See, the thing is that Colorado has a universal background check law. It requires even private buys to go through a licensed dealer, who has to log the firearm “as if he or she were transferring the firearm from his or her inventory to the prospective transferee.”
To do that, the firearm(s) has to have a serial number.
Someone is spewing bull byproducts. I don’t know if its this “ghost gun” claim, or the “lawfully purchased” reports. I think I’ll drop a reporter a note.

Every family has “that one uncle.” You know the one: they guy who stupidly thinks the Constitution means what it says, and if it needs reinterpretation/changing, there’s an amendment process for that. The guy who stubbornly insists on arguing on the basis of objective fact.
Yeah, in my family everyone knows that’s me. Even though I think I show incredible restraint at Thanksgiving. Removing firearms from dangerous individuals
I’ve discussed this before. They’d do it by violating people’s constitutional due process rights.
Since the very point of “red flag” laws is to eliminate the pre-seizure hearing for the accused, and go straight confiscation — ending the rights-recognizing process already in place in every single state — I’m going to assume that “pre-deprivation due process” is going to becomes the police serving the accused with a hearing notice before collecting the guns. The notice — of a hearing that actually occurs after the seizure — would be the due process.
Not that they had the balls to actually pass a federal red flag law. They’re just offering bribes to the states to do it for them… conveniently putting the cost of defending unconstitutional laws in court on the states.

They include some qualifiers such as “have or have recently had,” serious, length, type, and frequency of the relationship; but they do not define any of them.
What is recent? Serious? You won’t know until you discover that you’ve been added to the NICS human/civil rights deprivation list.
While I do try to keep my cool at family gatherings, little talking point lists like this tend to make me hope some suicidal loon brings them up.

A group of parents who ran for a school board acted at once to fulfill their campaign promises. As soon as the new majority was sworn in to take their place on the Berkeley County School District in South Carolina, they moved.
Within the first two hours of their first meeting upon being sworn in, the board fired school superintendent Deon Jackson, dumped district in-house counsel Tiffany Richardson, banned any part of the CRT curriculum they could find, and launched a committee to evaluate whether certain books in district libraries were age-appropriate, NBC News reported.
Berlin’s highest court has ordered new elections in the German capital, declaring that chaos in the 2021 vote violated election law. The Berlin mayor faces a neck-and-neck race to keep her office.
Germany’s constitutional court ruled on Wednesday that the state of Berlin would have to re-run its elections next year, after deciding that organizational chaos reported at hundreds of polling stations around the city last September made the vote invalid. The Berlin election will now have to be repeated within 90 days.

Farmers and truckers have joined the fight in Brazil to protest the stolen elections. Like the trucker protests in the US and Canada, reports say Brazilian truckers are honking horns and blocking highways as they join election protests that began at the end of October.
Truckers in Brazil are freedom-loving patriots protesting the attempt by CCP-owned communist and embezzler Lula da Silva to steal the presidency from President Jair Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro is well-loved by the Brazilians and called for the protest to be carried out peacefully and lawfully. He also was a massive supporter of the trucking industry and found ways to keep diesel costs low.
No, I don’t mean there was a train wreck in Arizona, I mean Arizona is a train wreck. Nevada too for that matter.
There is so much that is wrong with the charade. It’s basically the same charade of an election we had in 2020, but since the GOP establishment did nothing about it, and everyone wanted to “move on” and the phrase “election denier” became the hot new thing along with Ukraine we are living through it again. And our friends in Arizona will pay the highest price. But I actually do have some suggestions coming. But first, lets have a look at the illegal corrupt actions.
Second, only a couple of times have I seen the unlikely campaign strategy of hide in your basement and refuse to debate employed successfully. Hobbs is one of them, Beijing Biden being the other. Kari Lake had I believe over double the social media followers as the corrupt Hobbs, and far more enthusiasm for her campaign.
Now lets look at Hobbs incompetence. Much of this comes from citizens and independent media.
Expert, Dan Sundin, has honed in on the likely cause of why 30% of the tabulators in Arizona could not process the majority of Republican ballots on Election Day.
During the 2022 General Election, the election programming was set up to process 20″ long ballots. This was a change from the 2020 General and the 2022 Primary ballots, which were 19″ long – an inch shorter.
So when Arizona election officials say they don’t know what happened on November 8th because everything was the same as Arizona’s primary – this isn’t true.
The ballot size wasn’t the same.
Why does that matter?
The sample ballot pdf’s published by Maricopa County and the Runbeck-printed ballots used for mail-in voting were correctly made to to 20″ length in the 2022 General. So there have been no problems processing Democrat-leaning, mail-in ballots.
However, the ballot on demand printers used for in-person voting only have 19″ trays that contain 19″ ballot paper.
This means, that for in-person voting, the official ballot image had to be compressed to fit on smaller paper than it was built for.
Compression causes the ink to be a little lighter than it should be, and thus affects how the tabulators read the ballot.
Maricopa County directed some voting centers to increase how dark the printing was, and this helped the problem somewhat.
The bigger problem, however, is that compressing the image skews where the ovals end up on the paper. The tabulators use a digital map to know where to look for votes. If the ovals aren’t where they belong, the tabulator won’t be able to find them, or will misread them. This problem will cause the tabulators to improperly read ovals, or not be able to read the ballot at all.
This is what most likely caused the high rejection rate and why so many ballots ended up having to be set aside in Drawer 3 – which led to another set of problems, and a lot of delay.
We all know delay favors fraud.
The equipment tabulating ballots at the MCTEC center is different than the Dominion ICP tabulators used for in-person, Election Day voting. Those scanners are more forgiving for shrunk/skewed ballots and are able to be manually adjudicated by election workers. That’s likely why we’re not seeing the same problems in the processing of ballots which were cast early in-person.
It’s clear that whatever logic and accuracy testing was done in Arizona to get ready for Election Day wasn’t a real world test.
The logic and accuracy test used pristine, pre-printed ballots that were professionally printed offsite and fed into the Dominion ICP tabulators to make sure they were working.
A real logic and accuracy test, however, would have used ballots printed on-site by the ballot-on-demand printers. That would have been a genuine end-to-end test, and it would have caught what ended up being a massive problem.
Since Republicans are more likely to vote in person on Election Day, they were disproportionately affected and disenfranchised by the incompetence of the election officials. Failing to correctly test the system to understand the effect of changing the ballot size was a fatal error. This amounted to a massive violation of voters’ constitutional rights, which requires equal protection under the law.
This issue didn’t affect the Democrat-leaning mail-in ballots. The Democrat-leaning, early in-person ballots are processed at the MCTEC Center on equipment more able to process the skewed images and manually adjudicate problem ballots.
We don’t know if all this was intentional or not. But the poorly-designed process and failure to properly test equipment under real world conditions have led to yet another third-world election in Arizona.
It’s worth noting that hand counting would not be affected in the slightest by a skewed ballot. Get rid of the machines.
But Arizona gives them a lot to work with, probably took that long because he was a Republican and they didn’t have the vote fraud machine fully cranked up yet.
I just find it so hard to believe that Arizonians said “Gee Katie Hobbs is incompetent and corrupt as Secretary of State, so let’s elect her Governor”.
So, what to do. Short term, for Arizona and Nevada

In the long term, everyone in leadership associated with the travesty and betrayal of the citizens has got to go. The is a battle to see if the pub party can be salvaged. I’m not optimistic. Without solid information, how are people suppose to make wise decisions? The university researchers also found these automated tweets had been purposely used to drive up fear amongst people targeted by them, boosting a high level of statistically measurable ‘angst’ in the online discourse.

I have nothing but sympathy for those that were forced into the experimental injections against their will. What a horrible choice, and I would hope they have a nice lawsuit coming. To be forced into a medical experiment with the coercion of loss of your job when you have a family to feed is not informed consent. Nor is being forced into it to go to family dinners, but probably few will sue family, and you don’t really have to go, not like you have to work to pay bills. My humble thoughts are, if they are going to treat you like that, do you really want to be around them? But I’m probably not a good person to ask.

I despise them and will never think of them in the same way. The massive amount of othering and ostracizing of people is far to reminiscent of pre-WWII Germany. It must have been lurking below the surface, but this brought it out. The flat out lies, Cuomo using a picture of a wedding in 2014 to single out the Jewish community for having a wedding should have been a big red flag as he lectured and threatened. The businesses ruined, the livelihoods lost, all of this putting increased pressure on the dwindling middle class. The censorship encouraged by the Demoncrats and willingly carried out by almost every social media platform, Twitter, Fakebook, YouTube, Google arranging their search algorithm to bury information they didn’t want you to find, and about anything else big, as well as almost every mainstream media source, all guilty. All guilty and have blood on their hands because they deprived people of information they needed to make a reasoned choice. And this is viewed as acceptable now by the left, they call it “stopping disinformation” You serf, are not to be allowed information, because information is power and we have it and you don’t and won’t.
There is an election on Tuesday. Never forget that the worst offenders of this atrocity and mass murder scheme have been Demoncrats and their financial enablers. Even politicians that you thought were “moderate” demoncrats aren’t. Manchin tore the mask off that one. He made a deal with the Biden crime junta and signed onto the new green deal selling out his constituents. And where did that get him? Screwed, probably didn’t even buy him dinner first. But, it’s too late Manchin and I hope you’re gone next round of elections.

Guess he’s got a sweet lobbying gig lined up now probably. But here’s the thing, like with Manchin, if they are a demoncrat, they have to tow the party line. And that can put all kinds of pressure on them. There is nothing, nothing good in the Demoncrats plans for America. They think they have us, U.S. finished off, and maybe they do, it’s all in G-d’s hands. But even when G-d fought battles for us, we were at least required to show up and march and blow horns, or scale walls with one sword and our armor bearer. We had to suit up and show up and do our part. If you have to vote for a crappy less than stellar Republican, their party can put pressure on them too. And what a fabulous party it will be with some more MTGs, Lauren Boberts, Matt Gaetz, Josh Hawley and the hopefully incoming Eric Schmitt, Herschel Walker and others. They have grit, guts and determination and best of all they love this country. With governors like Kari Lake, Ron DeSantis, Tudor Dixon, Doug Mastriano, and Lee Zeldin we could see our country survive. But that too is in G-d’s hands. Think of the pressure they would put on a Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins or Roy Blunt, I bet Old corrupt Mitch would be out of leadership as he should be.
My prayer is that people continue to wake up, and see what is happening.
To answer the question, can we just forget and let bygones be bygones?

A girl friend and I were talking the other day. Her Mom was medically mismanaged as well, resulting in her death. She and her brother had debated on if a lawsuit should be brought or not. I said there has to be retribution of some kind. If there is no retribution they have gotten away with it and most certainly are going to do it again. And there are plenty of signs they are already planning to do so. So, my promised solutions to the modern day Dr. Josef Mengeles out there. There have been solutions proposed.

A radio show I really enjoy is Temple Talk out of Israel. In last weeks Parsha, Noach, at the end of the podcast Yitzhak Ruven was talking about how Noach didn’t really try to warn the people so much of the impending doom. He just kept building his ark. But then Yitzhak said, maybe he did, maybe he did try and people just blew him off with “You’re crazy old man, you don’t know what you’re talking about”. Probably thought Noach was some kind of conspiracy nut. And all of a sudden I had a great sympathy and understanding of Noach for all the people that had tried to warn there was something off about the shot.
Kristallnacht is November 9-10. Ignoring signs is so very dangerous. Imagine, people trapped in their home, their businesses boycotted and failing, not allowed to go get food, hungry families, stuffed into Covid quarantine camps ghettos. There must be a reckoning.
