A Time for Choosing

I watch with shock, horror, trepidation, and anger at how fast my beloved country is becoming 1930s Germany. For those that wondered how they would have been, how they would have acted, how they would have chosen, what their character would have been? Yeah, well, I think we’re going to be finding out.
Harassment of Jews, with pending property damage? Check.

The sad irony of the October 7th massacre is that the denizens of Gaza attacked probably the most liberal part of Israel. They killed and raped the people who felt the most compassion for them, who marched for them, who hired them, who drove them to hospitals in Israel.
For example, this is Vivian Silver.

The body of Canadian-Israeli Vivian Silver, one of the victims of the October 7th massacre was found.

Vivian (74) was an Israeli peace activist and leader of Women Waging Peace.

She spent years driving Gazans in need of medical care to Israeli hospitals.

They showed up on October 7th and thanked her their way – massacre!

Kfar Aza and Be’eri were made up of secular leftist peacenik types. They truly believed they could be friends and co-exist with the denizens of Gaza. So when it came time for the attack here’s how that works out in real life. The nice Gazans they had employed and paid good wages, that they had eaten meals with in their homes repaid their kindness in typical faux falestinian fashion. They had scoped out the Kibbutzim very well. They knew where the men lived, they knew who if any had guns and often where they were kept. They knew how many women and children, where they usually were, who had safe rooms and where. They then passed this intelligence onto the hamanazis.

Like the Jews of Germany that thought they were living peacefully with their neighbors for years, like the Jews living peacefully in 1929 Hevron with their Arab neighbors for years. Until one day they weren’t. Their peaceful neighbors turned into a deranged mob intent on torturing and killing one and all.

This man is a Muslim Arab Israeli who works for ZAKA, what he has to say is worth hearing.

A friend of mine told me there were a couple of religious observant Kibbutzim in the area. They lock their gates on Friday night at the start of Shabbat. They were spared, it seems the terrorists didn’t want to mess with fighting to get into some place when it was easier to go to those they knew would be lax. I’m not casting aspersions, I’m just marveling at small miracles any were spared.
And one of the questions many of us have struggled with is how could this happen?? How could Israel be so caught off guard. Well, short answer is it wasn’t, exactly. You know all those leftists in charge of our military? The ones doing drag queen story hour, and saying they would call China if our former President had been preparing to take action against them? Well, Israel has those kind as well. Caroline Glick is usually very solid. This has some of the answers, but its very painful and a bit of a warning to us as Obiden’s illegal invaders continue to stream across our border.

I’ve gotten the following information from more than one source, and it seems to line up pretty consistently.

Some of the horrors Israeli hostages experienced at the hands of Hamas in Gaza:

*Executed in captivity.

*Denied medical treatment.

*Starvation.

*Women kept in cages.

*Some forced to eat toilet paper.

*Sleep deprivation.

*Forced to watch Oct 7 atrocities.

*Separation from families.

*Children branded with exhaust pipes in case of escape.

*Beatings.

*Deprived of daylight.

*Solitary confinement.

*Elderly women forced to sleep on plastic chairs.

*Children forced to whisper, not allowed to cry.

*Denied basic hygiene.

*Confined to cramped spaces.

*No idea if their families survived.

*Forced to participate in degrading propaganda videos.

*Not a single visit from the Red Cross.

NEVER donate money to the Red Cross. Not only do they have a horrid history going back to WWII, while they certify the hamanazi ambulance service Red Crescent which is used to transport and hide terrorists, they refuse to certify Israel’s Magan David Adom ambulance service. In addition to which in this case the Red Cross did not demand of the hamanazis to be allowed to visit the hostages, and when asked by the family of an elderly hostage to take her medicine (which they had brought with them) to her in captivity, they refused. Yep, the Red Cross refused to take provided medication to an elderly hostage. NEVER give money to the Red Cross.

And this is just what we know about!Prof. Itai Pesach, head of children’s hospital at Sheba, said “When the children will start telling their stories, none of us will be able to sleep at night”.

Eitan was a Hamas hostage. He is 12 years old.

Eitan was brutally beaten on the day he was kidnapped by crowds of “innocent” civilians as he was brought from Israel into Gaza.

He was bullied by Palestinian boys under the instructions of a male teacher.

In captivity, he was forced to watch horrific videos of the massacre and torture of people he knew by the terrorists from October 7th.

He also said that the terrorists threatened them with weapons when the kidnapped Israeli children were crying.

When the Hamanazis said they didn’t know where all the hostages were they may have been telling the truth. Because the “innocent denizens of Gaza” were very actively involved in the kidnapping, torture and murder of the kidnapped Israelis. They also were holding some of them in private homes. Including a UNRWA teacher who held a captive in his attic for around 50 days basically starving the captive. Another Israeli was held captive by a Falestinian “doctor”. Yeah he is suppose to be a real doctor but apparently the Hippocratic oath hasn’t been translated into Falestinian.

This is the truth about Hamas, this is the high moral imperative of the Palestinian majority.

To torment and kill Israelis and Jews. This opinion poll was done around October 7^th.

Be sure that Arab leaders are not as enthusiastic about a Palestinian state solution as the US administration does. Why? They have their past to lean on –

In the early 1950s, the Palestinian leadership collaborated with the Muslim Brotherhood, terrorizing Egypt, their host country.

In the mid-1960s, the Palestinian leadership terrorized Syria, their host country.

In 1968-70, the Palestinian leadership triggered a civil war in Jordan, attempting to topple their host Hashemite regime.

In 1970-82, the Palestinian leadership instigated a series of civil wars in Lebanon, aiming to take over their host country.

In 1990, the Palestinian leadership collaborated with Saddam Hussein’s invasion and plunder of Kuwait, which was for decades the most generous Arab host of 400,000 Palestinians.

From 1939, about nine years before the declaration by Israel of statehood,

Nobody wants these flotsom of human kind including other Arab nations which share a language and religion with them. This is Saudi author and media personality Rawaf al-Saeen. It has English subtitles and is pretty enlightening coming from the Arabic side.

Also weighing in for “news sources” that use the information given to them by the falestinian health ministry, is Amjad Taha, Arabic journalist, a real one. As opposed to cnn, msnbc and NYT. You see the falestinian health ministry is hamass. It’s run by hamass and is hamass. If they’re willing to behead babies, they’re willing to lie to a gullible western media and populace about how many are dead and how they got that way.

And some of the Western Media is very very stupid. Kudos to Elyon Levy.

There are no innocents in Gaza.

For years, good people with good intentions and it’s safe to say naive, believed in and promoted the idea of peace between us and the Palestinians. People who believed with all their hearts in the idea of two states and thought that normal people who dream the same dream live in Gaza.

A dream that shattered into pieces on October 7, 2023.

After recovering from the initial shock of the terrible massacre and with the revelation of the evidence of the atrocities committed by the Nazi terrorists, there is no shadow of a doubt that those who took part in the attack on the Gaza Strip, provided the intelligence on the homes of the residents and led the mob in the second wave of looting and destruction, were Gazans who worked in the settlements they invaded. They made a living and ate in the homes of the massacred residents, those residents who helped them and their families when they were sick and took care of transporting them from Gaza to Israel for life-saving treatments in hospitals in Israel.

The late Vivian Silver, from Kibbutz Be’eri, was one of those people who worked for peace and for the people of Gaza. She established aid programs for Gazans, made sure the workers were paid fair wages, transported the sick to hospital treatment and a few days before the massacre organized a peace rally in Jerusalem where Israeli women marched alongside women. On the Black Saturday, she was murdered with terrible cruelty by the very people she had worked for over the years, and none of the residents of Gaza condemned the murder or expressed shock.

Some will say that the residents of Gaza are afraid of Hamas and that is why we have not heard any condemnation from them, but the scenes we are witnessing in the last few days every evening when our abductees are transferred to the Red Cross and the testimonies of those who have returned from captivity, leave no room for doubt.

Hamas receives overwhelming support in Gaza.

The enraged crowd that insults and spits on the abductees, our small children who say they were beaten by Gazans of all ages and the demonstrations of joy and support for terrorists throughout Gaza, testify to the cruelty of the population that educates its children to hate the State of Israel and trains a new generation of terrorists and supporters of terrorism whose goal is the destruction of the State of Israel for all its citizens.

Gaza is a wasp’s nest of terrorists.

There is complete synchronization between Hamas and “innocent” citizens and the story of Roni Kariboy, who was kidnapped from the music festival by the bad guys, illustrates this. Roni managed to escape from captivity and hide for a few days, until Gazans caught him and returned him to his captors.

This is probably the reason why the terrorists marked the legs of the kidnapped children with the exhaust pipe of a motorcycle in order to make it easy to identify them in case they escape.

Another evidence of the full cooperation of the population can be found in the corridors of Shifa Hospital, where the hospital director and other senior doctors helped the terrorists hide hostages and turned the hospital into a haven for terrorists. But it’s not only in hospitals that you find collaborators, also in private homes of UNRWA medical professionals and teachers where hostages were held in terrible conditions.

These things are also reflected in social networks, in the Arab world and in Gaza. 99.9% of all publications are words of praise and wall-to-wall support for Hamas and the horrible acts of October 7th.

Now someone show me where innocent people who are not involved in terrorism are hiding in the Gaza Strip.

Why I am not moved emotionally by Gazan deaths

Stop worrying about Gazan civilians

Might there be guidance from the Torah about how such things should be handled? Why, yes indeed. In last weeks Parsha as a matter of fact!

Fifth Reading 34:1 Dinah was the daughter of Leah, whom Leah had borne to Jacob.46 Dinah was Leah’s daughter not only in the biological sense but also in the moral sense: she inherited her mother’s willingness to venture out of the safety of her tent47 for holy and righteous purposes. Confident in her ability to positively influence others—even though she was no more than a girl of ten at the time—she went out to observe the girls of that region in order to convince them to adopt the righteous ways of her family.

2 But Shechem, son of Chamor the Hivite, who was the chief of the region, saw her, took her, raped her, and abused her carnally in other ways, as well.

3 Despite himself, he was strongly drawn to Jacob’s daughter Dinah; he loved the girl, and spoke to the girl in a way he hoped would win over her heart, saying, “Look how many ornate coins your father expended just to purchase a small parcel of land.49 If you marry me, the whole city and its environs will effortlessly and automatically belong to you.”

4 Shechem spoke to his father, Chamor, as follows: “Get me this young girl as a wife.”

5 Now Jacob heard that Shechem had defiled his daughter Dinah. His sons were in the field with his livestock, so Jacob held his peace until they came.

6 Meanwhile, Shechem’s father, Chamor, went out to Jacob to speak with him.

7 Jacob’s sons returned from the field when they heard what Shechem had done to Dinah. The men, her brothers, became aggrieved and were deeply incensed, for Shechem had committed an outrage to their father Israel by raping their sister, Jacob’s daughter. Such a thing was considered socially and legally taboo ever since humanity had collectively foresworn illicit carnal relations in the wake of the Flood50 and made such acts a capital offense. Thus, Shechem’s act made him liable to the death penalty. The other residents of the city were implicated in his offense as well, for not having voiced their protest.51

8 Chamor spoke with them, saying, “My son Shechem deeply desires your daughter. I implore you, give her to him in marriage

9 and intermarry with us: give us your daughters, and take our daughters for yourselves. These marriages between our two peoples shall take place at your sole discretion: you may decide to which of our men you will give your daughters, as well as which of our daughters you will take for your men.

10 You shall live among us, and the land will be open before you; you may settle it, trade in it, and acquire holdings in it.”

11 Then Shechem said to her father and brothers, “Let me find favor in your eyes, and whatever you tell me to give as a dowry, I will give.

12 Go ahead, demand of me an exceedingly high figure for the dowry you will stipulate in the bridal contract, and for gifts, and I will give as much as you tell me; just give me this girl as a wife!”

13 When Jacob’s sons replied to Shechem and his father, Chamor, they spoke cunningly, for he had defiled their sister Dinah.

14 They told them, “We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to an uncircumcised man, for that would be considered a disgrace to us. In fact, when one of our people wishes to insult someone, he calls him ‘uncircumcised’ or ‘the son of an uncircumcised father.’

15 Therefore, will we give our assent only on this condition: that you be like us in that every male among you be circumcised.

16 We will then intermarry with you as you have proposed, i.e., at our sole discretion: We will give you our daughters and take your daughters for ourselves, and we will live together with you and become a single nation.

17 But if you do not heed us and circumcise yourselves, we will take our daughter and depart.”

18 Their terms were acceptable to Chamor and to Shechem, Chamor’s son.

19 The young man did not delay in carrying out this thing, since he desired Jacob’s daughter, and he was the most respected person in his father’s household.

20 Chamor then came with his son Shechem to the gate of their city, and they spoke to the men of their city as follows:

21 “These men are fully at peace with us. Let them live in the land and trade in it, for the land has ample room for them. Supply in our land exceeds demand, so letting them live here and trade in the land will not adversely affect our economy.” When Chamor and Shechem had proposed intermarriage between the two peoples to Jacob and his sons, they phrased their proposal to Jacob’s family’s advantage, allowing them to select Hivite men for their daughters and take whatever Hivite girls they wished for wives. In contrast, when they now set the proposal of intermarriage before their compatriots, they altered the wording to their compatriot’s advantage in order to induce them to consent to be circumcised: “We will take their daughters as wives, and we will give our daughters to them, both at our discretion.

22 But only on this condition will these men consent to live with us and become one nation: that every male among us be circumcised, just as they are circumcised.

23 After all, when they will dwell among us, their livestock, their possessions, and all their animals will become ours. Let us just agree to their condition and they will live among us.”

24 All the people who came out to the gate of Chamor’s city heeded Chamor and his son Shechem, and all the males who passed through the gate of his city had themselves circumcised.

25 On the third day after their circumcision, when the Hivites were in pain, two of Jacob’s sons, Simeon and Levi, each took up his sword. They acted as Dinah’s loyal brothers, risking their lives for her sake, but without first consulting their father. They fell upon the city, confident in their ability to overcome the men—firstly, because of the Hivites’ weakness and pain due to the circumcision, and secondly, in the merit of their father Jacob—and killed every male.

26 They also killed Chamor and his son Shechem by the sword, and took Dinah from Shechem’s house and left. When they went to rescue Dinah, they found her agonizing in embarrassment over what had been done to her and afraid that, consequentially, no one would want to marry her; Simeon therefore promised that he would marry her, and it was only on this condition that she consented to be rescued.52

When the two brothers attacked the city of Shechem, Jacob took up his sword and bow and stood at the entrance to the city in readiness to protect his sons if any of its allies would come to side with its inhabitants.53

27 Jacob’s sons came to strip the slain of their possessions, and they plundered the city that had defiled their sister.

28 They took the Hivites’ flocks, cattle, donkeys, and whatever else was in the city and the field.

29 They seized all their money and captured all their children and womenfolk, and plundered everything in the houses.

A couple of thoughts, Dinah was TEN, TEN years old when Shechem raped her. I was attempting to explain why the actions of Simeon and Levi were responsible and reasonable. The whole town did nothing to stop the depraved Shechem from brutalizing the child, and after he did so they did nothing to confront him. So will the town continue to behave in such a manner? Yes. Of course.

I thought Lenny Goldberg had a great (if short) show on this very topic this week.

Part of the problem is people look at this situation and actions through the mind set of the mid-west. The middle East is not the mid-west.

Some of the terrorists Israel has released are again calling for the murder of innocent Israeli civilians. Already.

And the hamanazis are saying they intend to repeat October 7^th.

Understand this, our country has become so depraved that when those in charge of 3 major schools of higher learning refused to say that calling for the murder of Jews is a violation of their school’s policies you know where we’re at. The best they could manage was if the terrorists actions crossed over from calling for genocide into actually committing genocide then that might maybe be a violation of their schools policies. Situation dependent you understand, of course.

There are many many people stacked against what used to be normalcy and decency. But there are some interesting solutions. I do love this short video.

This woman in Israel is known for cheerleading and supporting Hamas. She got the shock of her life when the Israeli police informed her in person that she would be relocated to Gaza—the ultimate fan experience, right at the heart of the action, the headquarters of Hamas! Israeli Arabs enjoy one of the highest standards of living in the world, even higher than other Arabic countries usually. But this woman just loves and supports the Hamanazis, and hasn’t been shy about telling everyone. So, Israel is shipping her to Gaza!! What a fabulous idea!! Look at her excitement and the look of pure joy on her face!! They’ve made her dream come true. I’d like to suggest we begin to do the same to some college students and the presidents of Harvaaaaard, MIT and Penn. I’m sure they’d love it!! T

What kind of people will we be? What kind of people are we? What will we contribute to society, our country and our world?Will we seek out and find why G-d wants us here at this time in this place? All questions for each of us to answer.

Commenting on ATF proposed Diktat, before Dec 7th

Ah yes, another day which will live in infamy. Goodness know people who love citizen control seem to be drawn to it. I’m passing this along from a list I’m on, those that can drop a note, please do so.

The Department of Justice has put forth a proposal amending ATF regulations to implement the provisions of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act that broaden the definition of when a person is considered “engaged in the business” as a dealer in firearms which would require that individual to acquire a Federal Firearms License (FFL).

This proposal defines, among other things, the following to be dealers:

Anyone who sells or offers for sale a firearm within 30 days of purchase.
Anyone who sells or offers for sale firearms that are new or like new in their original packaging.
Anyone who makes or maintains records in any form to document firearms purchases.

Any violation of this regulation would result in asset forfeiture, fines, and/or imprisonment. This proposed regulation is essentially a back door attempt to establish a national gun registry, which is illegal. A national registry is the first step for gun confiscation.

Before this proposal can go into effect there must be an opportunity for citizens to make comments for and against it. The Comment Period ends December 7th.

To whom it concern:
On behalf of __________, a _____ of __ (members, participants pick one), we are writing to
object to several provisions of the proposed 27 CFR Part 478. We operate what you would consider
to be a gun show. The proposed regulation goes far beyond the language and intent of the new
provisions of law set forth in the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (“BSCA”). In particular the
proposed rulemaking is looking to 18 U.S.C. §921(a)(21)(C) and (22) for support for the definitional
provisions being supplied for presumptions as to those “engaged in the business” of selling firearms
and selling fire arms with an intent “to earn a profit” as set forth in the proposed regulation.
18 U.S.C. §921 (a)(21)(C) provides:
The term “engaged in the business” means–

(C) as applied to a dealer in firearms, as defined in section 921(a)(11)(A), a person who
devotes time, attention, and labor to dealing in firearms as a regular course of trade or
business to predominantly earn a profit through the repetitive purchase and resale of
firearms, but such term shall not include a person who makes occasional sales,
exchanges, or purchases of firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for
a hobby, or who sells all or part of his personal collection of firearms;
(emphasis added)
Please note this provision states to predominantly earn a profit. The presumptions put
forth in the proposed regulations presume that the sale of one firearm for a sum more than the
person paid for it constitutes a sale for a profit and requires the person to be a licensed firearms
dealer. We submit that this interpretation is beyond the statutory language to “predominately
earn a profit”. We also submit that it fails to take into account any other expense or time value
of money associated with the sale of the firearm, which is a part of any normal calculation of
“profit” and hence is beyond the proper basis of an interpretive regulation. Many of our
________ (members, participants) expend substantial sums to attend our events. These costs
would be factored into any reasonable definition of “profit”. But more importantly the
presumptions put forward are contrary to the statutory exceptions as to who is a dealer “but
such term shall not include a person who makes occasional sales, exchanges, or purchases of
firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a hobby, or who sells all or part of
his personal collection of firearms”. (see above) Many of our table holders are engaged in sales
for their personal collections. But the proposed presumptions do not recognize this exception.
Further, the proposed regulations conflate together “sales, exchanges, or purchases of firearms
for the enhancement of a personal collection” and “for a hobby”. The two provisions are
separate. The “for a hobby” provision allows a person to sell, exchange or purchase firearms
on an occasional basis for a hobby, without being required to obtain a license. The “for a hobby
provision” and the “for a personal collection” provision are two separate and distinct items.
These provisions relate back as well to the provision of “to predominately earn a profit”.

Therefore, the person who purchases or sells firearms occasionally as a collector or for a hobby
is not a firearms dealer, and not required to be licensed. The proposed regulations do not
account for this and go beyond the statutory mandate.
The proposed regulations provide:
Section 478.11 provides in part:

Dealer. Any person engaged in the business of selling firearms at wholesale or
retail; any person engaged in the business of repairing firearms or of making or fitting
special barrels, stocks, or trigger mechanisms to firearms; or any person who is a
pawnbroker. The term shall include any person who engages in such business or occupation
on a part-time basis. The term shall include such activities wherever, or through whatever
medium, they may be conducted, such as at a gun show or event, flea market, auction house,
or gun range or club; at one’s home; by mail order; over the Internet; through the use of other
electronic means (e.g., an online broker, online auction, text messaging service, social media
raffle, or website); or at any other domestic or international public or private marketplace or
premises.

Engaged in the business—
* * * * *
(c) Dealer in firearms other than a gunsmith or a pawnbroker. (1) A person who
devotes time, attention, and labor to dealing in firearms as a regular course of trade or
business to predominantly earn a profit through the repetitive purchase and resale of
firearms, but such term shall not include a person who makes occasional sales,
exchanges, or purchases of firearms for the enhancement of a personal collection or for a
hobby, or who sells all or part of the person’s personal collection of firearms.

Whether a person is engaged in the business of dealing in firearms requiring a license is
a fact-specific inquiry. Selling large numbers of firearms or engaging or
offering to engage in frequent transactions may be highly indicative of business activity.
However, there is no minimum threshold number of firearms purchased or sold that
triggers the licensing requirement. Similarly, there is no minimum number of
transactions that determines whether a person is “engaged in the business” of dealing in
firearms. For example, even a single firearm transaction or offer to engage in a
transaction, when combined with other evidence (e.g., where a person represents to others
a willingness to acquire more firearms for resale or offers more firearms for sale), may
require a license. A person shall be presumed to be engaged in the business of dealing in

firearms in civil and administrative proceedings, absent reliable evidence to the contrary,
when the person—
a. Sells or offers for sale firearms, and also represents to potential buyers or
otherwise demonstrates a willingness and ability to purchase and sell additional firearms;
b.
c. Spends more money or its equivalent on purchases of firearms for the purpose
of resale than the person’s reported gross taxable income during the applicable period of
time;

(iv) Repetitively sells or offers for sale firearms—

i. That are new, or like new in their original packaging; or
ii. Of the same or similar kind (i.e., make/manufacturer, model,
caliber/gauge, and action) and type (i.e., rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol,
frame, receiver, machinegun, silencer, destructive device, or ‘other’
firearm);

* * *

(4) Where a person’s conduct does not otherwise demonstrate a predominant intent to earn
a profit, the person shall not be presumed to be engaged in the business of dealing in
firearms when the person transfers firearms only as bona fide gifts, or
occasionally sells firearms only to obtain more valuable, desirable, or useful firearms
for the person’s personal collection or hobby.
The underlined language deviates substantially for the statutory provision of selling
firearms to “predominately earn a profit”. Selling or offering to sell firearms and being willing
to buy does not in and of itself evidence that this is being done to “predominately earn a
profit”. Most who collect firearms or engage in the sale of firearms for a hobby are willing to
buy or willing to sell, but this in and of itself is not establish by a preponderance that they are
doing so to “predominately earn a profit”. The provision that a person who spends more money

than their reported gross taxable income on purchasing firearms for resale, has no basis what-
so-ever in “profit”. Profit is based on a sum in excess of all costs. Not gross income. Further,

many retired people have a small gross taxable income compared to their assets. This provision
is not in conformance with the law.

The provision prohibiting sales of firearms that are like new in their original packing or
of a similar kind by manufacturer, model, caliber and type of gun is ludicrous. Virtually every
collector or hobbyist focuses their efforts on specific manufactures and types of firearms. They
are for the most part devoted to something. Further, like new in original packing firearms are
what is the most sought after of collectible firearms. These provisions do not constitute
reasonable presumptions by themselves of being engaged in the sale of firearms.
Several of the provisions relating to an “intent to predominately earn a profit presumption” are
erroneous. The provisions provide in part:

Predominantly earn a profit. (a) The intent underlying the sale or disposition of
firearms is predominantly one of obtaining pecuniary gain, as opposed to other intents,
such as improving or liquidating a personal firearms collection. * * *
(b) The intent to predominantly earn a profit is a fact-specific inquiry. A person
shall be presumed to have the intent to predominantly earn a profit from the sale or
disposition of firearms in civil and administrative proceedings, absent reliable evidence to
the contrary, when the person—
(1) Advertises, markets, or otherwise promotes a firearms business (e.g., advertises or
posts firearms for sale, including on any website, establishes a website for offering
their firearms for sale, makes available business cards, or tags firearms with sales
prices), regardless of whether the person incurs expenses or only promotes the
business informally;
(2) Purchases, rents, or otherwise secures or sets aside permanent or temporary
physical space to display or store firearms they offer for sale, including part or all of a
business premises, o r table space at a gun show, or display case;
(3) Makes or maintains records, in any form, to document, track, or calculate
profits and losses from firearms purchases and sales;
The provisions presume intent to profit without any proof of profit, and shift the burden to the
seller of the firearms to prove otherwise and subject the seller to civil forfeiture of their firearms as
well 18 U.S.C. 924(d)(1). The changes in the law did not provide that a person could not advertise a
firearm for sale, put a price tag on it, place it for sale on the internet, or rent a table at a gun show. The
law specifically provides for occasional sales for gun collectors and hobbyist. The proposed

presumptions prohibit all such sales except maybe by word of mouth. These provisions are not in
conformance with the law.
Gun shows and collector club meetings with sales and purchases by non-dealers were not
prohibited by the BSCA. Had that been the intent of the BSCA it would have so stated. Had it stated
such, much opposition would have come forth. It is not proper to take actions by regulation that go far
beyond what Congress provided in law.
We respectfully submit that the provisions in paragraph (c) setting forth presumptions of
“engaged in business” and the revisions setting forth presumptions of “intent to earn a profit” are not
supported by the language of BSCA, and should not be adopted.

Just a few random and sundry thoughts about the continuing war against Israel, civilization and humanity.

The death toll continues to rise, around 1400 last I heard and the number of hostages is around 238 I believe. Hamass also takes the bodies of the dead, because Jews give the dead the due respect of a proper burial. When Jews were forcefully evacuated from Gaza in 2005 in the horribly misguided (and anti-Torah) attempt at land for peace called the two-state solution all of the cemeteries were emptied of their dead and they were reburied in other parts of Israel. Because they knew the Falestinians would dig up the bodies and desecrate them. They knew this, and yet they thought giving them a place next door to launch rockets from would bring peace. Astonishing. Demoncrats and the U.N. yammer on about two-state solutions and there has been one since 2005, it’s called Jew free Gaza. In 2006 the Falestinians elected Hamass to represent them, by over 70%. Part of Hamass’s charter is to kill every Jew. Explain to me about the poor peaceful innocent citizens of Gaza. Go ahead. And while we’re on that topic, if you haven’t seen the videos of the terrorists driving back into Gaza with the captives, allow me to share how the innocent citizens of Gaza reacted. If the Israeli, or Thai, or Ukrainian or Russian, or American were the target, they were beaten, tortured, raped and possibly killed. Not by Hamass, by the inhabitants. I think I need to quit using the word citizen because that implies something human. I think inhabitant is going to be my choice. Last I heard in Gaza there was an 80% approval rating for Hamass. Of course that could have been before the blockade. Since hamass steals the food, water, fuel and supplies and hides them in the tunnels for the terrorists, the inhabitants that voted for them might be feeling the pinch. Oh wait, nope, my bad. Turns out the whole world is clamoring for Israel to allow humanitarian aid in. Of course. But the blockade is the leverage to getting the hostages back. If things get bad enough the denizens of Gaza may begin to spill what they know about the hostages. The world can’t have that! The baby killers must be protected at all costs! Think of the rights of the rapist the college students in full throated ignorance bray!

But these pro-terrorist rallies are going on around the world.

I heard one host talking about the group having people all over that can be mobilized quickly for any kind of intersectional (think BLM, George Floyd, Antifa) type riot. Another attempt to destabilize Western culture. Hey hey, ho ho, western civ has got to go. The irony of the one in Egypt is that hamass is a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Yes, the ones that Egyptians threw out after obama and the CIA lead a revolution and put Morsi in. The Egyptians didn’t put up with it and El-Sisi took over. So now the Egyptians love the MB? Fine, ask El-Sisi to step aside and take them back. The Muslim Brotherhood is outlawed in Egypt. But there they are in Cairo…Of course you can get stupid college students to do it for free. Jewish students were trapped inside the library as the defenders of barbarism pounded on the doors and demanded to be let in. The librarians had locked the doors, the mob had cruised right by the school security guards who sprang into did nothing. Students called family and friends who called the police, who did show up and were told by the school not to intervene. That’s right, no arrests were made. The librarians helpfully suggested the Jewish students could hide in the attic. Of course I’m not making it up, I’m too angry. This is where we are in America. 1930 Germany. Statistics are almost redundant as we are flooded with images and videos of Muslims and their useful cronies shouting “By any means necessary” and “Jewish genocide” in the streets of New York City, Dearborn, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and across other American cities and campuses. On the so-called “Day of Rage” after the massacre, Brooklyn College protesters, several blocks from my home, pledged allegiance to their “heroes in the resistance”.

This is sadly not as shocking to Orthodox Jews as it is to their secular liberal brothers. Those on the right have been sounding the warning bell for years, pointing to the dangerous alliance between leftist Jews and anti-Israel progressives and Muslims. However, it took a sadistic massacre that killed largely secular and left-leaning Israelis for woke American Jews to awaken to the fact that progressives are not all that interested in their brand of tikkun olam. Worse, many realize that they were complicit in amplifying the very threats they are now facing.

Jonathan Greenblatt of the ADL, which has been at the forefront of progressive activism – from fighting “systemic racism”, abortion rights, gender rights, immigrant rights – is now pushing back against former cohorts. Shortly after October 7th, Greenblatt admonished MSNBC for failing to portray what actually happened on that fateful day. “I am angry with the world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis and sanitized the view of Hamas,” he said. “I love this show and network, but who’s writing the scripts?”

Greenblatt is now calling on CNN and other media outlets to get their story straight too. “The carelessness with which they treat Jewish victims is crazy…Demonizing and dehumanizing Israelis and Zionists is how you get this kind of barbarism and these atrocities.”

You have to give this guy credit. It must not be easy for a former Obama employee, who in 2015 trashed opponents of the Iran Deal.

Most countries stopped using captagon in 1986 due to its addictive properties and negative effects. But its popularity remains strong in the Middle East despite the drug being banned by Middle Eastern governments.

“It has become very popular for the leaders of various terrorist organizations to give them to people, first of all, to break them mentally and indoctrinate them, and in particular before operations because it makes them more hyperactive, more cruel and merciless.”

Irina Zuckerman, a geopolitical analyst says that the terrorist organizations use the drug to control the fighters. They become more obedient, more open to suggestions, and more addicted.

“The main function of the drug is to increase the willingness to fight. And you can even see it from watching some of these terrorists, from their videos that they took with their body cameras, they seemed much more alert, and much more hyperactive.”

I don’t know that I’d go that far, but his point is that basically our culture and civilization is at stake here.

Civilizations are real. The culture and civilization of Asia are very, very different from the culture of Africa. And the way things work in Afghanistan is very, very different from the way they work in Australia.

And our civilization is the Judeo-Christian Civilization.

Between universities, demoncrats, the well-meaning but very uninformed and gullible fretting over the innocent Falestinians, the Soros funded mobs and the actual jihadis we’re in real trouble. Add in the Russians and Chinese men of military age that have come across the border, the jihad is going to hit U.S.

I was at the veterinarian clinic with my Belgian shepherd, Killian. As I waited, an elderly gentleman with his 14-year-old German shepherd recognized me from my Newsmax show. We chatted at length about what happened on October 7th and what needs to happen to the savages of Hamas. He was born in Israel to Jewish parents who escaped Hungary before the war and moved to the reborn nation of Israel in 1948.

At the end of our chat, he tapped his side and said: “I’m ready for them. If they try and kill me, I’ll take a few of those bastards with me.”

Which brings me to close with comments about guns and the left.

People think of Israel just bristling with guns, that all the citizens walk around armed. Well, no. A lot of those pictures you see of “civilians” carrying a rifle and ordering a coffee are active duty soldiers, just not on duty. In certain parts of Israel you could get a license to have a gun. And in many of the Kibbutzim there were guns. They were locked up in the armory. That’s how Nir in my last column was able to get an AR and arm some of her fellow neighbors in the Kibbutz. She was able to make it to the armory and get it unlocked. Remember this next time you hear about mandatory safe storage. It’s not. Well, not for you anyway.

When the attacks started and word got out, people, regular citizens and soldiers were coming from all over to try to help. Many of them with just a pistol and maybe 50 or 60 rounds. Because up until recently that was the annual limit. Ben-Gvir increased that recently to 100. They need to be handing that stuff out like candy on Halloween. I’m sure there were no adequate capacity magazines. Every policy the left advocates on guns is going to get innocent law abiding citizens hurt. This was played out in technicolor on October 7^th.

But what’s different in Israel than America is that Israel is uniting. Gone are the “Judicial Reform” protests. Everyone is doing what they can to support the soldiers, and the displaced Israelis. Tons of them from rocket bombarded areas. Rockets fired from the land given for peace to the Falestinians as a two state solution. Land rife with terror tunnels created by the cement and supplies sent to the “innocent hamass voting denizens of Gaza” to have schools where they will be indoctrinated by the U.N. to hate Jews, and hospitals. Tunnels and rocket launch sites are under both. Hamass knows the Israelis will have to take out those launch sites and then they will cry to the NYSlimes, the AP and Joe & Mika that Israel bombed their hospital. The press will run with the Hamass PR statement and it will be a great victory, a victory for everyone but the innocent.

Do you know how hamass got so much information about who would be where? The layouts of the Kibbutzim? How many were in a family, where the armories were? The Gazan workers. Yep, all those work permits that Bibi had been pressured by America’s demoncrats to issue to relieve the poverty and suffering of the poor Gazans. They came into Israel and gathered information they passed on to hamass. The people on the Kibbutz thought they were living in peace with them. Nope. Just like in Hevron in 1929. The Jews had lived in peace with their Arab neighbors…until one day they didn’t. Something for U.S. to keep in mind.

This is not a war for land. Hamass is a religion, a religion that demands the murder of every Jew everywhere on the planet. And you do know their saying, right? First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people. This fight? This fight is for civilization against a sub-human group of people for which no atrocity is to great. This is why we must be prepared to fight. I listen regularly to a subscription radio show. For the last few shows the non-Jewish show host has stated in every show, “Jews, get a gun. Get a gun now while you can and learn to shoot and carry it”.

On Shabbat in Israel as Jews celebrated Shabbat and Simchat Torah (celebration of finishing the annual reading cycle of the Torah) She was invaded by hamass. So how could this happen? How could Israel with it’s amazing IDF and Mossad have been caught so flat footed? Like the Yom Kippur war of 1973, this was a surprise attack that didn’t surprise those not blinded by normalcy bias. The Egyptians openly trained and conditioned the Israelis to write off the training as “just maneuvers”. In an interview with Tamar Yonah, Jonathan Pollard told of seeing a hamass video in which they were parading with all their rockets, in formation in military garb. He talked to people about it, people that should have listened and could have done something. Which they did, they told him it was “just propaganda”. He told them it wasn’t, to look at the end of the video, when they say “Soon”. Well, “soon” came about 2 weeks later. It might also be helpful to remember that the left is in control of the military and intelligence services in Israel and well as America. Remember as many Israelis were protesting judicial reform the left urged soldiers not to show up, they urged pilots and doctors not to show up for work. Do I know if that played a role? No, but it was on my mind as I just did a column on July 28^th of this year. The left is willing to destroy anything, as long as they’re in control of what’s left, to paraphrase Moshe Feiglin.

So, how did we get here?

It also might be worth remembering Israel completely surrendered the Gaza strip to the arabs in 2005 as part of the disaster known as the 1993 Oslo accords. The IDF came and pulled Israelis living in the Gaza strip out of their homes and farms, all that was turned over to the “peaceful falestinians” just yearning for a land of their own. They got it, in 2005, Gaza, the two state solution. Israel traded land for peace. It has failed abysmally. And, they should have known. Talk about ignoring the writing on the wall. This article is from September 12, 2023 and is quite good. But it’s not that different from this one written on September 15, 2002. But this one gives some data.

During the first seven years following the accords, more than 300 Israelis were murdered by Palestinian Arab terrorists–far more than the number killed during the seven years before Oslo. Since October 2000, when the Palestinian Authority launched its all-out war against Israel, another 600 Israelis have been murdered–a total of nearly 1,000 fatalities since the Oslo agreement. From the standpoint of personal security, Israelis are far worse off today than before Oslo.

Oslo even put guns in the terrorists’ hands. As part of the agreement, Israel supplied the PA security forces with thousands of rifles that weresupposed to be used to fight against terrorists. Instead, they have been used to murder Israelis.

What, oh what I ask, could go wrong? Well, the denizens of Gaza voted by 70% to be ruled by hamass rather than the corrupt dishonest Falestinian Authority. That being said, Israel gets some of it’s intelligence from the arabs living in Gaza. But for the most part, they voted for this misery the live under with hamass.

So in my reasonably humble opinion, there shouldn’t be any arabs in Gaza to use it as a base from which to launch rockets into Israel. I think they should have used Moshe Feiglin’s plan. Give the arabs a sum of money to leave Israel and a one way ticket to wherever. Jordan, Syria, there’s lots of countries that are muslim and speak Arabic. Same with Judea and Shomron, pay them off and set the free from being “oppressed” by Israel. Except that they don’t want to go.

So what’s happened?

Apparently hamass knocked out part of Israel’s monitoring system in the area with bomb drones.

I’ve also heard the fence was weakened by all the protests earlier. Apparently those parts of the fence, if I’m understanding this correctly, were where the bulldozers just knocked it down, and in some areas set fire.

The hamass terrorists came in and it sounds like the town of Sderot has been almost wiped out. There were arab terrorist journalists giving updates from Israeli cities as the terrorists roamed freely through the town slaughtering people as they found them. People were calling for help asking where the Army was, the terrorists were at the door, then the line would go dead. The terrorists went to the bomb shelters, knocked on the door pretending to be people in need of shelter and when the door was opened to them, they killed everyone inside.

Which brings me to my next point, while Israel is filtering the news, and I’ve heard most of the world media didn’t report much initially, hamass is very proud of what they’ve done and have shot lots of video and posted it to their social media accounts which it seems aren’t censored.

These are hard to watch, so take that as a warning. The hamass terrorists are not humans, they have lost all trace of humanity. There are 1,000 dead Israelis, I believe most of them are civilians as that seems to be what hamass are targeting. They aren’t going to military bases for the most part, but instead Kibbutzim and small towns. There have been soldiers captured, and hamass is beheading them. There were 260 teenagers killed at a music festival. Because nothing says we’re big brave soldiers like killing a bunch of dancing teenagers, or old men driving a car. Military targets? Seriously?

But it’s not just hamass from Gaza, hamass is asking Hebollocks in the north to join in the fun. And they are starting to show they might.

I’ve heard the number of Israeli casualties from Saturday’s attack is now equal to the number of casualties they had during the June 1967 six days war.

What about the Iron Dome? Apparently they shot so many rockets into Israel in a short period of time, it overwhelmed the Iron Dome defense system.

Hamass claims to have captured over 150-200 Israeli citizens, most of which seem to be women, children, the elderly and are holding them hostage. One was a German citizen there for the music festival. She was a tattoo artist and had a very distinctive tattoo on her leg. It’s what the family used to identify her in hamass video and speak out to the press contradicting hamass. She was not an IDF soldier, just a girl at a music festival. It seems like most of the hostages are being taken back to Gaza and abused and paraded through the streets of Gaza.

Although some they took video of in their homes like this scared elderly lady they were mocking.

Apparently hamass is extremely proud of shooting terrified children as they ran, they posted that to social media as well.

hamass also considered the Synagogue and Barzilei hospital in Ashkelon to be valid targets. Apparently the arabs think everyone hides munitions and soldiers in hospitals and their religious buildings. Nope, just them. They also use schools and apartment buildings, nothing is to low for hamass.

Apparently including cannibalism. Remember a few years ago when the Kurds were fighting for freedom in Syria? There was video of the Syrian soldiers eating the heart of a dead enemy soldier? Well, not to be out done, as I understand it, there is video of hamass eating pieces of their victims. I don’t have it, and wouldn’t post it if I did. But understand well what hamass is. Yepper, we paid for them, U.S. we paid. I understand weapons we’ve sent to Ukraine have also shown up. Golly gosh, it’s kind of like when obama was suppose to be dropping weapons to the Kurds and somehow the people tasked with the job kept dropping them to the muslims they were fighting. And just to mention that aid money that we’re sending Israel? Yeah, that has to be spent with U.S., buying weapons. Sort of like another reallocation scheme. But it’s always been that way when we sent Israel aid, it had to be spent with U.S. Does anyone know if Lloyd Austin is still on the board of Raytheon?

But, there is some good news coming out of Israel, consider this my PSA, it’s from Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel’s security minister. This went into effect on Monday.

1. Every citizen who passes the exams will have a telephone interview instead of a physical interview, and will receive permission to carry firearms within a week.

[Self-defense tests: Residence in an eligible settlement, veterans of Rifle 07 (soon it will be given to every soldier a rifle), officers in the rank of lieutenant or higher and combatants in the rank of major or higher in the IDF and the security forces, service in special units, firefighters, policemen, and worker and volunteers in the rescue forces.]

2. Any citizen who received a conditional permit to purchase a firearm and did not purchase a firearm during the year 2023 and the conditional license has expired, will be able to purchase a firearm now without the need to submit another application. The exemption will apply to about 4000 citizens.

3. Any citizen who deposited his weapon in the last six months due to failure to perform refresher training or renewal training, will be able to receive his weapon back. The exemption will apply to about 1800 citizens.

4. In addition, starting next Tuesday, conditional permits to carry firearms will be issued with a permit allowing the purchase of up to 100 bullets instead of 50 today.

Minister of National Security MK Itamar Ben Gvir: “I thank the personnel of the Firearms Licensing Division, the Civil Response Department of the Israel Police and the employees of the Ministry of Health for the very important commitment that will allow as many citizens as possible to arm themselves and protect themselves and their environment when necessary.”

Good, hand those guns out like candy! Raise the Altelena and get the guns that the leftist David Ben Gurion sank. As Tamar pointed out in her show, it’s no wonder the obiden junta are pushing Bibi Netanyahu to form a “unity government” with Lapid and Gantz. They would refuse to sit with someone like Itamar Ben-Gvir, so perhaps he would be pushed out. So you would end up with a leftist government which is not what the citizens of Israel wanted or voted for. But voting, bah! That’s not the demoncratic way now is it?

But this flotsam and jetsam from the human gene pool are suppose to be Israel’s “peace partners.” And they certainly have their supporters, in Philadelphia, Ft. Lauderdale and London arabs have been dancing in the streets and marching in support of the murderers. And much of the world, at least the leftist world doesn’t understand they don’t want a land of their own, they want dead Jews. And I’ve no longer any patience at all for moral relativism. The foreign minister of Australia called for both sides to show restraint! This seriously unhinged individual called for both sides to show “restraint”. How about oh heck no. When Israel is going to bomb a building, they drop leaflets in arabic warning the arabs to get out, they send text messages, they give them every chance. That needs to stop. These people voted for and support hamass. Apparently several breeches in the fence hamass came through were created by residents of Gaza. Again, they voted for hamass……

Right now government buildings in many countries around the world are lit up in blue and white. Yay, how cool. And how will they vote the next time the U.N. is trying to condemn Israel for some nonsense. And the obiden junta, saying they support Israel. Really? Cause you just gave billions of dollars to Iran, who told you from the beginning they would spend it however they wanted. But, you did it. And the obiden crime junta has no plans to re-freeze the 6 billion they gave Iran. And for about 20 seconds the world stood with Israel, and 20 seconds later, EU in massive U-turn as it declares it WILL continue to fund Palestine. Well, that didn’t take long.

In an effort to be just and moral, kind to the poor peaceful falestinians, Israel has been cruel to their own citizens. Much like the obiden junta. In an effort to be kind to the rest of the world, they are now exposing their citizens to the same acts of violence.

Bill O’Reilly Lays an Egg- The Strategic Blunder Conservative’s Commonly Make

Why is the Left in a violent-mob frenzy to rewrite American history transforming its heroes, traditions, and founding principles into villains and ideas to be reviled? Why would conservatives pursue the strategy of conceding an adversary’s lie as the starting point to win a broader argument? They do this all the time. Radio conservatives from Sean Hannity to Chris Stigall,¹ sling around the term “McCarthyism” attempting to pin this practice on Democrats. The problem is, McCarthyism isn’t “McCarthyism”. Like using “racist” to silence opposition, the Left invented it to dissuade anyone from looking into what they were up to in the 1930’s and 40’s. I did for my Master’s thesis and I know what they’re hiding. Conservatives who use this term are accomplices of the Left in doing a Jimmy Hoffa on the greatest spy and treason scandal in America’s history. In an attempt to paint modern Democrats as racists, Mark Levin and Chris Plante relish in pointing out Jefferson Davis and the Confederacy were Democrats. Their hands are on the same shovel liberals use to bury reasons, beyond slavery, why the South seceded; state’s rights, federalism, and government in unconstitutional service to northern business interests. One researching this history might discover the U.S. government functions so far outside the law, the Constitution is dead. Statists in both parties can’t allow this to happen. On Monday 11 September 2023, Mark Levin declared 9/11 was one of the worst attacks on America second only, not to Pearl Habor but the Confederacy’s “attack”.² Utter rubbish. The lot of them are doing the Left’s dirty work.

The Left’s historical revisionism is motivated by a desire to destroy the principles upon which America was founded. Why do conservatives aid and abet them? Perhaps they concede small skirmishes waiting to fight the large battles. If they fought the small skirmishes, there might be no large battles. The following is an example of this blunder.

In his book Killing England, political commentator and pop-history co-author Bill O’Reilly besmirches two heroes of the American Revolution. The first in vicarious service to the Homosexual movement. O’Reilly determines as true, the slander Baron von Steuben, a Prussian military officer credited with whipping the Continental Army into shape, was homosexual. The second supports the Left’s war to destroy America. He reprises the long-debunked smear Thomas Jefferson sired six children by house slave, Sally Hemings, writing she “will share master Jefferson’s bed as his lover”.³

And what is O’Reilly’s proof? The “consensus” of modern historians. Historians that are overwhelmingly liberal. Consensus is not scholarship. It is opinion based on a vote. Truth cannot be determined by a majority vote. It can only be determined by hard evidence, solid irrefutable facts, and serious scholarship. O’Reilly insists he is correct about von Steuben and Jefferson. Why? He claims to be an historian. Is this true?

O’Reilly graduated college with an undergraduate degree in history as did I. He taught history for two years in a Catholic high school. I taught history for over two decades in a public high school. That makes us historians, right? Not so fast. O’Reilly holds a Masters’ degree in Broadcast Journalism and Public Administration, mine is actually in history. They are not interchangeable. Basing truth in consensus was the first red flag. Claiming expertise in a professional discipline in which he is untrained is number two. The third is the indefensible absence of end/footnotes, a tactic used by Communist history writer, Howard Zinn.

O’Reilly is not an historian. Instead, he churns out derivative digests synthesizing previously published works of real historians. His book offers nothing new, original, or novel. Why are they popular? Written at the high school level, they appeal to those possessing a shallow knowledge of history. Such readers are ill-equipped to evaluate the historicity of his books. What of O’Reilly’s historical knowledge? It might be prodigious but memorizing a medical library does not make one a doctor.

Every discipline, from astronomy, engineering, geometry, martial arts, medicine, music, to crime lab forensics follow standardized rules, methodologies, protocols, and practices. Individuals are not pronounced black belts, biologists, lawyers, nurses, and so forth until an accredited governing body trained in their discipline, determines they satisfy all requirements. It is no different in the field of history.

Historians do more than take classes. They must be trained and this is done in graduate school. When I started, the director showed me two filing cabinet drawers. The top one was packed full with folders of those accepted into the program. The bottom drawer contained one lonely folder, those few who survived to the end. After years of foundational courses, history students move to methodology classes. They are essential to becoming a trained historian. Students learn how to find and use primary sources, how to sift secondary ones for validity, and how to separate necessary from unnecessary information to support their work. They will write many sourced research papers. At the end of course work, they face the graduate exam. In my case, three professors submitted four essay questions. It took me six hours to answer them. But this is just the beginning. Next is the thesis, the part of the program that kills off so many applicants.

To be declared an historian, the candidate must write and defend a thesis before experts in their field. It is an original work and must either 1) Present a new interpretation of an historical event based on new evidence heretofore not seen, or 2) present an entirely new and possibly novel reinterpretation of an historical event challenging existing ones. O’Reilly has done none of the above. He has not written or defended a thesis in history, an absolute requirement for one to claim the status of historian.

A thesis requires students be detectives, anthropologists, archeologists, sociologists, and forensic scientists. Like crime scene and automobile collision investigators, they collect as much physical evidence as possible, establish chronologies, interview witnesses, and consider prior writing on the subject. This will take one to two years or more. They analyze and draw conclusions, then organize it into a coherent integrated explanation. It must address contrary interpretations and opinions explaining why the student’s is the superior one. O’Reilly ignored information contrary to his consensus conclusion, red flag number four. Writing the thesis will take another year… as long as one can live on little sleep. Thesis advisers will demand students rewrite major portions, scrap the whole affair and start over from scratch, rewrite major portions of the rewrite, scrap them, start over again, and so on. Finally, when their adviser concludes the student has produced a proper thesis, the real fun begins. The student must defend his or her work before a panel of professors all authorities in the thesis’ subject matter. They will attack it from every angle and try to tear it down forcing candidates to demonstrate they know their subject. It is no fun. As a policeman, I faced aggressive and hostile attorneys on the stand trying to pick apart my testimony. The thesis defense is worse. This is why those who survive to the end, bristle when people like O’Reilly claim to be historians. He is a journalist, not an historian. It explains why he botched stories of two men so badly.

Friedrich Wilhelm Ludolf Gerhard Augustin von Steuben was born into a military family following his father’s footsteps into the Prussian Army rising to the rank of captain. A local prince in Baden inducted him into the Order of Fidelity conferring upon him the title of baron. Steuben became part of the royal court. Soon thereafter, an anonymous enemy circulated rumors Steuben sodomized young men, a charge he denied. Unfounded or not, a rumor of such dreadful nature was enough to cause expulsion from the court and military. His accuser was never known, no victims identified, and no evidence surfaced that Steuben was homosexual. Nevertheless, liberal historians conclude he was guilty. Steuben relocated to France hoping to repair his military career. It was there he met Benjamin Franklin on a mission to obtain financial aid for America’s war with Britain. Franklin recommended Steuben to the Continental Army. He sailed to North America and joined General George Washington at Valley Forge and was instrumental in fashioning his army into an effective fighting force.⁴

Historian and Steuben expert John McCauley Palmer writes accusations von Steuben was homosexual were most likely driven by personal jealousies and religious hatred. He was a Protestant in the Catholic royal court of Hohenzollern-Hechingen Prince Josef Wilhelm. After conducting an investigation, Wilhelm concluded the charges were baseless. The unknown enemy continued circulating rumors forcing Steuben to leave the royal court.⁵

Professor of history Michael Lynch notes the LGBT movement is attempting to rewrite history falsely claiming Founding Fathers welcomed open homosexuals because of their contributions to the founding. Their websites trumpet Steuben was homosexual.⁶ They feverishly scour historical records looking for tell-tale signs only they can see, important personages were homosexuals. The dead cannot defend their reputations from such horrid smears. They denounce defenders of the accused as “homophobes” trying to destroy anyone standing on Biblical truth with respect to homosexuality.

The liberal History Channel claims Steuben was homosexual. Fancy that, a homosexual serving on the staff of an army for which the Continental Congress drafted rules governing the conduct of soldiers forbidding homosexuals to serve. Moreover, General Washington court martialed Lieutenant Enslin for attempting to sodomize enlisted man John Monhort. Enslin was found guilty of violating Article 5, Section 18, of the Articles of War. Washington ordered Enslin drummed from the Army “with infamy”. He considered sodomy abhorrent and detestable.⁷ Yet the History Channel would have us believe he had no problem with this Prussian chap who desired to bugger young soldiers in his tent. Laws against sodomy were extant throughout pre and postwar America. Notions the Army would countenance let alone welcome homosexuals is preposterous.

Does O’Reilly address exculpatory evidence with respect to Steuben? No. Palmer’s book was written in 1937, are there newer books with new evidence? Newer books yes, new evidence, no. How can O’Reilly ignore the homosexual movement’s frenzy to claim everyone from the apostle Paul, George Patton, to Bugs Bunny were homosexuals? They are desperate to find masculine homosexual heroes to counter their image as effeminate males with an affinity for buttless chaps and marching divest of clothing in depraved parades. Next, O’Reilly resuscitates one of the most reprehensible libels ever promoted serving in the process as a handmaiden to Left. He writes the Jefferson Foundation proved through DNA Thomas Jefferson fathered six children by his slave mistress Sally Hemings.⁸ His proof? Its that consensus thing, again. What about the DNA test? Jefferson hasn’t been around to provide a sample for quite some time but I’ll address that soon.

Dumas Mallone’s six-volume biography is perhaps the most thorough published on Jefferson. He writes this lie, about Jefferson “emanated from a single poisoned spring”, James Thomson Callander whom the president “unwisely befriended”.⁹ Callander was a Scottish pamphleteer who wrote tracks attacking the Crown and Parliament and was indicted for sedition. He fled to North America picking up where he left off writing pamphlets attacking the Federalist Party and the Adam’s administration. Jefferson considered him useful to the Republican Party, strong opponents of the Federalists. In economic straits, Callander appealed to Jefferson. He provided him irregular monetary gifts including funds to write a book on American history. Callander authored an unsigned document exposing Alexander Hamilton’s affair with the wife of James Reynolds who used it to blackmail Hamilton.¹⁰

In giving Callander monetary gifts, Jefferson unwittingly left himself vulnerable to blackmail as well. Callander’s pamphlets attacking Adams on behalf of Republicans led to his arrest for sedition. He was fined $200 dollars and sent to prison. Jefferson promised to pay the fine but didn’t follow through for which Callander never forgave him. He was able to raise the funds, pay the fine, and was released from prison. James Monroe later pardoned Callander and the court remitted the fine.¹¹ He then asked for a meeting with President Jefferson in Washington, D.C. He met with the president’s representative demanding appointment as Postmaster for Richmond, Virginia. He threatened to blackmail Jefferson by making public damaging letters and documents. He did not receive the appointment.¹² In March 1801, Callander began attacking Jefferson in Federalist controlled newspapers. He revealed Jefferson paid him to attack Adams. This was “fully exploited by Federalist Papers including the best of them, Hamilton’s organ, the New York Evening Post”. At the end of 1802, Callander published his sensational claim Jefferson sired five children by black slave, Sally Hemings. He had never been to Monticello nor spoken with anyone who lived there including Sally Hemings.¹³ He claimed ambassador Jefferson took Hemings, as his concubine, along with his two cherished daughters to France. He described Hemings’ alleged children by Jefferson as very black when, in fact, Hemings was light complected to the point, children sired by Jefferson might have passed for white. Callander invented children that did not exist.¹⁴

So-called Federalists were anything but. They were Nationalists advocating consolidating all and unlimited power into a strong national government, rendering states merely its appendages. Republicans supported a federal government of limited powers and preservation of state’s reserved rights. The Constitution accomplished the latter but faux-Federalists worked to transform a federal into a national system necessitating Jefferson’s destruction. Callander’s calumny proved most useful in that endeavor.¹⁵

Then and now, there is no evidence or corroboration for Callander’s claim. It would have been “virtually unthinkable” for a “man of Jefferson’s moral standards and habitual conduct”. He was “fastidious” and devoted to his “dead wife’s memory and to the happiness of his daughters and grandchildren” which “bordered on the excessive”. None visiting or living at Monticello at that time noticed an affair. As was customary then, Jefferson did not comment on the accusations. He believed his moral life and standards spoke for themselves.¹⁶

Jefferson’s contemporaries and subsequent historians rejected Callander’s story. It lay dormant until 1974 when Fawn A. Brodie published a book using Freudian psychoanalysis to insist it was true. Barbara Riboud picked up the theme writing a novel depicting Jefferson having the affair. Suppressed memory hypnosis and a fictional novel were not enough to wave CBS off. Instead, the liberal network, practicing fake history, turned the books into a television miniseries. After historians “denounced the project as a preposterous lie”, CBS canceled it.¹⁷ “In 1998, retired pathologists Dr. Eugene Foster performed a DNA test on the Y chromosomes” of Sally Hemings’ male descendants. It revealed Tom, “Hemings first born son” who Callander claimed was Jefferson’s, “was not related to any Jefferson male”. However, Easton, Hemings last child, was descended from a male Jefferson but there was no way to say Thomas was the father. Why? Twenty-five Jefferson males lived in Virginia at the time, eight at or near Monticello. Moreover, Easton was born five years after Callander published his story when Jefferson was president. If Jefferson denied Tom was his son, why would he father Easton five years later when having a slave concubine would destroy him?¹⁸

Liberal newspapers rushed Foster’s work to press falsely claiming it proved the story about Jefferson and Hemings was true. I was a teacher at the time when a liberal biology instructor burst into the copy room gleefully and mockingly announcing the story about Jefferson had been proven by DNA. I had read the rebuttal debunking this claim and began to explain it. He said because I was not a biology teacher, I didn’t know what I was talking about. I placed a copy of the rebuttal in his mailbox. There was no apology.

DNA tests revealed all but one Jefferson male had a 15% chance of fathering Easton. It dropped to 4% for Thomas meaning the chances he was not Easton’s father is 96%. No letters, diaries, documents, or records among the large Jefferson and Hemings families mention an affair. Evidence points to Thomas’ brother Randolph. Easton was born in 1808 when Thomas was 64 and serving his second term as president. Randolph was 52 and his five sons ranged from ages 17 to 24. A

Are The Pawns Refusing To Play?

Bear had an excellent article on the tyrant in New Mexico attempting to use the Covid Tyranny paradigm to advance her gun grab agenda. This is a tiny taste of what the WHO Pandemic treaty would look like. Everything the globalists want to put an end to will become a health threat. We know “President” Puddin’head has no problem with handing U.S. over to the Chinese, Ukrainian corruption, Romanian corruption and on and on, including but not limited to the W.H.O. pandemic treaty.

I’ve written about this a couple of time, well, more really, but if you are new, try these;

But this time, there may be, just may be some of the “pawns” that are refusing to play the game. And this gives me great hope that there is the spirit of sanity that may be starting to wake up in this beleaguered country.

The first one is in New Mexico. Sheriff John Allen from Bernalillo County (north of Albuquerque) announced he will not comply with the diktat. Rather publicly actually, in a “tweet” or is it an “X” now? I dunno. Here’s a snippet.

However, as the elected Sheriff, I have reservations regarding this order. While I understand and appreciate the urgency, the temporary ban challenges the foundation of our Constitution, which I swore an oath to uphold. I am wary of placing my deputies in positions that could lead to civil liability conflicts, as well as the potential risks posed by prohibiting law-abiding citizens from their constitutional right to self-defense.

I was elected to represent and safeguard all constituents and to ensure the balance between our rights and public safety is maintained. That means we must critically evaluate any proposed solution to the deeply rooted issue of gun violence, ensuring we both protect our community and uphold the values that define us as a nation.

Entire City Rebels, Outlaws Mask and Vaccine Mandates

An entire American city has just voted to officially ban all future mask and vaccine mandates: Huntington Beach, California—which is quite notable because California had some of the most stringent mandates in the country.

Your local elections matter as much, if not more than the federal ones at times. One courageous Sheriff, and others may rise up as well. Well, the ones that aren’t Demoncrats. A city council that you’ve vetted, a school board that puts children and their education ahead of the current thing and their ideology will make a huge difference in your day to day life, that of your business and your children’s future. I learned this lesson the hard way years ago, my group emerged victorious over the issue, but a huge overstepping of bounds lead to the entire county commission being replaced in the next election. As it should have been.

People aren’t stupid, if there is much trust left in the blathering of the MSM, aka #FakeNews I’d be shocked to hear it. They know our country is in trouble, and I understand many former Demoncratic demographics are catching on to who is responsible.

It appears the Biden crime regime is waging a war against law-abiding citizens who are Second Amendment supporters by attacking them on First Amendment grounds. Yes indeed Barry Sotero is enjoying his third term via his favorite sock puppet the corrupt Joe Biden, so Biden is carrying on Barry’s proud tradition of using government to attack citizens by force, with lies and with government agencies gone rogue.

They went so far as to physically attack January 6^th attendees. We know that incompetent, corrupt (and now promoted) Michael Byrd murdered Ashli Babbit.

She also worked at the same law firm as Hunter. Let’s just say, for argument’s sake, that she can be impartial; what about her past with Burisma and her former law firm representing Fusion GPS? She didn’t recuse herself when the Fusion case came up until she was found out the day before the proceedings.

She has referred to defendants as insurrectionists, and her sentences were the harshest of the judges.

President Trump was correct when he said they weren’t really after him, he was just in the way of them coming after U.S.

So January 6^th fedsentation (a lot like a presentation staged by feds) stopped the challenges to the fraudulent election that were going to be presented. The people (except for the feds, corrupt cops and antifa) that had gone there, had gone to express their grievances, something that is allowed by law. Unlike BLM they didn’t riot or burn cities, no, others presenting themselves as Trump supporters did that.

They have no problem with stifling free speech, that became crystal clear during the covid fiasco. Nor do they have a problem stifling free speech to keep you from defending yourself or others. Such as lawyers. Rules and laws no longer apply to the left.

New Bill Would Stop VA Bureaucrats From Gaming The System To Grab Veterans’ Guns

Roy, Eli Crane of Arizona, Lance Gooden of Texas, Andrew Clyde of Georgia, Andy Harris of Maryland, and Mary Miller of Illinois, specifically bars the VA from sending veterans’ names to the Department of Justice to be added to the federal government’s no-gun list.

Apparently the basically home-bound elderly man who took care of his visually impaired son had grown dissatisfied with the Biden Crime Regime’s continual attacks on our country, it’s citizens, borders, way of life and Constitution.

The FBI Claims Disabled Trump Supporter Who Was Killed in Morning Raid Had Pulled a Gun on Agents

According to an email from FBI spokeswoman Sandra Barker, Craig Robertson “resisted arrest and as agents attempted to take him into custody, he pointed a .357 revolver at them.”

Despite this assertion, the agency hasn’t presented any corroborating evidence. When questioned about photographic or video proof of Mr. Robertson’s alleged action, Ms. Barker refrained from commenting.

Yeah, maybe so, maybe not. The FIB seems to lie about everything these days. I wouldn’t trust them if they told me it’s still Summer. But what the neighbors had to say was pretty interesting as well. What is it with the FIB and these early morning in the dark raids? It’s almost like they are trying to provoke a response to an intruder. Why don’t they walk up to the door at noon, just knock and say “We’d like a word, please”. And this over the top tactical team crap is ridiculous.

His social media also showcased support for former President Donald Trump, displayed tactical equipment, and boasted an expansive firearm collection. Neighbors estimated he owned about 20 guns.

During the warrant execution before sunrise, officers employed flash bangs to get Robertson to leave his house. When he refused, alleging innocence, gunshots ensued around 6:15 a.m. local time, as per Jon Michael Ossola, a witnessing neighbor.

Subsequent local accounts state that Robertson was pulled out of his home, where he succumbed to his injuries on the sidewalk, concealed beneath a sheet.

Other neighbors had more to say, so this is kind of out of order from the article.

Another neighbor, Katie Monson, recounted to The Associated Press how agents unsuccessfully tried to breach Mr. Robertson’s door with a battering ram, then used a tactical vehicle. After hearing shots, she saw officers pulling Robertson outside.

The incident escalated when Robertson reportedly aimed a firearm at law enforcement, prompting what witnesses called a “hail of bullets” at his Provo home.

Aimed, not discharged. It’s still dark and he answers the door with a gun in his hand…again, why not noon, knock on the door, and say “We’d like a word”.

My point is, this murder seems to be part of a bigger picture attack on U.S. citizens by various and sundry arms of the Biden crime regime’s captured agencies.

You know, presumably the FIB could do some basic, oh I don’t know, investigation and find out the man is basically home-bound, disabled and 75 freaking years old??? Maybe talk to some neighbors?? You know, investigate? But why do that when you can use all your tacti-cool toys, right? When I took my concealed carry class 153,000 years ago I remember one of the things taught was if you had to be involved in a self-defense shooting, there needed to be three elements.

You may or not have seen the video recently of Julius Malema President of the Economic Freedom Fighters, a political party in South Africa with his catchy little ditty. Rita Panahi of SKY News, out of Australia recently did an excellent, and short, report on this. Since her accent is way cooler than mine, listen to this short segment from Rita.

In the clip, an interviewer asks Malema if he can understand why people on Twitter are going nuts about him calling for genocide of white farmers. Malema responds “Cry babies”. Oh.

This is not a new topic, I’ve written about it a couple of times before.

South Africa does indeed have gun control and therefore has become the garden of eden the gun grabbers always assure us a gun free places will become. If only all the citizens are disarmed and defenseless.

In the past did the left have enough soul, morals and ethics they would have condemned genocide? I think perhaps they would have, even if you had to go a ways back to find that time. But not now, now their response is we misunderstood the song. No, no, there’s not much misunderstanding Kill the Boer, Kill the farmer. Someone recently posted to Twitter/X that this is how a farmer is South Africa has a BBQ. This makes me sooo sad, and I don’t even eat meat. But just a simple pleasure like this is fraught with peril.

I recently posted something to an Israeli political party group I belong to expressing sympathy for the white South Africans. I understand very well the love of your land, and many of those farmers are on land that’s been farmed by their family for a few hundred years. How can they sell their land and get out? How do they get money to get their families out to start over somewhere better? Its possibly harder than living in Shomron or Judea. I got a very wise response. Since I didn’t ask permission to quote, I’ll give you the gist; It’s like the Jews of Europe in the 1930s. Those who could get out left everything but their lives behind. Those who stayed lost everything including their lives. He said he doubted there are any sympathetic safe harbors for the whites of South Africa. He advised them to learn Spanish and try to make it to Mexico. He was joking about that last bit, I think. Upon further reflection, he might be onto something…

Another thing that is different is we are heading for a famine, remember Michael Yon’s PanFaWar? Famine follows pandemic and is followed by war. This will be exacerbated by the greens trying to ruin agriculture, as in the Netherlands right now they are seizing farm land to turn it into housing for the poor immigrants. Not sure what the immigrants, or the Dutch either for that matter are going to eat. Zimbabwe no longer has food to export. India is limiting rice exports, and in America we are injecting our food animals with experimental substances. So. Seems like a stupid idea to me, but ideologues are seldom the brightest crayon in the box. Not sure where the South Africans think they’re going to get their food, and I truly hope no country will give them aid, but we know that’s not going to happen.

Which brings me to my next point. The Biden crime syndicate, Mayorkas (yeah, I don’t even care if I spelled it right or not) and border czar Harris have imported tons of them. How many? Who knows. But we now have tons of illegal invaders who come from a country where it’s government policy you can kill the white farmer, and steal his land, because it’s no longer stealing.

So, if you want to do a politically correct genocide, this seems to be the ticket in South Africa now, and the world’s media will defend you. That’s why after covid all their credibility should be gone. But it’s not. #FakeNews

Tisha B’Av, the 9th day of the month of Av (Jul. 26-27, 2023), is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar. Referred to by the prophet as “the fifth [month] fast,”1 it is second in severity only to Yom Kippur, which is mandated in the Torah.

It Commemorates Several Tragic Events

Both Holy Temples in Jerusalem were destroyed on this date. The First Temple was burned by the Babylonians in 423 BCE and the Second Temple fell to the Romans in 70 CE, unleashing a period of suffering from which our nation has never fully recovered.

In fact, the tragedies of the 9th of Av predate the destruction of the Temples: this was the date upon which the spies returned from the Promised Land with frightening reports and the Israelites balked at the prospect of entering the land.

In 133 CE, the Bar Kochba revolt against the Romans ended in defeat. The Jews of Betar were butchered on the 9th of Av and the Temple Mount was plowed on the same date.

Later on in our history, many more catastrophic events happened on this day, including the 1290 expulsion of England’s Jews and the 1492 banishment of all Jews from Spain.

Also events that affected the whole world, as in the start of both world wars.

But this is more about why the temples were destroyed. As Rabbi Tovia says in the following clip, some will say the Babylonians did it (The First Temple) some will say the Romans did it (The Second Temple) but no, actually it was because of the hatred we had for each other.

Baseless hatred. This is probably something that should have a bit of rumination as both Israel and America are bitterly divided right now. There are similarities. The fomenting of hatred and division is coming from the left in both countries now and it’s reaching a fever pitch.

In Israel the division is manufactured by the left and financed by NGOs, the US State Department (tax dollars that haven’t yet been laundered in Ukraine) George Soros and the like. They have admitted that, just not the amounts. The vehicle chosen for this is something called “Judicial Reform” and it is sorely needed.

Moshe Feiglin made the comment recently that “The left would be willing to burn down the country just as long it would be them standing on top of the ashes proclaiming they’re taking over the power.”

The IDF like the American military has been taken over by the left. IDF doctors are also threatening to not show up to work. The IDF including the upper echelon are apparently willing to abandon their country for their devotion to the left, a country with no borders and a religion unto itself. Before American readers feel to smug about this, may I just say Mark Miley, Lloyd Austin and Rachel Levine? Those are strong military leaders? To the left the goal is to demolish the more conservative right, not protect their country.

I listened to a podcast recently and I really wanted to have this column done before the 9^th of Av, but that didn’t happen.

So in case you don’t want to listen to the whole thing, here are my points. Judicial reform; in Israel no one including the left is questioning the results of the election they lost. They don’t use voting machines or have drop boxes. It was an honest election. The left lost as most knew they would. So the left does what the left does, they hold their activist Supreme Court so they know they can still get their way. The Israeli Supreme Court is not elected, the members of the Knesset are, by the people. The Knesset make the kind of laws they said they would when they were campaigning. For example, Israel has illegal invaders as well. The illegal invaders have made South Tel Aviv very dangerous, which is bad because that’s where the Central bus terminal is, but even without that, it’s scary. So, the Knesset passed a law, if you’re an illegal invader you no longer get Israeli tax dollars to support you. Go home. They were trying to remove some of the incentives for the illegal invaders to hang around. Yea!! At one time 80% of the Knesset has talked about judicial reform, including the left. The Israeli Supreme Court said nope you can’t do that. Think of a Supreme Court made up of Sotomayors, Jackson Brown, Kagen and the like. You know, useless stupid people that lie. Their whole court is like that. So really, the average Israeli citizens have no representation. Meanwhile the MSM and the leftwing Non-Governmental Organizations who flood Israel with money and influence have convince far too many citizens that their elected officials, that they voted for, being able to pass and implement laws is a threat to democracy. So they are out in the street disrupting lives and traffic, threatening law makers and generally acting the fool. And as Dr. Mordechai notes, the protests against the law and the attempt to overthrow the elected government was in place before the election even happened. It gets really interesting at 4:24 in. Ok, the whole thing is interesting.

In America, we have a President that has clearly betrayed our country. Every decision, every statement harms average Americans and aids either a country that has given his crime family large amounts of money or the illegal invaders flooding our country, many of them young single men of military age. How long before New York looks like France burning? Where and when will the first acts of terrorism occur that the left will try to use to limit the rights of law abiding citizens occur?

I recently heard or read a statement that a certain percentage of viewers of CNN and MSNBC are unaware of any of the Biden crime family’s activities. Unaware! And having in the past had a conversation with consumers of those type of “information” outlets I can tell you pretty confidently that any attempts to offer information or an alternative viewpoint will be met with a parrot like croak of “Fox news talking point”. That’s all they can say. Unless their quoting a medical paper written in Rolling Stone magazine. I’m not even making that one up.

Wayne Allen Root makes the case that the national divorce is already happening. That productive responsible citizens are fleeing blue states with their high taxes, crime, and corruption for red states. I’m sure they are, if they are fortunate enough to have the means to flee.

But it’s more about the mindset of those that choose to live in the left’s alternative reality where Hunter Biden, who has been selling access to his father for years is just a poor boy with a “problem” and his Dad the president is just standing by his son, “A father’s love” according to the harpies on The View and the left wing propaganda outlets. Nope, a corrupt family hanging together. And no matter how much evidence is presented, they will be unaware of it.

There is a reason for the divisive hatred boiling in both countries. And it’s all stemming from the left, they foment and feed it. And the propaganda arm disseminates it. Yes, neither country really has a functional military or an actual justice system. America is functioning more as a banana republic than a serious country at this point. But I find it incredibly sad that the day after the 9^th of Av both countries are so bitterly divided, and in both countries, it comes from the same direction. Both countries were founded on G-dly principles and the left is trying to destroy that as much as anything I think, as they try to take down both countries. Moshe Feiglin is correct and this bitter division has cost dearly before. Have we learned nothing? I believe, I truly do, we need to pray for Israel to accept their sovereignty and build the Third Temple. I think that would be a good first step in beginning to right the world.

One week ago a girlfriend, Christie and I went to go see the movie “The Sound of Freedom”. It really was quite an amazing movie. The story centers on two little children from Honduras, and how they came to be in the clutches of sex traffickers and their rescuer, Tim Ballard, a former Homeland Security officer. This was a long time ago, back when the government fought crime. Tim is now the person behind “Operation Underground Railroad” The movie covers Tim’s change in life mission, from taking down pedophiles to finding the children exploited by them.

A noble movie, right? I mean it’s true, not all of it, there were some creative liberties taken, and some characters were blurred, but many of the main ones are very much real and the names given to them in the movie are close enough that if you know them, you’d know who the were. O.U.R. really is rescuing children and I guess you could call it their mission statement is “G-d’s children are not for sale”.

What has been baffling is the media response to this! Shocking really. I mean how many times have we heard from the left that the latest gun control measure meant to take rights away from law abiding citizens, many of them parents, is “for the children”. I’m still not clear on how limiting parents ability to defend their children is to the benefit of the children but I’m not a brain rotted leftist, so there ya go.

‘Sound Of Freedom’ Is a Superhero Movie for Dads With Brainworms

The QAnon-tinged thriller about child-trafficking is designed to appeal to the conscience of a conspiracy-addled boomer

Caviezel, best known for being tortured to death in Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ, has become a prominent figure on the conspiracist right, giving speeches and interviews in which he hints at an underground holy war between patriots and a sinister legion of evildoers who are harvesting the blood of children. This is a special kind of hatred for a movie trying to raise awareness about children. And it’s far from the only one like that. The left’s typical response is attack the message and the messenger.

Tim Ballard, Inspiration Behind ‘Sound of Freedom,’ Quietly Leaves Anti-Trafficking Group

Since The Sound of Freedom was released in theaters last week, the inspiration for the film, Tim Ballard, the CEO of the anti-trafficking organization Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), has been getting quite a bit of attention — and not all of it has been positive. The film, which has grossed nearly $50 million, has been subject to criticism from anti-trafficking experts, many of whom claim it is an inaccurate depiction of child trafficking and that the tactics espoused in the film may actually put trafficked kids in danger. Others have focused on Operation Underground Railroad and Ballard himself, particularly his tendency to self-mythologize and embellish his exploits and his more recent pivot toward conspiracy theories.

He’s now the CEO of the Nazarene Fund, O.U.R.’s sister organization which serves Christians and other religious minorities fleeing persecution in the Middle East.This is not exactly abandoning the organization.

Lots of the are like that. As he is now famous, I wonder if they left has considered his chances of being successful at undercover operations now? Probably not, their goal is to attack.

Soooo I guess I could have reached out to Adam Walsh for comment, but he’s dead. That’s not what I took from the montage at all. While Adam was never trafficked, children are absolutely taken from stores, from in front of their homes. But the left is correct in that I’m sure the majority of children being trafficked today is being facilitated by the left, the Biden crime regime and financed by U.S. taxpayers.

Gone are the days when children might have been separated from the adults that brought them across the border and DNA tests done to be sure that the adult really was kin folk. No today kids come across the border with a name and number pinned to their shirt, border patrol calls the number tells them their moneymaker is here and we pay to ship them to the receiving party. The cartels don’t even have to pay shipping. Cheaper than Amazon prime because the cartels don’t even have to pay membership unless you count 10% for the “big guy”. I guess that would be “Biden Prime”.

Health and Human Services (HHS) has admitted to “losing” over 85,000 children (about the seating capacity of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum). HERE That number has increased to well over 100,000 children and is growing daily. Stop and think about the magnitude of “losing” 85,000 children and having absolutely no idea where they are and no idea to who they were given to.

Cheap labor, and that’s if they’re lucky I’m guessing.

Another reality is that is far from the only way the government gets children into the child trafficking mill.

That’s in 2019 alone. One year.

But for the left it’s not enough to take children from parents who have may actually have problems, no in California they now plan to take children if their parents won’t allow the confused child to take hormone blockers with unknown long term side effects or have life altering as well as body altering surgeries. I would call it child mutilation, the left calls it “gender affirming”. The left has a real problem with words. It’s denying the sex the child was born and they call it “affirming”. They aren’t affirming, they are denying and mutilating.

I found this part (same article) pretty interesting.

After some listeners applauded his remark, Wilk added that he himself plans to not stay in the state once he leaves the legislature.

“I was born and raised in this state. I love this state, but I’m not going to stay in this state. It’s just too oppressive and I believe in freedom and so I’m going to move to America when I leave the legislature,” he said.

Critics of the bill say its ambiguous language could mean that parents get slapped with false allegations.

Ms Kelly said this is the California lawmakers saying if the parents don’t affirm their child’s gender confusion, they could be labelled a “child abuser”.

I think SkyNews is over optimistic here, it’s California nothing will happen to Newscum.

But there is another aspect to this “gender affirming” issue, I’ve heard more than one person point out that if a 8 year old can make the decision to change his sex, then eventually it will be the 8 year old is old enough to decide to have sex with an adult and presto change-o no more trafficking, just consensual sex between two willing parties.

This is a special kind of evil, beyond anything I’ve ever seen in our country before. That the leftist echo chamber in unison is doing everything it can to discredit the movie, the actor, the man who started the group by rescuing children and the group that rescues children should tell you something. They are over the target and laying down truth bombs right and left. The sound of leftist heads exploding…it’s a beautiful thing.
