Fox News viewership was up by 60 percent from the previous year on that day, while MSNBC and CNN both declined by 23 and 40 percent respectively. The situation was even worse in prime time for both stations, as they lost 30 percent and 54 percent of the viewers they had on that day in 2023. MSNBC host Alex Wagner experienced the worst ratings in the history of her show. Chris Hayes was nipping at her heels, having his worst-rated show since May 2016.
According to FOX Business host Elizabeth MacDonald MSNBC’s viewership was completely collapsed. Even liberals don’t like being lied to – all of the time.

Chaos continued in the Dutch capital on Monday as riots erupted in the borough of Nieuw-West. Videos on social media showed young men waving Palestine flags and others shouting, “Cancer Jews!”
Broadcaster Nederlandse Omroep Stichting reported that the youth rioters pelted cars and a bus with rocks and heavy fireworks. They also set fire to a tram in the area. During the violent outburst, chants of “Free Palestine” could be heard.
Amsterdam police chief Olivier Dutilh said his force was preparing for another turbulent night on Tuesday. “There are calls for similar situations in Amsterdam West this evening. It’s happening right now. There are calls: women and children stay at home. That worries us.”
A senior police officer warned Tuesday of calls for more rioting in Amsterdam, after dozens of people armed with sticks and firecrackers set a tram on fire Monday night and the city faces tensions following violence last week targeting fans of an Israeli soccer club.
Wait! What??? The Israeli Jews are all home! They left the fine hospitality of Amsterdam days ago! So why are the peaceful Falestinians destroying private property and attacking innocent people in the streets? What did they do?
Gosh! It’s like the mainstream media was just doing what the leftists in Amsterdam were doing, giving them a pass to behave like uncivilized dregs of society.
I’m sure we’ve all watched the media meltdown with a degree of humor. Even the coverage by newspapers from other countries that have a bit of honesty in their media are a bit bemused.

….One cannot overstate just how much influence the corporate press has over the majority of leftists. It’s less a bubble, and more a multi-layered, multi-dimensional, bomb-proof echo chamber that completely warps the reality of the person trapped in it. Russia Russia Russia, 51 intelligence officials (who need to have their clearance yanked along with their pensions) the lawfare prosecutions, national abortion ban, one deluded woman thinks President Trump is going to start a matchmaking service, the economy wasn’t better under President Trump and one demented woman moaning on a TV show she now had less rights than in her father’s time, that she’s lost her rights. I think it was Sunny Hostin but I could be wrong, but that is not a bright woman. He’s not even sworn in yet you dim bulb, what rights have you lost?
So yes, some of the media may believe their own lies, especially the opinion shows like the view, and who knows, maybe even some of the news readers. But some of them know they are lying.
But you know who else believes the corrupt media? Hard core leftists. The ones who shut anyone down that tries to tell them anything counter to their world view. The tolerant ones calling for censorship. And mentally they are unwilling to cope with it. Just look at how universities are preparing the students for life in the real world. Election results you don’t like? Pet a puppy, play with some legos and here’s some milk and cookies, and no classes. No I’m not kidding. Why do parents even let their kids go to college, let along pay all that money and send them?

All because the dishonest corrupt fake news has convinced gullible, but committed leftists that Donald Trump, a man who was in office for 4 years already is going to be as bad or worse than the last four years of demoncrats who yanked rights are every other turn and actually did throw people in gulags. Plus murder innocent humans, squirrels and racoons. That they didn’t object to. Stifle free speech? Censorship, all good with them. But somehow President Trump’s re-elections with the threat of lower prices, safer streets and no men in women’s rest rooms or locker rooms has them all more terrified than a muslim riot.
Which brings me to my next charge against the corrupt dishonest media. Their biased coverage of the middle east.
On 7 October 2023 there was the worst loss of Jewish life in one day since the Holocaust. On 8 October the terrorists took the stage. Did the media point out many of the terrorist attackers were people the previously gullible leftists of the Kibbutzim had tried to help? Nope. Did the media point out UNRWA’s history of corruption? Nope, when it became known UNRWA employees were holding hostages in their homes did the media cover that? Nope. And on and on with the MSM’s anti-Israel biased reporting on full display. Over the weekend I saw a clip of some blond woman supposedly reporting the news saying that what happened in Amsterdam was because some Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestian flags. Because of course Falestinian flags should be flown in Amsterdam. So what did happen in Amsterdam?

A tram has been set on fire, and at least one man attacked in the streets, as pro-Palestinian “youths” have taken to the streets of Amsterdam in the Netherlands days after prior antisemitic violence.
Some of the media reports said Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestinian flags…again, why is it exactly that Falestinian flags are hanging in Amsterdam? And they chanted anti-Falestinian slogans. Oh, so that totally justifies it. What’s the “it”? In case you didn’t see the Amir video, the muslim taxi drivers worked together to help coordinate the pogrom (2024 edition) along with shop keepers and police that “object” to protecting Jews. Those media reports that tried to imply this was started because a Arab flag was torn down in a Dutch city went light on reporting that the muslims were attacking Jews, beating, stabbing and the old arab favorite, running them over with cars.
Which brings me back to the start of this column, however much you hate the corrupt, dishonest, biased media? It’s not enough. The are the reason much of the country is so divided, along with the educational system. But I would say the media bears the bulk of the blame. They should have a least been honest enough to tell people what “globalize the Intifada” means. But they didn’t, did they?
