Today is both Memorial Day, and Yom Yerushalayim, Jerusalem Day.
This is not a “Happy” Memorial Day kind of holiday. Memorial Day should be dignified, it is about paying respects to those who sacrificed all, who served with honor. How it morphed into a “Memorial Day Sale” kind of holiday or worse “Happy Memorial Day” kind of holiday is baffling to me. But I suspect public (lack of) education plays a role.
So I will give you a couple of musical tributes.

I’m in awe of these valiant warriors that G-d created. That something inside of them that compels them to fight to protect their hearth, home and family. And I’m filled with disgust for those that abuse that nature.

The two do go together. Memorial Day and Jerusalem day, despite being half a world apart. Freedom, liberty and joy as embodied in Jerusalem Day are made possible in societies that hold those things to be of value, and are fought for by the heroes honored on Memorial Day.
How could a world stand by and watch as madmen tried their best to destroy a people, a religion and remove all traces of it from the world? How could a society become like that?

It was widely reported in 2004 that Harvard University had returned a $2.5 million gift from the president of the United Arab Emirates. The gift had originally been earmarked to fund an endowed professorship in Islamic religious studies at Harvard Divinity School, but was held up when students at the Divinity School alleged that the institution making the gift had hosted speakers claiming that the Holocaust was perpetrated by Zionists, and that Israel was behind 9/11.
Reports indicated that Harvard agreed to return the gift in 2004. So it is intriguing that in 2005 we see two $1-million gifts from the UAE to Harvard (without any donor name) and an additional $1.5 million contract between Harvard and the UAE. We then see an extremely large gift of $14,586,957 from an unnamed “non-government” source in the UAE to Harvard University in 2006.
While there may be nothing untoward here at all, further investigation seems appropriate. Were the gift reports of 2005 merely a kind of bookkeeping indication of the gift that passed through and was then eventually returned to the UAE, as promised? Or are we dealing with completely separate and subsequent gifts? A skeptic might wonder whether the gift reportedly returned was somehow quietly re-gifted later on. But of course there may be no connection at all between the gift famously returned to the UAE and the later gifts to Harvard from unnamed donors. In any case, more information would be most welcome.

The recent release of the Department of Education’s records on foreign gifts to American institutions of higher education has given rise to concerns that some colleges and universities may not be reporting large foreign gifts in a timely or thorough fashion.
WHAT?? NO! Say it isn’t so! Not reporting foreign donations from countries that may not have our very best interests at heart?? If it were today, as it probably is, the students wouldn’t be objecting to taking money from an organization or country that said that the Holocaust was perpetrated by Zionist. The US Department of Education has opened an investigation into two Ivy League schools after it uncovered as much as $6bn in unreported foreign gifts to American universities from countries including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and China.
The Department of Education said on Wednesday that Harvard and Yale “potentially failed to report hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign gifts and contracts”.

Harvard President Alan M. Garber sent a defiant letter to members of the university community on Monday, saying “no government… should dictate what private universities can teach, whom they can admit and hire, and areas of study and inquiry they can pursue.”
Basically Garber is saying yeah, Jews aren’t safe on our campus, we’ve got their money, we don’t care. No matter how much those Jewish students are paying, you have to look at it in context doncha know? And besides Steve Witkoff’s buddies the Qataris are paying us a ton, then add in the other middle Eastern countries, it doesn’t matter. Has no effect on us whatsoever. Why hiring those far left professors that hate religion of any kind hasn’t changed our college a bit. So Trump needs to just suck it up and give us those tax dollars. The $800,303 Implementation Science for Targeted Violence Prevention grant branded conservatives as far-right dissidents in a shockingly skewed study. Not a single person speaks out. The speakers spreading lies and hate from the podium are met with loud applause. And when it’s time to vote, only 5 out of 47 members show support for the Jewish students in the room
After the meeting adjourns, someone comes over to you and says, “You’re Jewish, right? Why are you pro-genocide?”

This is exactly what occurred last night as the KU Student Senate voted in an anti-Israel resolution stating that Israel is perpetuating a genocide. This act is villainizing Jewish students who believe in the Jewish people’s right to their homeland, and only makes Jewish students feel more unsafe on campus.
While we express tremendous appreciation to the KU administration for its continued partnership in combating antisemitism on campus and ensuring the safety and security of all students, we are also so pained that such hatred and animosity can be publicly expressed on our campus.
If I had kids today there are very few places, and very few reasons that would cause me to consider higher education. It seems like a whole crop of entitled youth, that aren’t educated in anything useful and lack the ability to think through things and have a fine disregard for the truth, or morality. Their biggest allegiance is to whatever they’ve been told is the appropriate social justice of the day. And to achieve it? No boundaries.

“UNRWA is Not the Solution, But Part of the Problem”
For the first time in the House of Lords in the UK, Lord Stuart Pollack, a senior British politician and member of the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs’ advisory professional committee, delivered a strong speech in support of Israel, revealing a shocking testimony about the misuse of humanitarian aid that ends up in the hands of Hamas.
Lord Pollack quoted Eli Sharabi, a Hamas captivity survivor, who recounted how he saw with his own eyes terrorists transferring boxes of humanitarian aid marked with UN and UNRWA symbols directly into tunnels. “Dozens of boxes, purchased with the money of your governments in Europe and the West, were used to feed the terrorists who tortured me and murdered my family. They ate multiple meals a day from the UN aid in front of us, while we received nothing,” Sharabi said in his famous speech at the UN.
In response to Pollack’s remarks, the British Minister for Africa and Member of the House of Lords attempted to downplay the severity of the situation, claiming that “the real problem is that the aid is not making it into Gaza.” Lord Pollack was not deterred and responded firmly: “The problem is not whether the aid gets in, but to whom it reaches! How can we remain silent when we know that the aid we fund is not reaching those who truly need it, but instead is going to the terrorists who committed these atrocities? It’s time for the British government to open its eyes and face the reality – Hamas is using humanitarian aid as a weapon, and UNRWA is not the solution, but part of the problem.”

Why is an UNRWA bag in the same facility as automatic rifles?
During a counterterrorism operation in northern Samaria, IDF soldiers located a weapons storage facility in Nur Shams containing several weapons, a significant amount of ammunition, and bags filled with weapons. Additionally, during a search of one of the bags, the forces located an UNRWA vest.
The confiscated weapons were transferred to the Israeli security forces for further processing and investigation.

Lately some of the denizens of Gaza have begun to protest the ruling of Hamass. They are taking to the streets and saying they want Hamass out. Any word from the U.N. on that one? There’s plenty of video available and has been known for a long time that Hamass tortures their own citizens and they haven’t stepped in yet. Shoot it’s become so obvious in various parts of Gaza even the Al Jeezera reporter had to hide in a Indonesian hospital in Gaza to avoid reporting on it. I guess he was hiding in there with the rest of the Hamass leadership. Al Jeezera being as honest and credible as cnn or msdnc, they first put out the story as the Gazans are protesting the occupation. When Al Jeez realized people understand Arabic and were putting the correct subtitles on the videos, they had to walk back their story.
Mind you, the Gazans still hate Jews and want to kill them all, they just don’t want to be ruled by Hamas. Some have suggested Hamas is allowing the demonstrations so they won’t move the civilian terrorists out of Gaza, either way, they need to go.
I believe the United Nations is a failed organization. It’s not “fit for purpose” a phrase we began to hear a lot of as the truth about the experimental mRNA injections came out. Well, the U.N. is about has helpful as the medical experimental injections and as harmful as they are. And like the experimental mRNA injections, it’s time to pull them off the shelf before they can do any more harm. They are corrupted beyond repair, and of no value I can think of at the moment. They Must Go was written in 1980 while Rabbi Meir Kahane was jailed in Ramle Prison by the Israeli government under an unprecedented administrative detention order that imprisoned him without a trial, without his being informed of any specific charge, and without opportunity to know or to question any alleged evidence or witness. His crime: his philosophy concerning the danger that exists to the state of Israel by the very presence of its large and growing Arab population.
If only we had listened then. Moshe Feiglin, candidate of the Zehut political party in Israel talked about the same thing, relocating the arabs out of Israel into other Arab speaking Muslim countries. Zehut was established in 2015.
Zehut opposes the creation of a Palestinian state. Feglin claims, “there’s no demographic problem anymore. Jewish women are having more children than the Arabs. There’s going to be a Jewish majority of 80 percent between the Mediterranean and the Jordan River in less than 15 years.” He also believes most Palestinians will leave if given incentives to do so.
If only we had listened then. But there was the outcry from the antisemitic left, and those that think the middle east is like the midwest in America. It’s not. The ethnic cleansing cries only come out when it’s directed against Jews, or farmers in South Africa.
They are not like us, not in any sense of the word perhaps other than being carbon based life forms and even that may be stretching it.
As the hostages have been released Hamass has been holding ceremonies to humiliate them as they turn them over to the Red Cross uber service. Interesting, to me, side note. I heard an ad on the radio the other day from the Red Cross uber company, asking for money to help the people of California who will vote only for people that will mismanage their state. I don’t remember Red Uber asking for money to help North Carolina….NEVER give money to Red Cross.
At these ceremonies hostages have been given loot bags, been forced to smile and wave and one was forced to kiss his the forehead of his captor. These hostages have been kept in horrific conditions for around 500+ days now.
I might also point out that the American J6 hostages were kept in horrific conditions by the terrorist organizations in DC. I hope that will be investigated as well.
Hostages
They were kept in dark tunnels and in private homes, they were hidden in hospitals and some are held in other countries. I suspect by Steve Witkoff’s friends the Qataris. He sure gave the Hamass a sweetheart deal, didn’t he? They were kept without food, water and basic medical care. A young girl who was shot at the Nova music festival was operated on by a Veterinarian without anesthesia. I’m sure I needn’t add a lot of details to some of the atrocities they suffered. When the hostages were paraded out to Red Uber they looked horrible, gaunt, trying to smile bravely as demanded by the sub-humans that had held them captive. President Trump along with much of the world seems to have been horrified.
You know who isn’t horrified? Hamass. The denizens of Gaza show up in the hundreds to enjoy the show. The women handed out sweets and the children were shown the brave hamass soldiers who have now found their uniforms after having to wear civilian clothing while the IDF was in the area. It’s a big celebration. Hamass is still in Gaza, they’re still armed, all that starvation in Gaza is rather suspect seeing some of the well stocked markets and people shopping. Now yes, I’m sure there was a lot of theft of the mountain of relief supplies by hamass that were foolishly sent into Gaza. Does it trouble me? No, not really. More honestly? Not at all.
Next gen terrorists in the making
As many of the returned hostages have said, if there are 2 million people in Gaza, there are two million terrorists. Men, women and children, they are all terrorists.
The gentler sex of Hamass
As Howie Silbiger pointed out in his most recent show, The Hamas Horror Show, there were no “innocent Gazans”.
Hundreds of Gazans, men and women the trusting people of the nearby Kibbutzim had tried to help, had taken to doctors appointments, given food and jobs flooded across the border for the 10 grand apiece that hamass promised to pay them for Jews. Living or dead, didn’t matter. Because the sub-humans knew they could ransom the bodies back as well. So they grabbed anything. They also as discussed previously, murdered and tortured anything that struck their fancy. Of the Falestinians who entered Israel on 7 October, 70% were civilians.
Perhaps one of the most heart wrenching sights has been the return of the bodies of the Bibas children 9-month-old baby, Kfir, and his brother 4 year old Ariel.
The Bibas family
They were abducted with their Mother Shiri after the Gazans had killed Shiri’s parents and their dog. Their father was also abducted by Hamass and just a week or so ago he was returned alive, though very gaunt. The little coffins were paraded with great joy and victory through the celebrations of the brave hamass fighters that killed a 9 month old and a 4 year old. I’m not actually sure you can picture what this was like. Four corpses were sent back, one infant and one little boy, and elderly 83 year old man who with his wife had been a peace activist for the Arabs doing everything they could to help them. They killed them all. The fourth body was not that of the little boys mother Shiri as promised, it was some unknown Gazan woman. More on that later. The black coffins were locked, and the innocent Gazans the left around the world is so worried about gave the Israelis keys that didn’t work, and the coffins were filled with propaganda. They probably got it from Harvard. Maybe U of Penn, who knows?

The lying hamass tried to say the Bibas family were killed in an Israeli air strike and the bones might have gotten mixed up. Israel demanded the return of Shiri and suddenly the bones sorted themselves and they gave back the correct body. But they told the air strike story for another reason. The little boys were murdered. They were strangled by the arabs, either denizens or Gaza or Hamass. One in the same. Then their little bodies were battered with bricks and stones to make it look like an air strike. At least I hope it happened in that order. I don’t know but I suspect they killed them in front of Shiri. Even the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia thought the Gazans went a bit far on that display and spoke out against it.
So what was the reaction of the world? Well big cities all over the world lit up a few buildings in orange, the two little red headed babies the big brave denizens of Gaza killed. This gesture was supposed to be in solidarity. Nice. Would have been a lot more useful if these countries had actually done something right after this happened to stop it. You know, like condemning Gaza, saying no more aide, no shipments in, no money, no nothing. If they had allowed Israel to cut off water, electricity and certainly not demanded they ship food in to the demons on feet. Did that happen? No. Then you light show doesn’t impress me. But the color orange has another meaning as well.
May I just point out, in Germany during the Holocaust, there were German citizens that tried to help, hide and feed the Jews. There were those that tried to get their children to safety. There was a huge reward offered to any denizen of Gaza for information leading to the return of the hostages. Millions, they could have left Gaza and had a nice life. Do you know how many of the denizens of Gaza came forward to make a better life for their family? None, goose eggs, zero, zip/nada.
So back to the color orange. “If we had listened to the oranges of 2005, we wouldn’t have reached the oranges of 2025.”
The summer of 2005 was a highly charged time in Israel – emotionally, politically and religiously. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon made the decision to unilaterally disengage from Gaza, thus removing some 8,800 Israelis from their homes and communities that they had known for 30+ years and giving the segment of land to the Palestinians. The internal disagreement in Israel raged, as those for the move donned blue and those against donned orange.

You would think Israel would have learned, but no, they’re still expelling Jews from their homes. Now in Judea and Shomron since Jew-free Gaza has worked out so well. This article is from 2018 discussing the Nativ Ha’avot neighborhood of Elazar in Gush Etzion which is about 11 miles South of Jerusalem which was where more Jews were expelled from their homes because some left wing group made up the lie that some of the homes might maybe have been a meter into Arab land. People can’t seriously expect a “news” organization to do like investigative stuff can they? Shocked, I’m sure they’re shocked the production company was less than honest. Just because there are family members of top hamass officials in it doesn’t mean it’s biased <to the BBC anyway>.
As well as we gave money to the UN who gave it to UNRWA which taught Antisemitism in the schools. We also gave money directly to hamass courtesy of the Antisemitic Samantha Powers and USAID. This hearing was very detailed and enlightening.

Pro-Hamas protesters violently assaulted an employee at Barnard College in New York City on Wednesday after they forced their way into a campus hall.
Video footage circulating on social media shows a mob of activists pushing their way into the building before assaulting the school employee.
The incident occurred during a protest against the school’s decision to expel two students for participating in a rowdy demonstration at Columbia University, according to Fox News.
Did you catch that?? Not pro-Falestine, pro-HAMASS. The terrorist organization.
Well over a decade ago, when I started teaching at Sarah Lawrence College, I realized that many of my faculty colleagues were anti-Semitic. Because I am visibly Jewish and refuse to denounce Israel, I have been hazed; I have been called a “white skinned Taliban” by a senior professor. I was told that I was part of a colonial, genocidal Jewish people. I have had swastikas drawn on my office door. Somehow, I was expected to do more work than other colleagues to earn their support for promotion. It became clear that my Jewish faith and heritage was a problem for large numbers of professors on campus.
Professor Gad Saad, a Jewish Lebanese refugee that previously taught in Canada can no longer teach at his university because in Turdeau’s Canada it has been come very unsafe to be visibly Jewish. It’s growing. Whenever you take in large groups of people that have no intention of taking on the ethics, customs and ways of the country the come in to, this is going to happen.
Hiding in the schools, everywhere
So, Israel has no problem displacing some people. And obviously the denizens of Gaza, Judea and Shomron certainly can’t stay. President Trump has the only workable solution, remove them. But where? Well, I listened to a fascinating podcast the other day with Tamar Yonah. Her guest was a man she’s had on before, Mudar Zahran, he’s a Jordanian that is trying to replace the King of Jordan who is not that popular. But he maintains the denizens of Gaza are Jordanian and should return to Jordan. He also had what actually might be a workable plan to deal with them once they are there. Part of his point is these denizens of Gaza are so demented (he might has said damaged, I heard demented) that they can’t be trusted around Israelis. And they won’t be sane for possibly another 30 years until they can be in a different environment and it can be bred out of them. Where they can’t earn money by killing Jews. Yes, I know Abbas said they ended pay to slay…in English. In Arabic he told the people they weren’t going to lose one penny…they just changed the name of the program. They’re like demoncrats with DIE like that. Just change the name and keep the program.

I mean epic. The writer is Hillel Fuld, the brother of the late Ari Fuld HY”D, and the murderer of his brother Ari was released by Steve Witkoff. In other writings he’s talked about that being so very painful to bear, and I’m sure it is. But I’m going to end with this, because frankly, after you read this? What could anyone say? I’m not putting this in italics even though it’s a quote, so it will be as easy to read as possible. It’s worth it.

Since day one, I’ve been telling anyone who will listen that since 10/7, we’ve witnessed so many miracles, it’s hard to count.
Some of these miracles are easy to recognize, like how well the beeper operation went down or how successful we were at intercepting or detonating those hundreds of drones and ballistic missiles fired at us from Iran. Twice.
Other miracles were harder to recognize.
And then we have last night.
Last night was a miracle the caliber of the splitting of the sea.
I am talking an open miracle that could and should have ended very differently.
Do not ask me for my source and if that means you don’t believe what I’m about to say, so be it. You can keep scrolling. But if you know my work, you know I’m very careful with what I share so if I’m sharing this, trust me, it’s based on a reliable source.
Last night, a young lady noticed a suspicious object on a bus in the center of Israel. She reported it to the driver who pulled into a station, got everyone off the bus, at which point, the bus blew up and was completely destroyed.
But that wasn’t the end of it. Not even close.
Over the hours that followed, an additional four bombs were discovered on busses, some of them exploded, others were taken apart before exploding. Some malfunctioned.
According to my source, and this was news to me, a whopping 15 buses were supposed to explode this morning. According to reports, the terrorist set the timer for 9 PM instead of 9 AM.
So is that the worst of it? Not even close.
In addition to the 15 buses, 5 suicide bombers were set to detonate bombs on the lightrail at the same time, all in the center of Israel.
So is that the worst? Nope. That’s the good part.
Where did this attack originate? Gaza? Nope. Judea and Samaria. In other words, these terrorists came from within Israel.
And here’s the kicker, and again, I am not telling you where I heard this, all of the above was intended to be nothing more than the distraction, much like the incoming rockets on 10/7. Just a distraction for the real invasion.
My source says that as those buses and terrorists blew up, massive security and emergency forces were supposed to rush to the scene at which point, there would be a massive breach of the security fence and many terrorists from Judea and Samaria would invade Israel and carry out a 10/7 2.0. Only this time it wouldn’t be from Gaza so it would be an invasion into basically every major city in Israel.
For the third time, this is not information that is publicly available. I can’t share a link and I won’t share a source. Believe me or don’t. Up to you.
It is worth pointing out that for decades, we did not have any bus explosions in Israel. We do this deal and release terrorists, some of whom were the architects behind the bus bombings during the intifada, and all of a sudden, we’re back to buses blowing up.
I can’t imagine anyone believing that that’s a coincidence.
All of this was supposed to go down during rush hour and would have caused hundreds, maybe thousands of Israelis deaths.
Even if the rest isn’t true, multiple buses blowing up like this bus during rush hour? Can’t even imagine.
Yesterday morning was one of the hardest days in Israel’s history. Perhaps the hardest. We all felt hopeless, every last one of us.
When we are in pain, God is in pain with us.
I don’t know about you, but yesterday morning, as I saw the coffins of the Bibas angels, I looked up to Hashem and asked why. Why would he cause us so much pain or allow Hamas to do this to us??
I told myself that we’ll be ok but wasn’t sure if that was true. Was God even watching over us any more? Has He abandoned us? Did He turn His back on us?
Then, as the hostages were being delivered, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the Israeli skies, a sign from the times of Noah, that God won’t ever destroy the world or let it be destroyed. A rainbow, according to Jewish scripture, is God’s way of telling us, “Don’t worry. I got your back.”
Still, though, I was just so sad and so angry.
And then the news started to hit my feeds.
A bus exploded. No injuries.
Hmm, “How does that happen?” I asked myself.
Then another bus exploded. No injuries. And a third. No injuries.
I already felt God’s presence again. I could breathe again.
And the news kept coming in. More bombs discovered. More intel. This was supposed to be the biggest attack since 10/7, maybe even bigger.
Totally thwarted.
By who? The IDF? Nope.
Shabak? Nope.
Mossad? Nope.
This was a massive attack prevented 100% by God Himself. And a very vigilant young lady who noticed the suspicious object.
Whatever Hamas planned or didn’t plan for this morning, I would not be writing these words if their plan had come to fruition. But God had other plans and after all the pain God’s children endured yesterday, He felt we needed to be reminded of His presence. He felt we needed to be reminded that He has our back, now and always. He was right. We did need it.
This event might go down in history as one of the biggest miracles the Jewish people experienced since biblical times.
“There are two ways to live life. One is that nothing is a miracle. The other is that everything is a miracle.”
Some will explain how the Iron Dome works and therefore conclude that it’s not a miracle. The same for David’s Sling and the Arrow system.
Some will explain how all of those rockets and drones not intercepted by Israel fell in empty spaces. They might not believe that that too was a miracle.
The beepers? The walkie talkies? Getting Nasrallah? Haniyeh? Deif? They’ll attribute all of that to Israel’s intelligence.
But this? What happened last night? Israel had nothing to do with it. If you don’t see this event as a miracle, there is only one explanation. You don’t want to see it as a miracle.
Open your eyes. Clean your lenses. Hashem is here with us in our pain and each day that passes, we are one day closer to Him finally revealing Himself to us, explaining why any of this had to happen, and ultimately bringing mashiach.
For now, I just wanted to recognize Hashem’s greatness and on behalf of the hundreds, maybe thousands of Israelis who should be dead right now, just say thank you.

As the hostages are slowly being returned home to their friends and family that have been in agony while they were away, wondering if they would ever come home again, and if they did what kind of condition would they be in? Would they be able to heal from the mental and physical abuse they’d suffered while they were held in captivity?
I’m sure we all remember the videos that have come out of vile groups of terrorists and thugs dragging people out of their homes, no regard for whether it be man, woman, or child the treatment was dished out by barbarians with no moral compass.
Their treatment in captivity has been inhumane, it is something that should never be allowed to be repeated and there should be the most severe of consequences for those that felt completely safe to behave this way, to think it’s acceptable and possibly even lauded. And in cases it is lauded, which tells you all about the people they are.
Some have died in captivity, some died on the way to captivity. All because of their belief system. For tenets, values and beliefs they hold to be in their very core. And those beliefs are despised by the evil group that perpetrated such evil as hadn’t been seen for some time.
Now I have a question for you, who am I talking about? Who are the hostages? The innocent Israeli civilians or the January 6th political prisoners? Which is the evil group of thugs, hamass or the FIB and Biden’s crime regime of the DOI, Department of Injustice? Toss up applies to both. Lets have a look shall we?
If you want and really interesting video on things I hadn’t heard from a Mother’s story of a J6er who son was arrested in Kenya. While he was on a hunting trip. Yep, the FIB went after this kid in Kenya. It’s kind of long, but really really interesting. And the young man from Montana saw some of the things linked above.
We know the Israeli hostages were held not just by terrorists, but also by UN workers, Falestinian “doctors”, civilians and in hospitals, private homes and tunnels. So far, we know that much so far. They were denied food, water, basic hygiene and medical care. The prisoners were sexually abused and used as forced labor. They were psychologically tortured. They were allowed no contact with family.
The ones held in solitary were held in tiny cells, the food was frequently inedible and the drinking water was brown. I believe it was the head of the DC Gulag that said she hoped the J6ers would be sent to her prison. There are stories of the prisoners being tortured, physically and psychologically, denied medical care. I’m not sure how much contact they were allowed with family.
Misplaced Trust
The Israelis
I’ve written before that most of the Kibbutzim hit were left wing. The people there truly believed they could live in peace with the denizens of Gaza. Often hiring them for work and taking them to Israeli hospitals for treatment. At least one of the hostages certainly believed they could co-exist.
Levy was seen in a viral video from the attack that showed her in bloodied sweatpants being shoved into a vehicle. The footage raised concerns she had been sexually assaulted, though her brother said that in at least the first 50 days of her captivity, she was not a victim of sexual violence, The Jerusalem Post reported. Levy previously volunteered for the United Nations, Red Cross, and Hands of Peace — a group that promised coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians.
You can not co-exist with people that hate you and elect a government to represent them that has in it’s charter they intend to wipe every Jew off the face of the earth. Nor can you make deals with them. The only people stupid enough to think you can are broccoli-brain Biden and Steve Witkoff.
The J6ers
They believed they had the right of free speech. They understood that the first amendment is setting down rights given by G-d, not man. They believed they were within their rights to go to a peacefully rally. I honestly don’t know that any of us, well, maybe the late Randy Weaver, David Koresh and his dead followers, realized how filthy and evil our own government could be. They certainly didn’t imagine they’d be set up by a corrupt, insider trading speaker of the house, the DC police and the DOI and FIB. Many of these people have been held in jail for 4 years without a trial. But needless to say, the Biden crime regime plunged the low of our country to a new depth.
Messing with the hostage releases

Civilians were supposed to be released first, not the way it’s playing out. A list was supposed to be given to Israel of who would be released, not the way it’s playing out. The filthy denizens of Gaza weren’t to be allowed to return yet, they’re already trying to get back in. Hamas is already back in, armed and wearing their hamass uniforms that have been in storage while they wore civilian garb. Steve Witkoff better get back over there and straighten them out. Arbel Yehud was supposed to have been released last Saturday. Hamass, said, well actually another terrorist group has her, we’ll have to get her back from them. Yeah? Really? Not our problem, give her over. Which they say they will do this week, in exchange for more terrorists and murders being released from Israeli prisons. I’m beginning to understand how Steve Witkoff wound up with a financially troubled hotel the Qataris needed to help him with. This leaves Hamass with 33 hostages. Govt. spokesperson: 8 of 33 hostages on Hamas list are dead. Since civilians were supposed to be released first I would have thought the women and young children would have been some of the first out, as they need more care, I was kind of surprised that the Bibas family haven’t been released. Those pictures were pretty well recognizable. A young mother, Shiri holding two little red headed babies, Ariel and Kfir. I suppose they might be holding on to them till last as there is quite a bit of emotion tied up in holding babies hostage. Those hamass terrorists are truly brave, no? Or, they are gone. I watched a video snippet of a man in a video conference call and during it he got a list of who was dead and who was alive. From his reaction, I’m kind of afraid they’re gone.
The J6ers
I foolishly thought when President Trump signed an executive order and said he hoped the hostages would be freed that night, they would be. Welp, nope, it’s the DC machine. Hostages have been moved to other areas where they have no family, no money, no cell phone and no one knows where they are. This is just one such case:

I cannot digest why this is happening to any person that was pardoned by President Trump 4 days ago.. Dominic’s voice sounded calm however exhausted.. He asked me if I knew ” what was going on?” And I had to say “”No” He stated that currently he came to this facility with only 4 other J6 men ..and they immediately separated them. While I am exceedingly grateful the few captives that have been released are free, the terrible deal forced on Israel by Puddin’head and Steve Witkoff virtually guarantees more hostages will be taken, and more innocent Israelis killed because it pays off big time. In fact with the colleges “globalize the intifada” campaign, really anyone can be a hostage. I pray all the captives come home soon, alive. I can only imagine the pain the family and friends have suffered for well over a year.

As with the Israeli hostages, this is a pain no family or friend should have to have suffered. What these people have suffered at the hands of an American terrorist group beggers belief. While there are some videos of the J6ers being released, if it’s a “news channel” video covering it, they seem to focus more on the “violence” the “riot” the “insurrection” etc etc blah blah blah. So I will give you this one off of Twitter. This woman didn’t realize her son was coming out. This is the cry of a soul that has been tortured for a very long time. Just wounded beyond belief. And honestly, when I hear it, I feel tears welling up and I don’t even know these people, and they are just one family in over 1500, some of who have lost homes, marriages, families, businesses and some couldn’t take the pressure and committed suicide.

Witkoff is being taken for a ride and the Trump administration is being taken for a ride with him. He didn’t succeed, he failed miserably at extracting meaningful concessions from Hamas, and went right back to Biden’s policy of pressuring Israel. Instead of delivering a win for Trump, he delivered one for Biden.
On Saturday, Gaza ceasefire talks were down to the wire, and President-elect Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy wanted to hash out the deal once and for all with Benjamin Netanyahu, but the Israeli leader’s office said he could not be roused during Shabbat.
Steve Witkoff allegedly gave a “salty” reply, making it clear he didn’t care if it was the Sabbath, the Jewish day of rest. In the words of one report from Haaretz, Witkoff said Trump expected Israel to agree to the ceasefire, and “things that Netanyahu had termed life-and-death issues…suddenly vanished.”
So why would such an inexperienced diplomat willingly expose his rudeness right off the bat? This is behavior no one would expect would be acceptable in a professional organization that the Trump team purports to be. And yet, he is. Arrogance, pride in self-perceived accomplishments. This behavior is even worse than a demoncrat.
Journalist Caroline Glick shed light on the role of Steve Witkoff and his business ties to Hamas-supporting Qatar.
“They have an enormous amount of money that they use to buy influence in the West, and especially in Donald Trump’s circle. And one of those people is Steven Witkoff”, Glick said.

Here’s what it costs. For the 33 hostages that will be released in phase one, of which it’s estimated 25 are actually alive, Israel will be releasing 1,904 convicted terrorists, 737 of those were serving life sentences for murder. One of them responsible for 6 murders and one responsible for 45 murders. Also included are 1,167 Gazans captured in Gaza for attacking the IDF. In my opinion, the IDF should have just shot them. The rate of recidivism among dead terrorists is very low. 47 of the murderers to be released are repeat murderers who were originally released as part of the Shalit deal in 2011 and have since been re-arrested after attacking again. Shabak estimates 82% of the terrorists released in the Shalit deal returned to terrorism.
Apparently moral relativism is alive and well in the Trump administration. They can’t tell the difference between innocent people that were kidnapped from their own homes and terrorists that were arrested for killing people. This does not bode well for the average American citizen I’d say.
Israel also has to turn over control of certain strategic corridors to Gaza/Hamass. This will allow them to resupply with ammunition and weapons. And they already have, as I type, there are armed men in hamass garb parading in the streets of Gaza. They’ve won.
Israel also has to provide more food and supplies to hamass.
And Trump thinks this is a good deal?? He thinks he’s doing great?
And where will Trump’s and Witkoff’s poor little dears go? Are they being deported to Jordan? Egypt? Syria, Iran? Will Trump send an Israeli version of Tom Homan over there to sort things out? Nope, they’re being released right back into Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, where they committed their murders and crimes.
So now when you hear President-elect Trump talking tough about deporting illegal invaders, tough on crime, blah blah blah. It might call for a grain of salt, or the whole salt shaker. Maybe even on of those big salt blocks at the feed store.
But I can’t help but wonder, next time he promises some country he has there back, why on earth should they believe him seeing how blithely he can betray his promises.
To put this into perspective for U.S.:
One day one, Trump releases all the Jan6 political prisoners, people that have done nothing wrong but hold the political opinion contrary to the Biden crime junta. There are a lot of those, so he will finish Joe Biden’s start on releasing every illegal invader in prison for committing a crime. Even murder. Laken Riley’s killer will be released back into her neighborhood in Georgia. Kate Steinle’s will be released back into San Francisco. To make sure Americans are safe, America and Mexico will be sharing border security, with Mexico being in charge. To make sure it is all up to snuff, tren de aragua from Venezuela will monitor the situation.
That’s basically how it would translate for U.S.
I can not begin to tell you how much I hope that I am wrong. If I am I will sincerely apologize. If I’m not? No amount of apologies will bring back the deal Israelis that will die because of this betrayal. I can not help but feel a strong sense of concern. I think with his starting out the second term with such a horrific act will cause a stain that can not be undone. And I also feel we the citizens will pay a price. It feels like the Titanic just hit an iceberg.

The videos clearly show people coming through the fence not wearing Hamass or Hezbollah identifiers. There aren’t innocent civilians living in Gaza. They voted for Hamass to govern Gaza and they support the mission to eradicate Jews world wide. Has nothing to do with territory and everything to do with religion. It’s the Gazan version of virtue signaling. Vote for the most radical group, as opposed to the Falestinian Authority, which is also evil, but slightly less so, to govern. The one that openly, in the charter, calls for the murder of Jews. There is none of the peaceful coexistence the west blathers on about.
Meanwhile in the West, in this case California, you have citizens voting for basically nothing but demoncrats, especially in the big cities. They too, chose the ones with the most radical ideas. Like slashing the budget for the fire department and diverting the money to programs for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, in other words, DIE, as 24 people so far have.
Hamass? Diverting money? Same same, rather than using the money given them, they diverted theirs into rockets and concrete to build tunnels under the city for their elites to hide in and to hide the weapons. Where you might ask? Oh, the usual, hospitals, schools, private houses, apartment buildings. Anything they can get all virtue signaly about when it gets bombed. Actual schools for kids? Naw, not so much. Actual doctors and hospitals? Naw, not so much, there were pediatricians from Gaza that were holding hostages in their own homes. Food supplies the O’biden crime junta is forcing Israel to send in to prolong the war? Oh, that’s being held by Hamass and sold on the black market to get more money to buy more weapons. The Gazan version of DIE. This war could have been over long ago. The poor Falestinians could have been trying to rebuild nice lives in Syria, Egypt or Jordan, even Qatar. I’m sure many Arab muslim counties would be glad to take in their less fortunate cousins that have the same religion and speak Arabic.

That alone should get them hung, per Nuremberg. The other part is their emphasis on DIE, the belief people only want to be rescued by people that look like them. Only a rabid leftist could think of stuff like that, but they do.

In fact there’s an excellent chance, despite the inevitable claims of “climate change” some of these fires were started by the illegals or homeless or both.
A couple days ago, alert residents in the fire-menaced Woodland Hills area apprehended a man with a blow torch who didn’t live there, all but catching him in the act of starting another conflagration.
They tackled the dirtbag, held him down by force, and called the cops, who came and hauled the would-be arsonist off to the can.
But then the LAPD mysteriously refused to charge him with attempted arson, despite the obvious evidence, including his statements to residents that he was determined to do it, encircled all around him.
Yup, they turned him lose, despite video evidence and witness statements. The Babylon Bee of course was johnny on the spot reporting!
And since it’s California? Who knows, suppose to be satire, could be true.
But Gazans and Californians revel in voting for the most radical of politicians to destroy their home. Karen Bass? Seriously? Well, I suppose she’s the next best choice since her hero Fidel is dead. Mayor Karen Bass, Revolutionary Communist Karen is a proud member of the Venceremos Brigade. Those Californians just can’t get enough of communism.

See many insurance companies in an Atlas Shrugged move pulled out of California. Insuring a home in California is not like insuring a house in like, say the United States. In California, due to the restrictions, regulations, demands for DIE hiring on construction crews rebuilding is time consuming and very costly. So since insurance doesn’t work for free, they needed to raise their rates for insurance. Which the demoncrats promptly said “Oh no! You can’t gouge our citizens like that! We’re putting a cap on what you can charge!” The insurance companies said, “Yeah….we can’t afford to rebuild for that, so California policies are canceled and we’re pulling out of California”. Demoncrat politicians said “Well good riddance! We don’t want your greedy kind in here!”. Ok, so I’m guessing at some of this dialogue, but it’s probably pretty close. But Governor Newsome has it figured out, how to make the best of the situation? Ahhh, fifteen minute cities! Like what they’re doing in Lahaina Hawaii! They aren’t allowing the insurance companies in, so the owners can’t rebuild, they will most likely lose their property to? Orpah? Black Rock? Who knows. But Newsome said he’s already working on changing the zoning codes for the areas zoned for single family dwellings.
Grand plan
Both Gazans and Californias now see their previous land as smoking piles of rubble. I would maintain it’s because they chose ideology and virtue signaling over actual policies that would have given a good life. It’s not like they weren’t warned of the consequences. President Trump tried to point out about forestry management a few months ago. Hamass knew the consequences of October 7th would result in dead Gazans. This isn’t a problem for Hamass, see above graphic. Dead Gazans are a plus for Hamass, starving Gazans make for great press. I think it was either Rick Caruso, who ran against Karen Bass, or Adam Carolla that talked to some leftists after the election about why they voted for Bass. Why? Because he was told, they just couldn’t vote for a white guy. Alrighty then. Both Hamass and Demoncrats crave power over people, they crave control and their policies ensure it. And yet, both Gazans and Californians voted for it. They got what they wanted.

So what’s my answer? No money. No money to the UN, No money to Iran, put the sanctions the O’biden regime took off back in place. No taxpayer funds to rebuild in California, it’s like enabling bad behavior that will just be repeated. Leftist like Falestinians, are leftist, the ideology is far more important than living a nice life. Virtue signaling rules!

Gov. Gavin Newsom has reportedly reached a deal with the Democrats in control of the state legislature to “Trump-proof” the state of California from attempts to mass deport illegal aliens from the United States.
This comes amidst wildfires that have ravaged the Los Angeles area. The devastating fires have taken the lives of dozens of Californians and wrought over $150 billion in damage.
No money, nothing will change, and we can’t keep enabling California to carry on like this. They can choose what they like, but we, the people shouldn’t have to pay for it. Again, still. Demoncrats? They practice “Taqiyya” every bit as much as the Hamass.
So yeah, Jamie Lee, I guess California does look “just like Gaza”. And for the same reasons.

It’s that wonderful time of year when we celebrate Hanukkah. Hanukkah means “dedication”, as in cleaning and purifying the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple after it had been defiled. I’ve written a lot about Hanukkah, what happened and why. But I’m going to touch on a few of the elements to explain why America is ready for it’s own Hanukkah. Hanukkah was about the culture of Judaism. The laws that G-d had given us that were to be observed. Things like

One evening she told Holofernes he’d be able to take the town the next day as they were out of Kosher food, and they would be forced to eat un-kosher food and then G-d would turn his back on them. Which is salty, which makes him thirsty, which makes him drink a ton of undiluted wine that she helpfully provided, which makes him drunk as a skunk, which makes him pass out. In retrospect, probably works better than nail polish anyway. So when he’s passed out cold, she takes his own sword and as my Rabbi tells it “daintily cuts off his head”. She take the head back to town under the cover of darkness. The next day the soldiers wake up to a not only dead drunk Holofernes, but a flat out dead Holofernes. Which understandably discombobulates them. So, they scatter and the town is saved! I’d say not only Bethulia, but whatever town he was going to hit next. But that my friends is why we also eat cheesy and dairy foods at Hanukkah. Originally it was cheese pancakes before potatoes were known.
Both women took a strong stand to preserve their homes, their towns, their families and their honor. There are some that say Yehudit was in fact related to the Maccabees, and was the daughter of Yochanan the high priest, father of the Hasmonean family.

This one has left 200 injured and 5 dead, including a toddler, following Friday’s attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. The perpetrator is a 50 year old doctor of psychiatrist and psychotherapy from Saudi Arabia. Germany foolishly took him in on a permanent residence permit in 2006. Even more foolishly they ignored the extradition requests of Saudi Arabia for the totally assimilated muslim doctor due to “human rights concerns”.

The Jewish holidays—every one of them—is inextricably bound to the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Hanukkah is no different.

That is why the Amidah is concluded thusly every time we recite it: “May it be Your will, L-rd our G‑d and G‑d of our ancestors, that the Beit HaMikdash be speedily rebuilt in our days, and grant us our portion in Your Torah.”
One way to bring the authentic spirit of Hanukkah into the year is to concentrate on the above line every time one recites the Amidah.
There’s an additional way to make sure that Hanukkah is rescued from those who would subvert its true background and remake it into some kind of universal holiday that even a secularist can embrace. And that is to push back strongly against any and all attempts to seize any part of Jerusalem from the State of Israel and put it under any else’s control. And that especially includes the Temple Mount.
As Israel’s greatest national poet Uri Zvi Greenberg [1896-1981] wrote: “Whomever controls the Temple Mount controls all of the Land of Israel.”
When we recall the stories of the Maccabees in and their re-inauguration of the Beit HaMikdash all of this takes place in what anti-Israel extremists, and their enablers, deliberately call “East Jerusalem.”
“East Jerusalem” does not actually exist and what they are really saying is that Jerusalem’s Old City and its surrounding neighborhoods, the Western Wall, and the Temple Mount are not part of Israel or part of Israeli Jerusalem.
The original and oldest parts of Jerusalem, where Hanukkah story took place, are what they falsely label “East Jerusalem” and this is the Jerusalem that the Maccabees fought for and not the “New City” which lies outside those walls.

I feel to an extent, with the elections Americans are taking that first step, like Hannah saying “No I don’t want to submit”, like Matityahu say “Oh heck NO! You are not making an unclean sacrifice in my name”. We are staring into the abyss of losing our entire culture and way of life to the evil of the left and their agents. And we don’t want that. Is President Trump Yehuda? No, I’m not even saying that. But brave men, the Maccabee among others and brave women, Hannah and Yehudit among others, have shown us if our religion, if our way of life matters to us, to U.S. enough we must take steps to ensure it’s continuation for future generations. America needs a Hanukkah, we need a re-dedication to our founding principles and morals. We need to return our focus to our Judeo-Christian origins. We need to be the light that brings knowledge of G-d into the world.

And to settle another eternal question…It’s a Hanukkah movie
Over the last couple of weeks or so, as the top stories of the day make their way through the news a couple of things have become clear, to me at least. But maybe I just need more coffee.
Story #1
The Daniel Penny trial. Mr. Penny is a Marine veteran who was minding his own business on one of the dangerous subways in New York City. How dangerous? Dangerous enough the mentally defective governor of New York ordered 750 national guardsmen to help patrol the subway system. With numbers that shock no one, sanctuary city New York has seen a 45% increase in subway arrests since 2023, and that number is from March of this year. But the poor deranged governor wants to correct large government policies by ignoring common sense and enacting even more government policies that won’t help. Her brilliant plan?
The new deployment adds to the additional 1000 NYPD officers ordered into the subway last month to conduct bag checks and follows the slashing of a conductor and other high profile crimes.
Hochul is also calling for people deemed to be too dangerous by a judge to be banned from the subway. She is pushing for a state law that allows judges to block a person from riding the subway or buses for three years if they are convicted of attacking a passenger.
So why is that so stupid? Well, back to the Daniel Penny trial. Mr Penny is on a subway when Jordan Neely a homeless, mentally ill man high on synthetic pot boarded. Mr Neely had quite the history.
According to the Post, Penny’s defense called New York court clerk Brian Kempf, who told the court that authorities had an open warrant for Neely’s arrest related to an assault conviction in 2021.
As part of a plea deal, the Post reported, Neely had agreed to participate in intensive outpatient therapy to avoid prison time for the conviction. But Neely left treatment, and a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
That was in February 2023, according to Fox News. It was just two months before the fatal encounter on the Manhattan F train.
In other words, a police officer who encountered Neely engaged in any one of his customary criminal acts (he’d had 42 arrests between 2013 and 2021, according to Newsweek) could have run his name and found a court order to take him into custody.
But that didn’t happen, just like want the poor dear that’s governor of New York won’t happen either, because New York only arrests law abiding people for defending themselves and others, or people they don’t like. They prosecute those too.
“Some guy came in, and he’s like with his jacket off and he’s like, ‘I’m gonna kill everybody. I’m gonna go to prison forever. I don’t care,'” Penny said.
This seemed to have created some consternation among the other passengers trapped below ground in a metal tube.
And Penny had good reason to be concerned.
In the year before Neely’s death, more than 20 people had been shoved onto the subway tracks in New York City, FOX 5 New York reported previously — many of them by mentally ill homeless suspects.
But a host of prosecution witnesses, Penny’s fellow passengers, knocked massive holes in that tale, as one after another veteran subway rider described how terror-stricken they felt while trapped in the train car with the angry, unstable, threatening Neely.
One woman said she “was scared s–tless” by Neely’s behavior and recalled him yelling: “I don’t give a damn. I will kill a motherf—er. I’m ready to die.”
She stuck around after the ordeal to thank Penny for defending her and everyone else in the car that day.
Another, a high school student, said she was “so nervous” that she feared she “was going to pass out,” and said she didn’t hear other passengers’ warning to Penny to let go of Neely during the struggle.
A third said Penny restrained Neely “so he wouldn’t attack anybody” — more proof that Penny was selflessly acting on behalf of others and a direct blow to lefty claims that his actions were racially motivated.
According to The Daily Mail, two police officers confirmed that Neely still had a pulse when they arrived on the scene, but one witness, an NYPD Sergeant, testified that none of his team performed mouth-to-mouth on Neely because he was a ‘drug user.’

‘He seemed to be a drug user.. he was an apparent drug user. He was very dirty. I didn’t want them to get… hepatitis.
‘If he did wake up he would have been vomiting. I didn’t want my officers to do that.
‘He was filthy. He looked like a homeless individual. You have to protect your officer,
‘I wouldn’t want my officer to get sick if the person throws up,’ he said.
Chundru, a former Miami-area medical examiner who now runs a private practice in Texas conducting autopsies in a half-dozen counties, said that he did not believe an air choke caused Neely’s unconsciousness and, therefore, did not cause his death.
Chundru said he found the cause of death to be “the combined effects of sickle cell crisis, the schizophrenia, the struggle and restraint, and the synthetic marijuana.”
Someone schizophrenic, high on K2 and involved in a struggle can die without a chokehold being involved at all, he said. Similarly, he said, if there were no health issues and the chokehold was the only factor, Neely would not have died.
Shades of George Floyd!! Goodness gracious Matilda! There was no gun involved, there was no murder, a bystander bravely put himself in harms way to protect the innocent on that subway, some of whom I’m quite sure couldn’t defend themselves, and what do the deranged leftist prosecutor (Alvin Bragg) and governor (Kathy Hochel) do? Go after the hero because I guess he didn’t just stand back and let the police handle it.
So what happens now when there are no bystanders willing to step into the gap and help fellow citizens in the hell hole known as New York City?
To be completely honest about it, I’m not sure if a unprovoked is worse or better than a provoked stabbing attack. But the third victim, the woman also later died of her injuries inflicted by Ramon Rivera, a 51-year-old homeless man with a history of eight arrests. As the article points out, don’t confuse this stabbing attack with the one that happened a few days earlier, that was a different perpetrator. It’s almost like criminals in New York realize they won’t be prosecuted. Only former presidents and good Samaritans are of interest to Alvin Bragg.
Could someone have stopped it? I dunno, it happened very close to the area of another stabbing attack just a few days before, and the Daniel Penny trial is going on. So. Perhaps people see the “justice system” in action and think I want no part of that pile of bovine feces.
It’s like the left doesn’t want people to defend themselves, gun or no, self defense is never warranted if it’s going to injure one of their precious illegal invader future voters or a criminal. Apparently the longer the rap sheet, the better.
So what does the left think is justice? Probably nothing we would recognize as such. Which brings us to
Story #3
A verdict was reached in the Laken Riley murder case. I’m sure everyone knows Laken was a wonderful young woman. She was a nursing student in Georgia who had gone out for a run in an area where she had ran before. A few minutes after she started her run, an illegal invader named Jose Ibarra attacked her. So who is Jose Ibarra? He’s one of Kammie and Joe’s babies, an illegal invader into our country.
Ibarra entered the United States illegally through El Paso, Texas, in September 2022 and was released via parole just a day after being taken into custody, Fox News reported. In September 2023, Ibarra was staying for free at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, which was used as a temporary migrant housing center. He then took a free flight from New York City to Atlanta, Georgia, paid for with federal money under the Biden-Harris administration, the New York Post reported.
Less than six months later in February, Ibarra killed Riley, an Augusta University nursing student, while she was jogging on the University of Georgia’s campus in Athens.
Riley struggled for 18 minutes for her life as she fought the illegal invader attempting to rape her until he finally killed her by smashing her head in with a rock, repeatedly.
So now a verdict has been reached in the murder trial. I’ve seen headlines that said things like justice for Laken. He gets life in prison. Again, 3 hots and a cot on the taxpayer dime.
No, no it wasn’t justice. Georgia is a death penalty state. He cruelly and callously murdered a young woman who wanted to spend her life helping others and all he gets is free room and board for life. So why didn’t he get the death penalty? Because he’s an illegal invader and one of Joe and Kammie’s babies. And the prosecutor is a fellow traveler, Deborah Gonzalez.
The district attorney who declined to seek the death penalty against illegal alien Jose Ibarra, the Venezuelan national convicted of murdering 22-year-old Georgia student Laken Riley, is a criminal justice activist and outspoken Kamala Harris supporter.
She “takes into account collateral consequences to undocumented defendants” when charging criminals.

Democrat DA Deborah Gonzalez only sought a sentence of life behind bars without the chance of parole, which the judge overseeing Ibarra’s bench trial granted Wednesday.
Although Georgia is a death penalty state, Gonzalez said pursuing the death penalty was not in the interest of “justice.”
“Our utmost duty is to ensure that justice is served and that the victim’s family is an integral part of the deliberation process. We understand that there will be those outside this office who will disagree with our decision and seek to exploit this case for political gain. However, the integrity of our judicial process and the pursuit of justice must always transcend political considerations,” Gonzalez said, according to local WRDW-TV.
Is that right Debbie? Well, what did Laken’s family say? What did they want to see done? What would have made them feel that “justice” had been achieved?
During victim impact statements, Riley’s mother, Allyson Phillips, implored Haggard to show “no mercy” in sentencing Ibarra. Addressing the judge, she said, “Your honor, I’m asking you to give Jose Ibarra the same thing he gave us when he […] showed no mercy when she was begging for her life.”
“Jose Ibarra took no pity on my scared, panicked, and struggling child,” the grieving mother said. “This sick, twisted, and evil coward showed no regard for Laken and human life. We’re asking the same be done to him.”
Riley’s father, Jason Riley, said, “The pain I feel is unimaginable,” and that he’s “haunted” by the fear she must have felt in her final moments. “The pain of not being there, not being able to protect her, is something I’ll never escape.” Riley’s sister, Lauren Phillips, cried as she pleaded for the stiffest sentence possible. “Jose Antonio Ibarra has completely ruined my life,” she said, hoping he receives a punishment that will “ruin his.”
Well, how many minutes have the knelt in the capitol for a victim of their policies and failure to do their jobs? Oh none? Right.
No guns were involved in any of these stories, what is involved is self defense and defense of others. Daniel Penny could and did, and he was arrested. The lack of someone stepping in if they had been able cost 3 people in NYC their lives. And the verdict in the Laken Riley trial clearly demonstrates the left has no understanding of the meaning of the word “justice” let alone how to execute it. But I’m full of helpful suggestions. For example, justice. Deborah Gonzalez thinks justice wouldn’t be served to ask for the death penalty for one of her illegal invaders who has been supported by American taxpayers since he illegally entered the country. Fine, now she personally pays for his upkeep for the rest of her life. Put some skin in the game Debbie. Because the rest of America has already put in too much, the Riley/Phillips family most of all in this case.
No Debbie, no you didn’t give a darn about what the victim’s family wanted. You just wanted to side with your leftist heroes Kammie and Joe. You don’t know the meaning of the word “justice”. Justice would be Daniel Penny getting a heroes thanks and a key to the city. Justice would be the first citizen that saw the Hispanic construction worker stabbed could have intervened and stopped it, however they needed to do that. Justice for Laken would have been no open borders and she finished her nurse’s training and went on to fulfill the letter she wrote in her diary to her future husband.
The left doesn’t understand justice and they don’t want it. They don’t care about people, they care about power for themselves. Justice?
