Carrying Concealed With Misplaced Compassion

In the wake of the Renee Good incident, I thought the left might rein in their rabid activists. Maybe, just maybe. I mean apparently they’ve all been told they can attack law enforcement with impunity. The worst that might happen is being arrested. Not too worry, deep pockets will bail you out.

There is a lot of video out there on Renee Good, a proud member of ICE watch, trained to track, harass and attack ICE officers as they attempt to removed the more criminal of the illegal invaders. She had been following ICE all morning on January 7th after dropping her son, she only had custody of the one child, off at his progressive school with it’s focus on social justice. She blocked off a street with her SUV, let a few cars through that were also members of her group and then blocked agents. And that’s when she escalated things. Told to get out of her car, she didn’t and her wife decided it would be a really brave cool thing to antagonize agents, so that’s the mindset. Some on the left have tried to say she was scared or trying to do a three point turn. She was filmed sitting in her car, blocking the road playing a jaunty little tune by her blaring car horn and bouncing along to the beat in her SUV. Agents went to remove her, her wife started yelling at her to drive, videos from the officer’s body cam shows her staring straight at him as she revs the engine and moves forward. As some have pointed out, if it hadn’t been a bit icy she’d have hit the officer a lot harder. Which, is what she was trying to do. The officer she hit has been to the rodeo before. About six months before he was hit by an illegal invader, drug and required surgery. The left attempted to excuse Renee again saying she just barely bumped him. He went to the hospital with internal injuries. Why exactly is it the left thinks that they can commit acts of violence and if it doesn’t cause as much harm as they intended, it will be excused?

However, the agent objected to being struck by the car, and shot her. I’m appalled she attacked the agent using her big SUV as a weapon, and on top of that she had her innocent dog in the car. No I’m not even kidding. I wonder if I’m the only one that can easily see this woman speeding to get away from law enforcement, or to get to her next harass ICE location and hitting an innocent bystander, or someone crossing the road, or, while less likely still possible, a group of people that show up to rally in support of ICE. Because when you’re on the left, rules don’t matter, just your ideology does.

So one would think such things might cause the left to say we need to get a grip here, this is going to far. That one would be wrong. There’s money in them thar rape whistles. Although I don’t think the left has a firm grasp that rape whistles are to be used if they’re attacked by a rapist. Not to warn the rapists that law enforcement is there to arrest them. Those leftists do love them some rapists, domestic abusers, child rapists, pedophiles of every sort, thieves. Heck there’s no criminal the left doesn’t love, especially illegal invaders. As long as they aren’t peacefully and patriotically carrying an American flag. That’s a bridge too far for the left.

Which brings us to what I would consider to be a Veteran’s Administration hiring error named Alex Pretti. So the late Mr. Pretti worked as an ICU nurse at the VA. A hospital that takes care of men who have served their country. And we had Mr. Pretti who spends his free time harassing men who are currently serving their country and trying to deport criminal illegal invaders. You know, like the kind the men in the VA were trying to keep out. I still shake my head at that. Those poor poor patients. Because when you see the actions of Mr. Pretti, I have a pretty good idea he may not have been too good at hiding his ideology in his patient care. Now, I’m basing that one the number of nurses that have come out recently proudly wishing harm on everyone from a pregnant press secretary to MAGA people in general, including threats to harm them while in their care. That’s not a big reach. A couple of nurses were fired not that long ago in Australia for bragging they would kill Jews in their care. More recently a Jewish victim of the Bondi beach massacre had her name changed and her religion removed from her record by the hospital while she was a patient there. They tried to tell her it was for press reasons, but what it came down to was they were afraid their “multi-culti” staff would try to kill her. Something has gone horribly wrong in the medical profession. And what’s more frightening are the number of medical staff that feel that way, and would do those things but are smart enough not to make videos bragging about it.

Which brings us back to Mr. Pretti. The media has made much of him having a concealed carry permit. I’ve taken three CCW classes. I like them, each taught by a different teacher, all had excellent wisdom and experience to impart. One lawyer, two police officers from two different departments. You know what I learned from all of them? Be polite, be courteous, and when dealing with law enforcement, be EXCRUCIATINGLY polite. When it comes to protests, one of the best things I’ve heard came from Tyrus on the Greg Gutfeld show. He said protesters show up, wave signs, chant, play drums and if very aggressive, they sing at you. He said what we’re seeing isn’t protesters, it’s domestic terrorists. I’d say yup, paid domestic terrorists. Dark Money and Foreign Influence: Global Network Funding Anti-ICE Protests. And there are a lot of groups and people involved. So was Alex Pretti paid? I dunno. But he was not rational, and had no business being around vulnerable American Veterans. So how did he get un-alived, I guess that’s the word now?

Well, this video is from Officer Tatum, whom I do respect quite a bit and he was a police officer so he has some insight and knowledge some of the other clips won’t have. I’d like to point out this video came out right after the shooting, before any other videos came out. Why I’m pointing this out is at one point in here Officer Tatum will tell you Alex’s actions would have led to the loss of his concealed carry permit, and what exactly those actions were. Well, as it turns out, that wasn’t Alex Pretti’s first physical confrontation with law enforcement. No, he was sporting a broken rib from a previous violent altercation with them. From which he apparently learned nothing. Although, since it’s Minneapolis, maybe he leared nothing. And for this video of his previous engagement, I’m going to use this clip from Aaron Prager, because well, it features narration by Fauxcahontas Warren.

For a nurse to make a habit of spitting at people I find shocking actually. I’m sure that video is a proud moment for the VA where he worked. Yesh. Maybe they should see if they can hire people that don’t hate America?

But these leftists are demonic. I’m not even kidding. Recently two different law enforcement officers had their fingers bitten by feral female leftists. One of them bit the end of the finger off.

Two women are accused of biting the fingers of separate border patrol agents following the shooting death of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.

Claire Louise Feng, of St. Paul, and Emily Duchateau Baierl, of Minneapolis, have both been charged with assault.

According to charges, around 9:25 a.m., Feng allegedly tackled a border patrol agent who was attempting to arrest another woman. At that point, a second agent attempted to pull Feng away, and took her to the ground – at which point she “forcibly bit the right ring finger of [the second agent].” The injury left the agent with a tip of his finger bitten off, charges allege.

At the same time, charges state that Baierl allegedly bit the middle finger of an officer who was attempting to remove her mask after allegedly being spotted throwing objects at agents.

Neither woman was “peacefully protesting”. They both physically assaulted law enforcement. I hope the demons go to jail. They aren’t safe to be on the loose. If they’re willing to do that to armed law enforcement? I just hope they’ve had their shots, I’d be wondering what kind of diseases they’re carrying.

But they are far from alone.

I’ve got two more final thoughts for you. One is from Nissim Black, and I’m putting this video out for two reasons. The first part shows some video of other astounding attacks on law enforcement that should have been on the news, jaw dropping. The mindset of these mentally ill people is shocking. The Arizona AG is far from the only one urging people to kill law enforcement officers. And at the final part with the Border Patrol agent guarding a store and he’s asking where local police department is? I wonder if those Minneapolis officers that have left ICE and Border Patrol to twist in the wind at the tender mercies of the paid mobs have realized these mobs have now learned they can attack law enforcement with impunity. Did they think that one through?

So we’ll start with that, then I’ll tell you another reason I picked Nissim’s video.

I think watching the whole thing is worthwhile. After the clips he talks about why he thinks this is happening. Misplaced mercy. I think he’s generous. I think they are evil. But I do agree with him that this may be the disintegration of our society. Because they truly believe that they are on the side of angels protecting criminals. They side with dictators, cruel people, terrorists against decent people just trying to live their lives. He also ties it back to Tanak.

I also think Tim Poole takes it a step further about how this will play out when it goes too much further. And I’m afraid he’s correct.

This is a very important video, and I think he raises a lot of very valid questions about the right vs the left in a civil war. While it may be heartening to think the left is all blue and pink hair loons, they quite possibly are three steps ahead of us.

It has been said if you are kind to the cruel, eventually you will be cruel to the kind. I think we’re there.

The Crime of Demoncrats

There has been a lot of talk recently about President Trump’s move to federalize D.C., the District of Corruption. Washington DC has long been a dangerous city, I’m going to guess it really got worse after the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975, which pretty much banned handguns for regular citizens. I remember thinking at the time as I heard the way that law was going to work it was one of the stupidest things I’d ever heard. I figured they’d reverse it in a few months when they figured out it was hurting law abiding citizens. Sigh, so young, so innocent, so naive, so gullible.

The time I believe has come to accept we can no longer afford to have The Demoncratic/Socialist/Communist party in control of so much as a lemonade stand, with or without a permit.

If you look at the blue cities now, it’s almost hard to recognize them as American cities. Filthy and crime infested, struggling financially, and rule of law? HA! Peace, safety and stability are absent from many of the blue cities, and the list grows by the election cycle.

Recently DC was in the news again as a young 19 year old Edward Coristine, who you may know better as “Big Balls” of DOGE, was beaten by feral gang of 10 teenagers who were attempting to carjack a young woman. I’ve heard it was his girlfriend, I’ve heard he just saw it happening and stepped in. Either way, it’s DC and it’s another car jacking. Apparently the 2021 murder of Mohammad Anwar didn’t phase the DC police or Muriel Bowser. Two teenage girls 13 and 15 murdered him when they tried to steal his car in broad daylight. The video is horrific. They were detained at the scene as they attempted to flee, not by police but by National Guard that were in the area. Police said it wasn’t their first rodeo, they’d been in trouble with the law before. So how was this handled? Well the prosecutor plea bargained with them, and for the murder of an innocent uber eats driver trying to make a living they will be in jail till they are all of 21. Plenty of time for them to go out and commit more crimes. And Bowsers response? She released a video on preventing car theft. These are not serious responsible people, so so crime has continued.

However, there is a stronger argument that D.C.’s home rule is itself the constitutional abomination. Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution clearly states: “The Congress shall have Power… to exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States.”

In other words, the Founders intended for Congress to govern the capital city. They intentionally carved out a special district that was not part of any state and would exist under federal control. The entire point was to not leave members of Congress and government employees subject to coercion and control from an outside governing body.

It was only the passage of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act in 1973 that created a locally elected mayor and city council. Congress still has the power to veto D.C. laws via a simple majority vote in both chambers, but that authority is rarely exercised.

Like the Firearms Control act of 1975, home rule for DC has been a disaster. Both need to be pitched into the trash bin of failed policies, also known as the Demoncrat party’s current party platform.

But DC is far from the only failed blue city in America. Recently Cincinnati was in the news as a group of feral animals attacked a pair of white people. They weren’t a couple, I believe he had been to a music festival and she was visiting friends for a birthday party. It was a vicious attack, she, Holly was knocked unconscious and I’m pretty sure he was beaten within an inch of his life. I haven’t heard much from the male victim, but Holly has spoken out a bit.

Vivek Ramaswamy did contact Holly, and apparently he has been the only politician to speak with her. One detective has spoken with her and it seems there were no police around to intervene in the attack, no ambulance near either.

So has there been any response from the elected officials responsible for this atrocity? Well, sort of.

After days the mayor finally roused himself enough to make a statement.

I am outraged by the vicious fight that occurred downtown. It is horrifying to watch, and this unacceptable and disgusting behavior is intolerable in any part of our community. That’s not who we are as a city.

If you do a search on crime against white people in Cincinnati, you’ll find there are several listings going back 10 years or more, yeah Mayor, this is what you are as a city. Just FYI, Vice-President JD Vance’s half brother is running against the loser in the next election.

The DEI police chief? Teresa Theetge complained it was “Undoing the Good Stuff That Happened This Weekend”, and proceeded to blame social media.

An annoyed Theetge opened the press conference by praising the city for holding multiple major events with over 150,000 people Friday night, bitterly complaining that “unfortunately we had one incident, one incident late Friday into Saturday that is getting all the attention and undoing the good stuff that happened this weekend.”

Because what happens that social media post and your coverage of it distorts the content of what actually happened and it makes our job more difficult.”

WOW, tell me you’re a DEI hire without using the words DEI. Of course “Chief” Theetge has been sued for anti-white discrimination in hiring and promotions.

She doesn’t seem to have a firm grasp on what criminals are, and that criminals kept in these things call jails don’t usually beat the stuffing out of innocent people on the streets. Because, you know, social media.

These people aren’t responsible enough to govern the aforementioned lemonade stand, let alone a city. These are not serious leaders. But Demoncrats rarely are these days, their “solutions” are always a recycle of failed past policies that make things worse.

This Blue City Mayor Just Gave a Ridiculous Suggestion on How Trump Can Reduce Crime

Of course, it’s obvious what Scott is doing. He’s using the controversy over President Trump’s decision to federalize DC’s law enforcement agency while sending in the National Guard to deal with the district’s high crime rates to push for more gun control. As with all anti-gunners, he is exploiting the victims of violent crime to disarm responsible gun owners.

What we must remember is that gun control isn’t about protecting people. It is about empowering the state to exert more control over the populace, which is why they seek to punish non-criminals for he actions of a few who do use firearms for nefarious purposes.

And so perhaps that’s why Demoncratic politicians aren’t outraged and talking about this attack, no guns, no news.

But the fact that these Demoncrat and community “leaders” find this acceptable, even excusable behavior should be astonishing. If the races were reversed those cities would have been a smoking pile of rubble within 30 minutes and they’d have their greedy little hands out for federal tax dollars expecting someone else to once again fix their failures.

But in a contest to rival worst DEI hire police chief, we’ll go back to DC and Pamela Smith.

D.C. Police Chief Left Completely Dumbfounded When Asked About the Current Chain of Command Following Trump’s Federal Takeover

During a press conference with D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, D.C. Police Chief Pamela Smith was asked about the current chain of command.

“Do you know what the chain of command is now?” the reporter queried.

This is a question any top law enforcement officer should be able to answer. But Smith had no clue what the reporter was talking about.

“What does that mean?” she asked.

She then walked away from the podium, and Bowser stepped up.

Baffling, I know! Especially with her stellar credentials that made her perfect for the job..

Smith joined the MPD in 2022 and served as its chief equity officer. As chief equity officer, she led the department’s efforts on DEI.

But then DC has apparently had the PD cooking the books and Judge Jeanine chooses not to play along.

Pirro’s comments come as the DC police department’s credibility is in tatters following revelations that crime statistics were being manipulated to hide the city’s violent crime wave.

Back in July, NBC Washington reported that DC Police Commander Michael Pulliam, then head of the 3rd District, was suspended and placed on paid administrative leave after accusations surfaced that he altered crime data to make it look like violent crime had plummeted.

Five law enforcement sources confirmed Pulliam was being investigated for “questionable changes” to crime data, changes the police union says were part of a deliberate effort to make the numbers look better for political optics.

During a recent event for the Democratic Socialists of America, panelists argued in favor of performing abortions in churches and dismantling the family unit, among other completely insane things.

It’s very important to remember that these people are the ones driving the candidacy of Zohran Mamdani in the New York City mayoral race. If he were to win that election, these people would have his ear.

I would maintain the Demoncrats are well on their way to abolishing the family, remember that was one of BLM’s stated goals on their web site.

This is a recent clip from the Patrick Bet-David podcast, I’ve got it set to the relevant part. The feral youth in the first part are young, really young. So think what they’re going to be when they grow a bit. Oh, 13 and 15 year olds that steal a car and murder and Uber Eats driver. The segment that follows the feral shop lifters is your answer, it’s Demoncrats their policies have destroyed the community and the family.

The first few minutes about political monopoly is pretty interesting as well, failed schools, poverty out of belief crime…But it’s set to start at the most relevant part.

This is sad all the way around, but people make choices. Who I am saddest for are the innocent victims of these sub-humans. But since DC has such strong gun control, I’m sure that crime is almost completely absent….

And who is upset about President Trump’s actions to lower crime? Demoncrats. Trump Dupes Democrats into Defending High Crime Rates Because Demoncrats never met a criminal they didn’t love, a mass murderer they wouldn’t have over for supper, at your house, not theirs, of course! Perish the thought! There is no illegal invader they wouldn’t sell out your child’s future for, they aren’t sane or safe. It has become abundantly clear.

When the “Deal” is “Betrayal”

As much of the mainstream media and politicians are jumping for joy at the great deal Trump brought about between Israel and hamass, have you begun to question why the Arabs are soooo willing to lay the “credit” for the great deal at Trump’s feet? I mean one thing Beijing Biden told the truth about recently is that really was his disgusting, lopsided deal that Israel had been refusing because it was so horrific.

So it appears to me, Bibi and the Israelis stood strong since last spring despite biden and the demoncrats holding up weapons and bulldozers Israel had paid for in the hopes that once Trump was sworn in things would be better. It’s not that Israel doesn’t want their people back, they do desperately, but the biden deal was just so horrid.

And then Trump betrayed them, and everyone that took support of Israel into consideration when voting for him.

Only so much can be known from outside, but Steve Witkoff appears to have been taken for a ride by longtime pros like Secretary of State Blinken and Brett McGurk and is enjoying the flattering media stories about him ‘intimidating’ and ‘cursing out’ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Witkoff is being taken for a ride and the Trump administration is being taken for a ride with him. He didn’t succeed, he failed miserably at extracting meaningful concessions from Hamas, and went right back to Biden’s policy of pressuring Israel. Instead of delivering a win for Trump, he delivered one for Biden.

That’s the optimistic view. One I no longer hold. Witkoff showed what he is when he “met” with Bibi Netanyahu.

On Saturday, Gaza ceasefire talks were down to the wire, and President-elect Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy wanted to hash out the deal once and for all with Benjamin Netanyahu, but the Israeli leader’s office said he could not be roused during Shabbat.

Steve Witkoff allegedly gave a “salty” reply, making it clear he didn’t care if it was the Sabbath, the Jewish day of rest. In the words of one report from Haaretz, Witkoff said Trump expected Israel to agree to the ceasefire, and “things that Netanyahu had termed life-and-death issues…suddenly vanished.”

So why would such an inexperienced diplomat willingly expose his rudeness right off the bat? This is behavior no one would expect would be acceptable in a professional organization that the Trump team purports to be. And yet, he is. Arrogance, pride in self-perceived accomplishments. This behavior is even worse than a demoncrat.

Journalist Caroline Glick shed light on the role of Steve Witkoff and his business ties to Hamas-supporting Qatar.

 

“They have an enormous amount of money that they use to buy influence in the West, and especially in Donald Trump’s circle. And one of those people is Steven Witkoff”, Glick said.

“Witkoff owned a property on Central Park South called the Park Lane Hotel that had gone into a lot of difficulties because his Malaysian partner was exposed as a fraudster and fled to China”, Glick cited a story by the Jewish Insider:

In the summer of 2023 … Witkoff had sold Manhattan’s troubled Park Lane Hotel, which had also counted Abu Dhabi’s investment firm as a stakeholder, to the Qatar Investment Authority, the country’s sovereign wealth fund, for $623 million — adding to a push into New York real estate.

But in addition to being a potential asset for Witkoff, who reportedly views Middle East geopolitics as “one giant real estate deal,” his past dealings with Qatar in particular could place the incoming envoy in an uncomfortable position, experts say — as the Gulf state has faced bipartisan criticism in Congress for hosting Hamas leadership.

The Park Lane sale came after Qatar had engaged in an aggressive and widespread lobbying effort during Trump’s first term, as the president-elect sided with Saudi Arabia and other neighboring states that had imposed a blockade on the Gulf country.

Seeking to build goodwill with the U.S., Qatar launched a campaign to influence hundreds of people close to Trump, including Witkoff, who was among several American executives to meet with Qatari officials, according to foreign lobbying disclosures that broadly describe a series of “introductions” to “facilitate collaboration” and discuss “business opportunities,” among other things.

Steve Witkoff is also the co-chair of President Trump’s inauguration committee, which has come under fire for inviting a radical Pro-Hezbollah Imam to lead a prayer at the Inauguration Monday.

In 2007, Al-Husainy had a shouting match with Fox News host Sean Hannity on air over his support for Islamic terror organization Hezbollah.

So, what is this “deal” everyone is celebrating?

Will it bring the hostages home? Yes some. But one would have thought a smart business man would have asked, “What does it cost”? Apparently that doesn’t go through the mind of a smart business man.

For the 33 hostages that will be released in phase one, of which it’s estimated 25 are actually alive, Israel will be releasing 1,904 convicted terrorists, 737 of those were serving life sentences for murder. One of them responsible for 6 murders and one responsible for 45 murders. Also included are 1,167 Gazans captured in Gaza for attacking the IDF. In my opinion, the IDF should have just shot them. The rate of recidivism among dead terrorists is very low. 47 of the murderers to be released are repeat murderers who were originally released as part of the Shalit deal in 2011 and have since been re-arrested after attacking again. Shabak estimates 82% of the terrorists released in the Shalit deal returned to terrorism.

Apparently moral relativism is alive and well in the Trump administration. They can’t tell the difference between innocent people that were kidnapped from their own homes and terrorists that were arrested for killing people. This does not bode well for the average American citizen I’d say.

Israel also has to turn over control of certain strategic corridors to Gaza/Hamass. This will allow them to resupply with ammunition and weapons. And they already have, as I type, there are armed men in hamass garb parading in the streets of Gaza. They’ve won.

Israel also has to provide more food and supplies to hamass.

And Trump thinks this is a good deal?? He thinks he’s doing great?

And where will Trump’s and Witkoff’s poor little dears go? Are they being deported to Jordan? Egypt? Syria, Iran? Will Trump send an Israeli version of Tom Homan over there to sort things out? Nope, they’re being released right back into Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, where they committed their murders and crimes.

Caroline Glick maintains a deal could have been made requiring the release of no terrorists, had Trump and Witkoff chosen to put pressure on Qatar, Turkey and Egypt. But they didn’t, not at all, only on Israel.

So now when you hear President-elect Trump talking tough about deporting illegal invaders, tough on crime, blah blah blah. It might call for a grain of salt, or the whole salt shaker. Maybe even on of those big salt blocks at the feed store.

But I can’t help but wonder, next time he promises some country he has there back, why on earth should they believe him seeing how blithely he can betray his promises.

To put this into perspective for U.S.:

One day one, Trump releases all the Jan6 political prisoners, people that have done nothing wrong but hold the political opinion contrary to the Biden crime junta. There are a lot of those, so he will finish Joe Biden’s start on releasing every illegal invader in prison for committing a crime. Even murder. Laken Riley’s killer will be released back into her neighborhood in Georgia. Kate Steinle’s will be released back into San Francisco. To make sure Americans are safe, America and Mexico will be sharing border security, with Mexico being in charge. To make sure it is all up to snuff, tren de aragua from Venezuela will monitor the situation.

That’s basically how it would translate for U.S.

I can not begin to tell you how much I hope that I am wrong. If I am I will sincerely apologize. If I’m not? No amount of apologies will bring back the deal Israelis that will die because of this betrayal. I can not help but feel a strong sense of concern. I think with his starting out the second term with such a horrific act will cause a stain that can not be undone. And I also feel we the citizens will pay a price. It feels like the Titanic just hit an iceberg.

But what I’m holding on to, are the words Hillel Fuld, Ari’s brother said in one of his comments “But G-d”. Ain Od Milvado. There is no one else besides him.

American Hanukkah

It’s that wonderful time of year when we celebrate Hanukkah. Hanukkah means “dedication”, as in cleaning and purifying the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple after it had been defiled. I’ve written a lot about Hanukkah, what happened and why. But I’m going to touch on a few of the elements to explain why America is ready for it’s own Hanukkah. Hanukkah was about the culture of Judaism. The laws that G-d had given us that were to be observed. Things like

Some Jews became quite infatuated with Greek culture. But the more they imitated the Greeks, the less respect the Greeks had for us. They began to mock Judaism and enact laws against it. First they locked up the synagogues and schools. People prayed and studied in one another’s homes.

Then, the Greeks passed a law that all Jews had to write a sentence stating they had no portion in the G‑d of Israel on the horns of their livestock and on their doors. The Jews sold their livestock and removed the doors from their homes.

The Greeks passed a law outlawing circumcision. The Jews made up secret signs through which they announced circumcision ceremonies, and guests risked their lives to go wish the new parents “Mazel Tov!”

The Greek soldiers started assaulting Jewish women The Greeks outlawed Shabbat, the celebration of the New Moon, and Torah study. Jews hid in caves and continued to observe all three. The Greeks found hundreds of ways to try to stamp out Judaism. Jews found hundreds of ways to quietly rebel and to remain what they had always been. Then the Greek soldiers started assaulting Jewish women. The governor made a decree—unfortunately, a common one in ancient cultures—called jus primae noctis, “first night rights.” The governor would kidnap and assault every bride on her wedding night.

Which brings us to the first of the two women I’m going to speak about. Channa, or Hannah. She was the sister of the Maccabees, and she had a very strong objection to being raped on her wedding night.

Amidst the elegant flowers, soft music, and the conversations of the guests, the bride suddenly stood up, walked to the center of the room, placed her hand on her chest, and tore open her gown.

Shocked, angry, and embarrassed, her brothers rose to drag her from the room. But she stood firmly in place and addressed the room: “You who are so zealous that you would kill me, are not zealous enough to protect me from the hands of the Greek governor who will come here to assault me tonight.

Her five brothers declared their willingness to go to war, and were answered by a voice emanating from the Holy of Holies promising victory.

And honestly, Shimon and Levi were around 13 or 14 at the time. Those kids knew what they were about.

The next woman were going to speak of is Yehudit, and she is more of a participant than being an inspiration only. Though she is pretty darn inspiring! Yehudit’s story occurs a few hundred years before that of the Maccabbes. Yehudit’s story takes place in and near the town of Bethulia, in Judea when it came under siege by Holofernes, a Syrian-Greek general, under Nebuchadnezzar. Holofernes was extremely cruel. When he laid siege to a town and then conquered it every living creature inside, men, women and children and probably animals would suffer. They’re like the state of New York in that way. The town was on the verge of surrender. They had been under siege and were out of food and water. After a town meeting Yehudit addressed the town elders and asked them not to surrender in the five days they had given G-d to rescue them. She told them they should have more faith in G-d than to put him on a time table. But she had a plan. Which they immediately tried to talk her out of. Ok, I can kind of see that. It was incredibly risky for her. But the only people she was putting in extreme danger were herself and her loyal maid servant. Yehudit was a widow, but still very beautiful, wise and charming. She donned her beautiful apparel she had put aside when she was widowed, donned her jewels and a veil. She and her servant left Bethulia near dark and went to Holofernes camp. To his tent after telling the astonished sentries that was her destination. This just simply wasn’t done! But, she did it. She convinced the evil Holofernes that the town was about to fall, and she wanted to save her life and that of her family and servants. She and Holofernes worked out a deal, she would supply him with intel and they would live. Holofernes then threatened his camp if anyone laid a hand on her. So she and her servant were given complete freedom to roam around unmolested. Every day she would take intel to the town and spread Karin Jean-Pierre like lies back to Holofernes. One evening she told Holofernes he’d be able to take the town the next day as they were out of Kosher food, and they would be forced to eat un-kosher food and then G-d would turn his back on them. Holofernes was, I’m sure, elated. With a twinkle in his eye he invited Yehudit to a “private dinner” that night, just the two of them. Gag. But she’s really good at this, like one of the original honey pot traps! She shows up, probably had a brand new color of nail polis…oh wait, that would be my idea.. anyway, she shows up with her own food because of course Holofernes doesn’t have Kosher food. So she tells him she’s famous for her goat cheese, and proceeds to ply him with goat cheese. Which is salty, which makes him thirsty, which makes him drink a ton of undiluted wine that she helpfully provided, which makes him drunk as a skunk, which makes him pass out. In retrospect, probably works better than nail polish anyway. So when he’s passed out cold, she takes his own sword and as my Rabbi tells it “daintily cuts off his head”. She take the head back to town under the cover of darkness. The next day the soldiers wake up to a not only dead drunk Holofernes, but a flat out dead Holofernes. Which understandably discombobulates them. So, they scatter and the town is saved! I’d say not only Bethulia, but whatever town he was going to hit next. But that my friends is why we also eat cheesy and dairy foods at Hanukkah. Originally it was cheese pancakes before potatoes were known.

Both women took a strong stand to preserve their homes, their towns, their families and their honor. There are some that say Yehudit was in fact related to the Maccabees, and was the daughter of Yochanan the high priest, father of the Hasmonean family.

And we know that the Maccabees fought, not so much because the Greeks wanted to kill Jews, although it wasn’t a problem for them, but basically they wanted to kill Judaism, their way of life, their reason for being. To deprive the Jews of Judaism, is to destroy them.

So since I’m speaking of women, lets look at what the culture of America has done to women under the power of the evil Holofernes Biden and his puppet masters. Now, I have no problem saying Biden is evil, and it goes way back, but at this point he’s basically barry sotero’s cardboard cutout. And I suppose whatever malice “Dr Jill” pushes him into. The demoncrats talk about Republican’s “binders of women” well let’s see how those champions of women stack up. Women’s sports have been decimated under the biden crime regime. The results of “defund the police” have predictably, well, at least we predicted it, resulted in scrapping the bottom of the barrel for police candidates. But it’s not just our country that has been permeated with evil. I’m sure everyone heard about another attack on another Christmas market from another member of the religion of pieces.

This one has left 200 injured and 5 dead, including a toddler, following Friday’s attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. The perpetrator is a 50 year old doctor of psychiatrist and psychotherapy from Saudi Arabia. Germany foolishly took him in on a permanent residence permit in 2006. Even more foolishly they ignored the extradition requests of Saudi Arabia for the totally assimilated muslim doctor due to “human rights concerns”.

The AfD is the right wing populist party in Germany that is gaining massive support owing to its anti-immigration/pro deportation stance.

Which of course is why it totally makes sense that he went after a bunch of Christians at a Christmas market and not people at a mollusk.

Moshe Phillips did a Hanukkah article, I’ll share a bit. Hanukkah: The reason for the season

The Jewish holidays—every one of them—is inextricably bound to the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Hanukkah is no different.

Ancient Jewish wisdom identifies multiple ways that the Rabbis of the times of the Mishnah did just this.

One way was the name of the holiday as the word Hanukkah means dedication / rededication for it was the Maccabees that liberated the Holy Temple, cleaned it so it could again be used for holy service, and restarted the sacrifices that had been halted.

Another was the choice the ancient rabbis made in selecting the Haftarah for Shabbat Hanukkah. It is a reading from the Prophet Zechariah and there the Prophet insists that the Beit HaMikdash (the Holy Temple) will be physically rebuilt in Jerusalem.

That is why the Amidah is concluded thusly every time we recite it: “May it be Your will, L-rd our G‑d and G‑d of our ancestors, that the Beit HaMikdash be speedily rebuilt in our days, and grant us our portion in Your Torah.”

One way to bring the authentic spirit of Hanukkah into the year is to concentrate on the above line every time one recites the Amidah.

There’s an additional way to make sure that Hanukkah is rescued from those who would subvert its true background and remake it into some kind of universal holiday that even a secularist can embrace. And that is to push back strongly against any and all attempts to seize any part of Jerusalem from the State of Israel and put it under any else’s control. And that especially includes the Temple Mount.

As Israel’s greatest national poet Uri Zvi Greenberg [1896-1981] wrote: “Whomever controls the Temple Mount controls all of the Land of Israel.”

When we recall the stories of the Maccabees in and their re-inauguration of the Beit HaMikdash all of this takes place in what anti-Israel extremists, and their enablers, deliberately call “East Jerusalem.”

“East Jerusalem” does not actually exist and what they are really saying is that Jerusalem’s Old City and its surrounding neighborhoods, the Western Wall, and the Temple Mount are not part of Israel or part of Israeli Jerusalem.

The original and oldest parts of Jerusalem, where Hanukkah story took place, are what they falsely label “East Jerusalem” and this is the Jerusalem that the Maccabees fought for and not the “New City” which lies outside those walls.

Believe it or not, that is not the whole article, but the whole article is good.

I feel to an extent, with the elections Americans are taking that first step, like Hannah saying “No I don’t want to submit”, like Matityahu say “Oh heck NO! You are not making an unclean sacrifice in my name”. We are staring into the abyss of losing our entire culture and way of life to the evil of the left and their agents. And we don’t want that. Is President Trump Yehuda? No, I’m not even saying that. But brave men, the Maccabee among others and brave women, Hannah and Yehudit among others, have shown us if our religion, if our way of life matters to us, to U.S. enough we must take steps to ensure it’s continuation for future generations. Basically, I think Europistan or I’ve heard it called Eurabia and formerly Great Britain are gone. I think they have so many there now they can’t come back, the invaders and the left, government, voters and media are a toxic brew. Because if the government takes any steps they don’t like the “refugees” seem to have no problem rioting, murdering and burning the country to the ground. While the left and the media will cover for them and provide excuses, it never brings anything back, does it?

America needs a Hanukkah, we need a re-dedication to our founding principles and morals. We need to return our focus to our Judeo-Christian origins. We need to be the light that brings knowledge of G-d into the world.

It should come as a shock to no one with a bit of a brain that some women are waking up and realizing Demoncrats hate them. They hate them with their actions and they aren’t shy about showing it. For example, the recent incident on the subway car in NYC. Women have been under attack in the NYC subway for a long time; heads bashed in with hammers, sexual assaults, punched in the face all kinds of severe violence against women. What do demoncrats do? Well, what any good marxist would do, they take advantage of the situation to turn the criminal into the victim and demonize anyone who stands up for themselves or other weaker individuals including, but not limited to, women. While Demoncrats may not have outlawed self defense, they prosecute it as a crime rather than the violent criminal. For example, the recent incident on the NY subway where a homeless mentally ill man was threatening passengers. A 24 year old Marine (I understand there are no former Marines) stepped up and with the help of other passengers, some of whom were black, restrained him. The BLM/Antifa set along with whatever agitators can be rounded up are now trying to turn this into a hot mess. Let’s see how the Guardian, a left wing rag is “reporting” on it (giggle giggle, reporting, I crack myself up sometimes).

So it’s a horrible choice, the police may not be available to help you, but if you do defend yourself, or someone defends you a Demoncrat prosecutor may well try to ruin your life. Because to Demoncrats and leftists of all parties, the innocent don’t matter. Not really, they are a talking point, not an actual concern.

It’s all going to come down to how you choose to handle the fear. We may not have choices about the situations we find ourselves in. Sometimes we may, sometimes we may have gut hunches. But we should have a choice as to how we handle the fear.

I saw this article recently about a feral 13 year old attacking a teacher in Georgia and breaking her leg. This really is unbelievable to someone like me who was raised with “If you get in trouble at school? You’re in way more trouble when you get home!” And they weren’t kidding. My parents weren’t cruel, if something happened they would give a chance to explain your side of what happened, but they were not the parents that showed up to school saying “My little Princess would never….so fire the teacher”. Not them.

Who let a child grow up to be like that? The feral animal obviously has no moral compass, no intellectual curiosity for learning and is going to be nothing but a drain on society at this point. It will continue on to a career of smash and grab probably culminating in murder before too long, because what will be done to change the trajectory?

Another very disturbing part of that video, among many disturbing parts, is the rest of the “students” in the class sit there and laugh, or film it, not on of them goes up and tries to help the teacher. I realize, not a kids job, but in the past decency would have required one step in to help someone in authority who is currently getting beaten to a pulp.

Schools are no longer readin’, writin’ and rythmatic. Who’s got time for that when there is CRT and sexual grooming to be done? Because performance, quality and result don’t matter, only equity does.

In addition to dealing with feral unwanted 13 year olds, and antifa the spawn of rich white demoncrat parents, the police also have to deal with Joe Biden’s (I’m sorry, I didn’t have a chance to see what stock in Biden is going for today before I started this column, but keep an eye on his stock value, it may be changing) millions of illegal aliens.

Law enforcement is far from the only branch of the law that suffers from low standards due to poor quality in education. Remember the part about “wise judges?” Well, Joe BidenTM hasn’t met a stupid judge he doesn’t love and want to nominate to a position where they can further destroy some part of America. This nominee for “Judge” can’t say what Article V and Article II of the Constitution are. Yep, this is who Joe BidenTM nominated this time. It’s like a game to them. G-d bless Senator John Kennedy, he didn’t laugh or cry, which I see as pretty commendable at this point. The comments under the video are a bit of a bright spot though.

This is actually not so much a pro-law-enforcement column as it is column on the state of the legal system really. So let’s take a look at what happens when you have crappy cogs in the wheel. Do you remember this from August 2021, a 15 year old in Venice Kalifornia stole a car, was driving down an ally the wrong way and intentionally ran over a young mother out walking her baby in a stroller, and then drove off. Mercifully he was caught but only because an absolute knight in a pickup truck saw the whole thing, realized what was happening an in a sweet spot of timing, put the stolen car into a light pole an then pinned it, so they caught the criminal.

And so, George Gascon, a Soros bought DA rather than sending him to prison, even kiddy prison, sent him to juvenile camp, for 3-5 months. No word if George kissed him on his widdle head or packed his socks for him before he sent him off to camp for his “soft on crime” sentence.

But you know, sometimes, some things are just so outrageous that forces beyond the norm intervene. I realize I should probably try to sound sad about this, but we’d all know I was being dishonest. The kid tried to kill that woman and that innocent little baby.

But let me take you back to the 90s. Does the name Michael Fay ring a bell? Does the term “caning”? Bill Clinton got involved, Singapore who must have been being polite to the draft-dodging serial sex-crime president as they dropped the caning sentence by two. After Fay came back he didn’t exactly straighten up and fly right, so they probably should have given him the whole six, who knows? But eventually he did get his act together. And maybe that is the answer. Raising the cane. But we can’t continue like this. These feral animals are not safe for law-abiding citizens to have to deal with. If they will assault armed police officers like antifa, if they have no fear of teachers, then they have no fear of Aunt Chaya walking home with groceries for Shabbat. Joe BidenTM is going to keep importing them as fast as the crime regime can, so I’m guessing the states need to be coming up with some pretty strong state sovereignty legislation and ways of deporting them, or dealing with them, because ordinary American citizens are going to be facing enough trouble as it is.

You know, come to think of it…to sweeten the deal when we get ready to drop the first batch into the first country, we should thrown in Tony Fauxci, the entire NIH, CDC, FDA, ATF, FIB, CNN and MSNBC, heads of all the Pharmaceutical companies and the entire board of directors, Mark Zuckerberg, the Meta censors, Google and their censors and old Twitter and their censors. Yep, the first country? Ukraine, I’ve heard they’ve got a help wanted sign out for their tank unit. We throw them in for free. Literally.

Ok, so I can see where this might work. The other option is we deploy the entire ATF, FIB and all of DOJ to the border to back up customs and border patrol. All the FIB, ATF and DOJ already have guns, we know they have lots of guns. CNN shows us every time they go after some poor law abiding family that was just praying in public, at a school board meeting or some such Merrick Garland didn’t like because it threatens his son in law’s income. So the agents are lined up and told “No migrant gets past YOU” Simple rule, not one migrant gets in. The first migrant that gets past you? You’re in the next airdrop to the Ukraine. I mean our federal debt will never recover from what Joe BidenTM and the demoncrats have spent the last few years, we’ve got to cut expenses somewhere. Maybe some of these creative ideas can help trim the budget, lower crime and help undo some of the illegal alien invasion were enduring. Next week maybe I’ll cover coupon clipping!

I’ve collected a list of confirmed criminal uses of NFA machineguns used in crimes since the passage of the National Firearms Act of 1934. These are confirmed:

  • 10/2017, “MAC-10 machine pistol”: Perp assaulted his girlfriend.
  • 9/15/1988, MAC-11: police officer murdered an informant, with a lawfully owned and registered machinegun.
  • 2/28/1997, 2 unlawfully converted Norinco Type 56 S-1s: North Hollywood Shootout.
    Two bank robbers with illegally converted AK-variants.
  • 1/11/2018, carjacking with machinegun: DOJ: “[Chumbucket], 20, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after he was previously convicted of carjacking, using, carrying, and brandishing a machinegun during and in relation to a crime of violence, unlawful possession of a machinegun, and possession of an unregistered machinegun.”It appears to have been an illegally modified AR-15, from news reports.

Unconfirmed Reports:

  • 10/20/2019, AK-47: The Philadelphia Police Police Department has been telling the media that an “automatic rifle” (or “assault rifle” or “AK-47”) was used on 10/20/2019 to kill a little girl. PPD refuses to confirm how they determined it was a machinegun, and the ATF does not appear to be involved in the case. I have hit the PPD with a formal FOIA request for confirmation on 11/25/2019.
  • 9/14/1992, .380-caliber machine gun: This pops up in searches as a machinegun use, but the report of his conviction makes no mention of federal firearm charges. Other sources dispute the machinegun claim.
  • 1966-2017, 10% of 318 mass public shootings involved automatic or “assault” rifles: The researchers make the claim but do not share their source data. The lead author has promised to send me the “machinegun” list, but has not done so. I find the claim to be extremely dubious. I suspect he has used the wrong data from an equally dubious earlier Lankford paper.

I Recently returned from Monaco celebrating Lewis Hamilton’s fifth Formula 1 World Championship, the Port Palace Hotel, (7 Avenue, Kennedy, Monaco) is fabulous. What I can’t fathom is how anyone could vote for reprehensible batrachian Nancy Pelosi whose former career, if I’m not mistaken, included playing Miss Gulch, the woman who took Dorothy’s dog away. Technology doesn’t exist capable of measuring her level of arrogance, pomposity, and deceitfulness. Were she attached to a polygraph, it’d explode the moment she opened her mouth. Rumor has it she and Cher recently tussled on the floor of their plastic surgeon’s office over the last bottles of collagen, Botox, and a Styrofoam cooler of baby’s skin for grafting.

In Part 1, I observed writing on race and crime was akin to crossing a mine-infested no-man’s land. On one side is a race hurting from wounds inflicted through discrimination and hatred. They search for acceptance leading to healing. On the other is a race who, to some degree, exacerbate the crisis by indifference. It’s expressed through attitudes like; “Crime ain’t happening in my neighborhood, why should I care?” Or “I had nothing to do with racism, it all happened in the past, so, why are these people still so angry?” And worse; “It’s a black thing.” They relate to blacks as if the latter are recent immigrants rather than having been in America, almost from the start, as American as the white man.

Ah, but perched like vultures in burned out trees overlooking the no-man’s land of racial division are today’s young Neo-Marxists, ready to swoop down on anyone daring to address race and crime in a fair and honest way. Blacks willing to do so are chastised as “traitors, Uncle-Toms,” and “racial-sellouts.” For whites willing to address the sources of the problem come shrill high pitched harridan shrieks of “racist” from the twisted fever spittled lips of Left-wingers. White flimsy-bodied Kulak-haters in black unitards regret none of the mayhem, destruction, and death they’ve unleashed in minority communities by stoking the flames of mistrust and animosity. They need it. Social disorder is vital to the Left’s strategy to realize their great project; subordinating the individual to the all-powerful state. Their route to power has never been the ballot box. It’s riding the crest of a wave of mass social unrest and violence as they did in Russia, China, Cuba, Zimbabwe, North Korea, and Palo Alto. Racial division is a tool useful for the left in breaking down social order. Their technique is to whip up anger among blacks, goad them into acts of civil disobedience, and provoke overreaction by police like the 1960s, and then the revolution is on. Unless issues of race are addressed honestly, reconciliation remains a pipedream. If you ask the wrong question, you get the wrong answer. As painful as it might be, the starting point is facing reality.

In 1999, Walter E. Williams, black Professor of Economics (George Mason University) wrote that “most violent crime in America, in our country, is committed by blacks.” They commit 54 percent of all murders, 42 percent of rapes, and almost 60 percent of robberies. With respect to interracial crime, “blacks are fifty times more likely to commit violent crimes against whites that whites against blacks.” Most of the violence is intra-racial with 93 percent of black homicide victims killed by other blacks.3 What the Left fails to mention is less than a hundred years after the end of slavery, a higher percentage of black children grew up in two-parent homes than white kids.4 In addition, the current crime problem in the black community was unheard of in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. They didn’t have to shut their windows and lock their doors like they did in white neighborhoods, and could stroll their streets after dark without fear. Poverty and high school dropout rates were on par, often less, than white communities as well.5 Crime, poverty, unemployment, and poor education in the black community, accepted as the norm today, is in fact not and never was. A direct correlation can be drawn between this monumental change and liberal government social welfare programs, starting in the 1960s, and decline of the black family.6 They were making it on their own when the government pulled the rug out from under them.

What went wrong? Who is responsible? How can we begin to fix this? Those are the questions that should be asked. Blacks didn’t do this to themselves. But these questions won’t be asked because white liberals stoking racial division today are ideologically the same ones responsible for what has been done to the black community in the first place through their social engineering. Compounding the problem are “black” groups misidentifying those who stabbed them in the back and, asking the wrong questions, choose the wrong solutions.

Today Black Lives Matter (BLM) and the New Black Panthers (NBP) are joined by white Crypto-Marxists promoting revolution in America. Since the 1960s, they’ve demonized America’s founding conservative institutions, religion and family, until they’ve become epithets for hatred and racism. They corrupted public education harnessing it as a transmission belt for ideological indoctrination of each generation. Next they set their sights on other conservative institutions, the Boy Scouts and U.S. Military and, through insidious feminization and homosexualization, they too fell. Finally, deploying a fictitious narrative cooked up in the rotting fetid swamps of their brains, they went after the last man standing, the police, claiming they’re the tip of the white man’s spear in a war to destroy the black race. It is them they blame for violence in black communities. Is any of this true? Have circumstances changed since Williams wrote about race twenty years ago?

Twenty-three percent of New York City’s population is black (only 33% is white) yet blacks account for 75 percent of the City’s shootings compared to 2 percent by whites. Its black population commit 70 percent of all robberies and blacks and Hispanics account for 98 percent of illegal gunfire in the city. Most of the victims are black and Hispanic. Redacted by the liberal media is the fact most legal gun purchases in the Five Burroughs are made by whites but only a miniscule percentage are used in crimes.7 Blacks and Hispanics commit violent crimes in numbers disproportionate to their percentage of the population as a whole. But Liberal whites, who typically don’t live in or near minority neighborhoods, insist crime rates are the same, proportionate, for all races. They contend no race commits violent crime at a higher rate than any other, therefore, New York’s crime and arrest rates should mirror those percentages. If 23 percent of the city’s residents are black and 33 percent white, then 23 percent of crime should be committed by blacks and 33 percent by whites. But that’s not what’s happening. Black crime is way out of proportion to their percentage of the City’s population. What then accounts for the disparity? According to the white liberal media, it’s the result of racism.8 The Left would have you believe cops protect families in communities where they often live, arresting black suspects for assault, robbery, rape, and murder but look the other way when the same crimes are committed by whites. Yeah, right. I served and worked with police departments on the East and West Coasts and never met a police officer who wasn’t more than happy to put the habeas grabbus on the scrotes and dirt-bags of society irrespective of race.

Contrary to what white liberal pantywaists at the New York Times claim, police killings of blacks are actually extremely rare. They comprise a “minute fraction of black homicide deaths.” Approximately 25 percent of those shot and killed by the police are black meaning 75 percent are not.9 An arithmetic exercise is in order to put this into perspective. Yeah, I know, I went to public schools too.

Blacks comprise 13% of the U.S. population. They commit 57%+ of all murders, 45% of assaults, and 62% or robberies in America’s seventy-five largest counties.10 Of that 13%, approximately 47% are male.11 Approximately 49% of that 47% are between ages 18 to 34, the cohort committing the overwhelming majority of violent crimes.12 The 49% of the black population that is male represents 6.20% of the total U.S. population. The 47.7% of that 6.02%, ages 18-34, represents only 3.03% of the total U.S. population. When roughly 3% of a race commits 60% of the nation’s murders, and most of its rapes, robberies, and assaults, is it any wonder that cops profile, and people black and white, fear them? To be politically correct, should people equally fear Japanese, Indian-Americans, or Jewish Deli-owners? Wait a minute, professor, the Washington Post (marching orders for Bolshevik Millennials) claims “unarmed black men are seven times more likely than whites to die by police gunfire.”13 What do you say about that? If 60%+ of violent criminals are black, isn’t it far more likely the police will have encounters with them than whites? But let’s take a closer look at the paper serving the Kremlin on the Potomac.

Of the 987 people shot by police in 2015, 35 were unarmed black men, 2 unarmed black women, and 31 unarmed white men. Leftwing mouthpieces like the Post typically refer to unarmed suspects shot by the police as “victims.” What they dishonestly left out of this reporting is that of the 36 unarmed blacks, 5 tried to grab the officer’s gun and shoot him or her, several more had the officer down on the ground beating him or her senseless with the cop’s service equipment, (what would’ve happened once the officer went under), and 2 were killed by stray bullets fired from guns aimed at someone else. Black males are far more likely than white males to violently resist arrest, make a grab for the officer’s gun, and physically assault officers. In arresting suspects, no requirement exists for officers to first determine who is the better boxer, wrestler, or martial artist.14 Police officers are commissioned to enforce the law, keep the peace, and arrest those for whom probable cause exists to believe they’ve committed a crime. They’re not required to take a beating in performance of their duties.

Big surprise, the Pravda Post forgot to mention in cases they referenced that the suspects had gained control of non-firearm pieces of the officer’s equipment, including nightsticks, which are potentially lethal weapons especially when the officer is pinned to the ground, on his or her back. Detectives were beat bloody with their own portable radios while others under arrest, possibly on drugs, shrugged off night sticks, chemical sprays, and TASERS and were beating the cop senseless. Most people can only last a few minutes in an all-out struggle. But bad guys on drugs, like PCP,15 with the strength of Hercules, can go a lot longer. Officers often face suspects who are larger, stronger, and more physically fit. As a policeman, I took a class taught by a Captain from San Quentin, Marin County, California. Convicts behind bars practice escaping police holds, (feet apart and spread them, hands interlaced behind your head, and so forth), disarming cops, and killing them with their own service weapons. It was a chilling class. Once a cop is down, scumbags don’t need a gun to kill him or her. Kicks to the head, throat, ribs, and so forth will quickly incapacitate and kill a victim,16 one reason white-supremacist gnat-zies and ex-con thug-bikers wear steel-toed boots. If cops wait until they’re going under before grabbing the Smith & Wesson, it’s too late. Reality check; “Police officers are at a greater risk from blacks than unarmed blacks are from police officers. The per capita rate of officers being feloniously killed is 45 times higher than the rate at which unarmed black males are killed by cops.” And “An officer’s chance of getting killed by a black assailant is 18.5 times higher than the chance of an unarmed black getting killed by a cop.”17 But this is not what is explained in black communities or the liberal media.

Because some blacks target non-police random whites for “pay-back” assaults and the conflict between blacks and whites in general, talk of a “race-war” appears on social media. Regrettably, some blacks, including Economist Thomas Sowell and conservative former black Congressman Allen West believe the U.S. is already in the midst of a race-war. Random attacks on whites are justified as revenge for past injustices. Anyone with a white skin is fair game.18 Justification for race war are promoted by white liberal males tying to purge feelings of “white-guilt” guilt implanted into their skulls by public education, pop-culture, and university professors. To prove they’re not racists, they make common cause with BLM and NBP referring to the police as an “occupying force” and treat violent criminals as “victims.” Cop-killers are toasted as heroes within black communities and by white liberals19 who refuse to face the truth that crime in minority communities is black on black, not cop on black.20 St. Louis, Missouri, which makes Forbe’s Top Ten List of most dangerous cities in America like clockwork, is a black majority city in which 95% of homicide victims are black as are the killers.21 Kansas City, Missouri, called Kanshago in some circles (Kansas + Chicago) mecca for connoisseurs of abandoned boarded-up crumbling brick buildings, is 29% black and ranks as more dangerous than 94% of other communities in the state with an extremely high murder-rate, almost all black on black.22 Considering the municipal governments, school districts, and police departments of these cities are typically run by blacks, how can white millennial liberals continue to blame white cops? In addition, is it “white-guilt” that cripples their credulity or slavish adherence to ideology that causes them to stoop to or fall for race-hoaxes?

University of Missouri’s black president of the Missouri Student Association claimed “rednecks” in pickups screamed “nigger” at him warning that black students were going to be assaulted. He claimed the KKK had a presence on campus. Ultimately he, like black students at the University of Alabama and other colleges, confessed their stories of racial attacks were hoaxes. They made it all up.23 They painted the Swastikas and white supremacist symbols on buildings and dorm doors themselves. Further damage was done to the University of Missouri, negatively affecting enrollment and athlete recruitment, when black football players went on strike refusing to practice or play until graduate student Jonathan Butler ended his hunger strike.24 Butler, a self-described black “activist,” was protesting what happened in Ferguson, Missouri and demanding University President Tim Wolfe and Chancellor R. Bowen Loftin resign for doing nothing about alleged anti-black racism at the University. Regrettably, vertebral atrophy won the day and these administrators were forced to resign over faux racism and racial hoaxing as leftists learned to use race to flex political muscle.25 Perhaps worse, in a massive display of cowardice and gonadectimization, Board of Curators Chairman (a charitable sex-designation) Donald Cupps apologized to black students for the faux racial incidents, political race “stunting,” and hoaxing committed by black students that also destroyed the careers of lifelong educators and administrators.26 My contacts out in Missouri, advise enrollment at Missouri’s flagship university has plummeted, hundreds of professors have been laid off, and so many dorms closed, the university is renting them out like apartments and hotel rooms. And the most tragic consequences of these false narratives and lies?

From Baton Rouge to Dallas, 2015-2016 saw an “extreme spike” of 56% in ambushes on cops over 2014. This spike began following well-orchestrated and publicized protests and riots coupled with the Left’s calculated inflammatory rhetoric (aided and abetted by former president Obama).27 Another consequence is the “Ferguson Effect.” Afraid of being accused of and punished for racism, police officers scaled back aggressive proactive policing and anything that smacks of profiling. As a result, violent crime has spiked with cities like Baltimore experiencing a blood bath. Street cops know that, like the University of Missouri’s Board of Curators, the powers-that-be will shamelessly throw them under the bus in a heartbeat to placate the violent mob.28 Who suffers the most? Blacks living in the inner-city. Way to go Lefties.

I’m sure most folks are familiar with the ongoing social media trend with the hashtag #MeToo. It began when allegations of sexual abuse by Harvey Weinstein began surfacing this fall, and continued to ever expand like ripples on a pond after a rock. Women who had been harassed,raped, and catcalled were all posting in response to an actresses’ request to respond to her tweet with #MeToo. The floodgates opened. More Hollyweird types, politicians and people of all walks were thrown in the arena for the lions of public opinion to devour. Now, lest you think I am defending Weinstein or something like Al Franken, I’m not, not at all. But some of the men thrown out there had no due process, it was just court of public opinion. Al Franken is an exception, Lauren Tweed had photos. It is reminiscent of what happens when conservatives run for office. Remember the allegations against Dr. Ben Carson that just faded away after he dropped out of the race? And honestly, I don’t understand why someone waits for forty years and then brings this stuff to the press when a politician has run for political office many times before. Yes, I’m talking about Judge Moore, and a few things that didn’t seem to make the national news. Hide your shock. Did Gloria Allred’s daughter offer to pay them as she did President Trump’s accusers? And so it seems #MeToo is becoming a stick to bludgeon men. I’ve had a couple of conversations about this in the last few days that have been interesting. One was a friend, he’s a white male. He’s stated before, “I’m not allowed to have an opinion, or express it”. He’s not the only white male co-worker/friend/Facebook buddy that has said similar. They feel if you are in those categories you don’t dare express a thought that isn’t politically correct or approved. Mayim Bialik, an actress ran afoul of the pack when she dared suggest that perhaps some of this is avoidable. If a known Hollyweird horn-dog invites you up to his hotel room to view his etchings the prudent answer might be “No, thanks”. She was not saying that there aren’t women who haven’t been harassed, just that in some situations, perhaps different attire or answers might yield different results. DISSENT, DISSENT from the party line, can’t have that. She tried to have a conversation about it. That went as well as you could imagine. A girl friend of mine posted something on Facebook, a video where a woman was making similar points, and suggesting don’t sleep with a man to further your career then claim you were harassed. And my friend was attacked for the video she posted. DISSENT, DISSENT, this will not be tolerated! You must stick with the party line. Women were powerless in these situations, and now all men must pay.

Are you tired of that sort of thinking? Especially from people who claim to be feminists and/or supportive of women?

And so, I’ve decided #MeToo needs a fresh purpose. Let’s take it for a test spin, shall we?

Murder

The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program defines murder and nonnegligent manslaughter as the willful (nonnegligent) killing of one human being by another.

In 2016 there was a total of 16, 964 murder victims. 10,310 were male, 1,295 were women and 5,359 were unknown. In 2015 one of those statistics would have been Carol Browne who had applied for a concealed carry permit in her state of New Jersey. She was afraid of her ex and was doing what she could to protect herself. She also obtained a restraining order. She apparently had called to check on the status of her request for a concealed carry permit, but it wasn’t in yet and so her ex walked through the restraining order and stabbed her to death in her driveway.

Where was that Shannon T.Watts?  If it saves just one life? While you have hired armed bodyguard at your marches? Are ya’ll tired of the #hypocrisy?

Apparently the US murders concentrated in 5 percent of counties and those would be urban, Demoncrat controlled. It seems the areas with a high concentration of gun owners do not see the high murder rates. Don’t you find that interesting?

Then we have Aggravated Assault

The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program defines aggravated assault as an unlawful attack by one person upon another for the purpose of inflicting severe or aggravated bodily injury.

There were 803,007 of those in 2016. I couldn’t find a breakdown of how many male vs how many female, but I bet at least a couple of them were female.

And lastly we’ll take a look at Rape statistics.

In 2013, the FBI UCR Program began collecting rape data under a revised definition within the Summary Reporting System. Previously, offense data for forcible rape were collected under the legacy UCR definition: the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will. Beginning with the 2013 data year, the term “forcible” was removed from the offense title, and the definition was changed. The revised UCR definition of rape is: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.

There were 130,603 rapes by the revised definition and another 95,730 by the legacy definition.

It’s a horrible crime, not about sex, and having to do with power and control. It brings out the worst in gnat brained politicians like Representative Joe Salazar who suggests Women use ‘Whistles’ rather than Guns to Defend against Rape. Besides which good old Joe, that self professed defender and respecter of women points out, women might not know if they’re REALLY going to be raped or just responding hysterically out of fear. Think he’s a bit patronizing?

Then there is the arrogant, ignorant AND gnat brained Evie Hudak. Yes, I can use the word in a sentence, “It’s Thursday so I need to clean the Hudak out of the chicken house”. Does it seem to you that Evie Hudak has irked me mightily?

Why? Because the gnat brained Evie decided to try to tell a rape survivor that had a concealed carry permit that her gun would not have saved her. Amanda Collins was a well prepared woman on her “safe gun free zone” campus at University of Nevada-Reno. She knew martial arts and she went out with a group of people to the parking garage. However, her car was parked away from the others. Her car was parked 50 feet from the campus police department office. Which was closed. Her attacker went on to rape two more women and kill a third. The gnat brained Hudak proceeded to tell the victim (who was present at the rape) that she, THE Evie Hudak (who was in fact, NOT present at the rape) knew that she would not have been able to stop the rapist with her firearm. And then she proceeded to vomit out statistics that bear no semblance to the truth as we know it. Because to the all knowing Evie Hudak towing the Demoncrat party line is far more important than empowering women to defend themselves. In 2013 women made up 41% of the Colorado legislature. Why did you bother to run for office Ms. Hudak? The odds were not with you. Oh? You wanted a chance did you? And then you used that opportunity to legislate your sisters into defenselessness. You had a chance to empower them, instead you did chose to betray them. Anyone else think the self-important,lying Evie is full of hudak?

These hearings took place in Colorado in the spring of 2013. Here’s the helpful list of hints the University of Colorado provided to students:

1.    Be realistic about your ability to protect yourself.
2.    Your instinct may be to scream, go ahead!  It may startle your attacker and give you an opportunity to run away.
3.    Kick off your shoes if you have time and can’t run in them.
4.    Don’t take time to look back; just get away.
5.    If your life is in danger, passive resistance may be your best defense.
6.    Tell your attacker that you have a disease or are menstruating.
7.    Vomiting or urinating may also convince the attacker to leave you alone.
8.    Yelling, hitting or biting may give you a chance to escape, do it!
9.    Understand that some actions on your part might lead to more harm.
10.    Remember, every emergency situation is different.  Only you can decide which action is most appropriate.

Does reading the list of “helpful” suggestions from the University and legislators make you want to vomit or worse on them?

And that makes this February of 2013 column by the ever wonderful Daniel Greenfield even more interesting.

Colorado Springs University legalized the right to carry concealed firearms on campus in 2003. Since then, according to Students for Concealed Carry, the number of forcible and non-forcible sexual assaults dropped sharply, falling 90 percent from a high in 2002 to a new low in 2008.

Wait, what? Rape had dropped by 90% and now they want to make it a gun free zone all the while warbling on about what great respecters and defenders of women and women-rights they are?

Anybody going to call “B.S. or hudak” on this one?

But then when someone like Mayim Bialik, or the writer of the National Review column, or the woman who put the little video on Facebook offer a different take or dare to say in some of these situations that women had the ability to change the outcome or prevent them, well then, Katie bar the door. DISSENT from the party line! No, no, these women must be seen as helpless victims powerless to have changed anything. They could only accept what was dished out and they had no choices whatsoever in the whole matter.

Because the same cabal of flotsam is incapable of seeing people as individuals and can only see them as victim groups, race groups, gender identity groups, ethnic groups, grope groups. Pigeon hole city.

Now we Southern girls, at least ones of a certain era, have a different way of seeing how such things should be handled.

Think that might sort a few things and solve a few problems?

I ran across a column a last night about how police can use those commercial DNA company data bases to try to solve crimes. You know, the ones with the cute commercials with the guy who thinks he is of a certain ethnicity and by the end of the commercial he’s wearing lederhosen? Or somebody ends up playing the bagpipes. I love bagpipes, so I don’t mind that, as long as they do it well. So people wanting to connect with their past, send in their DNA, and find out their origins, or some of their origins.

I’ve never sent my DNA into anything. I just sort of thought well, once someone has your DNA, they have your DNA. It’s a bell that can’t be un-rung. But I thought the column interesting, so I posted it to FaceBook. I got some interesting comments. One person pointed out they will delete your profile if you ask. Another pointed out that it’s like NICS deleting the information. I would agree with that assessment, somebody else commented Orwell lives. Indeed. And what could be wrong?

Well, what a co-inky-dink! I happen to watch a TV show tonight, 48 Hours I believe. Guess what it was about! DNA. Well, I must watch this.

The case involves the murder of Angie Raye Dodge. A young, beautiful woman not even yet 20 years old. She had moved out from her Mom’s home and got her very own apartment a few weeks before she was murdered in Idaho Falls on June 13, 1996. She hadn’t shown up for work and one of her friends went to check on her and found the body and called police. Idaho Falls having a small town feel, where neighbors likely know each other was horrified. The pressure was on to catch the killer who stabbed Angie to death and cut her throat. As I recall, the report said there was no sign or forced entry, she was found with her throat cut, partially naked, raped and someone had ejaculated near the body. The sample would be known as a pristine profile, meaning one man, to the exclusion of everyone else on the planet. So what could go wrong?

All the locals were checked, no matches. Her mother Carol, was desperate to find the killer, so in 2014 she called Dr. Greg Hampikian,and said the police can’t find my daughter’s killer. So he got involved. Dr. Hampikian is a DNA expert. The police had DNA, they just didn’t have any local matches, and there were no matches in CODIS, the Combined DNA Indexing System. Carol wanted to use a new DNA technique called Familial DNA matching. Meaning, ok, it’s not you, but maybe someone in your family. In other words, sort of a “close enough for government work” plan. Some states, Maryland and DC have laws against doing familial DNA criminal data base searches. Idaho forbids doing familial DNA searches of it’s criminal data base. So Dr. Hampikian, proposed something, using “public” data base searches. Such as those used by Ancestry and 23andMe to do the familial DNA search. What could go wrong with that?

Dr. Hampikian is probably a brilliant DNA researcher, but I think he’s a tad bit on the drama diva side. So they did their search and got a hit, 34 out of 35 markers. Which sounds like a lot. It was deemed a solid lead. It came back to the family of Michael Usry. Now lets look at how the data base got Michael Usry’s DNA in the first place. He had submitted it as part of a church genealogy project. Voluntarily.

Seemed like it shouldn’t be a big deal, I mean, it’s a church genealogy project, not a poster on the Post Office wall. What could go wrong with that?

The cops chose to use a lab linked to a private collection of genetic genealogical data called the Sorenson Database (now owned by Ancestry.com), which claims it’s “the foremost collection of genetic genealogy data in the world.” The reason the Sorenson Database can make such an audacious claim is because it has obtained its more than 100,000 DNA samples and documented multi-generational family histories from “volunteers in more than 100 countries around the world.” Some of these volunteers were encouraged by the Mormon Church—well-known for its interest in genealogy—to provide their genetic material to the database. Sorenson promised volunteers their genetic data would only be used for “genealogical services, including the determination of family migration patterns and geographic origins” and would not be shared outside Sorenson. Its consent form states:

The only individuals who will have access to the codes and genealogy information will be the principal investigator and the others specifically authorized by the Principal Investigator, including the SMGF research staff.

Despite this promise, Sorenson’s vast collection of data, like data in other public DNA databases, is available online and may be searched by anyone with “DNA results obtained from a commercial lab.” This means, without a warrant or court order, investigators were able to run the crime scene DNA against Sorenson’s private genealogical DNA data.

So how did Chris Tapp become a suspect?? Well, a friend of his Ben Hobbs was arrested in Nevada for raping a woman at gun point. So they looked into Ben’s friends and came up with Chris Tapp. Then we have our second variety of what could go wrong? The first being using familial DNA.

Chris was interrogated something 9 like times in 23 days and underwent 7 polygraphs. His story changed six times. Yeah, I realize people can change their stories, but apparently this was more than that. In some of the video clips it does appear the police are leading him to the answers they want. It went to trial and he was convicted of murder and rape and sentenced to 30 years to life. Remember, this guy had no DNA match at the murder scene or any other physical evidence present.

Michael Usry, 18 years after the murder has two Idaho Falls Detectives and Louisiana State Trooper show up at his house saying they’d like a word. He goes downtown with them, has no clue what this is all about so he’s cooperating a bit blindly not understanding what this is all about. Then in questioning they mention the murder mystery movies he makes, very scary stuff, and by the way, it’s about a murder case in Idaho Falls, open wide were going to swab your cheek. He has no lawyer present and still not much of a clue. They take him home, drop him off at the curb bewildered and dazed. He calls a friend, who in 20 seconds of searching tells him about the Angie Dodge murder case. The 15 years before DNA his Dad submitted for the Church project has come home to roost and poop on the head of the son.

Michael was so horrified and incensed by what Ancestry had done to him, he decided to do what he does, and do a documentary on this issue. But after he met Carol Dodge, who agreed to meet with him, despite thinking someone in his family must have murdered her daughter, because, you know, DNA said so, he changes to documentary to be about Angie’s murder. Then Mike wondered why anyone would confess to a crime he now says he didn’t commit. So he met with Chris and became convinced Chris hadn’t done it. Yes, this is a bit shortened. By this time Carol is convinced Chris did not kill her daughter and wants him freed, Michael doesn’t think Chris killed Angie, and Chris has been in jail for 20 years. I mean, what could be wrong?

Then it really got good. Judges for Justice headed by a retired Superior Court judge from Washington got involved. Judge Heavey saw the tapes of the 7 polygraphs and was appalled. Polygraphs are supposed to be used to assess the credibility of the witness. That’s when the team got involved. You can read all the reports from the team members here. The one from Steve Moore is 85 pages long.

They also talk about why the judicial system and the police are sometimes hesitant to look at things from a fresh angle in cases where they may have made a mistake. But what could have gone wrong?

I’m guessing it was after 48 Hours got involved along with Judges for Justice that the Prosecuting Attorney’s office decided to offer Chris a deal. Accept the murder charge, we drop the rape charge and you have no probation, and you’re out of jail in a couple hours. Chris had seen so much go wrong, that should never have gone wrong he took the deal. Within 48 hours Carol Dodge, Michael Usry, Dr. Hampikian and others were in the courtroom. The judge in the case had to accept or reject the deal. He asked Chris if he had read every line of the document and he said he had. So how I hear this? Yeah, we sent you to prison for 20 years for a crime you didn’t commit, had nothing to do with, and if we let you out 10 years or more early and don’t put you on probation for crimes you didn’t commit, you say “no harm, no foul” and go your way. Carol Dodge says Chris is another victim of the crime. He is. As is Michael Usry who after court that day was asked by a detective to come with him. They wanted to show him a composite using new DNA technology that can make a facial sketch based on DNA. Michael said he didn’t want to look at first, thinking ‘what if it’s someone I know?” But it wasn’t. It was a face he was unfamiliar with. On July 12th of this year, Michael got a letter with a DNA report that cleared his family with 87.63% certainty that the murderer was not in their family. Wow.

Another interesting person interviewed for the show was Dr. Erin Murphy, A New York University Law professor and author of Inside the Cell: The Dark Side of Forensic DNA. She points out that this familial DNA raises real privacy issues of law enforcement trolling data banks to see if your brother, father are breaking the law. Consider the government’s insatiable appetite for biometric data, REAL ID and that really is a concern. Murphy points out that Usry’s family may have had nothing at all to do with the murder. She maintains that 99% of the people match to one another on a genome, that there could be a match to someone completely unrelated on the other side of the globe. It’s all dependent upon the quality of the match. So what in this case, could have gone wrong?

And actually, that is the answer. When you are dead set on seeing a situation, object or person in a certain way because you have this set of clues, this set of (DNA) data, this set of preconceived notions (it’s a AR-15 that happens to spit shotgun shells) we do ourselves and no one else any favors to insist on not considering any other possibilities.

Yes, as one person posted on my Facebook linked story, you can request that your DNA profile be deleted. I have no idea how long they would take to do that, if they actually do delete it. I suspect it’s a lot more like a NICS check and once they have it, they have it. Would the sell it? Who knows. But who would ask to have their profile deleted in the first place? I mean it’s not like Billy Bankrobber is sending his DNA in to see if he’s really a Viking or Scottish or Kenyan. It’s nice people, who want to know if they should buy lederhosen or a dreidel. They would never think 15 years down the road this is going to get my son in hot water because ___________. I mean it’s not like the government has ever used it’s (IRS) power to go after people (Joe The Plumber) or groups (The Tea Party) it doesn’t like, right? I mean, what could be wrong with that?
