As much of the mainstream media and politicians are jumping for joy at the great deal Trump brought about between Israel and hamass, have you begun to question why the Arabs are soooo willing to lay the “credit” for the great deal at Trump’s feet? I mean one thing Beijing Biden told the truth about recently is that really was his disgusting, lopsided deal that Israel had been refusing because it was so horrific.
So it appears to me, Bibi and the Israelis stood strong since last spring despite biden and the demoncrats holding up weapons and bulldozers Israel had paid for in the hopes that once Trump was sworn in things would be better. It’s not that Israel doesn’t want their people back, they do desperately, but the biden deal was just so horrid.
And then Trump betrayed them, and everyone that took support of Israel into consideration when voting for him.
Only so much can be known from outside, but Steve Witkoff appears to have been taken for a ride by longtime pros like Secretary of State Blinken and Brett McGurk and is enjoying the flattering media stories about him ‘intimidating’ and ‘cursing out’ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Witkoff is being taken for a ride and the Trump administration is being taken for a ride with him. He didn’t succeed, he failed miserably at extracting meaningful concessions from Hamas, and went right back to Biden’s policy of pressuring Israel. Instead of delivering a win for Trump, he delivered one for Biden.
On Saturday, Gaza ceasefire talks were down to the wire, and President-elect Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy wanted to hash out the deal once and for all with Benjamin Netanyahu, but the Israeli leader’s office said he could not be roused during Shabbat.
Steve Witkoff allegedly gave a “salty” reply, making it clear he didn’t care if it was the Sabbath, the Jewish day of rest. In the words of one report from Haaretz, Witkoff said Trump expected Israel to agree to the ceasefire, and “things that Netanyahu had termed life-and-death issues…suddenly vanished.”
So why would such an inexperienced diplomat willingly expose his rudeness right off the bat? This is behavior no one would expect would be acceptable in a professional organization that the Trump team purports to be. And yet, he is. Arrogance, pride in self-perceived accomplishments. This behavior is even worse than a demoncrat.
Journalist Caroline Glick shed light on the role of Steve Witkoff and his business ties to Hamas-supporting Qatar.
“They have an enormous amount of money that they use to buy influence in the West, and especially in Donald Trump’s circle. And one of those people is Steven Witkoff”, Glick said.
“Witkoff owned a property on Central Park South called the Park Lane Hotel that had gone into a lot of difficulties because his Malaysian partner was exposed as a fraudster and fled to China”, Glick cited a story by the Jewish Insider:
In the summer of 2023 … Witkoff had sold Manhattan’s troubled Park Lane Hotel, which had also counted Abu Dhabi’s investment firm as a stakeholder, to the Qatar Investment Authority, the country’s sovereign wealth fund, for $623 million — adding to a push into New York real estate.
But in addition to being a potential asset for Witkoff, who reportedly views Middle East geopolitics as “one giant real estate deal,” his past dealings with Qatar in particular could place the incoming envoy in an uncomfortable position, experts say — as the Gulf state has faced bipartisan criticism in Congress for hosting Hamas leadership.
The Park Lane sale came after Qatar had engaged in an aggressive and widespread lobbying effort during Trump’s first term, as the president-elect sided with Saudi Arabia and other neighboring states that had imposed a blockade on the Gulf country.
Seeking to build goodwill with the U.S., Qatar launched a campaign to influence hundreds of people close to Trump, including Witkoff, who was among several American executives to meet with Qatari officials, according to foreign lobbying disclosures that broadly describe a series of “introductions” to “facilitate collaboration” and discuss “business opportunities,” among other things.

So, what is this “deal” everyone is celebrating?
Will it bring the hostages home? Yes some. But one would have thought a smart business man would have asked, “What does it cost”? Apparently that doesn’t go through the mind of a smart business man.
Here’s what it costs. For the 33 hostages that will be released in phase one, of which it’s estimated 25 are actually alive, Israel will be releasing 1,904 convicted terrorists, 737 of those were serving life sentences for murder. One of them responsible for 6 murders and one responsible for 45 murders. Also included are 1,167 Gazans captured in Gaza for attacking the IDF. In my opinion, the IDF should have just shot them. The rate of recidivism among dead terrorists is very low. 47 of the murderers to be released are repeat murderers who were originally released as part of the Shalit deal in 2011 and have since been re-arrested after attacking again. Shabak estimates 82% of the terrorists released in the Shalit deal returned to terrorism.
Apparently moral relativism is alive and well in the Trump administration. They can’t tell the difference between innocent people that were kidnapped from their own homes and terrorists that were arrested for killing people. This does not bode well for the average American citizen I’d say.
Israel also has to turn over control of certain strategic corridors to Gaza/Hamass. This will allow them to resupply with ammunition and weapons. And they already have, as I type, there are armed men in hamass garb parading in the streets of Gaza. They’ve won.
Israel also has to provide more food and supplies to hamass.
And Trump thinks this is a good deal?? He thinks he’s doing great?
And where will Trump’s and Witkoff’s poor little dears go? Are they being deported to Jordan? Egypt? Syria, Iran? Will Trump send an Israeli version of Tom Homan over there to sort things out? Nope, they’re being released right back into Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, where they committed their murders and crimes.
So now when you hear President-elect Trump talking tough about deporting illegal invaders, tough on crime, blah blah blah. It might call for a grain of salt, or the whole salt shaker. Maybe even on of those big salt blocks at the feed store.
But I can’t help but wonder, next time he promises some country he has there back, why on earth should they believe him seeing how blithely he can betray his promises.
To put this into perspective for U.S.:
One day one, Trump releases all the Jan6 political prisoners, people that have done nothing wrong but hold the political opinion contrary to the Biden crime junta. There are a lot of those, so he will finish Joe Biden’s start on releasing every illegal invader in prison for committing a crime. Even murder. Laken Riley’s killer will be released back into her neighborhood in Georgia. Kate Steinle’s will be released back into San Francisco. To make sure Americans are safe, America and Mexico will be sharing border security, with Mexico being in charge. To make sure it is all up to snuff, tren de aragua from Venezuela will monitor the situation.
That’s basically how it would translate for U.S.
I can not begin to tell you how much I hope that I am wrong. If I am I will sincerely apologize. If I’m not? No amount of apologies will bring back the deal Israelis that will die because of this betrayal. I can not help but feel a strong sense of concern. I think with his starting out the second term with such a horrific act will cause a stain that can not be undone. And I also feel we the citizens will pay a price. It feels like the Titanic just hit an iceberg.
But what I’m holding on to, are the words Hillel Fuld, Ari’s brother said in one of his comments “But G-d”. Ain Od Milvado. There is no one else besides him.
I recently heard a sound clip that reminds me why some of Hollyweirds elites are actors and actresses. Because when they open their mouths it becomes clear that they are better off reading lines someone else wrote off a paper than trying to make a weighty point of their own.

Gaza is under a cleansing effort by the country they invaded and murdered and kidnapped men, women, children. Be they elderly or babies it didn’t matter to the murderous Gazans. And forget the innocent Gazans, I’ve written before about how the people living in the Kibbutzim recognized Gazans they had helped over the years with jobs and trips to hospitals. The videos clearly show people coming through the fence not wearing Hamass or Hezbollah identifiers. There aren’t innocent civilians living in Gaza. They voted for Hamass to govern Gaza and they support the mission to eradicate Jews world wide. Has nothing to do with territory and everything to do with religion. It’s the Gazan version of virtue signaling. Vote for the most radical group, as opposed to the Falestinian Authority, which is also evil, but slightly less so, to govern. The one that openly, in the charter, calls for the murder of Jews. There is none of the peaceful coexistence the west blathers on about.
Meanwhile in the West, in this case California, you have citizens voting for basically nothing but demoncrats, especially in the big cities. They too, chose the ones with the most radical ideas. Like slashing the budget for the fire department and diverting the money to programs for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, in other words, DIE, as 24 people so far have.
Hamass? Diverting money? Same same, rather than using the money given them, they diverted theirs into rockets and concrete to build tunnels under the city for their elites to hide in and to hide the weapons. Where you might ask? Oh, the usual, hospitals, schools, private houses, apartment buildings. Anything they can get all virtue signaly about when it gets bombed. Actual schools for kids? Naw, not so much. Actual doctors and hospitals? Naw, not so much, there were pediatricians from Gaza that were holding hostages in their own homes. Food supplies the O’biden crime junta is forcing Israel to send in to prolong the war? Oh, that’s being held by Hamass and sold on the black market to get more money to buy more weapons. The Gazan version of DIE. This war could have been over long ago. The poor Falestinians could have been trying to rebuild nice lives in Syria, Egypt or Jordan, even Qatar. I’m sure many Arab muslim counties would be glad to take in their less fortunate cousins that have the same religion and speak Arabic.

Probably for a few reasons, one being they forced many capable experienced firefighters out with the demand they take an experimental DNA altering substance in an experimental medical procedure. That alone should get them hung, per Nuremberg. The other part is their emphasis on DIE, the belief people only want to be rescued by people that look like them. Only a rabid leftist could think of stuff like that, but they do.

– Deceive you into believing they want peace and then attack you at the right moment (Taqiyya)
All of the above lack the genuine intention to ever live next to anyone who isn’t a devout Muslim.
Western societies/governments lack the understanding of this and are endlessly trying to appease these regimes and organizations.
In fact there’s an excellent chance, despite the inevitable claims of “climate change” some of these fires were started by the illegals or homeless or both.
A couple days ago, alert residents in the fire-menaced Woodland Hills area apprehended a man with a blow torch who didn’t live there, all but catching him in the act of starting another conflagration.
They tackled the dirtbag, held him down by force, and called the cops, who came and hauled the would-be arsonist off to the can.
But then the LAPD mysteriously refused to charge him with attempted arson, despite the obvious evidence, including his statements to residents that he was determined to do it, encircled all around him.
Yup, they turned him lose, despite video evidence and witness statements. The Babylon Bee of course was johnny on the spot reporting!
And since it’s California? Who knows, suppose to be satire, could be true.
But Gazans and Californians revel in voting for the most radical of politicians to destroy their home. Karen Bass? Seriously? Well, I suppose she’s the next best choice since her hero Fidel is dead. Mayor Karen Bass, Revolutionary Communist Karen is a proud member of the Venceremos Brigade. Those Californians just can’t get enough of communism.

So, moving forward, I’ve listed my plan for re-homing the Falestinians above. California? Yeah, that ones going to be tougher. See many insurance companies in an Atlas Shrugged move pulled out of California. Insuring a home in California is not like insuring a house in like, say the United States. In California, due to the restrictions, regulations, demands for DIE hiring on construction crews rebuilding is time consuming and very costly. So since insurance doesn’t work for free, they needed to raise their rates for insurance. Which the demoncrats promptly said “Oh no! You can’t gouge our citizens like that! We’re putting a cap on what you can charge!” The insurance companies said, “Yeah….we can’t afford to rebuild for that, so California policies are canceled and we’re pulling out of California”. Demoncrat politicians said “Well good riddance! We don’t want your greedy kind in here!”. Ok, so I’m guessing at some of this dialogue, but it’s probably pretty close. But Governor Newsome has it figured out, how to make the best of the situation? Ahhh, fifteen minute cities! Like what they’re doing in Lahaina Hawaii! They aren’t allowing the insurance companies in, so the owners can’t rebuild, they will most likely lose their property to? Orpah? Black Rock? Who knows. But Newsome said he’s already working on changing the zoning codes for the areas zoned for single family dwellings.
Grand plan
Both Gazans and Californias now see their previous land as smoking piles of rubble. I would maintain it’s because they chose ideology and virtue signaling over actual policies that would have given a good life. It’s not like they weren’t warned of the consequences. President Trump tried to point out about forestry management a few months ago. Hamass knew the consequences of October 7th would result in dead Gazans. This isn’t a problem for Hamass, see above graphic. Dead Gazans are a plus for Hamass, starving Gazans make for great press. I think it was either Rick Caruso, who ran against Karen Bass, or Adam Carolla that talked to some leftists after the election about why they voted for Bass. Why? Because he was told, they just couldn’t vote for a white guy. Alrighty then. Both Hamass and Demoncrats crave power over people, they crave control and their policies ensure it. And yet, both Gazans and Californians voted for it. They got what they wanted.

So what’s my answer? No money. No money to the UN, No money to Iran, put the sanctions the O’biden regime took off back in place. No taxpayer funds to rebuild in California, it’s like enabling bad behavior that will just be repeated. Leftist like Falestinians, are leftist, the ideology is far more important than living a nice life. Virtue signaling rules!

Gov. Gavin Newsom has reportedly reached a deal with the Democrats in control of the state legislature to “Trump-proof” the state of California from attempts to mass deport illegal aliens from the United States.
This comes amidst wildfires that have ravaged the Los Angeles area. The devastating fires have taken the lives of dozens of Californians and wrought over $150 billion in damage.
No money, nothing will change, and we can’t keep enabling California to carry on like this. They can choose what they like, but we, the people shouldn’t have to pay for it. Again, still. Demoncrats? They practice “Taqiyya” every bit as much as the Hamass.
So yeah, Jamie Lee, I guess California does look “just like Gaza”. And for the same reasons.

It’s that wonderful time of year when we celebrate Hanukkah. Hanukkah means “dedication”, as in cleaning and purifying the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple after it had been defiled. I’ve written a lot about Hanukkah, what happened and why. But I’m going to touch on a few of the elements to explain why America is ready for it’s own Hanukkah. Hanukkah was about the culture of Judaism. The laws that G-d had given us that were to be observed. Things like
Some Jews became quite infatuated with Greek culture. But the more they imitated the Greeks, the less respect the Greeks had for us. They began to mock Judaism and enact laws against it. First they locked up the synagogues and schools. People prayed and studied in one another’s homes.
Then, the Greeks passed a law that all Jews had to write a sentence stating they had no portion in the G‑d of Israel on the horns of their livestock and on their doors. The Jews sold their livestock and removed the doors from their homes.
The Greeks passed a law outlawing circumcision. The Jews made up secret signs through which they announced circumcision ceremonies, and guests risked their lives to go wish the new parents “Mazel Tov!”
The Greek soldiers started assaulting Jewish women The Greeks outlawed Shabbat, the celebration of the New Moon, and Torah study. Jews hid in caves and continued to observe all three. The next woman were going to speak of is Yehudit, and she is more of a participant than being an inspiration only. Though she is pretty darn inspiring! Yehudit’s story occurs a few hundred years before that of the Maccabbes. Yehudit’s story takes place in and near the town of Bethulia, in Judea when it came under siege by Holofernes, a Syrian-Greek general, under Nebuchadnezzar. Holofernes was extremely cruel. When he laid siege to a town and then conquered it every living creature inside, men, women and children and probably animals would suffer. They’re like the state of New York in that way. The town was on the verge of surrender. They had been under siege and were out of food and water. After a town meeting Yehudit addressed the town elders and asked them not to surrender in the five days they had given G-d to rescue them. She told them they should have more faith in G-d than to put him on a time table. But she had a plan. Which they immediately tried to talk her out of. Ok, I can kind of see that. It was incredibly risky for her. But the only people she was putting in extreme danger were herself and her loyal maid servant. Yehudit was a widow, but still very beautiful, wise and charming. She donned her beautiful apparel she had put aside when she was widowed, donned her jewels and a veil. She and her servant left Bethulia near dark and went to Holofernes camp. To his tent after telling the astonished sentries that was her destination. This just simply wasn’t done! But, she did it. She convinced the evil Holofernes that the town was about to fall, and she wanted to save her life and that of her family and servants. She and Holofernes worked out a deal, she would supply him with intel and they would live. Holofernes then threatened his camp if anyone laid a hand on her. So she and her servant were given complete freedom to roam around unmolested. Every day she would take intel to the town and spread Karin Jean-Pierre like lies back to Holofernes. One evening she told Holofernes he’d be able to take the town the next day as they were out of Kosher food, and they would be forced to eat un-kosher food and then G-d would turn his back on them. Holofernes was, I’m sure, elated. With a twinkle in his eye he invited Yehudit to a “private dinner” that night, just the two of them. Gag. But she’s really good at this, like one of the original honey pot traps! She shows up, probably had a brand new color of nail polis…oh wait, that would be my idea.. anyway, she shows up with her own food because of course Holofernes doesn’t have Kosher food. So she tells him she’s famous for her goat cheese, and proceeds to ply him with goat cheese. Which is salty, which makes him thirsty, which makes him drink a ton of undiluted wine that she helpfully provided, which makes him drunk as a skunk, which makes him pass out. In retrospect, probably works better than nail polish anyway. So when he’s passed out cold, she takes his own sword and as my Rabbi tells it “daintily cuts off his head”. She take the head back to town under the cover of darkness. The next day the soldiers wake up to a not only dead drunk Holofernes, but a flat out dead Holofernes. Which understandably discombobulates them. So, they scatter and the town is saved! I’d say not only Bethulia, but whatever town he was going to hit next. But that my friends is why we also eat cheesy and dairy foods at Hanukkah. Originally it was cheese pancakes before potatoes were known.
Both women took a strong stand to preserve their homes, their towns, their families and their honor. There are some that say Yehudit was in fact related to the Maccabees, and was the daughter of Yochanan the high priest, father of the Hasmonean family.
And we know that the Maccabees fought, not so much because the Greeks wanted to kill Jews, although it wasn’t a problem for them, but basically they wanted to kill Judaism, their way of life, their reason for being. To deprive the Jews of Judaism, is to destroy them.
So since I’m speaking of women, lets look at what the culture of America has done to women under the power of the evil Holofernes Biden and his puppet masters. Now, I have no problem saying Biden is evil, and it goes way back, but at this point he’s basically barry sotero’s cardboard cutout. And I suppose whatever malice “Dr Jill” pushes him into. The demoncrats talk about Republican’s “binders of women” well let’s see how those champions of women stack up. Women’s sports have been decimated under the biden crime regime. They have a big guy in drag that is suppose to be Assistant Secretary for Health and Human services. They have a person with I’d say some kind of mental disorder in charge of health and human services. And under his leadership, they have pushed and groomed the transgender agenda which is making big pharma giddy with glee. Those homones are a lifetime commitment and the surgeries ain’t cheap. Drag queens don’t seem to want to read stories to the elderly, only little children as they “normalize” the sight of big hairy men in makeup and dresses. Parents that have understandably objected have been labeled terrorists. The biden junta celebrates DEI and the ignorance and stupidity it brings by nominating a woman of color so stupid she doesn’t even know what a woman is. The Jewish holidays—every one of them—is inextricably bound to the Beit HaMikdash, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Hanukkah is no different.

One way to bring the authentic spirit of Hanukkah into the year is to concentrate on the above line every time one recites the Amidah.
There’s an additional way to make sure that Hanukkah is rescued from those who would subvert its true background and remake it into some kind of universal holiday that even a secularist can embrace. And that is to push back strongly against any and all attempts to seize any part of Jerusalem from the State of Israel and put it under any else’s control. And that especially includes the Temple Mount.
As Israel’s greatest national poet Uri Zvi Greenberg [1896-1981] wrote: “Whomever controls the Temple Mount controls all of the Land of Israel.”
When we recall the stories of the Maccabees in and their re-inauguration of the Beit HaMikdash all of this takes place in what anti-Israel extremists, and their enablers, deliberately call “East Jerusalem.”
“East Jerusalem” does not actually exist and what they are really saying is that Jerusalem’s Old City and its surrounding neighborhoods, the Western Wall, and the Temple Mount are not part of Israel or part of Israeli Jerusalem.
The original and oldest parts of Jerusalem, where Hanukkah story took place, are what they falsely label “East Jerusalem” and this is the Jerusalem that the Maccabees fought for and not the “New City” which lies outside those walls.

We are fast approaching Hanukkah (and Christmas) both of which center around light, though for much different reasons, both also have a theme of freedom, though also for far different reasons.
But what is common, is spreading light tends to reveal things that had been hiding in the darkness, in the shadows. It seems like so much has been happening lately to shine the light on cockroaches that have been hiding in many many places. So I thought it might be interesting to shine the light of a few of them myself. After all, even a little bit of light that is shining in a dark room makes a big difference.
While these things are not all related, some are part of a common theme.

The FBI agent told her that he had been with the FBI for many years, but this was his first-ever misdemeanor arrest. Because she is undergoing treatment on her retinas, SuZan cannot drive long distances by herself, and the federal court is a four-hour drive from her home. So the FBI agent had to drive an hour each way to pick her up and then drive four hours to and from the court. They were in court for over five hours, so the FBI agent spent over 15 hours dealing with SuZan. This is in addition to the many hours he spent building the case against her and the hours he will spend assisting the DOJ in her prosecution.

And now a look at one of the most bizarrely developing series of events I’ve seen. Israel was attacked on 7 October 2023. I’m guessing he could get by with a one way ticket. They slandered Israel and attacked and intimidated Jewish students. According to the CIA World fact book, the population in Gaza has increased by 2.02% since Oct 7, 2023. Facts vs opinion! There is no genocide in Gaza. No intent or actions by Israel to conduct a genocide. Actually the opposite, Israel has done more to protect civilians and care for civilians in Gaza while Hamas does everything to get civilians killed and to keep the aid Israel floods in from them. Which brings me to my closing thoughts. I was recently so very fortunate to attend a lecture entitled “The Eternal Nation”. All of it was wonderful, from a wonderful Rabbi. But the point I want to hit here is when he talked about ability, capability. As our couple in the last mentioned story did not feel they were able, capable to be gun owners. Guns have nothing to do with Oznei Haman, or Hamantaschen. The Rabbi said we are all believers, we are descendants of believers. He said G-d has given us the means to save ourselves (I don’t think the Rabbi was talking about guns exactly) and that we shouldn’t just believe it will get better, we should do our part to make it better. The lecture was on the rise of antisemitism since October 7th . He said the question isn’t “What will be?” but rather “What will we do?” Because greater evil always attacks greater good. After October 7th the IDF had a percentage of their reservists they needed to show up, and many were out of the country. 150% showed up. On their own. These are people that know what they shall do. So we don’t let the terrorists into our minds, We don’t allow our light to recede. We increase our prayer and acts of good deeds. He pointed out it’s not about our abilities, He asked if we thought Avraham, Yitzhak, Yakov, Yosef and Moshe all thought they were capable? He said no, they didn’t. But they were willing. If we are willing, G-d can make us capable.

He told the story of a religious soldier in a totally secular unit. His commanding officer was totally secular. But one day the officer came to the religious soldier, very tense and upset. Calm, relaxed and happy, and he told him. There was a group of 3 APCs Armored personnel carriers and they had fallen into a rubble trap set by hamass. They lack the real armor of a tank, and were immobilized, basically, sitting ducks. If they came out of the units they would be picked off. Finally the lead APC figured something out and was able to move and told the others how to do it and so they all 3 escaped. Five men in each carrier, fifteen lives at stake. The secular officer said he couldn’t think of a single thing he could do to save his men. Nothing, he was beside himself. Then he thought of his religious soldier and the soldier prayed, and they were saved. Talk about spreading light! Boy Howdy! We’re like olives, sometimes life events seem to squeeze us till we feel there’s nothing left. But that’s when the olive gives it’s oil. The oil that spread light, and just a little light in a dark room makes a big difference.
There is much light shining on many things and areas right now. Some of the things being illuminated are not pleasant to see, but some we need to see before we get blindsided. So we are willing, and then we can see what G-d will make us capable of. May our lights shine bright and with joy!
Over the last couple of weeks or so, as the top stories of the day make their way through the news a couple of things have become clear, to me at least. But maybe I just need more coffee.

The Daniel Penny trial. Mr. Penny is a Marine veteran who was minding his own business on one of the dangerous subways in New York City. How dangerous? The new deployment adds to the additional 1000 NYPD officers ordered into the subway last month to conduct bag checks and follows the slashing of a conductor and other high profile crimes.
Hochul is also calling for people deemed to be too dangerous by a judge to be banned from the subway. She is pushing for a state law that allows judges to block a person from riding the subway or buses for three years if they are convicted of attacking a passenger.
So why is that so stupid? Well, back to the Daniel Penny trial. Mr Penny is on a subway when Jordan Neely a homeless, mentally ill man high on synthetic pot boarded. Mr Neely had quite the history.
According to the Post, Penny’s defense called New York court clerk Brian Kempf, who told the court that authorities had an open warrant for Neely’s arrest related to an assault conviction in 2021.
As part of a plea deal, the Post reported, Neely had agreed to participate in intensive outpatient therapy to avoid prison time for the conviction. But Neely left treatment, and a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
That was in February 2023, according to Fox News. It was just two months before the fatal encounter on the Manhattan F train.
In other words, a police officer who encountered Neely engaged in any one of his customary criminal acts (he’d had 42 arrests between 2013 and 2021, according to Newsweek) could have run his name and found a court order to take him into custody.
But that didn’t happen, just like want the poor dear that’s governor of New York won’t happen either, because New York only arrests law abiding people for defending themselves and others, or people they don’t like. They prosecute those too.
“Some guy came in, and he’s like with his jacket off and he’s like, ‘I’m gonna kill everybody. I’m gonna go to prison forever. I don’t care,'” Penny said.
This seemed to have created some consternation among the other passengers trapped below ground in a metal tube.
And Penny had good reason to be concerned.
In the year before Neely’s death, more than 20 people had been shoved onto the subway tracks in New York City, FOX 5 New York reported previously — many of them by mentally ill homeless suspects.
But a host of prosecution witnesses, Penny’s fellow passengers, knocked massive holes in that tale, as one after another veteran subway rider described how terror-stricken they felt while trapped in the train car with the angry, unstable, threatening Neely.
One woman said she “was scared s–tless” by Neely’s behavior and recalled him yelling: “I don’t give a damn. I will kill a motherf—er. I’m ready to die.”
She stuck around after the ordeal to thank Penny for defending her and everyone else in the car that day.
Another, a high school student, said she was “so nervous” that she feared she “was going to pass out,” and said she didn’t hear other passengers’ warning to Penny to let go of Neely during the struggle.
A third said Penny restrained Neely “so he wouldn’t attack anybody” — more proof that Penny was selflessly acting on behalf of others and a direct blow to lefty claims that his actions were racially motivated.
According to The Daily Mail, two police officers confirmed that Neely still had a pulse when they arrived on the scene, but one witness, an NYPD Sergeant, testified that none of his team performed mouth-to-mouth on Neely because he was a ‘drug user.’

‘He seemed to be a drug user.. he was an apparent drug user. He was very dirty. I didn’t want them to get… hepatitis.
‘If he did wake up he would have been vomiting. I didn’t want my officers to do that.
‘He was filthy. He looked like a homeless individual. You have to protect your officer,
‘I wouldn’t want my officer to get sick if the person throws up,’ he said.
Chundru, a former Miami-area medical examiner who now runs a private practice in Texas conducting autopsies in a half-dozen counties, said that he did not believe an air choke caused Neely’s unconsciousness and, therefore, did not cause his death.
Chundru said he found the cause of death to be “the combined effects of sickle cell crisis, the schizophrenia, the struggle and restraint, and the synthetic marijuana.”
Someone schizophrenic, high on K2 and involved in a struggle can die without a chokehold being involved at all, he said. Similarly, he said, if there were no health issues and the chokehold was the only factor, Neely would not have died.
Shades of George Floyd!! Goodness gracious Matilda! There was no gun involved, there was no murder, a bystander bravely put himself in harms way to protect the innocent on that subway, some of whom I’m quite sure couldn’t defend themselves, and what do the deranged leftist prosecutor (Alvin Bragg) and governor (Kathy Hochel) do? Go after the hero because I guess he didn’t just stand back and let the police handle it.
So what happens now when there are no bystanders willing to step into the gap and help fellow citizens in the hell hole known as New York City?
To be completely honest about it, I’m not sure if a unprovoked is worse or better than a provoked stabbing attack. But the third victim, the woman also later died of her injuries inflicted by Ramon Rivera, a 51-year-old homeless man with a history of eight arrests. As the article points out, don’t confuse this stabbing attack with the one that happened a few days earlier, that was a different perpetrator. It’s almost like criminals in New York realize they won’t be prosecuted. Only former presidents and good Samaritans are of interest to Alvin Bragg.
Could someone have stopped it? I dunno, it happened very close to the area of another stabbing attack just a few days before, and the Daniel Penny trial is going on. So. Perhaps people see the “justice system” in action and think I want no part of that pile of bovine feces.
It’s like the left doesn’t want people to defend themselves, gun or no, self defense is never warranted if it’s going to injure one of their precious illegal invader future voters or a criminal. Apparently the longer the rap sheet, the better.

A verdict was reached in the Laken Riley murder case. I’m sure everyone knows Laken was a wonderful young woman. She was a nursing student in Georgia who had gone out for a run in an area where she had ran before. A few minutes after she started her run, an illegal invader named Jose Ibarra attacked her. So who is Jose Ibarra? He’s one of Kammie and Joe’s babies, an illegal invader into our country.
Ibarra entered the United States illegally through El Paso, Texas, in September 2022 and was released via parole just a day after being taken into custody, Fox News reported. In September 2023, Ibarra was staying for free at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, which was used as a temporary migrant housing center. He then took a free flight from New York City to Atlanta, Georgia, paid for with federal money under the Biden-Harris administration, the New York Post reported.
Less than six months later in February, Ibarra killed Riley, an Augusta University nursing student, while she was jogging on the University of Georgia’s campus in Athens.
Riley struggled for 18 minutes for her life as she fought the illegal invader attempting to rape her until he finally killed her by smashing her head in with a rock, repeatedly.
So now a verdict has been reached in the murder trial. I’ve seen headlines that said things like justice for Laken. He gets life in prison. Again, 3 hots and a cot on the taxpayer dime.
No, no it wasn’t justice. Georgia is a death penalty state. He cruelly and callously murdered a young woman who wanted to spend her life helping others and all he gets is free room and board for life. So why didn’t he get the death penalty? Because he’s an illegal invader and one of Joe and Kammie’s babies. And the prosecutor is a fellow traveler, Deborah Gonzalez.
The district attorney who declined to seek the death penalty against illegal alien Jose Ibarra, the Venezuelan national convicted of murdering 22-year-old Georgia student Laken Riley, is a criminal justice activist and outspoken Kamala Harris supporter.
She “takes into account collateral consequences to undocumented defendants” when charging criminals.

Democrat DA Deborah Gonzalez only sought a sentence of life behind bars without the chance of parole, which the judge overseeing Ibarra’s bench trial granted Wednesday.
Although Georgia is a death penalty state, Gonzalez said pursuing the death penalty was not in the interest of “justice.”
“Our utmost duty is to ensure that justice is served and that the victim’s family is an integral part of the deliberation process. We understand that there will be those outside this office who will disagree with our decision and seek to exploit this case for political gain. However, the integrity of our judicial process and the pursuit of justice must always transcend political considerations,” Gonzalez said, according to local WRDW-TV.
Is that right Debbie? Well, what did Laken’s family say? What did they want to see done? What would have made them feel that “justice” had been achieved?
During victim impact statements, Riley’s mother, Allyson Phillips, implored Haggard to show “no mercy” in sentencing Ibarra. Addressing the judge, she said, “Your honor, I’m asking you to give Jose Ibarra the same thing he gave us when he […] showed no mercy when she was begging for her life.”
“Jose Ibarra took no pity on my scared, panicked, and struggling child,” the grieving mother said. “This sick, twisted, and evil coward showed no regard for Laken and human life. We’re asking the same be done to him.”
Riley’s father, Jason Riley, said, “The pain I feel is unimaginable,” and that he’s “haunted” by the fear she must have felt in her final moments. “The pain of not being there, not being able to protect her, is something I’ll never escape.” Riley’s sister, Lauren Phillips, cried as she pleaded for the stiffest sentence possible. “Jose Antonio Ibarra has completely ruined my life,” she said, hoping he receives a punishment that will “ruin his.”
Well, how many minutes have the knelt in the capitol for a victim of their policies and failure to do their jobs? Oh none? Right.
No guns were involved in any of these stories, what is involved is self defense and defense of others. Daniel Penny could and did, and he was arrested. The lack of someone stepping in if they had been able cost 3 people in NYC their lives. And the verdict in the Laken Riley trial clearly demonstrates the left has no understanding of the meaning of the word “justice” let alone how to execute it. But I’m full of helpful suggestions. For example, justice. Deborah Gonzalez thinks justice wouldn’t be served to ask for the death penalty for one of her illegal invaders who has been supported by American taxpayers since he illegally entered the country. Fine, now she personally pays for his upkeep for the rest of her life. Put some skin in the game Debbie. Because the rest of America has already put in too much, the Riley/Phillips family most of all in this case.
No Debbie, no you didn’t give a darn about what the victim’s family wanted. You just wanted to side with your leftist heroes Kammie and Joe. You don’t know the meaning of the word “justice”. Justice would be Daniel Penny getting a heroes thanks and a key to the city. Justice would be the first citizen that saw the Hispanic construction worker stabbed could have intervened and stopped it, however they needed to do that. Justice for Laken would have been no open borders and she finished her nurse’s training and went on to fulfill the letter she wrote in her diary to her future husband.

Trump taps Matt Gaetz for Attorney General
President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday announced that he had chosen Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., to serve as Attorney General.
A conservative firebrand, Gaetz led a group of dissident Republicans in ousting House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in 2023. He has been a stalwart supporter of Trump.
I think Gaetz will enjoy cleaning up the DOJ and FBI.
Trump’s picks of Gaetz, Waltz for NSA, and Marco Rubio for Secretary of State put quite a dent in Florida’s Congressional delegation. But Gov. DeSantis gets to appoint Rubio’s replacement, and Gaetz and Waltz are in pretty red districts.
No doubt the Senate Dims will muck with Rubio and Gaetz’s proceedings, but I think they’ll be confirmed.
Fox News viewership was up by 60 percent from the previous year on that day, while MSNBC and CNN both declined by 23 and 40 percent respectively. The situation was even worse in prime time for both stations, as they lost 30 percent and 54 percent of the viewers they had on that day in 2023. MSNBC host Alex Wagner experienced the worst ratings in the history of her show. Chris Hayes was nipping at her heels, having his worst-rated show since May 2016.

Amsterdam police chief Olivier Dutilh said his force was preparing for another turbulent night on Tuesday. “There are calls for similar situations in Amsterdam West this evening. It’s happening right now. There are calls: women and children stay at home. That worries us.”
A senior police officer warned Tuesday of calls for more rioting in Amsterdam, after dozens of people armed with sticks and firecrackers set a tram on fire Monday night and the city faces tensions following violence last week targeting fans of an Israeli soccer club.
Wait! What??? The Israeli Jews are all home! They left the fine hospitality of Amsterdam days ago! So why are the peaceful Falestinians destroying private property and attacking innocent people in the streets? What did they do?

Over the weekend I saw a clip of some blond woman supposedly reporting the news saying that what happened in Amsterdam was because some Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestian flags. Because of course Falestinian flags should be flown in Amsterdam. So what did happen in Amsterdam?

A tram has been set on fire, and at least one man attacked in the streets, as pro-Palestinian “youths” have taken to the streets of Amsterdam in the Netherlands days after prior antisemitic violence.
Some of the media reports said Israeli soccer fans tore down Falestinian flags…again, why is it exactly that Falestinian flags are hanging in Amsterdam? And they chanted anti-Falestinian slogans. Oh, so that totally justifies it. What’s the “it”? In case you didn’t see the Amir video, the muslim taxi drivers worked together to help coordinate the pogrom (2024 edition) along with shop keepers and police that “object” to protecting Jews. Those media reports that tried to imply this was started because a Arab flag was torn down in a Dutch city went light on reporting that the muslims were attacking Jews, beating, stabbing and the old arab favorite, running them over with cars.
Which brings me back to the start of this column, however much you hate the corrupt, dishonest, biased media? It’s not enough. The are the reason much of the country is so divided, along with the educational system. But I would say the media bears the bulk of the blame. They should have a least been honest enough to tell people what “globalize the Intifada” means. But they didn’t, did they?

In this short clip the man tells what he and his wife went through, 2:12 long. They have 300 rescue animals they care for. There were 4 departments involved in this, and judges signed off on it.
This took 5 hours, the man’s wife was questioned about her immigration status, they had a search warrant and went through their house like they were looking through Melania’s underwear drawer, Peanut and Fred were kidnapped and murdered. The involved parties are all very proud of their good work in keeping New Yorkers safe from cute squirrels and racoons by murdering aforementioned animals.

Which brings me to my point.
This event where armed officers took a pet squirrel from an individual in New York opens a Pandora’s box of the horrors of leftist tyranny. The facts of the incident are disturbing enough: an anonymous instigator over 1000 miles away reported a humble man who had rescued a wounded squirrel and made a pet of him for years. The informer’s motives in doing so can only be guessed, but the owner of the pet had made the horrific mistake in today’s America of supporting conservative thought. A cadre of armed officials got a search warrant, rummaged through the man’s property for five hours, illegally questioned his wife about her immigrant status, ultimately seizing the pet and killing it without giving the owner any recourse to save its life. Now let’s take a look at the universe in which this macabre horrid little leftist “comedy” took place. In a nation overrun by tens of millions of illegal aliens, crushed by rampant crime and gang warfare, enduring a $35 trillion deficit, soul-crushing inflation, a culture of infanticide and child mutilation, sexual dysphoria, and insanity, and waging illegal lawfare against candidates of another party, New York State spent a full day killing a squirrel, that had been a harmless pet cherished by its owner for literally years.
The event in and of itself was just an act of petty cruelty. As a window into a larger universe, however, it is a fissure in the mantle of our world, signaling a cataclysmic eruption that may well end this nation. The tsunami of rage coming from ordinary and loving individuals was quite frankly astonishing.
Has America in the hands of the lunatic left become a powder keg about to explode? Will the power-hungry Democrats and their media minions spew enough hatred that even the most gentile among us will finally say ENOUGH? Does 87,000 newly minted and armed IRS agents offer you comfort or fill you with terror?
It’s about power, with demoncrat/communists, it’s party power over people, first last and always.
PINE CITY, NY — Following the public outcry about the state’s Department of Environmental Conservation raiding a local man’s home and euthanizing his pet squirrel who had hundreds of thousands of social media followers, New York authorities announced Peanut the squirrel had died of COVID-19.
Officials revealed Peanut’s cause of death in an effort to calm the backlash that resulted from what many people have labeled a blatant example of government overreach and misaligned priorities.snip clip. And yes, this one is satire. But it brings us to,
Remember, the parties put their best and brightest star at the top of their ticket, for the demoncrat/communists that would be Kamala Harris. Remember that during your down ballot choices. Even if you think someone is a “reasonable” demoncrat, I’d personally, YMMV, urge against it as it will yield things like millions of illegal invaders getting free healthcare, college and our medicare, and will stop any swamp draining that might get done. Remember, to run as a demoncrat/communist, they have to sign onto and support the demoncrat/communist party platform.
I am urging everyone to vote today, if you haven’t already. Even if you don’t think the process will work, or decency stands a chance, I want to know that I used every recourse available to me to stop the demise of my country. If nothing else, you may be able to stop an illegal invader from using your name to vote. So that’s like getting two votes right there. -1 for the communist and +1 for America.

Now why would I be dinging the obviously so helpful Lucas Kunce, well, he’s a Demoncrat and he’s talking about guns, so that’s enough to be starting with, but yes, there’s more.
Apparently Kunce gave one of the Marine led “gun safety” classes to his bestie Adam Kinzinger…yes, the lying crying twerp from the J6 committee, during a campaign event. Apparently “some” of his 13 year experience in the Marines left his head as he is, as I’ve pointed out, a demoncrat.

I guess when you shoot at steel targets from 10 feet away, you get something called “shrapnel”. Said shrapnel can fly off to hit remote and uninvolved targets, like the reporter there covering the event. Which it did. The reporter sustained a wound to his arm which Kunce bandaged.

But as that well respected (in comparison to the NY Slimes, Washington (Com) Post and the like) the Babylon Bee rightly points out, it’s time for “Common Sense Democrat Control”.
Gun owners across the nation were appalled at the photographs from the scene of the latest incident, lambasting the dangers of letting Democrats near guns. “It’s like giving a big, very dumb baby a rifle,” said Hartfield. “I take that back. Unlike these bozos, a baby wouldn’t put tannerite explosives on the table in front of them, right in the shrapnel zone where it could ignite and kill everyone. Look, you won’t find anyone more pro-gun than me, but this is like giving a drunk puppy a hand grenade.”

Why is it, that demoncrats running for office attempt to deceive voters by using their military service to claim they are pro-gun, and have extensive firearms experience with “weapons of war” and then attempt to convince people that they used a semi-automatic sporting rifle in a combat zone? They then try to parlay this “experience” into calling for restrictions on the rights of law abiding gun owners? Tim Walz, Lucas Kunce, the crap just flows all the way down doesn’t it?
So, I would like to put forth two modest proposals. In a slight addition to the Babylon Bee’s most excellent suggestion, I would propose “No demoncrat is ever again to be allowed to vote on any kind of weapons legislation” Guns, knives, bows, any and all of it is off the voting table for a demoncrat. My second suggestion will help recover some of the taxpayer money demoncrats have squandered under the Biden-Harris crime junta. No taxpayer funded for security for any demoncrat politician. They are just fine with legislating a state of defenselessness for their constituents, so it’s obviously fine for them as well. If in their view, its fine for the people that pay their salary to be legislated out of rights, then it should be fine for them. Simple, cheap and saves us money. I would add one small bit to that last part. Any Republican that votes for “citizen control” which is what gun control is, no taxpayer funded security for them either. It’s only fair.
Maybe next time Lucas Kunce and Adam Kinzinger can get go get a nice pedicure instead. Safer for everyone all around that way.
