a warrant to search Americans’ data under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

….

That final passage came after an amendment by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) to require a warrant to query Americans’ communications and other data failed in a rare tie vote. Mr. Johnson, who, as speaker, doesn’t always vote, cast the decisive vote that killed the proposal, prompting outrage and condemnation from some conservatives.

….

During an April 14 appearance on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” Mr. Johnson defended that vote, saying that a warrant requirement is “not helpful.”

He insisted that Section 702 is an important tool that has stopped other terrorist attacks like 9/11.

Remember, that’s how we killed terrorists. That’s how we stopped terrorist plots on US soil,” Mr. Johnson said. “That’s why we haven’t had another 9/11 since that terrible tragedy.”

Does he not understand who, exactly the current junta considers “terrorists”?? Is he totally clueless about parents being dragged out of school board meetings? Is he as dumb as Kamala “Kneepads” Harris? Or is it something else?

NEVER FORGET: Chris Wray’s FBI Illegally Used FISA to Spy on Americans 278,000 Times without Warrant – Including Trump, J6 Families and Trump Donors

Former Trump official Kash Patel reminded Americans of the hundreds of thousands of times the DOJ-FBI used FISA to spy on Americans.

According to an official intelligence document the FBI illegally used FISA 278,000 times to spy on Americans including their political enemies like President Trump, Trump donors, and January 6 families.

This comes from the 2022 memorandum on FISA abuses.

On page 29 of the report: 23,132 separate queries on J6 protesters to find evidence of possible foreign influence despite having no indication of foreign influence related to the query terms used.

On page 31 of the report the analysts admitted to 278,000 non-compliant FBI queries of raw FISA-acquired information.

The FIB is far from the only government agency that isn’t following it’s own rules.

Arkansas senators say Clinton airport executive killed by ATF with no bodycam: ‘Violation of its own policy’

The Department of Justice confirmed to us last night that the ATF agents involved in the execution of a search warrant of the home of Bryan Malinowski weren’t wearing body cameras,” Cotton and Boozman said in a joint statement. “We will continue to press the Department to explain how this violation of its own policy could’ve happened and to disclose the full circumstances of this tragedy.”

Mr. Malinowski’s family and the public have a right to a full accounting of the facts,” the Republican lawmakers added.

So the alphabets have gone rogue, no one is holding them accountable and neither party is standing up for U.S. and our new “conservative” speaker of the house has already sold us out.

New Speaker same as the old speaker

So, what if it is something else? What kind of system are we living under where the fruit of our labor is taken from us and given to illegal invaders, to people who chose not to work and play the system, to foreign countries? What is that system called?

If you go back to the opening of this column, a cup or two of coffee ago, I was speaking about people that hate communism because they’ve lived under it, I’ll tie this up, or Hogg tie it, if you will.

Meet Lily Tang Williams, she spoke to David Hogg aka #MoneyHogg who is desperately trying to remain relevant.

Pesach starts tonight, when we celebrate the miracle of freedom, when G-d took us out of slavery into freedom and living with laws, morals and a relationship with him. Choose that, choose good, do good, pray often.

Was that a large extra-capacity “AssaultMilkshake”?

Ahh, the double standard of the left. What they think should be shown on every TV set 24 hours a day. For example, a women telling lies about a man whom the left disagrees with would get wall to wall coverage. When she changes her story or admits the truth, not so much. When it involves actual physical attacks on someone they disagree with, that, they cover up.

The hypocrisy has just been strong of late.

In the world of (un)social media and big tech:

It seems Ilana Mercer has been locked out of Twitter of late. Was it her latest column about Logic being disallowed? It used to be the old joke about Fathers needing shotguns to defend their daughter’s honor from randy young lads. Now it seems dog owners need them to defend their dog’s honor from illegal immigrants. But, blocked out she is. As she points out, part of the price you may have to pay to get back in, or at least what they lead you to think, is that if you surrender your cell phone number to them. Then they may let you back in. Of course, once they have it, well. The US government of course wants to know everything about everyone at all times, and this was long before this administration. Anyone remember the tale of Lavabit? Lavabit was founded as an alternative google and the privacy concerns that were arising. The government can’t stand for you to have a private conversation on your own phones or email. U.S. May Outlaw Messaging Encryption Used By WhatsApp, iMessage And Others, Report. But then, google is already spying on you. Review: Google Chrome has become surveillance software. It’s time to switch.

But back to Ilana for a moment, locked out of Twitter. What does Twitter find acceptable? Apparently antifa. Antifa has a un-throttled, unblocked account. I’m guessing they aren’t losing followers due to a Twitter algorithm. Antifa has been a busy little pack of cowardly cupcakes the last few days. In case you aren’t familiar with Andy Ngo, he is a journalist in the Portland OR area. He recently put up a story about a woman being randomly attacked along with this comment, this is from 2 or 3 days ago.

Exclusive video. This happened this week in Portland, Ore. with absolutely no media coverage. Steps away from the iconic Voodoo Doughnut in downtown, Daniel Tuski Bertrand suddenly attacks a woman. Her eye socket was ”crushed,” says a source. The man was only charged with a misdemeanor & released without having to pay bail.

Also apparently the Portland mayor is not too distressed about the crime. Apparently Andy with Quillette, is known in the Portland area. He was attacked by a Twitter approved antifa mob. I guess throwing milkshakes with quick drying concrete in them on people (conservative only) and shooting them with silly string, beating them up (only allowed if they are wearing something conservative looking like a patriotic shirt) is fine by Twitter. And it seems several very obnoxious leftists have been openly calling for violence against conservatives on Twitter and that doesn’t seem to cause a problem for @TwitterSupport either. For the people experiencing it, it is. Twitter approved antifa also stole his camera, before they sent him to the hospital. Note the two tolerant leftists who seem to think it is perfectly acceptable to throw milkshakes at people they don’t like and chase them. Chew on that one. The left thinks there is a class of people it is ok to attack in public and chase down and assault. That will just be the start. This isn’t the right side of the political spectrum, it’s the left. The virtue signaling left.

Apparently there were no police around to intervene. As in many liberal cities, it seems the police just aren’t around. Or as in the case of the Berkeley riots, were told not to intervene when conservatives were attacked. But what makes this odd, is Andy is gay, and Asian. So a pack of bandana clad (to show how tough cowardly you are, you hide your face) mostly white boys physically attack a gay Asian man, chase him like a pack of wild animals and the response from his brethren and sisters in the mainstream media_______crickets. Victims of course are mandated not to have a gun to defend themselves, by the left of course. Strict gun control in Portland, because if it saves “just one life”, unless of course it’s Andy Ngo by defending himself with one. Maybe we need #MilkshakeControl? Was that a large extra-capacity #AssaultMilkshake?

Twitter of course will ban the associated accounts, just kidding.

But that brings us to google. Will it show up in google searches? For how long and how far down the list? Of course, google may have supplied antifa with the concrete and milkshakes. Turns out google not only runs gmail, youtube, a pretend search engine, they also have gprotest, gantifa if you will. You know, g out of gmail, and antifa? G-antifa. Seems James O’Keefe has been busy, again.

New Google RESIST Doc Shows “Internal Beginner’s Guide To Protesting,” “Resist@Google

They are also becoming the electronic media arm of the #Demoncratic party. It seems the muckty mucks at google have decided President Trump was a horrible mistake. And they are determined to prevent that from happening ever again. Because they know better than you. Seems google is to the left of even Fauxcahontas politically. Believe it or not. Google exec caught on hidden camera saying that they will stop Trump’s re-election

In the video, Gennai said that she opposes Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s proposal to divide up Google. Gennai said, “I love her but she’s very misguided, like that will not make it better it will make it worse, because all these smaller companies who don’t have the same resources that we do will be charged with preventing the next Trump situation, it’s like a small company cannot do that.”

And while they whine about Russian collusion, they are actively planning to corrupt elections. At least a couple states are now giving driver’s licenses and voting cards to illegal immigrants.

The media has such a lockstep view of perceptions of they will push, allow the edited story in the public arena.

For example recently the NY Slimes #FakeNews, ran a story about a restaurant in South Africa and made the purpose of the article about racism. They think a restaurant allowing anyone to eat there is the most upsetting thing facing the white South African farmers? I suspect it’s them, their families and their livestock being butchered and cut up alive, and their land confiscated is a bigger concern, but, it is the Slimes. All the news that’s fit to print, unless of course it’s about Six Million Jews being murdered in Europe. And the good friend of the Jews, Roosevelt-Demoncrat, sending Jews escaping back to Europe to be murdered. And just like the Slimes didn’t want to see it was the peace loving Germans committing the atrocities back then, and so they didn’t tell the world, they really haven’t changed much. With the Slimes politics and political correctness comes before news. Dangers from peace loving illegal immigrants to citizens, especially Jewish ones is not something the Slimes is really leading the way on.

Malmo’s Swedish-Jewish community set to dissolve over security concerns

The BESA Center reported in 2018, “Sweden has taken in the highest number of migrants in western Europe as a percentage of population. Most immigrants come from Muslim countries where societies are permeated by extreme anti-Semitic prejudices. The authorities there promote Jew-hatred as national policy. Sweden can thus be characterized as a major importer of anti-Semites out of humanitarian motives.”

Well, humanitarian except for it’s Jewish citizens.

And another big importer of Antisemitism? What from Germany?

3 kippahs attacked in just 24 hours. Jews, get out of Germany

A year ago, 951 cases of anti-Semitic incidents had been reported in the German capital. The episode in the Steglitz park comes a few days after another boy was attacked in the Prenzlauer Berg district in Berlin for wearing a kippah.

And that’s in just the capitol. I don’t think the Slimes has changed much in the level of honesty in their reporting the danger to Jews in Europe. Or America either for that matter. Plus the Slimes persist in calling nazis right wing. They aren’t. For not the last time, I’m sure, nazis are socialists, like AOC. They are left wing, big government control, not individual rights. Not as far left as communists like Bernie, but but left wing, not right.

And so while the left bills itself as tolerant, accepting, and caring about people, they actually are the party that believes in using government control, physical violence, surveillance, propaganda, and media lies and misdirection to control a disarmed populace. What information they do not want you to know, especially about making informed voting choices, they will hide. They will stifle the voices with which they do not agree, because they are not worthy of being heard. Your private information? They will suck up, gather and store like a vacuum cleaner bag. They will spy on you like the NSA.

Alexandria Occasional-Cortex has been in the news of late blabbing nonsense to rival Ilan Omar #Antisemite about what concentration camps are and are not, how cruel they are to children. Texas Medical Professional: Migrants Quarantined with UNKNOWN Disease, 10-Year Old Girl Found With 20 Types of Semen In Her

“There was a female, 10 years old, who was found with 20 different types of semen inside her body. She was dispatched to a family member. The girl who was with her who was supposedly a family member was not really a family member, just someone who bought her from her family in Guatemala. These are real problems that exist here on the border. There are some people who are trying to leave jugs of water out here for them. A lot of these people come to this country needing help,” the professional stated.

Migrants are obtaining “Rent-A-Kids,” and since Border Patrol cannot perform DNA tests to determine if children are related to adults most of the human traffickers get into our country.

Ahhh the “compassionate, caring” AOC preventing policies that could help some of the kids.

I thought I’d share a video of her when she recently heard about hula hoops. As per usual, perhaps she should seek more information before declaring herself an “expert”.

AOC hears about Hula Hoops

NY SPY Act: S. 9191

While people are starting to take notice of the New York bill that would include social media in licensing background checks, most seem to missing an important point or two.

When I first heard about this being draft, I asked, “Realizing you’re politicians, & thus insane, I ask: HOW are you going to see a 1YR Internet search history?”

The bill has been filed, and my question semi-answered.

NY: S09191 Summary: Relates to requiring social media and search engine reviews prior to the approval of an application or renewal of a license to carry or possess a pistol or revolver

Here is the most relevant part:

54 deem appropriate. In order to ascertain whether any social media
55 account or search engine history of an applicant presents any good cause
56 for the denial of a license, the investigating officer shall, after

S. 9191 3

1 obtaining the applicant’s consent pursuant to subdivision three of this
2 section, and obtaining any log-in name, password or other means for
3 accessing a personal account, service, or electronic communications
4 device necessary to review such applicant’s social media accounts and
5 search engine history, review an applicant’s social media accounts for
6 the previous three years and search engine history for the previous year
7 and investigate an applicant’s posts or searches related to (i) commonly
8 known profane slurs or biased language used to describe the race, color,
9 national origin, ancestry, gender, religion, religious practice, age,
10 disability or sexual orientation of a person; (ii) threatening the
11 health or safety of another person; (iii) an act of terrorism; or (iv)
12 any other issue deemed necessary by the investigating officer. For the
13 purposes of this subdivision, “social media accounts” shall only include
14 Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram, and “search engine” shall
15 only include Google, Yahoo and Bing.

I’ll just get this part out of the way, so I can move on to the real problems (not that this isn’t pretty bad): “[K]nown profane slurs or biased language;” also known as protected speech, unless it involves a direct threat, or actual slander/libel. I see 1st Amendment issues if they deny a licensed based on protected speech they don’t like. Especially if they don’t know what “niggardly” means.

It’s almost as if Sen. Parker set out to shred the 1st Amendment, as well as the 2nd.

Now, as to how they would check for bad-think… We don’t know. This bill says what, but doesn’t specify the process, the how.

obtaining the applicant’s consent pursuant to subdivision three of this section, and obtaining any log-in name, password or other means for accessing a personal account, service, or electronic communications device necessary to review such applicant’s social media accounts and search engine history…

You have to give them your usernames and passwords. Not just for your social media accounts, but to your phone and/or computer. That’s how they’ll be able to see your browser search history. When you hand over your phone and computer; as that’s the only reason they would need the computer logon for themselves.

When you surrender your device, make them sign a receipt with the date and time. Send the state a bill for the time. It may be useful in other ways, too, as you’ll see.

Or your boss’s computer. I can tell from web site logs (I’m an admin for several sites) that a lot of people appear to be using company computers, which matches personal in-office observations over the years. If you’ve been surfing at work, you’ll need to let them search that computer, too. I wonder how companies are going to react to that, what with proprietary files and all.

I see no mention of controls to prevent them playfully scanning through all your directories in search of… oh, financial data, HIPAA-protected medical information, your porn stash, whatever.

But let’s say the thugs are just looking at your iPhone. Is the plan to check search engine history, then hand it back to you? When do they check years of multiple social media posts? Will they use your passwords to login from your phone, or from their own computers?

If they use yours… well, that puts you out-of-pocket for a phone for quite some time. And speaking of time…. air time. Are they going to burn your air time, or provide WiFi at their expense?

I also wonder about “search engine history.” Do they differentiate between that and browser history? When checking referral search terms, I see a lot of people entering URLs (“http://www.whatever.com/index2.html”) into the search engine instead of the browser address bar. Do these politicians know the difference, or are they like people I’ve met who said their browser is “Google”?

But either way, will they follow a URL entered into the search engine to see if it really is “profane” or “biased”? What if it turns out to be a URL for a medical appointment schedule, or your online banking account? I think they’ll run afoul of HIPAA again, or federal banking laws.

And if your browser cache is part of the “history” they think is from search engines…

On the other hand, if their techno-probing is that comprehensive, there would be some wonderful opportunities for malicious compliance. If they follow URLs…

One might prepare for the probing by loading up on every Russian malware site on the Internet. If the authorities use your computer/phone for the search, have your java/ad/malware blockers turned off, then sue the hell out of them for rendering your device useless. If they download the history files to their own computer and start browsing, they’ll infect themselves.

Or My Little Pony and brony sites; that might be worse.

All in all, it would safer — for the goons — to use your device. In which case, if your computer skills are up to hacking file properties, and you’re willing to take a chance…

Install an incriminating file — child porn is extremely risky, so you might want to use ISIS videos and bomb-making instructions — with creation/access properties showing it appeared on your device while it was in the goons’ custody (you got that receipt, right?). When you get your device back, “find” it and report that someone was being very naughty with your stuff. Child porn and terrorism can fall within the feds’ purview, so report this unlawful activity by NY cops to the FBI.

And watch the great state of New York try to explain it.

Depending on how they pull the history data from your device, other options might be available. It would be a darned shame if they plugged into a USB port and sucked everything out of your browser profile folder.

Including all the trojans and worms you thoughtlessly left there.

I could probably monkeywrench without doing anything special. I don’t use Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google, Yahoo or Bing. I can imagine a brain-dead bureaucrat going nuts trying to find them on my device. I don’t like being tracked, so I routinely delete my entire browser history. If they stick to only what’s listed in this bill, all they would see from me is a series of Twitter posts making fun of idiots, including state Senator Parker himself.

No doubt that will be “biased language used to describe his mental disability.” There’s a reason I refuse to live in New York.
