The Israeli Knesset is considering a bill to lower the age requirement for of firearms carry licenses (Oy, I hate that word; ‘license’. ) A small step, if it passes, but an encouraging one, nonetheless. More, here.

EXCELLENT news indeed! Now I can think of a few other things….but allowing soldiers to carry off duty absolutely would have saved one life earlier this year.
