So about that word “preemptive”.
adjective
of or relating to preemption.
taken as a measure against something possible, anticipated, or feared; preventive; deterrent:
a preemptive tactic against a ruthless business rival.
preempting or possessing the power to preempt; appropriative; privileged:
a commander’s preemptive authority.
Bridge. pertaining to, involving, or noting an opening bid or an overcall in a suit that is at an unnecessarily high level and that is essentially a defensive maneuver designed to make communication between one’s opponents more difficult:
a preemptive bid; to give a preemptive response.
I’ve been hearing a great deal lately about Israel and a “preemptive strike”.
This would make it sound like Israel is striking first before Iran or one of it’s proxies Hezbollah, hamass or the Houthis can strike Israel.
Um, no. On October 7th there was the ceasefire in place that the Harris-Biden crime junta so long for. The hamass violated it and killed 1400 innocent Israelis and kidnapped more.
According to the Daily Wire dated on 25 August 2024
In the more than 10 months since Hamas’ October 7 terrorist attack, Hezbollah has fired more than 6,700 rockets, missiles, and explosive drones at Israeli communities leading to hundreds of thousands being displaced from their homes.
And
Approximately 100 fighter jets with the Israel Air Force (IAF) struck more than 40 launch areas, preventing what officials said was a much larger imminent attack in which Hezbollah was preparing to fire as many as 6,000 rockets and drones at Israel.
If you really want to look at the rocket attacks in Israel, check out this site, The Jewish Virtual Library. It’s current to June 12, 2024
Rocket & Mortar Attacks Against Israel by Date
If you look at that massive amount of rockets launched into Israel already, long before Israel sent planes out on 25th of August, you must admit, far, very far from it being a preemptive strike, it’s a retaliatory strike.
And yet, the whole media world is alive with “Israel” and “Preemptive strike”.
Nonsense.
While the left yammers on about the “poor poor Gazans” who elected hamass and went into Israel with hamss, there are hundreds of Israeli citizens in the north that have been unable to go home for months!! They didn’t vote for a government that in it’s charter says it will annihilate an entire group of people (Jews) anywhere in the world. The Gazans did, and they stand by that as well. I haven’t heard cnn expressing any concern for them.
The media is no more honest in reporting on Israel than they are on reporting on politics.
This is the same mindset you see the left use against armed citizens. “You shouldn’t have shot him, he only had a 16” butcher knife and you had a gun! You didn’t need to kill him, you could have shot him in the knee. Why he didn’t even touch you with that knife”.
Why are good people expected to suffer harm before they can defend themselves? I honestly don’t have a clue except the left is a cult of death.
I listened to a couple of podcasts recently that really got me to thinking about how words are used. The first one is fascinating from beginning to end. Dr. Gil-White was a Tamar guest during Covid, and he was pretty much correct on everything. He said in his country (Mexico) there is a saying “He who hits first, hits twice.”. The whole thing is great, he talks about many topics but they all tie together. He maintains America is protecting Iran here, not Israel.
The next week she had Dr. Mordachai Sones and he talks about tricks the media uses and how to spot them.
So for my part? From now on I’ll refer to them as “retaliatory strikes” not preemptive because they most certainly aren’t.

Oh BINGO!!!!! It has to be how Israel has fought in the past. To win, not to cease fire. And they could do that…
