U.S. District Judge Brian Wimes ruled the 2021 law is preempted by the federal government under the U.S. Constitution’s supremacy clause.“At best, this statute causes confusion among state law enforcement officials who are deputized for federal task force operations, and at worst, is unconstitutional on its face,” Wimes wrote.
Unconstitutional federal laws take precedence over constitutional state laws.
Lessee… Yep. Wimes is an Obama appointee.

Unfortunately in “our democracy” unlike the right to not keep nor bear babies, the right to keep and bear votes from illegal aliens and the right to keep and bear bongs, the right to keep and bear arms was never enumerated in the democracy constitution. If only our founders could have amended the Constitution with a list of rights simple enough even a liberal appointed judge could understand it.
