First note, that Epoch Times which is a pretty accurate source of news, is using data from the U.K. Why you ask? Because it more honest than what our taxpayer funded agencies dish out. Going way back to the start of the Covid-19 scam. They counted it as a Covid death if they died with Covid, not necessarily from Covid. But other countries followed ferret faced Fauxci’s lead.

9 in 10 COVID Deaths Are in Vaccinated People: Report

A report released by the UK government has confirmed that 9 out of every 10 deaths related to COVID-19 are found in those who are fully vaccinated. Although the virus variant is the same and the UK approved only one different vaccine (AstraZeneca) from the United States, the data in the U.S. are different. This may be due in large part to the CDC definition used to identify who is “vaccinated.”

U.S. data are also likely to become even more sparse in the coming weeks and months. In addition to the CDC hiding data, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) quietly decided in early February to stop recording deaths attributed to COVID-19.

Data Is Essential

Yet, data is the foundation of scientific analysis. Without it, researchers are unable to analyze statistics and draw conclusions, which leaves public health experts unable to make accurate recommendations. Knowledge gives you the power to make informed decisions based on evidence.

Data is essential, yes, yes it is. Knowing honest facts enable one to come to a correct opinion. Otherwise you are someone driving around in a car by yourself wearing a face diaper and re-breathing your own CO2.

ABOUT ISRAEL BRINGING IN UKRAINIAN REFUGEES…

Well, seems to be a done deal. I don’t mean that our gov’t is composed of spineless weasels – that ship has sailed. But now we can expect an unlimited influx of non-Jewish Ukrainians, who have all of Europe to resettle in, and who don’t even pass the required Jewish grandfather clause to move to the one and only Jewish state of Israel. As long as they have some kind of relative living in Israel, the doors are opened to them. And no, having a relative in Israel does not make one Jewish. Plus, don’t think for one moment that if they want to come to Israel that it means they are not Jew-haters. Seriously? That’s almost funny.

I’ll tell you right up front it was a battle not to quote the whole column it was so good. It was written the day after the “election” but the interviews and comments took place before it. Let the quoting begin. It mentions a video, that has been removed by YouTube. Of course.

Very early in the lecture, Anava declared that, “This election is going to change the entire face of the planet.” …. After his introduction, he spent a considerable amount of time sharing multiple Torah codes related to the presidency of Donald J. Trump and the coronavirus. Most significantly, he explained a fundamental difference between the way Jews and Christians understand Biblical texts. “The whole Torah is coded,” he taught, referring to the Hebrew text. “Many messages are not written in the verses. The text is just the revealed part. Hidden in it are many other messages.” …. Anava referred to both President Trump and contender Joe Biden as “puppets” who will be fulfilling the will of God, whatever happens at the polls. “Regardless of who wins, the outcome will be the same because HaKadosh Baruch Hu (the Holy One, Blessed is He) is driving the train,” Anava asserted. “The whole system is set up to bring the country to civil war, martial law and the end of the US. Either way you look at it, it’s going to bring the country down.

“America is done. America is going to go down and with it, the entire world. Why? Because Hashem is preparing the entire world to bring His messiah – Moshaich ben David (Messiah, son of David) – to come and redeem the entire world, not only the Jews. “There cannot be a redemption if there are governments. There cannot be a redemption if there are world leaders. Moshiach is going to come and remove the world leaders, so it’s really irrelevant who is going to win. …. For Jews and non-Jews, Anava said that, “idolatry is not bowing down to idols. It’s putting your faith in anything but Hashem (such as governments or vaccines). We have to believe only in the Master of the Universe.” Using the coronavirus as an example of how important it is to rely only on God, Anava said, “He’s the One who brought the disease and He’s the One who is going to remove it.”

Then in the same article, they quote another Rabbi also from Tzfat, Chaim David Targan.

The day before the election, Targan wrote that, “Today formally ends the age of the American Empire. If Biden wins, like Rome, America will crash and burn. If Trump prevails, its age will end gracefully, transferring its power, authority and sovereignty fully to the leaders of the geula (redemption) and successfully and joyfully completing the Tikkun of Eisav (Esau’s rectification). This would be great joy to Washington, Jefferson and Adams, who created America through Torah Wisdom as a tikkun for Eisav.” Like Anava, Targan is saying that America’s days are numbered. He adds the nuance that, depending on who ultimately wins yesterday’s election, the end of America will come harshly (under Biden) or gently (under Trump).

Honest, I didn’t quote the whole thing, there’s more there to read! But when I first heard that before the elections it stuck with me. Maybe because Rabbi Anava was involved, and ever since Y.B. Ben Avram, another TZP writer sent me his YouTube story, and like Rabbi Lazer Brody I wanted to learn what they had to teach. But maybe because I knew it was true. I didn’t see how it could be quite the dumpster fire it has become, but apparently I just didn’t realize how much the Xiden crime family regime hated U.S. They tried to hide it.

And that brings me to hidden. Do you know what’s remarkable about the story of Purim? G-d’s name is not mentioned once in the Megillah. His face is hidden. All the events that saved us were not miracles in the classic Red Sea splitting sense. They were miracles of right place, right time, right clout. Such as the king, while he couldn’t change the decree to kill all the Jews, he made another decree the Jews should fight back and defend themselves. Which they did, quite well. But we don’t believe in coincidence, we know who runs this show. We know who created this world and who runs it. This is a fabulous, inspiring article Why Isn’t G‑d’s Name Mentioned in the Megillah? Give yourself a treat and read it.

And with that thought in mind, that it is G-d that runs this show, whether we see his hand in things or not, we do not fear. I admit, I struggle with this from time to time, and one of the things I hold on to is something else I learned from Y.B., Ayin Od Milvado. אין עוד מלבדו There are none beside him.

It is all G-d, all the time, even when we don’t see him and he chooses to remain hidden he is there and like a child calling for their father in the dark of night, he hears us.

A Prescription for No Fear

Our Torah tells you that you must not fear. Even if an army is charging towards you, you must not fear. For there is no danger worse than fear. But you are only human. Do you truly have control over the dread and panic pounding in your heart? Yes. Not directly, but through the power of your mind. If you will choose not to dwell on those things that instill panic and dread, those emotions will wither and fade. And the choice is yours. What do you want to speak about? What do you want to think about? For the thoughts of your mind are the conduit of life for the emotions of your heart.

What Happens in Vegas

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Are Zebras white with black stripes or black with white stripes? Why do cats stare at nothing? How does a chameleon change colors? A lot like politicians in that respect aren’t they? Why does time go faster as we get older?

There are all kinds of interesting questions. Some of the above have been around for ages. Then there are newer ones. Who planted the pipe bombs at the Demoncratic and Republican headquarters prior to the January 6th rally. If you look at the “news” aka #FakeNews #CorporateMedia stories on this they will say things from “Prior to the insurrection” to “The riot was lead by Trump supporters wanting to…” good grief those people are dishonest. One would think after having read their lying coverage of A) a peaceful political rally and B) an attempt to hold off on certification till some of the voter fraud could be examined, that people would have been a lot more suspicious of their WuFlu reporting. But, some people just have to pee on the electric fence for themselves I guess.

Another interesting question, what’s the deal with the Las Vegas sniper in the Mandalay Bay hotel? I mean that happened in 2017, haven’t they found out anything more since then? I mean I know the FIB is really busy what with chasing parents around who foolishly believe their huge sum of tax dollars means their children are receiving a good quality education and not indoctrination in CRT (Merrick Garland’s son makes his money selling CRT to schools, just by the by) or being groomed to be confused about their gender. I mean with all that on the agenda who has time for math. So the FIB clearly has a mandate to hunt these parents down. But back to my question, isn’t there any new information on that?

Why, yes there is as a matter of fact. Antifa? ISIS? FIB prior knowledge?

NICS Denials And Criminal Investigations

I received a GOA alert about S.675 – NICS Denial Notification Act of 2021, so I thought I would check it out.

On the bright side, it’s unlikely to go anywhere. It was introduced 3/10/2021 and was immediately referred to committee where it has sat ever since.

Downside? It’s a mess. Here’s the meat of the bill.

“(a) In General.—If the national instant criminal background check system established under section 103 of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act (34 U.S.C. 40901) (commonly referred to as ‘NICS’) provides a notice pursuant to section 922(t) of this title that the receipt of a firearm by a person would violate subsection (g) or (n) of section 922 of this title or State law, the Attorney General shall, in accordance with subsection (b) of this section—

“(1) report to the law enforcement authorities of the State where the person sought to acquire the firearm and, if different, the law enforcement authorities of the State of residence of the person—

“(A) that the notice was provided;

“(B) the specific provision of law that would have been violated;

“(C) the date and time the notice was provided;

“(D) the location where the firearm was sought to be acquired; and

“(E) the identity of the person; and

“(2) where practicable, report the incident to local law enforcement authorities and State and local prosecutors in the jurisdiction where the firearm was sought and in the jurisdiction where the person resides.

First off, as GOA notes, “9 out of 10 times these denials are false positives.” That’s a lot of pointless investigations.

Next up is what exactly are state and local authorities going to investigate? 18 U.S. Code § 922 is federal law, violations of which would be a matter of federal investigation. Making local authorities do it would be a unfunded mandate.

And what exactly would anyone be investigating? While it is a felony for a prohibited person to purchase or possess a firearm, 18 U.S. Code § 922 doesn’t have a provision for attempted, but failed, acquisition. Nor, I think, do most state laws. About all anyone could get such a person on is violation of this 922 provision, if they lied on the 4473.

(6)for any person in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of any firearm or ammunition from a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector, knowingly to make any false or fictitious oral or written statement or to furnish or exhibit any false, fictitious, or misrepresented identification, intended or likely to deceive such importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector with respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale or other disposition of such firearm or ammunition under the provisions of this chapter;

And intent would matter, mens rea. Relatively few prohibited persons try to buy their guns from FFLs. In one case I know of, a man attempted to purchase a firearm. NICS turned him down. It turned out that decades before he had gotten a misdemeanor conviction (bar fight, I believe). It had never been an issue at gun stores before. But apparently that state had realized — again decades later — that his charge carried a potential two year sentence (if I recall correctly, he only got probation), and added him to the NICS database.

The poor guy never knew until that purchase attempt that he was a prohibited person. He had always heard that it only applied to felony convictions and misdemeanor domestic violence. Sadly, 922 doesn’t read “felony or misdemeanor domestic violence; ” it’s “a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

He filled out the 4473 in good faith. Would it be worth waste time and money on an investigation of him?

For the most part, this bill would just tie up law enforcement resources. There is one interesting part though. It would also add this to 18 USC “§ 925, an “Annual report to Congress. The report would require the ATF to report the number of denials; the number of denials determined to be false; and best of all, the number of investigations, prosecutions, and convictions. It would be nice to have all that gathered in one convenient document to wave in gungrabbers’ faces, to show how pointless NICS really is.

Deluded Jew Still Doesn’t Get it

I ran across this article. The woman’s mental disconnect is astounding.

Jewish activist and legislators line up behind state’s new gun bill
Loren Lieb’s son, Josh, was shot twice during the North Valley Jewish Community Center shooting in 1999.

At the time, Josh was a 6-year-old at the JCC’s summer camp. When a white supremacist came onto the Granada Hills campus with multiple firearms, Josh was shot in the shin and the hip. Fortunately, the bullets narrowly missed his spine, and he survived.

The incident exposed his mother, Loren, to the grim realities of gun violence in the United States, where approximately 40,000 people die every year from gun-related injuries, according to a 2019 Pew study (some 60 percent of those are suicides), and in excess of 393 million guns are in circulation, according to a 2018 report from the Switzerland-based Small Arms Survey.

Lieb, a retired epidemiologist, has since become a dedicated gun control activist. She is currently serving as board chair of Women Against Gun Violence and is involved with the San Fernando Valley chapter of Brady California.

The Los Angeles Jewish Community Center spree was horrific. But it also perfectly illustrates why more victim disarming gun people control laws won’t help.

The bucket o’chum perpetrator ignored about every law on the books.

  • He was already a convicted violent felon.
  • He was a felon in possession of firearms.
  • He was in possession of an unregisted machinegun.
  • He attempted to murder five people.
  • He succeeded in murdering a sixth person.
  • He fled the police.

Some reports indicate that his Uzi had been converted to full-auto; so that would yet another law ignored.

So what new law does Lieb think will work this time? California Assembly Bill 1594.

If passed, AB-1594 would authorize private citizens to file lawsuits against the gun industry — including manufacturers, distributors and sellers of firearms — “if their failure to follow federal, state or local law caused injury or death or if the gun industry member engaged in unfair business practices,” according to a preliminary text of the legislation.

If manufacturers, distributors, or sellers broke laws, then they can already be sued. This bill changes nother there. The tricky part is “unfair business practices.” In 17200, we find:

As used in this chapter, unfair competition shall mean and include any unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business act or practice and unfair, deceptive, untrue or misleading advertising and any act prohibited by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17500) of Part 3 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code.

So if a manufacturer, distributor, or seller is engaged in some vague “unfair” practice, they can already be subjected to penalties. Again, Lieb’s hoped-for AB1594 changes nothing.

Even if it did…

The asshole who shot her son was a felon in unlawful possession. He obtained his firearms unlawfully, and not from the manufacturer or distributor; they were out of the loop. They couldn’t have stopped him from obtaining or using the firearms.

How in hell would they be responsible for what a fourth party did with arms obtained from a third party. If someone stole Lieb’s car, sold it on the black market, and the buyer hit me, could I sue Lieb?

It’s California, after all. Maybe I could, by showing that she hadn’t drained the tank (unloaded it), attached a steering lock, and locked it in a secure garage (“safe” storage).

If Lieb really wants to improve things, she should abandoned redundant legislation and concentrate on something that might work: sentencing reform that keeps violent people locked away where they’re less likely to murder innocents. At least prison could keep his violence off the streets.

Oh. Wait. California; so much for that idea.

REPORT: Mexican Army Loses 30% of Weapons Purchased from U.S.
Mexico’s Army (SEDENA) is losing approximately 30 percent of weapons purchased from the U.S., a report from Mexican journalist Carlos Loret De Mola revealed. The report comes as Mexico’s federal government litigates against firearm manufacturers in a U.S. court, blaming them for the raging cartel violence.

Those missing weapons are showing up in crime scenes. Mexico’s military has also allegedly misplaced weapons bought from Germany, Australia, Italy, Romania, Spain, and Belgium.

In Mexico, the Army is the only entity that can purchase weapons from other countries. Further, all weapons bought by federal, state, and local law enforcement, as well as private citizens, are sold by SEDENA.

“Losing.” Does that include Los Zetas army members deserting with army gear? Blackmarket sales? 30% of the thousands of weapons the Mexican army buys from the US every year is a pretty big number.

Keep this in mind when you hear claims that 70% of the crime guns in Mexico are traced back to the US*, with the unsubstantiated implication that freelance traffickers are getting them from retail gun stores. One would hard-pressed to find affordable — transferrable, yet cheaper than what SEDENA pays for approved bulk purchases — assault rifles, heavy machine guns, or grenade launchers in retail gun stores.

Those links suggest that full-auto AK-47s are becoming the preferred cartel assault rifle. I think they can find other places where such are more readily available, and a heck of a lot cheaper, than American gun shops.

* It’s also worth noting that figure was really only @70% of recovered guns that the Mexican thought came from the US and were even worth trying to trace. Maybe they should just run those serial numbers against their own SEDENA purchase lists.

Hanukkah 2021

Is a very strange time for me. I love Hanukkah, but this year I can easily see how the Hanukkah story could be re-done to fit the circumstances of today. Let me just say right off the bat that if someone wants the shot of experimental mRNA gene therapy, I think that is their decision. But by the same token, I vehemently object to it being forced into anyone that doesn’t want it. And that’s where this Hanukkah thought is headed.

We know that Hanukkah is the celebration of the re-dedication of the Temple after it had been defiled by the Greeks. The Greeks were a nation of culture and learning. They knew their beliefs and customs were superior to everyone else. The hysterical fits abound in those absolutely unhinged over the injection like the racist Joy(less) Reid, anyone on msnbc, cnn or most any of the major #FakeNews media really are a fine example of people who know they know more than anyone else. Their opinion is the only one that counts. Or else.

The Greeks didn’t necessarily want to kill off all the Jews, they wanted to kill off Judaism. We were forbidden to observe time related events such as Shabbat and new months, as well as commandments from G-d such as the study of Torah or circumcision. Those could cost you your life. Your thoughts and beliefs would be forced into compliance.

Today we have the purveyors of panic porn that do the same thing, their belief is the only belief, and anyone who attempts to attend religious services when the ATA* 1 says you can not will be punished. Anyone who attempts to hold to tried and true means of handling a medical event will be punished. Anyone who points out the virus is 99+% survivable with treatment, real treatment like the Zelenko protocol or Ivermectin will be punished. Anyone who points out anything contrary to the ATA approved narrative will be punished. The side of “love and tolerance” will brook no dissent. Hysteria, denouncement and de-platforming will ensue. Your thoughts and opinions will be forced into compliance.

I’ll try to put this as delicately as I can without being crass. One of the seminal events that may well have contributed to the Hasmonean rebellion was the marriage of their sister and jus primae noctis, “first night rights.” The governor would kidnap and assault every bride on her wedding night. The whole story can be read here. I urge you to, it is not that long and very worth while. A gist of it is the Greeks continued to make increasingly tyrannical demands of the Jews and their faith which we found ways of skirting and working around. Until it came to a point where the women were forced to accept the injection of a substance into their bodies they vehemently did not want. Then the Jews went to war.

Personally I absolutely see this as a religious issue. My DNA is the way G-d meant my DNA to be, he created me with a purpose, a plan and he equipped me with the things he knew I would need to accomplish it. If he wanted my DNA different, he could certainly have made it so. In short I’m saying the G-d of heaven and earth who created all most assuredly does not need any help from Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson or any other pharmaceutical company.

A more amusing comparison is Antiochus the IV, he liked the name Epiphanes, which meant “the gods’ beloved. We called him Epimanes which means “madman”. You know, like someone who would shut down his own country’s oil production and then beg foreign countries who hate us to produce more oil and then lie to the people. Like someone who would sell of his country’s assets to a country that hates them. Like someone who would demand that free citizens be forced to take an experimental injection in clear violation of the Nuremberg code. And it may well come to force as it is in the disarmed nation of Australia where the army is going into Aboriginal villages and physically throwing people to the ground and injecting them against their will. Like a madman who would say people can’t have their job, eat in a restaurant, ride public transportation, or attend events if they can’t prove they have had the injection. Yeah, a madman like that.

As I regard the list of appointees in the Xiden regime I have yet to find one that isn’t a communist, America hater, corrupt or unhinged. The censorship of medical opinions and open discussion has never before been seen like this. The denial of medical treatment to people is unprecedented. What? Next we tell people with a fractured leg to come back when the bone is poking through the skin? This refers to people that come in the ER with Covid and rather than being given the Ivermectin protocol or the Zelenko protocol are basically sent home and told to come back if they can’t breath. We’re suppose to be in the midst of a “pandemic” with a new “variant” on the way and Xiden/Epimanes is ordering frontline healthcare workers who have worked since the beginning fired? And something I find truly frightening is I am beginning to see the discrimination in treatment towards those that are un-injected. Because that I have seen before. That pattern I do recognize. 

And the plans for tyranny are just getting started. Green pass anyone? Papers please.

But this is Hanukkah of 2021, and I am seeing miracles. The OSHA mandate has been stopped and my crush (hope his wife doesn’t mind) the gallant Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, lead the charge with other states and stopped the insane decree that forced healthcare workers to be injected. And then in a blossom of goodness the royal decree was blocked nationwide.

What hubris! A madman indeed! Although he is far from the only madman running around.

But America is beginning to fight back, and I can’t think of a more auspicious time, well, maybe Independence Day. But I actually see more similarities with the conditions of the Hasmonean rebellion.

Do you wonder where Maccabee came from?

Perhaps the best known explanation is that the word “Maccabee” is composed of the initial letters of a verse the Jewish people sang after G‑d split the sea: “Mi kamocha ba’eilim Hashem (מי כמוך באילים י׳), “Who is like You among the mighty, O G‑d.”

Dimocrats Riding The Short Bus To Work

For my work, I read a lot of legislation. Too much is mind-boggling stupid, but a few bills stand out even in that category. Rep. Ted Deutch [D-FL] and Sen. Ed Markey [D-MA] have mananaged to introduce what is possibly the stupidest bit of legislation since the failed Indiana attempt to set pi = 3.

I am speaking of companion bills H.R. 4225 and S. 2319, the “3D Printed Gun Safety Act of 2021”.

The “Findings” portion of the bills immediately tipped me off that something was very wrong with the mental state of whoever actually drafted this for the gullible congresscritters. Or it was the best prank in over a century. To wit,

(1) Three dimensional, or “3D” printing, involves the programming of a 3D printing machine with a computer file that provides the schematics for the item to be printed.

(2) Recent technological developments have allowed for the 3D printing of firearms and firearm parts, including parts made out of plastic, by unlicensed individuals in possession of relatively inexpensive 3D printers.

OK, we’re talking about plastic 3D printing, right? But why do we need this ban?

(5) On June 7, 2013, an assailant used a gun he had constructed by himself to kill his father, brother, and 3 other people at Santa Monica College in California. The person had failed a background check when he tried to purchase a gun from a licensed gun dealer. The gun he used was made from an unfinished AR–15-style receiver, similar to a receiver that can now be made with a 3D printer.

The bucket o’chum in the Santa Monica shooting didn’t use a 3D printed firearm. He used an AR-pattern firearm assembled from an 80% lower. You might be scratching your head over that conflation, but there’s a method in their madness.

I’ll skip past the points where our dedicated dipsticks conflated numberless homemade guns with commercially manufactured firearms with obliterated serial numbers, or how serial numbers on commercially manufactured firearms are merely “traditional” rather law, and go straight to the prohibition.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally distribute, over the Internet or by means of the World Wide Web, digital instructions in the form of Computer Aided Design files or other code that can automatically program a 3-dimensional printer or similar device to produce a firearm or complete a firearm from an unfinished frame or receiver.”.

You may pause for a moment to giggle at the thought of transmitting a file over the World Wide Web without using the Internet, along with the plurality of periods.

Done?

Yes, whether self-directed morons or gullible dupes, Deutch and Markey are trying to ban the transmission of additive manufacturing 3D printer files for… subtractive manufacturing CNC mills.

I either want to b**ch-slap someone, or shake their hand.

Gun Control 2021?

The Machine Gun Nest has pieced together all the elements of a potential semiautomatic rifle ban in 2021. They have discovered the dangerous precedent of allowing the ATF to redefine words to make inanimate bits of plastic into machineguns, paperweights into firearms, and pistols into rifles. Why, all this adds up to making semiautos into machineguns because they’re easily converted.

It’s obvious when you look at what’s happened and what’s been proposed where the Biden admin is headed for gun control. They are testing the waters right now with these two proposed rule changes, but I guarantee this is not the end. These current ideas have been taken right from the David Chipman “Legal and Lethal” playbook. There’s a part where Chipman writes this about semi-automatic rifles

Well, no sh-t, Sherlock. TZP has been warning about this specifically for nearly fours years. We warned about this before the ATF even proposed the bump-fire stock machinegun rule.

We warned you again two years ago, when that very “easily converted” argument was made in court. We warened you repeatedly.

We warned you in 2018 that easily converted to a higher rate of fire would define “machinegun.”

And again, two weeks ago.

“What’s going on in 2021” maybe wouldn’t have been such a problem if more people had paid attention to what was going on in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. More attention than ridiculing those of us warning about “Bump Stock Hill” anyway.

Speaking only for myself as an individual: There have been many days in recent years when I seriously questioned why I bother with trying to raise awareness of these dangers. This is one of those days. My work seems pretty pointless.

Rare Breed Triggers Fighting Back

I recently noted that the ATF has deemed the FRT-15 semiautomatic trigger is a machinegun. Rare Breed Triggers president Lawrence DeMonico is pushing back.

In this video, Mr. DeMonico explains what the ATF did, why Rare Breed knows they are wrong — on so many levels — and what Rare Breed is doing to fight back.

Before going to market, they took the FRT-15 to four separate subject matter experts, who all, independently said the trigger was semiautomatic. Personally, in terms of the language of the law, I think it’s a no-brainer since very point of the trigger is that it forces a reset absolutely requiring the user to pull the trigger once again before it will fire.

Of course, the ATF is not using the actual language of 26 U.S. Code § 5845:

(b)Machinegun
The term “machinegun” means any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger. The term shall also include the frame or receiver of any such weapon, any part designed and intended solely and exclusively, or combination of parts designed and intended, for use in converting a weapon into a machinegun, and any combination of parts from which a machinegun can be assembled if such parts are in the possession or under the control of a person.

The ATF has adopted a new definition of “function of the trigger” to mean “volitional movement of the finger.” Read that. Do you see “volitional”, “movement,” or “finger” in there anywhere?

And even that is remarkably stupid, even for an agency that thinks inanimate pieces of plastic are machineguns. One more time: The FRT-15 forces a reset and requires the user to consciously and manual pull the trigger again to fire. At least with a bump-fire stock, the finger could passively sit on the ledge, while the user — consciously and manually operates the action with his off-arm.

I assumed that Rare Breed Triggers would file a lawsuit. In the video, Mr. DeMonico confirms that a suit has been filed. Once I knew that, and in which court, it took me approximately 10 seconds to find it; and most of that time was spent typing search terms. The case is Rare Breed Triggers, LLC et al v. Garland et al.

This case is going to be fun to watch. For one Mr. DeMonico pulls no punches. For another…

There’s the matter of his subject matter experts. They were… the ATF’s subject matter experts. One literally wrote the ATF’s academy course on machinegun identification. Another taught the course in machinegun identification.

Those people are going to walk into court, present their prior-ATF credentials, and explain that the FRT-15 is semiautomatic.

The ATF is going to walk into court and tell the judge and jury that fingers are triggers.

Please note that only one person had been charged with unlawful possession of a bump-fire stock machinegun. When defense showed up with an expert witness who said bump-fire stocks are not machineguns, the prosecution dropped the charge, rather than try to tell the judge and jury that fingers are triggers.

This case won’t be in a Ninth Circuit court. The judge is probably going to be pounding his gavel and demanding order when everyone cracks up laughing.

Five-hundred twelve bills, nearly every one is anti-rights. It’s time to call victim-disarming gun-grabbers exactly what they are.

“We understand people kept weapons for personal safety. They can now feel safe. We are not here to harm innocent civilians,” the official told Reuters.

I’m sure the Afghans are just as confident of that claim as we Americans are of the Dim-ocrats’ claims.
