I recently ran across some article that just seem to fit together. And while the country wasn’t America, the discussions are certainly ones that have taken place in America.
The article that caught my eye was in an Israeli newspaper. I know, you’re dumbfounded, right?
It’s about a group of German women that are rising up against the government. Quite similar to the American protest in that it’s women protesting their treatment at the hands of men. While American women walk around with silly pink hats on their heads and offensive signs to show how liberated and feminist they are, they protest against (mostly it seems) about the election of a man who “said bad things”. Mind you they do this marching around fully in the daylight and in the open. They know as long as they don’t break any laws they won’t have any problems. So you can tell they are very brave in speaking out. Yes, I’m being sarcastic #NoForcedHijab. Even that paragon of courage Linda Sarsour didn’t go to Iran to support her sisters as they protest having been forced to wear a hijab.
No, the German women’s protest is quite different.
‘Because of your immigration policies, we soon face a majority of young men who come from archaic societies with no women’s rights.’
……….
A study commissioned by the German government using data from Lower Saxony concluded that migrants “may be responsible” for most of Germany’s recent rise in violent crime. More than 90% of the increase was attributed to young male migrants.
“Because of your immigration policies, we are facing soon a majority of young men who come from archaic societies with no women’s rights. You knew that, and you accepted it. You knew that, you accepted it, and you abandoned us. You sacrificed us.”
A Pew study found that the Muslim population in Europe will continue to grow in the coming decades even if migration to the continent is completely halted.
……
“It can’t go on like this. Pepper spray and pocket alarms are already the basic equipment of European women. Going jogging has become the most dangerous sport for us.
The average decibel of the average pocket alarm is 120 db. How loud is that?
110
Extremely loud
Rock concert, chainsaw
120
Human voice at its loudest, police siren
130
Thunder
140
Pain threshold
First Monday of the month siren from close by
So, it’s kind of like screaming in terror, except maybe the alarm can do it longer? Especially if the throat screaming for help is cut or a hand/s is/are clapped over the mouth doing the screaming for help.
Pepper spray, the other piece of standard equipment. How far will it spray? How long? Depends.
Regular pepper spray that probably most of the German women, and indeed European women sound like they are carrying are about a half ounce and will spray from 5 to 35 seconds with a reach of 5 to 12 feet. And you hope the wind isn’t against you. But you can get a foam spray.
You could go with bear pepper spray. With that you will get almost a 8 oz can, but it while it will only last 8 seconds, it will go 16 feet. Yeah, I’m not liking this one either.
What if the wind is against you, or more come after the fight ensues?
Now I’m sure they would prefer you do the “civilized” thing in a country that is becoming most uncivilized towards women. Just “call the police”. From this report the time till your emergency call is answered is 3 to less than 30 seconds. Response time seems to range from 8 to 15 minutes, a quarter of an hour. You know, a quarter of an hour is a long time to wait while you scream at the top of your lungs for help and watch as your pepper spray is empty and your attackers are now pissed. And still there, just out of reach of the pepper spray. They in the meantime have used their cellphones to “phone a friend”. Think you will still be there 12 minutes later when the police arrive?
Two years after your chancellor decides to admit over 1 million undocumented middle-eastern immigrants to boost the economy and instead gets a series of terrorist attacks in return, this is the outcome: “Germans are taking up arms of angst.”
………
There is a growing feeling that the state cannot sufficiently protect its citizens and therefore they must protect themselves. Recent cuts to the police force contributed to the problem.
No kidding? Ya think?
But Germany has very strict gun control laws, to keep everyone safe, of course. So they can pretty much only buy non-lethal weapons. But as in America, there are those that are telling the women that getting a gun is not the way to go.
However, Holger Stahlknecht, state interior minister in Saxony-Anhalt, isn’t convinced. He worries about the current trend and warns that arming oneself with small weapons can lead to a false sense of security. “Obviously, people believe they are buying safety with a small gun license,” he said.
“However, this sense of security is deceptive, since these weapons could escalate a situation and could even be used against the owner.”
Well, #1 Old Holger Stahlknecht is a government minister. And as I recall from another column I did, the government doesn’t appreciate anyone speaking out publicly against their “poor refugees”. So. And #2, Old Holger IS a man. Not so sure he is in sync here with the women who fear attack from his government’s policies.
Now I’ve heard the 9mm is called the European .45, so lets just look at the 9mm caliber cartridge. Looks like it’s roughly 980 to 1600 ft/sec.
Huh, how about that. And it doesn’t matter which way the wind is blowing, it’s unlikely to end up in your face. There is a good chance once you produce the delivery mechanism they may decide to go for easier pickings. Like maybe Old Holger, or Nanny Angela Merkel? Oh, wait no, they have government paid for security. Just women those in the video don’t.
The German government killed 6 million Jews, and 5 million dissents, gays, gypsies and assorted others. Now the German government chose to import millions of people that threaten the lives, liberty and way of life in Germany. Maybe some day the German government will learn, not all things are the same. Maybe some day they will learn to tell good from evil, right from wrong. Today apparently, isn’t that day.
There are a variety of ways to respond to the threats, it’s your call.
Interestingly, it took some searching to find Foskett’s email address. AJC killed the link to the reporter staff directory. I guess they got tired of getting negative feedback from people who know they’re full of shit. Fortunately, they left the actual directory online; you should bookmark it.
Nice try, Foskett.
Yeah, you edited the article from this
to this
but you forgot to change the graphic.
I just had to send Foskett one more email.
Nice try.
But you forgot to change the graphic.
Fortunately, I kept screen shots of everything in case the ATF should ask.
I expect that graphic will disappear from the AJC site in 3… 2… 1…
UPDATE, 2/8/2018: They finally realized they still had the “assault rifle” image loading. It’s now gone. Further, they’ve set the original URL…
Mathematics is a logical discipline which some gunpeople controlling victim disarmers find difficult to master. To aid them in understanding, I’m providing a few simplified examples of how math works in the real world.
1.
Number of firearms homicides in 1993: 17,075
Number of firearms homicides in 2015: 12,979
12,979 is 4,096 lower than 17,075
2.
Rate of firearms homicides per 100K in 1993 6.56
Rate of firearms homicides per 100K in 2015: 4.13
4.13 is 2.43 lower than 6.56
3.
Number of accidental firearms-related deaths in 1999: 824
Number of accidental firearms-related deaths in 2015: 489
489 is 335 lower than 824
4.
Rate of accidental firearms-related deaths per 100K in 1999: 0.29
Rate of accidental firearms-related deaths per 100K in 2015: 0.15
.15 is .14 lower than .29
5.
Number of counties in US: 3,007
Number of counties responsible for recent jump in firearms-related deaths: 150 (5%)
150 is 2857 less than 3,007
6.
Estimated number of firearms in US in 1993: 150,000,000 to 211,000,000 (very vague estimate based on production/sales estimates)
Estimated number of firearms in US in 2015: 265-750,000,000 (basically, no one knows at all)
750,000,000 is 539,000,000 more than 211,000,000
7.
Estimated percentage of non-murderous firearms owners: 99.9978%
Estimated percentage of estimated number of murderous firearms owners: 0.0022%
99.9978 is 99.9956 more than .0022
Those suffering the disability of mathematical competence might think this demonstrates a reduction in homicides and accidental deaths at the same time that the numbers of firearms are increasing.
As I’ve said, math is hard for gunpeople controlling victim disarmers. As a result, they tend to rely upon Common Core “math” principles. To aid pro-human/civil rights advocates in understanding of their opposition, I’m also providing examples of how those people reach conclusions which seem to have little resemblance to reality.

So Shannon TWatts was mouthing off about school shootings again, after the LA middle school shooting. She claimed:
This is the 14th American school shooting in 2018
Someone replied, asking for a list of those shootings, And TWatts told her to Google “Everytown school shootings”. She couldn’t be bothered to provide a link.
So I searched it and found that “Everytown” list. It lists “school shootings” but doesn’t provide links. Per Everytown,
Consistent with expert advice and common sense, Everytown uses a straightforward, fair, and comprehensive definition for a school shooting: any time a firearm discharges a live round inside a school building or on a school campus or grounds, as documented by the press and, when necessary, confirmed through further inquiries with law enforcement or school officials.
Two suicides (one only coincidentally on school grounds), one negligent discharge by a cop, two shots from off campus that hit buildings with no injuries, two drive-bys from off campus with no injuries, one drive-by off campus with no injuries, one shot at 1AM at an “event venue” on an extended college campus, four under-age students shooting students, and one guy killed “near” a school.
So 29% of Everytown’s “school shootings” don’t even meet their own definition of “school shooting.” Some clearly had nothing to do with “school” other than happening on campus well after hours, typically by non-students entering the grounds. One was a freaking cop authorized to have that gun. They had to include a shooting that didn’t involve students, faculty, or school grounds; “near.” Of the shootings that met Everytown’s own definition, most shooters were breaking existing laws in even possessing firearms. Virtually all broke existing laws in bringing the gun on campus.
Real school shootings are a bad thing. They should be addressed, fixed, ended. But inflating the numbers with other incidents is panic-mongering, and shrouds and distorts the facts of real school shootings.
Added, 2/7/2018: They have a couple more! Let’s see what there is to see…
Redacted warrants and affidavits for the Mandalay Bay shooting have been published. Sadly, the data dump is only from local Vegas LE. It does not include federal investigation information. That’s important because federal agents would be investigating violations of federal law like the reported fully-automatic weapon(s) that fell out of the official narrative once victim-disarming politicians decided bump-fire was a good target for new gunpeople control laws. I still want to see ballistics reports that show what weapons were used, and what those weapons were.
Multiple warrants appear to use identical copy/pasted portions of the affidavits. This appears in quite a few:
Upon breaching the door, officers entered and located a deceased male suspect with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
[…]
Despite this suspect being neutralized, several other callers at various locations along The Strip continued to report active shooters inside of hotels and sightings of people with firearms.
Due to the mass casualty event that was still very dynamic and multiple other callers reporting other ongoing incidents, it appeared there may be several other suspects involved.
He’s dead, but someone else is still shooting? And note: they found the dead body.
Um… Maybe not. SW-17-971C&D, October 2, 2017, Telephonic Search Warrant, Sgt. Jerry MacDonald
SWAT officers arrived on the 32nd floor and pinpointed the shooter’s location to be in room 32-135. As SWAT officers breached room 135, they observed Stephen Paddock place a gun to his head and fire one round. (emphasis added-cb)
A local Fox5 report leaves open the possibilities that MacDonald misspoke, although that sounds like an oddly specific way of misstating that they found a dead body. “Sorry; I accidentally said they witnessed the dead guy put a gun to his head and kill himself.”
By Wednesday afternoon, after I drafted the above paragraph, MacDonald pretty much said just that:
“He absolutely killed himself before anyone got into the room,” Sgt. Jerry MacDonald told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
[…]
“That night was crazy. You get information coming in. It’s fluid, and none of it is confirmed,” he said. “And that’s par for the course when you’re doing telephonic search warrants. You base those search warrants based on what you believed up to that point.”
I could see telling the judge, “Yeah, officers saw him shoot himself” or “Subject killed himself on entry.” But specifically, “As SWAT officers breached room 135, they observed Stephen Paddock place a gun to his head and fire one round.”?
Two other affidavits put it this way:
Tactical entry was made into the room in order to preserve life under exigent circumstances and law enforcement located a deceased male with a gunshot wound.
and
Tactical entry was made into the room in order to preserve life under exigent circumstances and law enforcement located a deceased male with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
“Apparent.” In light of the photo (warning: graphic) showing expended brass on top of the seemingly coagulated blood, we’re left with more questions: If he died on entry, how did brass end up on top of the blood, if the shooting in the suite had stopped an hour before? If he died earlier, and they found the body, how did brass end up on top of the blood?
There are other little oddities in the warrant info. Why did he need two “personal massagers”? Different types, for different applications? Two people? The fact that he had his passport with him might be significant or not. While in the US, most folks I know leave their passport secured at home. But reports indicate the Mandalay bay shooter was enough of a world traveler that he might have kept his in a go bag out of convenience.
What’s up with the vase and flowers?
Where did the missing hard drive go?
Then there’s the other redacted (except for the one instance a clerk initially missed) “person of interest,” which law enforcement claimed as a reason not to unseal the warrants, as revealing him would compromise the investigation. Only, due to said clerical error, we learn that Douglas Haig apparently did nothing but sell a box of a tracers at an Arizona gun show. Is he somehow significant, or was he a convenient excuse to keep the records sealed, hiding the oddities we’ve just seen?
Two entrees, two pair of gloves, two rooms, two shooting postitions, two personal massagers, ballistics calculations and scoped rifle and spotting scope, other rifles with no sights and bump-fire stocks…
One shooter.

Holocaust memorial day was 27th January 2018. There were a lot of hashtags on Twitter, and I saw some good, thoughtful FaceBook posts. The hashtags #WeRemember #NeverAgain #Holocaust and #HolocaustMemorial were almost everywhere, but that could just be the people and groups I tend to follow.
But I think if we are really to honor the six million Jews and five million other souls lost in the Holocaust it should impact how we live today, the choices we make to an extent. If we look at it as to an extent they live on through us, I believe it applies. So you won’t be surprised I have a few random thoughts here.
While we talk about remember the Holocaust, we have this St. Peters Business Removes Star Patch, Says It’s ‘No Longer Relevant’ Under Trump now their yellow star said “Gun Owner”, not Jew. But while President Trump doesn’t hate us like Obama and about every other Demoncrat, no matter what they say, too many in Germany thought they would never have anything to worry about, they would never have thought there would be a day they would be forced to wear a yellow star. Side note, if you are horrified that those are no longer available, we can help you out with that. http://zelmanpartisans.com/?page_id=972
What else gets forgotten, or there are attempts to revise the past? Poland for one. For those unaware, there has been a bit of a “kerfluffle” of late regarding Poland’s participation in the atrocities. Namely, death camps. Some Polish politicians are maintaining there were never any Polish death camps. People had their accounts turned into Twitter for writing Polish death camps. Why would anyone do such a thing? Because Poland
It is arrogant and blatantly false – and they know perfectly well that they are imposing lies. It is really too much, Poland, telling us what to call your far too many accomplices to the annihilation of Jewish people during WWII, and your threatening everyone, even beyond the Polish borders, with fines and up to three years’ imprisonment.
And
My students are always hugely surprised at one point, every year – it is when I tell them of the vile anti-Semitism in Poland which swept the country in the late1960s and thereafter.
“How come? – they ask. – In Poland, after the war, just 10% of the Jewish population was left alive, 38.000 people out of 3.47 million before the war. After the war, another 160 000 Polish Jews were returned to Poland from the territory of the USSR, and 20-40 000 Jews came there from Germany. Three quarters of those people moved to Israel immediately in the period between 1945 and 1948 precisely because of the outburst of brutal anti-Jewish Polish violence in Poland.
There were approximately 40 000 Jews left in Poland from 1950s onward, most of whom concealed their Jewish origin, a phenomenon widely known to everyone in Poland. And then in 1968, new anti-Jewish hysteria burst out – so mightily, so widely spread and so violent that without any Nazis around, more than 90% of those poor 40.000 had to flee their homes and their country. How is it humanly possible? “ my students ask me repeatedly. And I reply: “Humanly it is impossible. But inhumanly it is and was.”
And I would point out also today in France, the UK and Germany it can be necessary to hide your identity. The whole article is well worth reading at Polish complicity in distorting the truth
His comments came amid an uproar over a bill approved by the Polish parliament that would outlaw public statements assigning to “the Polish nation” responsibility for crimes committed by Nazi Germany during its World War II occupation of Poland.
Violations of the proposed law would be punishable by fines or prison terms of up to three years.
Whitewashing the wall of history will not change it. But it does make it easier to perpetuate again. As I’ve written before, there are schools in California teaching it didn’t happen. Or having students do homework assignments using only web sites the teachers allow to reach “their own conclusions” on whether or not it happened.
Are there already circumstances in motion that could be harbingers? I’m sure the Jews in Poland didn’t expect a burst of anti-Semitic activity following WWII, in the 50s and 60s. But it happened.
The anti-Semitism practiced by the Palestinian leadership of Mahmoud Abbas, a partner of Western countries, is now blatant. In Egypt, Abbas just said that European Jews during the Shoah chose to suffer “massacres” rather than emigrate to Palestine (no official European declaration condemned him).
A few days ago, in Brussels, Yuli Edelstein, president of the Knesset, condemned the hypocrisy of those who honor the memory but accuse Israel of “war crimes”, dialogue with Hamas and do not see the Jews who hide the star of David.
The leftist intelligentsia is the master of this clever anti-Semitism. In commemorating the Holocaust, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, a “friend” of Hamas and Hezbollah, “forgot” to mention the Jews.
One of the other points raised in it, is the threat Iran represents, and why. You know, the Iran for whom Obama lifted the sanctions? And pushed the nuclear deal signed by only Demoncrats, those strong “supporters” of Israel, the one Jewish state? Obama, the First Jewish President. I wouldn’t get too excited about that, he was also
First gay president
If he really loves the Jewish people he sure has a funny way of showing love to his “brethren”. His former secretary of state, John Kerry #KetchupHeiress has been going around telling Abu Mazen to ignore President Trump, he’ll be gone in a year, urging him to be strong in his goals. You know, like denying the Holocaust and killing Israeli Jews and visiting Americans #TaylorForce. Abu Mazen has his panties in a twist that President Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capitol and is refusing to hand over American dollars that will be used to pay Arab killers and their families. For example the ones that recently killed Rabbi Raziel Shevah, father of six and paramedic volunteer. Abu Mazan was one of those that went to the family of the killer to pay a condolence call.
Abu Mazen and the KetchupHeiress
THIS is Jewish identity barry, not your terrorist worshiping appeasement.
America, the sane part, sees them for what they are. But the Falestinians aren’t the only internal threat that Israelis face. Americans either for that matter. There are the infiltrators, my last column was on that. But some have compared the Holocaust survivors fleeing to Israel, to the infiltrators. They are not the same. And Israel is not treating the same as the British sinking boats of Jews coming to Israel. Yeah, the British, you know, like Jeremy Corbyn. Rabbi Ariel points out that what Israel is offering them, money and a ticket out is a good deal and does not conflict with the Torah. Just by the by, some of the Kibbutzim are offering to hide the infiltrators. Sound familiar? The Rabbi says, “you want them? Come and get them, but you are responsible for them”.
Dr. Michael Ben-Ari and Baruch Marzel arrived in southern Tel Aviv today and distributed leaflets to infiltrators in Tigrinya, the language spoken by natives of Eritrea and parts of Ethiopia.
The leaflets contain addresses and phone numbers of left-wing activists and Meretz MKs who have backed the demand by some infiltrators to be given legal status in Israel. Marzel and Ben-Ari encouraged infiltrators to avail themselves of the leftist activists’ “hospitality” personally by providing the activists’ personal contact information in mock invitations.
The bottom line is this, as my much admired Jack Engelhard points out in his column Immigration hustle
Liberals are counting on illegals to vote Democrat, which means millions of votes and never again will a Republican get into the White House, not even as a guest. Plus, Congress, both houses, will be filled by people who look and sound like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin; according to the plan Liberals have mapped out for themselves.
And
The larger the number, the larger the anti-Semitism.
Wish I could use the Academic-Speak in which these deeply-funded STUDIES arrive, but being from the Hemingway, James M. Cain, Charles Bukowski school of writing, I don’t speak or write that language. But the “studies show” that countries that bring them in suffer from additional anti-Semitism, above the ho-hum Jew-hatred already in place.
In places such as Germany…and Sweden…and France…and England…and Belgium…and, well, to get back to Germany, six million Muslims (mostly men without women) got there since Merkel took over the country and the continent. “Studies show” that since then, anti-Semitism has spiked off-the-charts, and Jews foolish enough to stay there – or anywhere in Europe – desist from identifying themselves as Jews.
Everywhere in Western Europe it’s pretty much the same – but to know this we need Studies, Surveys, Statistics?
It’s a living, I guess, for all those who live in Think Tanks.
I could have told you that for free.
Not so easy these days. Israeli Strong
So while we are hashtagging #WeRemember, let’s look at the things that set up circumstances for a repeat performance.
Because #NeverAgain is far more my mindset, and yes, I know they are a parody account. But that doesn’t mean the mindset doesn’t exist, with them, with me. With you?
Hawaii: More Anti-Gun Bills Introduced
As previously reported last week, Senate Bill 2046 was introduced, aimed at criminalizing certain firearm parts, accessories and modifications. The trend continued this week as more anti-gun legislation was filed prior to the close of the bill introduction deadline. Please contact committee members and urge them to oppose these bills! Click the “Take Action” button below to contact committee members.
What did the purveyors of fearmongering fundraising expect when they endorsed bump-fire regulat… Oh. Yeah. More opportunities for fundraising to fight what they endorsed.

Cultured, lots of things are. Yogurt, viruses, pearls, and other gems, and, people. When we were younger and growing up we wanted to be cultured because it meant we had manners, that we had education and knew how to handle ourselves in a variety of situations, depending of course on what the situation called for. Or, as my Aunt would jokingly say “Act like we had some druggin up”. I suspect most parents have hopes for how their children will turn out, they have certain standards that they teach us and hope we will adhere to, such as if we see an older person on a walker we would assist them in crossing the street as opposed to whacking them over the head and robbing them. That’s the culture I grew up in, you be kind helpful and nice if the situation calls for it. Serve proper sweet tea, appreciate fried okra, take care of your horse before you take care of yourself and don’t lie, stand up for those weaker or being picked on, and other than younger siblings (I am SURE this was in the handbook somewhere) don’t be doing the picking. These are parental and cultural expectations. Perhaps yours are similar, perhaps not. I’m guessing within most of the United States, the majority of these would be somewhat recognized.
Is this something to be appreciated and prized?
Those on the left, globalist, multiculturalists and the media, but I repeat myself, would disagree. From them we are told the joy and beauty of “multiculturalism”. How it enriches the county that is invaded enlightened. So, the government is currently shut down because the Demoncratic party is refusing to budge unless they are allowed to grant amnesty and citizenship to the DACA “children”. So let’s look at that a bit. First, the Demoncrats are perfectly willing to allow the armed forces to go without pay to bring more criminals into the United States. Ok, so they were children when the came, and while that tugs on everyone’s heartstrings let’s look at some reality. For me seeing some “dreamers” burning a United States flag or flipping it off does not inspire confidence in me that they love this country. So let’s look at the cost.
First, how many of these children, up to age 31, are we talking about? Well, that depends on which act we are talking about. Whether it’s obama’s illegal DACA or the piece of crap put out by Dick Durbin and Lindsey Graham. Just How Large of an Amnesty Are We Talking About?
“According to the most reliable research, recent immigrants have sponsored an average of 3.45 additional relatives,” said Jessica M. Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies.
“I estimate that if 700,000 DACA beneficiaries receive lawful permanent residency status under an amnesty, then they can be expected to sponsor at least an additional 1.4 million relatives over time,” she told Congress this week.
Appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, she added, “In this scenario, the award of LPR status would result in a second, de facto amnesty for the parents of DACA beneficiaries — the very individuals who brought their children to settle here illegally, creating this policy dilemma. Ultimately, an amnesty for DACA beneficiaries likely would produce more than two million new LPRs over 20 years.”
Yep, the very parents that illegally came and brought the kids will likely get amnesty as well.
This just has the makings of a future “Falestinian refugee” crisis doesn’t it?
And if you enjoy myth busting on the same, here you go. Some very juicy ones in here. Myths & Facts
The numbers are striking. The DREAM Act of 2017, the most likely vehicle for extending DACA protections and making them permanent, would raise federal outlays by $115 billion dollars, according to a Breitbart News analysis. Nearly all of that would be paid for by additional deficit spending……
According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, a single person living in San Jose, California with an income of $32,000 would be eligible to receive a premium tax credit of $1,048 in 2017. The numbers vary by geography because health insurance costs vary widely by geography. A single person in Brooklyn with $32,000 of income would be eligible for an annual tax credit of around $2,666. But San Jose is likely more representative due to the high concentration of DACA aliens in California. Using the San Jose figure, current DACA aliens alone would likely be immediately eligible for around $838.4 million in Obamacare subsidies this year…….
The Dream Act of 2017, however, extends legal residency to far more aliens than the current DACA program. If we include 79 percent of the 1.8 million immediately eligible, the cost would rise to $91.5 billion over a decade. Including that share of the larger 3.3 million figure would push the 10 year cost of Obamacare subsidies to the DREAM households to around $167 billion.
You really should read the whole thing, but this gives you an idea of the monetary angle.
Then we have Truth on DACA: We’ve Already Granted Amnesty to These Illegals . Mr. Duke points out yes, they’ve been caught as criminals but no one is prosecuting them. They aren’t going to jail, nor are we forcing them or their parents to reimburse the country, county or city for the education or medical services or any other services from which they have benefited. He points out it is like coming home finding someone in your house chowing down on your dinner because his dad broke in and told him it was ok. You don’t call the cops, you feel bad for him, you just tell him to leave. Where upon your next door neighbor Rachel Madcow calls up the local #MSM #MediaBias TV station and rails you are a racist because you won’t continue feeding him and paying for his toothpaste. Ok, I paraphrased that last bit.
Contrary to this assertion, however, DACA recipients have considerably lower educational attainment than do American citizens. Almost a quarter are functionally illiterate, 73 percent live in low-income housing, and only four percent complete college, according to certain studies. Allowing DACA individuals — who range from high-school age to middle age — to stay, “is really the importation of an additional underclass,” as American Thinker editor Thomas Lifson puts it. (It’s also the importation of future Democrat voters.)
I wonder in how many languages classes have to be taught in California, and how does that affect the regular American students in the class?
If we can return to my example for a moment at the top about the dreamers who burn the flag and flip off things they don’t like, turns out, that isn’t so very bad a yardstick. While it is no doubt politically incorrect to point out that not all the dreamers/schemers are angels it is worth knowing the threshold they must cross to be considered a “criminal”. DACA: Granting Amnesty to Dreamers Committing Crimes While Abandoning Their Victims
Thus, the DACA guidelines give illegal aliens committing multiple felonies and significant misdemeanors a total pass as long as they have not been convicted of their criminal activity. This means that Dreamer gang-bangers, Dreamer identity thieves, Dreamer sexual predators, Dreamers who haven’t paid income taxes, and Dreamers committing a wide range of other crimes all qualify for DACA status as long as they haven’t been convicted of their crimes.
If current trends continue, the report states, by 2065, first- and second-generation immigrants will exceed 22 million persons, or more than 40 percent of Italy’s total population.
Some European countries, namely Italy, Germany, France and the UK, are facing the so-called “substitution of nations,” where the national ethnical majority is disappearing physically and biologically, and is being substituted by migrants, according to a recent report. Sputnik Italy discussed the issue with Daniele Scalea, the author of the report.
The number of indigenous citizens in Italy is declining at an astonishing rate. According to a Eurostat forecast, within the next 60 years, or sooner, 50% of Italy’s population will either be of African or Asian descent. This figure is due to the diminishing number of migrants from other European countries and a prolonged economic crisis in Italy. Italian and European authorities are attempting to execute a re-population program in order to solve this issue.
I hear it now. But Sheila, don’t be such a xenophobe, they will just become “Italians” “English” “French” “Swedish” “Canadian” “American” that came from __________. Really? Not necessarily. Remember I started by talking about wanting to live with honor, to be cultured? What got me started on this was a show I saw not long ago. Now I don’t watch a lot of television at all. But this one just floored me. This was on a series of deaths in Canada. The Shafia family lost three of their beautiful daughters and their nanny. The Shafias were from Afghanistan. You can read up on it, it really was quite horrific.
Right, the girls were killed by their parents and their brother. They had brought shame and disgrace to the family by dating and wanting to be Canadian. They wanted to integrate into the society in which they lived. And the nanny? She was the father’s first wife (not ex-wife, first wife, still wife) who couldn’t have children. So they treated her horribly but kept her around. And I guess she really was good with the children by second wife and murderer. So she was a bonus kill. Remorse?
“My conscience, my God, my religion, my creed aren’t shameful,”Shafia told the others, back inside the van. “Even if they hoist me up onto the gallows, nothing is more dear to me than my honour. Let’s leave our destiny to God and may God never make me, you or your mother honourless.”
“There is,” he said later, “no value of life without honour.”
Guess that is a “no”. Compare that with how Susan Smith behaved when she drowned her children. Her society did not support that and call it honor, she knew she had done something wrong. Now, the Shafias knew they had done something illegal, they just didn’t think it was wrong.
It’s honor of a whole perverted notion according to American, or pretty much Canadian standards. Although it probably fits right it with the idea of honor in France, the U.K. and Sweden now. Their “Acid Attacks” are due to “mental instability”, not religion, of course.
It’s THEIR culture. To them THAT was honorable. In the last few weeks on Twitter there have been a lot of pictures of women taking off their hijabs and waving them in defiance. Yep, while Linda Sarsour is over here convincing liberals it is “liberating” to wear them and the obliging liberals don them and smile at the camera in their enlightened embrace of “multiculturalism” women who have been forced to wear them since Jimmy Peanuts did his thing are taking them off and waving them.
A brave Iranian woman waves her hijab
And then they go missing. I don’t blame her for it though, I think she is amazing. I never did get an answer as to when Linda Sarsour was heading over there to support her oppressed sisters.
THIS is the traditional attire.
These hashtags have been running on Twitter. #ForcedHijab #Where_Is_She #IranProtests #Iranprotests #FreeAllProtesters
Some lady responded to some of these that the hijab protects them. It protects them from men behaving lasciviously towards them like western men do towards women. I actually answered her that not all western men act that way towards women and that it may be partly due to some western women being armed, willing and able to defend themselves from such. Of course I may be blocked from Twitter now.
And that is a big part of the draw of DACA for Demoncrats, new reliable Demoncratic votes. To heck with the American citizens that pay their salary, they will use the money and power granted to them by American citizens to betray them and favor the illegal immigrants.
“After years of over taxation, regulation, and mono party politics the State of California and many of its 58 Counties have become ungovernable,” the movement declares on its website.
Preston and Reed say the citizens of the state live “under a tyrannical form of government that does not follow” constitutional requirements.
Do you think the people coming from these countries are going to cherish our Second Amendment? Do you think they will see the value and the freedom it brings? They are coming from mostly corrupt or oppressive countries. I said mostly. But enough of them to tip the voting scales? Who know, add in vote fraud, and who knows. Do you think they will cherish our life and proper sweet tea? Who knows. It’s not working out so good in Italy, the UK , France or Sweden. No, they don’t all want to kill us, but if I show you a picture can you tell me the ones that don’t? Probably not. Even if none of them want to kill us, will it change the culture? How much? Can’t you just hear barry sotero saying “If you like your culture, you can keep your culture”?
So if we in America are going to look for a change in the culture, let it be something like this
May I just point out Hanukkah was only a little over a month ago, and that the point of Hanukkah was to prevent the eradication of Jewish culture by the Hellenist Demoncrats of their time? Culture really does matter.
“Yes, Mohammed? Will ISIS be pleased with our work?”
“Inshallah, yes. The Caliphate has stated that the mujahedin should use the work of the Mandalay Bay hero as an example. I have the perfect example!”
“What, Mohammed?”
“Paddock gained media glory by targeting 22,000 people at a gathering of sinners in that Great Satan’s hellhole, Las Vegas. But I have learned that just a few miles away, in that same den of iniquity, there is a far larger gathering of crusaders: 70,000! We can hose them down!”
“Umm… This America. Out of 70,000 evil satans, some are bound to be armed. It would be sad to die before bringing glory to Allah.”
“That’s the beauty of my plan, Mohamet. This is the SHOT show. Attendees are required to be unarmed. Vendors are required to remove firing pins from their display weapons. They’re helpless!”
“I see… Wait.”
“What?”
“Mohammed, isn’t this SHOT thing held indoors?”
“Mostly. They had a range day, but I thought it best to skip that.”
“Allah has blessed you with wisdom. But still… the main show is indoors, where attendees are disarmed?”
“Yes!”
“But outside, where we can shoot them… these are Americans. Americans specifically attending a show to see what new guns they wish to market and purchase. Americans who already own most of the small arms in the world. Who practice.”
“Ye-es…”
“Including arms for the crusaders’ military.”
“Ye-es.”
“Mohammed, these would not be metrosexual pajama boys suitable only for servicing mujahedin heroes. Mightn’t they shoot back?”
“-sigh- Then we shall don martyrdom vests and go inside where they are unarmed and even the guns cannot fire…”
“Mohammed, how long does it take to put a firing pin back in?”

I noted yet another news story with questionable “facts.”
League of Women Voters Calls for Tighter Gun Control The group is also helping to educate its members on firearm laws.

“We ask them to increase the background check system to expand it to cover commercial sales – that’s gun shows, online sales, anytime an individual is selling to a stranger,” says Goddard.
It’s a slow day, so this time, I wrote to the reporter andthe guy who thinks PPYI background checks aren’t required for commercial sales.
The reporter’s reply:
Watch the video and hear it straight from his mouth
Yeah, Peter DeLuca knew “Legislative Director” Andrew Goddard was blowing smoke… somewhere. So he made sure to record it.
Andrew Goddard, legislative director for the Virginia Center for Public Safety replied to my first email (asking if the quote was accurate):
It was a quote from me given to the Charlottesville Channel29 station yesterday. It looks correct to me. – Andy
Oh boy. Now for some fun.
Moi: I wondered if it was accurate because all commercial sales — whether in-store, at a gun show, online, or in a newspaper ad — to individuals have required background checks for decades, and I’d expect a “legislative director” to know that.
I received a reply from his personal email address (which I won’t include here). I just had to reply to his ravings.
Mr. Goddard,
AG: In response to your recent email regarding background checks, I see that you are under the impression that all commercial sales of firearms are subject to background checks on the buyer.
Yeah, I know. I suppose I was misled by that pesky 18 U.S. Code § 922(a)(1) which says “It shall be unlawful for any person except a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer, to engage in the business of importing, manufacturing, or dealing in firearms”.
AG: So let’s look at the facts:
Oh; let’s.
AG: In Virginia, and all other states, gun sellers who engage in the business of buying and selling Firearms must obtain a Federal Firearms License and all sales that they conduct are subject to a background check being performed on the buyer.
You did read 18 U.S. Code § 922.
AG: Almost all FFL’s follow this to the letter with just a tiny fraction of sales taking place “off the books” and without a background check. Some of these sales are later disguised as thefts.
If you have specific information on that, I do hope you shared it with the ATF. Tell me; exactly what percentage of VA FFLs do you have proof of indulging in this unlawful activity?
(He never answered that one.)
AG: In Virginia a person who does not have an FFL can buy and sell guns at gun shows and from their own homes. They can advertize the availability of guns via the internet at specialist site such as Armslist.com and many others. They can even advertize the availability of guns via local newspapers etc.
Yep, that’s been the case for a couple of centuries now.
AG: There are no laws that govern the number or type of firearms that each individual can sell or buy and there is no effort made to require a high volume seller without an FFL to obtain such a license.
That’s where federal law conflicts with federal regulation. 18 U.S. Code § 921 defines dealers in the business. But in 1994, President Clinton thought he could limit the availability of firearms by limiting FFLs. The ATF purged roughly 200,000 dealers — through revocations and nonrenewals — on the grounds that they weren’t really dealers, thus eliminating their future requirements to conduct background checks (better called “prior restraint on rights through preemptively proving your innocence (PPYI)”).
Gun owners called on the ATF to define “dealer”: X number of firearms in Y time frame; they refused.
Fast forward to the Obama administration which thought there weren’t enough “dealers” doing PPYI, and started busting unlicensed dealers. Again gun owners called for an actual definition. The administration refused, merely issuing the vague statement, “There is no specific threshold number of firearms purchased or sold that triggers the licensure requirement. But it is important to note that even a few transactions, when combined with other evidence, can be sufficient to establish that a person is ‘engaged in the business.’”
And still bogus. If they have indications that a person is an unlicensed trafficker, they can open an investigation and subpoena tax returns. If firearms transactions make up a large percentage of income, in the business. If they’ve documented large numbers of sales, but the income isn’t declared, tax evasion. You may recall that’s what Al Capone was finally busted for.
Your problem doesn’t seem to be a lack of laws, but federal incompetence.
AG: The law in Virginia allows these “private sellers” to sell in public venues yet still self determine that that are not “dealing” in firearms. I have plenty of video evidence of such sellers, who move from show to show exhibiting large numbers of guns and trading openly without an FFL.
Do share that evidence. But be careful how you do it. Then-NYC Mayor Bloomberg gathered such “evidence” by sending private detectives out to complete unlawful sales. Not only were gun owners and law enforcement calling for Bloomberg’s (and his stooges) arrest, the ATF was pissed because he blew multiple active investigations.
Let me tell you a related story: An individual was arrested by the ATF for engaging in the business of firearms sales without a license. Information I received certainly indicated that he was doing so, and knowingly doing so unlawfully. But suddenly he was back on the street, selling guns again, and no charges in sight. He showed up at my house uninvited and tried to sell me machineguns, which I rather forcefully rejected with a scattering of obscenities as I ran him off the property. I immediately made his actions known. Shortly after, another set of arrests was announced; prohibited persons purchasing firearms, mostly at gun shows.
Guess who the fed’s star witness — who sold those guns — was.
If you go to a gun show, see a guy clearly in the business, who states that he’s unlicensed, run away. He’s most likely an ATF or FBI CI.
AG: The law that is intended to prevent these sellers from selling a gun to a person that could not pass a firearms purchase background check is written such that there is only a penalty on the seller if it can be shown that the seller knew in advance that the buyer was prohibited from possessing a firearm.
That’s our pesky English common law heritage (and judicial precedent) that requires that a crime include intent; Mens rea. Look it up.
Just imagine if someone were to take your email as guidance for getting around laws against trafficking in Virginia, and you got arrested as an accessory. “But I didn’t intend to help someone break the law!” you’d exclaim reasonably. Maybe you should be required to run background checks on correspondents.
AG: This very weak law is skirted by sellers who deliberately avoid asking the prospective buyers for even the most basic information, such as name and state of residence. If you don’t ask anything about a buyer then you cannot be prosecuted for selling a handgun to the resident of another state, or to an individual that is under age etc.
And there you run up against another set of facts. Private individuals aren’t allowed to call in checks to NICS. To go through NICS, you have to go through an FFL, who has the hassle of logging the firearm and sale in his bound book.
An option that has been proposed that would allow private individuals to run checks is “BIDS;” “Blind Identification Database System”. The federal government has repeatedly rejected calls to implement BIDS because it doesn’t provide sales data to the government. I also suspect that it would be cheaper and more efficient than the NICS call center
has something to do with it: you wouldn’t need all those people answering phones and typing sales into computers.
And how useful are PPYI “background” checks? Over 90% of firearms murders are committed with stolen guns. Roughly 64% of murderers have prior felony convictions. HAYNES ruled that felons don’t have to comply anyway. A government study on the sources of firearms used in crimes found that most are obtained from friends and family (who could reasonably be expected to know the person is prohibited), or purely black market street sales. Gun shows accounted for .07% of crime guns; that’s seven one-hundredths of one percent. (On a personal note, while I was in law enforcement, several convicted felons informed me that they wanted more background checks and restrictions because it would not affect them, and made it more likely their chosen victims would be disarmed. Why do you propose assisting violent criminals?)
NICS denials are 93-96% false positives. That may be higher, because the ATF has a backlog of several tens of thousands of NICS denial appeals.
Tures et 2017 found that “In comparing our observations to a random model, we found that there was little to no difference in the results. We cannot conclude that states that regulate private gun sales have a higher, or lower, gun homicide rate.”
But… on the rare occasions that I’ve sold firearms, I sold only to friends, someone referred by a trusted friend, or an FFL. That’s what most gun owners do. Let me emphasize that:
PEOPLE WHO OWN GUNS FOR PROTECTION AGAINST BAD GUYS HAVE A VESTED INTEREST IN NOT PROVIDING GUNS TO BAD GUYS.
AG: My statement was made because I believe that ALL of the transactions that I just described are indeed commercial sales and should be subject to the same level of scrutiny, by first being subject to a background check on the buyer.
Your belief is wishful thinking, which you should carefully distinguish from legal reality.
AG: Virginia is one of the most prolific exporters of guns that later are recovered from crime scenes in other states, and one of the lowest importers of crime guns due to the fact that our own criminals are so well furnished with weapons that they do not need to go out of state to obtain them.
18 U.S. Code § 922 again. It’s already illegal to traffick firearms. What new law do you need?
So… How does Virginia’s violent crime rate compare to those “other states?” I noticed that Massachusetts routinely blamed its crime on guns from New Hampshire, yet could never explain why those same guns weren’t causing crime in NH (which typically vies with constitutional carry Vermont for the lowest violent crime rates in the nation).
(No answer to that one, either.)
Estimates of American gun owners vary by significantly large amounts. The lowest I have seen is 55 million, or roughly 17% of the general population. The highest is 120 million, or approximately 37%. Murderers who were lawful gun owners are just 0.0022% of all gun owners; 22 ten-thousandths of 1 percent. At most.
Calling for new laws on gun owners is like a cancer researcher ignoring smoking or asbestos correlations to call for a ban on parakeet ownership.
Another analogy: Moron gets mad when his football team loses and throws his TV out the window injuring a passerby. You respond by calling for TV and TV owner registration, licensing and training, and background checks on TV sales. And who needs one of those “high capac… er, definition”
TVs?
I prefer to think that you, and VACPS, are well-intentioned and wish to reduce violent crime. But to fix an existing problem, you have to understand existing conditions, including laws. You cannot confuse law with wishful thinking and base your decisions on that confusion. You have to be willing to target the problem and not the 99.9814% of gun owners who didn’t commit the crimes, or the 99.9693% of firearms that weren’t used in crimes.
I would prefer to persuade you than argue. But if you can’t focus on facts — whether willful or incapable — I have to question your intelligence, sanity… or agenda.
With bated breath, I awaited his response.
Bingo! The “bury my head in the sand” gambit.
AG: Thank you for taking so much time to point out all my “errors”, and provide me with so much evidence and unsourced statistics. Had you refrained from insulting and demeaning remarks, I would have spent an equal amount of time to counter every one of your “insights”. However, I have better things to do with my time and you are obviously in possession of some pretty powerful, yet alternative, facts.
Well, I can’t leave the guy hanging, bereft of basic facts on which to concoct his rights-violating plans. He might have to continue with his unicorn-based wishful thinking.
Moi: Hey, you’re the “legislative director” who should know this stuff, and has a whole nonprofit to draw on. I’m just one guy.
But I’ll help you out. Granted, some of these “alternative facts” come from disreputable organizations like the FBI, the Census Bureau, Cornell, the Supreme Court, and peer reviewed papers, but you might want to see what your pro-freedom opposition is thinking.
