Illinois now has an “assault weapon” ban, complete with registration for “grandfathered” firearms.
Wiser sheriffs says they will not enforce the blatantly unconstitutional law. I would guess they are the ones aware of the SCOTUS decision in BRUEN. Or possibly they recall an observation I made in the 1990s, when California was prepping its own outright ban.
“As are all law enforcement all across our state and they will in fact do their job or they won’t be in their job,” Pritzker said.
Well, he’s a Dim; it’s not like he really wants cops anyway.
But since I mentioned California’s ’90s ban and registration, they saw a remarkable 2.33% compliance rate with registration (by their own estimates). The NY SAFE Act did a little betterworse 4.45%. Connecticut rather optimistically claimed to have achieved 13.44% complaince rate. But CT’s numbers are somewhat questionable, seeing as how one single individual “registered” 544,000 high capacity magazines.
Perhaps Illinois will see a similar outburst of malicious compliance and the overly compliant stuffing their database with BS. Could some enterprising freedom-lover register a few dozen evil black rifles at 410 E Jackson Street, Springfield, IL 62701?
Databases: Garbage in, garbage out.

Sorry folks, I don’t know what’s come over me, but it just seems like there are tons of thoughts to share. Must be the candles. So, here goes tonight’s; marriage, children and the continuation of Judaism. Although I also maintain that what I have to say about the continuation of Judaism also applies equally to the continuation of our country or even conservatism. After this I’ll probably knock it off.
What set me off this time? Shimshon and I watched Fiddler on the Roof the other night. I hadn’t seen it for a few years, and still remember the first time I ever saw it. I was of course, much younger than. The first time I ever saw it, I couldn’t understand Tevye being so hard with his daughters. How could he be so stiff as to deny them the chance to marry who they wished. They wanted to marry for love, as I’m sure everyone does desire to have love in their marriage. But I thought wow, I’m glad those days are gone. And in the end, the girls got to marry who they chose. However, I’m old now, and as my Dad promised when I was young, I begin to see things differently, it’s as though the lens of life shifts a bit. It brings other things into focus, while dimming others. I was texting with a girlfriend a few days ago and we talked about it. Here’s the conclusions I reached during our conversation.
Thinking about Fiddler on the roof today after Menorah lighting last night and have a very different perspective than when I first saw it years ago or even the last time I watched it here about 4 or 5 years ago.
Back then of course my sympathies were with the daughters. How could Tevye be so rigid?
The oldest married an observant Jew, just poor and they continued the Jewish line. Judaism will continue through them.
The middle married a non-observant who’s religion is communism and revolution. They will have children who join Peace Now where female Rabbis use Jewish prayers to publicly pray for the souls of the arabs killed by the IDF in the act of trying to murder Jews.
The youngest? She got married in a Christian church.. She and Fyedka will have children that will work for the ADL and anti-Jewish organization or will end up like Kamel-toe’s husband. Jewish in name but in observance no.
I judge none of the 3. We all want to marry for love. Everyone dreams of that. But I do have a much deeper understanding of Tevye.
Now this is a good night to talk about it, because it’s the 5th night of Hannukah. This is an especially propitious time for single who want to get married and those that are so inclined to pray for them to find their soul mate. If you want more information about this, here is one of my favorite Rabbis, Rabbi Alon Anava.
Ok, back to our regularly scheduled message.
The abomination called the omnibus bill passed. Full List: How Senators Voted on the $1.8 Trillion Omnibus Package. What is in it? It’s over 4,000 pages. What with time spent trying to impress a comedian who showed up in a jogging outfit demanding money, who had time to read it? Probably no one voting for it. But Zero Hedge is able to clue you in. The short summation, it will fund more tyranny to be exerted on law-abiding American citizens. And it will give plenty of money to the tyrants to do just that. Anything about securing our border from the current invasion? Nope, not really. But Ukraine’s of course. So while Zelenksy is locking up opposing political parties, locking up religious leaders and seizing their buildings, we are paying for that because it’s regime change in Russia, full steam ahead. Many of them have openly said that. I’ve really got to see if Vlad will text me how long we’ve got before we’ve pushed him past this red line, because unlike Barry Sotero with his red lines, Vlad doesn’t seem to ignore them. What is in all this mess for U.S.? The average American citizen? More tyranny tied up with a nice bow by the Murder Turtle. A fair amount of this will also include medical tyranny, which seems to be the most effective means they’ve found thanks to the help from a mainstream media more dishonest than Pravda. I’ve long felt the plandemic was part of the game to bring America to heel. There was too much off about how it was being handled.
America is being taken down from the inside. A huge part of it is the education of our children, and for some, children that have left the path they were raised to follow. How many poor parents these days tried to pass on conservative beliefs, a sense of right and wrong, justice, good and nobility only to watch their child run off to Moscow to preach communism? Ok, that bit comes from the movie. They don’t understand, like Perchik that things that sound just great can camouflage absolute atrocities. Will Hodel and Perchik have children to grow up and embrace the faith of her parents in time, after he’s out of Sibera? Maybe, but I doubt is. He worships revolution far more than G-d it seems. So I’m sticking with my original assessment. Only Tzeitel, the oldest daughter and her husband are likely to pass down Judaism.
I read something years ago, more than I care to remember called Sundown At Coffin Rock. I didn’t know if it would still be on the internet or not. It’s probably a 3-5 minute read and takes place in what I’m guessing is the not too distant future. It’s about how this current crop of children will treat freedom and the ability to defend it. Like I said, it’s stuck with me for years. I’m afraid that many of the youth coming up today will not only be fine with the changes the omnibus abomination will bring, but will embrace and try to further them. Because that’s how they’ve been indoctrinated. The one good thing I can think of that the covid scam has done is opened many parents eyes to the the public education system. Wide open.
But for this 5th night of Hannukah, I have good to share as well. Because there can’t be hardly anything cuter, here is my little boy wearing his Hannukah outfit this year.
Cute is cute.
And then I have a very freedom minded Hannukah song from Rabbi Michoel Green. It’s a very catchy tune, I like it!
A few years ago, some joker was making slam-fire shotguns to turn in at gun “buybacks.” He used the proceeds to pay for shooting classes for newbies. Obviously, I liked that. I think they finally banned him from their buybacks.
July this year, a genius printed up a batch of 62 plastic “ghost guns,” for as much as $150 a pop; although reports varied on exactly how much he cleared, it sounds like he netted at least a couple of grand.
That was impressive; but, folks, we have a new winner.
“I 3D-printed a bunch of lower receivers and frames for different kinds of firearms,” said Kem.
Kem explained that upon arriving in Utica, he was asked how many guns he wished to turn in, to which he replied, “110.”
I would love to see video of the looks on their faces.
After spending the rest of the day negotiating with staff, Kem was presented with 42 gift cards, each worth $500, making the total payout $21,000.
That’s a pretty good haul. But his point is far, far better.
“I’m sure handing over $21,000 in gift cards to some punk kid after getting a bunch of plastic junk was a rousing success,” Kem told WKTV, adding that, “gun buybacks are a fantastic way of showing, number one, that your policies don’t work, and, number two, you’re creating perverse demand. You’re causing people to show up to these events, and, they don’t actually reduce crime whatsoever.”
Yep.
In the Houston, some reports suggested that the authorities argued with the entrepreneur over whether his “guns” were guns, and thus eligible for payment. In New York, the Law of Unintended Consequences bit them on the posterior. Just last year, New York passed their ill-advised Scott J. Beigel Unfinished Receivers Act, which rather clearly defines these plastic trinkets as firearms.
Oopsie. And the usual “no questions asked” policies ensured that “Kem” should face zero consequences for unlawful possession of those “firearms.”

Not to mention his constituents. Rep-rehensible Chris Jacobs had already decided to “retire” after pissing off them with his pro-“assault weapon” ban vote so badly that he was utterably un-reelectable. I wonder where exactly he plans to live after leaving the House, after filing this bill.
JACOBS INTRODUCES ASSAULT WEAPONS LICENSING LEGISLATION
Congressman Chris Jacobs (NY-27) introduced the Federal Assault Weapons Licensing Act, legislation designed to put in place additional protections on accessing high-powered weapons.
[…]
The Federal Assault Weapons Licensing Act would create a new licensing system for any American seeking to purchase a new assault weapon – anyone who already owns an assault weapon at the time of enactment would be grandfathered in. The licensing process would require an individual to take a mandatory safety course, pass an FBI background check, submit fingerprints, and provide proof of identity. This license would need to be renewed every five years if an individual wants to purchase or obtain additional assault weapons.
[…]
The bill also incorporates reasonable exemptions. Like individuals who already own an assault weapon, active-duty military and law enforcement officers would not need a license.
Just what we can see, though, really suffices. A federal licensing scheme with zero “general historical tradition.” An unconstitutionally vague allowance for revoking licenses for unspecified reasons. What we have here is yet another example of an oath-breaking SOB knowing his proposal flies in the face of the Constitution and Supreme Court rulings, but forcing the people to waste money fighting it in court anyway.
H.R. 8882 should be going nowhere. It doesn’t even have a single cosponsor yet, indicating that even Dim-ocrats know this is a loser and that they have more pressing things to attend to in the mid-terms.
A separate, but related issue is the bill’s Constitutional Authority Statement. I like to look at those, if only to understand how a weasel’s mind works; “know your enemy,” after all. Sometimes they are clever twistings, but more often they look like this one:
Congress has the power to enact this legislation pursuant
to the following:
Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution.
Well, that narrows it down; not. Lessee… taxes, naturalization, coining money, patents, war, calling out the militia…
I seem to be missing the part about licensing firearm ownership. Could he get a little more specific?
About Constitutional Authority Statements
On January 5, 2011, the House of Representatives adopted an amendment to House Rule XII. Rule XII, clause 7(c) requires that, to be accepted for introduction by the House Clerk, all bills (H.R.) and joint resolutions (H.J.Res.) must provide a document stating “as specifically as practicable the power or powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the bill or joint resolution.”
Fail. But if he can’t grasp the Constitution, why would we expect the scumbag to puzzle out House Rules?
Hey, maybe he’s think of the usual, catch-all “general Welfare” clause, so beloved of oath-breakers.
Except H.R. 8882 isn’t exactly “general.” It exempts millions, while purporting applying to unknown future people (hmm, like next generations inheriting currently owned firearms?). It applies to common citizens, but exempt state actors.
For that matter, you might even wonder how licensing and limiting ownership of militia-suitable firearms comports with arming the Militia, which is mentioned in Section 8.
According to the press release, there are a couple of other elements of concern should this bill magically advance.
Importantly, this bill will also increase the availability of information on criminals that the FBI draws from when conducting a background check.
How? Would this be yet another attempt to bribe states to submit more data to NICS? Or might it be some expansion of prohibited person disqualifiers?
It also allows non-license holders to assume a weapon if it is necessary to prevent imminent death or serious harm to another person.
Call me cynical (I do), but I somehow suspect this is a backdoor “red flag” provision to disarm people who manage to escape all the other prohibiting disqualiers.
But maybe I worry too much. After all, Jacobs assures us that…
The bill also contains protections for the privacy and constitutional rights of license holders.
Sure. No doubt a bill specifically intended to violate constitutionally protected human/civil rights will protect whatever Jacobs leaves of those same rights.
I’d love to ask Jacobs’ office for an advance copy of H.R. 8882, but like so many oath-breakers, he won’t accept emails from outside of his district. Maybe he should sponsor bills that would screw those of us outside of his district.

I guess through one source or another you’ve probably heard that just like FakeBook working for the CDC, and any other Federal alphabet that wants them to, same as Twatter in a Frankenstein combination of censorship and citizen control, the credit card companies have jumped on the donkey cart of big brother spying. The worst of private businesses working for the government against the citizens.
This announcement came after weeks of pressure from Gabby Giffords’ gun control group, Giffords, Democrat lawmakers in New York, and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), all claiming that labeling gun purchases under categories such as sporting goods or general merchandise was not sufficient.
Hochul went so far as to contend that major credit card companies need to take action and “do their part” for gun control.
Visa announced Saturday that it is ready to join other major credit card companies to tag firearms-related purchases, a move that Second Amendment advocates argue would only put lawful gun owners under surveillance.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a Switzerland-based group that sets and monitors quality standards for industries of all types, on Friday confirmed that one of its subcommittees had voted to establish a new merchant category code (MCC) for firearms, which previously fell into the “general merchandise” category.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, along with other elected officials and state pension fund trustees, have requested that major credit card companies implement a weapon code for the purchase of firearms and ammunition.
Officials in New York City and the state of New York have asked American Express, MasterCard, and Visa to make a four-digit merchant category code (MCC) like the ones used for other retail categories to better identify and report suspicious behavior, such as large purchases of firearms.
“The creation of a new code would help financial institutions detect and report suspicious activity, such as unusually large purchases of firearms or ammunition, or purchases from multiple stores, that may be used for criminal purposes,” it claimed.
Well, for a change, I won’t be all doom and gloom. I heard about something today and I wanted to pass it along. Instead of big brother plastic, how about using coin? Except it’s spelled “coign”. I admit I’m guessing it’s pronounced “coin”. It’s the first credit card for conservatives. While some have been issued and are using their cards, there is a waiting list. But I’m hoping if they get a lot of people signing up that it will be a far better alternative to the woke credit card companies out there now. I’ll change in a heartbeat when my turn comes. Here’s the FAQ site for them if you’re interested. https://www.coign.com/faqs
Dr. Simone Gold has been released from the gulag a couple of weeks early. She read a speech about freedom on January 6th at the Capitol. Apparently the poor dear actually believed it would be true in the Xiden crime junta America as well. Well, the corrupt judge (he went to law school with her and didn’t recuse himself) showed her, off to prison she went. There are still POWs in America being tortured and denied human rights.
This is going to be another one of those columns where 3 or 4 things happened within a day or so of each other, and all hit me as tied together, at least to my mind. Including Dr. Gold’s release, she’s a real ER doctor as opposed to “Dr.”/nurse/minder Jill, by the way. As well as a lawyer.
The second was I re-watched an episode of “Twilight Zone”, Death’s Head Revisted. I watched it the first time when fellow writer Y.B. Ben Avraham sent a link to it awhile back. It stuck with me. It’s a bit less than 30 minutes. And after the end of my 4 disc class, I just wanted to see it again.
The ending is what hit me. Without giving too much away, there are ways G-d can arrange justice. Even people that think they have safely gotten away with crimes most heinous. I like my justice to be clear, and I want to see it. Sometimes it doesn’t happen that way. Sometimes it comes later than I would like, but as I am a mere mortal with a spark of G-d in me, I’m learning to let it go. It’s not always easy. If you don’t want to watch it all, start at about 20 minutes and 35 seconds in.
So, I don’t think I’ll give so very much away if I tell you the setting for the episode is a concentration camp.
The next two bits go together. Think about the conditions of what living in a concentration camp would be like.
The EU thinks they are going to hurt Putin by putting on a price cap…HAHAHAHA. And make up the needed fuel with renewables….solar power, for Germany, in winter?
I understand from one of my favorite war correspondents that OBI (Like Home Depot) is selling firewood. It’s very expensive and not much of it. You can’t go cut your own, you need a permit for that, or hire someone with one to cut it for you.
That should be enough for you to get the idea, basically, they’re doing it to themselves. No one made them do this, it was a choice.
Which led me to this random thought, The Battle of Michmash, in the Bible. Shmuel 1 Chapter 14.
But here’s an interesting tidbit in the story.
For some time, the Philistines had been extending their rule over large parts of Israel. The Jews were paying a yearly tax to the Philistines, who were represented in Israel by a governor. This representative of the Philistine government did not allow the Jews to possess any armaments, for fear of a rebellion. Even farm implements that had to be sharpened had to be taken to the Philistine over Lords who, for a price, used to sharpen them. Not a sword was to be found in all Israel. Only Saul and his son Jonathan, possessed this priceless weapon. Saul was determined to expel the Philistines from the Hebrew territory.
The more things change….right?
But here’s the part that I think applied, you think the Israelites have no way to win this? There’s Jonathan and his armor bearer with one sword among them. I’ll skip to the juicy part.
As soon as the patrol spotted Jonathan and his adjutant, they ordered them to approach. Jonathan attacked, and the patrol of twenty men was completely annihilated. This bold act struck terror into the hearts of the Philistines, who suddenly trembled at the prospect of meeting the Jews on the battlefield. Overcome by this unnatural fear, they attacked each other blindly, throwing their camp into pandemonium.
The Philistines decimated themselves in battle. Huh.
This last bit comes from the 4th disc of my class from the last lesson on the disc. It’s from a letter a woman in a death camp wrote for her son to carry to her husband. Otto Dov Kulka, was the son and he passed away in January of last year. I think it’s worth typing it out what professor Huxen said about it for you.
In it she raged against what she knew was the impending death of her innocent son, in the next sentence she had called for revenge and justice for the murder of innocents that would have to be achieved in another transcendent sphere of thought, culture, religion or history. In documenting their memories the holocaust survivors who became its historians bequeathed to future generations a history that, even if the written word falls short of conveying their experience, it can be forgotten only at our own peril.
I found this very profound, and it was what tied the stories together for me.
And in a way, it gives me hope as I think about the innocent men and women being held in a gulag for nothing more than walking inside the capitol after the doors were opened from the inside and police waved them in for some of the cases. It gives me hope as President Puddin’ head rails against half the country, or more, against his nazi back ground of blood red and black with the military standing behind him. For nothing more than the “crime” of daring to think differently than his demonic demoncrat party. The party that celebrates mutilating children and trying their best to push religion and G-d out of the country and public discourse. It gives me hope as they force an experimental gene therapy shot into unwilling bodies even as it’s deadly side effects are becoming more evident every day. Innocent people have been cut off from family and friends, they’ve lost jobs, and some have lost their lives in this totalitarian state. It gives me hope for justice.
You know, censorship and persecution of people with unacceptable speech, and even thoughts is all the rage since the Biden junta seized power and is trying their best to turn us into a Banana RepublicTM
It is of course coming out, that the FIB as they were attacking parents at school board meetings also found time to continue to cover up for crackhead Hunter Biden and his laptop. The couple that found Ashley Biden’s diary have been accused of “stealing” it. Bidens seem to do that, leave interesting things laying around, laptops, diaries, and the like. With Joe it probably depends.
And with the discovery of the latest corrupt action of the corrupt FIB there are some agreeing it probably did have an impact on the election, in terms of the Biden laptop. I mean seriously, if people had known they were electing someone who gets paid more from China than U.S. would they still have voted for him? Well, yeah, the people on their 6th non-mandated vaxx would have, but other than them? The FIB’s corruption is so well known and so diverse, that it got more than two joke in the Bee.
“We couldn’t do our job protecting America without the incredible permanent markers made by Sharpie,” said FBI Director Christopher Wray. “From helping us black out coverage of Hunter’s laptop, to hiding how we acted as a tool for Democrats to investigate fabricated ‘Russian collusion’ charges – Sharpie has been there every step of the way.”
And the second one leads to the point of this column.
“We cannot have news about us censoring people get out there uncensored,” said FBI director Christopher Wray. “The solution to people being upset about us squashing a damaging story in order to tilt an election is quite simple: we squash that story as well, which will hopefully then tilt the next election. And if people then discover we censored the stories about censorship, we’ll censor that too. This job is actually pretty easy.”
That satirical column was in response to this actual interview by Joe Rogan of Mark Zuckerbucks.
Yes that agency known for it’s corruption is being found out. Hopefully actual conservatives will take control of the house this fall by sweeping elections and dismantle the FIB and keep the 14 whistleblowers that have come forward, sack everyone else as they aren’t honest, and start from the ground up.
But what else has been in the news a lot lately involving free speech, and the lack thereof? The Alex Jones case. And that’s what got me started thinking about this. I listened to a podcast today and the Alex Jones case came up as it related to this particular podcast. But here’s a bit about the persecution of Alex Jones. Like him or hate him, it’s the principle involved.
Jones is on the hook for tens of millions of dollars for sharing conspiracy theories about the Sandy Hook shooting. He was trotted out before a show trial where the leftist operative judge declared his guilt to the jury. Greene believes this is wrong and sets a bad precedent for free speech.
“You wanna know something? Somebody like Alex Jones – who did say some things…” Greene said during a panel at CPAC Texas.
“But yet he is being politically persecuted right now and being forced to pay out millions and millions of dollars.. And no one agrees with what he said, but what we’re tired of is the political persecution,” she continued.
Amidst all of the fanfare and controversy, it is easy to overlook just how weak the defamation case against Jones really was.
The Sandy Hook parents mentioned above based their defamation claim on a 2017 NBC interview where Heslin said he held his son’s body after he was murdered. In a contemporaneous Infowars segment, reporter Owen Shroyer said that, “according to a timeline of events and a coroner’s testimony, that is not possible,” and Jones responded by calling Heslin to “clarify” his statements.
Otherwise, all of Jones’s “defamatory” behavior is premised on him making wild but vague allegations of a Sandy Hook false flag by unknown forces. Virtually all of the damages, meanwhile, are based on blaming Jones for the actions of people he doesn’t even know.
So I have a question for you, what if Alex wasn’t wrong? And that was the point of the podcast. I like data, I like information, don’t you? I think without good information people can’t make intelligent choices, or have informed opinions. So I’m going to give you one little refresher video clip of Eric Holder, who defied a congressional subpoena with absolutely no consequences, telling a bunch of Demoncrats that people need to be brainwashed about gun control.
That clip will be referred to in the podcast. Jeremy Nell is a cartoonist and podcaster from South Africa. Thus the name Jerm Warfare for his podcast, the warfare part refers to the information war. The war on information, as it is. He’s kind of like Joe Rogan in that he has interesting conversations with interesting people. His guest for this episode is James Fetzer. There are some points of this episode I vehemently disagree with. I’m sure you’ll figure out what, but before you dismiss the topic, Sandy Hook, I listened to the podcast, but this is the video version so all the evidence he presents, the photos and the like you can see for yourself. It’s about an hour and a half. There is some pretty compelling stuff. Either the school was open or it wasn’t. That’s covered.
But what if Alex was right? Obama signed something like 23? 27? New gun control laws right after Sandy Hook.
But what would you and your family do for a million and a half dollars? Yeah, that’s covered as well.
I’m not telling anyone what to think, I’m presenting you with a podcast with information and a question, what if Alex was right? Either way persecution for free speech is not ok and is having disastrous effects on this country. Grab a cup of coffee.
So there I was, peacefully running the vacuum cleaner and listening to a radio show from Daniel Horowitz called Conservative Review. It’s always good, and I can learn a lot. They’ve been covering the Stasi raid on Mar-A-Lago, current events, and he refers a lot to the Federalist papers and relates them to the topic. All in all, just a very good show.
Today was a good show as well, but depressing as all get out. I was appalled that the Demoncrats decided to add 87,000 more armed IRS goons, willing to use deadly force. In fact that seems to be more important that using a calculator, or even doing math or learning the forms.
IRS Thug jobs
But you see, the IRS is just the tip of the iceberg. Turns out there are 200,000 armed federal agents, not only are they armed, they can make arrests. Yes indeedy, more than the Marines. Semper Calculator and Glock.
Who else has armed agents that one might not expect? Well, Daniel stated that he had recently had John Whitehead from the Rutherford Institute as a guest on his show and they discussed this. So I headed on over there because I had to keep backing the radio show up to try to get all these figures and it was becoming way too time consuming. I guess maybe I really should have learned shorthand. Do they still do shorthand?
But back to John, this is the list I got from him, it starts out in the order presented by Daniel.
IRS— 4,500 guns, including 621 shotguns, 539 long barrel rifles, 15 submachine guns and 5 million rounds of ammunition.
Apparently the armed IRS training started a long time ago, under the Bush regime. It was to train college and high school students how to be armed thugs. Doubt me? Watch the video, the desire for power over people seems to come through from the students. “You’re going to jail buddy”. Um, isn’t there supposed to be like, oh I dunno, some kind of hearing or something? But now the IRS solves “crimes”.
Here’s another one making the rounds, it’s shorter.
But this actually isn’t new! No no, this goes back, back to well, gee 2006 it looks like.
The VA, yes, the Veteran’s Administration– They have 11 million rounds of ammo, camo clothing, riot gear including helmets and tactical lights and some other goodies.
The HHS Department of Health and Human Services– The NIH and CDC are included in this, have 1,300 guns, including 5 submachine guns and 189 automatic firearms and 4 million rounds of ammunition. Are you kidding me?? Guess they’re afraid people are going to find out that Covid was created by Fauxci, is very survivable but, according the actuarial tables, the jab, not so much. But they do get training from Army Special Forces, so there is that. I guess that’s so they know hand to hand for jab resistors?
The SSA, the Social Security Administration– They have guns, armor and 800,000 rounds of ammunition. Guess they don’t need to worry about citizens being angry when they start giving out social security to illegals huh?
The Smithsonian—They have 620 armed special agents. Isn’t that special?
Who else has goodies? This list might surprise you, well, maybe not you, but it did me.
The U.S. Mint
The FDA—No wonder they aren’t worried about people finding out Pfizer paid the largest criminal fine in history for fraud, and that they didn’t want to release the data on the WuFlu shot for 75 years.
The SBA, Small Business Administration —Those loans will be repaid on time.
NOA, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration—They’re gonna shoot Flipper?
The Department of Education— Pay attention you little buggers.
Energy Department—You will have a green car and clothes dryer, or else.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing— I don’t even know what to say about this one.
An assortment of public universities— And a guess off the top of my head is, they are all gun-free zones, so how does that work?
And you thought the Post Office going to green vehicles and spying on social media for the government was a big problem! HA. The Xiden crime junta will show you!
In addition to all this, a survey was sent out and several of the agencies have tactical units as well.
But you know what? If you have the right kind of politicians in your state, you may have a bit of protection. I just heard this Florida politicians name on the show, and I love him! Jimmy Patronis is Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, and boy does he have some good ideas!
“Even though the Free State of Florida cannot control the insanity of Washington we must do what we can to protect our small businesses,” Patronis told The Epoch Times on Aug. 18. “This massive super expansion of the IRS is concerning to me. I think Washington is totally disconnected from what real Americans and Main Street is feeling.”
The four pillars of protection Patronis is suggesting involve requiring state-chartered banks to generate a regular report on IRS engagement in order to identify if patterns of “targeting the middle class and small businesses are ongoing. Second, establishing a Civil Liability Trust Fund to help small businesses defend themselves–or sue the IRS–in cases of politically motivated audits or any federal overreach. Third, requiring new IRS agents coming into the state to have a Florida license. And last, establishing criminal penalties by enforcing laws based on viewpoint or political discrimination.
Now tell me you don’t love those ideas!! And that was part of the point of Daniel’s radio show. The Founding Fathers never thought the threats would come from the Federal Government because it wasn’t suppose to have that much power. But they figured the States and the Federal Government would keep each other in check. And that is what we need now, strong state sovereignty legislation. Like versions of a Second Amendment Protection Acts, where if the Federal Agents exceed their wheelhouse they can be reined in. Mind you, we’ll need good local law-enforcement, and the left has tried to destroy that. I wrote a long time ago that if you keep demonizing cops and deputies pretty soon the only people that would go into the field would be the jackboots that they were accusing good men and women of being at the time. But those are just rough ideas on my part, Mr. Patronis has his act together.
I just hope one of the things the kids are learning in IRS school is:
“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities…”
Welcome to the 3rd world banana republic known as Amerizuela. Or perhaps Ukranica? A place where political opponents are held in a gulag as POWs for over a year and are harassed by weaponized law-enforcement. They have reached new lows. As probably everyone has heard President Trump’s home Mar-A-Lago was raided by the corrupt FIB.
I like many other Americans, of both political parties by the way, view this as an outrage. How do I know both political parties? Because Arizona state Senator Wendy Rogers posted on GAB that she was hearing from Demoncrats that are, while not equally appalled, are appalled none the less.
No one likes where this country is headed under the Biden crime junta. It is obvious that a vote for a Demoncrat brings a weaponized IRS. 87,000 new IRS agents, nothing for the border or military mind you, but to go after the middle class that elected Donald J. Trump? 87,000 new IRS agents. The total budget for the border patrol is less than just the increase in what the IRS is getting.
So remember that meme that was popular awhile back?
They’re after YOU
Yep, guess they will be.
But first, they have to take out the Donald.
And so the corrupt Biden, Garland and Wray have descended into 3rd world banana republic tactics.
They raided Mar-A-Lago.
The excuse was some documents that had been packed up by the GSA. Why do I say excuse? Because the corrupt FIB was just there in June when the Trumps were there and were in the room where they are kept locked up for several hours with the President’s lawyers and went through them. President Trump even stopped by to say hello. But now that the Trumps are in NJ, they find it necessary to “raid” his home.
The Post has learned that the search warrant used by the FBI to enter the palatial Palm Beach property focused solely on presidential records and evidence of classified information being stored there.
….
The raid by over 30 plain clothes agents from the Southern District of Florida and the FBI’s Washington Field Office extended through the Trump family’s entire 3,000-square-foot private quarters, as well as to a separate office and safe, and a locked basement storage room in which 15 cardboard boxes of material from the White House were stored.
Interesting. The Washington field office. That’s where the lead agent that was in charge of the fake Whitmer kidnapping was promoted to. He’s now in charge of the Washington office. This came out in Sen. Ted Cruz’s grilling of the corrupt Chris Wray. Now I’ve heard theories that Merrick Garland has his panties in a knot because he blames the right for being denied his place on the Supreme Court. Maybe, I don’t know. But I do find it interesting that about 5 days after it comes out the corrupt agent in charge of the Detroit field office and the Whitmer kidnapping is now the corrupt agent in charge of the Washington office and suddenly we have a corrupt raid on President Trump, and Melania’s wardrobe I might add. They think presidential records are kept in her ball gowns? If I were Melania I’d have the whole place fumigated.
Wray admits to Ted Cruz that the FBI special agent in charge of the Detroit field office during the Whitmer kidnapping debacle is now in charge of the DC field office during the J6 investigation. pic.twitter.com/DUsXbBX0Vt
But back to our raid, the President’s lawyers were forced to stay outside, so who knows what that wiretapping bunch planted. And they were very arrogant as they went places they weren’t allowed to be per the warrant.
Another group of agents, including a professional safe cracker, moved to a separate part of the enormous 1924 Spanish stucco building to search Trump’s office and safe.
The demeanor of the three DOJ lawyers who accompanied the FBI was described by one eyewitness as “arrogant,” and they repeatedly told Trump representatives: “We have full access to everything. We can go everywhere.”
So where did the warrant come from? Who signed off on it? Oh, Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyer!
(Bruce)Reinhart was a senior prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida during the prosecution of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Shortly after a non-prosecution agreement was reached with Epstein, who pleaded guilty to a single state-level charge in exchange for not being prosecuted by federal officials, Reinhart “joined Epstein’s payroll,” according to documents entered by lawyers for women Epstein allegedly abused.
Reinhart, a criminal defense attorney at the time, represented “numerous Epstein employees and pilots” in civil cases filed against Epstein by alleged victims, including Epstein’s housekeeper Louella Ruboyo and pilot Larry Morrison.
“On information and belief, Reinhart’s representation of these individuals was paid, directly or indirectly, by Epstein,” one document says. “Such representations are in contravention of Justice Department regulations and Florida bar rules. Such representations also give, at least, the improper appearance that Reinhart may have attempted to curry with Epstein and then reap his reward through favorable employment.”
Reinhart responded with a motion for sanctions, saying the documents contained “unfounded factual and legal accusations.” He asked for leave to intervene in the case.
But the FIB always fights for “truth, justice and the American way!” Right?
As Jack Posobiec, political commentator and former intelligence officer, points out in his podcast that back in the Viet Nam era no one trusted the FIB and the government. We have a national security state in charge of our government. The FIB & CIA are the 4th branch, the operations arm of the administrative state. Then he gave a list. It’s worth listening to the podcast. They lied about a lot. Comey, Mueller and many other familiar names have been corrupt for a long time. The “Did you know” part is quite interesting. This episode was called American Stasi.
But let’s see, what happened with some people it sure seems should have been investigated?
You would think that the FIB would have a clue how the normal average American would feel about seeing their country turned into a banana republic by a corrupt justice department. You would think that Merrick Garland would have a clue, but hey his son-in-law makes his money selling Critical Race Theory materials to schools and he sicced the FIB on parents calling them terrorists and he got away with that, so guess he’s not worried. And I don’t think they have a clue.
The message is clear. The government under Democrats hates us, and they will sic federal agencies on Americans who dare to defy the parameters and agenda set by the political class. If half the nation doesn’t feel that justice is blind, that federal law enforcement agencies are professional and impartial, and that law and order is now dependent on party affiliation, then the stability of our system could be placed in doubt. Democrats have set us on a path toward civil war if they continue with this campaign of overreach under Biden
And now the corrupt BATFE is getting in on the act.
But as the letter notes, the ATF is demanding contact information for delayed NICS checks.
For the uninitiated, this may make perfect sense. After all, we don’t know if those delayed checks are criminals trying to buy guns or not.
Except, that’s literally not how the law works. A delayed background check is supposed to be treated as a passed check. Further, according to a couple of gun store owners and employees I’ve spoken with, something like 95 percent, at a minimum, of all delayed NICS checks are people with no criminal history. The system just created a delay for some unfathomable reason.
This is bad! The whole DOJ is corrupt. But, I have a practical solution to these problems and more!
Our southern border is a hot mess. When Republicans take control of the house and senate in January all the new IRS agents, who are very well armed, are going to be sent to the border to help secure it. All 87,000 of them. The FIB and the ATF are going to be disbanded in the current form. But I don’t want the good people that have been held hostage by the corruption at the top to be un-employed in the Biden “recovery”. Nope, they will now be tasked with finding all the illegal immigrants in our country. They’re trained for that, right? They will round them up and ship them back to their country of origin. This will save our country millions of dollars! And lastly, fire Merrick Garland, Chris Wray and Steven Dettelbach. Now that will be money well saved, and from the firing of those three we give the border patrol bonuses! See! There are solutions! Follow me for more practical, money saving budgeting ideas.
Not figuratively. Po Murray, “Mom/Chair of @NewtownAction /Organizer @WomensMarchCT /Board @GunsDownAmerica @SurvivorsEmp @GV_pedia,” has a plan to deal with pesky AR-platform owners.
A gun rights activist from Newtown told me he needs an AR15 to defend himself from a tyrannical government. I told him the CIA has drones with missiles. Hellfire R9X/“knife bomb”/“flying Ginsu” was used to kill al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahri.
I could mention some logistical issues with this cunning plan. These things apparently run $150,00 a pop. Just how many does the “CIA” have in inventory? Millions; to go after millions of AR owners?
Then there’s the targeting problem. Where do you aim them? At whom? She’s from Connecticut, so maybe she’s simply stupid enough to think every state registers “assault weapons” like Connecticut. (And bless your heart. How’d that work for you?)
How long do you suppose the government would last if it let the CIA conduct Hellfire strikes on millions of gun owners with going on 25 MILLION AR/AKs?
How long would fed officials live after they started bombing neighborhoods? How long would those genocidal goons advocating war on Americans — like Ms. Murray herself — last?
Collateral damage much? Even assuming they hit the “right” target, and not a wedding party or relief worker hauling water. The occasional accidental school strike, with more dead kids than Sandy Hook, just might sour a few antigun parents on Murray’s schemes.
Funny how these wannabe-tyrants always respond to “We need protection against the government” with “Damned right you do“.
