The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has long been known by the firearms industry and owners as arbitrary, capricious, and full of enough uncertainty to make Werner Heisenberg jealous. And just as Schrödinger had to peer into that box to discover whether cat had perished or lived on, gun owners must wait on the ATF to randomly determine the state of our implements; whether they be guns or piles of ore, and what sort of gun. Even the caliber can change from the ATF’s act of observation.

I don’t understand why President Trump did not get rid of some of the liberal dead weight that clogs up so many of the agencies that do things like BATFE does, with their ever changing and arbitrary rules. In the first place it should not be the BATFE bunch that makes laws in regards to our 2nd amendment rights. The constitution is quite clear that only Congress has the authority to make laws, with the presidents approval or with his simply allowing the bill to become law, without his signature.
Much like the people in charge of the FBI, or FISA courts, tremendous damage can be done to our freedoms, and to our budget, if we continue to allow unelected bureaucrats to continue to set policy for the various agencies, that affect everyone in America.
While Joe Biden continues to rise in the polls, the very thought of him being elected, and most likely soon removed, to have Kamala Harris take over as president, and try to implement the socialistic agenda that the Democrats seem to want, but know that a far left candidate has no chance of being elected. But Joe Biden, a fixture in DC, has a shot at winning, and then they can easily get rid of him, and she will sign executive orders in an attempt to rob us of our freedoms.
I don’t think that illegal EO’s are going to be followed. At least, I hope that the nation still has enough people who desire to live free, that any far left rules will be ignored.
If any reasonable person reads that paper, they will agree with me that the BATFE should be IMMEDIATELY disbanded and every “ruling” ever issued should be voided. I got pissed off just reading it.
This is a classic case of an unconstitutional alphabet regulatory agency issuing regs with the force of law. BATFE should be the first to go, followed by all the others.
