I posted a column on my personal blog yesterday. While it was about “gun control,” I thought the tone and expletives made it inappropriate for The Zelman Partisans blog, where I’m a guest. I was angry when I wrote it.
In the past, I have posted here about gunpeople controllers’ screeching for vague or redundant “new” laws to violate human/civil rights. I ask these 18 U.S. Code § 241 lawsuit candidates to be specific as to what solutions they want imposed, instead of whining, “We need common since laws.”
Someone got specific.
So, there’s the first solution. Universal healthcare. Make healthy choice the norm rather than being a country that waits until a sickness is unbearable before seeking treatment.
OK, that’s still a bit general, and it doesn’t seem to have worked particularly well in other countries.
There’s something to the shooters being straight white men. Hellooooo, elephant in the room.
Beg pardon? And what does this person suggest doing about those “straight white men”?
So, an actual second solution. Do away with the old guard. People over the age of 55, for the most part, are only looking out for #1.
Genocide. Ethnic cleansing. Eliminating everyone over the age of fifty-five.
Getting rid of everyone over 55yo? That’s roughly 75,000,000 people. Sheesh, Hitler and Stalin were pikers compared to Little Miss Genocide here. But that might make her “universal healthcare” workable; Dr. Zeke Emmanuel thought well of it; when advising on Obamacare, he proposed limiting and cutting off care when people got too old.
Personally, I’m strongly opposed to genocide, hence my affillation with The Zelman Partisans. But if that’s your thing, maybe you should consider other target demographics than “straight white men,” or everyone over 55. Take a look at the UCR data on killer age and race. If you’re into ethnic cleansing, you could start with the 5% of US counties that account for nearly all murders.
Pro Tip: If you want people to give up their guns, don’t tell them you want them dead.
Pro Tip 2: So long as evil like that exists, so will groups like The Zelman Partisans who work to make sure it can’t, that everyone can choose defense.
I spent Valentine’s Day at a state Capitol building. I was part of a group that was trying to network Israeli technology with American companies and possibly governments, as well as just inform and answer questions. We had different sections such as agriculture, technology, history, famous people, medicine, and defense. I had three different mini-lectures to give on agricultural innovations. We each worked up our own lectures. I must say the day went very well for us with many legislators and office workers stopping at our display, listening to our talks and asking questions. The Capitol building itself is very beautiful, a historic building of charm and elegance. I helped with the set up of the screens and the posters and after we were done I admired both the beautiful posters and the paintings on the walls of the rotunda. The walls of the rotunda are covered with paintings of scenes of history. One was of cattle being loaded and I really looked at that one and thought, sometimes a cattle car, is just a cattle car. I spent extra time looking at the ones with horses in them of course. We had enough to be on each of the four wall sections.
At which point 3 women and a guy (?) that was a pure double for obama’s pajama boy came marching in. They were all wearing red t-shirts and red tennis shoes with sequins. Yes, I did say all. Want to hazard a guess what their t-shirts said? Yep, Moms Demand Autopsies. The leader informed the leader of my group that they had a wall reserved. They were way late getting there. Our group had been there and set up with military precision, gee I wonder why that, oh yeah. I was working with former IDF.
She demanded “Do you have a wall reserved”? He informed her we have three. She then demanded HER wall, and stated slightly hysterically actually, they have one HUNDRED people coming! Our leader calmly shrugged and said we had four hundred. We picked a wall, took our stuff and reorganized onto three. We weren’t try to TAKE their wall, we just didn’t realize anyone else was coming. I of course am trying not to retch, thinking really G-d? Is that your idea of a joke? They did have more people drift in during the day, but when they took their big group photo together they all huddled together and someone went up one floor so they could shoot down and then crop it so it would look crowded. There were maybe 25 people. Usual MDA math. I wanted to ask them if they still hated Jews and point to the cattle car and ask why?
But it was a full and successful day for us.
When I got in my little car and sped toward the beauty of the rural area inhabited by my fur children I chatted via bluetooth with one of my girlfriends about our days, lives, horses, the usual.
Which is why I didn’t hear about the school shooting till I got home. I hadn’t had the radio on. It made having shared a rotunda with Moms Demanding Autopsies all the sicker. I was glad I didn’t know then.
So much of that could have gone differently. The school knew that Bucket of Chum was a threat. He had been expelled for making death threats. He had posted a comment on a youtube web site he wanted to be a professional school shooter. That was last fall. The poster of the video immediately notified the FIB who talked to him the next morning for 15-20 minutes, and nothing came of it. Guess the FIB was busy with other things. The school sent a e-mail telling staff not to let him on campus with a backpack. Was he on medication? Was he on the same Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) drugs used for depression that the Columbine killers were on?
You know what else this lunatic had in common with other school murders? Using the fire alarm.
– 1974 Olean High School Shooting, Olean, New York. A student lit a Molotov cocktail inside the school and then shot 14 people fleeing the fire alarm from the third floor of the school.
-1981- University of Michigan Shooting. A dorm resident threw Molotov cocktails inside his dorm and shot two students fleeing the flames
– 1998 Westside Middle School, Jonesborough, AK. An 11-year old student asked to be excused from class. He pulled the fire alarm and then ran outside to join his friend in the woods 100 yards away from the school. The two killers shot students evacuating the school.
– 2013 Carver High School Shooting, Winston-Salem NC. A student fired five shots (hitting one person) during a scheduled school fire drill.
-2013 Thwarted University of Central Florida attack. A student pulled the fire alarm at his dorm and planned to shoot evacuating residents. The student’s roommate physically intervened after the alarm was pulled and the would-be killer shot himself instead.
– 2014 Marysville, Washington. A victim pulled the fire alarm to trigger an evacuation while a Freshman student was shooting up the school lunch room.
-2016 Jeremiah Burke High School Shooting in Dorchester, Maryland. Three people shot during a fire alarm evacuation.
-2016 OSU Terrorist Attack. An Islamist terrorist targeted students evacuating a fire alarm with a vehicle and knife attack.
-2017 Thwarted Catocin, Maryland High School attack. Student planned to use school “emergency drills” to bomb and kill her fellow students
– 2017 Aztec High School Shooting, Aztec, New Mexico. Fire alarms triggered in the school from smoke of shooter’s gunfire. Conflicting instructions for both a lockdown and a fire evacuation led to confusion and likely more victims.
– 2017 Thwarted Shooting at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania High School. Shooters were planning to pull the school fire alarm and shoot evacuating victims from the roof of the school.
-2018- Yesterday’s Stoneman Douglas School Shooting in Parkland, Florida. The shooter killed 17 students as they evacuated a fire alarm
So I would say based on the current screeches from the victim disarmament crowd, we need to outlaw fire alarms. Yes, yes, I know many will whine that their fire alarm hasn’t caused any deaths, but it could! That fire alarm in your child’s school could suddenly all on it’s own one day go off and cause your child to die! Isn’t it better to be safe and outlaw all fire alarms? If it saves even one child. I think the media need to voluntarily surrender their fire alarms immediately. Followed closely by all Demoncratic politicians to set a good example. They don’t really need fire alarms any more these days. Everyone has a cellphone with them, they can just call the fire department. It’s not like in the old days when people might not make it to a phone, or the lines might be melted. In a neighborhood folks would see the smoke and most likely call it in, there is no need for fire alarms. Then they can wait for the fire department to show up and stop the threat, because in addition to turning in their fire alarms, all the media and Demoncratic politicians need to turn in their high capacity fire extinguishers as well.

So let’s talk about that wait. What do they do while they are waiting. Waiting for what? For the call to go out to the police, because the Police don’t respond to fire alarms normally. Few police departments have that as their policy it seems. So tripping the fire alarm doesn’t call the police. Then you wait for the police to show up. And then you wait for the SWAT team to show up. And then you wait as people die. Why call the police? Because you want a good guy with a gun to show up and stop the bad guy with a gun? Did the school hire off duty cops or extra security guards? No. Did the school have a security guard? Yes, the football coach apparently doubled as a security guard. Was he armed? No. He died shielding students with his body because that is all he flipping had. He gave his life in an attempt to save theirs. WHY the heck didn’t he have a gun? Why didn’t he have the most effective tool to stop this deadly threat? This is something that should be incomprehensible to sane people. It’s like the attack on the IDF soldiers in Jenin the day before.
“The mob quickly surrounded us, broke our windows, and tried to injure us. It was absolutely a lynch,” the soldier said.
“All I could do was scream until someone came to rescue us.”
Yep, soldiers from the IDF had to wait for the Falestinian Authority Police to show up and fire their guns in the air to disperse the crowd and rescue the IDF soldiers. The cherry on top is the FA Police recovered the M-16 stolen from one of the soldiers and returned it to the IDF.

How you ask, could this happen? Why didn’t the soldiers defend themselves? The M-16 wasn’t loaded. And with the left leaning IDF leadership, they are possibly told that defense of their own life isn’t a valid reason. I’m sure Elor Azariya would agree.
And this is the painful point. There are people so tied to their failed ideology, “guns evil” and “can’t be seen as aggressor” that they are willing to sacrifice innocent lives. Did the gun free zone work? No. Did the staff email work? No. Did having an unloaded M16 stop a threat? No. In both cases it was (reasonably in the case of the FA) good guys showing up with guns.
So back to Moms Demanding Autopsies, them hating Jews and cattle cars being cattle cars. Does such Jew hatred still exist? Cape Town Hates Israel So Much It Rejected its Offer to End Drought Crisis. Zero day, the day it is expected to run out of water, is sometime in mid-April. Israel offered to help in many ways. It was all rebuffed. They are willing to lose their way of life, and let people die rather than to accept help from Jews, from Israel.
Lessons?
The wait for a good guy with a gun is long.
Bodies don’t stop bullets or protect others from them.
Empty M16s don’t stop lynch attempts.
Sometimes, a cattle car isn’t just a cattle car.
Schools over. Yes, Valentine’s Day is suppose to be about love. Not everyone makes that choice.
Now that the victim disarming gunpeople controllers are dancing in the blood of innocents, screeching for “common sense gun laws,” let’s see what we know about the alleged asshole.
He reportedly bought his rifle legally, passing a background check.
That last point is important, because it sounds like he shouldn’t have… except someone may not have been doing their jobs.
The school district is pretty quiet beyond saying the asshole was expelled for “disciplinary reasons,” but students — and others — have a lot more to say
The school had specifically identified him in the past as a “potential threat”.
His school activities included fighting, and possession of ammunition (for which he was forbidden to bring a backpack to school). Multiple knives, too; as in multiple at a time.
The police responded to his home “Many times” in response to threats, harassment, and window peeping.
Despite the complaints, violence, destruction, peeping tom activities, harassment, threats, and numerous police responses, apparently no one ever bothered arresting him. Much of this appears to have occurred while he was a minor, but serious actions also occurred — before this shooting — while he was an adult.
He could have been arrested. And based on the sheer number of witnesses coming forward, I think he could have been convicted of a crime making him a prohibited person.
He could have been taken into custody and presented to a judge who could have ordered him into involuntary mental health treatment. That’s a two-fer: he would have become a prohibited person, and just maybe they could have helped him.
Yes, I’m playing “Monday morning quarterback;” ‘hindsight’s 20/20,’ and all that. But with a years-long history of mental health issues, threats, harassment, violence, destruction, weapons violations, expulsion, and police complaints, are my after-action observations unreasonable?
The victim disarming gunpeople controllers will say, “Yes.” They’ll blame the gun. They’ll blame the millions of gun owners who didn’t do it. They’ll screech for new laws that already exist (yes, someone already called for background checks). They’ll ignore the fact that several laws of the sort they promised would end violence forever… didn’t work.
Which just means they’ll demand still more laws. That still won’t work, when blatant threats like this guy go uncontrolled, and when the laws never really apply to the people committing the crimes.
Police say the shooting at Salvador Castro Middle School in Los Angeles on Thursday morning was accidental
A 12-year-old girl was arrested and charged with negligent discharge of a firearm on school grounds
One of the girl’s classmates said she told him the gun was in her backpack and that it accidentally went off when she dropped the bag
Another classmate said the girl had said she thought it was a toy gun
Shooting left one teenager critically wounded and three other children injured
A 15-year-old male was shot in the temple and remains in intensive care, while a girl, 15, was shot in the wrist
Two other students, as well as a 30-year-old woman, were treated for non-gunshot wounds
A 12-year-old girl was arrested after gunfire erupted at Salvador Castro Middle School on Thursday morning.
Los Angeles police spokesman Josh Rubenstein says the girl has since been charged with negligent discharge of a firearm on school grounds.
The charge comes after one of the girl’s classmates, also 12, revealed he spoke to her moments after the gun went off and said she was sobbing and repeatedly saying: ‘I didn’t mean it.’
She told him the gun was in her backpack and that it accidentally went off when she dropped the bag.
Another classmate also said the girl didn’t mean to hurt anyone, saying she thought it was a toy gun.
The list of injured: A 15-year-old male who was shot in the temple,a girl, 15, suffered a gunshot wound to her wrist, an 11-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl were grazed and were treated and released from the hospital, and a 30 year old woman was also injured and treated in hospital.
This baffles me. Modern firearms are pretty reliable, and I understand it most modern firearms are unlikely to “go off” if dropped. I said most. I know I’ve certainly had a very stern talk with mine. Since people control advocates seem to feel guns have a mind of their own, I thought I’d cover all the bases and make sure mine realize that is unacceptable behavior. But back to my pondering.
The girl had the gun in her backpack. The story doesn’t say how she obtained it. Nor does it say why she had it in her backpack, or who she got it from. I’m actually not dogging the reporter on this, I just don’t think it was known. I am astonished she is being charged with negligent discharge and not the mountain of other crimes with which a normal concealed carrier would have been charged. We are talking about California #FutureVenezuela here. Or as my compatriot Bear calls it, “Occupied territory”.
But if she A) dropped the backpack B) the gun just went off. How many times did it go off that so many were wounded off of one cartridge? It’s making me think of the JFK assassination “magic bullet”. I’m not saying it couldn’t have happened that way, crowded hall and all, but, still.
The whole thing is just sad. And without knowing any other background the one thing that is front in my mind is that if firearms education were allowed in schools perhaps this would never happen as the girl, who’s life is bound to be a mess now if it wasn’t before, would have known the difference between a toy gun and a real one. She would have known safe gun handling practices if she had stumbled upon one, and she sure as heck would have known you don’t play with them.
But no, California would never allow firearms education in schools, after all, it’s for the children.
But had this been a real school shooting, with gun fire “erupting” as the column stated I’m quite sure the toll would have been far higher. After all, schools are Gun-free zones, to keep everyone “safe”. That’s “for the children” too.
While much of the world celebrated New Years Eve as the start of a fresh new civil year, it is not the same for Jews. Remember, the Jewish new year, Rosh Hashanah, began at sunset on September 20th, 2017. New years eve is also known as Sylvester night. Sylvester night has long been known as a scheduled pogrom night. This column explains it very well. But here are some salient points.
This evening was, once the calendar settled on December 25th as Christmas, calculated to be the night preceding the circumcision of the child born in the “little town of Bethlehem”, therefore a call for the local peasants to engage in drinking, making merry and killing Jews.
Darkness along with the silence before a storm reigned in Jewish shteitls (small villages) that night in an attempt to make it harder to find defenseless victims, barricaded behind the flimsy doors of their huts. Torah study, which was done by the light of candles, was thus impossible.
As opposed to random pogroms and other manifestations of Jew hatred, this was a predictable yearly date.
A “Yerushalmi”, i.e. someone who lived in the Old City of Jerusalem before the State of Israel was declared, once told me that in this part of the world they would barricade their doors on Easter Sunday, knowing that the traditional Christian procession would often end in rioting against the local Jews.
Sylvester was Pope from January 31, 314 C.E. to December 31, 335 C.E. His Saint’s Day is the day he was buried, and it falls on December 31 of every year, that is since the civil solar calendar was straightened out (the Jewish calendar is a lunar one).
“On New Years Day 1577 Pope Gregory XIII decreed that all Roman Jews, under pain of death, must listen attentively to the compulsory Catholic conversion sermon given in Roman synagogues after Friday night services. On New Years Day 1578 Gregory signed into law a tax forcing Jews to pay for the support of a ‘House of Conversion’ to convert Jews to Christianity. On New Years 1581 Gregory ordered his troops to confiscate all sacred literature from the Roman Jewish community. Thousands of Jews were murdered in the campaign.
“The Israeli term for New Year’s night celebrations, Sylvester, was the name of the ‘Saint’ and Roman Pope who reigned during the Council of Nicaea (325 C.E.). The year before the Council of Nicaea convened, Sylvester is said to have convinced Constantine to prohibit Jews from living in Jerusalem.
I know that’s a lot of quoting, but I think you understand what I mean when I say it’s not the same New Years Eve commonly thought of. I want to compare history with today. Easy one first, Jerusalem. This is actually the most cheerful one of the lot. While perhaps the media would have you believe that the Arab world is united standing behind the Falestinians, that is not at all the case. They are not. Now, the UN, that is another story. No matter who it is, if Israel is involved, the UN stands behind them in condemning Israel. If Israel were invaded by something out of the movie “Independence Day” or “Men In Black” the UN would unite behind the space invaders who want to destroy all of humanity to condemn Israel. Iran slaughtering it’s citizens? Yawn. And the Israeli politicians are finally, perhaps, beginning to act like all of Israel, is well, Israel. There were two good bills passed. The United Jerusalem bill and the bill calling for Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria. You should check out the link on the United Jerusalem bill just to see the jaw dropping beautiful picture of Jerusalem they used with the article. So this New Years does show some good things happening as compared to the past.
My various sources in Paris tell me it is life for Jews in France is intolerable. The large spike in Muslim immigration has made the terrible – the horrible. Daily humiliations and the constant threat of violence are their constant companions. And it is widely known that going to the police is pointless. The police have long turned a blind eye to the war on country’s Jews.
So that part is about the same, except they attacks and killing seems to be coming from the imported Muslims and the tax part is coming from the government. Not both from the same source, not that who it comes from affects the outcome much.
So regarding at attacks, let’s look at another country which is becoming Muslim dominant, jolly old England, and specifically London. London proudly did the politically correct thing and elected a Muslim mayor. Not sure that they think it turned out all that well, well at least the law abiding citizens may not. We know islamic terror has been up under Mayor Sadiq who dismissed it as part and parcel of living in a big city. Raheem Kassam has a good column on how that’s played out for Londoners as crime has skyrocketed.
It would seem that while Christians attacking Jews has dropped way off, in fact I don’t know of any recently, there may have been, I haven’t heard of it, muslim attacks have not decreased at all, in fact they are increasing I would say.
Which brings me to a particular attack that occurred recently in Jerusalem. The was an attack against two Jewish kids in Jerusalem. In case you don’t know what a 2013 EASY attack looks like, here ya go.
A pack of Falestinians attack and the crowd grows ever bigger, even the “kids” get in on the fun. A game the whole family can play it seems.
In this particular attack, the victims were beaten. They reported it to the police, who opened an investigation and caught the “arab youths” or as we might call them, “thugs”. This column was from Arutz Sheva.
I found out later from another column that someone shared there is a bit more to it than that. They were forced to convert to Islam, to praise the terrorist organization Hamas, and curse the State of Israel and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. And all the while it was being video taped. In addition to going to the police, they went to the legal organization Honenu. Forced conversion version 2018. Side note, this is no big deal as it’s been going on in Germany and America for awhile, just minus the beating part.
I would maintain the Haredi are easy targets. Their clothing sets them apart, and it’s well known that they have no military service, and so no self defense skills. Unless of course they are attacking a lone female IDF soldier who attempts to clear them out of the road when they are blocking traffic.
Why they didn’t do that when they were attacked by the arabs I don’t kno….yeah, I do.
They don’t know their enemy. Reminiscent of Moshe Feiglin asking a the Chief of Staff who the enemy was, Hamass or the tunnel and the the Chief of Staff couldn’t answer.
My answer of course is predictable. I think all the Israeli citizens, well, all citizens, need to be allowed to carry concealed. Moshe, of course agrees with me. From August 2016 Give the Good Guys Guns and from May 2014 Gun Control? Or Citizen Control? Some governments view us as the enemy. We are not. They don’t know who their enemy is. We are people that don’t wish to experience a modern day Sylvester night. The government and the liberal leftists with their paid bodyguards think normal little people, us unwashed masses are “dangerous”. I would ask why they think that? What is it they want to do that they think we will resist, and they want to remove the most effective means of resistance we have? The tools that make us dangerous. They haven’t yet figured out it’s what’s in our head, not our hand that makes people dangerous. Dangerous. Reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend not all that long ago. A person can be dangerous, and they can be good or evil. It’s not that fact that they are dangerous you need to fear. It’s whether they are good or evil. I want to be dangerous. I want to have the ability to protect myself and my family. I want to be dangerous, I have no intention of kneeling on the ground reciting islamic conversion sentences. I want to stand on my own two feet and scream Shema at them and have them run. His point was, we have to know who we are, and what we are. To me, being dangerous is an asset. I have no desire to huddle behind a flimsy door afraid to have a light on. I have no desire to see a modern day Sylvester night, no matter who is perpetrating it.
New year, new start. I will give you this by Rabbi Johnathan Sacks, Five Ideas for Life. We are all here for a purpose I believe. We all have something we were meant to accomplish. I believe we are happiest when we know what that is and we are fulfilling that purpose. We have to know ourselves. So my goal for this year is to become better at my purpose, for my soul to become closer to what G-d created it to be. I want to be a child that makes him smile as he thinks, ah, she is catching on. I want to be dangerous, and I want to lose that ten pounds.

I’m sure most folks are familiar with the ongoing social media trend with the hashtag #MeToo. It began when allegations of sexual abuse by Harvey Weinstein began surfacing this fall, and continued to ever expand like ripples on a pond after a rock. Women who had been harassed,raped, and catcalled were all posting in response to an actresses’ request to respond to her tweet with #MeToo. The floodgates opened. More Hollyweird types, politicians and people of all walks were thrown in the arena for the lions of public opinion to devour. Now, lest you think I am defending Weinstein or something like Al Franken, I’m not, not at all. But some of the men thrown out there had no due process, it was just court of public opinion. Al Franken is an exception, Lauren Tweed had photos. It is reminiscent of what happens when conservatives run for office. Remember the allegations against Dr. Ben Carson that just faded away after he dropped out of the race? And honestly, I don’t understand why someone waits for forty years and then brings this stuff to the press when a politician has run for political office many times before. Yes, I’m talking about Judge Moore, and a few things that didn’t seem to make the national news. Hide your shock. Did Gloria Allred’s daughter offer to pay them as she did President Trump’s accusers? And so it seems #MeToo is becoming a stick to bludgeon men. I’ve had a couple of conversations about this in the last few days that have been interesting. One was a friend, he’s a white male. He’s stated before, “I’m not allowed to have an opinion, or express it”. He’s not the only white male co-worker/friend/Facebook buddy that has said similar. They feel if you are in those categories you don’t dare express a thought that isn’t politically correct or approved. Mayim Bialik, an actress ran afoul of the pack when she dared suggest that perhaps some of this is avoidable. If a known Hollyweird horn-dog invites you up to his hotel room to view his etchings the prudent answer might be “No, thanks”. She was not saying that there aren’t women who haven’t been harassed, just that in some situations, perhaps different attire or answers might yield different results. DISSENT, DISSENT from the party line, can’t have that. She tried to have a conversation about it. That went as well as you could imagine. A girl friend of mine posted something on Facebook, a video where a woman was making similar points, and suggesting don’t sleep with a man to further your career then claim you were harassed. And my friend was attacked for the video she posted. DISSENT, DISSENT, this will not be tolerated! You must stick with the party line. Women were powerless in these situations, and now all men must pay.
Are you tired of that sort of thinking? Especially from people who claim to be feminists and/or supportive of women?

And so, I’ve decided #MeToo needs a fresh purpose. Let’s take it for a test spin, shall we?
The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program defines murder and nonnegligent manslaughter as the willful (nonnegligent) killing of one human being by another.
In 2016 there was a total of 16, 964 murder victims. 10,310 were male, 1,295 were women and 5,359 were unknown. In 2015 one of those statistics would have been Carol Browne who had applied for a concealed carry permit in her state of New Jersey. She was afraid of her ex and was doing what she could to protect herself. She also obtained a restraining order. She apparently had called to check on the status of her request for a concealed carry permit, but it wasn’t in yet and so her ex walked through the restraining order and stabbed her to death in her driveway.

There were 803,007 of those in 2016. I couldn’t find a breakdown of how many male vs how many female, but I bet at least a couple of them were female.
In 2013, the FBI UCR Program began collecting rape data under a revised definition within the Summary Reporting System. Previously, offense data for forcible rape were collected under the legacy UCR definition: the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will. Beginning with the 2013 data year, the term “forcible” was removed from the offense title, and the definition was changed. The revised UCR definition of rape is: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.
There were 130,603 rapes by the revised definition and another 95,730 by the legacy definition.
It’s a horrible crime, not about sex, and having to do with power and control. The gnat brained Hudak proceeded to tell the victim (who was present at the rape) that she, THE Evie Hudak (who was in fact, NOT present at the rape) knew that she would not have been able to stop the rapist with her firearm. And then she proceeded to vomit out statistics that bear no semblance to the truth as we know it. Because to the all knowing Evie Hudak towing the Demoncrat party line is far more important than empowering women to defend themselves. In 2013 women made up 41% of the Colorado legislature. Why did you bother to run for office Ms. Hudak? The odds were not with you. Oh? You wanted a chance did you? And then you used that opportunity to legislate your sisters into defenselessness. You had a chance to empower them, instead you did chose to betray them. Anyone else think the self-important,lying Evie is full of hudak?

Colorado Springs University legalized the right to carry concealed firearms on campus in 2003. Since then, according to Students for Concealed Carry, the number of forcible and non-forcible sexual assaults dropped sharply, falling 90 percent from a high in 2002 to a new low in 2008.

Today I was listening to the radio while I was driving. One of the topics was the attack on Sen. Rand Paul. The host discussed when it first happened the mainstream media (#FakeNews) more or less laughed it off. The assailant IS a Doctor at Bowling Green hospital, man they must be hurting for staff there, don’t think I’d go there regardless of the reason. Then the media said it was over “grass clippings” “landscaping”, apparently the statement given by the assailant’s lawyer. But then a spokesman for Sen. Paul released a tweet (love how there are ways to get around the msm) that made a few people begin to question the excuse given. Breitbart and I believe, the Washington Examiner actually did this old-fashioned thing called “journalism”. They didn’t accept the lawyers word, they went and talked to the neighbors. All of whom said the Pauls were wonderful neighbors, kept their place immaculate, and unlike everyone else who has a lawn care service, Sen. Paul does his own. The “doctor” who is the inventor of a QVC product in 2005. The neighbors reached out to Breitbart because what they were reading in the msm was so wrong. The media reported it as “minor injuries”. The man has six broken ribs and a pleural effusion. Check out the x-ray picture! Minor my ….. foot. The media did everything it could to cover for the liberal Bernie supporter and conservative hating “doctor” and QVC maven.
But this is not the first legislator attacked by a supporter of the communist Bernie Sanders. No, Republican Representative Steve Scalise was shot along with four others before a good guy with a gun, the Capitol police, showed up to end it.
And let’s say, what if the police, or campus security were told to stand down, not to help those being attacked. And some of the campus security were ticked, they were told by the college STAFF that everything was “ok”. Sounds like University of Missouri. Who now rents the empty dorm rooms to the 5 people that come to the football games.
If you live in a blue area, I’m sure this makes you really anxious for the next patriotic event, parade or speech perhaps, by someone you would like to hear. Except that to the thugs, many of them Soros funded, free speech only applies to them.

Another question is why has the Department of Education failed to intervene against this ongoing bigotry? Why has it not systematically investigated the breach of academic integrity by biased teachers at institutions of higher learning. Is it not a national interest that university administrations have a moral compass? 4. The next stage is “organization.” The political left is the master of organization. Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals is the organizing bible for the left and they have mastered the art of teaching minorities that they are oppressed by America’s evil white men.
5. The next stage is “polarization.” Stanton identifies this as the downward spiral of killings until the vortex of all out genocide is reached.
6. 7. 8. This brings us to the final three stages which are “preparation, extermination and denial.” I stopped with polarization because I believe that is the stage we are currently in. However, it could be argued that we are in the preparation stage as it has been reported that all Americans must be micro chipped by 2017 per Obamacare regulations or even acall for a universal I.D. can be used to justify the idea that we are in the preparation stage.
And the government does love pushing that REAL ID law don’t they. And many people would tell you that in America, we have the right to pursue our dreams, we do not have the right to have someone else work only to have the fruit of their labor taken from them and given to another group. Is there really white privilege or just more SJW bull feathers, and yet another tactic used by those trying to bring about communism and division in our Republic.
Wait, what? What happened to Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”? But this is not the “freedom” that antifa says they are fighting to bring about. Nope. Communism? Submit or die? I’m thinking some of those college profs and the media left out a few details about living under communism when they indoctrinated the useful idiots.

In fact I seem to recall some schools wouldn’t even allow Police officer parents to pick up their kids if they were in uniform. And we know many schools do not want armed resource officers. I guess it’s better to let the kids be shot in a gun free zone? I don’t know. I haven’t figured that one out yet. But, back to barry’s regime. A “refugee” (I added the quotes, they weren’t in the letter to me) attacked a church in Tennessee. He was a “refugee” from Sudan and a body builder. Have you seen the pictures? He was very big! He murdered a woman in the parking lot, and then proceeded into the Church to open fire. A young usher, Mr. Engle engaged in hand to hand combat with him, despite being repeatedly pistol whipped by the poor refugee. In the fight Mr. Engle caused the Bucket of Chum, to used the favored phrase as TZP, to shoot himself in the leg. The hero then had to run to this car to get his gun to hold the refugee at bay till the police arrived.
What are the things in common child? Those were both Gun Free Zones, several people were wounded at that church. How many more could have been spared that if the hero hadn’t had to run to this car to get his gun? Could the PE teacher have stopped the attacker quicker if she hadn’t had only her physical skills to end the incident?
They didn’t. The media is focused on football and advancing the agenda, distracting people. You child, must keep your eye on the ball. You were created to play your role in healing the world, making it better. You concentrate on that. You can not change people, you can change yourself. What say you that you spend Yom Kippur in the way it was intended. Do not take your eye off G-d, or the ball he put you here to advance. Moshe had his role to play, Miriam had hers and I had mine. You must do yours to the best of your ability.

I’ve been pondering many things about the incident at Charlottesville. So many people act and talk as though it was “right” vs “left”, or “alt-right” vs “alt-left”. I don’t believe it was any such thing. I believe it is one side of the same coin.
Really, who didn’t see this coming when they started in on the Confederate Flag? “Symbol of Hate” it was labeled, all discussion of “states rights” produced the glazed stare of a deer in the headlights, then heads would spin around twice and invective would flow. Since no one wants to be labeled a racist, and we should all know by now, it is only socially acceptable to label a white as a racist usually, though there can be exceptions. For instance, this is not a racist statement

A police officer has said that the Charlottesville P.D. were specifically instructed to bring the radical left and right wing groups together to instigate violence and then to told to “stand down” once violence ensued in a deliberate effort to ignite a race riot.
It seems that antifa hasn’t been paid, you remember soros funded many of the “grassroots loot, pillage, burn, riot, assault, peaceful demonstrations” during the campaign season and whenever a conservative tries to speak in a safe space known as a college campus or university, right? I mean, the poor little dears get frightened when they see a name that scares them written in chalk. Universities are doing an outstanding job of preparing these children to live in the real world. But back to soros and antifa, he owes them some money. And if he’s wise, he’ll pay up. That bulldog slug of journalism known as #FakeNews changed the headline of a story about antifa being violent because antifa didn’t like it, and #FakeNews must have been scared they would be violent. So they scrubbed it.
Then if you want violent leftist, Missouri has the misfortune of having people that will elect something like Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal. First she tweeted that the President should be assassinated. Then after that drew outrage, she doubled down on stupid and tweeted a Holocaust themed threat at Missouri’s Jewish Governor, Eric Greitens. And folks, you just can’t make this stuff up. It was so egregious that even abc had to cover the story. Does it not make you wonder that people think this stuff is ok?

I just did something fascinating. I just watched the President’s entire 14-minute impromptu news conference at Trump Tower on Monday that sparked all the latest barrage of anti-Trump screeds from the left media that will criticize him every day, no matter what he does, augmented by the “Never Trump” Republicans and neo-conservatives who will not rest until they can re-conquer the political party they lost because of three terms of two failed Bush presidencies, followed by the two failed Presidential candidacies of Sen. John McCain and of Gov. Mitt Romney.
As he says, he listened to what President Trump said, not what the media said he said. His whole column is excellent. He looks back at some history and puts things in perspective.
