Do You Mind? Mind Over Matter

Sometimes I see things as related, putting puzzle pieces together if you will, or perhaps its just a common thread, or threat as the case may be. You might want to grab some coffee, hopefully this won’t be boring, but it is long.

In this case, it’s the directions from which the left together with the pharmaceutical industry attacks the mind. In some cases they work together, in some separately, sometimes for a joint purpose, sometimes the purpose is different, but what it has in common is attacks on the mind.

The easiest example is the Wuhan flu debacle. The government seized control of people lives early on through fear, lies and deception. And some of them are quite proud of their work, she’s written a book about it. Dr. Deborah Birx admits being deceitful when recommending Covid strategies to Trump.

Despite not having adequate data, Birx pushed ahead with her plans to convince Trump and his advisors to go along with her mitigation plans. She writes that in March 2020, she met with the President, and her plan was to obfuscate her intentions for economic shutdowns, knowing that Trump was wary of anything that would tank the economy he had worked so hard to build.

“I couldn’t do anything that would reveal my true intention,” she writes, “to use the travel ban as one brick in the construction of a larger wall of protective measures we needed to enact very soon.” Trump’s team was more concerned about the impacts and potential for loss of lives to Americans of shutting society down. She blasts the administration for their concerns over the economy, concerns which have played out in real time to the point where the country could be facing devastating impacts, as is the globe.

We use mandates because we don’t want to explain. And she lies some more. Doesn’t she come across kindly and sincere? I’ve got a lot of information on the effectiveness of masks and the harms they cause. She’s lying.

But she’s proud she lied, she writes about it in her book

From Deborah Birx’s own hand.

But this isn’t just about the WuFlu debacle and it’s villains, it’s about how they accomplished what they did. I know someone who every time you attempted to give them information, data from another country, or anything scientific would get angry and chirp back “That’s a FOX news talking point”. Which is of course silly, as I don’t have cable, and she never watches FOX. But the idiocy of this never crossed the mind. I mentioned it to my cousin’s wife when we were chatting one day and she nailed it in one. She’s brainwashed. When they can’t form an argument, and can only respond with a phrase it’s a sign of brainwashing. This is someone I wouldn’t have thought would be all that easy to control that way, and I would have been wrong. She still believes the shots are 100% safe and effective, and masking will keep you safe. Those are her sincerely held religious beliefs.

I recently heard a pretty knowledgeable man, Michael Yon, a war correspondant, give a few books he recommended for reading, by everyone. One of them was The Rape Of The Mind by Joost A.M. Merloo 1956. He said if more people had read that book they could never have gotten away with the Covid charade. People would have seen through it. He said if you read that book, it will be much harder to gain control over your mind. SOLD! I haven’t finished it yet, but as I started reading what hit me was January 6th POWs. I’ve written about January 6th before, WHEN A LIE IS THE FIB and the inhumane conditions our prisoners are being subjected to. I thought the Demoncrats and the prison officials were just sadistic asses, but nope, because nothing is too inhumane when it comes to their quest for power. This includes human examples of fecal matter Liz Cheney of the war monger clan and Adam Kinzinger.

From Merloo

The Enforced Confession

During the Korean War, an officer of the United States Marine Corps, Colonel Frank H. Schwable, was taken prisoner by the Chinese Communists. After months of intense psychological pressure and physical degradation, he signed a well-documented “confession” that the United States was carrying on bacteriological warfare against the enemy. The confession named names, cited missions, described meetings and strategy conferences. This was a tremendously valuable propaganda tool for the totalitarians. They cabled the news all over the world: “The United States of America is fighting the peace loving people of China by dropping bombs loaded with disease spreading bacteria, in violation of international law.”

After his repatriation, Colonel Schwable issued a sworn statement repudiating his confession, and describing his long months of imprisonment. Later, he was brought before a military court of inquiry. He testified in his own defense before that court: “I was never convinced in my own mind that we in the First Marine Air Wing had used bug warfare. I knew we hadn’t, but the rest of it was real to me the conferences, the planes, and how they would go about their missions.”

“The words were mine,” the Colonel continued, “but the thoughts were theirs. That is the hardest thing I have to explain: how a man can sit down and write something he knows is false, and yet, to sense it, to feel it, to make it seem real.”

This is the way Dr. Charles W. Mayo, a leading American physician and government representative, explained brainwashing in an official statement before the United Nations: “…the tortures used…although they include many brutal physical injuries, are not like the medieval torture of the rack and the thumb screw. They are subtler, more prolonged, and intended to be more terrible in their effect. They are calculated to disintegrate the mind of an intelligent victim, to distort his sense of values, to a point where he will not simply cry out ‘I did it!’ but will become a seemingly willing accomplice to the complete disintegration of his integrity and the production of an elaborate fiction.”

The Schwable case is but one example of a defenceless prisoner being compelled to tell a big lie. If we are to survive as free men, we must face up to this problem of politically inspired mental coercion, with all its ramifications.

….

As more and more cases of thought control, brainwashing, and mental coercion were disclosed – Cardinal Mindszenty, Colonel Schwable, Robert Vogeler, and others – his interest grew. It was Dr. Meerloo who coined the word menticide, the killing of the spirit, for this peculiar crime.

What they are doing in the DC gulag is the same as the N. Koreans, the N. Viet Nam, the nazis and the communists. It’s torture and it’s done in a certain way to get the results they wanted. Anthony Fauxci’s student Deborah Birx did the same thing to American citizens with her lockdowns using rigged data. People were kept in close to solitary confinement, denied support systems of religious services, family gatherings and often work, if their job was deemed not to be essential. While I grant these days family gatherings might fall under the heading of torture themselves, that too is a result of Fauxci and Birx and their lies and deceptions to President Trump and the American people. America’s very own little Mengele twins with their experiments.

And follow the recipe as given by Merloo you get the result. From the left-wing rag The Daily Beast, Jordan Klepper Grills Jan. 6 Trump Supporter Who Confesses: ‘I Just Got Out of a Cult’

“I had never been to a protest event before the 2020 presidential election,” one man told Klepper. “I had become completely consumed. It took over my life. For three months, I slept in my car. I traveled from rally to rally, from #StopTheSteal event to #StopTheSteal event, for three months, sleeping in my car, going to see the evidence. And then I had to recover. I had PTSD. So, it took me a long time to find myself again. I feel like I just got out of a cult.”

The public confession.

On Tuesday, Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Louie Gohmert, Matt Gaetz and Paul Gosar gave some insight into the horrific conditions Jan. 6 prisoners are allegedly being subjected to.

Greene said the prisoners are held in solitary confinement for 22 to 23 hours a day, according to the Post Millennial. She said prisoners with Celiac disease are getting sick because the only food they are offered contains gluten.

Other prisoners were forced to denounce former President Donald Trump and told that “their views are the views of cult members,” Greene said.

Apparently there are only four Republicans in all of the legislative branch.

But this gets really really ugly when you find out that there has been evidence all along exonerating the Proud Boys of any wrong doing. They’ve been in prison, being tortured and denied human rights when they were innocent.

TGP’s Cara Castronuova Joins Steve Bannon on the “War Room” to Discuss the Background Scoop on our EXPLOSIVE Jan. 6 Whistleblower DOCUMENT LEAK Exonerating Proud Boys and Trump Supporters!

Gateway Pundit Sends Official Letter to Liz Cheney: You Knew FBI Assets Confirmed Proud Boys Did Not Commit Sedition Yet You Suppressed the Information

TGP’s Jim Hoft Joins the War Room to Discuss the EXPLOSIVE Jan. 6 Whistleblower Report Exonerating Proud Boys and Trump Supporters

And at this point, another useless piece of human fecal matter joins the list, Chris Wray who has known all along that these men were innocent from one of his own people, and yet he has said nothing. Wray needs to be removed at once. He needed to be removed a long time ago.

Want to read the documents for yourself?

Look for further “confessions” in the future. These are examples of menticide, and the attacks are coming from the left.

But what about when the mind has been perverted through the pharmaceutical industry?

MTG: HOW TO STOP MASS SHOOTINGS

It took a tragedy on America’s birthday, and the death of seven people, to demonstrate once and for all that gun control doesn’t work. Shooter Bobby Crimo bought the murder weapon himself, legally, in Illinois, a state with some of the strongest gun control laws in the country. Red flag laws didn’t stop him. There’s no reason to think they would work anywhere else.

What’s more, the city of Highland Park passed a total ban on assault rifles in 2013. Around the time, Mayor Nancy Rotering bragged: “Banning assault weapons … is one common-sense action to reduce gun violence and protect our children and our communities from potential mass violence and grief.”

….

I saw the unmistakable signs of drug abuse. Crimo was a marijuana smoker—that was obvious. You can see how, over the years, heavily smoking weed turned his skin gray and hair dull. While marijuana use can ease anxiety, PTSD, and even perform miracles for epileptics, for others it can cause psychosis.

There was more to Bobby Crimo’s decline than just dope. In addition to self-medicating, it’s a safe bet that he was on prescription drugs. Crimo was a member of an online movement called the “Sad Boys,” men who defy stereotypes and share their mental health struggles online. Most have depression.

Crimo was known to police as they had been called to his family home multiple times after he made threats of suicide and murder. These are clear signs of depression.

27 per cent of teens aged 12 to 19 are on prescription drugs, most commonly something for ADD. Over 20 years old—the age range of many white male shooters—it switches to antidepressants. The numbers increase every year, as does the percentage of young people who say they’re depressed.

….

Our country is becoming fatherless and faithless, with a teaching workforce offended by masculinity and occasionally outright hostile to the sex and race of its students. Stir in decades of reflexive pill-popping culture, and we arrive at a dangerous moment in history: The tranquilization of the American male.

The whole article is fantastic, really. So this is pharmaceutical industry contributing, and leftist policies combined.

Fatherless Homes Linked to Mental Illness, Mass Shootings

He links the mass shootings in 53 developed countries to boys and men who lacked a father figure, and he specifically mentioned six mass shootings that have occurred in the United States in the 21st century.

“All six of those mass school shootings that have killed more than 10 people have been done by boys, and all six of them have been done by boys who have been ‘dad deprived,’ from Sandy Hook right on through to the Texas shooting,” Farrell said during a recent interview for EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders” program.

….

He said that girls are growing up in the same environment as boys, with access to the same media, video games, and guns and dealing with the same mental health issues, but they aren’t committing any of the shootings.

This is the result of leftist policies. Remember the Julia movie put out by Barry Sotero to showcase the wonder of the failed social/medical experiment called “obamacare”? Men aren’t needed. Fathers aren’t needed in the leftist world.

The boys that committed these mass shootings at schools suffered from not having a caring, strong male role model. In addition to that, boys are often told their feelings don’t matter, which leads to emotional toxicity, said Farrell.

“Boys who are fatherless, very frequently they are not likely to have that postponed gratification that emanates from boundary enforcement. Therefore they start not doing as well in school,” said Farrell.

He said he’s talked to boys in high school, and the boys said what they learn about in school when it comes to male–female issues is toxic masculinity, without any understanding of the sacrifices that males made that led to that toxicity, as well as the concept of “the patriarchy,” said Farrell.

Farrell said boys are suffering because they are being told that their masculinity is bad.

“The world was not dominated by a patriarchy. It was dominated by the need to survive, and in order to survive, both males and females were restricted in their roles,” said Farrell, adding that feminism blames men for societal problems and does not take into account the sacrifices they make for their families.

Darn skippy says the girl who,s Dad was John Wayne, Roy Rogers every other good hero all rolled into one Dad. He wasn’t perfect, but as I became an adult I realized what sacrifices both Dad and Mom made for us kids.

But the left denigrates families. Burn Loot and Murder lionized by the left originally had on their web site as one of their goals the destruction of the nuclear family. So this aspect is leftist policies as well.

37 School Shooters/School Related Violence Committed By Those Under The Influence Of Psychiatric Drugs

Mass shootings and psychiatric drugs:

Fact: At least 37 school shootings and/or school-related acts of violence have been committed by those taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs resulting in 175 wounded and 82 killed (in other school shootings, information about their drug use was never made public—neither confirming or refuting if they were under the influence of prescribed drugs). The most important fact about this list, is that these are only cases where the information about their psychiatric drug use was made public. (See full list below)

The below list includes individuals documented to have been under the influence of psychiatric drugs and not only includes mass shootings, but the use of knives, swords and bombs. 27 international drug regulatory agency warnings cite side effects including mania, violence, psychosis and even homicidal ideation.

In my opinion, this is the pharmaceutical industry, ever greedy for a buck, causing harm with their “safe and effective” medications with no regard to the adverse events resulting. The left happily goes along with it, I suspect partly for the big donations they get from the pharmaceutical industry and partly because it gives them fodder for their gun grabbing campaign aided by their ever willing accomplices in the corporate media.

Mass Shootings: “The Common Denominator Was Psychotropic Medication” A little over 1 minute.

97.8 Percent of Mass Shootings Are Linked to This

While many have bought into the simplistic idea that availability of firearms is the cause of mass shootings, a number of experts have pointed out a more uncomfortable truth, which is that mass shootings are far more likely the result of how we’ve been mistreating mental illness, depression and behavioral problems

Gun control legislation has shown that law-abiding Americans who own guns are not the problem, because the more gun control laws that have been passed, the more mass shootings have occurred

97.8 percent of mass shootings occur in “gun-free zones,” as the perpetrators know legally armed citizens won’t be there to stop them

Depression per se rarely results in violence. Only after antidepressants became commonplace did mass shootings really take off, and many mass shooters have been shown to be on antidepressants

Antidepressants, especially selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), are well-known for their ability to cause suicidal and homicidal ideation and violence

This whole article makes it abundantly clear to me at least, that far more than guns being responsible for mass shootings, the pharmaceutical industry and their greed is.

As Jeff Snyder put it in The Washington Times: ‘But to ban guns because criminals use them is to tell the innocent and law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless, and that the law will permit them to have only such rights and liberties as the lawless will allow.’”

Who paid the largest criminal fine in the U.S.? Pfizer. And when the lawsuits start for the experimental gene therapy injections, I’m sure it will be again. I’m not sure that the defense of “You can’t sue us because the government was aware of the fraud” is solid when that amount of death results. So this in another example of the pharmaceutical industry working with the left. No, I don’t think they plan this as some plot, but I think it’s more of a symbiotic relationship with both profiting from the work of the other.

There have been plenty of clues, to the future mass killers, and usually after it happens the FIB is right there to say they knew about him. Perhaps if they weren’t so busy chasing down grandmas in wheelchairs and covering up evidence that doesn’t fit with Merrick Garland’s agenda and that of his weaponized agency they could actually, you know, do something about it. Unlike the do with Antifa which is just turn them lose to commit more crimes.

Standard FIB response

I would say not only is our way of life, and our country under attack from within so are our minds, they have to break us down. I think perhaps being aware of what’s going on, and how it works could be helpful The Rape of the Mind . Do what you can to protect yourself, keep in contact with loved ones. If you have a religious community, be there. If you have hobbies, make time for yourself to enjoy them. Consider adopting a shelter pet if you are fur childless, they will pay you back in more love than you can believe. We are made in the image of G-d, he blessed us with minds with the ability to see and reason. If you’re so inclined you could send a letter of encouragement to the January 6th political prisoners perhaps it will offset some of the mental torture they are being subjected to by the US government. Where you can, find gratitude, that helps often times. We are in uncharted waters, no doubt but I believe we are not in them alone.

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

I’ve heard it said a picture is worth a thousand words, so this is going to be a really really long column! There have been all kinds of pity memes going around lately, many of them dealing with citizen control and on Fakebook and other social media sites people are sharing and swapping them around like baseball trading cards. Back when there was baseball…and trading cards worth trading.

So here we go, I have a few, very few for me links I am putting in to relevant stories that in my mind apply to the meme.

We shall start with what set off the latest round of calls for citizen control. The Uvalde killer who has been labeled in the corporate (biased) media as “bullied”. As per usual, they have it bass akwards.

Teen Who Knew Uvalde Shooter Drops Bomb About Him

HE was the bully, and pro-tip? Anyone, and I mean anyone, who walks around with a bag of dead cats he’s beaten to death is not normal. This is why we have animal cruelty laws.

Texas School Shooter’s Grandfather Says He Barely Spoke to His Grandson Who Lived w/ Him https://rumble.com/v16883j-texas-school-shooters-grandfather-says-he-barely-spoke-to-his-grandson-who-.html

Now does this sound normal to you? And that was a really nice truck his grandma had as well. Looked very expensive. I feel very sorry for her, she tried to help the kid and he shot her then stole her really nice truck.

I have other questions.

How DID the shooter get all that gear? He had a minimum wage job.

So now the hue and cry to get rid of “assault weapons”.

You say potato, I say potato, it’s the same rifle.

But it seems that our (in their minds) rulers have inconsistent ideas about who lawful gun owners should be. For instance, take Ukraine.

Ukraine gets rocket launchers
Biden Will arm our enemies however.

U.S. Senate approves aid to Ukraine, blocks aid to small businesses on same day

Another 40 billion gone

Oh, well, good to see where the priorities of American politicians are, right? Because they aren’t with U.S.!

Then you have exceedingly stupid politicians and even dumber talking heads on the corporate (Pfizer sponsored) media yammering on about how The Second Amendment was never meant to include modern weapons. And that might be a fun column to do in the near future. But for now, WWGWS

What would George Washington say?

Ah George, we need you now!

Fine

We can do it your way.

So then there is the talk about mandatory buy backs and confiscation. Doesn’t it seem odd a burgler is pushing to have law-abiding citizens disarmed? It’s almost like he wants to make it a “safer work environment”…for criminals.

Beta male hypocrisy

And about trusting the government to keep us safe? HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHHAHAHAHA and more.

Universal background check
Waco Tx

But if it’s really really about preventing death…

Gun death vs Vax death

But since I want to end this column on a happy note:

First they came

And this is around 12,464 words! In two pages.

Poking the Russian Bear for fun and profit

Yeah…You know, I’ve heard from people on the right and left, via radio, TV and just people that Putin is “crazy”. Crazed madman, crazed from covid. I’m not so sure.

I still haven’t figured out how President Puddin’head handing over US sovereignty isn’t treason, but few others are saying it, so guess his puppeteers figure he’s in the clear. What will that entail? Well, since he’s handing it over to the W.H.O., here’s a previews.

WHO is Set to Officially Recommend Every Country Adopt COVID Lockdowns in Abrupt Change to Policy. I listened to a radio show today and one of the things they talked about what how the W.H.O. had objected to the lockdowns, stating the cost of them in terms of harm could yield greater damage than the disease. As indeed it did. But the lockdown was never about health, it was about power. And what is the new threat on the horizon now that President Putin has cured covid?

MONKEYPOX!! The “k” is silent. But don’t fret, President Puddin’head is right one it! After a case in Massachusetts his puppeteers have ordered millions of doses of “vaccine”. And how big a threat is Moneypox?

https://banned.video/watch?id=62881e725ee58b13dbc7daf7

Annd, right on schedule we have our quarantines. First Mandatory Quarantines for Monkeypox as White House Warns of More Cases The quarantine is in Belgium. Don’t worry, it will be here just in time for elections.

Well, of course he is warning. His buddies at the WuHan lab have been experimenting with Moneypox. Moneypox was a table-top simulation last year. I still want to know what was in the Ukrainian bio-labs and who has control of them. For real. And with Chinese installed Tedros in charge of the W.H.O. we have no worries, he only covered up a tiny three cholera epidemics when he was Ethiopia’s health minister. What do you expect from a guy who is not a doctor anyway?

Do you wonder what it will look like when the US is under the control of the W.H.O.? Did you know the World Economic Forum has their own paramilitary police force? Political commentator Jack Posobiec found out today when he was at Davos. He had passport, papers and press pass and still got hauled behind a building. Apparently things deescalated some when another blogger showed up and started filming. Kind of reminds me of the goons in Canada during the Trucker’s freedom convoy in unmarked uniforms. The reason we aren’t Canada right now is the Second Amendment.

World Economic Forum’s Stasi

What always follows pandemics? Famine, which is followed by war. With President Puddin’head’s puppeteers policies we are well on the way. Soaring inflation, soaring gas prices, no baby formula and President Puddin’head’s FDA kept the Abbott factory closed, and they have yanked more permits for drilling. Then there are the Russian sanctions, ah yes. Those much vaunted sanctions. Any idea where the majority of the wheat comes from? Russia and Ukraine. India has announced they are not going to export any except to maybe needy nations. Congress is sending more 140 some billion more to Ukraine, while denying money to small American businesses. Must be some reason.

Partners in crime?

So this will drag on in Ukraine, and this is not about the Ukrainian people who don’t want to live under communism, who does? Besides people who think they will end up at the top of the heap like Bernie Sanders and AOC.

But with war continuing in Ukraine, and sanctions against Russia I wouldn’t be looking for a surplus of bread any time soon.

So, with President Puddin’head’s puppeteers proclaiming a new (and improved) coming pandemic how many will fall for it? I listened to a very interesting podcast with Mattis DeSmet today, the topic was mass formation, or group think if you will. https://jermwarfare.com/blog/mattias-desmet

One of the things Professor Desmet said is those who have not bought into the hive mind, or group think have got to keep speaking out. He talked about a show he did recently and he said he got so much mail from people that said while they were listening to the show, it was like they were waking up and they could see where their previous thought processes had been off. He felt our best chance of saving at least some of them (the cult covidians) was to keep speaking out. But it’s about saving ourselves as well from the things they will demand the government do to us in the name of “safety”.

Which leads me to my next point, speaking out.

This censorship of Russia, and anything Russian. RT news in America recently shut down. Well, with the services canceling them, I can see why. Al Jeezera still on? Just checking. Another podcast was with a former reporter for RT news, and it was pretty interesting. She talked about the freedom she had as a journalist working for them. That she had been free to pursue some stories she would never have been allowed to cover on FOX or CNN. The interview was about the hate that had been directed at her personally since February. It’s also available on Spotify. Jerm Warfare. The interview is Rachel Blevins. I know, lots of listening today, what can I say? I was working on a mower.

https://odysee.com/@jermwarfare:2/rachel-blevins:91?r=BDjTAtq4WJnuTurz5kqJidEt2WsNSwwj

But the level of censorship and hatred directed at President Putin (who I still do not think is a nice guy) is usually reserved for American doctors who had cheap easily available cures for corona virus. And in fact, can be used for other viruses. It is usually reserved for people that try to submit evidence that there was massive cheating in the 2020 elections. That much hatred directed at a man who is head of a communist country? The rabid left loves communism, so this is very odd. What is it the American oligarchs don’t want the citizens to hear? I heard (but not confirmed) Russia did not lock down their citizens nor was there a vax mandate. Are they afraid we’re going to compare death statistics? I don’t know, but there is some reason for this.

They have continued to blame Putin for election interference, for gas price spikes, for rising prices and probably the heartbreak of psoriasis! Vice President Word Salad shows up in Ukraine urging them to join NATO, and the media claims the US gave information to the Ukraine to sink the Russian warship and to target Russian Generals. Then Ginger Goebbels Psaki trots out and says it’s not true. Now, if the majority of American citizens know she lies like a cheap rug….I’m guessing Putin might have a clue as well. The Bull Durham investigation has shown there was no Russian interference, Crooked Hillary cooked it all up. (Prayers for Robbie Mook at this trying time). The disgraced and discredited FIB and CIA apparently “couldn’t” figure it out. I want my tax dollars back. Now we have RINO Romney, Mitt Romney Calls on NATO to Prepare for Potential Russian Nuclear Strikes. Well, lets see, we have millions of people in the US now and we have no clue who they are, so. Of course Romney has a pony in the race, his son as well as Pelosi’s, Kerry’s and of course Biden’s are all involved in the Ukraine. The country the IMF ranks as one of the corrupt. You know, it’s interesting, I don’t speak Russian, I know not that much about Russia, although someone did tell me on Shabbat that Putin has made it better for the Jews, but some of the videos I’ve seen on GAB (who don’t censor) have English subtitles and according the videos it is the Russians who have been helping the Ukrainian citizens more, and some of the atrocities have been Ukrainian. I dunno, I don’t speak either language.

But the point here is, everything President Puddin’head’s puppeteers and his corrupt friends in the pub party have been doing are set to provoke and poke the Russian bear, and harm American citizens. If you really think Putin is crazy, why are you doing that? You don’t poke crazy. One of the shows I listened to today, I’m not sure which one, pointed out that Putin had set down a set of items that Russia wouldn’t tolerate. They said he had been clear and had been saying it for a long time. It’s not like he just woke up cranky one morning and out of the blue decided to take a jaunt into Ukraine. Somehow I don’t hear much conversation about that though.

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action. We are well past that with President Puddin’head.

Keeping your friends close can be a challenge

We are at an unprecedented place in American history. The forces allied against us, U.S. are without and within. And the within are the worst of the lot. I think the leaders of almost (if not all) of the world’s countries right now are corrupt, and I think they are determined to pit us against one another because if we figured out we all pretty much want the same thing (I’m leaving Islam out of this, by the way, that’s a whole nother kettle of fish) then we might decide we just prefer to get along, work together and live in peace. And so I’ll leave you with a thought from Rabbi Nachman of Breslov (in Ukraine) and a story from Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch.

We must not fear!

I Hate The Term “Assault Weapon”

And this is just one of the many reasons why. I keep seeing crap about the Buffalo shooter illegally “modifying” his Bushmaster XM-15 rifle (when some dumbass isn’t calling it an “AR-15” which happens to be a Colt trademark). Case in point:

Buffalo shooting suspect learned to modify his gun on YouTube. The videos are still online.
The 18-year-old suspected of targeting and fatally shooting 10 Black people in Buffalo, New York, wrote in what are believed to be his online journals that he learned how to illegally modify his rifle by watching YouTube videos. The suspect appeared to link to the videos in Discord chat logs, and the videos were still available on YouTube as of Thursday evening — five days after the shooting.

The advocacy group Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund called on YouTube to remove these videos, saying that they violate YouTube’s community guidelines banning videos that show how to install gun accessories like high-capacity magazines.

Since thus far the only “modification” I’ve heard about is that he had 10+ round magazines, I was very curious as to exactly how he “modified” the rifle. What do the supergeniuses at Everytown say?

Based on a review of the shooter’s writings and public news reports about the weapon used in the shooting, the shooter may have watched this video to equip his Bushmaster rifle with an Anderson Manufacturing magazine release after removing the Mean Arms MA Lock in violation of New York’s assault weapons regulations.

Ah. So Everytown believes the chumbucket might have removed the magazine lock and installed a conventional magazine catch so that he could swap out magazines in a normal manner.

I’ll pause for a moment, to see if you can spot the problem with that. It’s possible you won’t, if you live in neither New York… nor California.

All “assault weapons” are not created equal. Except in a few jurisdictions that have defined the term in law, it’s meaningless. For instance, In Georgia there is no such thing as an “assault weapon.”

But in New York, there is such a thing.

California has also defined “assault weapon.”

But the definitions differ in each state.

In California, the powers-that-be decided that you should not be able to swap magazines normally. There, an AR-pattern rifle must be equipped with a magazine lock that makes normal operation impossible. So if the Buffalo, New York scumbag wanted to travel to California, purchase a California-compliant rifle, and modify it to allow normal mag swaps, he might want to remove an MA Lock and replace it with an AA mag release.

But New York does not ban mag releases, as California does (I’m open to correction, if someone can find such a restriction in the law). They just say you can’t insert a magazine with a capacity greater than 10 rounds.

So the Buffalo bastard would have zero reason to “modify” his rifle by removing a feature not there in the first place, and replacing it with a feature it already has.

The Everytown dimwits assumed that As California Goes, So Goes the Country. If California requires something then surely every other state must do the same, right?

Nope.

It is possible that the Bushmaster the shooter purchased was California compliant as well as New York compliant. The manufacturer/distributor could have simplified production by combining the worst of both states, just so they wouldn’t have complicate their production lines with two products, each with limited appeal. To date, I have not seen a picture of the specific firearm used; I don’t know if it was dual-compliant.

But that doesn’t make the Cal-required mag lock the law in New York. In NY, installing a normal mag release would not be an “illegal modification.”

I stand on the shoulders of Giants

The Second Amendment rights movement has suffered what I consider to be some grievous losses the last few years. We lost Brad Alpert in 2019 who’s Second Amendment activity went way back to 1966. We lost his beloved wife Jo Ann just a few weeks ago. She was a Southern Second Amendment powerhouse in her own right. They were some of the smartest people I ever met, and many a time a visit to see them would sooth my troubled heart, soul or both. Not to mention they were a great source of inspiration.

I’m not on FakeBook much at all anymore, but a quick check in showed me we lost a another stalwart on the 15th of April.

And then last night I got a phone call from an old friend, going way back to 2004. January 22nd of 2004 to be precise. I was a young(er) country gal who had traveled to the state capitol to attend a hearing for a court case against Missouri’s concealed carry law. I was going to write my first column for a grassroots Missouri Second Amendment rights group. I didn’t know anyone. I was going because I didn’t have to work that day, and I wanted to see it, and write about it. And it became what I consider to be a life shaping event. I met some amazing people that day, people I had only heard of in Second Amendment rights group meetings. People that had been instrumental in getting concealed carry passed in the state of Missouri. One of those people was John Ross, the author of Unintended Consequences. It is a big book, it combines history with his modern day story line and while I haven’t read it for a few years, in some ways I think it’s prophetic. As I recall it’s towards the beginning there is a part that takes place in the Warsaw ghetto. I was hooked. Part of it does have some pretty graphic scenes, just a warning up front. But it’s a once you read it, you’ll never forget it. I remember when it came out he, and his ex-wife were harassed by alphabet soup agencies, but the book still went on sale.

My phone call last night was from my friend Michael Meyer (who despite never getting me a Clydesdale, I still adore) telling me John had passed on. I didn’t even know he had been working on his next book. Who knows what that might have been like. Michael said everyone was in shock. I get it, I am as well. I told Michael it’s because we never expect our legends to die. I guess some people have been looking on the net for that original column I did, about meeting them all. So I’m sharing some pictures with you from that day, the lunch at Madison’s and Michael generously shared some really good pictures of John with me.

I was in the presence of Warrior Angels that day, I still aspire to become one, and to inspire others to become one as well. Because I stand on the shoulders of giants.

In the Presence of Warrior Angels

I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Missouri Supreme Court (MOSC) hearing on the 22nd of January. It was an amazing experience for us. We found out by attending the WMSA meeting the night before that we needed to be there around 10 AM, rather than the 2 PM we had planned on. There would be tickets given out to enter the hearing. So I got up bright and early so I could leave on time. If you have never had to wake up chickens to feed them, it is pretty funny.

After an uneventful journey, I arrived around 9:40 AM found a parking spot in a 2 hour parking meter lot and got all set. I knew what the building looked like from internet hunting. I had ever been to the MOSC. I went in and passed through the metal detectors. Seemed an unnecessary step to me, as there was a big sign on the door to the effect of no weapons beyond this point. All criminals will certainly obey that sign, so why both with the metal detector? Then the intrepid Marshal went through my purse, more or less. Now that is bravery! We all left our cell phones on a table along with everyone else’s. I was told we couldn’t take our camera upstairs, so I asked the Marshal if I could take a photo by the beautiful marble stairway. He said sure. I started to take the photo, and a very nice gentleman, who turned out to be John Gordon, came up and offered to take a photo. Then tongue in cheek (at least I think it was) he asked which side we were on. I told him, VERY pro. He smiled and said as long as I was on the right side and laughed. John took the photo. Afterwards we met Tom Mendenhall, both were from Columbia. There were another group of men standing around, mostly in suits, I wondered which side they were on. While we were waiting for the tickets to be given out I amused myself by trying to figure out which side folks were on according to how they dressed and acted. After a while a line formed, we asked Carl, the guard behind the desk, by this time we were on a first name basis with Carl, if we should get in line. He softly laughed and said he didn’t know why folks were forming the line, that the tickets would be given out in order of arrival, and the Marshal knew the order of the arrival. Shortly after 10 AM, out he came and proceeded to pass out tickets. As we walked outside Dennis told me he had traded tickets with the gentleman that was walking out with us, so he could sit with his friends. I asked if we were still sitting together, he said we were. The gentleman then introduced himself. Tim Oliver. I lunged across Dennis and yelped TIM OLIVER?? THE Tim Oliver? He laughed and said yes. He told us he had a table reserved at Madison’s for lunch, we should come. Now we are in a strange city, we don’t know anyone, and this nice man invites us to join his group. We asked if he was sure there would be enough room for us. He said sure. He told us where it was, so we set out to move our car and find the place. We found it. It turned out, it was across from the parking garage. We went in and began our meeting of Warrior Angels. It was the most amazing thing, we ended up having lunch with Tim Oliver, Greg Jeffery, Tom Mendenhall and John Gordon on one side of the table. On the other was Dennis, Mike Meyer, John Ross (Author of Unintended Consequences, which if you haven’t read it, wow, you should!) and C. Michael Gamble. These are men who have labored long and hard in the fight for our Second Amendment Rights. They are intelligent, informed and generous of nature. They allowed two folks from the country who were pretty much alone in the city to be a part of their group and within 5 minutes we felt at home, we were among our own kind. Then it was back to the MOSC. We were front row center, I sat next to John Gordon, who secured press packets for us. When the lawyers filed in, Tim, who sat on the other side of Dennis, told us who the players were. Bert Newman opened for the bad guys (no bias in reporting here folks!). His argument hinged on the statement in the Missouri constitution that Article 1 section 23 which stated “but this shall not justify the wearing of concealed weapons” meant that it couldn’t be done. One of the justices pointed out then it would apply to law officers, process servers and the like. Mr. Newman felt this applied only to citizens, not to law enforcement or the like which he said are “the state”. That law officers, process servers and the like have much more extensive training, regulation & requirements. There was a long discussion about rights under the first clause of Article 1 section 23, rights to promote personal security-guaranteed by the first clause, the right to defend their person or property. Mr. Newman feels that our law enforcement officials are promoting personal security by protecting the citizens of the state in a manner that is consistent with the first clause of Article 1 section 23. So as I understand that, Mr. Newman feels that our right to defend ourselves is taken care of by law enforcement officers. While I listen to this, I am remembering the part in Missouri Weapons and Self-Defense Law by K. Jamison, that the police do NOT have a duty to protect the individual, just society as a whole, and am thinking, oh, this isn’t good. Then came one of the most entertaining portions of the show. I believe it was Judge Benton, that ask Mr. Newman, so your definition of the word justify is sanction? What definition do you give us of the word justify? Faster than a speeding bullet, Mr. Newman whipped a pair of black patent tap shoes out of his briefcase and tied them on. He began to dance at a rapid speed. He started with the last phrase means accept, then went into the intent of the founders is so clear, looking back to the mischief to be remedied, spirit of the times, 1875 havoc, civil war…. The Justice re-asked the question of what justify meant, and where did he get the definition. With his feet furiously flying, Mr. Newman launched into another diatribe, included in his points, meaning of “does not justify” is a ban on concealed weapons, means can’t have. In the back of my head I am hearing this raspy voice saying “it depends on what your definition of the word is, is”…Finally after another Justice asked a time or two, Mr. Newman finally stated that the word justify meant “allow”. Mr. Newman then took off his tap shoes and Mr. Miller, the other bad guy (for simplicity in reporting) got up to present the Hancock portion of the argument. Judge Benton pointed out that the Sheriff may charge up to $100, or may not charge anything. That there may be a Sheriff that has said he will do it for free, as part of his running platform. Mr. Miller kept insisting that for judicial economy, that instead of having 114 counties come before the Supreme Court asking for relief from this unfunded mandate, it should just be ruled on now. One Justice pointed out that some counties have said they will not need any additional personnel, they already have the process in place for fingerprints, and basically, it won’t be any big deal. Obviously, this was not the Jackson County Sheriff. Mr. Miller’s point is that although the Sheriffs may charge up to $100, that the way the law is written prohibits the Sheriffs from using the money to pay for cost of processing the applications. Huh, where do these people get this stuff?

Then the mighty Paul Wilson from the Attorney General’s office (One of the good guys) came up to bat. Justice Wolf wanted to know if the money goes to the Sheriff’s fund for training, would the County be compensated for other expenses. Mr. Wilson replied that there was no way to know what other expenses there might be. He said that there is no way the legislature would draft the law, allow the Sheriffs to charge up to $100 and then say they could not use it to pay the expenses. One of the Justices asked “what if we struck the restriction to training and equipment? Then they could use the money as they see fit.” Mr. Wilson replied they could, or they could acknowledge the next section in the law which requires a sheriff to reimburse a local police chief any reasonable expenses meant that these categories were not to be exclusive to other expenses. He stated that the legislature had acted rationally in providing funds. When asked how could he say that in a county like St. Louis that it will not result in increase work load, Mr. Wilson replied they can’t, they have no way of knowing if 1 person, or 100,001 people will apply. He pointed out that the legislature will likely give a law against cross burning this year, and that will result in increased work for detectives. He asked if it was to be suggested that the law would violate the Hancock Amendment. He stated that is work they do, they capture criminals and bring them to the prosecutors. That these duties are part and parcel of what they do. Mr. Wilson stated that if a county doesn’t want to oblige someone who wants a concealed carry license, the county would raise the Hancock issue, they would have to prove, which they have not, that it is an unfunded mandate. That county would then need to come before the MOSC to be excused from complying. BUT if the court did choose to do that, it would not be preventing any other county from complying with the law.

Then it was back to Dancin’ Bert Newman for his final argument which is banning concealed carry promotes personal safety.

Mr. Miller’s final say was if they didn’t decide now on the Hancock issue (before there is any data to base a decision on mind you) that they would have to decide the issue 114 times. Just then a little Red chicken ran across the court room, something about the sky falling….I think. And with that the arguments closed.

What can I say, Mr. Brooks didn’t look too happy. It was the most amazing day, meeting these wonderful men, they truly are Warrior Angels, and to be present when history is being made!

Russia Russia Russia

I am not siding with Vladimer Putin

You know, color me suspicious. But the last time all the talking heads on TV, the politicians, Big Tech and celebrities all agreed on something and parroted the same talking points it was WuFlu. And our country and our world hasn’t yet recovered from that deception. Terrified people drive around in cars by themselves wearing masks. That scares me considering the physiological consequences of an elevated CO2 level. But oh yes, they were all in agreement, the 99+% survivable virus was going to decimate the earth, and there was no cure because Hydroxy and Ivermectin could not be used because Fauxci said so. No no, only the golden calf of a vaccine would do, and all voices trying to share information to the contrary would be shut down. Those people would be attacked and attempts made to ruin their lives, even as they were trying to save the lives of others. No longer is civil medical discussion allowed.

But this isn’t another covid column, yet.

Nope, this one is about helpful suggestions involving the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Just some observations.

What are my qualifications? Do I have superior knowledge that allows me to weigh in on such a dangerous topic? Ladies and gentlemen I present to you Vice President Kamala Harris:

Do I need to?

Quick history lesson for folks that probably don’t need it and could probably give me some.

NATO was formed to keep the Soviet Union in check. https://www.nato.int/wearenato/why-was-nato-founded.html

The North Atlantic Alliance was founded in the aftermath of the Second World War. Its purpose was to secure peace in Europe, to promote cooperation among its members and to guard their freedom – all of this in the context of countering the threat posed at the time by the Soviet Union.

Knowing that, one could see how it might make Russia cranky as they were promised in 1990-1991 that NATO would not move one inch closer to the East than the East German border. https://nsarchive.gwu.edu/briefing-book/russia-programs/2017-12-12/nato-expansion-what-gorbachev-heard-western-leaders-early

U.S. Secretary of State James Baker’s famous “not one inch eastward” assurance about NATO expansion in his meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev on February 9, 1990, was part of a cascade of assurances about Soviet security given by Western leaders to Gorbachev and other Soviet officials throughout the process of German unification in 1990 and on into 1991

Then of course there was that very impolite little US sponsored revolution under barry sotero in 2014 where the elected President of Ukraine (who was close to Russia) was thrown out and one favorable to the West and it’s taxpayer money was installed. Just seems rude and I can understand why Putin would take it amiss.

Victoria Nuland’s voice. That name will come up again.

I found this short clip by Dr Wilmer Leonard to be very interesting.

So as the talking heads call Putin crazy for saying there are nazis in the Ukraine, I might mention to them the Azov Battalion.

How Obama And Biden Installed Neo-Nazis In Ukraine

Russia/Putin know that President Puddin’ is corrupt. Heck the whole world (except your average dimocrat voter knows Xiden is corrupt) when he blackmailed Ukrainian prosecutors into ceasing the investigation into his criminal son, Hunter. Where is Hunter by the way?

But I think maybe there are a couple things that really got his knickers in a twist. One being, and a big one, the bio weapons labs that the Department of Defense has in the Ukraine. Bio weapons labs that have a connection to Eco Health Alliance, Tony Fauxci’s buddies. WHAT HAVE FAUCI’S FRIENDS BEEN UP TO IN UKRAINE?

National Endowment for Democracy Deletes Records of Funding Projects in Ukraine

US Responds To Russian Bioweapons Claims

The US has rejected Moscow’s allegation that it helps to operate “biolabs” in Ukraine working with highly dangerous pathogens. Russia claimed that Kiev is scrambling to destroy the materials and cover up a possible violation of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC).

The United States does not own or operate any chemical or biological laboratories in Ukraine, it is in full compliance with its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention and Biological Weapons Convention, and it does not develop or possess such weapons anywhere,” US State Department spokesperson Ned Price said on Thursday.

Labs Fauxci and the DOD are trying to hide from the world as well as American Citizens. Here are the Documents the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine Scrubbed on ‘Biological Threat Reduction’ Labs Some of the labs:

“The Department of Defense expenditures as listed for select Ukrainian laboratories follow below:

Dnipropetrovsk Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,935,557)

Dnipropetrovsk State Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,810, 547)

Kharkiv Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,638,375)

Luhansk Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,746,312)

Lviv Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,927,158)

Lviv Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,734,971)

Vinnytsia Oblast Laboratory Center (USD $1,504,840)

Zakarpartska Oblast Laboratory Center (USD $1,920,432)

Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences ( USD $2,109,375.23)

Uncovered Web Pages Show Barack Obama Led an Effort to Build a Ukraine-Based BioLab Handling ‘Especially Dangerous Pathogens’

Victoria Nuland Admits Fear ‘Russian Forces May Be Seeking to Gain Control’ of Ukraine Biolabs

I’m sure she is afraid of that. Told you that name would pop up again.

Slutsky also noted that, on February 24, according to the Ukrainian-language documents produced by Russia, laboratory staff in Ukraine received an order to immediately destroy especially dangerous pathogens, including the causative agents of ‘plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera’ and other deadly diseases.

But you really need to hand it to Putin’s intelligence services, how on earth did they ever discover what was going on in Ukraine before they even invaded? I mean what could have made him suspicious?

Oh I guess Putin watched a TED talk from 2017 huh?

Which is interesting since the corporate media has been lying, again, still, but this time telling us there are no bio labs in Ukraine.

Remember folks, our tax dollars pay Fauxci’s salary. And I’m pretty sure the Russians have watched his performance the last two years just like we have. Dangerous or cruel experiments in another country? Tony, really? You’d never would you? It was probably another bat, right?

Ok Ginger Goebbels (Jen Psaki) why don’t you just trot on over to Russia and lie to Putin and the Russian people like you do to Americans every day. Let us, U.S. know how that works out for you.

Weren’t Fauxci, Gates and Schwab talking about the next one, meaning pandemic? Maybe Putin took the “not in my backyard” approach.

Despair

Not surprisingly, Russia is “miffed”. Russia Accuses U.S. of Covering Up Violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention – Calls to Strengthen Bioweapons Treaty

Russia declared that the U.S. and Ukraine have covered up violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention. This comes after Russia discovered bio-laboratories in Ukraine and after State Department official Victoria Nuland confirmed in her testimony on Tuesday that the U.S. has biolabs in Ukraine.

The Biological Weapons Convention, or Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, is a disarmament treaty that effectively bans biological and toxin weapons by prohibiting their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling, and use.

Sigh.

And while it feels like we’re living in pre-WWII Germany, if you are un-injected (stop it Sheila, another column) to complete the picture remember when Americans shipped a bunch of their own personal weapons to the silly Brits who didn’t have many of their own? You know most Americans didn’t get those back, right? So remembering that, while I admire Mr. Blakeman’s spirit, I’m not a fan of his idea. Not at all. Not even a tiny bit. In fact, I’m suspicious. “We Want AR-15s” – GOP Nassau Executive Announces Gun Drive To Send Weapons To Ukraine

Americans have expressed sympathy for Ukrainian amid the Russian invasion. Bars and restaurants have stopped serving Russian vodka, up to 3,000 Americans have joined the fight overseas, and now a Nassau County politician announced a gun collection drive to resupply Ukrainian Armed Forces with small arms.

GOP County Executive Bruce Blakeman announced the gun drive on Thursday and wants Long Islanders to donate their weapons.

“We want rifles, AR-15s, and shotguns.

“President Zelenskyy for the last few days has been begging weapons, begging for help. How could we sit by silently and not do our part?” Blakeman told ABC7 New York.

To those tempted to send them, you’re not getting them back and with President Puddin’ and the faculty lounge getting more brazenly dictatorial every day don’t bet they can be replaced.

So, my humble suggestions for ending this fiasco are:

Decertify the election, there is plenty of evidence. This will solve a plethora of problems. Too big a goal? Ok how about how about somebody stuff Harris in a closet. She urges Ukraine to join NATO and Russia invades. Wow, who could have seen that coming, right? So promise Putin, not that he’d believe any of us at this point, that Ukraine will never join NATO. Remove the bio weapons labs from Ukraine, put Tony Fauxci and his accomplices like Rick Bright, Francis Collins, Rachel Walensky on trial and in jail. The Corona Investigative Committee has already put together and conducted a grand jury hearing where the evidence has been presented. If Putin thinks we’re taking the bio weapons lab issue seriously that might help.

These are just a few simple things that the U.S. could do that would possibly help end the war without dragging any other countries into the middle, like Poland for instance. And besides it’s the right things to do. We should do them anyway. And considering the amount of actual useful fertilizer that comes from the Ukraine, as in the kind that is used to grow food, guess what President Puddin’s actions are going to do to the price and availability of food?

I know, it’s shocking I’ve never been appointed by a President to a diplomatic office, right?

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Approaches

The trial of the young man who was attacked by three different Antifa/BLM/Democrat storm troopers begins Monday, 1st November.

If you need some background on this, Bear did a great job covering it at the time.

KYLE RITTENHOUSE: SUPER-HERO

MEDAL OF FREEDOM FOR KYLE RITTENHOUSE?

In this day and age when words can be changed to mean whatever the social media giants, mainstream media aka #FakeNews attempt to twist them to mean, I find it a tiny bit encouraging that the judge in charge on the trial has said some very sensible things.

Judge Bruce Schroeder has standards, like actual guidelines that he follows and it doesn’t seem to matter to him what color the people are, what socio-economic level or anything else. They are like these principles that you apply to events. Shocking these days indeed.

Judge Schroeder has ruled that the prosecution is not allowed to call the three men that tried at various times to attack Kyle, or to shoot him “victims”.

Considering that the prosecution (someone that used to be interested in the law, and taking the side of law-abiding citizens) argued that just because one of the storm troopers was trying to burn down a gas station didn’t mean he deserved to be shot by Kyle, because just burning down a gas station doesn’t have anything to do with Kyle. Actually I believe it did. But if that’s the prosecutions approach probably a good thing the judge explained to him why you can’t call them victims.

Judge Schroeder stated the term “victim” is “loaded” because it assumes a degree of guilt by a defendant.

He did say they could call them arsonists, looters or rioters. Presumably because that is acts they were engaged in during the encounter.

He said the prosecution could elevate them to Fauxci level of sainthood if they thought it would help their case. Ok, I made that comparison up. But he did say they could “beatify” them. The judge seems to think the “victimhood” business will be decided by a jury, not the prosecutor who thinks “it’s just arson” or the MSM aka #FakeNews. Shocking eh what?

The trial is to determine did Kyle have reason to believe his life was in danger. I don’t think anyone who saw the video could come to any other conclusion.

This video is still up for the moment. It’s an eleven minute video with a timeline talking about what happened. It’s a good video, I think Lin Wood may have had something to do with the defense at this point. You will have to jump through about three hoops to see it.

I’m saying prayers for this young man.

Centurion Tank Wanted

You know, sometimes you just can’t tell the difference between reality and the Babylon Bee. So I think I’ll take a swing at some creative writing.

Dateline: Washington DC

As Joe Biden’s handlers sorrowfully regarded his plummeting poll numbers they considered their options. In the next room they could hear Kamala cackling as she considered her next trip to the border via New Orleans for some gumbo. A shiver ran through the room as they realized their limited options. Joe sat next to the fireplace with his pants leg pulled up showing his minder for the hour his hairy legs and asked his female secret service agent if she wouldn’t come a little closer. She vehemently shook her head no and said “You’re fine where you are, as am I”. He asked if there were some little girls with barrettes in their hair coming later to visit, the agent looked pained and replied “NO”! She looked pointedly at the agent next to her covering a grin and said “When is Jill supposed to be back”? The agent tried manfully to cover a chuckle and said “She’ll be back from getting her legs waxed in a couple of hours. She didn’t want a repeat of that no hose, visible band-aid on the leg thing like when they were photographed with the queen”.

“There’s GOT to be something” whimpered Susan Rice, maybe we should call Barry?

“Nope, no need” chimed in Fredo Cuomo “I know the perfect issue! It’s always a winner with all the American people!” Everyone looked hopefully at Cuomo. “GUN CONTROL” He crowed triumphantly! “Remember how popular Eric Swalwell and Bozo O’Rourk were with the American people? Why when Duke Nukem threatened to use nuclear weapons on American citizens everyone all across America just fell in love with him! Everyone in the newsroom loved him! All my friends thought he was a shoe in! I don’t know anyone that didn’t think he had a perfectly reasonable idea. Oh I heard some of those mouth-breathers in flyover made some noise, but who cares about them. They are a tiny minority! I mean look at it, the guy was sleeping with a Chinese spy and he’s still on the intelligence committee. If that doesn’t show how highly he’s regarded, what could? Then Bozo was so manly when he flat out told people he was going to take their AK-47s and AR-15s.” I think we could use that to show how in control Joe is. That would show people he really knows how to wield power, who care if they find out we cheated in Maricopa, and Georgia, and Pennsylvania, and Minnesota, and Wisconsin, and Nevada and” Susan Rice broke in “We know Fredo, we all know”. Well sniffed Fredo offendedly, “I’m telling you the only reason Eric didn’t win the nomination was his huge percentage started shriveling when that mean old Bear at The Zelman Partisans started writing about him. Everyone loved him!”

Kamala who had snuck unseen into the room chimed in “Gun control? Don’t you think the media might start to raise questions about Hunter and his gun?” Fredo glared witheringly at her and said “Of course not! What is the matter with you?” Kamala cackled nervously and shot back, “Well, it’s a real issue and a real problem! He probably can’t keep this up much longer” Fredo looked at her in astonishment and said “Of course he can! We’ve got his back”. Susan looked patronizingly at Kamala and said “Are you planning on visiting Disney World on your way to visit the border via New Orleans Kamala dear?” Kamala got her deer in headlights look, cackled “FLORIDA?? You mean go into De Santis territory? No, I think I’ll go to Virginia and look for root causes of ….something, I’ll think of something” and slunk out of the room.

Susan and Fredo mulled over the gun control angle. “Well, Joe is making a name for himself, look at the fabulous guy he pretended he nominated for the head of the ATF. All the senators are so impressed with him, they all love him!” Susan mused. And with the good help you guys have given him Fredo, Americans now see how deadly those assault rifles are.

Sadly for Chipman and the Communists, Americans aren’t stupid, or unskilled. So, the BATFE didn’t give Chipman a automatic weapon? Interesting.

And so a speech was whipped up for Joe while he took a long nap. He was then trotted out for the cameras and promised a nice ice cream cone if he did a good job.

As normal sane Americans listened to this, they wondered if perhaps Eric Swalwell had taken a break from sharing National security secrets with spies from enemy countries to take up speech writing for Beijing Xiden.

Predictably news outlets more reliable than the NY Slimes (which would include this column) immediately came out with notices of sales and family shopping trips to their local armory and airfield.

Emperor Palpatine Urges Citizens To Give Up Their Blasters Since They’d Need A Death Star To Beat The Empire

Palpatine was also dismissive of the idea that people need blasters in case they have to overthrow the Empire if it turns tyrannical. “It’s just a ridiculous idea that a rebellion armed with blasters could do anything about us,” he said. “You’d need your own armored, planet-destroying superweapon to match the strength of our Death Star. Even if you had X-Wings, what could they do but scratch its surface? Abandon all hope to rise against us! Abandon!”

Bass Pro Shops Announces 2-for-1 Sale On All Nuclear Missiles

In a bit of exciting news for firearms enthusiasts and those who wish to deter their government from becoming tyrannical, Bass Pro Shops has announced that its semi-annual 2-for-1 nuke sale will be kicking off this weekend. Every nuclear weapon in the company’s arsenal will be completely free with the purchase of any other nuclear weapon.

Biden Makes Compelling Argument In Favor Of Second Amendment

WASHINGTON, D.C.—In a speech yesterday, President Joe Biden made a compelling and powerful argument in defense of the Second Amendment. The president ranted on and on about how if people were to rebel against his iron-fisted rule, he would nuke them and send F-15 fighter jets to attack them in their homes. These statements alone were enough to convince millions of Americans the Second Amendment is still desperately needed to protect their natural right to defend themselves.

Huge Spike In Americans Buying F-15s After Biden Suggests You’ll Need Them To Overthrow Government

The nation scrambled to buy F-15s and nuclear weapons after President Biden said in a speech Wednesday that you’ll never beat a government unless you have the fighter jets and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

All over the nation, American citizens were seen parking their brand-new F-15s in their driveways and garages. Some wealthier Americans purchased the F-22, while less fortunate citizens were forced to buy the F-35 joint fighter. But no matter what craft they chose, American citizens said they were just glad to finally be protected against a tyrannical government.

Family Shopping Trip

Personally, I have a email in to Israel to see about a home version of the Iron Dome. I knew I should have bought that Centurion tank when I had the chance!

‘You’ll Never Beat The Government With Just Guns,’ Says Party That Also Believes Government Was Almost Toppled By Unarmed Mob On January 6

At this point Nancy Pelosi tottered in on her high heels, “Don’t you mess with my commission!” She screeched. Susan Rice glared at her and said “OUT! Do you want me to call AOC?” The painted on color drained out of Pelosi’s face and she wheeled about and tottered back out of the room without a word, repeatable.

As the cabal congratulated themselves on having undoubtedly pumped up Joe’s poll numbers, they also savored the fact they had threatened him sufficiently to pretty much stay on topic.

Joe, you already are in trouble with the American people. With or without your mask, we see you and your cronies for what you are.

ATF’s Stabilizing Brace Rule On the Way

The Epoch Times reports that the ATF’s Notice of Proposed Rule-Making on whether a stabilizing brace turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle has been published in the Federal Register.

However, while they link a DOJ pre-published copy, and provide no link the NPRM on the Register. A search there does not turn it up, nor does it yet appeared on Regulations.gov. The document that ET links to even states that the text of what gets published may differ.

This one differs greatly from the ATF’s previous abortive attempt at rule-making on braces last year. The 2020 fiasco was purely subjective; We’ll know an SBR when we see one. This one at least makes the attempt to appear objective. They will create an evaluation worksheet, a “4999.”

The meat of the NPRM, the 4999, is a checklist, which assigns “points” to a braced firearm on a ranked basis. The more like a brace, the lower the points. More like a buttstock, more points. They would “evaluate” various characteristics. It’s broken down into two testing sections.

Starting with Section I, the firearm must weigh at least 64 ounces, but — as we’ll see — no more than 120 ounces. It must be at least 12 inches long, but no more than 26. If your brace meets those “prerequisites,” you get to proceed to the next part.

Section II looks at “accessory design,” “rear surface area,” “adjustability,” and “stabilizing support.”

If the design accrues 4 or more points in Section II, do not pass go. It’s a short-barreled rifle.

Frankly, about the only design that would pre-qualify as a brace in Section II would be a nonadjustable (for length, one presumes) fabric arm loop/”cuff” with some feature like a rear point to make it specifically uncomfortable to shoulder. I really don’t wants points on a brace, and fixed length brace that’s fine for six-footer me probably won’t fit my four-foot, eleven inch sister.

Rear surface area? It’s purely an arbitrary guessimate by the examiner, No standard is given. Much of the “objective” process is like that.

The subject of “cuff” is interesting. That reminded me of part of my comment on the December NPRM, more reasonable definition of brace.

A device designed to aid a user in holding a large pistol with one hand, which extends no further than the user’s forearm when gripping the firearm normally, and which conforms to the user’s forearm.

Maybe they read it.

If we survived Section II, we get the privilege of advancing to Section III, where the evaluator looks at “length of pull,” “attachment method, “stabilizing brace modification/configuration,” and “peripheral accessories.” Again points are assigned on a sliding basis.

The only way not to get points for length of pull is for it to be less than ten and a half inches. If I were stabilizing an AR pistol, I’d want 13, which would earn me 3 points just on that. And note that even calling “length of pull” implies it’s an SBR unless proven otherwise.

For attachment method, most braced AR pistols I’ve seen would be safe, using a “standard AR-type pistol buffer tube.” Not all, though.

If one accepts that the ATF has any constitutional business regulating rifles, short-barreled or not (I don’t), the the mods/config section more or less makes sense.

The accessories test is bizarre. Some are consistent with other rules (no secondary forward vertical grip), but why the devil bureaucrat does putting flip-up iron sights (think for storage and transport) matter? That alone earns a point, of which you can have no more than 3. Four or more, SBR.

The proposed rule is a mess. It doesn’t allow for the possibility that someone might want to brace anything but an AR pistol. Even the only attachment method mentioned is the buffer tube. And what about this?

That’s right out.

It might meet the minimum length prerequisite, but not the weight standard. Does that mean it is good to go, because it’s light, it cannot be an SBR? What about this one?

Good to go?

Or, because it’s light and attaches at other than the nonexistent buffer tube, it’s automatically an SBR? My definition would have settled it. The ATF’s doesn’t.

As usual, the ATF is an incoherent solution in search of a nonexistent problem.

The Proof is in the trauma bandage

I suspect most of The Zelman Partisan’s readers will not be shocked to find out that I consider Democrat/Communist policies in dealing with crime to be utter abject failures. And we are beginning to see some increasingly large failures of the same genre.

First up the required disclaimer. All my children have either four legs and fur, or two legs and feathers. All were home-schooled and are perfectly well behaved, well adjusted fur-children. For the most part. Usually. They only have occasional lapses. But again, I find it necessary to write some thoughts about Democrat/Communist policies that will affect children, and therefore affect society at large. It goes way back, and has spawned all kinds of additional societal ills that just didn’t need to happen. These are fed and nurtured by corrupt Democrat/Communist politicians with their own agendas to advance.

Let’s start going way back to Skittles and Watermelon Arizona ice tea boy who had been suspected of breaking into houses. He later attacked what the #MSM #FakeNews would label a “White Hispanic” named George Zimmerman. Skittles boy had a history of issues with the law-enforcement. But due to the Obama policy of not relaying information about dangerous students of color to law-enforcement to lower statistics of crime committed by them, he was still walking around, burglarizing, and assaulting freely. As was the Marjory Stoneman Douglas attacker. Because like the Wuhan Flu virus numbers, it doesn’t matter to Democrat/Communists what the outcome will be, only how they can get the #MSM to frame the reports, how they frame the narrative.

BECAUSE THEY LOVE THEIR IDEOLOGY MORE THAN THEY LOVE CHILDREN

Did Lax Obama-Era School-Discipline Policies Enable the Parkland Shooter? Spoiler alert, YES.

That trial and media circus gave rise to Burn Loot and Murder if I’m not mistaken.

Same set of circumstances allowed for the “wayward youth” at Marjory Stoneman Douglas to remain free to slaughter some of his classmates, and allowed the Coward of Broward to become a household name. And then it allowed a self-absorbed, unimportant, attention seeking child, #MoneyHogg to slither his way into the limelight for more than his share of the 15 minutes of fame. A child who wasn’t there when it happened, but jumped on his bicycle as I recall, and pedaled furiously towards the school. Ha! You thought I was heading toward Greta Thunberg didn’t you?

Then there was this in Fl. Florida Judge Clears Student Who Threatened School Shooting And Draws Town’s Wrath

And, what changed? Nothing. There is criminal element of society that can break the law without a worry. It won’t be reported, or it will be covered up. No worries. And this will keep them from being stigmatized. Or forced to get help. Or force their parents to take some responsibility.

And what does that get us? A bunch of 6-11 year olds, I have also heard 7-11 year old “children” who car-jacked a guy running for mayor of Atlanta for those who don’t think Keisha Bottoms is corrupt enough for their liking. Now, this to me, is actually kind of amusing. The councilman voted to defund the police, then lost a fight with a bunch of 6 or 7 to 11 year olds who stole his 2016 Mercedes. He complained it took the police 45 minutes to respond. Apparently a social worker was unavailable. But the carjacking waifs knew a kindred spirit when they jacked one. The Democrat is currently under indictment on charges of wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud involving the purchase of a Mercedes C300, as well as a Range Rover.

To Democrat/Communists it’s not important that you be good, moral, decent and competent. It’s important that you fill in the right boxes.

And if you check the right victimhood boxes, you have got yourself a “get out of trouble free” card.

And the idiot councilman? He lives to lie, cheat and steal some more another day. Unlike the poor Uber eats driver that was car jacked and murdered by the 13 and 15 year olds in Washington DC. That poor man wasn’t cheating, defrauding, voting to “Defund the Police”, he was just trying to make a living.

BUT IT’S FOR THE CHILDREN

He like many innocent victims, pay the price for the votes of idiots like the Atlanta councilman. And what is the Atlanta councilman going to do to make Atlanta safer for law abiding citizens? Press charges? Oh heck no, he’s going to yammer on and on with excuse after excuse for their behavior, so they should be plenty emboldened to try that again. Maybe next time racking up a murder of their own since there were no consequences. And the idiot councilman? No consequences for his actions putting the citizens of Atlanta at greater risk. But he does get to go full on virtue signal for a news cycle!

When virtue signals fail h/t Mike for the meme.

Also included in the But It’s For The Children column, is the story about the rabid 16 year old who tried to stab two girls to death in front of a police officer while bystanders did absolutely nothing to stop it. An armed police officer, with his gun out, who warned her multiple times to drop the knife and quit trying to kill other people. Unlike some of the other incidents nothing new really came out of that except the constant reminder that some basketball player that reportedly falls down in agony when he has a hangnail criticized the police officer for saving two black girls lives that day. And a little dog. #LDLM.

Policies on how to deal with juvenile delinquents changed? None. Statements from leading Democrat/Communist party leaders condemning the violence and lack of responsibility from both the parents and the children involved? None. Media investigations into what the heck has happened to our society that we are seeing an increase in the number of serious crimes by juvenile delinquents and an increase in severity of the crimes committed. Ho hum, yawn, none. Unless of course there is a defensive shooting by a white police officer. Where upon the media will canonize the utes, despite the better than good chance the utes would bash the news reader over the head, steal their purse, wallet and jack their car if give the chance.

And, problems not confronted and dealt with tend to grow.

The latest incident I’ve heard of involves a 12 year old boy and a 14 year old girl who attacked a attendant/worker at the Florida United Methodist Children’s home. The news report says the girl hit the worker with a stick. Hmm, why do I suspect this sounds more like a beaten employee?

But it seems there is a policy called juvenile justice, and restorative justice. The results of that policy are that a 14 year old who had been arrested for stealing dogs, was sentenced to teen court. She failed to comply. She then set 5 fires in a wooded lot which came close to several homes. The department of juvenile justice then decides that felony arson isn’t a serious crime and to return her to her mother. Her mother can’t control her, so she’s back in foster care, she runs away several times, and winds up in this Methodist children’s home. Which according to the good Sheriff is totally incapable of dealing with this kind of criminals. In fact, in March of this year, a 15 year old boy at the group home pled no contest to the manslaughter charge of a security guard. The sheriff’s department was called to the group home around 300 times in 2020. I would say something in the juvenile justice and restorative justice plan is a serious failure. To make it more exciting for the citizens of Volusia county, though they may not know it, is that same children’s home that couldn’t control these two criminals is taking in illegal aliens from the border.

These two bottom feeders (they are not children) fired what actually may have been a AK-47 and a pump shotgun along with some sort of pistol at the deputies. Now, while those on the left scream about safe storage of firearms, may I refer you to the couple of lines further up. The 14 year old female attacked a group home worker with a stick (who knows, it’s the media, it may turn out to be a baseball bat) and she tried to burned down a group of homes in April of this year. She didn’t need a gun, she just took advantage. I have no doubt had the homeowners been home, they would have needed their defensive tools quickly to have protected themselves from the thugs. Because obviously life means nothing to the perpetrators. The 12 year old boy had done something called “transient threats”. Doesn’t sound too bad, right? Well in this case, it meant the 12 year old in foster care since 2016, had threatened to throw a brick at an administrator and also had 5 days later threatened to kill a student, pee and spread his guts all over the bleachers. For that he was suspended for a whole 3 days.

The Sheriff talked about his team watching as the 14 year old totally destroyed the inside of the home owners nice home. She took a baseball bat and smashed furniture, toilets and anything else she cared to. You think she wouldn’t have smashed people?

The 14 year old told the 12 year old they were going to “roll it down like it was GTA”. I understand that is grand theft auto. A game. I remember hearing Lt Col Dave Grossman talk about this in a class. The effect these violent video games have on children’s brains. They did a series of MRIs showing what was happening. He is co-author of a book about this. Stop Teaching Our Kids to Kill : A Call to Action Against TV, Movie and Video Game Violence Written in 1999 I might add.

But you know one of the things that struck me as the good Sheriff talked about this, was his compassion for the homeowners who had done nothing wrong, and his team who had done nothing wrong. He had compassion for the innocent parties who were just trying their best to deal with the #Shiff that liberal policies are creating and emboldening. It seems rare these days to hear anyone express compassion for the innocent people that weren’t doing anything wrong, just minding their business and going about their lives not bothering anyone or anything and have their lives turned upside down by scum like these 12 and 14 year olds.

I think the media was really struggling wanting to side with the criminals as is their usual game plan.

There is a pattern here. And it’s not limited to America, it’s a pattern consistent with criminals that have learned how to play the game.

Children and Arabs in Israel, hamass.

Both the juvenile delinquents in America who know nothing is going to happen to them, whether they are blm, antifa, run of the mill thugs and the Arabs in Israel, both (some) Israeli Arabs and Gazans know the #MSM and the #UN will run cover for them. Like Commie-Kamala bleating about “root causes” excuses will be made for criminal behavior, illegal aliens with long rap sheets will be turned loose to murder again. The un-ending swarm of 3rd world dependents the Democrat/Communist regime is importing to skew voting and force us to support them as they take American jobs. These polices haven’t worked, and they aren’t going to work, but then they weren’t meant to work for our benefit, only the benefit of those seeking to conquer and rule.

Murderous arabs will have a room in their house destroyed. There is now a cease fire with hamass in Israel, and the can will be kicked down the road.

Israel needs to finish the war with hamass. This cease fire will allow hamass to get more rockets from Iran paid for with American money, and build more terror tunnels. Ceasefires don’t work with hamass because they don’t seek peace, they too seek to rule and their behavior and atrocities will be excused by the same people that excuse the behavior of the criminals in the US.

The deferral of serious consequences for young criminals, regardless of color, age and sex needs to end. It’s not helping. They aren’t being reformed, they aren’t changing path. Restorative justice isn’t working.

But the Democrat/Communist party will double down on their failed policies. Because it’s not about actual results, it’s about optics and appearances.

Who is responsible? Kamala Harris, openly bailing rioters out of jail, the media making excuses for criminals with lethal doses of fentenyl in their system who pointed a gun at a pregnant woman’s stomach during a robbery, a pair of 13 and 15 year old car jackers who killed a man, the justice system corrupted by Democrat/Communists and George Soros elected Prosecuting attornies who turn these criminals lose encouraged the 12 and 14 year olds in Volusia County to think they could shoot at deputies with no consequences. As I listened to the 14 year old cry on the deputies body cam I really didn’t feel much sympathy for her. She chose this, she chose to attack a group home worker who tried to stop them from running off, she chose to break in to the nice house, she chose to try to kill deputies, and she chose to ignore their many offers to make contact and to surrender. See, they have learned in the Democrat/Communist America of Biden and Harris, crime carries no consequences. These juvenile thugs are the people that the “Defund the Police” crowd would abandon us to face disarmed. As I understand it, many of the new gun buyers are first time gun buyers. And seeing what is roaming the streets and our neighborhoods increasingly barren of law-enforcement, who can blame them? Because with this kind of predator, it is protect yourself against them, or they will try to kill you.

And after the pair had fired massive amounts of rounds trying to kill the deputies, as soon as the scene was secured they sprang into action to try to save her life. Because they’re law-enforcement.

And the proof is in the trauma bandages.

Here is an excellent press conference with the good Sheriff Mike Chitwood. He is quite plain spoken.
