A video has been released of the atrocities committed on 7th October 2023, on Simchat Torah. Simchat Torah is a very joyous which makes what the terrorist groups did on October7th even more horrifying. If that’s possible, and I’m not really sure it is.

A 21 minute and 51 second movie has been released regarding the events of October 7th. Almost all of the footage was shot by the terrorists. They’re quite proud of their actions. There are a few clips in Hebrew that were shot by Israel, you’ll be able to tell which ones. For example the few clips of the terrorists being questioned by Israel, and the one clip in Hebrew as the soldiers arrive to the Nova music festival and find the concession tent. The rest of it? The video was done by the darlings of the gullible western media, the victims de jour of the university and campus crowd, the entire Demoncrat party with the possible exception of Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr. and John Fetterman. The Biden-Harris junta helped facilitate it by unfreezing Iran’s assets, who fund hamass and hizbollah and a few others. The also helped by constantly putting pressure on Israel to “agree” to a cease-fire the terrorists do not want. They just want time to rearm and re-group. That’s it. And the gullible west buys it hook line and sinker. They also embrace the lie of the “poor poor innocent Falestinians”…Yeah? Who the heck do they think those people in street clothes are beating and stabbing the stolen Israelis? Yeah, the people the UN and the US demands Israel send supplies to so hamass can steal them and prolong the war.

And along with the pressure to “bring them home”, how about “give them back right now”, the Harris-Biden junta has put pressure on Israel not to go into certain areas.

The six hostages, whose bodies were found Saturday in a tunnel underneath Gaza discovered in Rafah, were in the same exact location Vice President Kamala Harris warned Israel of grave consequences if it entered.

In March, Harris warned Israel of possible U.S. consequences, hinting that it would withhold weapons if it ignored the Biden Administration’s “red line” and invaded Rafah. In this crucial town, Hamas terrorists were believed to be hiding Israeli hostages.

“We have been clear in multiple conversations and in every way that any major military operation in Rafah would be a huge mistake,” Harris said during an interview on ABC. “I have studied the maps. There’s nowhere for those folks to go.”

As I understand it, the hostages had been very recently and brutally murdered. In fact one report I heard is the IDF could hear the sound of the gunshots as they were moving through the tunnels. More blood on the Harris-Biden junta. May they rot.

There really isn’t much more I want to say, except just be aware this is very violent. I’m not sure how long it will remain up. But it is a truthful showing, they filmed it, they’re proud of it. Perhaps you might keep it in mind when you hear the Al Jazeera broadcasts of the MSM or your kid comes home from college and explains about the “oppression”. It’s always good to know what your enemy considers “acceptable”, because this will spread. What the college idiots didn’t know what it meant when they chanted “Globalize intifada” wearing their little keffiyeh? It means this will be showing in a music festival near you. Harris-Biden imported them, just for you.

Nomenklatura: Laws For Us, But Not For Them

Hunter Biden has finally been charged for that handgun he bought (and lied on the 4473) back in 2018 when he admitted to being a unlawful drug addict. But they’re essentially letting him off.

With “diversion.”

The defendant has agreed to enter a Pretrial Diversion Agreement with respect to the firearm Information.

The remaining tax charges are — conveniently — mere misdemeanors. So the Tier-1 offender escapes any felony conviction. Not so much for us Tier-2 peons, as Deja Taylor recently discovered.

Crackhunter is charged with violating 18 U.S. Code § 922(g)(3), unlawful drug user in possession of a firearm. What he mysteriously is not charged with is a 18 U.S. Code § 922(a)(6) violation: lying on the 4473.

(6)for any person in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of any firearm or ammunition from a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector, knowingly to make any false or fictitious oral or written statement or to furnish or exhibit any false, fictitious, or misrepresented identification, intended or likely to deceive such importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector with respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale or other disposition of such firearm or ammunition under the provisions of this chapter;

That’s what the feds nailed Deja Taylor on, along with using unlawful drugs. Biden dodged both, for some strange reason. Must be nice to be the son of President Gropey Dementia.

18 U.S. Code § 924(a)(2), establishes penalties, and here I see a problem. (a)(2) reads:

(2)Whoever knowingly violates subsection (a)(6), (h), (i), (j), or (o) of section 922 shall be fined as provided in this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

But the crackhead is charged with violating 18 U.S. Code § 922(g)(3). The applicable penalty for that is in 18 U.S. Code § 924(a)(8).

8)Whoever knowingly violates subsection (d) or (g) of section 922 shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 15 years, or both.

So let’s summarize: If you’re not a Biden, within mere months of being caught lying on the 4473 and unlawfully possessing a firearm, you’ll be facing two years of hard time in Club Fed.

If you are a Biden, the feds will cover for you for years, and when finally cornered and forced to appear to do something, you’ll be allowed to avoid any felony conviction, much less any prison time. And they’ll “accidentally” use the wrong penalty citation to make it look like you faced less time than what federal law actually calls for.

You might want to bear that in mind if you, as a second tier citizen as opposed to Tier-1 nomenklatura, get busted for a pistol brace or bump stock; and act accordingly.

“The Majority Of The People Think”

Cognitively challenged Uncle Gropey Biden purports to know what all Americans think. He doesn’t know what he thinks, even with a teleprompter. (This is the senile, serial plagiarist, serial fabulist who just mistook two pistols and a pistol caliber carbine for two select-fire AK-47 assault rifles.)

Even if true — and have you ever seen a poll that accurately and specifically described what the pollster means by “assault weapon” — so the eff what?

America is not an absolute, direct democracy, where anything goes so long as an alleged majority want it. We are — or are supposed to be — a constitutional republic.

It says so right here.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

That means eligible voters elect representatives, who in turn legislate within the constraints of the Constitution.

What can Congress do? That is specifically listed in Article I, Section 8. Read that list and just try to find “ban the possession of any firearm by the citizens.”

Where arms are mentioned in the Constitution, the Second Amendment…

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

And since the oathbreakers are still dreaming up imaginary “governmental needs” to rationalize it: Tenth Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

While you’re looking at that, Xiden (someone help him with the big words), notice that “States” and “people” are listed specifically and separately. When the Constitution means States, it says States. When it means the individual people, it says people. So blow that The Second Amendment means the States can have militias stuff out your… nether regions.

For those still having trouble with the concept, look at SCOTUS decisions in HELLER, MCDONALD, and BRUEN.

For those stupid enough to raise the old But they’re weapons of war; we must ban them, go for it.

Weapons are war are the only class of weapons that SCOTUS ruled are absolutely protected by the Second Amendment.

These show plainly enough that the Militia comprised all males physically capable of acting in concert for the common defense. ‘A body of citizens enrolled for military discipline.’ And further, that ordinarily when called for service these men were expected to appear bearing arms supplied by themselves and of the kind in common use at the time.

No doubt Xiden will be threatening US citizen with tanks, fighter jets, and bombs again any time now.

FFLs For Everyone

As had been previously announced, Gropin’ Joe Xiden has signed another executive order “on Reducing Gun Violence and Making Our Communities Safer.”. I may be a little late to the game, but I was waiting for the actual order, to see the details.

There’s plenty of objectionable material in there — using the Federal Trade Commission to finds loopholes in the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arm Act to sue firearm industry, using the DOD’s buying power to pressure the industry, more and harder “red flag” laws, and more — but I’m going to focus on this part.

clarify the definition of who is engaged in the business of dealing in firearms, and thus required to become Federal firearms licensees (FFLs), in order to increase compliance with the Federal background check requirement for firearm sales, including by considering a rulemaking, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law;

On the one hand, you might welcome the ATF finally formalizing one single definition, as opposed to the current method of a dealer is whoever we say it is this time, until we change our minds to screw someone else.

On the other hand, you should take a look at the motivation behind this. Xiden is redefining “dealer”…

with the goal of increasing the number of background checks conducted before firearm sales, moving the U.S. as close to universal background checks as possible without additional legislation.

They can’t pass universal preemptively-prove-your-innocence checks legislatively, so the Groper-In-Chief is once again arrogating the powers of Congress unto himself, and implementing universal PPYI through executive fiat.

On the bright side, when this goes through proposed rule-making, I’ll be able to copy and paste my arguments on that arrogation from TZP’s comments on the redefinition of “firearm.” It’ll save some time.

Since universal rights violation is the goal, who will that make a “dealer”? I expect the answer can be found in failed universal check legislation. Typically, such bills require background checks on virtually all firearm transfers, but exempt exchanges between certain specific family members and temporary loans when the owner is still present (hunting and range time, typically).

If you sell any firearm — just one — to someone who isn’t one of those typical exceptions, I think the ATF is going to call you a dealer. And unless you get your FFL before you make that transfer, they’ll nail you on a felony 18 U.S. Code § 922 (a)(1)(A) violation.

Alternatively, millions of gun owners could apply for FFLs to cover out butts, generating lots of revenue for the feds. But at least we’d overwhelm and likely crash their systems.

Last June, the Navy divers, operating under the cover of a widely publicized mid-summer NATO exercise known as BALTOPS 22, planted the remotely triggered explosives that, three months later, destroyed three of the four Nord Stream pipelines, according to a source with direct knowledge of the operational planning.

Two of the pipelines, which were known collectively as Nord Stream 1, had been providing Germany and much of Western Europe with cheap Russian natural gas for more than a decade. A second pair of pipelines, called Nord Stream 2, had been built but were not yet operational. Now, with Russian troops massing on the Ukrainian border and the bloodiest war in Europe since 1945 looming, President Joseph Biden saw the pipelines as a vehicle for Vladimir Putin to weaponize natural gas for his political and territorial ambitions.

Asked for comment, Adrienne Watson, a White House spokesperson, said in an email, “This is false and complete fiction.” Tammy Thorp, a spokesperson for the Central Intelligence Agency, similarly wrote: “This claim is completely and utterly false.”

A couple of weeks ago I listened to a radio show that talked about some interesting bits of history. The whole show is maybe 45 minutes and is quite interesting. As some of it is history it will still apply, but in case you don’t want to listen I’ve put the salient points in.

There was an attempt at peace at the beginning with Zelensky and Putin and US stopped it. That is a war crime. Who is the US at war with? With all the talks from corrupt Lindsey Graham about regime change you have to wonder. But this could have been over in March or April of last year.

There was another attempt at peace attempted by Naftali Bennett. Bennett I guess kind of let it out that it was blocked by the west, then walked it back. Even he’s probably aware the Biden crime regime does not love Israel.

Apparently Zelensky was less than happy with Bennett’s negotiation efforts. He’s probably more interested in getting monetary support from Israel. Who for darn good reason wants to stay amicable with Russia since Israel has to deal with hamass in Syria and good communication with Russia is necessary to prevent “incidents”.

If true, that Biden blocked a peace plan that could have stopped a war? That’s a war crime.

There have been 157,000 Ukrainians killed, 165,000 total. Ukraine had 37 million of which 4 million were the Russians in Eastern Ukraine that Ukraine has been trying to kill. Russia went in to save them. Russia lost has lost 18,000. I need to get word to the Donbas region to just call themselves “Part of the Greater Russia Project”. That hasn’t resulted in Zelenksy shelling parts of Oregon or putting political opposition in jail, or seizing the property of churches and shutting them down there. What’s in a name, right?

Biden’s puppet is getting aggressive and greedy about his bottle.

Zelensky slams Americans who don’t want to give more to Ukraine

The Biden administration just promised another $10 billion in economic aid to Ukraine, bringing the to-date sum up around $200 billion, with more likely to roll out in the coming months. But for Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenksy, that’s just not enough, and he has harsh words for Americans who’d like to keep their tax dollars here at home as opposed to using them to line Ukraine’s war chest.

So…..no money for East Palestine, in America. Just Ukraine, guess that’s why Beijing Biden was in Ukraine on President’s day, eh what?

So now for the bit of history. This bit comes from the radio show listed above.

Russians including Soviet Jews liberated Auschwitz, there were 261,000 killed liberating Auschwitz. 500,000 Jews served in the Soviet army, all of whom knew why they were there. Soviets immediately sent humanitarian aid to the survivors of Auschwitz, while the international red cross refused to help in anyway. The Soviets sent urgent messages to help with the survivors to the US and the UK and they were ignored. The idea of Germany sending tanks to Russia to fight the Russians are repulsive.

German is making deals to get gas from Senagal and Oman, but closest country they could get gas from is Israel and they won’t even talk to them. Apparently Germany still has a problem with Jews.

Putin is correct about de-nazification. This war was fomented by Barry Sotero, and his minions like Victoria Nuland and ignited and prolonged by Biden, not the Russians.

The election of 2020 was rigged and fixed. We all know it. And Kari Lake’s stolen election in 2022 was even worse. The theft of Kari Lake’s Arizona election makes Bernie Madoff look like a small-time shoplifter.

But I’m not talking about any of that.

To me the proof the 2020 election was stolen is the state of the nation. Open your eyes. The consequences of a stolen election are all around us.

The supply chain is crippled. Highways, ports and infrastructure are crumbling. Blue states are banning trucks from the roads. Grocery prices are skyrocketing. Egg farms are burning to ground. Eggs cost $10 per dozen- if you can find them. Over 100 food plants have burned to the ground in the past year.

Trains are derailing. The East Palestine, Ohio train derailment may be the worst ecological disaster in U.S. history. Experts are calling it “our Chernobyl.” There is a mushroom cloud of deadly chemicals floating over the farm belt. Animals are dying. Fish are dead. People are sick. And it just happens to have poisoned hundreds of thousands of acres of prime Midwest farmland.

How do you take down a country like U.S.? From the inside, and I believe that’s a war crime as well. Treason at the least.

Commander In Chief

The United States Constitution, Article II, Section 1.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

The President is primarily an executive. But…

Article II, Section 2.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States;

In a strictly and specifically military context, the President is the Commander in Chief of the United States armed forces. And only in that specific context.

Senior White advisor Keisha Lance Bottoms, after a stint of further ruining Atlanta, has clarified for those who missed the obvious militaristic elements of Biden’s Pennsylvania speech. He was speaking as the Commander in Chief, not merely as the executive.

“What the president has done as our commander in chief is he’s reminded us that democracies are fragile,” she said. “And if we are not intentional about preserving who we are as a country, if we are not intentional about reminding ourselves that there is a rule of law in this country, then we will be in danger.”

Which explains the presence of uniformed Marines, in a context where they otherwise seemed out of place.

When Biden made his threateningly partisan speech calling for the suppression of half the country, he was — according to Bottoms, senior White House advisor — speaking officially in a military context.

As Commander in Chief, Biden just authorized the use of military force against his political opposition. You, quite possibly.

I fear the American military is about to face a choice they haven’t seen since the dawn of the 19th century Civil War. It appears to be time for the armed forces to choose sides.

I hope this was merely more of Bottoms’ stupidity.

Added: I have reached out to Bottoms, asking if she would like to clarify her claim. As of this writing, all I have received is an automated response saying that she rarely checks her email. I’ve attempted an alternate address the auto-reply provided (no response to that one either).

You’d Think That Gropin’ Joe Would Know What A Child Is

p[R]esident (when he’s not on vacation) Biden wants gun control; for the children.

President Joe Biden said that for the last two decades guns have killed more children in the U.S. than “than on-duty police officers and active duty military combined.”

Really?

The FDA defines “child” as 2-12 yo.

The Army Times reported 15,851 active duty military deaths… for 2006-2018. Do note that short period, somewhat less than 2000-2020. If we attempt to fill in the periods of 2000-2005 and 2019-2020, using Wikipedia, we get a total of 18,381 mil deaths.

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund lists 3,746 for 2000-2020. So we’re looking at a total of 22,127 military and LE deaths.

WISQARS says that, for 2000-2020, there were 4,547 firearm-related deaths (all intents) for 2-12yos (that FDA definition of “child”).

We already see that senile Gropin’ Joe is lying through his teeth. Again.

Let’s see what happens when we broaden the definition of child, and check that against WISQARS.

0-12: 5,032
0-13: 6,515
0-14: 9,265
0-15: 14,049
0-16: 21,344
0-17: 31,780

At last we exceed mil/LE deaths. If Xiden had claimed minors’ deaths, he might have a vague point. But he said “children.”

That’s quite an interesting jump in minors deaths when you include teenagers; and a jump of ten thousand when you include 17yos. Would I be out of line if I wondered if they should be looking at a gang problem, instead of guns?

And what would the mil/LE numbers look like if we limited those to people killed “by” (with, damnit) guns?

Biden’s puppeteers are manipulating and twisting data on “children” to inflict rights infringements on everyone, of all ages.

It could be (probably will be) worse. Everytown released a report using the term “youth” which astonishingly includes ten year-olds to…

24yos.

When I was 24, I’d been in the Air Force for five years; I was a Staff Sergeant, an NCOIC, and overseeing multi-million dollar contracts.

To Everytown, that’s the same as a 10yo child.

Whatever it takes to manipulate gullible minds.

Biden/Harris Political Messaging Problem

Gropin’ Joe and Senator Kneepads seem convinced that this time “gun control” — victim disarmament — will be a winner with the voters, unlike every other presidential election for the past few decades. That’s going to be a tough sell in an age of perpetual “mostly peaceful protests, lefty politicians releasing criminals, standing down and defunding police, and millions of people looking around and deciding this is a good time to finally buy a gun.

That might fly in Dimwit-controlled urban criminal factories, but it’s less popular in fly-over country. But I think Joe/Hoe 2020 can successfully rephrase that for middle America.

Vote for me and I’ll declare open season, no bag limit, on violence-enabling victim disarming politicians.

Amusingly, Trump could use that message to get re-elected.

The Biden Plan to shred the remnants of the Bill of Rights

The senile old SOB has released his big gun control plan. Basically, everything any Dimocrat presidential candidate has brought up is in there except the explicit use of military force. But that could be what his talk of executive orders would cover.

This was interesting.

Apparently Gropin’ Joe thinks it’s legal to hunt children. That sort of… thinking would explain why he’s so comfortable with fondling little girls.

You can read the plan for yourself. It reads as if he used the Bill of Rights as a check list of things to violate. The highlights are:

  • “Assault weapons” become NFA items. Register or let the government “buy back.”
  • “High capacity” mags also become NFA items. The only number mentioned is three rounds for duck hunting, so that may be it.
  • Universal preemptively-prove-your-innocence, with very few exceptions.
  • Reinstate Obama’s use of SS disabilities to make people prohibited persons.
  • Ex parte “red flag laws.
  • Thought police to hunt down wrong-think and bad-speak.
  • Killing the PLCA Act.
  • Otherwise expanding the pool of prohibited persons.

He also plans to give hundreds of millions of dollars to the 40 cities with the most murders. Coincidentally, those are all Dim-run. I’d say they’re already in heavy competition for the cash.

It remains to be seen how he’s going to bell the cat, or deal with the malicious compliance.

What is it with Dim-ocrat presidential candidates thinking that threatening to wage war on American civilians makes a great campaign platform plank? Kalifornia’s Eric Swallowswell wanted to nuke America’s breadbasket, although he backed off a little and settled for overwhelming military force.

Oddly, that didn’t encourage campaign donors, or boost his polling. Go figure.

It appears Joe “c’mere, little girl” Biden apparently didn’t learn from Swalwell’s experience.

“Folks, don’t apologize at all about the Second Amendment,” Biden advised, explaining how the amendment allows for limitations on who can own a weapon and what type. “These guys will tell you, the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots. Give me a break.”

Gropin’ Joe needs to check the whole quote.

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

That part about “tyrants” should concern a man who continued with this:

“If you want to protect yourself against the federal government, you’re going to need at least an F-15.”

That is a rather direct threat. More so than Swalwell’s snide, “The government has nukes.”

In fact, military aircraft aren’t going to be needed. When wannabe absolute tyrants like Biden push hard enough, my fear is that it won’t be anything so controlled as civil war. Far more likely is what I’ve termed “hunting season,” where thousands or millions of pissed-off individuals decide to take matters into their own individual hands. Not coordinated action by groups who can be targeted in return.

What could individuals do versus the government?

Two untrained idiots tied up the resources of two states and the District of Columbia for three weeks.

One sniper took down 12 cops (5 dead, 7 wounded).

One ex-cop with a grudge held the attention of three counties’ law enforcement agencies for a week and a half. The chaos he caused even got three innocent civilians shot (reinforcing the idea of staying out of it and crossfire).

One nonexistent sniper tied up the police for days.

But my personal favorite had to be four less-than-competent jihadis who tied up 90,000 police and military personnel for days.

Consider those, then multiply by thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of people with a grudge over being stripped of rights, and then you have “hunting season.” No bag limits. Clinton Rules of Engagement apply. Full scale ugliness, and it’s hard to see anything but a horrible outcome for everyone.

Hunting season. The whackos who would be king could help avoid this by respecting rights. They could stop campaigning on policy enforcement-by-genocide.

I don’t want to see this. If it comes to it, I’ll hunker down and try to stay out of the crossfire. But that show will require a lot of popcorn.

Oh, and, Joe?

“Can you go out and buy a flamethrower? Can you go out and buy an F-15?”

Yes, you can buy a flame thrower. And while an F-15 on the commercial market might be hard to find, other jet fighters are available. Lawfully arming a surplus fighter might be problematical, but if the groper-in-chief is waging war against Americans, and sending fighters after us, the legality becomes something of a lesser concern.

Americans currently own flamethrowers, machineguns, artillery, tanks, combat-capable aircraft, besides the semi-auto peashooters, Joe finds so scary.

Multiply hunting season by that.
