This is a tiny taste of what the WHO Pandemic treaty would look like. Everything the globalists want to put an end to will become a health threat. But this time, there may be, just may be some of the “pawns” that are refusing to play the game. And this gives me great hope that there is the spirit of sanity that may be starting to wake up in this beleaguered country.
The first one is in New Mexico. Sheriff John Allen from Bernalillo County (north of Albuquerque) announced he will not comply with the diktat. Rather publicly actually, in a “tweet” or is it an “X” now? I dunno. Here’s a snippet.
However, as the elected Sheriff, I have reservations regarding this order. While I understand and appreciate the urgency, the temporary ban challenges the foundation of our Constitution, which I swore an oath to uphold. I am wary of placing my deputies in positions that could lead to civil liability conflicts, as well as the potential risks posed by prohibiting law-abiding citizens from their constitutional right to self-defense.
I was elected to represent and safeguard all constituents and to ensure the balance between our rights and public safety is maintained. That means we must critically evaluate any proposed solution to the deeply rooted issue of gun violence, ensuring we both protect our community and uphold the values that define us as a nation.

An entire American city has just voted to officially ban all future mask and vaccine mandates: Huntington Beach, California—which is quite notable because California had some of the most stringent mandates in the country.
Your local elections matter as much, if not more than the federal ones at times. One courageous Sheriff, and others may rise up as well. Well, the ones that aren’t Demoncrats. A city council that you’ve vetted, a school board that puts children and their education ahead of the current thing and their ideology will make a huge difference in your day to day life, that of your business and your children’s future. I learned this lesson the hard way years ago, my group emerged victorious over the issue, but a huge overstepping of bounds lead to the entire county commission being replaced in the next election. As it should have been.
People aren’t stupid, if there is much trust left in the blathering of the MSM, aka #FakeNews I’d be shocked to hear it. They know our country is in trouble, and I understand many former Demoncratic demographics are catching on to who is responsible.

Of screwing Americans. The ATF is that. As usual.
More than a year ago, The Zelman Partisans warned that the so-called Bipartisan Safer Communities Act changed the definition of “engaged in the business” of selling firearms. And not in a good way.
No longer would you need to be selling enough guns to make a living. Just a single sale, if your intent is to make money, suffices to require a Federal Firearms License. There is no exception for sales to friends or family. There is no exception for sales to pay off medical bills.
The ATF has published their Notice Of Proposed Rule-Making (NPRM) instituting this change. There is a 90 day commenting period. I encourage you to comment and point out the idiocy of the ATF and Congress. TZP has done so. Feel free to use this as a basis for your own comments.
This proposed rule, essentially requiring any person, selling a single firearm to pay bills, to first obtain a Federal Firearms License (FFL), is blatantly unconstitutional. It also would not work as advertised, and would even be counter-productive.
Allow me to explain.
The proposed rule is in absolute, direct conflict with Supreme Court rulings in HELLER, MCDONALD, and especially BRUEN.
There is no general, historical tradition that has required private citizens making private, occasion sales — as opposed to deriving a significant, ongoing income from regular sales — to first obtain an FFL. That is not “consistent with the Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.” Never before has such a thing been required.
In fact, even the FFL itself fails BRUEN’s general, historical tradition test as no federal license for those actually engaged in the business was required until passage of the Federal Firearms Act of 1938 (FFA). America got along just fine without any such law for its first 162 years.
And while this unconstitutional action was directed by the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, it would do nothing to make safer communities. Those dealing in black market and stolen firearms will simply ignore this rule; just as they have ignored the FFA for 85 years, and the Gun Control Act of 1968 for 55 years.
The only people who will be affected by this proposed rule are the honest folk, who would have to decide between following the criminals’ highly successful 85 year old example, or being compliant chumps.
Should a significant number of America’s 100+ million gun owners decide they need an FFL, just in case they might be in a car accident and need to sell their collections to cover medical expenses, the ATF will be swamped with Form 7 applications. The waiting time will rise from the current two month estimate to — potentially — years, leaving said bills unpaid and the victims of unchecked bureaucracy bankrupt. I strongly suspect the Supreme Court would find that such delays themselves are an unconstitutional infringement of the Second Amendment.
Allegedly, this proposed rule would have the effect of instituting universal background checks. I think someone failed to consider the effect of 18 U.S. Code § 922(t)(1). With a significant percentage of the gun-owning population being new FFL holders, they could happily transfer all the firearms they wish amongst themselves anyway; be it a previously-private sale, or a conventional purchase in a gun store.
The number of gun purchase background checks would DECREASE.

Tisha B’Av Is the Saddest Day of the Jewish Calendar
Tisha B’Av, the 9th day of the month of Av (Jul. 26-27, 2023), is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar. Referred to by the prophet as “the fifth [month] fast,”1 it is second in severity only to Yom Kippur, which is mandated in the Torah.
It Commemorates Several Tragic Events
Both Holy Temples in Jerusalem were destroyed on this date. The First Temple was burned by the Babylonians in 423 BCE and the Second Temple fell to the Romans in 70 CE, unleashing a period of suffering from which our nation has never fully recovered.
In fact, the tragedies of the 9th of Av predate the destruction of the Temples: this was the date upon which the spies returned from the Promised Land with frightening reports and the Israelites balked at the prospect of entering the land.
In 133 CE, the Bar Kochba revolt against the Romans ended in defeat. The Jews of Betar were butchered on the 9th of Av and the Temple Mount was plowed on the same date.
Later on in our history, many more catastrophic events happened on this day, including the 1290 expulsion of England’s Jews and the 1492 banishment of all Jews from Spain.
But this is more about why the temples were destroyed. As Rabbi Tovia says in the following clip, some will say the Babylonians did it (The First Temple) some will say the Romans did it (The Second Temple) but no, actually it was because of the hatred we had for each other.
Baseless hatred. This is probably something that should have a bit of rumination as both Israel and America are bitterly divided right now. There are similarities. The fomenting of hatred and division is coming from the left in both countries now and it’s reaching a fever pitch.
In Israel the division is manufactured by the left and financed by NGOs, the US State Department (tax dollars that haven’t yet been laundered in Ukraine) George Soros and the like. They have admitted that, just not the amounts. The vehicle chosen for this is something called “Judicial Reform” and it is sorely needed.
Moshe Feiglin made the comment recently that “The left would be willing to burn down the country just as long it would be them standing on top of the ashes proclaiming they’re taking over the power.”
The IDF like the American military has been taken over by the left. IDF doctors are also threatening to not show up to work. The IDF including the upper echelon are apparently willing to abandon their country for their devotion to the left, a country with no borders and a religion unto itself. Before American readers feel to smug about this, may I just say Mark Miley, Lloyd Austin and Rachel Levine? Those are strong military leaders? To the left the goal is to demolish the more conservative right, not protect their country.
I listened to a podcast recently and I really wanted to have this column done before the 9th of Av, but that didn’t happen.
So in case you don’t want to listen to the whole thing, here are my points. Judicial reform; in Israel no one including the left is questioning the results of the election they lost. They don’t use voting machines or have drop boxes. It was an honest election. The left lost as most knew they would. So the left does what the left does, they hold their activist Supreme Court so they know they can still get their way. The Israeli Supreme Court is not elected, the members of the Knesset are, by the people. The Knesset make the kind of laws they said they would when they were campaigning. For example, Israel has illegal invaders as well. The illegal invaders have made South Tel Aviv very dangerous, which is bad because that’s where the Central bus terminal is, but even without that, it’s scary. So, the Knesset passed a law, if you’re an illegal invader you no longer get Israeli tax dollars to support you. Go home. They were trying to remove some of the incentives for the illegal invaders to hang around. Yea!! At one time 80% of the Knesset has talked about judicial reform, including the left. The Israeli Supreme Court said nope you can’t do that. Think of a Supreme Court made up of Sotomayors, Jackson Brown, Kagen and the like. You know, useless stupid people that lie. Their whole court is like that. So really, the average Israeli citizens have no representation. Meanwhile the MSM and the leftwing Non-Governmental Organizations who flood Israel with money and influence have convince far too many citizens that their elected officials, that they voted for, being able to pass and implement laws is a threat to democracy. So they are out in the street disrupting lives and traffic, threatening law makers and generally acting the fool. And as Dr. Mordechai notes, the protests against the law and the attempt to overthrow the elected government was in place before the election even happened. It gets really interesting at 4:24 in. Ok, the whole thing is interesting.
In America, we have a President that has clearly betrayed our country. Every decision, every statement harms average Americans and aids either a country that has given his crime family large amounts of money or the illegal invaders flooding our country, many of them young single men of military age. How long before New York looks like France burning? Where and when will the first acts of terrorism occur that the left will try to use to limit the rights of law abiding citizens occur?
I recently heard or read a statement that a certain percentage of viewers of CNN and MSNBC are unaware of any of the Biden crime family’s activities. Unaware! And having in the past had a conversation with consumers of those type of “information” outlets I can tell you pretty confidently that any attempts to offer information or an alternative viewpoint will be met with a parrot like croak of “Fox news talking point”. That’s all they can say. Unless their quoting a medical paper written in Rolling Stone magazine. I’m not even making that one up.
But it’s more about the mindset of those that choose to live in the left’s alternative reality where Hunter Biden, who has been selling access to his father for years is just a poor boy with a “problem” and his Dad the president is just standing by his son, “A father’s love” according to the harpies on The View and the left wing propaganda outlets. Nope, a corrupt family hanging together. And no matter how much evidence is presented, they will be unaware of it.
There is a reason for the divisive hatred boiling in both countries. And it’s all stemming from the left, they foment and feed it. And the propaganda arm disseminates it. Yes, neither country really has a functional military or an actual justice system. America is functioning more as a banana republic than a serious country at this point. But I find it incredibly sad that the day after the 9th of Av both countries are so bitterly divided, and in both countries, it comes from the same direction. Both countries were founded on G-dly principles and the left is trying to destroy that as much as anything I think, as they try to take down both countries. Moshe Feiglin is correct and this bitter division has cost dearly before. Have we learned nothing? I believe, I truly do, we need to pray for Israel to accept their sovereignty and build the Third Temple. I think that would be a good first step in beginning to right the world.
That’s French, for goodbye. There used to be a country in Europe called “France”, from time to time I’ve sarcastically referred to it as “Francistan”. I was right. France has committed suicide on the installment plan. French citizens should have been able to grasp a bit of a clue from the murder of Sarah Halimi. A muslim immigrant who lived in her apartment building broke into another apartment in the same building earlier and the family was able to lock themselves into a room and call the police and beg for help. They could hear him in the next room praying. Since he couldn’t get to them, he broke into Sarah Halimi’s apartment. He had previously threatened the 65 year old Jewish doctor and she was scared of him. Long story short, believe me, I’m leaving out the parts about the police not coming into the building etc, he beat her savagely and threw her out the window, killing her. The killer was not held responsible for his actions. He’d smoked pot the night before…wait till Hunter Biden hears about that defense. What am I thinking? He’s Hunter Biden, he doesn’t need a defense. The DOJ will handle it. The lesson in this was that the French government will protect it’s invaders over it’s own citizens who are required to support, feed, house and die for them. Did the French get slightly queasy over this incident? Apparently, no. They elected Macron.
So fast forward, to now. France is becoming/is an inferno. And just what triggered this inferno? French voting habits for French candidates like Macaroon, and a desire for unfiltered immigration of people that do not begin to try to assimilate info French culture which is why there are no-go zones. Apparently French politicians initially attempted to deny this as phase one of the typical strong French response to an invasion by people that do not have their country’s very best interests at heart.

At 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, two motorcycle officers saw Nahel M. in a high-powered, bright yellow Mercedes A-Class AMG with Polish license plates, racing through Nanterre, and gave chase. The 17-year old led them on a pursuit over sidewalks, through red lights and down bus lanes until finally forced to stop by traffic at 8:16 am.
The two officers dismounted and confronted the homicidal maniac at gunpoint, demanding he cut the engine. Instead, Nahel M floored it, striking the officer in front of his windshield and possibly triggering the gunshot which hit him fatally in the chest. The speeding sports car then struck an obstacle and flipped on its roof. One passenger fled on foot and one was arrested.
Nahel was 17, too young to have a French driver’s license.

Nonetheless, the hero officer is now being charged with “voluntary homicide”. French President Macron stabbed the officer doing his duty in the back by calling the young hoodlum’s death “inexplicable, inexcusable”, all but guaranteeing the courageous officer will not receive a fair trial.

In France, there is no preordained right to bear arms, absent rigid registration and surveillance of their use. So most modern attacks, excluding terrorist incidents involving weapons obtained from abroad, are undertaken by trucks, cars and even knives.
In other words, mass shootings are not the norm in France. And the United States would benefit from closely examining French gun laws in order to reduce the risk of another mass shooting within its own borders.
Like other European countries, France has tight gun laws. Acquiring a permit to own a weapon is long and tricky and there are restrictions on what types of guns people can buy. Despite France’s tough laws, a large number of illegal weapons are circulating in the country. Could the recent terrorist attacks spark a change in French gun culture?
Social media platforms were inundated with videos depicting urban landscapes set ablaze. Macron requested these platforms to remove the most sensitive footage of rioting and disclose the identities of users inciting violence. Of course, they want it removed because they don’t want the whole world to know what’s happening in France.
Because of Macron’s weak response to the civil unrest, French business owners and residents are taking matters into their own hands.
They are arming themselves with wooden sticks, ready to protect their homes and businesses against threats.

The mayor’s wife had to flee their home under attack, lifting their children over the wall to the neighbors’ yard, injuring themselves in the process. The wife and one of the children were hospitalized with fractures. The two children were “very traumatized”, FranceInfo reports.
The rioters were chanting, must have been something like “Justice for George Floyd or Hand’s up don’t shoot” in French.

France is descending into civil war as Arab gangs took to the streets for a fourth day of rioting after a 17-year-old was shot trying to run a traffic stop in Paris suburb Nanterre Tuesday. 45 000 security forces have been deployed and almost 1,300 arrests made.
This is an unreal communiqué by the main French police unions, essentially declaring France is in a civil war and that the police is in the “resistance” against the government.

The absolute irony is that looking at the woman’s outfit, had any of the invaders gotten hold of her, she probably wouldn’t have fared well at all.

WGN TV reported that around 9 PM Monday night, the teens poured off the Chicago “L” train at the Belmont Red Line stop and completely shut down the roadway for several hours. Residents were left in complete terror.

No, SCOTUS did not overturn its own BRUEN decsion; a federal district judge in New York effectively did it.
The case is Goldstein et al v. Hochul, challenging New York’s post-Bruen state law banning firearms in “sensitive places,” specifically in this case places of worship. Plaintiffs requested a temporary injunction to prevent the state and other parties enforcing that law pending the outcome of the case.
Judge Vernon S. Broderick denied the injunction. His… reasoning (for some values of that word) was…
Well, let him tell it.
The implications of firearm ownership in both the founding and reconstruction eras was thus dramatically different from those in 2023, and thus, answering the question of whether statutes and regulations from those respective time periods are “relevantly similar under the Second Amendment”, Bruen, 142 S. Ct. at 2132, is an enormously difficult task that is likely to lead to inconsistent decisions that are untethered to reality, and is considered by many to be an impractical and intellectually flawed approach.
You can follow that link and see who appointed this… person, but you can take one guess and probably nail it.
Vern, it isn’t your place to second guess the Supreme Court, ignore its rulings, and go your own way.

Vern, you’re a judge in the Southern District of New York. That makes your court“inferior” to the “supreme” Court, and you have to follow its decisions. Like it or not.
What’s next? While I wouldn’t expect it in pro-abortion New York, thus depriving Broderick of the opportunity to declare the DOBBS overturning of Roe V. Wade to be “impractical and intellectually flawed” and “untethered to reality,” will some other judge follow his lead here?
If a federal district judge can blow off the Supreme Court, can we blow off his decisions when we don’t like them?

The purpose of which would be to gut the Second Amendment, of course. On paper, anyway. I figure this is really just a PR stunt for the Presidential run that many folks think he’s planning. He should get out of Kalifornia and meet real people more often; I don’t think this would go as he wishes.
Gavin Newsom wants 28th Amendment for guns in U.S. Constitution Gov. Gavin Newsom is seeking an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would restrict gun ownership — a daunting and likely quixotic response to the deadliest wave of mass shootings in U.S. history that would nonetheless position California as the most aggressive state in the union on gun control.
The 28th will enshrine 4 widely supported gun safety freedoms — while leaving the 2nd Amendment intact:
1) Raising the minimum age to purchase a gun to 21
2) Universal background checks
3) A reasonable waiting period for gun purchases
4) Banning the civilian purchase of assault weapons
Note these are the usual human/civil rights infringements that Dims have failed to legislate nationally with simple House and Senate majorities. Yet somehow he would have you think that this could pass with with two-thirds supermajorities, and then be ratified by three-fourths of all the states.
Color me dubious in a time when the majority of states are rolling back Second Amendment rights infringements.
That in itself is interesting enough, but apparently the delusional, wanna-be king of America is going a little farther, and wisely trying to bypass the pesky Congressional supermajority problem.
The effort positions California at the forefront of the fight for increased gun restrictions. Newsom and the state Legislature in Sacramento are set to kickoff a nationwide process that would require support from 34 states to trigger a convention.
A Constitutional Convention! That skips Congress and only requires two-thirds of the states to kick off. And just maybe it could happen.
Because I think, assuming Newscum is serious about it and not merely pushing publicity for a potential White House run, he may have forgotten something: One does not call a Constitutional Convention to only vote on the one single proposed Amendment you want. With a Convention, everything is on the table.
Recall that the last time we held a Constituonal Convention, the entire Articles of Confederation got chucked out, and we ended up with the Constitution (and eventually that Second Amendment that so annoys the Dick-tator of Kalifornia). All sorts of things could end up in there. For instance, we already have this demand
Raising the age to buy a gun should come with raising the age to vote. If I can’t buy a gun yet because I’m too immature, I’m also too immature to pick who has the nuclear codes.
Hey! The Lefties could codify the oft-cited “separation of church and state;” and we could toss in separation of science and education from state. Incorporated to the states, naturally.
Perhaps new language clarifying the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, to read:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Violation of those rights shall be a capital offense.
The powers delegated to the United States by the Constitution shall be strictly limited to those explicity enumerated. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people; and any attempt by the United States to exercise undelegated and unenumerated powers shall be treated as a High Crime tantamount to treason with the death penalty as a a potential penalty.
Any attempt to exercise undelegated and unenumerated powers under the guise of claiming the action promotes the general Welfare SHALL be a capital offense and the death penalty mandatory upon conviction.
We could take a hint form H. Beam Piper’s Lone Star Planet (A Plant for Texans), and make killing politicians for malfeasance and misfeasance a crime only to the extent that the punishment exceed the crime. I like that one.
But those are half measures. Twenty-something years ago, just for fun, I drafted a little constitution-style document. It was based on L. Neil Smith’s Covenant of Unanimous Consent (which fictionally replaced the Bill of Rights in his “Probability Broach” alternate universe). In a later novel, some potential loopholes in the Covenant were mentioned. My little document was an attempt to close those, and maybe some other problems confirmed statists might try to exploit.
Should Newscum somehow manage to call a Constitutional Convention, I swear to G-d that I will push for my Articles of Individuals to be adopted. With zero success, I’ve no doubt. My fallback will then be my 9/10th improvements and the “general Welfare abuse capital punishment clause.
Yes, Newscum, everything is on the table at a Convention, and anything can be added to the table, too.

Yesterday, June 6, 2023, federal judge Robert J. Bryan issued a ruling denying a preliminary injunction against Washington’s “assault weapon” ban. In my not so humble opinion, this proves that it is high time for the elderly –88 years old — Bryan to retire.
Reading his decision, a couple of points jumped out at me. I’ll begin with one that would almost be funny if the topic, victim disarmament, weren’t so serious.
Semiautomatic assault weapons represent a significant technological change – they allow a shooter to fire as fast as they can pull the trigger, unlike previous guns.
Possibly the mentally challenged judge meant that such arms can be fired repeatedly “as fast as they can pull the trigger.” But specificity in law matters; we’ll take him at his specific written word, and note that any firearm, since the medieval hand cannons fired by setting a light to the touch hole, can be fired simply by pulling the trigger.
Allowing that maybe in his dotage he did mean rapid repeat fire…
Paging Jerry Miculek!. Eight rounds on target. In one second. With a revolver, not a semiautomatic firearm.
Moving on to the very next sentence:
While semiautomatic weapons like the AR-15 were invented in the 1950s, the growth in ownership of semiautomatic assault weapons proliferated in the late 2000s.
Bryan, please note those were in the 19th century. We’re currently in the 21st century, and the basic idea of semiautomatic firearms is hardly innovative anymore.
That part was merely morbidly amusing (if you have my sort of twisted sense of humor). Bryan’s explanation of why Washington’s ban does not run afoul of the Supreme Court’s Bruen ruling (which requires to be constitutional, a gun control law must be based in a general historical tradition) is scary. “General” meaning that isolated local laws don’t count; and “historical” meaning somewhere in the chronological neighborhood of the passage of the Second Amendment or earlier.
For an example of an applicable law, he cites local laws against carrying — not a ban on ownership — of Bowie knives not even invented until decades after the proper historical time frame. Bryan is clearly losing it.
Nay, completely lost it. Because he also cites…. Well, in his own words:
[C]omplete bans on the possession of certain weapons (as opposed to laws forbidding the carrying of those weapons) did not occur as much in our early Nation’s history because the federal and state governments did not have the “maturity, powers, tools, or resources” to implement and enforce a complete ban.
Yes, he cited nonexistent laws which he supposes would have been passed and enforced, if only the poor government had the sheer raw power to get away with it. In his mind, it seems that constitutional authority derives from tyrannical, police state force not the ratified agreed-to words of the actual document.
And I guess he figures that Washington has accumulated sufficient power now, so it’s all good.
We’ll see. If constitutional authority now comes down to who has the most guns and accurate targeting, and not the legal language of the Constitution and courts, Bryan may be putting himself out of work, retirement or no. After all, mightn’t some people decide that if might makes right, is on the side of the heaviest artillery; why not skip wasting money on court challenges and go straight to Bryan’s preferred test-by- fire-power?
This ruling was so bizarre that I wondered if his… thinking was reflected in other cases he’s heard. The very first case I found in a quick search was Tingley v. Equal Rights Washington, in which a therapist was challenging the state’s ban on “conversion therapy. Bryan ruled against Tingley.
Regardless of your personal take on “convesrion therapy” (“curing” people of homosexuality), Bryan’s rationale in this should also raise questions about his mental competence.
The prohibited conduct at issue here, performing conversion therapy, is analogous to doctor giving a prescription for marijuana because it involves engaging in a specific act designed to provide treatment. In contrast, the speech at issue in NIFLA, notice requirements that regulated the information a provider must give to its patients, is more analogous to a doctor recommending that a patient use marijuana because both consider information that a provider may discuss with a patient.
TL;DR: You can have opinions on “conversion therapy” or medical marijuana, and discuss the options with a patient. But you can no more conduct/prescribe “conversion therapy” than you could prescribe medical marijuana. Prescribing marijuana is unlawful, so “conversion therapy is unlawful. Or so Bryan thinks.
Except that in Washington, it islawful to prescribe medical marijuana, and had been for decades when Bryan made that error-riddled ruling.
You’d think that a professionally, and mentally, competent judge could come up with a better comparison. Or at least one that wasn’t exactly the fricking opposite of what he was claiming. Considering the two cases together…
“Might makes right.” That’s one heck of a constitutional test. And I can hardly wait to see what the Ninth Circuit makes of the proposition. Do they uphold the state’s ban, or do they do a quick head count to see who has more guns and might — the state or the people — and decide accordingly?

Today is D-Day, and I suppose in a lead up to D-Day Shimshon and I have been watching some (what I consider) relevant movies and documentaries. We started watching Band of Brothers last week and a couple of nights ago finished it. One of the episodes is called “Why We Fight”. If you haven’t seen Band of Brothers I’ll give you the relevant point. The war is pretty much over, a few of the men from Easy Company are out in the woods on patrol, just kind of clearing the area when they run across the first concentration camp they’ve seen. They don’t know what it is. They send one of the men back to headquarters to try to find an officer. He finds Dick Winters (who was a very good officer, and I suspect and even better human) and the next scene is of a few officers; Ronald Speirs, Lewis Nixon and some of the rest of Easy Company including Joesph Liebgott. This mattered because Liebgott spoke German. In the first part of the episode many of the men had been questioning why had they given up the years of their lives to live in trenches and fight bad men. After they saw the concentration camps, and Liebgott was able to ask them questions and relay the answers to the officers they all more fully understood the situation. Dick Winters later tells Lewis Nixon the Russians found camps that were even worse. I suspect that may have been the first time some of the boys had seen that level of depravity and evil that can be inflicted on fellow human beings. The next lesson the men learned was “cultured, civilized” people are perfectly capable of standing by and allowing the atrocities, murder and starvation of innocent people. When the men of Easy talked to the town people they all denied knowing anything about it. Apparently one of the Generals had a brilliant idea. The townspeople were hauled out to the concentration camp to bury the bodies. The trait is easily visible today and when someone is being attacked there will be 4,352 TikTok, YouTube and FakeBook videos of the whole thing. Of someone like Daniel Penny stepping in to help others? Not so many.
The next atrocity to be fought was in Israel. You see the Not So Great Britain was there. Last night Shimshon and I watched the 2014 Documentary The Forsaken Promise. This is the whole documentary. Not sure how long it will be there.
The League of Nations trusted Britain to establish a national home for the Jews in their historic homeland, Israel.
The “Mandate for Palestine,” an historical League of Nations document, laid down the Jewish legal right to settle anywhere in western Palestine, a 10,000-square-miles3 area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
The legally binding document was conferred on April 24, 1920 at the San Remo Conference, and its terms outlined in the Treaty of Sèvres on August 10, 1920. The Mandate’s terms were finalized and unanimously approved on July 24, 1922, by the Council of the League of Nations, which was comprised at that time of 51 countries,4 and became operational on September 29, 1923.5
The “Mandate for Palestine” was not a naive vision briefly embraced by the international community in blissful unawareness of Arab opposition to the very notion of Jewish historical rights in Palestine. The Mandate weathered the test of time: On April 18, 1946, when the League of Nations was dissolved and its assets and duties transferred to the United Nations, the international community, in essence, reaffirmed the validity of this international accord and reconfirmed that the terms for a Jewish National Home were the will of the international community, a “sacred trust” – despite the fact that by then it was patently clear that the Arabs opposed a Jewish National Home, no matter what the form.
But despite being trusted by the entire league of nations to re-establish Israel (the nation, the tribes) in Israel (the land) Britain did not do that. In fact, Britain not only limited the number of Jews fleeing hitler and the nazis, they sent refugee ships back. But, so did America under the Demoncratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The British disarmed the Jews living in Israel as best as they could, while arming the arabs. In the riots of the 1920s and onward the Brits would stand back and allowed the Jews they had disarmed to be slaughtered. One horrific example at 1:45:00 into the documentary details the attack of 13 April 1948 when a medical convoy was trying to get to the Hadassah hospital in the besieged Jerusalem. The convoy was carrying patients, medical personnel and supplies, it was stopped and attacked by arabs. The Brits checked every convoy trying to get into Jerusalem to make sure that none of the Jews had any weapons, so they were defenseless against the arabs. The people were butchered. No, I didn’t mean killed. There was a British outpost nearby and the soldiers wanted to intervene and were told to stand down. It is reported some of the soldiers cried as they watched the slaughter and mutilation that followed. But they didn’t do anything. There are photographs of the aftermath in the video.
When the refugee ships came in to Israel, the Brits would put the Jews in one of several prison camps. One woman was in prison for five years, she and her husband had escaped, but she lost her whole family to the nazis in the concentration camps. She told of how the British soldiers would beat the prisoners, really they were quite despicable. But if you look at the pattern of the Brits…..America vs. Britain, Ireland vs Britain, Israel vs. Britain….Britain has not been on the side of good in any of those, and in the beginning of WWII Chamberlain made appeasement with hitler, so.
There was really nothing Israel could do about it at this point. They didn’t have control of their own country. The British did, the Jewish Israelis just had to suffer at the whims of the anti-Semitic British government. Oh, yes I did mean to say that. Watch the documentary. See, when your local politicians are not in control, when they have to bow to the will of others who may not have the very best welfare of your nation at heart when making decisions, it will not turn out well. This is something to keep in mind as the traitorous criminal Joe Biden tries to turn U.S. over to the benevolent dictatorship of the W.H.O. with the pandemic treaty. WHO Pandemic Treaty Is a Threat to Liberty. They are already talking about digital tracking. Seems the injection mandates and green passports were just such a dandy paradigm that a lot of the framework is already in place. We already have the FIB so we have the SS who are willing to throw political opposition in the Gulag to prevent them from speaking out. According to whistle blower Steven Friend, it’s not the rank and file of the FIB, instead is the leadership at the top.
Which brings me to leadership. Both examples are from WWII, both of these men came from humble backgrounds. I don’t know that either of them ever aspired to fame, but G-d put something in them that was needed on that day at that time, leadership.
The first man I mentioned earlier, Ronald Speirs, clip is 1:26 seconds long.
The next man I think I may have written about before, General Norman Dutch Cota, he puts paid to the notion you have to be in your prime and in great shape to make great things happen. 7:05 seconds long.
These men fought, because they knew what lay behind them were things they loved and cared about, family, friends and a way of life, their country and freedom to live their lives as they chose. They may have known some of what they were fighting against in front of them, but I don’t think in the beginning they even fully grasped the depth of evil they were up against. Man’s inhumanity to man.
I believe G-d puts the ability to fight back against evil into every creature. I believe we have the ability to fight on despite odds being against us. Every creature.
That cat absolutely is inspiring, and yes, it’s a cat not a small dog. Dogs don’t slap or bat like that. It’s a partisan guerilla cat! It gets in, gets the job done and gets out. A Chuck Norris cat.
Yes, we have a lot stacked against U.S. right now, and many of our fellow citizens have fallen victim to the Fifth Generation Warfare being conducted against U.S. by our own corrupt government. So we may not have as many allies as we should, and have more enemies than we deserve. But we don’t get to choose that bit. We do get to choose if we will pick up the torch that was handed U.S. by the men and women of WWII. It’s all about our mindsets. Maybe we will talk to people, maybe we will contact politicians, maybe we will go to political rallies and meetings, maybe we will donate money to people like Sen. Josh Hawley that actually do fight back. Goodness knows Soros donates to the likes of Kim Fox, Kim Gardner and their ilk. Maybe we just talk to our kids and grandkids and make sure they understand truth and reality and try to offset some of the damage being done in public schools. Maybe we become more informed about issues. Maybe we join our local grassroots Second Amendment group. But there will be some way for each of us to fight, because 79 years after D-Day, we have a far better idea of why we fight than they did that day they landed on the beaches of Normandy.

I was listening to one of my favorite radio shows today, The Tamar Yonah show, the episode is The US & Israel: Who is Dependent On Who?
As this is Memorial Day, I thought there were a few really interesting points. For Israelis the big ticket was probably the talk of Jerusalem day, but there were some points that really caught my attention.
Ok, at 6:13 in, while this isn’t one of the points for Memorial day, it amused me. Tamar mentioned that companies liked to hire Israelis. Sometimes over their local populations even. They speculated on why. Maybe because they had served in the IDF and had some real world experience, they’re more mature? Naw, I think that may be part of it, but it’s even simpler. They know what bathroom to use. I heard part of Matt Walsh today I believe it was. Now, I don’t know who did the man on the street questions. Maybe Charlie Kirk? Maybe Mark Dice, I dunno. But here’s how it went. These questions were to students at UCLA. I wrote down as much as I could remember. I was driving when I heard this.

And they will graduate, goodness only knows how many thousands, or hundreds of thousands, of dollars in debt which Demoncrats want U.S. to pay off. I want my money back.
At 22:52 in they are discussing the water and food crisis coming in Europe. Shocking considering the Dutch government has pretty much killed of many of the Dutch farmers. Who’d have thought taking farms away and limiting farming so you can create cities for invaders would cause a food shortage, but there ya go. Weird since they’ve got crop yield warnings.
Dr. Mordechai points out in the past when there were food and water shortage, countries went to war. But Europe really doesn’t have armies any more. Not really, and they don’t have young people to man them anyway. Then he gets into what does also affect U.S. Even if they did have young people and armies, they don’t have ammunition. They’ve sent it all to Ukraine. Ukraine uses more ammunition in a month than than America and Europeans manufacture together….in a year.
At 37 minutes in, Dr. Mordechai points out the U.S. has a crumbling military, with over priced and under preforming equipment. That the Russians are moping the floor in Ukraine, that they exploded 10s of ammunition depots and the Ukrainians were already short of ammo. He said Russia has excellent intelligence networks in Ukraine. That’s why the U.S. sent 300,000 rounds of 155 mm artillery ammunition that was marked for Israel and gave it to Ukraine, and most of that has been blown up, not used. Russian intelligence…they know where it is. At 39:04 in, he gives a quote to demonstrate the poor leadership of the military. “There is absolutely, when we get right down to deck plates, there is a moral challenge. Because there’s a lot of folks that have quite frankly joined the organization with a vision of what their days work would look like, and that’s rapidly morphing and changing.” Then they asked if someone could translate that. I’ll take a shot at it, pick me, pick me! I think it means men and women who love this country thought they were joining an organization devoted to defending America and her citizens, and now they are learning CRT or DIE and having transgender drag shows on military bases for their kids. Yeah, that would present a moral challenge for me as well.
Then they tried to figure out why and identical rocket, or mortar shell or artillery shell manufactured in Israel costs less than half of what it costs if it’s manufactured in the United States. Pick me! Pick me! I’ll take is Lloyd Austin still on the board of Raytheon for $100 Alex! I may have my game shows mixed up here. A missile for the Iron Dome defense system costs $50,000 if manufactured in Israel, if it’s manufactured by U.S. it costs $125,000.
So what’s the answer? Shimshon and I have been watching Band of Brothers, again. How do we make the sacrifice paid by so many valid? Well, from Today’s Tanya (The one size fits all manual) reading:

They imagine that heaven and earth, once created, no longer need their Creator. They therefore deny individual Divine Providence and the signs and miracles recorded in the Torah, inasmuch as these indicate that G-d continues to be involved with creation and from time to time chooses to change the course of nature through miraculous means.
However, their eyes are covered so that they do not see the great difference between the work of man and his machinations, which consists of [making] one existent thing out of [another, already] existent thing,
merely changing the form and appearance, e.g., from an ingot of silver to a vessel,
G-d did not simply create the world and walk away leaving it’s growth to teachers or activists who are trying to convince tiny children they aren’t they way G-d made them. That G-d made a mistake, and they, the counselors and activists and social media can help them remedy. And if they will only do as they are told all their teenage angst will be gone and SHAZAM! They will be happy forever and ever.
This last weekend was Shavuot, the giving on the Torah on Mount Sinai. We were created, we were nurtured and when we had devolved while in slavery in Egypt we were taken out of slavery with his mighty hand. Then we were given Torah (The Bible) which told us how we are to live, rules and guidelines for living a decent life. Including laws for self defense I might add.
We remember this, we know that G-d thinks our lives are valuable, he creates us, we face challenges that grow us stronger and he is there with us. Somehow he created people with an extra dose or desire to protect others, and today we honor those that have paid that price. I honor them with a grateful heart, and I thank their family who I’m sure will always miss them.
I had planned to do this column tonight anyway, it’s not a warm and fuzzy column like all my others have been. /raw sarcasm
I’ve mentioned before I have a buddy in Nicaragua, he’s an American Ex-pat who’s been down there for around 20 years or so I’d guess. He’s the one that told me the American planes fly into their airport. Nicaraguan prisons are now empty, all the prisoners have been shipped to the US, now all the homeless have been rounded up off the streets and shipped to the US. All the paperwork is done there before they are loaded up and flown in. I’ve mentioned all this before. We were texting yesterday and he had an interesting bit of information for me. A brother of a friend of his came here illegally 6-7 months ago. He was flown into Springfield, MO. Heart of the country. This means he wasn’t counted as one of the illegal aliens entering the country or in any of the videos you see of the illegal aliens on the border. He was just quietly flown in by U.S. He got his shiny new citizenship yesterday. After 6-7 months. He was put up in a shelter, fed, clothed and housed, and given psychological counseling, so he could fit in better. I wonder if the counseling includes strong encouragement to vote Demoncrat and often in the next elections? But, with the new laws now his whole family can come! Of course they might need some financial assistance from U.S. I have a girlfriend that works in a hospital, a small hospital. She says it’s nothing to have 3 suicidal ideations in the ER in one night. And some are really young. I asked the youngest, she wouldn’t tell me. Where is their free government paid psychological counseling to undo the damage done by the some of the public schools right now? He now has a job, and is doing just fine. Several people my friend knows worked in hospitals in Nicaragua, they are now working in hospitals in America. Did they have to pass board exams? I don’t know. They weren’t threatened or forced to take the experimental gene therapy shots, I do know that. And most Nicaraguans didn’t want it.
Now here’s one threat I haven’t heard that many people talking about. This comes from Michael Yon, the war correspondent I’ve written about before. He has good information that you don’t get often from other sources. He’s been raising the alarms about the massive amount of deadly diseases they bring in. They aren’t being screened.

I have a relative who was driving to a travel nursing assignment. En route, he spent one night in a reputable motel in the Southwest US. About 2-3 days later he developed a case of scabies (mite infestation – Sarcoptes scabiei). The saying “seven year itch” derives from scabies.
He has been treated with the standard treatments:
topical permethrin from head-to-toe for 8 hours (very toxic, potentially cancer causing med) – condition didn’t resolve so next was:
oral ivermectin for some days – still unresolved.
Next may be a form of “escalation therapy,” such as allethrin, permethrin, and ivermectin in combination.
Dermatologists may use videomicroscopy to confirm the presence of the live mites after standard treatment.
It appears he may have a case that is resistant to standard scabies treatment.
In the same post he talks about Typhus being spread by lice, and currently lice are popping up around the US and are stronger in Panama. He wonders if someone is setting U.S. up for epidemic typhus as they are now advising NOT to send school children home that have lice.
And on the buses and planes come.

My final source comes from a radio show I listened to this morning, one of the guests interviewed was JJ Carrell, a Retired Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge in the United States Border Patrol. He is saying within a generation the Natural born American citizen majority will be replaced by a non-citizen majority. He said many of those coming in are functionally illiterate in their native language. He made it clear he wasn’t disparaging them, but merely stating the facts of our newest government imported dependents. Uneducated, unskilled and millions and millions of them pouring in. Thank a Biden voter today! They are very easy to control though, for the government. For you when they try to steal your car, maybe not so much. He points out that all these free citizenships water down the impact of real citizenship. Their vote will count as much as yours. He’s guessing we’ve had 12-15 million come across now, and it could go to 20 million by the time the Biden crime regime is gone. JJ points out that Alejandro Mayorkas is driving all the policies. He was responsible for DACA, he’s responsible for ending Title 42, catch and release, prosecutorial discretion and for lying to Sen. Josh Hawley in congress. How did he get this power? But let’s talk about some of those innocent illegal aliens just coming here for a better life, and this was the real point I was getting at. What KIND of people are showing up at the border? Well, this particular bit comes from a border station in California, not the border in Texas everyone is focused on. There are mostly those from African nations, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Angolia, Nigeria, etc. Every day there are thousands of them that go squat just waiting. But every day there are about 50 of them that are red flagged as being suspected terrorists, or terrorist connections. Every day. Fifty. Of that fifty, five will be confirmed, the other 45 that couldn’t be confirmed for sure? They are released into the U.S. This is from ONE station. Just one station, in California, not Texas. The other 45 released with no safety precautions. It also came up that many of the illegal immigrants still owe the cartels. So they might receive a proposition from the cartel once they are safely ensconced in the U.S. You hit this crowd of people with your truck on this day, or you shoot up this crowd at a gun-free mall on this day, or you remember your Mom back in ______, we’re fed-exing you her head tomorrow. Your sister? We’ll send you a body part, do you have a preference? There are now thousands of illegal alien terrorists in our country. Thank a Biden voter today. Oh, and if one of those traitor Senators is still in office and is one of yours? Thank them too. But JJ pointed out many Republicans are to blame as well. Many of them want cheap labor, corporate gigs and donations, and they’ve done almost nothing. He also pointed out McConnell gave President Trump almost no money to work on the border because he wanted to send it to Ukraine and Afghanistan. He did have high praise for how much good President Trump had done on the border. He said we were about 8 months away from a totally secure border when elections happened. This is what Barry Sotero’s “fundamentally change America” looks like. My opinion is of course different, to me it looks like treason.

The Texas National Guard are having to take on not only hundreds of thousands of illegal alien invaders, but also the Xiden crime regime and the cartels. Say a prayer for the Texas lads please! This is totally a Texas run operation. Border Patrol is not involved, as I’m sure Mayorkas would never allow it. I wonder how much the Xiden crime family and Mayorkas are getting in kickbacks?
Now this series is all one event. A group of illegal alien invaders tried to cross and were repelled by the Texans. The had to swim back across to Matamoros, but then they just moved further up to a weedy swampy area defended by only 3 Texans. I understand the Red Cross guy was telling them not to take the kids into that water, but who knows. It’s Red Cross, maybe he was just telling them to pay for their donuts before they crossed. I dunno. Anyway, 6 part video.
than President Biden, the first post Title 42 days – in this area – will be calmer than expected without it. This gubernatorial tactic of sending Texas uniforms to block immigrants just above waterline seemed pretty defeating.

Sometimes the Texans just play an automotone recording through a loud speaker warning the immigrants away but the immigrant advance is almost robotic too….relentless,probing.. inexorable
So as I said, I’ve had this column brewing today. Then tonight we are doing day 36 in the counting of the Omer. This was the day’s thought from the app I’m using for my prayer and it comes with a thought for each day. So maybe I’m not Texas National Guard, maybe I’m not a famous war correspondent, or a gutsy reporter on the border, but I can pray for all of them. Maybe I can find a way to send some donuts or ice cream to the Texas National Guard. Maybe I can thank Gov Abbott. These are are simple things, but that’s exactly the point of the thought for today’s meditation.
