I’ve been thinking a lot about Mother’s day and family.

I’ve got to set the record straight about something though. In my last column G-d Bless Texas in what I can only say was a fit of naïve and utterly unsupported optimism I thought Gov Abbott was actually going to try to do everything he could to stop the country being invaded. One would think I should have known better by now. I can only say in my defense I still haven’t sent the Nigerian Prince the $500 that will net me a million. There was another posting by the wonderfully informed (and accurate) Michael Yon saying that the whole thing was what he calls a “Gate 42”.

In clear words, Gate 42 is a stage. A stage like BLM plaza in front of the White House. Created to draw cameras, disseminate propaganda, and provide the CNN-sorts the footage and sound bites they need to work within WEF-OGUS guidelines. Basically, the Gate 42s are like fascist-barbecues.

Yes, I feel stupid, I fell for it. I guess I just wanted to believe a politician somewhere was actually doing something useful. Again, I know. My apologies.

Now, housekeeping completed, back to my scheduled column, family.

I believe our traditional family, and family traditions have been under assault for a long time from the radical leftists. I think there are a couple of reasons for that, one is the radical left wants to eliminate the traditional family, and the close bonds that the group usually has with each other. The other is the left just wants to eliminate people. Period.

Most of these clips are under 2 minutes each, they all feature competent, experienced doctors that have spoke out against big pharma, using things like, you know, experience, data and studies. Therefore they are not “experts” hehehe, that word will forever be a punchline in my mind.

That segue to RFK brings us ever closer to my first point, all of these doctors and RFK have been so heavily censored the last few years. Came as a big shock to some of them, they used to be on the political left. They were probably as shocked as the residents of Chicago that are now at losing out on government paid housing to the illegal aliens.

If the pharmaceutical and medical industrial complex don’t want something to come out in the open, it probably won’t. I’d say ask Tucker Carlson, but, well. You know.

But all these people now looking to eliminate humans have the experimental mRNA gene therapy injections, experiment mRNA in food without telling people and it will be a while yet before we know how many will die or be disabled from those things.

Now they are pushing children to become transgender, that will involve a lifetime of pharmaceutical drugs. The screening process may be a bit more rigorous than this, but it doesn’t sound like it.

One of the more vocal about what the transition process was like, has been Chloe Cole. The way she and others who want to de-transition have been treated has been appalling.

I heard an interview with Chloe one time, in it she talked about how her parents wanted to be supportive of her, they didn’t want her transition, feeling that if she would just wait till she was a bit older things might be more settled in her mind. But then the “counselors” told her parents that if they didn’t let her transition, she had something like a greater than 90% or so chance of killing herself. They were asked “do you want a live son or a dead daughter?” I can believe that, truth is not a value of the left. She said her parents were trying to do the best the could to be good parents but this was really uncharted waters for the family.

Chloe will not be bearing children. Neither will any of the other people who are having medical mutilation procedures done.

I feel really bad for parents, they are trying so hard to stand up for their children. To be strong, brave Moms and Dads and protect their offspring. Then they have doctors and schools and “experts” lying to them so they can’t even make an informed decision. Then if they stand up anyway, they face threats of physical violence from the lunatic left. Their goal is to silence by threats of loss of livelihood or life, publicly, on Fakebook they make these threats. They openly state they plan to ruin these people’s lives or kill them. If this is “all about the children” how does growing up in poverty or without a parent who loved you help children? Merrick Garland’s DOJ? Oh no, they’re investigating the parents, not the terrorists. These parents know this, and yet they are still fighting upstream to protect their kids.

Our country is in deep trouble due to Biden voters, spineless Republicans and whoever has his hand up Biden’s rump and is controlling his mouth because we know Beijing Biden & his crime family aren’t really running things. They’re just profiting off the grift of betraying our country. But all we have to do is look around the world, almost all of the countries are under attack.

But you know what? There are still people like Todd Bensman, Ben Bergquam, Owen Shroyer, Oscar El Blue, and Michael Yon (who is everywhere) are still showing up on the border and trying to bring us information. People like Sen. Josh Hawley, John Kennedy, Ron Johnson and Rand Paul, and some others have been speaking out and trying to hold criminals accountable.

If you watch nothing else, watch this short video. I know it’s elephants, but it has nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with Mother’s day. I would say being a good Mom is one of the hardest jobs in America these days.

The Father came in at the end and the mother and father worked together relentlessly to save their little calf. Who put that desire there? Who put that knowledge, physical ability and stamina there? Who put that love there, created that bond? G-d.

This is how I think G-d created our families to be. And that’s why the left has tried so hard to disrupt the bonds of family, through so many methods and the covid lockdowns and experimental injections were very effective at tearing some families apart. You add in politics and the myriad of other things that can divide people and I suspect some splits will never be mended. But even then, G-d is still in charge, and he still has a plan. Never doubt that. We also still have free will and the ability to make choices. So for those that have families, hold them close, don’t let the globalist left sever those bonds. And some families aren’t made up of blood kin, but close friends, sometimes closer than blood kin. But those people become families. I heard something in a TV show “The lone wolf dies in winter, but the pack survives.” I wouldn’t say it’s 100% true, but I suspect there is a lot of truth in it. We need to buoy each other when we can. This spirit, the spirit of this elephant family, that’s real, that’s in most people. Despite all the crazy that swirls around us, U.S. we have this. G-d created us this way, it’s in our DNA. And us? Well, we are family.

I had planned to do this column tonight anyway, it’s not a warm and fuzzy column like all my others have been. /raw sarcasm

I’ve mentioned before I have a buddy in Nicaragua, he’s an American Ex-pat who’s been down there for around 20 years or so I’d guess. He’s the one that told me the American planes fly into their airport. Nicaraguan prisons are now empty, all the prisoners have been shipped to the US, now all the homeless have been rounded up off the streets and shipped to the US. All the paperwork is done there before they are loaded up and flown in. I’ve mentioned all this before. We were texting yesterday and he had an interesting bit of information for me. A brother of a friend of his came here illegally 6-7 months ago. He was flown into Springfield, MO. Heart of the country. This means he wasn’t counted as one of the illegal aliens entering the country or in any of the videos you see of the illegal aliens on the border. He was just quietly flown in by U.S. He got his shiny new citizenship yesterday. After 6-7 months. He was put up in a shelter, fed, clothed and housed, and given psychological counseling, so he could fit in better. I wonder if the counseling includes strong encouragement to vote Demoncrat and often in the next elections? But, with the new laws now his whole family can come! Of course they might need some financial assistance from U.S. I have a girlfriend that works in a hospital, a small hospital. She says it’s nothing to have 3 suicidal ideations in the ER in one night. And some are really young. I asked the youngest, she wouldn’t tell me. Where is their free government paid psychological counseling to undo the damage done by the some of the public schools right now? He now has a job, and is doing just fine. Several people my friend knows worked in hospitals in Nicaragua, they are now working in hospitals in America. Did they have to pass board exams? I don’t know. They weren’t threatened or forced to take the experimental gene therapy shots, I do know that. And most Nicaraguans didn’t want it.

Now here’s one threat I haven’t heard that many people talking about. This comes from Michael Yon, the war correspondent I’ve written about before. He has good information that you don’t get often from other sources. He’s been raising the alarms about the massive amount of deadly diseases they bring in. They aren’t being screened.

In another short missive he talked about scabies that seem to be resistant to treatment.

I have a relative who was driving to a travel nursing assignment. En route, he spent one night in a reputable motel in the Southwest US. About 2-3 days later he developed a case of scabies (mite infestation – Sarcoptes scabiei). The saying “seven year itch” derives from scabies.

He has been treated with the standard treatments:

topical permethrin from head-to-toe for 8 hours (very toxic, potentially cancer causing med) – condition didn’t resolve so next was:

oral ivermectin for some days – still unresolved.

Next may be a form of “escalation therapy,” such as allethrin, permethrin, and ivermectin in combination.

Dermatologists may use videomicroscopy to confirm the presence of the live mites after standard treatment.

It appears he may have a case that is resistant to standard scabies treatment.

In the same post he talks about Typhus being spread by lice, and currently lice are popping up around the US and are stronger in Panama. He wonders if someone is setting U.S. up for epidemic typhus as they are now advising NOT to send school children home that have lice.

My final source comes from a radio show I listened to this morning, one of the guests interviewed was JJ Carrell, a Retired Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge in the United States Border Patrol. He is saying within a generation the Natural born American citizen majority will be replaced by a non-citizen majority. He said many of those coming in are functionally illiterate in their native language. He made it clear he wasn’t disparaging them, but merely stating the facts of our newest government imported dependents. Uneducated, unskilled and millions and millions of them pouring in. Thank a Biden voter today! They are very easy to control though, for the government. For you when they try to steal your car, maybe not so much. He points out that all these free citizenships water down the impact of real citizenship. Their vote will count as much as yours. He’s guessing we’ve had 12-15 million come across now, and it could go to 20 million by the time the Biden crime regime is gone. JJ points out that Alejandro Mayorkas is driving all the policies. He was responsible for DACA, he’s responsible for ending Title 42, catch and release, prosecutorial discretion and for lying to Sen. Josh Hawley in congress. How did he get this power? But every day there are about 50 of them that are red flagged as being suspected terrorists, or terrorist connections. Every day. Fifty. Of that fifty, five will be confirmed, the other 45 that couldn’t be confirmed for sure? They are released into the U.S. This is from ONE station. Just one station, in California, not Texas. The other 45 released with no safety precautions. It also came up that many of the illegal immigrants still owe the cartels. So they might receive a proposition from the cartel once they are safely ensconced in the U.S. You hit this crowd of people with your truck on this day, or you shoot up this crowd at a gun-free mall on this day, or you remember your Mom back in ______, we’re fed-exing you her head tomorrow. Your sister? We’ll send you a body part, do you have a preference? There are now thousands of illegal alien terrorists in our country. Thank a Biden voter today. Oh, and if one of those traitor Senators is still in office and is one of yours? Thank them too. But JJ pointed out many Republicans are to blame as well. This is what Barry Sotero’s “fundamentally change America” looks like. My opinion is of course different, to me it looks like treason.

So as I said, I’ve had this column brewing today. Then tonight we are doing day 36 in the counting of the Omer. This was the day’s thought from the app I’m using for my prayer and it comes with a thought for each day. So maybe I’m not Texas National Guard, maybe I’m not a famous war correspondent, or a gutsy reporter on the border, but I can pray for all of them. Maybe I can find a way to send some donuts or ice cream to the Texas National Guard. Maybe I can thank Gov Abbott. These are are simple things, but that’s exactly the point of the thought for today’s meditation.

When Rights are Privileges

As you may, or not know, the United Nations has claimed there is no human right to self-defense.

Does a woman have a human right to resist rape or murder? Do people have a human right to resist tyranny? The United Nations Human Rights Council has said no – that international law recognizes no human right of self-defense. To the contrary, the Human Rights Council declares that very severe gun control – more restrictive than even the laws of New York City – is a human right.

Unless of course, one is a member of the U.N.

“Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.”

I would maintain that this is because the U.N. thinks they are G-d. G-d has a different command.

So, what has set me off on this? An incident that happened in formerly red state Texas. And maybe Texas is still a red state, Austin however, is not. If Texas had any sense they would expel Austin.

In July 2020, during the summer of riots for a man that overdosed on drugs, had a criminal record including pointing a gun at a pregnant woman’s stomach, a BLM/Antifa rioter decided it would be a great idea to point a loaded rifle at a soldier who was working as a ride share driver. Apparently BLM/Antifa scum thought he would be the only one armed. He guessed wrong. Sgt. Daniel Perry was armed. When his car was surrounded after he had dropped his passenger off, and aforementioned BLM/Antifa rioter pointed his rifle at Sgt. Perry, Sgt. Perry shot him. This seems sensible to me.

This will be the last sensible thing in this saga for some time.

The Travis county jury found Sgt. Perry guilty of murder. Unbelievable. But wait, there’s more.

Texas Governor Seeks to Pardon Army Sergeant Convicted of Killing Gun-Wielding Protester

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said he is seeking to pardon the U.S. Army sergeant who was convicted of shooting dead a man wielding a gun at him during a Black Lives Matter protest in 2020.

Abbott announced on April 8 that he will pardon Sgt. Daniel Perry, 37, who was working for Uber in Austin at the time, as soon as a request from the state’s parole board “hits my desk.”

“I am working as swiftly as Texas law allows regarding the pardon of Sgt. Perry,” Abbott wrote on Twitter.

I would say our criminal justice system is well and truly jacked up. But what should we expect when you have people that actually vote for a communist that says he wants to send unarmed social workers out to crime scenes. Yep, that’s what Chiraq chose to replace Beetlejuice in Chicago, whom they wanted rid of due to the spiraling crime rates. Frying pan, meet fire.

There is a heck of a disconnect between the brain of a leftist and reality. Of course, if they used voting machines for the elections, who knows.

Chicago Mayor-Elect Brandon Johnson (D) told CBS News on Thursday his plan to tackle the city’s crime problem: Send more social workers to crime scenes.

Johnson, a staunch progressive, pointed to instances where police killed black men as evidence to say more police officers are not the solution.

While this is away from the topic of self-defense, it does I think give a clue to the mindset of the politicians on the left.

The Biden regime is determined to force Americans to swallow their radical “climate change” agenda by any means necessary.

FOX News revealed that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will announce the most restrictive standards in American history on gas-powered cars. The regulations will specifically target tailpipe emissions.

Under this plan, all Americans will likely be forced to buy electric vehicles, which is exactly what Biden wants.

Did this go through Congress? Senate? House? Hellloooo, did ya’ll vote for this? You’re our elected representatives, you answer to U.S. Did you sign off on this? Or did a tyrant just hijack your job in another blatant attempt to help China and limit the freedom of movement of American Citizens? The EPA, I don’t remember voting for them.

This is where I’m going with this, yes, there is a Second Amendment. However, if the Soros purchased D.A.s just ignore it (for some, not the protected class of course) and go ahead a prosecute even in a clear case of self-defense, does it matter? No ammo or guns were banned, it’s just if you defend yourself they will try to bankrupt you, or put you in jail for defending your life. You might be reading a thread on a TV show, and the next thread under it is a question posted about “what would happen if I decided to take a gun away from someone I saw carrying” “Is there any reason I and some friends shouldn’t follow someone into a bathroom we know is carrying a gun and take it away from them”. “When will gun owners admit their right to have their weapons of death should not interfere with my right to feel safe”.

It is absolutely appalling to me the number of people that think they have the right to forcibly take private property from someone they don’t know, they aren’t doing anything wrong, and these moonbats think they are well within their rights to attack someone and steal from them. Thank you colleges, universities and MSM aka #FakeNews. If anything ever was a argument for concealed carry, it’s this sort of thing.

Two Tears Justice

I know, I know, it should be two tiered justice system, but for my purpose, it’s two tears.

Pesach starts tomorrow night, the holiday when we celebrate G-d taking us from the slavery of Egypt to live in freedom, making a place for G-d in this world, and having a relationship with him. Pretty amazing stuff isn’t it? The creator of the universe wants to have a relationship with us. So after a series of miracles, the Egyptians can’t wait for us to leave. And for us, leaving behind a life of slavery, always working for someone else, for their benefit, never to enjoy the fruits of your own labor no matter how hard you work, no control over your own life, where you live, what you do. Somehow it just doesn’t stack up to living with a loving G-d who will later give the rules for living in such a way as to make him happy, and in so doing make ourselves happy.

One of the things that happened in the desert was Jethro, Moshe’s father-in-law, suggested a judicial system for the people. Wise judges would be appointed to solve disputes and problems, freeing up Moshe who was trying to do it all by himself. There were guidelines for being a judge.

Every judge was required to have the following seven attributes: wisdom, humility, awe of heaven, a loathing for money (even his own), a love for truth, the love of the people at large, and a good reputation.

In addition, to be appointed to the greater or lesser sanhedrin, one had to have achieved distinction in Torah knowledge and possess some knowledge of intellectual disciplines such as medicine, mathematics, calendar, astronomy, astrology and the teachings of idolatry, so that he would know how to judge cases concerning those fields. He could not be too old or childless when appointed, since someone with a family is more likely to be sympathetic and merciful. Members of the sanhedrin could be kohanim, Levites, or Israelites of fine pedigree.

As I watch our country’s judicial system disintegrate before our eyes with the weaponization of our justice system against ordinary Americans one can only look on with stunned horror.

In just the last week or so, Jacob Chansley (The Q anaon shaman in the buffalo horn hat) has been released from prison. Yea! It was in response to the segment Tucker Carlson did showing the video of the capitol police showing him around and opening doors for him. He’s been in prison for over two years. The demoncrat head of the senate Chuckie Cheese fought tooth and nail to keep those tapes from being released. Chuckie wants innocent people in prison. He then told FOX news to shut down Tucker showing the video, and I guess they did. The Bill of Rights has been thrown away with regards to the January 6^th attendees. Jan 6th Prisoners – Detained and Forgotten and that article is over a year old. Not much has changed, a corrupt judge is not allowing prisoners access to the film that could help clear them as it did Jacob. The corrupt DOJ has said it’s getting ready to round up more. These people aren’t just political prisoners, they’re hostages. In the middle ages when they took hostages, it was to ensure a certain behavior of the group of people the hostage came from. You act up? We kill your uncle. In this case, they want everyone to see the injustice. They want the whole world to know if people dare assemble to make a political point, or express an opinion the demoncrats will use the corrupt justice system to put you in jail and throw away the key. Literally. Or the corrupt demoncrat DOJ is just trying to lock up every potential Trump voter one by one. I guess when you can’t win elections because no one wants what you’re selling you resort to anything to hang on to power.

Which is probably why our former President Donald Trump was arrested. Even lawyers on the left have admitted the charges for basically entering an expense in the wrong column, for which the statute of limitations is long expired, and then trying to turn that into a felony. Well, who else has entered things into the wrong column? Oh John Edwards and Hillary Clintoon. So “Fat Alvin” Bragg has been turning violent criminals loose right and left, well, only the ones on the left really. Mayor Eric Adams gave a stern speech prior to people attending a rally in NYC in support of President Trump, about no violence or misbehaving….where was that speech two years ago when BLM and Antifa trashed sections of New York? Absent, he just let it happen and “Fat Alvin” did nothing but turn them loose. But there is one other crime “Fat Alvin” considers worthy of prosecution, self-defense. He sent a bodega worker to Riker’s Island for defending himself when an irate shoplifter tried to stab him to death, and now he was going to charge a parking lot attendant who was shot by an aspiring thief with attempted murder after the parking lot attendant managed to get the gun away from the man who just shot him, and use it to shoot his assailant. Alvin Bragg needs to face ethics charges. If nothing else for lack of. But not only is the prosecutor dirty, the judge needs to be recused. He was shopped for. Many many people no longer trust elections, and it’s more than obvious we can’t trust the justice system any longer. Our country is slipping away, and I shed a tear. We live in a place that takes the fruit of our labor from us and for their own personal financial gain ships it to foreign countries, hobbles our country with red tape and regulations, while allowing the collapse of it’s infrastructure. Many of us see clearly what’s happening, meanwhile the news readers and political commentators, a role that used to be filled by actual humorous comedians, are all gloating it’s demise to an audience that claps like trained seals as they hoot and jeer. They have no clue they are rejoicing the third heart attack of America. They don’t care about citizens or how bad it gets, so long as they “get Trump” They will stand there and applaud as the flames reach ever higher destroying even more. If they can’t control, they will happily burn it all down. That’s the left.

And it’s consistent the world over.

In Israel what is being billed as the “death of democracy”, familiar phrase, eh what, as the left and the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) calls judicial reform. The Israeli election system doesn’t function as ours does. For one they use paper ballots. But for another, you don’t vote for candidates. You vote for political parties. They party tells you their platform, what they stand for, what they will do for/to you and then gives you a list of their candidates in order. The more seats they win they more of their candidates get a seat in the Knesset. Then the Knesset who is responsible to the voters passes laws. If the voters don’t like what the party is doing in the Knesset they won’t get many votes in the next election. Which is why the right won so heavily this last election. People don’t like living with the result of leftist policies. Well, in American cities like Chiraq and NYC they must. Look at what they elect. But back to Israel. So the Knesset passes laws, then the Israeli Supreme Court says “nope, you can’t have that law, we don’t like it.” Huh. The Israeli supreme court isn’t done like our supreme court used to be done. In the old days the President would nominate someone who (hopefully) had a record of accurate adherence to the Constitution, since the job is determining how the case before them fits with the Constitution. Of course now Joe Xiden just nominate a stupid person that is the right color with the right anatomical features. Doesn’t matter if they are dumb as a box of rocks. But I sadly must point out, they got confirmed. But the Israeli Supreme court? No, those justices are nominated by other justices already on the court. And since the court has only left wing moon bats, who do you think they nominate? Yep, more left wing moon bats. So you have a small group of people that decide how things will be done in Israel, and the citizens have no recourse. They can’t vote them out of office. Pretty appalling, huh? Which begs the question why are the streets filled with people protesting taking power away from the supreme court and restoring it to the people and their elected representatives. A few reasons.

The mainstream media, the bat rabid left (often one in the same) have convinced the people that their elected representatives passing laws is a bad thing, and they are being paid. Sound familiar?

Let’s get back to answering the question. There definitely is a serious problem in Israel, but it’s not what you think. I have spoken to many of the protestors and the overwhelming majority of them have no idea what “judicial reform” is all about. The original ones that started screaming a few months back had genuine objections about proposed changes to Israel’s judicial system but that expanded into something far bigger than the original protest. Today’s protests are organized by sore-losers who cannot accept defeat and realize that they will never win at the ballot boxes… so they took their supporters to the streets instead.

Had this been explained in a clear and simple way, the protest movement would have ended before it began. However, the government dismissed these protests as meaningless. However, the attorney general forbade Netanyahu from speaking on the issue, calling it a conflict of interest. Her conflict of interest was glossed over – after all, the plan reduced the authority of the most powerful figure in Israel’s judiciary except for the Chief Justice.

This was a gamechanger. The right also didn’t realize how well organized and, especially, how well funded the protestors were. People were being paid to attend these rallies – I know this for a fact; 250 shekel to attend the rally plus an additional 100 shekel for transportation expenses.

– 29% supported the state being able to REMOVE UNVACCINATED PARENTS’ CUSTODY OVER THEIR OWN CHILDREN.

Honest to goodness, I keep expecting Vicky Nuland to show up in Israel at a protest or the next Antifa/BLM riot and hand out bread and donuts like she did in Ukraine in 2014. Because both countries are undergoing what looks to be a color revolution.

The irony of citizens in both countries begging to be put back into slavery right before Pesach because they can not see the left for what it is, nor discern their lies saddens me greatly. If the left can’t control, they will burn it down. I shed a tear for each of them. Two tears.

But Pesach is the time of miracles, a time for joy, and a time to rejoice freedom. I will pray and we will see if the time is right for G-d to send us more miracles. He can do so anytime he wants. May it be soon.

If a right exists but it is ignored or not acknowledged, is it still a right?

This is a long clip from Tucker Carlson from a few days ago, but it all applies to the Second Amendment, and almost equally as important is how it is being respected in America’s judicial system.

Our Parsha yesterday was Yitro, Exodus 18:1-20:23. Yitro is Jethro, Moshe’s father in law, who was a very learned man. G-d gave us a beautiful world, he gave a contract, that if followed, we could live in harmony with each other and he will dwell among us. The left hates that, they want the worship due to G-d and they want to push him as far out of his world as possible.

But these rights? They still come from G-d, they left may act as though they give and take them, but that’s not how it will end up. They can ignore our rights, they can act as though they don’t exist. But G-d gave them to us, their opinion does not nullify his gifts.

Even if I had a crystal ball, it would probably look more like a shaken snow globe right now, things are so crazy, but here, here is one thing I know. There are elements within the legal system in Israel that are starting to stand for the rule of law, there are elements of the legal system within America and I think the good people of both have about had their fill of being used and abused by a corrupt legal system. Emmy the non-lawyer is an elected official. I hope the people of Arizona can do better. I’d like to see Emmy removed from office, tomorrow. You know, in the Second reading above, God fearers, men of truth, who hate monetary gain, I’m very curious, who paid for Emmy’s campaign? Does Emmy have any other source of income? See, there is a reason Yitro said that. We already know Emmy isn’t worried about G-d. So, monetary gain?

Raising The Cane

I saw this article recently about a feral 13 year old attacking a teacher in Georgia and breaking her leg. This really is unbelievable to someone like me who was raised with “If you get in trouble at school? You’re in way more trouble when you get home!” And they weren’t kidding. My parents weren’t cruel, if something happened they would give a chance to explain your side of what happened, but they were not the parents that showed up to school saying “My little Princess would never….so fire the teacher”. Not them.

Options To A National Divorce

As I’ve mentioned before, in some ways I see a national divorce as potentially the only way to salvage part of America as we know and love her. Barring of course appealing to Gov Ron DeSantis to come in and begin administration of the states that want that, as opposed to those who are upset by M&Ms with shoes.

But if Gov. DeSantis responds to the requests of other red states with inadequate governors to go in and help restore American values such as one set of rule and laws for everyone as well as equal enforcement, limited small government, actual classroom lessons in STEM and real American history, just be aware Ukraine will be sending money and possibly troops to prevent the “invasion”. Just as our government has done to the people in the Donbas region. Russia will laugh her tail off.

So, short of asking Gov. DeSantis for help, let’s look at a couple of interesting thing. First up, she’s a 10…th…Amendment.

The Tenth Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The anti-commandeering clause says that the federal government can not compel local governments to enforce their tyranny. Some ATF examples from 2007 Office of Inspector Generals report involving egregious acts from just Richmond, Virginia, from May 2004 through August 2005.

The first hearing presented testimony from four witnesses who alleged that ATF agents used aggressive and harassing techniques primarily at a gun show held on August 13 and 14, 2005, at the Richmond International Raceway in Virginia. Three of the witnesses were present at the gun show: the gun show promoter, a gun salesman who worked for a federally licensed dealer but represented him self as a private seller at the show, and a federally licensed dealer who had exhibited his firearms collection for sale at the Richmond gun show. The fourth witness was a private investigator who was hired by the National Rifle Association (NRA) to conduct an investigation o f ATF enforcement activity at the August 2005 gun show. The witnesses alleged that ATF Special Agents and state and local police interrogated and intimidated gun buyers, targeted women and minorities as potential straw purchasers, visited the homes of buyers to verify their addresses, and detained some gun buyers after they left the gun show and seized their weapons without cause.

Arkansas sheriffs push back on new ATF gun policy

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Multiple Arkansas sheriff’s offices are pushing back against a new gun policy from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, (ATF).

This new federal rule states that those who use a “brace stabilizer” attachment will have to register their weapons with the government.

Gun control groups support the new policy, but not everyone agrees.

Stone County Sheriff Brandon Long and the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office shared that their offices would not assist the federal government in enforcing this policy.

Sheriff: Residents should tell ATF agents conducting warrantless gun inspections to leave

A Washington state sheriff recently advised residents in his county that if agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) come to their homes without a search warrant asking to inspect their firearms, they can tell them to leave their property.

Klickitat County Sheriff Bob Songer said in a press statement on Friday that agents are “making surprise home visits of persons who have purchased two or more firearms at one time. To my knowledge, these ATF visits have not occurred in Washington State yet.”

So until the corrupt BATFE can be defunded, or rebuilt, this might help keep citizens a bit safer from them.

But imagine if every county in each state were responsible for evaluating federal guidelines and deciding to accept or reject them and no local law-enforcement was to be utilized in their enforcement. Local politicians are subject to re-election, unelected bureaucrats, not so much. They just go on to make lots of royalties with their wife in charge of ethics for their department. Sounds legit.

Things might look very different. Thousands of small businesses might still be around.

A friend of mine from Missouri sent me something interesting that could be helpful as well. It involves how a state’s constitution is amended and ballot initiatives. This example is from Missouri, but other states may do things differently.

Currently, it takes only a simple majority statewide vote of the people to ratify a proposed amendment and those votes can all come from a relatively small geographic area. Which means in their recent vote to allow legalized pot, it passed. And how did it pass in a red state like Missouri?

Because high crime, demoncrat controlled areas voted for it. Tyranny of the majority as he calls it. But the majority of counties do not want it.

One of the proposed solutions was needing a vote of 2/3 to pass a ballot initiative, but that meant that the populated areas could nix it sending it to the courts, then you have the courts ruling over things. This is what you see in Israel. The Knesset passes a law, the totally left-wing Supreme Court says no. And the people’s elected representatives are dead in the water. There is currently a battle in Israel over this, in the American media it’s called “Israel’s democracy is dead”. So that brings me to the second item, besides not press-ganging our local officials or law-enforcement into service of the federal leviathan. This idea comes from Missouri First. Um, so did the pot graphic, I shamelessly swiped it. It’s called the Concurrent Majority Ratification. A majority of voters, statewide will have to vote “yes” AND ALSO

A majority of voters in each of more than half the 163 state House districts would have to vote “yes.”

Pretty clever eh? He points out it is very consistent with other areas of government.

States vote to ratify amendments to the U.S. Constitution – we don’t take a national popular vote.

The Electoral College – we don’t elect the president by a national popular vote.

Two U.S. Senators per state, no matter the size of the state.

Bicameral legislatures.

Members of the House of Representatives (both U.S. and state) represent geographic districts.

So, will we end up with a National divorce? I don’t know, but if states begin to utilize the 10^th Amendment and especially the anti-commandeering clause more as well as looking at amending state constitutions to reflect traditional laws perhaps it could be avoided. Although I still suspect there will be areas that are going to break off. The demoncrats have so polarized and divided the country I’m not sure we share much of anything anymore.

The federal government relies heavily on state cooperation to implement and enforce almost all of its laws, regulations and acts. By simply withdrawing this necessary cooperation, states and localities can nullify many federal actions in effect. Partnerships don’t work too well when half the team quits. By withdrawing all resources and participation in federal law enforcement efforts and program implementation, states, and even local governments, can effectively bring the federal actions to an end.

At the close of Hannukah, and other things

After reading the comments on the last column, and different things I’ve listened to, or read the last couple of days, there is one more column left for Hannukah 2022. Again, I have no explanation, it’s just there and I’m sharing it. I promise, this is the last one (I’m pretty sure because this was the last day of Hannukah).

Before the actual battles of Hannukah, which attempted to eradicate the Jewish presence there was the spiritual battle to eradicate the Jewish presence. Not by killing the people, which came later, but by killing Judaism. I probably should have put a trigger warning on this column, so consider this it. Not the first time I’ve grabbed the 3^rd rail.

This is where I think we are now. In the part where “The World” tries to eliminate religion, and this time it’s the presence of G-d. I would maintain the world has always tried to eliminate the Jews because they were the ones that were tasked with bringing the knowledge of G-d into the world. As people we have free choice, free will. We can choose to pick the things of pleasure and short term gratification in the world, or we can choose to follow the laws of G-d and his plan for a beautiful world. It’s like looking at architecture plans to me, I don’t read them so I can’t see how they work to make a beautiful building until much of it is in built and in place. But the plans were laid it out all along. Yes, that deck off the 2^nd floor bed room sounds like a great idea and like lots of fun, especially when the hot tub was added in, but if the original plans didn’t account for it and the support for it wasn’t there in the plans, it won’t play out well. The same with how choosing what seems like a pleasurable choice at the time, may have consequences. Be it three pieces of fudge truffle cheesecake or a third beer or the junk Hollyweird puts out. But if only good is offered or available, how is that free will? Our fight with our more carnal desires allows us to sharpen our spiritual ones.

The battle today is “The World” against traditional families. A girlfriend and I were texting the other day and she made a comment of something her grandma used to say; as the family goes, so goes the country. I think it takes about 1 second to see that Hollyweird and mainstream media have had the traditional (according to G-d’s plan) family under attack for years. We’ve never had such gender confusion in our children, we’ve not seen women discriminated against openly for years until the trans-woman became far more important that stock from the factory woman. For evidence I only need point to the man swimming as a woman Lea Thomas because he’s such a loser he couldn’t succeed as man so he chose and easier way. When women have showed up to protest against things like men in women’s changing rooms they’ve been physically attacked by trans women. And apparently that’s fine because there is no outrage. But their fight isn’t with me, it’s with G-d.

I became suspicious of the sudden switch of the media from covid covid covid death death death vax vax vax to Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine very early on, because it was following the same pattern. As I’ve mentioned more than once, the citizens of the Donbas voted to rejoin Russia with darn good reason, more than once they’ve voted like that. And while “The World” and the U.S. media simper on about rigged elections I think the coverage of the faux elections in Arizona and the resulting lawsuits should pretty much stamped paid to any credibility to that claim. They could care less about the honesty of elections. The Donbas voted with paper ballots into clear cubes so people could see what was put in. I realize counting is a question, but monitors on the ground have said it was run better than U.S. elections. I know, that doesn’t take much these days. So is a first grade raffle. The Governor of New York State compared the climatic situation in which the country finds itself with that experienced during the devastating “Blizzard” of 1977. In her speech, Kathy Hochul called on her citizens to fight one more day against this cold mortal.

So, how are those windmills and solar panels from China that the Biden crime regime are trying to force us into working out? Oh, it says, 32 dead, so far. I’m truly fearful for working families, commuters, the elderly and people on fixed income. And obviously, don’t travel in bad weather without extra warm gear in the car.

People freezing to death in their cars. NEVER drive in places like this without trunk gear that includes serious wool from head to toe, and serious sleeping bags in the trunk. The other thing that I think is going to come into play as well as the frigid weather, and decreased fuel availability and purposefully damaged supply chain (Pete Butt-edge-edge’s racist highways are being destroyed along with his other policies) that will lead to a shortage of needed medicine, fuel and food, is people’s immune systems.

The more you’ve been injected, the weaker your immune system is. But that’s not the only threat our specie faces from this military project called the experimental gene therapy injections.

Which brings me to my next point. Religion. As we discussed in my last column, there are woke in every brand of religion, and we discussed Judaism’s. But Christianity has their woke pastors as well. Someone sent me a meme of a “Woke Pastor” costume for halloween with white skinny jeans, I think a gold chain and maybe some CDs and a Starbucks cup with a picture of some kind of goddess on the front. I don’t think I saved the meme though. In the war for Independence, it was the Black Robe regiment that helped win the war. This is well worth listening to at about 10 minutes long.

Many of our nation’s laws came from G-d’s law, and woke spiritual leaders of every brand ignore and dismiss that. How are they fit to lead and teach? Our rights come from G-d, the politicians are to follow the Constitution which enumerates them and is to protect them, it doesn’t bestow them. G-d did. How are there to be good, healthy and moral families when the spiritual leaders as well as elected ones let us down and in fact attempt to deceive?

So back to Ukraine and Russia. My heart hurts for the Ukrainian people. They have been betrayed in the deepest sense of the word by so many.

Ukraine has been a money laundering operation for demoncrats and corrupt republican politicians for years. The CIA arranged regime change in Ukraine under Barry Sotero, and the U.S. has bio-weapons labs there that are funded by taxpayer dollars while they most assuredly do not want taxpayers to know what is going on in them. Zelensky is locking up political opponents, shutting down news media critical of him, shutting down and banning churches and their leaders and seizing their properties and demoncrats and worthless republicans jump for joy and call this democracy. Tells you about their mindset. All done with out tax money no less. The politicians of all nations and brands are more than willing to fight to the last drop of Ukrainian blood.

I find I often get news that is pertinent from other countries rather than American sources, so these next couple of sound clips come from Israel.

First, Zelenksy doesn’t take this “war” seriously. Oh yes, he takes the money, seriously, he takes lots and lots of American taxpayer dollars shelled out by human pieces of excrement like the murder turtle, Roy Blunt and Jerry Moron. Money taxpayers won’t have to pay for heat, food, or fuel. Money we won’t be spending on our border, because we are spending in Ukraine. Money we don’t have to pay our National Guard soldiers, because we are giving it to Ukraine. This war time situation is so serious, that Zelensky did an episode of Letterman, in Ukraine. But I’ll let you listen to part of this episode of “Lighten Up”. I’m trying to start it at 18:50 seconds into the show. The relevant part only goes to about 23:30, so not that long. But worth listening to their take.

So, how’s Ukraine handling their war? And this is just till November of last year.

Chronicle of undeclared Ukrainian aggression against NATO.

1. March 2 – Ukrainian S-300 air defense system destroyed a Romanian MiG-21 fighter. The pilot is dead.

2. March 2 – Ukrainian air defense shot down a Romanian military transport helicopter Mi-8, which flew out to look for a MiG-21 fighter shot down by Ukraine.

3. March 3 – Estonian bulk carrier Helt was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Odessa. Four people are missing.

4. March 10 – Ukrainian UAV Tu-141 “Swift” attacked Zagreb. Luckily, no one died.

5. March 13 – Ukrainian Volkssturm shot down the car of an American journalist from the New York Times, Brent Reno, in the Irpen region, who, according to Iranian intelligence services, worked as a CIA officer in Iraq.

6. September 9 – a Romanian minesweeper was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine near Constanta. Luckily, there were no fatalities.

7. November 9 – A Turkish boat was blown up by a Ukrainian naval mine off the coast of Turkey. Luckily, no one died.

8. November 15 – The Ukrainian S-300 air defense system attacked Poland, destroying 2 Polish citizens and a tractor trailer.

Under the guise of a war with Russia, Ukraine is waging a hybrid war against NATO!

Which bring us to my distrust of the attacks on Russia and Putin early on. For one, I’ve heard from more than one person that Putin has been decent (the comment good was used a couple of time) for the Jews. I have no personal knowledge, so that’s hearsay, but it’s hearsay from people that personally know. Human piece of excrement Lindsey Graham came flat out and said the war in Ukraine is about deposing Putin and regime change in Russia. No mention of what happens when someone else, and possibly less stable than Putin gains control of all those nukes.

You know, it’s fascinating. The Xiden regime is so worried about Israel electing what is suppose to be a right wing government. They’ve even tried to forbid certain Israeli politicians (whom I happen to like) from serving in the government. I guess they are afraid they might allow Jews to pray on the Temple Mount. Something which the courts have said is legal. The Xiden regime claims they are afraid Jews praying where the Holy Temple once stood, where G-d calls us to pray, will start a war. But the Xiden regime has no problem poking that big furry nuclear clad Russian bear directly by attacks on their pipeline or indirectly through their CIA puppet Zelensky.

But why? Why these attacks on Russia? Again, another Israeli podcast. This one covers some Hanukkah history you may (or not) have heard before, and of course it’s fascinating. But I especially think one of the comments made in the podcast have the answer to my question. It involves Christianity more than Judaism really, and Russia.

I’m trying to start this at 42:46 into the show.

This actually makes sense in a way to me. There has to be another reason other than “Putin bad”. Look, there’s lots of bad rulers out there. I’m sure many of them are supported by U.S. and put in place by the FIB and the CIA. But apparently, Russia is Christian, at least more so than many other nations. Is this what’s behind “The World” turning against Russia? We are in the spiritual battle of Hanukkah where the general shows up in Modi’in and demands they sacrifice an unclean animal on their alter. The spiritual battle before Mattias picks up his sword and says “Oh HELLinized NO”. The Judah battle came after.

REBEL! Fight back! Have strong, healthy loving families. Raise them with the principles of your faith, raise them to understand, not just recite strong conservative values. Think twice before you send them off to the communist creation centers known as college and university. Observe and love your family Shabbat/Sabbath. Pigpen, I have thought much about your comments on my last column. My idea of marriage was always a partnership. Someone with whom you had common goals, beliefs and principles, a moral compass if you will. Someone who picks up your weak points and you shore up theirs. Someone who can (though I’m sure it doesn’t always work out this way) be a safe port in the storm called life. Someone you want at your back. Your message was so beautiful, inspiring and clear. May G-d bless you and your family, even more. The dating advice my cousin gave me was “Pick someone you want at your back during the zombie apocalypse.” He said after seeing his wife at the range, he was convinced he had chosen well. Actually his advice isn’t far off or bad.

In these times, when we’ve been betrayed by so many institutions that should have had our backs, I just think about this meme I got this morning. A tip of my Stetson to Mike.

Fiddling on the Roof while Rome burns

Sorry folks, I don’t know what’s come over me, but it just seems like there are tons of thoughts to share. Must be the candles. So, here goes tonight’s; marriage, children and the continuation of Judaism. Although I also maintain that what I have to say about the continuation of Judaism also applies equally to the continuation of our country or even conservatism. After this I’ll probably knock it off.

What set me off this time? Shimshon and I watched Fiddler on the Roof the other night. I hadn’t seen it for a few years, and still remember the first time I ever saw it. I was of course, much younger than. The first time I ever saw it, I couldn’t understand Tevye being so hard with his daughters. How could he be so stiff as to deny them the chance to marry who they wished. They wanted to marry for love, as I’m sure everyone does desire to have love in their marriage. But I thought wow, I’m glad those days are gone. And in the end, the girls got to marry who they chose. However, I’m old now, and as my Dad promised when I was young, I begin to see things differently, it’s as though the lens of life shifts a bit. It brings other things into focus, while dimming others. I was texting with a girlfriend a few days ago and we talked about it. Here’s the conclusions I reached during our conversation.

Thinking about Fiddler on the roof today after Menorah lighting last night and have a very different perspective than when I first saw it years ago or even the last time I watched it here about 4 or 5 years ago.

Back then of course my sympathies were with the daughters. How could Tevye be so rigid?

The oldest married an observant Jew, just poor and they continued the Jewish line. Judaism will continue through them.

The middle married a non-observant who’s religion is communism and revolution. They will have children who join Peace Now where female Rabbis use Jewish prayers to publicly pray for the souls of the arabs killed by the IDF in the act of trying to murder Jews.

The youngest? She got married in a Christian church.. She and Fyedka will have children that will work for the ADL and anti-Jewish organization or will end up like Kamel-toe’s husband. Jewish in name but in observance no.

I judge none of the 3. We all want to marry for love. Everyone dreams of that. But I do have a much deeper understanding of Tevye.

Now this is a good night to talk about it, because it’s the 5^th night of Hannukah. This is an especially propitious time for single who want to get married and those that are so inclined to pray for them to find their soul mate. The abomination called the omnibus bill passed. Full List: How Senators Voted on the $1.8 Trillion Omnibus Package. What is in it? It’s over 4,000 pages. What with time spent trying to impress a comedian who showed up in a jogging outfit demanding money, who had time to read it? Probably no one voting for it. But Zero Hedge is able to clue you in. The short summation, it will fund more tyranny to be exerted on law-abiding American citizens. And it will give plenty of money to the tyrants to do just that. Anything about securing our border from the current invasion? Nope, not really. But Ukraine’s of course. So while Zelenksy is locking up opposing political parties, locking up religious leaders and seizing their buildings, we are paying for that because it’s regime change in Russia, full steam ahead. Many of them have openly said that. I’ve really got to see if Vlad will text me how long we’ve got before we’ve pushed him past this red line, because unlike Barry Sotero with his red lines, Vlad doesn’t seem to ignore them. What is in all this mess for U.S.? The average American citizen? More tyranny tied up with a nice bow by the Murder Turtle. A fair amount of this will also include medical tyranny, which seems to be the most effective means they’ve found thanks to the help from a mainstream media more dishonest than Pravda. I’ve long felt the plandemic was part of the game to bring America to heel. There was too much off about how it was being handled.

America is being taken down from the inside. A huge part of it is the education of our children, and for some, children that have left the path they were raised to follow. How many poor parents these days tried to pass on conservative beliefs, a sense of right and wrong, justice, good and nobility only to watch their child run off to Moscow to preach communism? Ok, that bit comes from the movie. They don’t understand, like Perchik that things that sound just great can camouflage absolute atrocities. Will Hodel and Perchik have children to grow up and embrace the faith of her parents in time, after he’s out of Sibera? Maybe, but I doubt is. He worships revolution far more than G-d it seems. So I’m sticking with my original assessment. Only Tzeitel, the oldest daughter and her husband are likely to pass down Judaism.

I read something years ago, more than I care to remember called Sundown At Coffin Rock. I didn’t know if it would still be on the internet or not. It’s probably a 3-5 minute read and takes place in what I’m guessing is the not too distant future. It’s about how this current crop of children will treat freedom and the ability to defend it. Like I said, it’s stuck with me for years. I’m afraid that many of the youth coming up today will not only be fine with the changes the omnibus abomination will bring, but will embrace and try to further them. Because that’s how they’ve been indoctrinated. The one good thing I can think of that the covid scam has done is opened many parents eyes to the the public education system. Wide open.

But for this 5^th night of Hannukah, I have good to share as well. Because there can’t be hardly anything cuter, here is my little boy wearing his Hannukah outfit this year.

With so much bad news assailing our beloved country, I thought I’d share just a few little stories about groups fighting back against injustice. Either their beloved children being indoctrinated or their country or state being stolen from them and then the gaslighting that follows from a corrupt establishment with the cooperation it’s willing accomplice the mainstream media, aka #FakeNews.

I’ll start with the school first.

New Conservative School Board Members Fire Superintendent, Ban Critical Race Theory at First Meeting

A group of parents who ran for a school board acted at once to fulfill their campaign promises. As soon as the new majority was sworn in to take their place on the Berkeley County School District in South Carolina, they moved.

Within the first two hours of their first meeting upon being sworn in, the board fired school superintendent Deon Jackson, dumped district in-house counsel Tiffany Richardson, banned any part of the CRT curriculum they could find, and launched a committee to evaluate whether certain books in district libraries were age-appropriate, NBC News reported.

Berlin state elections declared void. Nope, not Berlin somewhere in the U.S. In Germany, country of precision, right?

Berlin’s highest court has ordered new elections in the German capital, declaring that chaos in the 2021 vote violated election law. The Berlin mayor faces a neck-and-neck race to keep her office.

Germany’s constitutional court ruled on Wednesday that the state of Berlin would have to re-run its elections next year, after deciding that organizational chaos reported at hundreds of polling stations around the city last September made the vote invalid. The Berlin election will now have to be repeated within 90 days.

Presiding Judge Ludgera Selting said the decision had to be taken because of the “frequency and gravity” of the mistakes that had been made, which were so widespread that they may have altered the election result. Selting also spoke of “serious systemic flaws” in the preparation of the election.

And finally to something that does affect all of U.S. Arizona AG Launches Investigation Into Maricopa County ‘Election Irregularities’

AG Mark Brnovich’s election integrity unit has demanded a full report of well-publicized irregularities, and what he claims is evidence of “statutory violations.”

The letter, sent late Saturday by Assistant AG Jennifer Wright to the county’s top civil division attorney, Thomas Liddy, is a major escalation over widespread problems with voting tabulators and printers, which delayed the declaration of a winner in razor-thin races in the attorney general’s race and the gubernatorial race.

Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has questioned the media’s premature declaration that her opponent, Democrat Katie Hobbs – who wasn’t exactly popular, won.

The letter demands a full report on how voting machine and printer issues were handled, along with a copy of each polling location’s Official Ballot Report, as well as explanations for any discrepancies.

Who votes for a communist that recently got out of prison? Besides which President Bolsonaro is very popular. They’ve seen the damage in less than two years an illegally installed puppet can do to a country and they aren’t having it.

The move comes after “two audits of the electronic voting machines” showed they changed some voting percentages. Meanwhile, Brazil’s people have risen against the alleged voter fraud, with millions flooding the streets in protest. However, the corrupted Supreme Court is taking extreme measures to silence its citizens.

Farmers and truckers have joined the fight in Brazil to protest the stolen elections. Like the trucker protests in the US and Canada, reports say Brazilian truckers are honking horns and blocking highways as they join election protests that began at the end of October.

Truckers in Brazil are freedom-loving patriots protesting the attempt by CCP-owned communist and embezzler Lula da Silva to steal the presidency from President Jair Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro is well-loved by the Brazilians and called for the protest to be carried out peacefully and lawfully. He also was a massive supporter of the trucking industry and found ways to keep diesel costs low.

They aren’t having it.
